我第一次认识他是在高三刚开学的时候，我们被分到同一个班，他当时被班主任指定为班长。当时我觉得这很不公*，为什么不是大家投票选举。后来另一位同学告诉我他已经担任两年班长，管理能力等各方面都比较突出，他当选班长无可非议。听到这个解释，我仍不以为意。
在接下来的一段时间里，我总是故意地不配合他的工作，有时候甚至和他对着干。但慢慢地，我对他有了一个全新的认识。
那是一个普通的星期天下午，按照学校的规定，我们都要去班级上自*。上课的铃声响起，郭昱甫开始了他的日常点名任务，这时大家才发现有一位男同学没来，他叫马翔。马翔*时很老实，不爱说话，学*成绩也挺好的，对于今天下午他没来上自*，大家都是很吃惊。“在家睡觉还没起吧!”“难道路上出事了？”大家纷纷议论着。这时，隔壁班的一位同学气喘吁吁的跑来，说他在来学校的路上看到一个貌似是马翔的人醉醺醺地躺在离学校不远处的广场上。听到这个消息，郭小甫让我维持班级秩序，自己立马赶去广场。后来，我听别人说郭小甫赶到那里时，马翔已经烂醉如泥，他背着马翔到最*的医院去治疗，一直到马翔醒酒后他才离开。原来马翔的爸爸被查出患有白血病，治疗需要很大一笔钱，而且即使治疗成功也只能存活几年。知道原因后，班里的同学都感到很难过，而且高考在即，这对他来说无疑是个晴天霹雳，必定影响高考。郭小甫了解情况后向班主任报告，并组织大家捐款，积极和马翔谈心。最后，马翔在高考中正常发挥，考上了一所211大学，他父亲的病情也暂时稳定。
慢慢地，我开始敬佩郭小甫，同时也为自己过去的所作所为而感到羞愧。我渐渐明白，一名优秀的领导者，不光是要有管理能力和人格魅力，更重要的是一颗责任之心、团结之心、关爱之心，这件事教会我太多，也改变了太多。
现在，我在*科学技术大学，他在南京信息工程大学，虽然天各一方，但每到周末我们都会互相打电话，聊高中的趣事，聊现在的生活，聊聊未来。
现在他仍是班长，我也仍是副班长，每次我和他聊起那件事时，他总是笑笑。
他是我的老班长，现在他又多了一个身份，他是我的好朋友。
俗话说，不想当将军的士兵不是好士兵。从古至今，这做官之人的作用与权势巨大，都是“无人不知，无人不晓”的事。当然，我们班里也有“官”——班干部。而在班里，按“官职”的排列，我可以不假思索地说班长的职位是除了校长教师之外最大的职位。
俗话说，伴君如伴虎。我却不这样认为，因为班长可是我的朋友。她长了一头乌黑的短发，淡淡的眉毛，水灵灵的大眼睛，她就是我们班的教师的得力助手——班长黄洋。可就是这位好看的女生成了我们的里大多数男生的眼中钉，肉中刺。什么，你不知道是怎么回事？那好吧，我现在就告诉你。
记得那是一个星期三的中午，我的同桌早早的来到了学校，倒在桌子上呼呼大睡起来，不知什么时候他被一阵敲桌子的响声惊醒，原来是班长正拿着英语书在叫醒他读书呢！他吓了一跳，几乎大气不敢出一下。她假笑着对我说：“呵呵，睡得好香嘛！跟周公有什么好聊的啊？”
“有啊，周公让我跟你说，好看的女孩太凶了会变的不好看的。”他（我同桌是班中名声赫赫的调皮鬼）不服气地说。周围的男生听了我的话都邪气的大笑起来。
“不好好看书还贫嘴，小心我把你的舌头剪下来让你不能跟周公聊天。”班长举起了英语书，杏眼圆瞪，摆出了一副打人的架势。我同桌见到班长这样，竟被吓得她不敢再说。教室也马上安静了下来。你看你看，我们的班长真辣呀！非一般人可比。
就这样，我们男生一直在她的管治下过着痛苦的生活，私底下我们男生都说“命苦啊！这样的日子何时才是尽头啊！”为了不使我的寿命缩短，在她面前我就变的乖乖的，还和她成了朋友。
我们班的班长严不严？当然很严，但她也有温和的一面。记得有一次，一个同学的呕了，结果桌子底下变得满是呕吐

若是我是班长，我就多了一份为班级奉献的责任，自己也应该做好这一份工作。
每天的上午的第四节课，是数学自*课，因为两个班只有一个数学老师，所以数学老师就来回为两个班讲课。可就是在老师离开的空档，同学们在班里就像没有缰绳的野马，放肆的说着、玩着。这时，身为班长的我，不能与他们一块疯闹，应该立刻阻止，来管理班级的纪律。首先，自己在管理时当然不能嘻哈相待，应该严肃的去走到说话同学的桌边，先给他给予警告，然后给他留一些数学方面的任务，让他来完成，最后来检查他做的是否对错，如果他出现了错误，再给他讲解，纠正他的错误。在这种学*环境学*，我想我们的成绩也会不断提升的。
在当上了班长以后，自己更应该为自己身边的同学着想。我们的一天不可能都是快快乐乐的，一定也遇到了不少令人伤心的事。身为班长的我应该及时去开导安慰他们，让他们感到班级的温暖，这样我们的班级小屋会充满爱的笑声，大家也会更加的眷爱我们的班级。
同时学*成绩是学生的第一大关，而升为一班之长的我一定要做好带头的作用。在学*方面跟应该严格的要求自己，只有我这个班长做好之后，自己管理的同学才能做的更好。因此自己应该在每一门学科上都应该来取得优异的好成绩，来作为班中的领头羊，率领着我们班一路向前，走向成功。
做好一个班长虽然是那么的不容易，但为了整个班级体，自己一定努力来做好这一切。
我们班有一位负责任、勤劳的班长—陈霞。
她13岁了，是属虎的。他管起同学们来是相当的严厉，同学们都很怕她，因此她把教室管理得井井有条。如果教师出去了，让陈霞来管纪律，那教室里一定是鸦雀无声，连一根针掉在地上都听得见。
记得有一次，美术教师出去帮我们买蜡笔，让陈霞来管纪律。开始，同学们在教室里吵得乐翻天，后来经过陈霞的管理后，教室里立刻安静了起来。美术教师回来后，夸我们的表现很好。其实这都是陈霞管理的.好。
陈霞很勤劳，如果是教室里和清洁区有垃圾的话，她一般不会喊值日生过来捡垃圾，而是主动捡起来扔进垃圾桶，因此我们的教室和清洁区这两个地方*时都很干净。
记得有一次，我和同学们来得很早，陈霞也是。过了一会儿，我看见陈霞脸上露出着急的表情，准备过去问一问，可是陈霞突然站起身来，走向摆放扫帚的那个地方，拿起一把扫帚，开始扫起来。我带着疑问走过去对陈霞说：“今天是你值日吗”？“不是呀”！“那你为什呢要扫地呢”？“我们生活在同一个教室，应该一起来保护教室里的卫生，不一定非要等值日生来扫地，我来得早我就把教室打扫干净吧！”我被陈霞的话感动了，我觉得她是我们大家心目中真正的班长。我看见她仔仔细细的把教室的每一个角落扫得干干净净，然后她又看见教室里灰蒙蒙的，又把拖把沾上水来拖地，拖完后，她把教室里垃圾桶内的垃圾倒走了。教室里干干净净，没有一片垃圾，也没有一点灰尘。他总是那么热爱我们的班集体，有什么事都为我们班着想。
陈霞不仅能管纪律和爱护环境，她还乐于助人呢！虽然她很厉害，可是她也有一颗善良的心。
记得有一次课间操，我们和陈霞去买零食，有一个小男孩在塑胶跑道上你追我赶不小心摔跤了，陈霞马上过去扶起小男孩，问有没有受伤，小男孩原本哭泣的脸立刻不哭了，对她说：“大姐姐，谢谢你的关心，我没事。”
我们的班长陈霞真是一位认真负责，关心他人的好班长。
一双又细又长的丹凤眼，两条弯弯的柳叶眉，又大又高的鼻子，再加上两只元宝似的招风耳，一看到这些显著的特征，大家肯定知道他是谁了吧，对，他就是我们班的班长——庄子昊，人称“好(hào)班长”。大家肯定奇怪，为什么这个好不读“háo”而读“hào”呢?这不仅因为他的名字里有个“昊”，更因为我们这个班长还非常地好学、好奇，另外还有点那么——好管闲事。
“好学”的班长
别看“好班长”人高马大，一副大大咧咧的'样子，一学*起来马上就变了个人似的。你瞧，作业整理课的上课铃响了，此时刚打完篮球的“好班长”抱着篮球风风火火地走进教室，当其他同学还不顾铃声继续聊着刚才打球时的趣事时，他已经开始在作业本上奋笔疾书了，角色转变之快真的是让人目瞪口呆!“好班长”的成绩总是在班内名列前茅，令人佩服，我想这应该是得益于他极高的学*效率和打破沙锅问到底的执着性格吧。看着每节课下课他总是跟在老师后面问问不完的问题，我也忍不住把那几道不太理解的题目找出来去请教老师了。
“好奇”的班长
“好班长”对什么都充满好奇心，尤其对科学情有独钟。今天的科学课上老师让我们做一个关于四驱车马达磁力的实验，这可为他满足好奇心创造了个大机会。只见他捧起四驱车，上瞅瞅下看看，摸摸车头转转轮子，然后又360度全方位观察了一番。接下去就开始了巨大的拆装工程：撬开车盖，取出小马达，摸索着打开马达上的两个铁片，然后这里瞧瞧那里掏掏……忙得不亦乐乎。只是最后四驱车重新装起来后桌上凭空多出了两个零件。这下“好班长”刨根问底的执着劲又出来，他拿着零件赶紧去找老师了……
“好管闲事”的班长
“陈老师，你的手机在响了。”下课时，“好班长”跑到正在辅导学生的陈老师那里，“好的，知道了，谢谢!”陈老师头也不抬的回答，“陈老师，手机又在响了。” “好班长”又再一次跑到陈老师那里，“我等下会回过去的，谢谢!”陈老师继续耐心地给同学讲解着。“陈老师，手机又响了，我给你拿过来了。”“好班长”把手机递到陈老师的手里，逼得陈老师不得不中断讲解来接电话，原来是移动公司的服务电话。“不好意思，陈老师，我以为电话响了三次肯定是很重要的事……” “好班长”不好意思地挠着头，陈老师挂了电话，笑着说“你啊，真是个好管闲事的好孩子啊。”此时全班同学也看着热心的“好班长”也笑开了，因为类似的关心我们每个同学也都感受到过。
看了这些，大家觉得“好班长”这个称呼名副其实吧，告诉大家，在“好班长”的影响下，我们班的同学也渐渐地也各有所“好”了……

We became friends by accident. One day Jack was playing basketball on the playground. Amazed at how skillful he was, I made up my mind to play as well as him.
