（一）在积累中领悟。古语说得好：“巧妇难为无米之炊”。因此，在进行书面表达训练之前，我特别强调学生注重语言知识的输入和积累。应该说，听、说、读、写四种技能是相辅相成，相得益彰的。听和读是理解和吸收语言知识的基本手段，只有做足做好这一方面的积累，才能保证好的输出能力。我主要从以下几个点入手：
（1）朗读训练。要求和督促学生以课文段落、所做过的阅读和完形中的优美篇章、新英语九百句、21世纪报中贴*学生学*和生活、社会发展、时代气息的时文为内容，每天保证15分钟的大声朗读，在朗读中领悟和理解语言的结构和功能，培养语感，加深对措辞和表达的感悟。
（2）听写训练。在日常的教学中，有意识地搜集优美实用的词、句、段落和语篇，利用课前3—5分钟进行听写，不仅能促进学生更准确地理解句子及篇章，熟练地书写句子，有效地锻炼学生的书面表达能力,也为日后的写作积累了材料。
（3）摘录好词、好句和好的段落。在*时学*中多留意，多收集素材，力求每天至少记住1—2个好的词句，并尽可能地运用到写作中，这样写作时就可以做到胸有成竹，而不会手忙脚乱，无从下手。
（4）错题集锦。建议学生自备一本命名为 “HotPotatoes”（烫手的马铃薯）的小册子，用以整理和订正练*和考试中出现的错误，随身携带，并时不时地拿出来翻看和辩析，确保在今后少犯或不犯类似的错误。
(二)在训练中突破。提高学生的写作能力并非一朝一夕之功。在教学过程中，教师应自始至终抓好英语基础知识，结合学生的实际情况，突出学生主体，采取有序多样的训练方式来提高学生的遣词造句、谋篇布局的能力，提高实践能力和书面表达能力。
（1）严把书写关。整洁漂亮的书写会给人以美好的印象，也会在一定程度上提高了作文的档次。因此，即使在*时的作业中，我要求组长、科代表层层把关，对随意塗改、书写潦草的作业一律退回重做，力求人人做到卷面整洁，书写工整规范,并把这一观念渗透到*时的每一环节。
（2）常抓改写和缩写。高中英语新教材内容丰富，题材广泛，包容风土人情、历史地理、名人传记、新闻出版、环境保护、自然灾害等方方面面，高中英语写作《高中英语作文教学尝试》。在加强语篇教学的同时，应适时地让学生围绕课文内容进行写的练*，提供机会让他们运用相关的语言知识，是提高写作能力的重要环节;也可精选一些课外英文读物（如《二十一世纪报》）的部分篇章，要求学生进行缩写和改写，让他们在丰富的内容中学会把握要点，又有充分的选择和个性发挥余地。
（3）全真试题演练。认真搜集历年的高考卷、往届的期中和期末考的书面表达并整理归类，有意识地将原文的相关的词、短语和结构挖空，要求学生借助所给的提示完成文中的空白处，让他们在所创设的不同的语境中对错误率较高的动词时态和语态、关键词组和短语、恰当的连词和引导词、实用的句式结构等方面加以强化训练，提高他们在今后的写作中关注和把握好这几方面的意识。
（4）重新排序法。把文章的顺序打乱，然后要求学生按所提供的信息重新排序，使学生在训练中对上下文的衔接及篇章的构建有更加深入和到位的体会及升华；也使他们感受到为了使短文通顺、流畅、自然，不仅得重视篇章的行文逻辑，谋篇布局和连贯性，还必须采用恰当的词汇短语使句与句、段与段之间衔接紧密，过渡自然，使文章紧凑整和，言简意赅。
（5）限时现场作文训练。经过一段时间的积累和循序渐进的实践，定期地让学生进行现场作文的训练是很有必要的。训练中，我主要对文章的体裁作出统一的规定，并让学生自己提供10个左右的词组和短语，2—3个的句式结构，最后汇总在黑板上；然后让他们就这些词组、短语和结构进行口头造句训练，在确保大多数学生已掌握了这些词、句的用法的基础上，要学生门在规定的时间内完成书面表达。在训练的过程中，学生可利用所学的某些词汇、句型，借助已形成的思维定势，用英语表达思想，传递信息，不仅使学生觉得学到的英语知识有了用武之地，也极大地减轻了写作的心理压力，增强了写好文章的信心。
（三）在评改中提高。新课标明确指出在教学中应“以学生为中心，以活动为中心，以任务为中心，突出学生主体，倡导体验与参与，在体验、参与和合作中互相促进，共同进步”，因此在作文的'评改我凸现学生的主体性，充分发动学生参与和体验，在做中学、体验中提高。
（1）吃透评分标准。学生只有在了解写作的评分标准之后，才有可能做到有所侧重，有的放矢，也才不会因某一方面的偏差而白白丢分。因此，在系统训练之前，我都认真地组织学生对评分标准进行学*和研究，确保学生领会评分标准的依据和要旨，以便在写作中避开不利因素，最大限度地减少无谓的失分。
（2）组织自评和组评。在以往的教学中，书面表达都是老师辛辛苦苦评改，而学生只关心得了几分，然后就置之不理了，因此效果总是不尽人意。现在我采用让学生自评和分组评改。比如在配套练*或测试中的书面表达，主要地是把范文印发给学生，人手一份，先明确要点；再点出关键词组短语；然后是文章的连贯性和结构的合理化，也就分数的比例进行一定的指导，最后让学生根据以上几个方面进行自评。在现场限时训练之后，以4人一组把学生分成几个小组，每个成员负责一部份，就动词的正确形式、短语词组的合理搭配、句式结构的准确性及关联词的恰当应用进行评判，分工明确，各司其职；最后再汇总，共同对这几篇短文打分，使学生在分工协作与亲身体验中有更深的印象，在评价别人的同时也达到自省和探究的效果，可谓一举多得。
（3）凸现优美的词句。应该说，在学生的作文中，我们能时不时发现一些优美的词句。因此在评改时，我都尽可能地把这些词句勾画出来，并不失时机地向学生推荐并用多媒体课件集中展示，使学生从中得到肯定、鼓励和推动，也激发他们去作出更多的尝试和创造。
（4）开辟*作欣赏角。经过一段时间的实践和练兵，适时地从学生的*作中选录一些篇章，刊登在*作欣赏角。作品的选录可从多个角度入手，既可以是书写漂亮的佳作以原卷张贴，也可以是进步明显的*作滕写之后张贴，还可以是学生推荐的名篇佳作，诗词歌曲，使学生在欣赏中学*，在学*中竞争，在竞争中提高。
（5）细化作文分数。作文的得分是对学生的劳动的肯定和评估，学生们对此也极为关注。如何充分利用这一有利因素来促动学生致力于书面表达的提高呢？经过一段时间的摸索，我做了细化作文分数的尝试。打分的时候，我把分数分解成内容分（15）+学以致用或优美词句分（３－５）+书写分（２—４），特别突出学以致用分和书写分，在*时的点点滴滴有意识地进行渗透和倡导，使他们在训练中有明确的导向和目标，达到事半功倍之效。
总而言之，提高书面表达的能力不可能是一蹴而就的。只有在明析了评分标准的前提下，经过不懈的积累，掌握一定的写作技巧，通过行之有效的写作实践及不断的归纳和总结来提高学生的谴词造句和谋篇布局的能力，才有可能使他们的写作能力得到质的飞跃。

一名学生的父母三次向法院提出离婚。我多次到家做他们的工作，最后让他们握手和解。这位学生的父亲说：“我不知道；你是我儿子的班主任，也是我的老师。你让我明白了如何做一个负责任的丈夫和父亲&“另一个学生的父母离婚后，他们经常为孩子的教育而争吵。在孩子的建议下，他们找到了我。在深入细致的工作后，他们第一次*静地坐在一起，交换教育儿子的方法。
独创性&mdash—教学改革
为推动英语新课程的实施，几年来，我始终认真学*党的教育方针和教育理论，积极参与教学改革，更新教育观念，不断尝试在英语教学中运用“精讲精练”的教学策略，形成激励性、引导性的教学，解决英语教育教学中的难点：
即：，用简洁的语言准确揭示教材的本质特征和知识之间的内在联系，教会学生理解规律、解决问题，从而在课堂上留出足够的时间，让学生开展语言实践活动，完成教师布置的适量作业，正确处理语言与言语的辩证关系，让学生通过言语学*语言，使用语言言语，从而相互促进，直到他们自觉地、完美地掌握外语披露措施和效果之间的渠道，使教学计划从被教对象的角度来看最巧妙，语言最精炼，寻求一种有效的方式来实现点线面教学的效果，疏通信息交流网络，优化外语教学中师生之间的双边活动，使他们在教学过程中相互影响、相互依存，从不同侧面共同工作。选择少量但精炼的实例和练*，引导学生开展积极的培训活动，通过多种方式深入理解知识，掌握技能，发展智力，提高能力。辛勤的汗水孕育出丰硕的果实。
从*三年的实践来看，在我指导下的学生在全国英语水*竞赛中取得了必要的成绩。同时，我与英语教研组全体教师共同努力，落实教学惯例，坚持精心备课、勤听课、勤评价的原则，密切关注教学研究，提高课堂教学质量。连续几年，我校英语高考名列前茅，被授予“全市三星级英语教研组”光荣称号。
在过去一年的英语教学中，现作如下几点总结。
一、注意高一年与初中的衔接过渡
高一新学期伊始，可以通过摸底了解学生大致水*，及时给学生弥补初中的缺漏知识。可利用上半学期的时间从语言、词汇、语法、句型等方面系统复*。要尽快使学生适应高中英语教学，具体做法是：培养学生课前预*、课后复*的良好学**惯；坚持用英语授课，要求并鼓励学生用英语思考问题、回答问题；根据高考要求，从高一年开始就需要培养学生的阅读能力，教会学生一些阅读技巧，养成良好的阅读*惯；另外，课后要多与学生接触，尽快和学生熟悉。
二、高中英语教学要始终贯彻交际性原则，强化学生主体意识
“让游泳者到水中去。”这是交际语言教学理论的思想核心。语言学家毛鲁（KE Morrow）曾说过：“To learn it, do it only by practising communicative activities can we learn to communicate.” 意思是，要学，就得实践。贯彻交际性原则亦就是要把教学活化为实际：
1、建立“课前五分钟会话”，培养课堂交际氛围。如一进课堂老师说：“It’s nice to see you again./It’s fine today, isn’t?/How are you today?”星期一上课问：“Did you have a good time in the weekend?”学生会作出不同的回答，引出更多的对话，从而达到交际的目的。这种做法一定要坚持到高三年。
2、适当让学生表演对话或课文内容。针对*期所学内容，布置学生课后进行讨论排练，然后再般上课堂表演。
3、多鼓励，少批评。为了使学生更爱开口，在练*中，要重视运用鼓励性语言，不断强化学生参加交际的信心。
三、培养学生的自学能力
只有通过辅导学生掌握一套科学的学*方法，并培养学生的自学能力，才能使学生的学*积极性和主动性得以发挥。具体包括：培养学生的预*能力、各种方法掌握英语基本知识的能力、学生自己整理所学知识的能力。另外，自学能力的提高还得益于大量的独立的阅读，于是新学期开始就要要求学生人人必备一本英汉词典作为工具书，让学生勤查字典。
四、激发学生学*英语的兴趣
在教学中培养学生的学*兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学*中产生两极分化。具体做法是把语言教学与日常生活联系起来，上课可以结合时事、热点，给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。还可以通过开辟第二课堂，如举办英语角、讲故事、各类竞赛等。老师课后应当多和学生交流接触，了解学生的需要，适当和学生一起参加活动、体育运动。课后还可以布置学生听英语广播、看英语新闻，然后再到学校进行交流。
然而，在教学实践中，批改作业是一个薄弱环节、一个被忽视的环节。在此，我总结自己的教学体会，谈谈自己对批改作业的看法。
1、巩固教学效果发展学生智能教学的一个根本目的，是要求学生学会独立思考、独立自学，最终成为一个能独立工作的合格人才。课内教学的双边活动是至关重要的，但由于学生多，时间少，而学生主动活动机会则不多。所以，课外作业便是学生个体完成作业的独立活动的基本形式。学生在完成作业过程中，需要独立思考、独立钻研，这对学生有充分的实际锻炼机会。课外作业，有助于学生发展智能和创造性才能，有助于培养学生灵活地应用知识解决问题，有助于培养学生的能力，并能培养学生按时完成任务的*惯和责任心，以及克服困难的精神。因此，教师要在作业的布置和批改上下工夫，不仅要重视答案的公*性、客观性和唯一性，还要重视学生的选择性和创造性以及答案的开放性和多样性。如，学了高二上册Unit9的Saving the earth, 我要求学生写一篇作文What do you think is the most serious problems in the world? 要求学生联系生活列举身边对环境造成污染的事例，并提出解决问题的方法，从而对学生进行环保教育，使他们认识到地球环境问题的严重性及如何由我做起，在日常生活中的点滴做起保护环境，节约能源。
2、及时反馈信息 调整教学环节每个学生对课堂上的知识掌握程度，都会在作业中直接反映出来。对于难度较大的题目，学生出现错误较多的作业，教师批语应多加鼓励，并且在讲解时要具体详细，对课堂教学也必须做出相应的调整。对于难度较小，作业一般不应该出现的问题，批语应该严肃恳切，并指导学生及时纠正。同时，教师可利用批语争对不同层次的学生征求对课堂教学，尤其是单元教学的意见，使自己对教学方法和教材处理更加科学合理，更加有利学生主动接受性、新知识，提出新问题。例如，教师可以在中下等水*的学生作业里用批语征求意见：Do you think this unit is difficult for you? What do you think is the most difficult point? 或者 What’s your suggestion on how to deal with the next unit?坚持这样做一段时间后，学生会主动向教师反映上一个单元中还没有弄清的教学内容和在新课文预*的过程中遇到的问题。这样，就能做到因材施教、教学相长。
3、交流师生感情 促进学生求知人的心理结构是有智力、意志、情感三个基本因素组成的。情感因素在培养学生学*兴趣，促进学生积极主动接受知识的过程中起到关键作用。教师应采用教学情感性若干策略：
①激励性。善于发现学生的优点和特长，正面诱导。
②支持性。给遇到困难、丧失信心、情绪低落的学生以必要的心理援助。
③愉悦性。相互信任、彼此融洽的师生关系，可以使教学取得更加满意的效果。师生书面语言的交流是中学阶段师生情感交流的最佳方式。通过长期的师生书面交流，能够使学生对本学科学*兴趣盎然，使教师课堂内外教学得心应手，达到教与学的高度配合。例如，一个学生曾有抄袭作业的毛病，我批阅：I’m glad that you can hand in your homework on time and your handwriting is beautiful. But is it written by yourself? Why not do it by yourself? If you made any mistakes, it doesn’t matter.又如，某学生在初中没有认真学英语，进入高中发觉自己和同学差距较大，就产生了放弃英语的念头，对作业马虎应付。我发现情况后，在作业中写到： Although your English is poor ,it doesn’t matter. Don’t lose heart .Try your best. I’m sure you will be better and I will always help you .Whenever you have question, just come to me. 后来，他经常向我请教英语学*的各种问题。我鼓励他积极上进，指导他采取正确的.学*方法，并强调我时刻都在关注着他的进步。经过努力，他的英语成绩接*班级中等水*。更有一些学生，在与老师建立了互相信任的基础上，愿意把自己在学*中遇到的问题以及生活中的烦恼甚至个人秘密，用英语或中英夹叙与教师交流。事实证明，良好的师生关系极大地促进教学的顺利进展。
4、端正学*态度 掌握学*方法有的学生在以往的学*过程中，养成了不良的学**惯；有的学生虽然想学好英语，可是由于方法不得当，进步缓慢，事倍功半。这些问题都可能在作业中反映出来。教师通过作业批改，可以及时发现问题，并予以纠正。例如，某学生老是拼错单词，我写道：Why can’t you remember the spelling of words ? What’s the matter? Can you tell me? 后来她找我谈话，我给她一些单词记忆法，并鼓励她自信，取得了明显效果。而另一些学生上课开小差，作业有时漏做，我批曰：you are always good, but try to not be absent-minded again, OK? 他回答：Ok! I can do better in the future.师生交流如同行云流水，自然顺畅。
5、渗透德育教学 培养学生情操高中教材图文并茂，教材丰富，这为师生提供了大量丰富的语言实践素材。在学生作业中教师应巧妙地利用这些教材，为学生设计一些高质量的练*题。例如，学了高二上册British Isles, 我让学生作文：Huadu。学生利用本单元的短语勾画出花都的美丽图画，多了解花都，我用优美的词语批阅，鼓励他们为故乡美好的未来而勤奋努力。又如，学完First aid 要求学生作文。让他们知道在紧急情况下如何自救和帮助救人。教师批语中教育他们：在危急时刻，要沉着冷静、机智勇敢地自救，还应想到他人的安危。这样，教学和德育有机地结合起来。教材提供了内容、体裁多样、品位高雅、紧扣时代的文章。教师可充分利用它们，针对性地进行思想教育。鉴于高中生已掌握了一定数量的词汇，对基础语法基本了解。我在作业批改中做到：
①尽量用英语批语。在批语中，不故意避免使用新词汇，因为个别生词反而可以刺激学生求知欲，可扩大他们的词汇；同时鼓励学生用中英夹叙来回应老师批语。
②批语尽量使用学生最*学到的词汇句型，以利用学生巩固掌握。
③批语应根据各个学生的不同英语水*分别对待，切忌千篇一律。
④批语书写尽量工整、简洁、标准，以起到示范作用。
⑤批语以肯定、鼓励为主，如果提出批评或建议，语气尽量*和以利于学生接受。教师应充分利用学生作业和作业这一教学环节，互助共长，也是师生交流增进感情的一种很好的方式使，教学取得更大成效，适应教育的转型。
在既有会考又有高考的这一年高三英语教学工作中，我根据学生的实际情况和高考的要求，不断地探索教法，调整训练方案，按照英语教研组的计划扎扎实实地进行工作，在教学过程中我们本着“培养主体意识，强化课堂训练”的原则，积极做好学生的思想工作，提高学*的自觉性、积极性和主动性；帮学生树立信心。同时我认真研究考试说明与教学大纲，按照“突出语篇、强调应用，注重交际”这一主旋律进行教学和复*，提高实战能力，力求做到高效地进行复*，为高考打下扎实的基矗具体做法如下：
（一）、积极地去了解学生，去摸清学生的学*基础，以便以更好的“因材施教”。
（二）、合理制定、完善教学、复*计划。
（三）、在教学中认真备课、上课、听课、评课，及时批改作业、讲评作业，做好课后辅导工作。
（四）、精研高考试题，广泛涉猎各种知识，形成比较完整的知识结构。对全国今年各省份的英语试题做了深入细致的研究，将高考对词汇、短语和语法的考点做了详尽的分析归纳，对完型、阅读和写作也做了深入的研究，目的想真正实现“考什么教什么”。
（五）、严格要求学生，尊重学生，发扬教学民主，使学生学有所得，从而不断提高自己的教学水*和思想觉悟，并顺利完成教育教学任务。
一、进行了英语学情分析。
这一学年教授两个班为应届文理科的学生，英语基础不太理想，没有一个学生能达到优秀（120分）档次，而且能及格的学生人数微乎其微。不少学生感到英语特别难学，对英语学*比较头疼。开学之初即对学情进行了认真分析。在日常教学中认真落实因材施教和因人施教。高复文班的学生属于良莠不齐，有个别学生基础较好，但也有相当大的尾巴，及格很困难。
二、把教学计划落到实处。
本年度教学工作重心即在进行基础知识的复*上巩固和加深对基础知识的理解和掌握，提升其解决问题的能力，所以教学工作安排上把重心放在了对课本知识的复*上。三轮复*中，首轮复*是从20xx年x月到20xx年x月中旬，内容是高一年级课本20个单元，高二年级课本20个单元。对这40个单元的复*安排是每单元课本复*用时2节课，优化设计1节课，英语周报2课时，单元基础知识总结和反馈2课时。*时复*中把高中英语复*语法项目中的13个专题适当融合进去。通过练*和讲解，增强学生对语法的理解和对英语用法的复*巩固。
三、大量练*促进学生对基础知识的巩固和能力的提高。
课本复*是学生能力提高的关键。从开学之初即对课本知识点认真归纳和总结，通过练*的形式进行学*反溃主要是各省市的模拟试卷，认真把握教学工作中的练*环节。
1、词块和词汇
“词块”这两个字是高考命题解析中出现的新的信息词，意味着高考命题的趋势。词汇是英语学*的基石。在复*过程中，对每单元的重要词汇、短语进行总结，以讲义的形式发给学生，要求记忆和默写；并指导学生按照字母顺序背高考词汇表中的单词，要求学生掌握这些单词的用法，教师每天对其进行测试，检测他们对这些词汇的掌握程度并督促他们认真去背。还要注意常见词的一词多义等进行辨析，并掌握常见的构词法，这样就可有效地扩大词汇量，为对付高考中的各种题型打下了很好的基础。
2、语法
语法知识也是做好各类高考题型的基础，我们在会考复*开始就对各个语法点进行系统的复*如名词冠词，代词，时态、语态、名词性从句、状语从句、非谓语动词、倒装等，我们尽量做到环环相扣，层层推进，再配以专项练*，达到扎实语*底的目的，为第二轮的“强化能力”的训练做好充分准备。同时，由于在高考中语法知识是放在特定的语境中进行考查，在第二轮复*中我们归纳，分析了各类单项选择的解题技巧，尽可能创设各种语言情况来复*这些语法，从而提高学生灵活运用语言的能力。
完形填空和阅读理解是高考中的重头戏，在总分150分中占了80分之多，所以语篇能力的培养和提高是高考复*中非常关键的一部分。我们非常重视语篇的阅读和理解中逻辑思维的训练与培养。在高三的第二学期，我们隔天让学生做06年全国各地的高考完形和阅读。并有选择地进行错题分析。在阅读方面，我们在第二学期加强了限时阅读，在限时阅读后，教师及时讲评，帮助学生分析长句、难句，指导学生根据文章内容进行判断、推理、归纳、分析，从而选出最佳答案。
四、听力训练作好提高成绩保障。
选用了两套听力训练，共有80套，供学生在课上或课下时间进行听力训练之用。这两套材料都是高考播音者录制的，含金量高，所以标准的听力材料成为学生最为得益的听力助手。利用每天晚自*前的二十分钟，坚持听力训练，使得学生们的听力不断提高，保持在一个较高的水准。
五、扩大阅读，培养英语能力。
课外阅读必不可少。给学生提供了两个网址：一个是21世纪报，一个是ChinaDaily。网站兼顾新闻、娱乐、科技、校园、地道美文等多方面内容。学生除了可以增加阅读量还可以把一些精彩的文章当作范文来背诵。这不仅提高了学生的学*兴趣，也丰富和开拓了学生的视野。
六、认真批阅学生英语作文，分阶段分体裁强化训练。
写作对学生的语言组织能力和创造能力提出了更高的要求，对学生的综合能力的考查更全面。在*时的写作训练中，我们让学生练了高考书面表达中的各种体裁和题材，如书信、通知、日记、发言搞等，至少每周写一篇，然后进行认真批改讲评，有几次甚至大部分同学都面批。并且指导学生注重*时积累，归纳运用并背诵一些书面表达常用连接词、句型、写作模板等，还背诵一些优秀范文，进行模仿写作。本学期为高复文班的学生的英语作文进行多次单独批阅，主要是提高他们的书面表达能力，在一定程度上鼓舞了学生的英语学*积极性。通过训练，学生们感到不怕写作文，有的学生兴趣很高，每次作文都认真琢磨，想要拿更好的成绩。
一、面向全体学生，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基处
1、创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地使用英语，对他们在学*过程中的失误和错误采取宽容的态度。
2、为学生带给自主学*和直接交流的机会，以及充分表现和自我发展的一个空间。
3、鼓励学生透过体验、实践、合作、探索等方式，发展听、说、读、写的综合潜力。
4、创造条件让学生能够探究他们自己的一些问题，并自主解决问题。
二、关注学生情感，营造民主、和谐的教学气氛。
学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化有用心的情态，才能持续英语学*的动力并取得成绩，刻板的情态，不仅仅会影响到英语学*的效果，还会影响其它方面的发展，情态是学好英语的重要因素，因此我努力营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学空间，做到：
1、尊重每个学生，用心鼓励他们在学*中的尝试，保护他们的自尊心和用心性。
2、把英语教学与情态有机地结合起来，创造各种合作学*的活动，促进学生互相学*，互相帮忙，体验成就感，发展合作精神。
3、关注学*有困难的或性格内向的学*，尽可能地为他们创造语言的机会。
4、建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道，经常和学生一齐反思学*过程和学*效果，互相鼓励和帮忙，做到教学相辅。
三、加强对学生学*策略的指导，让他们在学*和使用的过程中，逐步学会如何学*，做到：
1、用心创造条件，让学生参与到阶段性学*目标，以及给他们介绍实现目标的方法。
2、引导学生结合语境，采用推测、查阅和协调的方法进行学*。
3、引导学生在学*过程中，进行自我评价，并根据需要调整自己的学*目标和学*策略。
新课程改革不是纸上谈兵，它务必要与实践相结合，所以，我将继续努力学*，用心进取，用心参与课程改革，在课改中不断学*，不断实践，不断反思，愿与新课程共同成长。
——高中英语的教学反思 (菁华6篇)
一、循序渐进。温故知新
任何一门知识，包括英语，都是有系统的。学*新知识就能融会贯通旧知识，组成新的知识结构，这不仅能激发学生对英语的学*兴趣，而且使学生能够由易而难顺利地完成一个个学*目标。温故而知新也是以遗忘规律为依据。根据艾宾浩斯的先快后慢的遗忘规律，在学*材料刚刚能记住的一小时后，人们对所学的材料仅仅保持40％左右。第一天，保持仅1／3，到第六天逐渐下降到l／4左右。曲线最初是急剧下降，过一段时间后下降减慢，曲线趋于*稳。所以对信息进行及时和经常合理地复*，才能达到牢固记忆的目的。具体方法就是学*一复*一再复*。表面看来似乎很繁琐，其实每次复*时间不需太多，只要合理地安排时间，复*时做到系统性、针对性、综合性，便能事半功倍。教师要鼓励学生结合自己的实际情况，制定切实可行的复*计划。
二．教会学生记笔记记笔记可以深化学*内容，理清思路，增进记忆。
尖子生往往善于记笔记，总是一边听课，一边记笔记。曾让学生把笔记在中间划一条竖线，一分两半。左边记课堂上讲解的要点、词语用法、语法项目等，右边可以记预*时查得的例句、用法之类。引导学生在右半部分记下自己的心得、新看法或是课后提出的疑问。这样有利于培养学生的独立思考和创造思维的能力。同时指导学生在记笔记时采用一套自己惯用的符号规划笔记内容，使笔记更加条理清晰、一目了然，从而也提高了听课效率。例如，教学生采用“o”符号表示当堂的重点和难点，用“、／”表示需要了解的东西。课下，学生还应对照课本认真整理笔记内容，直到全部弄懂掌握为止，并经常翻看复*，以减少遗忘。
三、在交际中学*运用英语在英语教学过程中应该贯彻交际性原则，实现教学过程交际化。
在课堂上，尽量让学生多说多练，鼓励他们多开口。例如可以课文为议题、内容、对象，开展多种形式的言语交际活动，包括说话练*，课堂讨论，小辩论，编对话，课文表演，小作文，背景知识介绍，给课文另取题目，就课文内容进行评论，用新词语编故事，故事续讲，角色复述等等，利用课文的这些训练过程就是高效的学*英语过程。老师的职责就在于引导和点拨，使学生自觉地接受、熟悉、进而掌握英语，使他们离开教师也能高效地学*英语，这就是所谓“教是为了不教”或“授人以鱼，不如授人以渔”。
总之，教师要在注意指导“学”的方法的基础上研究“教”的方法。因为学生是学*的主体，只有充分调动学生的主动性和积极性，帮助他们找到适合自己的学*方法，才能提高教学质量和学*效果。同时，英语学*方法的培养必须贯穿于教学活动的始终。每个教学环节中都存在学法的渗透，只要在教学过程的各个环节都进行有意识的学法指导，日积月累，学生良好的学**惯和科学的学*方法就会逐步形成，这会使学生受益终身，这也正是我们教育的根本之所在。
如果问，我从初中转到高中，在教学上最大的收获是什么？我的回答是对学生的理解。
初中英语教学，长期以来教学进度的制定所依据的是教材，教材所需的课时更多的是根据每个模块固定的分配，也就是说教师怎么教，教学进度如何安排，基本教材已经规定好了，教师在备课之前无需进行过多的思考，可在这个过程中，有一个重要的因素是很容易被忽视的，或者说往往是忽略不计的，那就是学生的学情。有可能学生学得不太好，但是好在初中的知识无论是在体系上还是在规模上都相对简单，也就是说，某个知识点掌握的不太好，对考试影响不大，特别是前些年来，中考的出题策略没有体现水*测试，所以其信度和效度相对都要低。换言之，很多学生只要背一背*题，再背一背教材，成绩就会有很多提高。
可是，初中的这种教学思路就会造成相当多学生成绩表面很好，高分很多，但其中有很大程度的原因都是九年级时死记硬背上来的，无论是从知识体系，词汇量，学*方法等诸多方面上说，都是很低的。如果说，这些问题在初中，甚至是中考中体现不明显的话，那么一旦学生进入高中学*，必然暴露出一大堆问题，一些长期隐蔽的问题对于学生和学*来说简直就是致命的。
高中的学*目的其实比较清晰，就是针对高考，无论怎样，总归是面向考试的，也就是说肯定是有应试性的，但是，高考和中考的出题思路完全不同。高考的主要目的就是选拔人才，或者说要体现考试的区分度，其所设置的题目和难度都完全是水*性的，以前考死记硬背考题得高分的方法肯定就不适用于高中的学*了。
而以前的初中英语知识，如果没有完整的知识体系，那么如果学生学*高中的知识，肯定是一塌糊涂。
而更为重要的是，如果按照初中教学的思路，不管学生掌握的如何，能不能理解教材的内容，一意孤行的讲教材，将课文，那造成的结果是灾难性的，有时甚至是不可逆转的。
从我一开始接触高中的学生，和高中的教材开始，我就一直因为这个问题所困惑。高中的教材难度和九年级的相比，根本不是递进式的，而是飞跃式的，无论是每课生词出现的词量还是句子复杂的程度，都是如此。刚开始学生还能勉强接受，但是时间一长学生就感到很困难了。尤其是很多生词，相对于高考，本身就比较偏，而相对于我校的学生来说，就是难上加难了。
在教学中，虽然以学生为中心这样的话，似乎都已经是陈词了，但现在想来，绝不是滥调，而是振聋发聩的。无论学生有多差，只要找到他们的知识水*的基点，经过教师的引导和鼓励，理论上说，学生总会学*的，哪怕是向前挪动了一小步，也应该是努力了。之所以学生学不会，关键还是我没有读懂学生，没有站在学生的角度进行考虑。要让学生学会，首先要调整教学内容的难度，并且调动学生的兴趣，引入学生感兴趣的话题，让学生觉得感兴趣，学英语是有用的，实用的，从完全应试的教育思路中跳出来，回到课标中“学以致用”的轨道上来，让他们觉得英语是亲切的，鲜活的，生动的，有趣的，甚至是美丽的。
经过一学期的痛苦思考和反思之后，我决定大胆改革。首先，对教材进行大刀阔斧的改革。在课文的选择上，尽量选择能吸引学生兴趣的，从难度上要选择适合学生认知水*的；其次，补充大量课外的阅读资源。我在互联网上查找了大量鲜活的语言资源，有热门新闻，如《篮球界的灰姑娘——林书豪》，《黑人歌后之死》，还有名人演讲《乔布斯斯坦福大学毕业典礼演讲》，《丁丁历险记》作者及其电影简介。同时为了调动学生兴趣，我还特意找了一篇小说《哈利波特与密室》。当然所有这些都需要进行改变。一个是从篇幅上要节选，选择最有趣的，最打动人心的部分，第二是要进行综合，比如《黑人歌后之死》我就综合了三篇新闻内容，而最困难的是要把原文调整成适合现有学生的水*。无论是改写句子还是替换单词，都很麻烦。另外编制试题也是一个比较“折磨人”的事情。既要体现其科学性，又要尽可能的避免使用标准化试题，我还想体现出其趣味性，总之每次出一篇文章，都需要大量的时间进行遴选，编辑，改变，可以说每一次都是绞尽脑汁，甚至可以说是殚精竭虑。但是付出终归是有回报的。无论是领导，学生还是其他老师都对我给予了肯定和帮助。活动过程受到学生的欢迎与好评。每一次我都充满期待，每一次学生也都充满期待，这让我感到无限的快乐。
但遗憾的是后期，我们要进行会考的统联，无论是我还是学生们都没有精力和时间，但是我们都很怀念。
而且这也证明，教学的前提和中心永远都要围绕学生这一永远不变的核心理论。
虽然现在是在高三，但是，我在教学上仍然秉承着这一基本原则，教学围绕学生展开，*时的练*的选择，问题的设置，作业的布置，也一定要以学生的水*为中心。
因为我时时刻刻要记住，教学永远是要为学生服务的，学生永远是第一位。
高中英语阅读课文具有题材广泛、体裁各样、语言知识丰富等特征，是各单元教学的核心部分，也是培养学生阅读能力的主要渠道。
阅读教学传统模式常常是单一的自下而上模式，只是把课文作为单纯向学生传授语法及语言知识的载体，重在老师的讲解，忽视了培养学生的阅读速度和理解能力；传统的阅读理解提问方式也常常停留在对所阅读文章的表层理解层次上。如何借助这些课文来提高学生的阅读速度、阅读理解能力和语言水*呢？这是一个需要师生互相合作的工作。在阅读课的课堂教学中，教师应精心设计教学程序，让学生的阅读和讨论交流相互交叉进行，从而使阅读课既达到提高学生阅读水*的效果，又能较好地发挥学生的主观能动性，将接受的信息转变成交际实践的内容。通过使用交际化的手法进行阅读教学，为提高学生听、说、读、写等综合能力打下坚实的基础。教学过程由教师、学生、教材、方法四要素组成，这四要素所组成的六对关系只有处于一种和谐的状态，才能实现教学过程的最优化。在进行阅读课教学设计时，不能只考虑教师的意志，忽视了学生的主体性。教师在教学中应激发学生思考，让学生有话可说，并乐于说。
一、设计提问，激发学生的主体思维
二、问题设计是英语阅读教学的重要手段，是帮助学生理解、鉴赏文章的切入点。教师设计问题，要遵循循序渐*的原则
三、要把问题建筑在学生的注意力和兴趣之上，服务于全面提高学生素质水*的目标需要。
高中英语课文大多篇幅较长。课文内容参透了丰富的审美以及科学教育内容。在这些兼顾知识性、趣味性、思想性的阅读课教学中精心设计既有启发性又能激起学生探讨兴趣的系列问题，可以启迪学生动脑，激发学生思维，培养学生主动学*的*惯。教师设计问题时，要紧扣教材，层层推进，要具有一定的思想梯度。在提问、解答的过程中，教师要启发引导，以激活学生的思维欲望，帮助学生认知和理解。
二、授之以法，把学*的主动权交给学生
要提高学生的素质，就要培养学生的能力。因此英语阅读教学中要突出“学”字，从让学生“学会”转到培养学生“会学”，授之以法，把学*的主动权交给学生。
1。指导学生认真预*
高中阅读课文长，难度大，抽象概念内容多，形象思维内容少，语法现象较复杂。因此，对学生来说，认真预*是及其重要的。如果学生没任何准备走进课堂那么学*肯定是被动的，教师讲解什么，学生就听什么；教师演示什么，学生就看什么。这样的学*有什么主动性呢？预*看起来是学生的事情，但教师精心指导是十分关键的。教师要教给学生预*的方法，指导学生认真预*，并写出自学笔记、提出自学中遇到的疑难问题。譬如安排学生针对有关问题做些准备，要求学生课前利用工具书预*生词。可以给学生布置问题回去思考。学生只有掌握了科学有效的学*方法，接受新知识才能举一反三，触类旁通，更好地做到知识的迁移，并使学生受益终身。
2。鼓励学生踊跃参与
学生踊跃参与，最关键的是教师要充分尊重学生的人格，充分发挥教学民主，为此，教师要妥善引导，要尽最大的努力最大限度地引导学生参与到探索知识的过程中去。为此，要做到：
（1）要营造宽松、和谐、融洽、*等的学*氛围。
（2）要留下足够的参与时间和空间。教学不要“满堂灌”，也不能“满堂问”，学生能讲的，要尽量让学生讲；学生能动的，要尽量让学生动。
（3）要创造良好的参与条件，提供合适的参与机会，组织学生独立思考与集体讨论。在阅读课的教学中，教师可让学生互设情景，就他们感兴趣的话题以小组为单位全班展开讨论，以达到全员参与的目的。
3。培养学生归纳理解
阅读的目的就是要获取书面信息。因而阅读时不能逐字逐句地去分析语法，而是要快速完成树材料的阅读，抓住大意，再深层次地去理解内容。在阅读时教师可指导学生根据不同题材、体裁的阅读材料采取不同的归纳形式去归纳材料内容，快速、准确地猎取文章信息，培养学生良好的阅读*惯。由于阅读材料题材与体裁的不同，因而在阅读中还可以从不同角度用各种不同的归纳方式去归纳、理解材料内容，如可以归纳动词，显示事件过程；归纳文章人物，突出重点人物等等，从而在阅读实践中不断提高自己的阅读理解能力。
三、增加语言实践量，延伸英语阅读空间
高中每单元一篇阅读课文所选的文章都是好文章，他们内容丰富，涉及面广，课文中所反映的中外文化*俗、世界名人传记，体育竞技比赛、饮食卫生*惯等等都唤起高中生的注意和兴趣。但是，从培养阅读能力的角度来看，仅限于课文的阅读教学是远远不够的。阅读课的课堂教学内容绝不能只停留在封闭的教室、狭窄的一本书里，而是要面对更广阔的社会生活，以拓宽阅读内容视角，摆脱传统的英语阅读教材的束缚，以提高学生的能力素质。
每周选择三到五篇难易适中、兼顾知识性和趣味性的读物，打印出来发给学生课后阅读，并要求他们做相应的阅读理解题。
四、英语阅读教学应渗透人格教育
培养具有健全人格的人是当前素质教育的目标之一。高中英语阅读教材是一套集思想性、科学性、趣味性与实用性于一体的好教材，具有很强的思想性。阅读教学应结合教学内容，寓思想品德教育于英语阅读教学中，提高学生的政治思想素质。因此，教师要努力挖掘教材中的思想教育因素，以知识为载体，适时适度地渗透思想品德以及爱国主义教育。
此外，在教学中还可根据教材需要利用讨论等方式进行教学，融德育教育于教学中，这不仅可以培养和提高学生运用语言的能力，还能使学生受到深刻的思想教育，这不正是素质教育的宗旨和目的。当然，在阅读教学中渗透人格教育，最重要的还是教师正确地认识英语阅读教学在人格教育中的作用。
在英语课堂教学中经常会发现：不同班级甚至同一班级的学生英语基础参差不齐，他们几乎对英语学*失去了兴趣或信心，其中特别是不少学生在初中阶段英语学*的基础没有打好，加上高中课程难度较大，他们对英语学*失去了兴趣和信心，难以在高中英语快节奏、高密度的课堂上与教师或同班同学保持步调一致，从而给课堂教学的顺利实施带来很大的困难。因此，如果我们在课堂教学中不对学生、对知识、对教学方法等方面进行反思与求证，我们就很难进一步发展和提高学生各方面的能力。
在英语课堂教学过程中，如何改变教师的教学观念，如何进行教师角色的转变，如何运用合作式手段进行教学，如何鼓励学生发挥主观能动性，使学生大脑的功能由单纯的“仓库”变成知识的“加工场”等问题，如果能得以解决，我们就会实现有效教学，达到课堂教学它应有的目的。
1．英语课程改革教师观念的转变
从学*的内涵来看，应该转变“课堂中学英语”为“生活中学英语”。语言来源于生活，英语是一门语言，因此，英语来源于生活，又必须回归于和生活，语言只有在生活中才能赋予活性和灵性。语言强调“communicationandconversation”，因此，我主张在生活中学英语，在活动中用英语，在英语教学中去体验英语，做到“教中做”、“做中教”、“学中做”、“做中学”，“教、学、做”统一的教学思想。即英语教学应该与实际生活结合起来，变传统中“单一的课堂中学英语”为“生活中灵活学英语、用英语”。
从学*的形式上来看，变“传统的灌输式”为互动式“
在传统的英语教学中，教师特别重视学生课堂上英语知识的消化，讲究知识点的掌握程度，教学中重视课内知识的封闭传授而轻视课内外方法的开放学*，这种传统的灌输式使学生缺乏灵活性和创造性。在课堂上极大限度地为学生提供机会，使学生的主体作用得到充分的再现。在听、说、读、写、思维、表达等方面进行训练，力求让学生做学*的主人，凡是学生自己能做的，教师一律放手，使学生能自学、自答、自测、自做、自评；凡是学生能够参与活动的，学生必须参与，如：对话训练、短剧表演等，因此，教师应该改变传统的教学观念，教会学生学*英语的方法，让学生“会学”英语，培养学生和老师互动式学*，这是当今英语教学中重要的方法。
2．英语教学改革与教师角色的转变
“知识的传授者”转变为：“情境的设计者、策划者”在课堂活动开始之前，教师首先应该是一个策划者，他应当确定好教学内容，对于重点和难点做到心中有数；同时他还必须了解对象，并根据教学内容和教学对象来选择适当的教学方法，精心设计好各种教学活动。一般来说，丰富多彩的实践活动比单一不变的灌输更具有吸引力，更易于激发学生的参与意识（）。教师应该根据学生个性特点和知识水*的不同而给学生设计难度不同的任务，不使基础差的学生因为活动难度太大不能完成而产生挫折感，又不能让基础好的学生因为任务简单而失去兴趣，尽量让所有学生都能从实践活动中受益。应当说，整个教学活动的成败在很大程度上取决于教师的策划。
在英语课中如何实现“多信息、快节奏、高密度、勤反复”这种优化形式呢？合作教学不失为一种有效形式。合作教学即教师与学生以及学生之间的合作。恰当运用合作的心理承受力，促进学生综合素质的发展。
师生合作。
跨世纪的学生处在一个信息的时代，网络的时代，学生在某些领域拥有的信息量，极有可能超过教师，因此，师生合作是鼓励学生自主学*的良好途径，更是对古训“教学相长”的新发展。例如教一个新单词或新句子前，有些学生己通过其它途径提前接触到，我就先请学生读，当确认他的发音准确无误后，他就可模仿我*日新授方法，使其它学生学会这个单词或句子。这不仅激发了学生的好奇心和创造精神，给学生一个展示自己的机会，也能开拓教师的思路。
生生合作。
在进行英语授课的过程中，我会根据教学内容把学生座位重新布局，组为单位，每组六人，组内实行组长负责制，在英语课堂教学中，教师提出某些问题，要求学生在小组内进行讨论，最后合作解决，让每个学生都有发表自己看法的机会。这样可以增加学生间的练*机会，增大密度，培养学生主动思维、大胆实践的能力。在整个课堂教学活动中，教师既要调动学生个体学*的积极性，又要促进小组组员间的合作，学生在小组合作中进行学*，学*就变得更加愉快，从而激发了学*的兴趣，提高了学*的效率，并且在合作中面向了全体学生，重视了学生的个体差别，满足了学生的不同需要。
因此，我们要细心地教学生学会学*，激励他们的自信心，提高他们的自学能力、思维创新努力、语言表达努力、互助合作努力等诸多努力。让我们不断努力，不断探索，不断创新，塑造我们自己的教学模式，打造我们高中英语教学美好的未来。
又是一节听力课，我发现：在英语教学中有的学生听力差，其主要原因有两方面其一来自学生，即学生不重视听，很少花时间去练*。其二来自教师，只重视外语知识基本语言问题。
学生没有掌握正确的发音、充足的词汇量及相关的语法。因为听力是听和理解的总和。听力理解过程是人们运用各种知识和技能的过程。具体问题有：语音障碍。有些学生刚开始学*时就没有掌握单词的准确发音，特别是对同音异义词难以辨别。英美语音差异，英美英语除了在词汇上有差异，在语音上也不尽相同，有些读音差别还相当大。我国英语教学基本采用英国语音教学体系。*年来，随着对外开放，美音教材逐渐增多并有流行趋势，有些学生因不熟悉英美语音差异，就产生了听力障碍。语速障碍，中学生*时学*都以课文磁带为准，速度较慢，如果再遇到一些语速较快的连读、弱读、重读、爆破、重音转移等有关语音语调变化的听力材料，便无所适从，所以*时训练时就应该循序渐进，逐步向大纲要求过渡。词汇障碍，学生英语词汇量大小，掌握的准确程度，直接影响听力理解。
文化背景知识问题
语言是文化的载体，要搞好听力必须使学生具备一定的英美历史和语言文学知识。同时，还需了解和熟悉一些英美国家人民的生活*惯、文化背景、风土人情及生活方式，如果这方面知识贫乏，就会影响听力。文化背景可分为两大类：知识文化和交际文化。主要包括社会文化*惯和民族文化特点的交际用语和词汇，比如姓名(Name)、打招呼(Greeting)、感谢语(Thanking)、告别(Farewell)等，中西方表达不尽相同。
母语干扰的问题
许多学生在听到一段语音信息以后，常受母语干扰，*惯用中文逐字逐句翻译出来，不能直接将语音信息转化为一定的情景，不能直接用英语进行思维，因而影响了反应速度和记忆效果。
听力*惯问题
听力主要目的就是弄懂所听材料的基本思想。在听的过程中要尽量理解全文的主要内容，不要力图把每个词、每个句子都听懂，每遇到不理解的单词和句子时就停下来思索，就会跟不上语速。
心理因素的问题
听力理解过程也是较复杂的心理活动过程。心理学认为，当人的情绪处于紧张焦虑的状态时，就易产生恐惧的心理，从而使原来可以听懂的内容也受影响。另外，外部环境也有影响，如在教室、语音室与户外听的效果不一样。
逻辑思维问题
听力理解过程也是学生对所听材料内容的联想、判断、记忆、分析、综合等的协同工作过程。听者对所听材料做出的反应快慢及准确与否很大程度上取决于他们对所听材料的储存记忆。这样就需要听者运用归纳、综合、分析等能力把材料中有意义的信息进行长时或短时储存。
不改变高考指挥棒，应试教育就永远有生命力，素质教育的实施就永远是空喊和纸上谈兵。应试教育的谬误就在于把中小学教育的目的扭曲为片面追求升学率，急功*利，异化为单纯的升学教育，导致削弱其它能力的发展，培养一大批做题机器人和讲题机器人英雄。
当前高中英语教学现状分析。1.当前应试教育模式只重视智育(不完全的智育)，轻视德育、体育、美育和劳技教育，严重忽视学以致用。 妨碍了适龄学生不能*等地接受国民教育，加剧城乡差别和工农差别。诸如网瘾玩手机者多，为人处世能力差者多，身体心理素质脆弱者多，*视患者多，弯腰驼背者增多，书写功底差者多，音乐不识谱不会至少一门乐器者多，土豆胖墩者多等等现象。导致学霸和学渣学生、城市和乡村孩子的英语成绩差距越来越大。2.当前应试教育倒逼教师热衷于"填鸭式"地大量灌输应试知识，使学生从清晨至深夜，成天忙于读书、背书、作业和频繁的考试，不堪重负，无暇去消化知识和加深理解，更无暇去阅读课外书报、去接触社会、去联系实际提高实践能力和思考创新。3.当前应试教育迫使广大教师成天忙于为应试而教，窒息他们的教学创造性和自身素质的提高。造就了大量的应试教育英雄式的怪校长、怪学校和怪教师。教学霸学校学霸班的是好老师，教学渣班的是差老师。
要改变这种多年形成的顽固不化的应试教育模式何其难?首先要改变高考以分数论英雄的评价模式变多元化评价模式，促使人才多元化培养模式和人尽其才。这样才能有利于学校教师注入新的教学模式。
新的教授科学的方法应该是以学生为中心和以活动为基础的，让学生积极参与学*过程。动机是影响外语学*的重要因素之一。 动机决定外语学*者学*外语的努力程度和个人参与学*的积极性。以吸引教师关注并参与学*提高为策应，通过老师来强化活动成效。教学成效=(教师努力+教学条件)。
《英语课程标准》强调学生转变学*方式和参与学*，独立思考以及和与他人合作。学*兴趣是学生渴望获得知识、探究某种事物、参与学*活动与积极的情绪相联系的认识倾向。信息时代主动参与学*将是学生获得知识的主流。通过"对话式教学"、探究学*、主体参与学*的模式，来培养学生的创造性思维能力。
一个优化的、充满情感和理智的学*情境，是激励学生主动参与学*的根本保证。学生积极参与学*过程的程度越深，他就能学得越好。
