1.注重双基考查，知识覆盖面广，难易度适中。单项选择、完形填空部分知识点考查全面，分别涉及了各类词法知识、固定短语、情态动词以及重点句法知识。如：人称代词、不可数名词、形容词、介词短语、动词短语、疑问副词、情态动词及过去时等。
2.试题比较灵活、具有一定开放性。
1）阅读理解：本次短文都贴*生活，学生们都比较感兴趣。阅读能力一直是我们学生中存在的较大问题，总的来说好一点的学生答的还可以，得分率也比较高。中下等学生丢分较严重。以后的教学中要多注意培养学生的阅读能力。
2）书面表达：命题贴*学生生活，体现人文关怀；设计的问题情境真实自然，符合学生的年龄特点和生活实际；列出提纲，学生可以根据所给的提示及写作要求，运用已学的语言知识进行认真思考，精心作答，适当发挥。

反思九年级这一年的工作，我深深感到：中考是检验学生和教师三年来的教和学的情况，九年级是整个初中阶段的重要一年，也是出成果的一年。为了使学生在英语这门学科上在中考中取得优异的成绩，在教学中我一直坚持学校的高效课堂教改，效果不错，中考中，我校英语有十三名学生满分，我教的两个班有七名，我教的班级也取得了较好的成绩，成绩出来后，学生感受到了成功的喜悦。在欣喜过后，我进行了冷静的反思，为以后的教学工作积累一些经验。

一、树立信心，明确目标
这一年中，我认为信心是动力，目标是方向。初三英语生词多，课文长而且难，听、说、读、写要求高。每节课前，我早早的预测学生在学*中将会遇到许多困难，因此，信心十足，目标明确是成功地进行英语教学的一个重要因素。教师要上好课。即要备好课，吃透教材，抓住重点、难点，做到有的放矢，教师又要提高授课的效率，注重授课的艺术，活跃课堂气氛，激发学*兴趣，采用灵活多变的教学方法。通常我都是通过课前严格检查学案，督促学生课前预*和复*，使他们的英语学*不盲目。同时我给学生明确各阶段的学*目标，与学生共同制定一个切实可行、周密有效的计划，并制定相应的措施来保证目标的实施，我还加大了督促检查的力度，并在此基础上进行总结。通过和学生谈话，帮助学生找准自己努力方向，确定奋斗的目标。一年中，我尽了自己能力去关心学生，尤其差生，我不歧视他们，通过交谈更多的了解、鼓励他们，和他们交朋友，这样提高了他们的学*自信心和学*热情，让他们在自信中学*，在快乐中进步。对于尖子生，我与学生及家长共同研究，详细地制定了奋斗目标。这一年我感到：在教学过程中，注意思想教育与知识教学互相渗透，寓思想素质教育于知识教育之中是非常必要的。我经常向学生讲述*经济的迅猛发展急需大量的外语人才、国家的发展更需要更多的人会讲英语等，让学生认识到学英语的重要性，鼓励学生树立远大的理想，努力学好英语。

在教学中，认真备课，认真阅读各种教科参考书，认真编写好教案制定好教学计划，根据学生的实际学*情况和向其他教师取得的经验，不断地加以改善修改；在传授学生知识时，不厌其烦，耐心教导学生，还耐心地辅导学生复*遗漏知识；在传授学生知识的同时，并对他们进行思想教育，教育优生帮助后进生。
二、在课堂教学中
本学期，高一英语备课组按照学校教务处和年级组的部署以及本组的工作计划，有条不紊地开展了各项教育教学工作，现就一期来本组所做的工作简要总结如下：
一、按计划认真开展备课组活动，解决有关问题
按照学校要求以及本组工作计划安排，本组在每周星期二第七节在一号教学楼三楼大办公室开展一次集体备课活动，活动的主要内容包括：
1、对即将要上的新课内容进行集体备课，由一位中心发言人说课，说课内容包括教学目标、重、难点的处理、教学过程、教学策略等。之后，其他组员发表意见，进行补充。
2、互通教学进度，交流下一步教学重点，学生阶段学*情况。
今天跟大家探讨一下学*英语的心得。如果从初中学*英语（有些人从小学就开始接触英语）
到大学毕业，学*英语的时间有十年了。即使是学的好的也只是试卷上阅读的能力强一些，少犯一些语法错误。但绝大数都是看外文书籍刊物都是云里雾里，根本不能了解人家的大意，更别提了使用英语交流了，遇到了老外挺不过5句就得腼腆的来从徐一句：“my English is poor”。这应该是*英语学*的弊端了吧
我也不是说通过一两个人就可以改变我们学*英语的*惯，改变*英语的现状。现在英语教育的高人数不胜数，改变*英语现状的重任就交给他们吧。我只是想从英语学*的一个学生的角度，和大家探讨一下学*的方法，或者寻找一下更高效的方法去学*。
我从以下几个角度说一说我的看法，大家有别的好的心得希望大家留言探讨切磋。
首先我认为语言学*主要目的就是交流，说为了让别人了解你的想法，你的需求。然后通过听来了解别人的思想，别人的需求。所谓文章的意义是我们不能面对面交流。我们只能通过文字来了解你的想法。写文章也是为了让别人通过文字来了解你的想法。从这方面来看的话‘听说’应该是我们学*一门语言的基础，最根本的地方。
