现在一回想起来，还感到一丝丝愧疚。现在的我变了，基本能够光盘，连以前不喜欢吃的大蒜、葱、我都会硬忍着，把它们全部“忍”进肚子里。
其实，光盘并不难，主要你要有决心、毅力。如果你经常对自己说我也能光盘，那么光盘对你来说就不在话下了！
