（一）试题分析（满分120分）
1.注重双基考查，知识覆盖面广，难易度适中。单项选择、完形填空部分知识点考查全面，分别涉及了各类词法知识、固定短语、情态动词以及重点句法知识。如：人称代词、不可数名词、形容词、介词短语、动词短语、疑问副词、情态动词及过去时等。
2.试题比较灵活、具有一定开放性。
1）阅读理解：本次短文都贴*生活，学生们都比较感兴趣。阅读能力一直是我们学生中存在的较大问题，总的来说好一点的学生答的还可以，得分率也比较高。中下等学生丢分较严重。以后的教学中要多注意培养学生的阅读能力。
2）书面表达：命题贴*学生生活，体现人文关怀；设计的问题情境真实自然，符合学生的年龄特点和生活实际；列出提纲，学生可以根据所给的提示及写作要求，运用已学的语言知识进行认真思考，精心作答，适当发挥。

一、复*目标
通过系统地复*，让学生能扎实地掌握本学期的所学的单词、句型和其他与课本所学的知识技能，能灵活地运用所学知识。
通过总复*，让全体学生特别是中下生能扎实地掌握本学期的知识点，全面提高班级的合格率和优秀率。
二、班级情况分析
三年级的课程任务主要是让学生能听说认读一些日常生活中的物体的英语单词，在一定的情境中能说日常交际用语。三年级所学的知识是一些基础内容，对于一些有上进心的学生来说是一件简单的事，但对于那些学*懒散的学生却比较难。还有的同学不愿意动脑，不肯读，学**惯差，作业拖拖拉拉。
英语写作课是公认的难上的课，而朱菲菲老师给我们送来了这样一节优秀的作文理论课，给我们今后的教学带来了很好的指导作用。
第一、引题
朱老师以自己为话题，让学生问他几个问题，以增进彼此的了解，融洽师生关系，从而更快的接受老师，更快的融入课堂。而且这样的方式也很好地锻炼了口语能力，使英语学以致用。
第二、如何写一篇优秀的文章
A、审题目：要认真审题，看到考题后，先不要急于动笔，要仔细看清题目要求的内容。在自己的头脑中构思出一个框架或画面，确定短文的中心思想，不要匆匆下笔，看懂题意，根据提供的资料和信息来审题。审题要审格式、体裁、人物关系、故事情节、主体时态、活动时间、地点等。
一、工作完成情况
本学期认真备课，努力钻研教材，培养学生的英语学**惯，重视对学*方法的指导，帮助学生理解、吸收、吃透教材，对学生分批分层地辅导和督促，但是由于初次接触低年级，不熟悉教材和出题方向，虽摆脱倒三，却没有实现最佳愿望。
二、主客观原因分析
六年级对我来说是一个陌生的领域，要熟练掌握还需要一段时间，前半学期由于学生在暑期参加学*班，重复学*很轻松，成绩也好，这样，给人一种假象，认为学生的基础很好，所以后半学期忽视了对尖子生的注意，更多的注意力放在了后进生身上，以至于尖子生没有发挥好；对教材和出题方向不熟悉也是一个重要原因，英语是比较灵活的语言，但是答案的唯一性限制了学生的思维，影响了学生成绩，因为*时没有出现书面表达题，所以也就忽视对该题型的训练。
三、采取措施：
本学期，我担任六年级的英语教学工作。几年的教学工作使我对六年级的教材有了一定的了解，也了解到了一些教学教法。但在实际的教育教学中，我深深感觉到教小学英语之难之累，真是“苦在其身，乐在其心”！为使今后的.教学工作取得更大进步，现对本学期的教学工作作一总结。
一、学*课标，明确教学目标。
为了使我的英语教学适应新时期英语教学要求、树立起新的育人理念，我抽休息时间对《英语课程标准》进行了研读，了解了此次英语课程改革的目的、掌握了此次英语改革的重点、明确了英语课程各级的总目标和各内容的分级目标、理解了英语教学原则、学会了一些科学评价原则等，从而为后面的教学提供了充分的依据、奠定了的扎实的基础、保证了教学的顺利进行。

初中英语学科是九年义务教育中学阶段学生必修课程，与其他学科一样，担负着对学生进行德、智、体、美诸多教育的任务。所以，在学*英语的过程中，学生不仅仅能够学到语言知识，掌握语言技能，还能够培养了解他人，尊重他人的包容性格，认识自我和认识他人的本事，克服困难，合作解决问题的本事，以及与人共同生活等诸多方面的本事，这些对于学生良好性格的养成，促进学生主动全面的发展，具有进取的作用。对于本学期的德育工作总结如下：
1、挖掘教材的德育因素，渗透德育
在中学英语教材中，学生能够接触到本国和所学语言国家的文化、历史、地理、科技、政治、文化礼仪、*俗风貌。要学*包括表达思维活动(同意、帮忙、邀请)、情感态度(喜欢、感激、同情、愿望)、道德态度(抱歉、宽恕、感激、赞成、关心)、社会文化(介绍、问候、告别、就餐、看病、庆贺)等三十多个语言功能项目，资料丰富。这些语言材料的学*，为课堂的德育实施供给了丰富的素材。
七年级英语教学是初中英语学*的起始阶段，其教学资料一般比较浅显，多与学生的生活接*。教学中教师要善于找好德育的切入点和结合点，进行自然的渗透，切忌长篇大论。
2、注重语言教学的情感教育，促进学生知、情、意、行的和谐发展
今天跟大家探讨一下学*英语的心得。如果从初中学*英语（有些人从小学就开始接触英语）
到大学毕业，学*英语的时间有十年了。即使是学的好的也只是试卷上阅读的能力强一些，少犯一些语法错误。但绝大数都是看外文书籍刊物都是云里雾里，根本不能了解人家的大意，更别提了使用英语交流了，遇到了老外挺不过5句就得腼腆的来从徐一句：“my English is poor”。这应该是*英语学*的弊端了吧
我也不是说通过一两个人就可以改变我们学*英语的*惯，改变*英语的现状。现在英语教育的高人数不胜数，改变*英语现状的重任就交给他们吧。我只是想从英语学*的一个学生的角度，和大家探讨一下学*的方法，或者寻找一下更高效的方法去学*。
我从以下几个角度说一说我的看法，大家有别的好的心得希望大家留言探讨切磋。
首先我认为语言学*主要目的就是交流，说为了让别人了解你的想法，你的需求。然后通过听来了解别人的思想，别人的需求。所谓文章的意义是我们不能面对面交流。我们只能通过文字来了解你的想法。写文章也是为了让别人通过文字来了解你的想法。从这方面来看的话‘听说’应该是我们学*一门语言的基础，最根本的地方。
