I have been dreaming of being a doctor for a long time.

（一）在积累中领悟。古语说得好：“巧妇难为无米之炊”。因此，在进行书面表达训练之前，我特别强调学生注重语言知识的输入和积累。应该说，听、说、读、写四种技能是相辅相成，相得益彰的。听和读是理解和吸收语言知识的基本手段，只有做足做好这一方面的积累，才能保证好的输出能力。我主要从以下几个点入手：
（1）朗读训练。要求和督促学生以课文段落、所做过的阅读和完形中的优美篇章、新英语九百句、21世纪报中贴*学生学*和生活、社会发展、时代气息的时文为内容，每天保证15分钟的大声朗读，在朗读中领悟和理解语言的结构和功能，培养语感，加深对措辞和表达的感悟。
（2）听写训练。在日常的教学中，有意识地搜集优美实用的词、句、段落和语篇，利用课前3—5分钟进行听写，不仅能促进学生更准确地理解句子及篇章，熟练地书写句子，有效地锻炼学生的书面表达能力,也为日后的写作积累了材料。
（3）摘录好词、好句和好的段落。在*时学*中多留意，多收集素材，力求每天至少记住1—2个好的词句，并尽可能地运用到写作中，这样写作时就可以做到胸有成竹，而不会手忙脚乱，无从下手。
（4）错题集锦。建议学生自备一本命名为 “HotPotatoes”（烫手的马铃薯）的小册子，用以整理和订正练*和考试中出现的错误，随身携带，并时不时地拿出来翻看和辩析，确保在今后少犯或不犯类似的错误。
(二)在训练中突破。提高学生的写作能力并非一朝一夕之功。在教学过程中，教师应自始至终抓好英语基础知识，结合学生的实际情况，突出学生主体，采取有序多样的训练方式来提高学生的遣词造句、谋篇布局的能力，提高实践能力和书面表达能力。
（1）严把书写关。整洁漂亮的书写会给人以美好的印象，也会在一定程度上提高了作文的档次。因此，即使在*时的作业中，我要求组长、科代表层层把关，对随意塗改、书写潦草的作业一律退回重做，力求人人做到卷面整洁，书写工整规范,并把这一观念渗透到*时的每一环节。
（2）常抓改写和缩写。高中英语新教材内容丰富，题材广泛，包容风土人情、历史地理、名人传记、新闻出版、环境保护、自然灾害等方方面面，高中英语写作《高中英语作文教学尝试》。在加强语篇教学的同时，应适时地让学生围绕课文内容进行写的练*，提供机会让他们运用相关的语言知识，是提高写作能力的重要环节;也可精选一些课外英文读物（如《二十一世纪报》）的部分篇章，要求学生进行缩写和改写，让他们在丰富的内容中学会把握要点，又有充分的选择和个性发挥余地。
（3）全真试题演练。认真搜集历年的高考卷、往届的期中和期末考的书面表达并整理归类，有意识地将原文的相关的词、短语和结构挖空，要求学生借助所给的提示完成文中的空白处，让他们在所创设的不同的语境中对错误率较高的动词时态和语态、关键词组和短语、恰当的连词和引导词、实用的句式结构等方面加以强化训练，提高他们在今后的写作中关注和把握好这几方面的意识。
（4）重新排序法。把文章的顺序打乱，然后要求学生按所提供的信息重新排序，使学生在训练中对上下文的衔接及篇章的构建有更加深入和到位的体会及升华；也使他们感受到为了使短文通顺、流畅、自然，不仅得重视篇章的行文逻辑，谋篇布局和连贯性，还必须采用恰当的词汇短语使句与句、段与段之间衔接紧密，过渡自然，使文章紧凑整和，言简意赅。
（5）限时现场作文训练。经过一段时间的积累和循序渐进的实践，定期地让学生进行现场作文的训练是很有必要的。训练中，我主要对文章的体裁作出统一的规定，并让学生自己提供10个左右的词组和短语，2—3个的句式结构，最后汇总在黑板上；然后让他们就这些词组、短语和结构进行口头造句训练，在确保大多数学生已掌握了这些词、句的用法的基础上，要学生门在规定的时间内完成书面表达。在训练的过程中，学生可利用所学的某些词汇、句型，借助已形成的思维定势，用英语表达思想，传递信息，不仅使学生觉得学到的英语知识有了用武之地，也极大地减轻了写作的心理压力，增强了写好文章的信心。
（三）在评改中提高。新课标明确指出在教学中应“以学生为中心，以活动为中心，以任务为中心，突出学生主体，倡导体验与参与，在体验、参与和合作中互相促进，共同进步”，因此在作文的'评改我凸现学生的主体性，充分发动学生参与和体验，在做中学、体验中提高。
（1）吃透评分标准。学生只有在了解写作的评分标准之后，才有可能做到有所侧重，有的放矢，也才不会因某一方面的偏差而白白丢分。因此，在系统训练之前，我都认真地组织学生对评分标准进行学*和研究，确保学生领会评分标准的依据和要旨，以便在写作中避开不利因素，最大限度地减少无谓的失分。
（2）组织自评和组评。在以往的教学中，书面表达都是老师辛辛苦苦评改，而学生只关心得了几分，然后就置之不理了，因此效果总是不尽人意。现在我采用让学生自评和分组评改。比如在配套练*或测试中的书面表达，主要地是把范文印发给学生，人手一份，先明确要点；再点出关键词组短语；然后是文章的连贯性和结构的合理化，也就分数的比例进行一定的指导，最后让学生根据以上几个方面进行自评。在现场限时训练之后，以4人一组把学生分成几个小组，每个成员负责一部份，就动词的正确形式、短语词组的合理搭配、句式结构的准确性及关联词的恰当应用进行评判，分工明确，各司其职；最后再汇总，共同对这几篇短文打分，使学生在分工协作与亲身体验中有更深的印象，在评价别人的同时也达到自省和探究的效果，可谓一举多得。
（3）凸现优美的词句。应该说，在学生的作文中，我们能时不时发现一些优美的词句。因此在评改时，我都尽可能地把这些词句勾画出来，并不失时机地向学生推荐并用多媒体课件集中展示，使学生从中得到肯定、鼓励和推动，也激发他们去作出更多的尝试和创造。
（4）开辟*作欣赏角。经过一段时间的实践和练兵，适时地从学生的*作中选录一些篇章，刊登在*作欣赏角。作品的选录可从多个角度入手，既可以是书写漂亮的佳作以原卷张贴，也可以是进步明显的*作滕写之后张贴，还可以是学生推荐的名篇佳作，诗词歌曲，使学生在欣赏中学*，在学*中竞争，在竞争中提高。
（5）细化作文分数。作文的得分是对学生的劳动的肯定和评估，学生们对此也极为关注。如何充分利用这一有利因素来促动学生致力于书面表达的提高呢？经过一段时间的摸索，我做了细化作文分数的尝试。打分的时候，我把分数分解成内容分（15）+学以致用或优美词句分（３－５）+书写分（２—４），特别突出学以致用分和书写分，在*时的点点滴滴有意识地进行渗透和倡导，使他们在训练中有明确的导向和目标，达到事半功倍之效。
总而言之，提高书面表达的能力不可能是一蹴而就的。只有在明析了评分标准的前提下，经过不懈的积累，掌握一定的写作技巧，通过行之有效的写作实践及不断的归纳和总结来提高学生的谴词造句和谋篇布局的能力，才有可能使他们的写作能力得到质的飞跃。

在过去一年的英语教学中，现作如下几点总结。
一、注意高一年与初中的衔接过渡
高一新学期伊始，可以通过摸底了解学生大致水*，及时给学生弥补初中的缺漏知识。可利用上半学期的时间从语言、词汇、语法、句型等方面系统复*。要尽快使学生适应高中英语教学，具体做法是：培养学生课前预*、课后复*的良好学**惯；坚持用英语授课，要求并鼓励学生用英语思考问题、回答问题；根据高考要求，从高一年开始就需要培养学生的阅读能力，教会学生一些阅读技巧，养成良好的阅读*惯；另外，课后要多与学生接触，尽快和学生熟悉。
二、高中英语教学要始终贯彻交际性原则，强化学生主体意识
“让游泳者到水中去。”这是交际语言教学理论的思想核心。语言学家毛鲁（KE Morrow）曾说过：“To learn it, do it only by practising communicative activities can we learn to communicate.” 意思是，要学，就得实践。贯彻交际性原则亦就是要把教学活化为实际：
1、建立“课前五分钟会话”，培养课堂交际氛围。如一进课堂老师说：“It’s nice to see you again./It’s fine today, isn’t?/How are you today?”星期一上课问：“Did you have a good time in the weekend?”学生会作出不同的回答，引出更多的对话，从而达到交际的目的。这种做法一定要坚持到高三年。
2、适当让学生表演对话或课文内容。针对*期所学内容，布置学生课后进行讨论排练，然后再般上课堂表演。
3、多鼓励，少批评。为了使学生更爱开口，在练*中，要重视运用鼓励性语言，不断强化学生参加交际的信心。
三、培养学生的自学能力
只有通过辅导学生掌握一套科学的学*方法，并培养学生的自学能力，才能使学生的学*积极性和主动性得以发挥。具体包括：培养学生的预*能力、各种方法掌握英语基本知识的能力、学生自己整理所学知识的能力。另外，自学能力的提高还得益于大量的独立的阅读，于是新学期开始就要要求学生人人必备一本英汉词典作为工具书，让学生勤查字典。
四、激发学生学*英语的兴趣
在教学中培养学生的学*兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学*中产生两极分化。具体做法是把语言教学与日常生活联系起来，上课可以结合时事、热点，给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。还可以通过开辟第二课堂，如举办英语角、讲故事、各类竞赛等。老师课后应当多和学生交流接触，了解学生的需要，适当和学生一起参加活动、体育运动。课后还可以布置学生听英语广播、看英语新闻，然后再到学校进行交流。
然而，在教学实践中，批改作业是一个薄弱环节、一个被忽视的环节。在此，我总结自己的教学体会，谈谈自己对批改作业的看法。
1、巩固教学效果发展学生智能教学的一个根本目的，是要求学生学会独立思考、独立自学，最终成为一个能独立工作的合格人才。课内教学的双边活动是至关重要的，但由于学生多，时间少，而学生主动活动机会则不多。所以，课外作业便是学生个体完成作业的独立活动的基本形式。学生在完成作业过程中，需要独立思考、独立钻研，这对学生有充分的实际锻炼机会。课外作业，有助于学生发展智能和创造性才能，有助于培养学生灵活地应用知识解决问题，有助于培养学生的能力，并能培养学生按时完成任务的*惯和责任心，以及克服困难的精神。因此，教师要在作业的布置和批改上下工夫，不仅要重视答案的公*性、客观性和唯一性，还要重视学生的选择性和创造性以及答案的开放性和多样性。如，学了高二上册Unit9的Saving the earth, 我要求学生写一篇作文What do you think is the most serious problems in the world? 要求学生联系生活列举身边对环境造成污染的事例，并提出解决问题的方法，从而对学生进行环保教育，使他们认识到地球环境问题的严重性及如何由我做起，在日常生活中的点滴做起保护环境，节约能源。
2、及时反馈信息 调整教学环节每个学生对课堂上的知识掌握程度，都会在作业中直接反映出来。对于难度较大的题目，学生出现错误较多的作业，教师批语应多加鼓励，并且在讲解时要具体详细，对课堂教学也必须做出相应的调整。对于难度较小，作业一般不应该出现的问题，批语应该严肃恳切，并指导学生及时纠正。同时，教师可利用批语争对不同层次的学生征求对课堂教学，尤其是单元教学的意见，使自己对教学方法和教材处理更加科学合理，更加有利学生主动接受性、新知识，提出新问题。例如，教师可以在中下等水*的学生作业里用批语征求意见：Do you think this unit is difficult for you? What do you think is the most difficult point? 或者 What’s your suggestion on how to deal with the next unit?坚持这样做一段时间后，学生会主动向教师反映上一个单元中还没有弄清的教学内容和在新课文预*的过程中遇到的问题。这样，就能做到因材施教、教学相长。
3、交流师生感情 促进学生求知人的心理结构是有智力、意志、情感三个基本因素组成的。情感因素在培养学生学*兴趣，促进学生积极主动接受知识的过程中起到关键作用。教师应采用教学情感性若干策略：
①激励性。善于发现学生的优点和特长，正面诱导。
②支持性。给遇到困难、丧失信心、情绪低落的学生以必要的心理援助。
③愉悦性。相互信任、彼此融洽的师生关系，可以使教学取得更加满意的效果。师生书面语言的交流是中学阶段师生情感交流的最佳方式。通过长期的师生书面交流，能够使学生对本学科学*兴趣盎然，使教师课堂内外教学得心应手，达到教与学的高度配合。例如，一个学生曾有抄袭作业的毛病，我批阅：I’m glad that you can hand in your homework on time and your handwriting is beautiful. But is it written by yourself? Why not do it by yourself? If you made any mistakes, it doesn’t matter.又如，某学生在初中没有认真学英语，进入高中发觉自己和同学差距较大，就产生了放弃英语的念头，对作业马虎应付。我发现情况后，在作业中写到： Although your English is poor ,it doesn’t matter. Don’t lose heart .Try your best. I’m sure you will be better and I will always help you .Whenever you have question, just come to me. 后来，他经常向我请教英语学*的各种问题。我鼓励他积极上进，指导他采取正确的.学*方法，并强调我时刻都在关注着他的进步。经过努力，他的英语成绩接*班级中等水*。更有一些学生，在与老师建立了互相信任的基础上，愿意把自己在学*中遇到的问题以及生活中的烦恼甚至个人秘密，用英语或中英夹叙与教师交流。事实证明，良好的师生关系极大地促进教学的顺利进展。

①尽量用英语批语。在批语中，不故意避免使用新词汇，因为个别生词反而可以刺激学生求知欲，可扩大他们的词汇；同时鼓励学生用中英夹叙来回应老师批语。
②批语尽量使用学生最*学到的词汇句型，以利用学生巩固掌握。
③批语应根据各个学生的不同英语水*分别对待，切忌千篇一律。
④批语书写尽量工整、简洁、标准，以起到示范作用。
⑤批语以肯定、鼓励为主，如果提出批评或建议，语气尽量*和以利于学生接受。教师应充分利用学生作业和作业这一教学环节，互助共长，也是师生交流增进感情的一种很好的方式使，教学取得更大成效，适应教育的转型。
在既有会考又有高考的这一年高三英语教学工作中，我根据学生的实际情况和高考的要求，不断地探索教法，调整训练方案，按照英语教研组的计划扎扎实实地进行工作，在教学过程中我们本着“培养主体意识，强化课堂训练”的原则，积极做好学生的思想工作，提高学*的自觉性、积极性和主动性；帮学生树立信心。同时我认真研究考试说明与教学大纲，按照“突出语篇、强调应用，注重交际”这一主旋律进行教学和复*，提高实战能力，力求做到高效地进行复*，为高考打下扎实的基矗具体做法如下：
（一）、积极地去了解学生，去摸清学生的学*基础，以便以更好的“因材施教”。
（二）、合理制定、完善教学、复*计划。
（三）、在教学中认真备课、上课、听课、评课，及时批改作业、讲评作业，做好课后辅导工作。
（四）、精研高考试题，广泛涉猎各种知识，形成比较完整的知识结构。对全国今年各省份的英语试题做了深入细致的研究，将高考对词汇、短语和语法的考点做了详尽的分析归纳，对完型、阅读和写作也做了深入的研究，目的想真正实现“考什么教什么”。
（五）、严格要求学生，尊重学生，发扬教学民主，使学生学有所得，从而不断提高自己的教学水*和思想觉悟，并顺利完成教育教学任务。
一、进行了英语学情分析。
这一学年教授两个班为应届文理科的学生，英语基础不太理想，没有一个学生能达到优秀（120分）档次，而且能及格的学生人数微乎其微。不少学生感到英语特别难学，对英语学*比较头疼。开学之初即对学情进行了认真分析。在日常教学中认真落实因材施教和因人施教。高复文班的学生属于良莠不齐，有个别学生基础较好，但也有相当大的尾巴，及格很困难。
二、把教学计划落到实处。
本年度教学工作重心即在进行基础知识的复*上巩固和加深对基础知识的理解和掌握，提升其解决问题的能力，所以教学工作安排上把重心放在了对课本知识的复*上。三轮复*中，首轮复*是从20xx年x月到20xx年x月中旬，内容是高一年级课本20个单元，高二年级课本20个单元。对这40个单元的复*安排是每单元课本复*用时2节课，优化设计1节课，英语周报2课时，单元基础知识总结和反馈2课时。*时复*中把高中英语复*语法项目中的13个专题适当融合进去。通过练*和讲解，增强学生对语法的理解和对英语用法的复*巩固。
三、大量练*促进学生对基础知识的巩固和能力的提高。
课本复*是学生能力提高的关键。从开学之初即对课本知识点认真归纳和总结，通过练*的形式进行学*反溃主要是各省市的模拟试卷，认真把握教学工作中的练*环节。
1、词块和词汇
“词块”这两个字是高考命题解析中出现的新的信息词，意味着高考命题的趋势。词汇是英语学*的基石。在复*过程中，对每单元的重要词汇、短语进行总结，以讲义的形式发给学生，要求记忆和默写；并指导学生按照字母顺序背高考词汇表中的单词，要求学生掌握这些单词的用法，教师每天对其进行测试，检测他们对这些词汇的掌握程度并督促他们认真去背。还要注意常见词的一词多义等进行辨析，并掌握常见的构词法，这样就可有效地扩大词汇量，为对付高考中的各种题型打下了很好的基础。
2、语法
语法知识也是做好各类高考题型的基础，我们在会考复*开始就对各个语法点进行系统的复*如名词冠词，代词，时态、语态、名词性从句、状语从句、非谓语动词、倒装等，我们尽量做到环环相扣，层层推进，再配以专项练*，达到扎实语*底的目的，为第二轮的“强化能力”的训练做好充分准备。同时，由于在高考中语法知识是放在特定的语境中进行考查，在第二轮复*中我们归纳，分析了各类单项选择的解题技巧，尽可能创设各种语言情况来复*这些语法，从而提高学生灵活运用语言的能力。
完形填空和阅读理解是高考中的重头戏，在总分150分中占了80分之多，所以语篇能力的培养和提高是高考复*中非常关键的一部分。我们非常重视语篇的阅读和理解中逻辑思维的训练与培养。在高三的第二学期，我们隔天让学生做06年全国各地的高考完形和阅读。并有选择地进行错题分析。在阅读方面，我们在第二学期加强了限时阅读，在限时阅读后，教师及时讲评，帮助学生分析长句、难句，指导学生根据文章内容进行判断、推理、归纳、分析，从而选出最佳答案。
四、听力训练作好提高成绩保障。
选用了两套听力训练，共有80套，供学生在课上或课下时间进行听力训练之用。这两套材料都是高考播音者录制的，含金量高，所以标准的听力材料成为学生最为得益的听力助手。利用每天晚自*前的二十分钟，坚持听力训练，使得学生们的听力不断提高，保持在一个较高的水准。
五、扩大阅读，培养英语能力。
课外阅读必不可少。给学生提供了两个网址：一个是21世纪报，一个是ChinaDaily。网站兼顾新闻、娱乐、科技、校园、地道美文等多方面内容。学生除了可以增加阅读量还可以把一些精彩的文章当作范文来背诵。这不仅提高了学生的学*兴趣，也丰富和开拓了学生的视野。
六、认真批阅学生英语作文，分阶段分体裁强化训练。
写作对学生的语言组织能力和创造能力提出了更高的要求，对学生的综合能力的考查更全面。在*时的写作训练中，我们让学生练了高考书面表达中的各种体裁和题材，如书信、通知、日记、发言搞等，至少每周写一篇，然后进行认真批改讲评，有几次甚至大部分同学都面批。并且指导学生注重*时积累，归纳运用并背诵一些书面表达常用连接词、句型、写作模板等，还背诵一些优秀范文，进行模仿写作。本学期为高复文班的学生的英语作文进行多次单独批阅，主要是提高他们的书面表达能力，在一定程度上鼓舞了学生的英语学*积极性。通过训练，学生们感到不怕写作文，有的学生兴趣很高，每次作文都认真琢磨，想要拿更好的成绩。
一、面向全体学生，为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基处
1、创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地使用英语，对他们在学*过程中的失误和错误采取宽容的态度。
2、为学生带给自主学*和直接交流的机会，以及充分表现和自我发展的一个空间。
3、鼓励学生透过体验、实践、合作、探索等方式，发展听、说、读、写的综合潜力。
4、创造条件让学生能够探究他们自己的一些问题，并自主解决问题。
二、关注学生情感，营造民主、和谐的教学气氛。
学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化有用心的情态，才能持续英语学*的动力并取得成绩，刻板的情态，不仅仅会影响到英语学*的效果，还会影响其它方面的发展，情态是学好英语的重要因素，因此我努力营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学空间，做到：
1、尊重每个学生，用心鼓励他们在学*中的尝试，保护他们的自尊心和用心性。
2、把英语教学与情态有机地结合起来，创造各种合作学*的活动，促进学生互相学*，互相帮忙，体验成就感，发展合作精神。
3、关注学*有困难的或性格内向的学*，尽可能地为他们创造语言的机会。
4、建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道，经常和学生一齐反思学*过程和学*效果，互相鼓励和帮忙，做到教学相辅。
三、加强对学生学*策略的指导，让他们在学*和使用的过程中，逐步学会如何学*，做到：
1、用心创造条件，让学生参与到阶段性学*目标，以及给他们介绍实现目标的方法。
2、引导学生结合语境，采用推测、查阅和协调的方法进行学*。
3、引导学生在学*过程中，进行自我评价，并根据需要调整自己的学*目标和学*策略。
新课程改革不是纸上谈兵，它务必要与实践相结合，所以，我将继续努力学*，用心进取，用心参与课程改革，在课改中不断学*，不断实践，不断反思，愿与新课程共同成长。

尊敬的校领导：
本学期我担任高一两个班的英语教学工作，本学年顺利完成了高中英语必修一和必修二两本书的课程。按照学校安排，参加了学校青年教师汇报课。组织学生参加“高中英语技能比赛”。组织学生进行了“单词大比拼”。每隔一周播放英文电影教学片，培养学生英语学*的兴趣。听课总计在20节以上。每节课后都做了反思，完成了教学随笔。转瞬一学期的教学工作即将结束，现对本期教学情况做以下述职报告：
一、教学就是教与学
学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对性地教对教学成功与否至关重要。最初上课的时候，我一点都不了解他们，只是研究书本，教材，想方设法令课堂生动，一厢情愿的认为学生这样就易接受。但一开始我就碰了钉子。在讲授第一课的时候，我按照自己的教学设计，上了一堂自认为明白易懂而又不死板的课，认为教学效果如期理想，结果后来下课一调查，一听同学们反应，才知道我讲的口语大部分同学反应跟不上，而教学的部分内容同学们有的以前从来未学过。于是，我在课后主动走*学生，与他们聊天谈心，增进彼此的了解，从而更进一步了解了学生的状况。实践证明，只有学生从心里接受了老师，才会跟着老师学*，并逐渐做到主动学*。
一方面，学生英语听，说的能力相对较弱，授课采用全英教学，同学们不能适应。另一方面，班里的“潜能生”占较大多数，尖子生较少。因此，讲得太深，没有照顾到整体。由此可以看出，了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生，也要备自己”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。
二、备课是一个十分重要的环节
备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性。对于刚刚走上工作岗位的我来说，要同时做到这两点，确实很费劲。因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课上。学校硬件设施齐全，为了响应学校政策，用多媒体上课，提高教学效率和质量，所以除了认真钻研教材和教法外，也花了大量时间做课件。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。
同时我也鼓励学生用学*数学等的思维学*英语。把英语句型，看作是数学公式，公式记住了，学会套用。英语学起来也就没那么难了。学生听懂了，也就显得颇有积极性。因此在练*时，学生特别用功，教学效果也比较理想。可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。
三、听课也是提高自身教学能力的一个好方法
所以对每一次听课的机会我都十分珍惜。听课的主要对象是我们组的英语教师老师的课，同时也听其他科目老师的课。本学期，我听了二十多节课，每听一节课都有不同的收获，并逐步掌握了一些驾驭课堂的技巧。听完课之后，把教师们上课时讲到的记在听课记录上，然后对我自己的备课教案进行修改，将他们很多优点和长处应用到我的课堂教学当中去，取得了较好的效果。
英语对于学生们来说是比较难得一门课。但我个人认为，再难的学科也需要学生主动去学，才会有所成效。我时常告诉学生，课后我们是朋友，但课堂上必须认真听讲，学生得有个学生样，我也得有老师样。而且在学*上，我对学生要求比较严。无论学生是否理解，我觉得这是作为一名老师最应该做的。

二、适时模拟，查漏补缺

英语教学质量能否取得突破，最终取决于学生的努力程度和学*潜能的发挥。对于大多数学生来讲，考试制胜的关键就是要做到心理稳定、思路清晰，在心理、思维、体力等方面保持稳定，从容应对各种题目，最终取得优异成绩，享受成功的喜悦。因此，从一进入高三复*就应注意学生心里健康方面的教育，从生活上、学*上关心学生，多与学生聊天、交流，教给学生自我调节放松的方法，指导家长帮考生营造一个轻松的家庭环境，尽量帮助学生消除不良的心理因素，注重学生良好学**惯的培养和正确学*方法的指导，树立起学好英语的必胜信心。
四、实施分层次教学，注重辅差导优，效果良好
针对学生的现状，实施分层次教学，因材施教，对优生和差生分别组织辅导，让优生更尖，让差生跟得上。高考成绩证明，这个措施是有力的，对高考总分起很大的贡献，学生基本上都把真把事发挥出来。本人任教的班级英语*均分将*110分，全班只有三个90分以下，其中xxx140分，是xx区理科英语第一名。这成绩跟其他兄弟学校比起来可能逊色点，但对我们的这种生源，我觉得已经不错了。

（一）研究特色教学，因材施教，教学效果显著

任教以来我担任了20xx年本学科的年级备课组长，与老师们共同开发教研专题，探索教育改革的新路子。
（三）参加继续教育提高业务素质
为了进一步提高教学水*，首先，我积极参加省、市及学校的继续教育培训，不断追踪教育科研信息；其次，常与大学老师保持联系，从网上浏览各地的信息，了解本学科的教育、教学动态、学*相关的教育教学问题，与其他老师一道完成相应的课题研究；再次，还利用工作之余研究教学法、现代教育理论。

对于后进生我以感情投资为主，以希望为着眼点，关心爱护学生，以理服人，要求严格，做好跟踪，不断鼓励，家校结合，共同教育。在高三的最后冲刺阶段，鼓励学生勇敢面对挑战，增强对老师、同学的信任，同时提供一些宽松的氛围，缓解了心理困惑，从而得以全力以赴参加高考。
三、勤
本年度，本人能够严格遵守学校的作息制度，做到了按时上下班，没有无故请假，缺课、迟到、早退等现象，全年出满勤。
四、绩
我担任高三英语两个班的教学任务。尽管我所带班级的学生英语基础较差，成绩参差不齐，我仍然全身心地投入到教学工作中，以极大的工作热情与同事们一道起早贪黑，与同学们一道想办法提高成绩。特别是理科班的学生，基础差，信心不足，对英语学*没有兴趣，我想办法搜集资料、精简教材，有针对性地进行强化训练，利用每天活动时间和课后时间给学生个别辅导。在时间紧，任务重的情况下，较大幅度的提高了他们的英语成绩，取得了良好的效果。

四、成立英语活动小组，进行与英语学科相关的课外活动：开办口语班、英语角、朗读和演讲比赛、写成语和猜谜、唱英语歌、演话剧、背单词、英语征文、参加学校一年一届的英语节，开展这些多种多样的课外活动大大地提高了学生学*英语的兴趣，也提高了学生对英语学*的认识。在*几年的高考中我校英语科的*均成绩一直遥遥领先于其它科。用学校领导的话来说：这与英语科老师*时积极和扎实开展各种英语活动是分不开的。
五、拓宽学生知识面，为了适应高考要求，开阔学生的知识视野，积极倡导学生利用图书馆的藏书、“阅读课”、“上网阅读课”等时间，自己搜索或利用老师提供的网站进行浏览阅读，丰富自己的英语知识。特别在高考报考英语专业的同学中，倡导开展“每月读两本英语课外书”的活动。
六、研究高考，每次带高三我都要认真学*《考试说明》，把握高考动态，进一步明确考试的知识范围和能力要求，参与备课组集体研究《考试说明》中的题型示例及其变化，调整复*思路，把握变化实质，充分发挥《考试说明》的信息作用。注重在英语高考复*中专题复*后必要的综合能力测试，引导学生总结归纳。突出一个“精”字，尽可能精编一些与生活实际、社会实践、可持续发展等相联系的写作题目。努力探索不同学科之间相互渗透、交叉、整合途径，培养学生的知识迁移能力和综合运用不同学科知识从不同层面、不同角度分析解决问题的能力。

一、锤炼业务

作为一名新教师，我在教育教学中遇到了众多问题。问题的解决需要细心的请教，勤奋地读书、不断地反思和不断否定自我，超越自我。一年来，我通读了《生命教育—一位小学英语教师的教育生活》、《第五项修炼》《班主任工作漫谈》等教育专著。另外，通过向指导老师请教，听课，外出学*等，开拓自己的思维，汲取别人的优点，不断的完善自己的教学。并在本年度取得了些许成绩，在老师们的帮助下，我担任了张店区小学英语五年级教材备课会主讲并执教研讨课一节，参加区英语优质课比赛，区小学英语学科＂课堂教学实录与评析＂比赛，全国第四届＂新标准杯＂英语教案课件大赛中均获一等奖。

教材解读
本单元紧扣“女性”这一中心话题，通过介绍几位生活在不同国度的杰出女性，探讨女性在社会生活中的地位、价值和贡献，关注她们所面临的困难，讴歌她们在社会各个领域的成就。学*本单元内容有助于提高学生对妇女的社会角色的认识，培养学生（尤其是女学生）的自信心、事业心和社会责任感，建立正确的性别观和社会观。
“热身”(Warmingup)部分要求学生评论课本列出的六位女性，提出自己的观点和理由。该部分呼应了模块一中第五单元NelsonMandela－amodernhero的“读前”部分。在学*这一单元时，学生们经过讨论已总结出评定伟人的标准。因此，在教本单元时，教师可以让学生沿用这一标准，并针对本单元具体内容进行讨论，当然，学生也可以提出自己的看法。教师应当鼓励学生提出异议，但必须注意以下两点：（1)教师要引导学生提出积极意义的观点；（2）学生应有理有据地阐述自己的观点并使其令人信服。
“读前”(Pre-reading）部分提出了两个问题：简·古道尔为什么不在大学里进行专业的生物学研究而要到非洲去研究黑猩猩？你同意她的这种做法吗？这两个问题还要求学生思考两种不同的研究方法（即实验室研究法与野外研究法）的优势与不足之处。然后，要求学生看课文中的标题和插图。
“阅读”（Reading)部分以《非洲野生动物保护者》为题，描写了简与她的同事们在非洲原始森林观察非洲黑猩猩的一个片段，并阐释她从事这项工作的重要性以及她所取得的成就。尽管他们在野外的考察工作又脏又累，但他们觉得这样做是值得的，他们有一些重要的发现是在学校的实验室不可能获得的，这正是简·古道尔要到非洲原始森林来的原因。她通过许多年的研究，帮助人类了解黑猩猩的生活*性。她强烈呼吁让动物回归自然，反对用动物作广告或从事娱乐活动，她力图唤起人类理解动物、尊重动物和保护动物的意识，而她所取得的成就无疑是对有进取心的广大妇女的莫大鞭策和鼓舞。“理解”(Comprehending)部分有四项练*，分别从不同层面引导学生进行阅读。前三个练*通过选择题、归纳段落大意和填表格来检查学生对阅读篇章的表层理解程度。练*四要求学生必须在深刻理解课文内容的基础上，对课文中简的行为表达自己的看法。通过讨论这四个开放性的话题，可以坚定学生保护动物的信念。

教师备课系统──多媒体教案
获得事业上的成功；她关注贫穷的妇女和母亲，尤其是农村妇女，她以善良和爱心赢得人们的尊敬。不但如此，她还把毕生的心血全部贡献给了她的病人和*的医疗事业。这篇文章不仅仅要让学生了解一位*杰出女性的生*，更重要的是它在如何选择未来事业的问题上给予学生一定的启发。听力部分要求学生在听完录音后，列出女性在通向成功道路上所面临的特有的困难。说的部分要求学生运用介绍人物品质和个性的形容词来描述生活中富有奉献精神的女性，然后，把她的故事、品质和个性写出来。写的部分从内容和方法两个方面给了四点提示。
“小结”（Summingup）部分让学生从内容、词语和结构三个方面对本单元内容进行归纳总结。词汇部分的.小结可以从构词法的角度进行适当的梳理和拓宽。
“学*建议”(LearningTip）部分就人物描写提出了建议，即选取典型事迹，抓住人物特征。
一、教材分析：
本单元围绕“野生动物保护”这一中心话题进行听说读写的训练，其中阅读部分“How Daisy Learned to Help Wildlife” 描述了一个名叫Daisy 的女孩以特殊的方式从濒危动物那里学到了野生动物保护的知识。Daisy 的学*方式，方法和过程非常奇幻，她乘着飞毯周游世界，首先来到了，同藏羚羊的对话中了解到了濒危野生动物的现状和原因。然后飞到了津巴布韦通过大象的介绍，明白了动物保护的重要性和措施，最后来到了热带雨林，从猴子口中懂得了保护野生动物还应该关注他们生活的环境，了解他们的*性。最后Daisy 在奇幻之旅结束时提高了保护野生动物的意识，表达了她的感受和决心。文章立意新颖，*似于童话，活泼有趣，行文结构清晰，层次分明。
二、设计思路：
学生阅读的过程就是随着Daisy学*动物保护的过程。学生是以听说读写的方式从课本，网络等课程资源中获取关于动物保护的信息。基于课文的形式和内容特点，我挖掘出了课文内容与学*方式的结合点，学*内容与实际应用的共性，因此采取了任务型教学的模式，制定出班级总任务是制作以保护各种濒危野生动物为主题的，题为 “Let’s Help Wild Life”的英文网站。这个网站是由若干网页组成，网页内容是以一种濒危动物的保护为主题，因此把全班以四人为一组分成若干组，小组任务是制作这张网页。
要完成任务，学生必须确定濒危动物是什么，内容和语言，以及设计制作，具体步骤是课前分组查找濒危动物有哪些，自主选择他们最关注的一种动物，课上学*与主题相关的内容，进行语言聚集，课后收集，整理，合成信息，完成网页的制作，这样，从课前准备到课中学*到课后延展，达成了知识的系统性，提高了学生用英语解决实际问题，综合运用语言的能力, 提高了自主学*的意识和能力。
三、学情分析：
所授课学生为我校高一学生，经过第一模块的学*，学生了解并学会了运用以小组合作的方式进行合作学*，学生具备基本的阅读能力，阅读技巧和方法。但尚未掌握有效的方法克服阅读中的生词障碍。濒危野生动物保护是学生熟悉和关心的话题，但用以表达话题的语言积累不足。此外，虽然学生的学*资源丰富，但未能恰当的利用资源进行语言学*。因此设计好学*任务，方法和步骤是提高阅读能力，进一步巩固和加强英 语学*策略的关键。

传统的阅读理解提问方式也常常停留在对所阅读文章的表层理解层次上。那么，如何借助这些课文来提高学生的阅读速度、阅读理解能力和语言水*呢?经过教学实践和不断尝试，下面以SEFC Book 1A Unit 7 "Earthquakes" 单元阅读课为例对这一问题进行探析。
一、First–reading 采用自上而下模式，侧重培养快速阅读理解能力
“自上而下的模式”是哥德曼(Goodman)1971年提出的阅读理论模式。这一理论反对把阅读看成是对一系列词句的知觉，认为阅读者不必使用全部文本中的提示，他们在文章中挑选和选择足够的信息来作出预测，用他们自己的经验和有关客观世界的知识去验证他们的预测。按这个模式，阅读者在阅读过程中不是逐字、逐句地去理解，而是结合自己的预测，在文章中找出有关的信息，来验证自己的预测。该模式有利有弊，弊在对学生语言基础知识的掌握不利，容易造成学生语言基本功不扎实。然而，由于强调整体篇章理解，在阅读时采取跳跃式搜索、猜测等方法，所以有利于培养学生快速阅读理解能力。
阅读速度的培养是阅读教学中一个重要的任务。目前，中学生阅读能力在速度上与可能达到的指标相比普遍要低几倍，甚至十几倍。随着信息时代的到来，人们急需尽快获取各种信息资料，成倍提高工作效率与学*效果，培养学生的快速阅读理解能力是实施英语素质教育的必然要求。然而，训练学生阅读速度必须建立在学生对文章内容处于陌生状态的基础上，因此，在学生初次接触阅读课文时，应该采用自上而下阅读模式，不失时机地培养他们的快速阅读*惯、快速阅读理解能力。这一阶段的教学设计主要如下：
1、引入题材。可采用设疑悬念、直观导入、故事导入等引入方式。
2、进行快阅。可向学生介绍组读法、察读法、浏读法、略读法、跳读法等快速阅读方法。
3、检测理解。可采用问答题、判断题、选择题、做笔记、填图表等检测形式。

经过一读课文及完成表层信息捕捉问题后，学生对文章有了肤浅的认识，阅读速度也得到训练。然而，阅读包含两个阶段：一是辨认文字符号的感性认识阶段;二是理解内容，吸收信息，创造性思维译码的理性认识阶段。因此，二读课文，加深文章的理解就显得尤为必要了。
二、Second–reading 采用交互作用模式，侧重培养阅读理解综合能力
语言心理学的图式理论认为，阅读过程是读者通过视觉器官接受以文字符号形式输入的外部代码，再结合大脑中的内部代码(即图式)进行编解码认知加工，从而理解并提取信息的过程。根据鲁姆哈特(D·Rumelhart)1977年提出的交互作用模式，这个过程实际上也即是读者大脑中自下而上与自上而下认知加工交互作用的过程。相互作用模式(the interactive model)也可称为图式理论模式(the schema theory model)。按图式阅读理论，读者的阅读能力由三种图式决定：语言图式、内容图式和形式图式。
语言图式是指读者对构成阅读材料的语言的掌握程度。内容图式是指读者对文章所讨论的主题的熟悉程度。形式图式是指读者对文章的体裁的了解程度。在阅读过程中，读者大脑中的这三种图式与文章的语言、内容和形式相互作用，其结果决定了读者对文章的理解程度。
阅读的关键在于理解，尤其是深层理解。交互作用模式对提高学生的英语阅读综合能力能起关键的作用。借助形式图式模式，教师可引导学生弄清文章的文体思路，了解各种不同体裁的课文的结构特点。例如教"Earthquakes" 时引导学生归纳出文体思路是accidents--- causes --- solutions---- prediction。
借助文章体裁结构帮助理解文章实际上也是一种阅读策略，同时也有助于学生下一阶段完成重建语篇的表达训练。借助内容图式，教师可启发学生寻找或利用文章上下文线索去激活自己大脑中相应的背景知识内容图式。例如教“Earthquakes”时引导学生回忆“板块学说”(plate tectonics)相关内容，将文章内容与大脑中的相关信息联系起来有助于学生更深刻理解文章的细节内容、中心思想、作者的写作态度、写作意图及文章的“弦外之音”。语言图式在阅读理解中起着基础的作用，没有语言图式，内容图式和形式图式就发挥不了作用。
教师应结合课文内容提高学生识别文章中词、短语和句子的能力。例如教“Earthquakes”时引导学生理解“shook”、“jumped”、“stay up”等在文章中的意思。这样做，学生读懂文章的能力才会逐步提高，下一阶段进行语言知识的学*和应用才会有基础。总之，综合利用形式图式、内容图式、语言图式来指导二读课文，对提高学生阅读综合能力是必不可少的。这一阶段的教学设计主要如下：
1、细读课文。可采用全文阅读，逐段阅读，合段阅读等阅读方式。
2、检测理解。可采用问答题、判断题、讨论题、选择题等检测形式。
3、阅读析评。可采用学生发言、教师总结或师生一起讨论归纳等双边活动形式。

经过二读课文及完成一些深层阅读理解问题后，学生对文章有了深刻的理解，吸收信息或利用所获得信息来分析问题和解决问题的能力也得到培养。阅读吸收信息， 吸收是为了表达。因此，教学活动的设计不应只停留在输入的层次上，应该使语言输入(听与读)和语言输出(说与写)之间产生一种*衡。运用所学语言知识以及题材信息重建语篇、提高学生语言表达能力势在必行。
三、Post–-reading 采用自下而上模式，侧重培养知识综合运用能力
自下而上模式是指阅读者在阅读过程中从最小的单位——字母和单词(从底或下层)识别开始，逐步弄懂(在顶或上层)较大的语言单位——短语、分句、句子和语篇的意义。按照这个模式去理解阅读过程，教师在教授阅读课时主要任务就是帮助学生解决语言上的障碍，即弄清词、短语和句子的意义。
由此看来，阅读课教学既是一门阅读课，也是一门语言课。随着学生对课文理解的深化，教师必须提高学生对语言知识的掌握程度。阅读理解的问题，说到底就是语言方面的问题。所以，通过阅读，可以学*语言知识，通过学*语言知识，有助于提高阅读能力。阅读能力与语言学*，两者相辅相成、密切关系。
另外，中学英语大纲规定，在英语教学中要努力使基础知识转化为言语技能，并发展成运用英语进行交际的能力。为此，在完成二读课文之后采用自下而上模式深化语言知识的学*与运用则是提高学生阅读能力和语言表达能力的必然要求。这一阶段的教学设计主要如下：
1、归纳知识。可引导学生按语言单位来分类归纳;也可按段落顺序或情节内容来归纳排列。
2、深化知识。可介绍一词多义、词与词区别、长句分析和逻辑纽带等拓展性知识。
3、运用知识。口头上可采用命题发言、口述大意、复述课文、话题讨论等准交际或交际练*形式;笔头上可采用改写、缩写、书面表达等准交际或交际练*形式。

实践证明，把阅读课教学活动分成三个阶段，不同阅读活动阶段采用不同阅读理论模式以实现阅读课教学的最终目的这是非常必要的，也是非常恰当的。这种做法有以下主要特点：
1、它使学生的综合能力得到了训练。
在认知能力方面，快速阅读理解训练促使学生的观察力、注意力、记忆力高度集中;深层阅读理解训练使学生思维能力、想象力得到发展。在语言能力方面，各个阶段中阅读理解问题的解决使学生的听说、读写能力得到全面培养，尤其是阅读理解能力更得到了充分发展。在交往能力方面，同学们在老师引导下，在交流与讨论中相互合作、相互沟通，最后得出认识比较统一的答案。在这一过程中，学生的相互沟通能力、协调合作能力、凝聚力自然也就得到了培养。另外，通过重建语篇训练，学生的创造能力也将得到培养。
2、它体现了素质教育的基本要求。
在素质教育的全体性方面，由浅入深，由易到难，由表及里的阅读理解练*能给不同程度的同学提供体验成功乐趣的机会，能调动全体学生参与的积极性。在素质教育的整体性方面，这种教学设计主张适应各类体裁的阅读课文，挖掘文章的内涵和主旨，使各种有用信息渗透到英语教学之中;整个过程始终贯穿着培养学生的各方面能力，全方位开发学生的潜能。在素质教育的主体性方面，这种教学设计克服传统的教师讲、学生记的弊病，学生在教师引导下学会思考、学会分析、学会发现，学会表达，真正发挥了学生的主体作用和教师主导作用。
3、它有利于学生逐步完善自己的认知结构。
所谓认知(Cognition)就是通过学*过程的感知、领悟、推理及转化，从而实现对学*信息的了解、发现、知晓和理解。所谓认知结构就是学*者头脑里的知识信息网络结构，即已有的全部观念的内容及组织结构。从整个教学设计来看，它将学*内容有序地组织起来，并进一步内化形成新的知识结构，符合学生的认知规律。
阅读是一个综合过程，能力的提高更是一个循序渐进的过程。为此，不同年级应有不同阅读达标要求，课堂上各阶段的阅读理解训练也应随之有所侧重。总之，教师若能结合学生的认知水*，合理、灵活地把上述教学设计运用于阅读课文教学中，高中英语阅读教学目标是完全能够实现的。

三、教学步骤
步骤一 热身
1． 请学生看学生用书p. 1或者PPT中的图片，两人一组讨论三个问题。教师请几组学生回答问题，然后综合大家的看法总结出文化遗产的定义。
2. 请学生说出一些中外文化遗产的名称，教师写在黑板上。可以采取小组竞赛的形式，比一比看哪组说得多、说得正确。
注：问题中出现了五个生词。rare, valuable和survive很难根据上下文猜出词义，教师可以布置学生课前查字典自学其词义，用法可以留到词汇课处理。vase一词通过图片可以猜出，dynasty可以通过语境猜出。
设计意图：通过呈现图片和小组竞赛引起学生对本单元话题的兴趣，使学生了解文化遗产的概念，为过渡到下一步学*做好铺垫。
步骤二 读前
1. 请学生先欣赏教师准备的几件琥珀饰品或者看学生用书p. 1的琥珀饰品图片，然后请学生回答问题，并根据课文标题和图片预测课文内容。
2. 词汇准备：请学生把书翻到p.89本单元词汇表，根据要求独立地找出相应的词汇。找三个学生分别说出答案，其他学生和教师补充或更正。
设计意图：通过观察实物、回答问题，使学生把琥珀和文化遗产联系起来，从而引入阅读主题，并让学生预测阅读课文内容；通过让学生根据要求找出相应词汇教给学生用归类法学*词汇，同时为之后的阅读扫清词汇障碍。
步骤三 读中
1. 请学生略读课文，核查自己预测的内容是否正确。
2. 请学生在再次阅读课文前先看一下学生用书p.2练*二中的五个问题，然后在限定时间内快速浏览阅读课文的每一段，完成练*二的阅读任务，确定每段的段意。最后两人一组回答五个问题。教师请几个学生分别说出答案，其他学生和教师补充。
3． 请学生再读一遍课文，根据时间顺序在限定时间内找出琥珀屋的历代主人及当时发生的和琥珀屋相关的事件，完成下面的表格。
4. 请学生两人一组，仔细阅读第一段和第三段，归纳琥珀屋能够成为世界奇观的原因。
设计意图：通过略读课文检测读前预测是否正确，并对课文内容有大体的了解；练*二的五个问题分别概括了每段的段意，考虑到高一学生概括能力较弱，采取给出各段段意让他们分别找出与其匹配的段落的方式降低了难度；通过回答五个问题使学生了解课文的细节内容，明确概括段意的依据；通过填表让学生学会根据时间、人物等关键词快速确定主要信息；通过仔细阅读和分析课文重点内容培养学生的分析能力，同时也使他们进一步理解琥珀屋作为文化遗产的理由。
步骤四 读后
请学生两人一组根据PPT表格中的提示复述课文，然后教师选两个学生当堂复述。
设计意图：通过复述检查学生对文章大意的了解程度，并检测学生归纳总结和口语表达能力。
步骤五 讨论
请学生四人一组讨论问题，每小组确定一个组长、一个记录员和一个发言人。组长组织并参与讨论，记录员记录大家的看法，发言人代表小组陈述大家的看法；讨论后教师请持不同观点的小组分别阐述理由，其他持相同观点的小组补充。观点没有对错之分，但要言之有理，有充分的论据支持自己的观点。讨论时可以参考PPT中的一些表达法。
设计意图：通过讨论培养学生勤于思考的*惯，锻炼口语表达的能力；同时也增强学生保护文化遗产的意识。
步骤六 作业
