各位领导、各位老师、各位代表：
大家下午好。非常高兴也很荣幸，今天我----高健之能站在台上，我们因为一个共同的目标，一个希望自己更与他人都更完美的信念，聚在这里。学代会、团委会给了我们一个民主的空间，自由的国度，让我们可以说自己想说的、做自己想做的。同样，感谢大家今天给了我一个说话的空间，一个满足自己愿望的舞台，一个为全校同学服务的机会。
来竞选校团委委员是一个过程，竞选上是最终的目标，但初衷却是那不变的信念――给同学们带来更多的便捷，为大家提供更多的帮助。

大家早上好，我叫杨冰，我今天参加竞选班长职务，我相信凭着我的热情和才干，一定能够取得竞选的成功。
我是一个“三心二意”的学生，这里的“三心二意”可不是做事不专心，随随便便的意思。“三心”是指进取之心、*和之心、宽容之心；“二意”指的是创意和诗意。由于有了“进取”之心，才能使我不断进步、不断完善自我、在保证学*成绩优良的前提下高质高效完成班级工作。有了“*和”之心，无论成功与失败，我都会用一颗*常心来对待。有了“宽容”之心，才使我胸怀宽广、虚怀若谷，接受同学的意见，与他人合作把班内活动处理好。那“二意”呢？增一份创意我们能创造性地开展活动，展示我们班独一无二的风采；添一点诗意我们能在紧张的学*生活中处变不惊，临乱不慌，从容不迫。
对待班内活动，我又将如何做呢？首先，我认为，一个好班级必须要做到合理分工，让最合适的人去做他最擅长的事，从而建立一个合理有序的'班集体。其次，我会努力做到将大家团结在一起，互相帮助、征求同学们的意见，增强班队内部的凝聚力和向心力，增加班级工作的透明度。最后，我将力求提高工作效率，使班级各项工作都有效的进行，在最短的时间内做到最好。假如我能当选，我一定要在第一时间制订好工作计划和实施方案，保证班级工作在最短的时间内顺利步入正轨。
也许有时候我太活跃了，但是我相信，有了同学们对我的信任，我一定会扬长避短，改掉自己的缺点不断完善自我。
