一、活动主题
让“光盘”成为*惯，让“节约”变为自然。
二、活动目的
通过本方案的实施，大力弘扬中华民族勤俭节约的优良传统，大力宣传节约光荣、浪费可耻的思想观念，努力使厉行节约、反对浪费在全校师生中蔚然成风。
积极宣传餐桌文明知识，倡导餐桌文明行为，大力提倡文明用餐的良好风气，培养健康文明的餐饮文化，提升学校文明程度，净化学校文明环境。
1、让广大师生更加懂得勤俭节约、珍惜粮食。

三、活动实施
1、宣传倡议阶段
在此次活动开始之初，重点进行工作部署与宣传发动。
先对我校所有班级的班主任发起倡议。
随后通过班级主题班会、**下讲话，LED显示屏，加强对学生的宣传教育，让节俭观念入脑、入心，形成一种生活的自觉与时尚。
使同学们充分的认识到“光盘”行动的重要性，从根本上认识与了解此次活动的目的意义。
2、组织实施阶段
重点围绕本次活动的主题，在校内开展各项有关活动。
（1）营造气氛：
在校内继续开展有关此次主题的外场宣传活动。
通过班级主题班会、**下讲话、 LED显示屏、文明就餐警句等，进一步加强宣传，做到人人知晓，人人了解。
（2）加强管理：
学校加大管理和监督力度，对学生用餐插队、喧哗、乱跑乱扔者进行教育。
全校班级开展“盘盘净餐人人节俭”的“光盘行动” 。
每班设定“光盘行动”检查人员，监督学生餐盒，是否将饭菜吃净吃光。
每月每班评选10名光盘小明星，并在公示栏中进行公示。
另外学校成立“光盘行动”检查小组（由食堂人员及学生评审团成员组成）
并为每个班级配备餐余垃圾桶，每天根据全班学生剩饭数量对班级进行量化，每月评选出光盘中队，并进行公示。
（3）延伸宣传：
学校进行“光盘行动”的基础上，扩大“光盘”的意义，通过“小手牵大手”带动家庭、社会全面形成勤俭节约的氛围，杜绝铺张浪费。
3、 总结阶段：
及时总结和推广活动中的经验，发挥典型示范作用，作好资料保存的工作。
1、学校每月评选出“光盘小明星”，并在公示栏中公式；
2、通过定期不定期相结合的方式检查各班级文明就餐活动情况并及时通报。
3、结合主题活动中的开展情况，评选“光盘中队”，并计入班级量化考核。
四、保障措施
1、明确责任，抓好落实。

2、加强检查，促进实效。
