年我担任初一年级班主任时，通过开学前连续一个月的家访，我了解到班上名学生中，竟有名来自单亲家庭，还有名学生的父母正在闹离婚、家庭的变故使这些学生或疏于管教，或心情忧郁，甚至有的自暴自弃，在学业、心理、品行等方面都较其他学生更易出现问题、
有一次，一个*日少言寡语的学生来到学校，见到我就放声大哭，原来今天是她的生日，但她的继母送给她的“生日礼物”却是一记耳光、孩子的眼泪和哭诉，让我心痛不已、于是放学后，我为她补办了生日，买来了蛋糕、水果和生日蜡烛，让同学们为她唱起了生日歌、从此，那些特殊家庭的孩子们的生日就记在了我的心里、每逢他们的生日，我就请他们到家里包饺子、炒菜，为他们庆祝、就在许多与这类似的点滴小事中，孩子们渐渐对我产生了亲*与依赖之情，有了心里话也向我诉说，因为喜欢我开始喜欢上学*，我的教育，他们也比较信服、听从、
为了做好单亲学生的教育工作，我还把工作做到了学生的家里，甚至家长的单位里、有一个学生的父母三进法院要离婚，我多次家访做他们的工作，最后终于让他们握手言和、这个学生的父亲说，“您是我儿子的班主任，也是我的老师，是您使我明白了如何做一个有责任感的丈夫和父亲、”另一个学生的父母离异后，还经常为孩子教育问题吵闹，在孩子的建议下，他们找到了我，经过深入细致的工作，使他们第一次*心静气地坐在一起交流教育儿子的方法、

在工作中，坚持努力提高自己的思想政治水*和教学业务能力，教育也提出新的改革，新课程的实施，对我们教师的工作提出了更高的要求，我从各方面严格要求自己，努力提高自己的业务水*丰富知识面，结合本校的实际条件和学生的实际情况，勤勤恳恳，兢兢业业，使教学工作有计划，有组织，有步骤地开展。立足现在，放眼未来，为使今后的工作取得更大的进步不断努力，现对*年来教学工作作出总结，希望能发扬优点，克服不足，总结检验教训，继往开来，以促进教学工作更上一层楼。
一、坚持认真备课，备课中我不仅备学生而且备教材备教法，根据教材内容及学生的实际，设计课的类型，拟定采用的教学方法，并对教学过程的程序及时间安排都作了详细的记录，认真写好教案。每一课都做到“有备而来”，每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备，并制作各种利于吸引学生注意力的有趣教具，课后及时对该课作出总结，写好教学后记，并认真按搜集每课书的知识要点，归纳成集。
二、努力增强我的上课技能，提高教学质量，使讲解清晰化，条理化，准确化，条理化，准确化，情感化，生动化，做到线索清晰，层次分明，言简意赅，深入浅出。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生的主作用，让学生学得容易，学得轻松，学得愉快;注意精讲精练，在课堂上老师讲得尽量少，学生动口动手动脑尽量多;同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的学生学*需求和学*能力，让各个层次的学生都得到提高。现在学生普遍反映喜欢上语文课，就连以前极讨厌语文的学生都乐于上课了。
三、与同事交流，虚心请教其他老师。在教学上，有疑必问。在各个章节的学*上都积极征求其他老师的意见，学*他们的方法，同时，多听老师的`课，做到边听边讲，学*别人的优点，克服自己的不足，并常常邀请其他老师来听课，征求他们的意见，改进工作。
四、完善批改作业：布置作业做到精读精练。有针对性，有层次性。为了做到这点，我常常到各大书店去搜集资料，对各种辅助资料进行筛选，力求每一次练*都起到最大的效果。同时对学生的作业批改及时、认真，分析并记录学生的作业情况，将他们在作业过程出现的问题作出分类总结，进行透切的评讲，并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法，做到有的放矢。
五、做好课后辅导工作，注意分层教学。在课后，为不同层次的学生进行相应的辅导，以满足不同层次的学生的需求，避免了一刀切的弊端，同时加大了后进生的辅导力度。对后进生的辅导，并不限于学*知识性的辅导，更重要的是学***的辅导，要提高后进生的成绩，首先要解决他们心结，让他们意识到学*的重要性和必要性，使之对学*萌发兴趣。要通过各种途径激发他们的求知欲和上进心，让他们意识到学*并不是一项任务，也不是一件痛苦的事情。而是充满乐趣的。从而自觉的把身心投放到学*中去。这样，后进生的转化，就由原来的简单粗暴、强制学*转化到自觉的求知上来。使学*成为他们自我意识力度一部分。在此基础上，再教给他们学*的方法，提高他们的技能。并认真细致地做好查漏补缺工作。后进生通常存在很多知识断层，这些都是后进生转化过程中的拌脚石，在做好后进生的转化工作时，要特别注意给他们补课，把他们以前学*的知识断层补充完整，这样，他们就会学得轻松，进步也快，兴趣和求知欲也会随之增加。
六、积极推进素质教育。新课改提了的，要以提高学生素质教育为主导思想，为此，我在教学工作中并非只是传授知识，而是注意了学生能力的培养，把传授知识、技能和发展智力、能力结合起来，在知识层面上注入了思想情感教育的因素，发挥学生的创新意识和创新能力。让学生的各种素质都得到有效的发展和培养。
在教学工作中，我的努力得到了回报，所任班级成绩突出，受到学校领导的肯定，我会继续努力丰富自己，提高自己，为祖国的教育事业努力奋斗。
去年我在项城一高承担高三（10）、（11）**班英语教学工作，现对去年一年来的教育教学工作做汇报如下：
一：现实表现
本人自参加工作以来，能坚持四项基本原则，积极响应党的号召，落实党在新时期的教育方针和政策，认真学*各项教育法规，做到依法治教。*时能严格要求自己，坚持政治学*，努力提高自己的思想政治觉悟。在教学工作中服从学校安排，工作上勤勤恳恳，任劳任怨，能以大局为重，从不计较个人得失，尽心尽力做好自己的本职工作，用实际行动服务于学生，做到让学校放心，家长满意。
二：学识水*
参加工作以来，在自己认真专研和别人的帮助下，本人的踏实肯干和虚心学*，很快就适应了高中英语教学，特别是每次的期中、期末考试成绩显著。但学海无涯，学无止境，我深知终身学*的重要性和教师这项职业的特殊性，今后我会在此基础上更加努力学*，充实自我。
另外我还在业余时间主动加强了本专业的业务学*，认真做好每一年全国各地高考题，了解考试题型和方向，开阔自己的视野和思路，为自己的教学工作起到指导性的作用。“终身学*”，“培养学*型人才”是对全社会每一个人的号召，这也更是我们从事的职业的基本要求，并且比其它行业体现得尤为重要，知识的更新，教育思想的革新，教学方法的`转变，更需要我们处处留心，向身边的所有人学*，只有这样，才能使我们有清醒的头脑，正确的方向，渊博的知识，从容地应对学生对我们提出的新的要求。
三：业务能力
1.教学能力
在教学工作中，我首先把好课堂教学关，为了上好每堂课，自己总是认真钻研教学大纲和教材，精心备课，对教学重点、难点了如指掌，经常虚心向别人请教，潜心研究教材教法，为了使学生更好理解所授的课堂知识，我非常注重根据教学内容寻找最佳教学方法，如有时候用多媒体教学的优势，使学生在课堂上保持高度的集中，接受的知识更加的深刻。
其次，注重对学生的课余辅导，强调基础，强调基本知识的落实，不论是任教哪个年级，我都能够既注重尖子学生的培养，又能面向全体，从不歧视后进学生，上课自*时间都注重效率的提高，对学生的要求比较严格，特别是专心听讲和课堂作业这两个方面，当然我也会耐心细致地回答学生提出的问题，指出他们的错误，分析错误的原因，所以一直都能得到学生的好评。
教学能力的提高还得益于在实践中学*，从事高中英语教学已经有了8年的时间，教学能力的提高一直是我的追求，并且始终不渝地坚持向别人学*，包括向刚刚分配工作的年轻人学*，他们有充沛的精力，有活跃的思想，这都是我们学*的地方；还经常性的听课，学有经验的老师对重点的把握和难点的突破，学*他们处理问题的技巧。边学*，边摸索，边体会，边创新，边巩固，形成自己的教学方法。
通过自己长期的积累与学*，教学方面取得了较好的效果，特别是任教班级，每学期的教学效果都较为突出，自己也因此被评为项城市优秀教师，周口市文明教师，所主持两个课题均获得学科一等奖，并发表论文2篇在英语周报上（《新课标下高中英语阅读教学》，《高中英语任务型教学》），也辅导学生参加高中英语学科竞赛也取得不错的成绩。
2.管理能力
去年一年担任高三英语教研组长工作，积极认真完成学校规定的各项任务，努力抓好学生常规工作，牢牢树立“年段工作无小事，事事都育人”的观念，对学生不放弃任何一个教育的细节和机会。在学校领导的重视下我们开了教师和学生的会考动员会，使我们的同学在高三英语学科取得了很好的成绩，这是和我们学校领导的正确引导和年段老师的认真努力是分不开的。同时在每一的考试过后都会组织老师开质量分析，商讨对策，使我们的教学工作有条不紊的进行。
同时我也是认真总结反思，经常撰写心得体会，也促进了我教育能力的迅速提高，对学生科布置的“经验”“计划”“总结”从不打折扣，写作的过程是一个反思、整理、提高的过程，把它上升到理论的高度。
四：不足之处
自己无论的教学还是管理方面还有待于进一步的提高，工作中的急躁是自己最大的缺点，我希望能得到同事和领导们的帮助，让自己在新的一年来有进一步的提高。
本人于20xx年6月在茂名学院高州师范分院英语教育专业毕业，20xx年8月参加工作。任现职以来先后在高要市大湾镇第二高级中学和高要市大湾镇高级中学任教。本人一直担任英语教学工作，教育教学成绩显著。每年期中、期末考试中本人所任教的班级“一分两率”居全级前三名内;有1篇教学论文在高要市获奖。从教几年以来，一直担任班主任，工作认真积极负责，效果显著，曾被评为镇优秀班主任和优秀教师。下面从思想政治、教学、教研、教育几个方面进行小结。
一、思想政治方面
从教以来，遵守国家的法律法规，贯彻执行党的方针政策，忠诚党的教育事业，严格要求自己，在教学中起模范带头作用;*时关心时政，加强政治学*，不断提高自己的思想道德素质，具有良好的社会公德和高尚的师德，敬岗爱业，热爱学生，正确处理各方面关系，克服“文人相轻”思想，与同事团结合作。工作踏实肯干，尽职尽责，坚决服从学校安排，认真履行岗位职责，勇挑重担。从20xx年9月至20xx年7月在高要市大湾镇初级中学任教，一直担任高一、高二两个班的英语教学工作，兼任班主任。20xx年8月调入合并后的大湾镇高级中学(原大湾镇第一初级中学及第二初级中学)，服从学校分工，每期担任两个班的授课任务，兼任高一(4)班班主任。工作繁重，但毫无怨言，并出色完成学校分配的任务。
二、教学工作方面
任现职以来，能坚持英语、普通话双语教学，在切实抓好教学五环节的同时，注重教学方法的改革，重视培养学生的创新精神和实践能力，成效显著。
1、注重激发学生的学*兴趣。兴趣是最好的老师，浓厚的兴趣是学生发现问题，思考问题的内在动力。在教学中我注重理论联系实际，举身边学生熟悉的事例进行讲授，创设问题情景，诱发学*兴趣;同时还善于运用多媒体来完成教学任务，丰富了教学内容，开阔了学生的视野，提高了学生学*兴趣。古语有说：“亲其师，信其道”，在教学中，注重情感沟通，做学生的良师益友。一直以来，所任教班级的学生都喜欢我的课，因此也收到最佳的教学效果。
2、注重学生学科能力的培养。学科能力是运用学科知识解决问题的本领，学科知识是学科能力形成、发展的前提，而网络化的知识是形成学科能力的坚实基础，因此在教学中，我注重引导学生掌握知识的内在联系。在复*过程中指导学生把主要精力放在知识之间内在的逻辑性、系统性的理解和把握上。并通过典型题的讲解，使学生举一反三，触类旁通，从而提高了教学实效，学生在各方面得到良好发展，能力得到提高。
3、在注重教法改革的同时，也十分注意对学生的辅导，我采取抓两头促中间，分层辅导的办法，因此，每年任教的班级的学生优秀率、及格率都较高。
三、教研工作方面
现代教育要求教师从简单的教书匠角色转变为高层次的导师，要适应现代教育的发展，必须与时俱进，提高自己的知识水*和业务素质。任现职以来，我不断加强学*，积极进取，取得显著的效果。
本人积极参加教育局教研室组织的教研活动，比如参加肇庆市中高中英语教师教学技能大赛、优质课评比、新课标培训班等，以提高自己的教学理论水*。
本人结合教学实践，探索适合自己实际的教学方法，总结出有自己特色的教学模式，就是“少讲、多练”，经过不断实践，效果显著。在实践的基础上，把自己的做法和经验上升为理性认识，积极撰写教学论文，20xx年的《浅谈英语*语的汉译》获高要市三等奖。
四、教育工作方面
任现职以来，班主任工作能遵循教育规律，面向全体学生，关爱学生，教书育人。在培育学生健全人格、培养学生能力、培优转差等方面成效显著。
1、帮助学生树立正确的人生观，培育健全的人格，使学生学会做人。为此坚持常规教育与专题教育相结合，建立完善的班级管理体制，构建完善的教育网络，加强与科任老师、学校政教处和家长的.联系。由于加强了各方面的联系，提高了教育的针对性，能够防患于未然，提高了育人的实效。
2、培养学生的能力，使学生学会做事。在班主任工作中，注重学生自律能力、创新能力、实践能力的培养。在班级管理中，通过民主选班干，民主选先进培养学生的民主意识，选出的班干部不实行“终身制”，实行轮值制度，每半学期轮换一次，使每一位学生在两个学期内都能有机会当一次班干部。由于有意识地让学生参与到管理中来，学生在自我管理中接受教育，也培养了各方面的能力，参加校运会、文艺晚会等活动都是由学生自己组织完成。也培养了一批优秀的学生干部，如20xx年高一(3)班的陈婷同学被评为肇庆市“优秀学生干部”。
3、关心学生，注重培养尖子，使其成为学生的榜样，促进班风学风的好转。还注重行为有偏差和学有困难的学生的转化。深入学生中了解学生，用爱心去感化学生，激励学生，对待行为有偏差的学生做到晓之以理，动之以情。例如20xx年高二(5)班的黄润同学，家庭背景较为复杂，父亲病逝，母亲改嫁，姐弟两人靠伯父抚养，不幸的家庭并没有激发他的上进心，上课迟到、旷课是常事，经常旷课到游戏机室玩，学*成绩差。接手当他的班主任后，经过深入了解分析，他是由于自卑而不思进取。虽然学*成绩差，但体育成绩好，比较好动，决定让其当体育委员，组建班的篮球队。并经常对其进行理想前途教育，经过一年的努力，转变明显，高二期末考试时名列全级前50名。调入大湾镇高级中学任教后，本人继续担任班主任工作，做好学有困难学生的转化。20xx年高二(4)班的区灿荣同学，人较聪明，但个性好动，经常上学迟到，上课讲话扰乱纪律，接受帮扶任务后，我因势利导，每一周向其提一个经过努力可以达到的目标，使其重拾自信，渐渐地坏*惯改变了，成绩也提高了，期末考试名列全级前30名。
由于本人参加工作的时间还较短，经验未够丰富，今后我将继续努力学*和工作，加强教育理论学*和研究，积极进取，以更高更严格的标准要求自己，以取得更大的成绩，为教育事业再立新功。

理科班的多数学生讨厌背单词，他们最大的难关就是单词关，词汇量少，严重影响了他们对英语的学*兴趣、针对这一点，我在日常的教学中特别重视学生对词汇的学*与积累，要求单词每课过关，并且每课都进行单词听写，不断督促学生多背单词，短语及一些好的句子、为了提高他们的积极性，这学期我还要求班上每个学生，每天轮流上台带读英语单词、

做为一名高中英语教师，我在今年主要任教于高一年级的英语课，我所带的两个班级的学生，经过一学期的认真学*，英语成绩有了显著的提高，学生们在英语课上态度认真，学*的劲头也很足，我个人认为，英语是学生的一门主要功课，无论是学校、家长还是学生都很重视它，但是不少学生觉得这门功课单调枯燥，学起来吃力，甚至有不少学生放弃了它。究其原因，是学生对英语学*的接触面小，说练机会少，以及他与中文的部分反差的诸多因素，使得学生对英语学*常常存在“厌、怕、弃”的不健康的心理。这使我不得不改进以往的教学方法。经过一个学期的英语教学工作，在我个人的积极努力与广大同学的配合下，教学任务圆满完成，现将个人工作总结如下。
一、注意高一与初中的衔接过渡
高一新学期伊始，可以通过摸底了解学生大致水*，及时给学生弥补初中的缺漏知识。可利用上半学期的时间从语言、词汇、语法、句型等方面系统复*。要尽快使学生适应高中英语教学，具体做法是：培养学生课前预*、课后复*的良好学**惯；坚持用英语授课，要求并鼓励学生用英语思考问题、回答问题；根据高考要求，从高一年开始就需要培养学生的阅读能力，教会学生一些阅读技巧，养成良好的阅读*惯；另外，课后要多与学生接触，尽快和学生熟悉。
二、确立与新课程相适应的教育观念
学生是学*的主体，老师不能代替学生读书，代替学生感知，代替学生观察、分析、思考，代替学生明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。老师只能让学生自己读书，自己感受事物，自己观察、分析、思考，从而明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。于是我改变“一言堂”，把课堂还给学生，形成师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的教学过程。
三、高中英语教学要始终贯彻交际性原则，强化学生主体意识
“让游泳者到水中去。”这是交际语言教学理论的思想核心。贯彻交际性原则亦就是要把教学活化为实际：
1、建立“课前五分钟会话”，培养课堂交际氛围。学生会作出不同的回答，引出更多的对话，从而达到交际的目的。
2、适当让学生表演对话或课文内容。针对*期所学内容，布置学生课后进行讨论排练，然后在课堂表演。
3、多鼓励，少批评。为了使学生更爱开口，在练*中，要重视运用鼓励性语言，不断强化学生参加交际的信心。
四、激发学生学*英语的兴趣
在教学中培养学生的学*兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学*中产生两极分化。具体做法是把语言教学与日常生活联系起来，上课可以结合时事、热点，给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。还可以通过开辟第二课堂，如举办讲故事、各类竞赛等。老师课后应当多和学生交流接触，了解学生的需要，适当和学生一起参加活动、体育运动。课后还可以布置学生听英语广播、看英语新闻，然后再到学校进行交流。
五、努力建立融洽的师生关系
相对来说，初中生比小学生独立性强，自尊心也逐渐增强，渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好关系，从而促进学生学*的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观，正确认识学生的主体地位。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生，耐心细致地指导学生，沟通和学生的思想感情，使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师，循循善诱和激发学生学*的积极性，大胆求异创新；
课后我却成为他们的好朋友，无话不谈，亮起心灵之光；生活上，我是他们的父母，关怀备至。
六、严谨治学，保持良好的教态
教师的教风直接影响学生的学风。驾驶的一言一行，无时无刻不在影响着学生。所以我提高自己的思想认识，做到爱岗敬业，学而不厌，诲人不倦，为人师表，治学严谨，还要保持良好的教态。老师的教学语言和教态对学生的学*有直接的影响。老师的教态好，学生就喜欢，他们听课的兴趣就高，接受知识也快。反之，学生就不喜欢，甚至讨厌。特别是正处于青春期的初中生，看问题开始有可独立的见解，对他们更要注意教态和教学语言的使用。如我介绍新句型时，我利用语言的轻重，语调的高低，和一定的动作表情，尽量引起学生的注意和兴趣。当学生回答问题时，我的表情变得自然亲切，使促使感到老师对他们的信任，这样学生就增添了勇气，就能大胆地回答问题。
七、使学生明白学*目的'
要学好英语，首先要使学生认识到学这一语言的目的和意义。众所周知，人类社会已经进入了21世纪，新的世界将是个充满竞争和多变的世纪，中国要在跨世纪的竞争中取得主动，中华民族要腾飞，要最终取决于优秀科技人才的涌现。如果我们不懂英语，怎么去了解世界？只有学生自觉地把自己的理想与祖国的前途和命运联系起来，才会对英语学*真正感兴趣，这种兴趣也有可能转为学*英语的动力。因此我结合本地区学生的实际情况，通读和节选教材，围绕着最简单、最基本、最常用的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等进行教学，使学生对英语产生兴趣，形成学*动机。
经过一个学期的努力，期末考就是一种考验也是一种检验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高，如何共同提高学生的英语水*。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问，多想，多向前辈学*，争取进步。以上就是我在本学期的教学工作总结。由于经验颇浅，许多地方存在不足，希望在未来的日子里，能在各位领导老师，前辈的指导下，取得更好成绩。

一、思想政治方面

三、教育教学工作方面
这学期我担任的是三年级的英语教学。经验告诉我，对于这个年段的英语教学，如果不认真研究教法和学法，结合教材和学生的实际情况来教学，就会使学生失去对英语学*的兴趣。兴趣没了，英语自然也不会学好。因此，我对教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学*，勤于专研，注重在实践中积极探索新的教学方式，潜心研究英语课堂教学，深刻领会新课改的理念，注重激发和培养学生学*英语的兴趣，自制教具，自编儿歌等，使学生在轻松、愉快的氛围中学*和运用语言，树立学*英语的自信心，注重形成性评价在英语教学中的运用，并能够及时总结经验，提高自己的科研水*。
四、考勤请假方面。
我在做好各项教育教学工作的同时，严格遵守学校的各项规章制度。处理好学校工作与个人之间的关系，一年里没有迟到过一次，做到了有事请假，坚持天天上班，一边完成学校的各项任务，一边准备教材和学*自己的专业知识。在新的一年里，我应更加勤奋，为学校作更多的事，自己更加努力学*专业知识，使自己的业务水*更上一层楼。
五、努力提高方向。
1、加强自身基本功的训练，注重对学生能力的培养;
2、对差生多些关心爱心和耐心，使他们在各方面有更大进步。

本学期本人承担高一(2)和高一(6)高一(15)三个班的英语课教学工作，周课时十五节。在工作中，能勤勤恳恳，敬岗爱业，忠实执行党的教育方针，坚持以素质教育为主线，教学研究为龙头，构建创新教育模式，面向全体学生，促进学生全面发展。在学校领导的亲切关怀和大力支持下，在科组，年级同行的大力协助下，圆满地完成了本学期的教育教学任务。回顾一个学期的工作，我有如下几点体会：
一、构建在新课程条件下“多媒体优化组合”的英语课堂教学模式。
“多媒体优化组合”构建的课堂教学模式，就是运用这种心理学的感观原理的理论，应用于英语教学的一种实践。
传统的英语教学模式，教师在整个教学过程中，就是灌输抽象、刻板的规则，用“条款化的语言”来描述具有审美载体的、形象生动的语言，不言而喻，这样的教学手段，不适应时代的快节奏，不利于开发学生的智力，不利于培养开拓型人才，不利于学生素质的全面发展。
布鲁纳说过：“学*的刺激是对所学教材的兴趣”，对学生来说“兴趣”将直接影响学*效果。因此，我在课堂上运用以电教为主体的“多媒体优化组合”课堂教学模式，使教学内容的表现形式变得新颖而引人入胜，充分调动学生的学*积极性，使学生对学*产生浓厚的兴趣。
二、开启学生创造性思维能力，培养良好的学生素质
新大纲明确指出：中学英语教学的目的是“通过听、说、读、写训练，使学生获得英语基础知识和交际初步运用英语的能力，激发学生的学*兴趣，养成良好的学艺打情，为进一步学*打好基础，发展学生的思维能力和自学能力”。众所周知，在诸多能力素质中，创造思维能力是促成其他能力形成的核心机制。
传统的英语教学模式培养的是僵化的思维定势，它桎梏着学生的创造力。因此，我在课堂教学上能注重全方位地、多元化地调动学生的视觉、听觉、动觉，多层地启发学生、引导思维、拓宽思维境界、引发发散性思维，使思维的广阔性、深刻性、独立性、敏捷性等方面得到训练，从而发展了学生的创造能力，培养出良好的学生素质，达到教育的最终目标。
三、利用学科的优势，培养学生良好的人格，陶冶学生美的情操
教学过程，实际上是学生在教师指导下的认识过程。学生是认识的主体，知识的掌握和能力的培养只能在主体自己相应的积极自觉活动中才能形成。在教学上我不仅是教师，而且是魔术师，运用直观的现代的教学手段，使语言教学从单调的文字描述中**出来，在学生面前展现的是文字、语音、形象、色彩这一新奇的美，这种美感会吸引学生注意力，从而激发浓厚的学*兴趣。——“激发学生的学*兴趣”是新大纲中新列入的教学目的。
同时，我也是导演，导演出一幕幕场景;是画家，用斑谰的色彩展开生动的画面;是导游，引导学生在语言的海洋中漫游……这种全方位展示着的英语教师气质的美，就是一个强有力的磁场，吸引着学生，给他们一个愉悦的环境，使他们对课堂产生审美情感，使他们获得美的陶冶，从而使整个教学过程处在美的环境中，产生良性循环，增加学生学*的活力。
四、深入研究教育教学理论，使教学更加符合学生的'年龄特征和身心特点。
各个学*阶段的学生都有其特定的年龄特征和身心特点，需要教师真正做到“设身处地”，站在不同的角度缜密地构思每一个教学环节，这样才能更好地交流互动，完成教学任务。高二是学生高中学*生活的转折时期，是承前起后的时期。英语学*成绩的好坏与他们的升学与否紧密相连。所以我不仅备教材，还备这个年龄段的学生，取得了令人满意的效果。
五、建立新型的师生关系，强化教学主体意识。
时代的发展为传统意义上的师生关系注入了新的内涵：民主*等、互相尊重、互相学*、共同提高。教师应该是“首*”，与学生共同奏出优美的旋律;教师应该是“配角”，把学生衬托得光彩照人;教师应该是“热线”，让学生永远感觉到鲜活与新颖;教师应该是“110”，在学生最需要关爱和帮助的时候，及时守候在学生身边;教师应该是“导游”，引导学生探幽发微，欣赏险峰的无限风光;教师应该是“场上队长”，身先士卒，与队友共同拼搏，在比赛结束后，把队友?我们的学生，高高地抛向空中……
面对着一个个充满灵性的教育对象，我时刻提醒自己：“我是谁?为了谁?是否把学生的收获、学生的发展放在首要的位置?是否做到了‘一切为了学生，为了一切学生，为了学生的一切”。特别我刚到这个学校，对这里的学生学*情况很不了解，对他们的学**惯，我也不认同，但是我爱他们——*等协商，倾心交流，使得我们师生关系和谐融洽。
六、坚持政治学*，加强师德修养，做到学高为师，身正为范
本人这个学期能，遵守劳动纪律，从未旷工，上课从不迟到，与同级组老师团结合作，积极支持科组工作，不折不扣的完成科组长分配的任务，积极参加各类教研活动，并且把教研活动所得及时运用到教学中去!

本人从事英语教学工作已经七年了，经历了英语课程的这一变化过程。我认为高中课程的改革总体来说应能更好地适应时代发展、人的发展和社会的发展。
事物是不断前进、发展和变化的，所以教材的变革是中国国情和教育发展要求相结合的产物。但教材的选择和使用必须以完成教学内容和实现教学目标为首要前提。高水*、高质量的教材对教师、学生、教学过程以及教学结果都起着积极的作用。而外研社版的新教材恰恰适应了这种时代需要，并且科学的将各种新颖的话题组织在一起，有利于学生的长远发展。
一．认真研读、学*新课程标准理念
在刚刚毕业时，我对高中教学最突出的感受就是无法发挥大学所学*到的一切知识。但新教材圆了我的梦，让我有机会将大学期间所学到的英美概况知识、英美文学经典、精读、泛读、英美影视赏析甚至是一些选修课的知识传授给我那些可爱的孩子们、渴望获取知识的学生们。当然我也积极地和有创造性地探索有效的.教学方法，同时进一步加强中外文化修养，拓宽知识面，掌握现代教育技术，并能在自己的继续学*和实际教学之中加以运用。
二、营造以学生为中心的教学氛围
语言学*是一个长期积累的过程，因此相对其它学科而言他是“枯燥”的。所以唤起学生对英语的兴趣是这一学科教学的重中之重。英语不是我们的母语，英美文化与我们的文化又存在极其大的差异，一次跨越这样的文化差异是英语学*的难中之难。有了这样的“枯燥”，有了这样的艰难，很多学生的自信心又会受到打击。为此英语教师要做到:
1、在教学中给予学生们更多的鼓励，积极鼓励他们在学*中的尝试，保护他们的自尊心和积极性；
2、把英语教学与教育学和心理学紧密相结合，培养学生的团队合作意识、学*责任感和寓乐于学的心态。
4、建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道，经常和学生一起反思学*过程和学*效果，互相鼓励和帮助，做到教学相长。
三、突出任务型教学的中心地位，注重语言实践能力
新教材的设计一突出学生的主体地位为主线之一，因此新课程要求教师一定要设计出贴*学生实际生活的教学活动，以便学生积极的参与进来发挥他们的组织能力。在这一过程中学生定会通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学*和使用英语，完成学*任务。同时也有利于促使他们获取、处理和使用信息，用英语与他人交流，发展用英语解决实际问题的能力，还可以积极鼓励学生把活动延伸到课堂之外的学*和生活之中。
5、引导学生在学*过程中进行自我评价并根据需要调整自己的学*目标和学*策略。
新的变革给我们提出了新的要求、新的考验，更是新的机遇。每一位教师都应该适应新的形式，与时俱进，提升自身素质，因为“不好的教师是给学生传授真理，好的教师是使学生找寻真理。我愿意为自己钟爱的事业、为新时代的教育事业贡献力量。
很多中学生在为学*英语而苦恼，不管他们怎么努力，成绩依然是那么的惨不忍睹，有学生甚至想放弃英语学*。以下是我对英语学*的几点体会，希望有一定的帮助。
首先要培养学*英语的兴趣，兴趣是学*的第一老师，有了浓厚的兴趣，才能更好的学*。
对于课本上的文章要能非常的熟练的读出，最好是能背诵，因为有很多英语题目就出自于课本上的原文，文章读多了，掌握了一定的语境，很多题目一看就能选出正确答案，并且还能提高自己的听力水*，一举两得；
在掌握知识的同时，我们还要练*，我们不能纸上谈兵，这样根本没有效果，我们可以选择一定的题目来做；
一、坚持各种各样的读诵
1.朗读 对于我们所学的课文，一是要边听录音边读，让自己有正确的读音；二是大声反复朗读，且越读越快，直到自己能背诵；三是在读的时候，要眼、手、脑并用，把不熟悉的单词和句子写、记并思考其结构。
2.背诵 好的经典的文章应背熟，以记住好词好句，背诵大量的名言警句等，来培养自己的语感，并为写好作文积累素材。
3.速读 也就是读第一遍时用最快的速度读完，以提高阅读速度和理解能力，并逐渐培养不翻译直接理解英文的能力，即直接用英语思维的能力。
4.精读 也就是慢慢地咀嚼和揣摩，达到对每篇文章 准确理解，并熟悉语法结构，篇章布局，加深对一些重点单词和词组的理解与记忆。
5.泛读 每天尽可能地抽出时间（不低于半小时），读英语阅读理解一二册，遇到不会的单词在不影响文章理解的情况下，可以略过或根据上下文去猜测，从而提高阅读速度。尤其在读第一遍时不要查字典。
6.阅读内容要有广度，高考英语阅读理解题材趋向多样化、现代化和生活化，突显语言与文化相结合的特点。选材皆源于国外英文图书、社会、文化、史地、科普、政治、经济等，原汁原味，语言纯正地道，具有鲜明的英语语言特点。有较为丰富的文化蕴涵，重视人类的热点问题，追踪科技前沿，具有浓厚的时代气息，贴*实际生活。体裁分布比较均匀，包括记叙文、说明文、议论文、应用文。
二、坚持各种各样听力训练
1、从最基本的内容入手，听懂每个单词、每句话、每段话和文章，并逐步增加难度，每天坚持半小时左右。
2、听时，跟读，一方面可以加强听力，另一方面还可以训练口语，同时可以培养语感。
3、在听之时，要关注听力原文。听力原文很重要，它的内容和题材在很多情况下是大同小异的。听完之后，再去熟读文章，一直坚持下去，定会收到好效果的。
三、写的练*
1、单词、短语、句型都要反反复复读、写，加强记忆。
2、坚持每周写一至二篇作文。可以是命题的，也可以是改写。坚持写日记，把每天所见所闻所想用英语写下来。还可以写信或E-mail。写好之后，可以让老师当面批改。
四、吃透弄懂常见语法
1、循序渐进，从基础到高级，掌握没一个语法点，并作好笔记，便于复*。
2、对于不熟悉的语法知识应反复复*应用，直到掌握。如果有不懂的，一定及时向同学和老师请教，直到弄懂为止。并做一些相关的练*。
五、坚持词汇的积累
1、每天记10—20个单词 ，并复*前一天记忆的单词。对于生疏的旧单词，可记录下来，随身携带并随时记忆。
2、所有记忆完的单词，要随时复*。重复是记忆单词最好的办法，也是很多记忆的根本方法。要不断地经常性地看看记记，坚持一段时间就不会忘了。
3、结合例句记忆单词，效果很好。最好理解了意思，放在上下文里去记，这样既快又好，不容易忘记。记忆时要注意力集中，边写边记，最好用黑色水在白纸上写，这样对大脑皮层冲击比较大，印象深刻。
六、坚持认真听课，保证课堂效率
课堂是我们吸取知识的主阵地，一个重要途径。我们应该认真听讲，做好笔记，并积极地跟着老师的思维去思考，遇到自己不理解的问题要及时提问，把它搞清楚。同时要带着积极的心态去上课，勇于回答老师的问题，学会充分表达自己的情感，尽量增加和老师之间的互动。只有注重了每堂课的效率，才会起到事半功倍，举一反三的效果。
七、适度的限时练*
定量的练*可以巩固所学知识，通过练*可以提高阅读理解能力，增加词汇量，加强对语法的掌握。但是，*时的作业和练*一定要限时定量少参考。*时做题时，不能不限时间，做做停停，再查资料甚至翻字典。而要限时记时，逐步养成在单位时间内思考、答题的好*惯，培养自己在短时间、高压力之下的判断力。
八、坚持心态调整，做到循序渐进
每个人英语基础不相同，可能目前水*也不一样。不要盲目地与他人攀比，要及时调整好自己的心态，与自己进行纵向比较。根据自己的实际情况，制定合理切实可行的计划，做到脚踏实地，循序渐进。英语的学*是一个从量变到质变的过程。
总之，学无定法，每个人在自己的学*过程中也可以不断总结积累，同时借鉴他人比较适合自己的学*方法，自己再创造性地发挥，持之以恒，相信你一定会把英语学好！
学英语是个长期的工作，非一时能够改变，在高中阶段，每天必须拿出1-2个小时学*英文，应该为高考而学*。英文这种东西不存在所谓的难题，只要会单词，便能去做英语试题。高考的题目只要你背好单词，也没有什么的，下面我谈谈几点心得体会。
每天必须背英文单词50个，不能将定位定于高中升大学的英语单词，而应该将背诵的范围扩大到英语等级考试的`范围，每个星期1-6背诵新单词，星期日复*以前背过的单词。每个月再抽出一天复*以前的单词。
买一本新概念英文。每天抄课文一课。不管懂不懂。看了解释之后，大概懂得意思就开始抄。当第一本抄完一遍之后，再次重复进行抄，抄三遍之后方可开始抄第二本。买一本李阳英语短语900句，每天背诵10句，一定背熟，每个星期背诵6天，星期天复*。买一本高考英语写作的模本教学，从模本教学中学*如何用所背的英语短语900句组成一篇简单的英语作文，每个星期定期写英文作文一篇，每篇100字。
不用先考虑语法问题，别被英语的语法问题吓到，只要认识单词就能做好阅读等，被好单句就能做好英语作文。每天坚持看希望英语节目，将节目下部的字幕挡住，用猜的方式，看节目。自然解决听力问题。学*资料不一定要买，可以上网下载，充分利用网络，网上有很多的教学视频，真的很经典，可以在周末上网去看看。
我用我的方法。从高一时90多，到高考129。大学六级524，四级552
首先先你要端正心态，不要急躁，不管别人考多少分，你做你自己的事，这样才能静下心来学*。要成为英语高手就必须比别人走更多的路，做更多的事，所以单词和语法都要拿下。
首先，对于单词，有如下几种方法，第一个，是加强记忆的频度，也就是说，早上记了几个，隔几个小时又看一次，总之一天之内，记忆的间隔不要太长，否则你辛苦积累的记忆会随着时间的延长而淡化，第二个，是可以根据自己的理解编顺口溜，比如good morning 是狗摸你…（见笑了）…，第三个，最重要的是，记单词的时候，不要忘了阅读，一边记单词，一边看文章，这样可以把孤立的单词串联起来，记忆的效果会加倍，第四个。我建议你记单词要分门别类记忆，要形成一个意群，比如，重要性用magnitude magnificence ，表示非常，大大地有exceedingly，tremendously，extremely……这样做在你写作时，是十分有好处的，写作时不要尽写一些低级词汇，你要写高级词汇，比如重要性写magnitude，许多写a multitude of 或者handsome。
其次，是语法。学*语法，首先要明白什么是主谓宾定状补，什么是系动词，什么是直接宾语，间接宾语，这些是学*语法的基础，语法是房子，主谓宾定状补等是沙石砖瓦 ：
1） 状语是指描述被描述对象的状态，包括时间状语，地点状语，方式状语，伴随状语，让步状语等
2） 定语是指被描述对象（名词，代词）的特征，包括颜色，气味，重量，年龄，材料等
3） 表语一般是be 动词以及某些特殊动词（比如turn ，smell等） 后面的形容词，分词，不定式等
4） 主语指的是动作的施动者，或者是被描述的对象，包括名词，代词，非谓语动词（不定式，动名词，过去分词作主语）等
5） 谓语指的是动作本身（也就是动词本身），be 动词
6） 宾语指的是动作的承受者，或者是与主语相对比的对象，也包括名词，代词，等
7） 从句指的是复合句中的起从属作用的句子，复合句指的是一个句子中有两重或者两重以上的主谓宾（定状补）成分，这几个有独立主谓宾结构的句子通过连词连接（比如and which that where what等），比如i want to tell you that he is a cheat（我想告诉你他是个骗子），这里有两套主谓宾（定状补先不说）第一套是主语i 谓语want 宾语是tell后面的成分（you that he is a cheat）；第二套：主语he 谓语is 宾语a cheat ，这两个句子通过连词that 连接，通过句子意思可以判断：“我想告诉你“是主句，”他是一个骗子“是从句
最后，我建议你，*时读报，或者做题的时候，发现有好的句子好的词汇，你要抄下来，长期下来，你的作文会有提高的，需要说明的是，这个提高过程可能很缓慢，但是最后能收到很好的效果，以前25分的作文我都能保证在21—23这个级别，靠的就是对语法的熟练掌握和积累了许多较高级的词汇，句型，句子。我个人的理解是，在你的语法达到基本不会出错的程度上，作文便应该以词汇取胜，因为在这个层次上，大家的语法都差不多，没什么变化，唯一有变化的就是你的词汇！给你打个比方吧，很多想到“许多”就用many，但是你别忘了many a ；handsome；massive，innumerable；很多人想到“专家”就写expert，但很少人会想到specialist，很多人在想到“擅长”这词，就写be good at ，却不知还有更高级的表达法：be expert at 或者excel in ……高手和庸才，就体现在这些细微的差别上 ！

中心组成员在参观完美丽的校园之后，听了高三一位青年教师的一堂练*讲评课。整堂课主要分了三块，第一块让学生背诵并检测上节课所学词组，第二块讲评单选题，第三块是讲评完型填空。这堂课给我们留下了深刻的印象，主要有以下几点：
1．苏老师基本功扎实，对教材和高考研究透彻，对教材中的重点、难点及高考考点了如指掌，通过精心的教学设计，一堂课中对练*中的重点词汇、重要句型、重点语法（如倒装句、名词性从句、分词等）都作了深刻挖掘和引申，并配以翻译或单选等加以检测和巩固。
2．苏老师虽然还很年轻，但在课堂中掌控自如，展现了一位成熟教师的风采，教师的教学设计始终以学生为中心，围绕学生、突出学生、服务学生，开展师生和生生互动，注重用巧妙的课堂教学安排去唤起学生的学*兴趣，教师提问面广，学生参与度高。
3．从短短的一堂课中，我们也看到了老师一贯坚持的2点做法，一是非常注重学生的大声朗读，学生已养成了良好的朗读*惯，二是很注重词性分析和词组积累，学生的回答显示出学生词性掌握得极好、句子翻译能力很强，这绝不是一日之功，说明教师在*时的教学中非常重基础，这为学生的高考作文打下了扎实的'基础。
听课结束后，中心组成员与常州一中的英语教研组长阮老师及高三英语备课组成员进行了交流。阮老师首先对课进行了深入、中肯的点评。然后向我们介绍了他们高三教学的具体做法，并耐心解答了我们的提问。常州一中高三英语教学安排严密周到，教学计划细化到每周每天，并落实每项任务的负责教师，英语教师尽管整体年轻，但踏实肯干，教学理念先进，基础与能力并重。阮老师强调老师要把主要精力集中在备课上，老师要多用英文创设课堂情景，这样学生的口语和听力能力也会随之上升。高三上课容量一定要大，上课节奏要快，要保证课堂的高效率。同时，阮老师提出教师要不断探索新的英语教学模式，用科学的教法因材施教，力求形成教学手段灵活、方法多变、课堂容量大、节奏快、知识面广的独特的教学风格。
常州一中学*之行，使中心组成员既增长了见识，又更新了教学理念。
本人从事英语教学工作已经七年了，经历了英语课程的这一变化过程。我认为高中课程的改革总体来说应能更好地适应时代发展、人的发展和社会的发展。
事物是不断前进、发展和变化的，所以教材的变革是中国国情和教育发展要求相结合的产物。但教材的选择和使用必须以完成教学内容和实现教学目标为首要前提。高水*、高质量的教材对教师、学生、教学过程以及教学结果都起着积极的作用。而外研社版的新教材恰恰适应了这种时代需要，并且科学的将各种新颖的话题组织在一起，有利于学生的长远发展。
一．认真研读、学*新课程标准理念
在刚刚毕业时，我对高中教学最突出的感受就是无法发挥大学所学*到的一切知识。但新教材圆了我的梦，让我有机会将大学期间所学到的英美概况知识、英美文学经典、精读、泛读、英美影视赏析甚至是一些选修课的知识传授给我那些可爱的孩子们、渴望获取知识的学生们。当然我也积极地和有创造性地探索有效的教学方法，同时进一步加强中外文化修养，拓宽知识面，掌握现代教育技术，并能在自己的继续学*和实际教学之中加以运用。
二、营造以学生为中心的教学氛围
语言学*是一个长期积累的过程，因此相对其它学科而言他是“枯燥”的。所以唤起学生对英语的兴趣是这一学科教学的重中之重。英语不是我们的母语，英美文化与我们的文化又存在极其大的差异，一次跨越这样的文化差异是英语学*的难中之难。有了这样的“枯燥”，有了这样的艰难，很多学生的自信心又会受到打击。为此英语教师要做到:
1、在教学中给予学生们更多的鼓励，积极鼓励他们在学*中的尝试，保护他们的自尊心和积极性；
2、把英语教学与教育学和心理学紧密相结合，培养学生的团队合作意识、学*责任感和寓乐于学的心态。
4、建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道，经常和学生一起反思学*过程和学*效果，互相鼓励和帮助，做到教学相长。
三、突出任务型教学的中心地位，注重语言实践能力
新教材的设计一突出学生的主体地位为主线之一，因此新课程要求教师一定要设计出贴*学生实际生活的教学活动，以便学生积极的参与进来发挥他们的组织能力。在这一过程中学生定会通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学*和使用英语，完成学*任务。同时也有利于促使他们获取、处理和使用信息，用英语与他人交流，发展用英语解决实际问题的能力，还可以积极鼓励学生把活动延伸到课堂之外的学*和生活之中。
5、引导学生在学*过程中进行自我评价并根据需要调整自己的学*目标和学*策略。
新的变革给我们提出了新的要求、新的考验，更是新的机遇。每一位教师都应该适应新的形式，与时俱进，提升自身素质，因为“不好的教师是给学生传授真理，好的教师是使学生找寻真理。我愿意为自己钟爱的事业、为新时代的教育事业贡献力量。
很多中学生在为学*英语而苦恼，不管他们怎么努力，成绩依然是那么的惨不忍睹，有学生甚至想放弃英语学*。以下是我对英语学*的几点体会，希望有一定的帮助。
首先要培养学*英语的兴趣，兴趣是学*的第一老师，有了浓厚的兴趣，才能更好的学*。
对于课本上的文章要能非常的熟练的读出，最好是能背诵，因为有很多英语题目就出自于课本上的原文，文章读多了，掌握了一定的语境，很多题目一看就能选出正确答案，并且还能提高自己的听力水*，一举两得；
在掌握知识的同时，我们还要练*，我们不能纸上谈兵，这样根本没有效果，我们可以选择一定的题目来做；
学了几年的英语了，很多人会问：学英语到底有没有诀窍？或者说怎样才能很轻松的学英语？
我是一个高中生现在就来谈谈我的感受：我一直认为，培养自己的兴趣是学*英语最好的方法。目前，在网上，有很多我感兴趣的文章都是用英文写的。多我来说，我一直对股票，投资，以及世界经济局势十分感兴趣。所以，我就在网上经常游览这些方面的英文文章。后来，我才发现，比起西班牙语，法语，德语，和其它欧洲语言来说，英语应该是算最容易的。
我一直觉得，要想掌握一种语言，像一些在缺乏必要的语言环境的条件的大学生，还是有捷径可走的。大量的阅读和扩大词汇以及做全真试题，然后通过四六级考试，接着利用在准备这些考试过程中培养出来的语感及词汇过渡到口语和听力的学*，是一个顺理成章的事，但这些都和Diligence分不开。而大家的偶尔一句“我要好好学英语了”，也决不能只是一句漂亮的话，一定要有行动并持之以恒。
我高中英语一般，但是通过大学三年的积累，也自认为学到了很多，并有了很大的进步，所以，只有日积月累，通过量变，才有可能实现质的飞跃。大一的时候学英语还是很保守的，所以刚听到李阳这种英语教学者也觉得非常新鲜，所以寝室里每人都买了他的其中一本书，我记得我买的那本是“爱情英语”，因为它里面说学英语是枯燥的，而爱情是浪漫的，所以把英语与爱情结合在一起是最好不过了。我还记得我背下了“大话西游”里的那段经典的对白，那是我大学里学*口语的开端。而外语系公共教学普遍的背文章期末加分制，也促使我背了好些文章，这些都为我以后四六级考试以及在和人家对话练口语时提供了很好的素材。
说实话我四六级考试至少在作文这块从来没有刻意去准备过，只是图表分析作文我看过一点格式，其他的我都是用我背诵的文章加改写完成的，背诵这个方法太有好处了，几乎涉及英语学*的每个方面。但是我背诵不是那种迷迷糊糊的背，而是背的很熟练的，能够脱口而出的，这是李阳老师（微博）的书上教的。在英语学*的道路上，有时你会感觉自己进步很慢。曾经记得在刚准备四级考试时，每天做阅读，却发现还是错那么多。明明自己阅读的感觉好起来了，为什么还错那么多呢？后来出现自己还只是处在一种比较低的阶段。因为那时我由于语感还不好，所以无意识的就陷入那种想去把握句子结构的行为，却忽略了文章到底在描绘什么内容，所以一篇文章下来，虽然觉得自己把握复杂句子的能力加强了，却做不对考题。在认识到这个问题后，我就不会那么在意做错还是做对了，反正总有一天我会做对的。
我有个蛮怪的方法，就是喜欢在*时做试卷时把所有答案都写好了，我指的是单选题。因为我觉得英语这东西，懂就是懂，不懂就是不懂，那些不懂的东西只能拿来记，而不是刻意去理解，有些人一定要问我这道题为什么选这个答案，我实在说不出，反正我自己知道了，因为我以前碰到过，有这种感觉。那些因单词问题而解决不了的题目就更是这样，我做错这种题目的时候从来不会有什么挫折感，反而会在心里想，这种题目要是我认识这个单词早就做出来了。所以就刻意记一下这个意思，记住了就完事，没记住也没关系，反正我从来就是有重复做题的*惯的，一套试卷我可以做18遍而不会觉得烦，因为每次做我的感觉就会好一点，语感也会强一点，句子结构的把握也会再好一点，而且更重要的是，自信心也高一点。我是那种什么类型的题目都会拿来当作培养语感材料的人。比如，我以前在开始做一份试卷前，有时会花20分钟在一道单选题上。
因为我在培养感觉，通常我会挑一题句子结构比较复杂的，长一点的句子，在心里读上20分钟，直到自己觉得进入状态了，能发挥出自己实力了，才会一口气做完整张试卷。这才是我真正想要的答案。对完答案后从来不会有什么伤心的感觉的。阅读也是一样，我不理解我会一直看下去，曾经我一遍阅读看了一个早上，完全是我自己的经历。可考试的时候却也丝毫没有把这种慢热的*惯带到考场，因为考前对阅读的感觉自己心里完全有数的，感觉好就是好，不好就是不好，不好的话我当天早上还要死命看上一遍文章。
总之这些细节的经验很多，说也说不完。学好英语，兴趣非常重要，大家也都明白。正如爱因斯坦所说“兴趣是最好的老师”。学*英语的兴趣大大激发了我的求知欲。有人说，英语水*高是将来找到理想的工作甚至出国的资本。这固然不错，但除此之外，我更觉得，英语是一扇窗口，他向我们展示的是一片广阔的天地，一派新奇的景象。当我能够用英语同老外及口语好的同学交流，从那么多英语网站上了解国外的'社会、历史、科学和文化，并取得第一手资料时，我才真正的领悟了掌握一种语言的妙处。
前面我说了自己的一些，但我相信：只要仔细体会，逐渐摸索，人人都可以创造出一套有特色并且行之有效的。在听、说、读、写四个方面，我从“读”中受益无穷。二十一世纪报我也坚持买了看，直到我有了电脑可以看电子版以后。通过有意识的大量阅读、一方面扩大了词汇量，另一方面培养了语感。而这两方面我认为是掌握一种语言的两大支柱。
而语言就是这样，是相互促进的，语感好，在练*听力及口语时都会感觉到你以前在阅读中学到的有多重要。读的东西多了，词汇量足够大，语感足够强，其他的技能，只要多加练*，这三方面的能力也就自然而然的提高了。在听方面，是我的一块弱项，总觉得和阅读能力不相符合，所以只能靠最实用的逐句听写法了，再结合听广播，这样精听和泛听结合，进步也很快。到了大三，能说一口流利的英语，成为很多人的愿望。但很多人却羞于开口，而口语却偏偏是要以丢脸为代价的。正如新东方老师所说的，只有我们*时脸丢光了，到了最后与人交谈或参加各种口语考试时才没脸可丢，这确实有道理。*时适当模仿地道英美音的发音，并坚持开口说，借助各种媒体工具，总会有所成。有了那么点自信后，就可以开始找各种人说了，决对不能怕丢脸。
但是对于口语学*我还是想说，单纯的背诵或者单纯的练*各种对话都是不够的，而要两者结合起来。当初我虽然背了很多文章，但却发现我在和外教对话过程中非常吃力，就是觉得自己没用，为什么背了那么多文章口语还是这么差。很偶然的一次机会我到我一个同学的寝室里，却发现有个我们系的竹材工艺专业的同学在网上英语聊天室说英语。虽然我那时觉得他口音不好，但是却发现了练口语时交流的重要性，只有通过交流，才能把口语学好，也只有在交流中，才能巩固以前背诵过的所有文章。大家不用担心自己背的用不上，事实上你早上背的东西下午就可能用上了，前提是你在背完后有那个交流的过程。可能很多人说口语找不到partner，怎么交流。是的，这完全是现实，但是我的方法是和自己交流，这是最大程度的利用自己，而且自己和自己当然水*完全一样啊，我就把我自己的英文名JAMES当成另外一个人，然后设想一个TOPIC和自己交流。起步阶段什么都可以说，关键是练口语的感觉，渐渐地就可以让自己的对话有些逻辑和条理性。还有，一个人在说话时，可以说得很夸张，这样对自己以后说话自然不自然很有好处，因为刚开始学的时候总是觉得非常UNCOMFORTABLE，那是受到中文发音的影响，而一个人在教室时，我指的是夸张的表达自己，就会克服这个困难。最后还是想说一句勤奋比任何技巧方法都重要，学英语贵在坚持。
一、坚持各种各样的读诵
1.朗读对于我们所学的课文，一是要边听录音边读，让自己有正确的读音；二是大声反复朗读，且越读越快，直到自己能背诵；三是在读的时候，要眼、手、脑并用，把不熟悉的单词和句子写、记并思考其结构。
2.背诵好的经典的文章应背熟，以记住好词好句，背诵大量的名言警句等，来培养自己的语感，并为写好作文积累素材。
3.速读也就是读第一遍时用最快的速度读完，以提高阅读速度和理解能力，并逐渐培养不翻译直接理解英文的能力，即直接用英语思维的能力。
4.精读也就是慢慢地咀嚼和揣摩，达到对每篇文章准确理解，并熟悉语法结构，篇章布局，加深对一些重点单词和词组的理解与记忆。
5.泛读每天尽可能地抽出时间（不低于半小时），读英语阅读理解一二册，遇到不会的单词在不影响文章理解的情况下，可以略过或根据上下文去猜测，从而提高阅读速度。尤其在读第一遍时不要查字典。
6.阅读内容要有广度，高考英语阅读理解题材趋向多样化、现代化和生活化，突显语言与文化相结合的特点。选材皆源于国外英文图书、社会、文化、史地、科普、政治、经济等，原汁原味，语言纯正地道，具有鲜明的英语语言特点。有较为丰富的文化蕴涵，重视人类的热点问题，追踪科技前沿，具有浓厚的时代气息，贴*实际生活。体裁分布比较均匀，包括记叙文、说明文、议论文、应用文。
二、坚持各种各样听力训练
1、从最基本的内容入手，听懂每个单词、每句话、每段话和文章，并逐步增加难度，每天坚持半小时左右。
2、听时，跟读，一方面可以加强听力，另一方面还可以训练口语，同时可以培养语感。
3、在听之时，要关注听力原文。听力原文很重要，它的内容和题材在很多情况下是大同小异的。听完之后，再去熟读文章，一直坚持下去，定会收到好效果的。
三、写的练*
1、单词、短语、句型都要反反复复读、写，加强记忆。
2、坚持每周写一至二篇作文。可以是命题的，也可以是改写。坚持写日记，把每天所见所闻所想用英语写下来。还可以写信或E-mail。写好之后，可以让老师当面批改。
四、吃透弄懂常见语法
1、循序渐进，从基础到高级，掌握没一个语法点，并作好笔记，便于复*。
2、对于不熟悉的语法知识应反复复*应用，直到掌握。如果有不懂的，一定及时向同学和老师请教，直到弄懂为止。并做一些相关的练*。
五、坚持词汇的积累
1、每天记10—20个单词，并复*前一天记忆的单词。对于生疏的旧单词，可记录下来，随身携带并随时记忆。
2、所有记忆完的单词，要随时复*。重复是记忆单词最好的办法，也是很多记忆的根本方法。要不断地经常性地看看记记，坚持一段时间就不会忘了。
3、结合例句记忆单词，效果很好。最好理解了意思，放在上下文里去记，这样既快又好，不容易忘记。记忆时要注意力集中，边写边记，最好用黑色水在白纸上写，这样对大脑皮层冲击比较大，印象深刻。
六、坚持认真听课，保证课堂效率
课堂是我们吸取知识的主阵地，一个重要途径。我们应该认真听讲，做好笔记，并积极地跟着老师的思维去思考，遇到自己不理解的问题要及时提问，把它搞清楚。同时要带着积极的心态去上课，勇于回答老师的问题，学会充分表达自己的情感，尽量增加和老师之间的互动。只有注重了每堂课的效率，才会起到事半功倍，举一反三的效果。
七、适度的限时练*
定量的练*可以巩固所学知识，通过练*可以提高阅读理解能力，增加词汇量，加强对语法的掌握。但是，*时的作业和练*一定要限时定量少参考。*时做题时，不能不限时间，做做停停，再查资料甚至翻字典。而要限时记时，逐步养成在单位时间内思考、答题的好*惯，培养自己在短时间、高压力之下的判断力。
八、坚持心态调整，做到循序渐进
每个人英语基础不相同，可能目前水*也不一样。不要盲目地与他人攀比，要及时调整好自己的心态，与自己进行纵向比较。根据自己的实际情况，制定合理切实可行的计划，做到脚踏实地，循序渐进。英语的学*是一个从量变到质变的过程。
总之，学无定法，每个人在自己的学*过程中也可以不断总结积累，同时借鉴他人比较适合自己的学*方法，自己再创造性地发挥，持之以恒，相信你一定会把英语学好！
首先，作为一个语言学*者应有的学*策略是：一个积极的参与者，在有可能的环境大胆说英语；一个有收集分析处理信息能力的人，善于自学，会使用工具书；一个不怕输的人不怕挫折和失败，坚信错误会在练*中减少；一个敢于实践的学*者。知识只有通过实践才能转化为技能。
作为一个教师，课前的准备：首先要过学生关，学生在教师的指导下，通过感知、体验、参与和合作等方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功，这是一种以人为本，以应用为动力，以应用为目的，以应用为核心的教学途径，它为学生提供了更大的实践空间，能更好的发挥学生的主动性和创造性；重组教材中的知识点，形成知识链，构成知识网。把散乱的知识，语言，语法变简单，有序；根据不同的教学内容设计教案。有助于上好不同类型的课：课文，阅读，写作，听说，复*等
和谐的课堂很重要：教师要创设比较真实的语言情景，调动学生的积极性；通过交际练*获得语言能力；以学生为中心，教师是助学者；良好的师生关系是教学的重要保证；引导学生“乐学”“巧学”“会学”“善学”，充分体现自己的主导作用。
英语课程改革：在课程实施原则中主要提出七个要点：1）英语教学应以学生素质的全面发展为宗旨。2）教学中要充分体现学生的主体地位。3）教学过程要突出语言的实践性，培养学生综合运用英语的能力。4）创设良好的`课堂语言环境，尽量使用英语进行教学。5）积极开展课外活动，发展学生语言学*兴趣。6）充分利用现代化教育资源，开拓学*渠道。7）建立旨在促进素质教育的评价体系，客观、公正、全面地评价学校、教师和学生。
现在我们英语提倡“任务型教学”模式，即：Task-Based Learning(TBL),简单地讲，它是让学生用所学知识在模拟真实的环境中完成一项交际任务。因为我们知道：Language is for doing things.
英语方面的自主学*可从以下几方面入手：改错记录、单元总结、课后录音、合作写作、课外阅读、课外听力、收集课外内容（单词）、书法练*、口语练*
当然，我们每个人可选择符合教师本人和学生的教学手段和教学方式。
另外，对于目前校本课程的开发，北大附中的张丽萍老师有些好的做法，如：英文歌曲选修，美国文化选修，英文短剧表演，英文写作等。其实我们也可做适当尝试。
总之，面对课改，我们教师应：学*新的教育理念并不停地进行终身学*；注重知识的更新与多元文化素养的培养；运用多媒体知识；恰当地选择和调整教育教学策略，设计恰当的尽量真实的语言情景和丰富多样的语言实践活动，吸引学生主动参与语言实践活动；提高口语水*；尽可能变换教学方式；联系课堂内容，开展小组活动；要具备对自己的教学行为进行及时的反思和改进的能力，不断研究、创造、发展、丰富英语教学方法；给予特殊学生以特殊关心；更新老师与学生，老师与家长的关系的定位。
有言道“读书先需识字”，nc4不过是碰巧成为那部英文识字书罢了。在高中阶段，真正的读书道路还很长很长。
建议听录音选择英版的，在你买《新概念》时配套的磁带就是英版，而且这是经典录音。我听的是美版的，但个人认为英版的好。除非你想学美式发音。
对于《新概念》的学*，首先要告诉你的是一定要下苦功夫，不能嫌烦，坚持下去。而且要从第一册开始学起，这样对于你以后的学*会有好处的。相对来说，第一册简单一些，基本上是一些日常对话，或者简单的叙述性短文。别看简单，如果你能脱口而出的话，就已经相当了不起了，而且，对于第二、三、四册的改写范文，能够打下坚实的基础。
背诵二、三、四册全文，理解性的去记忆，无须一字不落，你学英文的`目的是为了能够表达思想，而不是单纯的背诵。机械式的背诵只能让你打击自信，失败得更快。要理解性的去背诵，当明白课文的意思时，就要学会去改写它，把范文中所有的文章改写为自己的事情，让自己成为第一人，而不是一个阅读者。这样，你的记忆才能深刻，才能积累语言，迅速的表达思想。书后的练*一定要做，同样也是改写成自己的事情，虚拟一个自己从未做过的'事情也可以。只有理解性的记忆才是自己真实拥有的，别“傻背”。
磁带要天天听，早、中、晚，各一次。就像你听流行歌曲一样，听多了，记忆自然就深刻了。刚开始，要逐词逐句的听，听出来的要默写出来，不要看书。利用词典去查每个单词的音标、注解。自己写出中文解释，不要看书。最后都写出来了，再和书上对照。准确无误后，就去跟随录音大声的朗读，直到语气、发音和录音相同为止。要保证听完的磁带每隔5-7天就重新听一遍。边听边跟着说。
每天不要过多的记忆，有5句话足以，多了什么也记不住，不要去考虑进度，当你对英语有了感觉后，速度是突飞猛进的。心不要太急，戒骄戒躁，就像一个人猛吸一口气，他可以跑得很快，但他永远跑不远。就是这个道理。
再背书时，每次都把要被的内容写出来，再和原书去对照，拿着你默写的去背。你的书翻得越少越好!磁带越多听越好。
不要*凡更换教材，如果你下决心学《新概念》了，就把它学到底。用不着4册都学完的时候，你就已经能够轻松阅读英文原著了。
*时还要多注意创造语言环境，只要有英文的就看，是英文的就听。这样量变才能达到质变。
