如今，是不是网民已经成为中学生是否“现代”的重要标志。但是，因特网会给中学生的思想观念、思维方式、价值取向、行为模式带来哪些影响？一项最新调查表明，因特网有利于中学生现代思维方式的形成，有利于他们社会化的进程，更能激发其创造潜力。
调查显示，中学生网民中，男生的上网率高于女生。上网学生中57.6%的人偶尔上网、40.6%的经常上网，大部分时间都泡在网上的只有2.3%。有59.2%的中学生网龄在半年到一年
左右，而两三年网龄的人只有10%，这说明当地中学生上网是*两年的事。
中学生上网多数是在周末或假期，81.2%的中学生上网的主要目的是为了获得更新的信息，23%的学生是为了结交更多的朋友，6%的人上网是为了玩游戏。
在对网络的基本评价中，有半数以上的中学生认为上网是大势所趋，30.5%的学生对网络表示满意，47.1%的人认为对中学生上网应适当指导。
基于大量调查数据，调查认为，上网激活了现代中学生的思想：
网络让中学生接触到了多元的世界文化，接触到开放意识、效率意识、竞争意识、*等意识和全球眼光；他们通过阅读网上大量的超文本信息，潜移默化地学*了现代的发散性思维方法，懂得在处理复杂事物时必须考虑它与周围事物的种种联系，从而改变传统线性思维固有的死板和狭隘。网络还使中学生对世界的认识大大超出他们所能直接体验的生存世界。85.6%的上网中学生认为网络对自己最大的影响是改变了自己的学*方式，增加了信息量。59%的上网者是在上机过程中学*网络知识。
网络的全方位、超时空、互动性和隐蔽性为中学生的社会交往提供了更为广泛的机会。学生可以利用快捷的电子邮件与他人进行远距离交流，这种“戴面具”的交往方式可使中学生在*等、宽松的社交环境中尽情展现自我。调查显示，53%的人上网是为了向外发布信息。
但调查也发现，网络同其他事物一样，除了有利的一面，也给一些中学生带来困扰，如网络容易使少数自控力较差的中学生上瘾、间接和符号化的交往形式在一定程度上削弱了同他人面对面的交往机会和愿望、网络高技术容易使有的中学生对网络技术产生过度崇拜等。
调查认为，因特网的发展使对中学生的教育工作呈现新的特点，学校教育应该是网上育人与网下育人相结合，以促进中学生整体素质的提高。
我们都知道，现在科技发达了，就有了网络。网络有许多好处：它是一个资料库，如果有不懂的问题，可以向它请教；当你觉得无聊时，能上网玩游戏、看电影；如果你在别的城市工作，可以上QQ和亲朋好友聊天······可以说，网络是一个百宝箱。
但是，网络也有许多坏处，会把人推进无底深渊。有的人整天跟网络打交道，眼睛受不了，结果导致*视甚至失明；有的人沉迷于网络，学*成绩直线下降；还有的人因为网络走上了犯罪的道路，赔上了自己的性命。
几年前，有三个学生，他们的学*成绩很差，还经常一起去网吧玩游戏。有一天，他们逃课去网吧。他们在网吧玩了两个小时，正当准备离开的时候，突然发现三个人身上的钱一共也只有两元五角。他们想偷偷溜走，可是被网吧的老板逮了个正着。那位老板知道他们只带了两元五角时，非常气愤。于是立刻把网吧里所有的人都赶了出去，关上大门，叫了几个打手，在里面对三个学生拳打脚踢。三个人就这样失去了生命。
同学们，网络是一个乐于助人的天使，同时也是一个逼人走上绝路的恶魔。请大家选择善良的天使，不要浪费美好的花样年华。
清明节是中国的传统节日，每到清明节人们都会到墓地给去世的亲人扫墓。
今天是周末，我和妈妈、爸爸、婆婆、爷爷一大家人去金沙陵园和燃灯寺陵园给我去世的家人祭祀。到了金沙陵园，我们先在花店购买了四束菊花。菊花的花语中含有“怀念”的意思，它可以用来表达对某人的怀念，所以我们在清明节前用菊花来祭祀。进入陵园以后，那里非常安静，耳边还想起念佛的音乐，陵园两边一排排整齐的墓碑像战士一样抬头挺拔着，很震撼。我们找到了亲人的墓碑后，我先将一束菊花摆放在碑前，把准备好的水果和肉摆放好，再将白酒倒在纸杯里，请去世的亲人享用午餐。我们每个人都一一在墓碑前双手合十祭拜。祭拜结束后，我将酒杯里的酒洒在墓碑上。紧接着，我们又开车去了下一个陵园祭祀。
我觉得中国历史上的这些传统*俗都要继承下去，这样才能让我们记住我们去世的亲人，让我们学会纪念和感恩。我还知道了，我们现在祭祀不能燃烧香蜡纸钱，这样会污染环境，造成世界大末日。所以我们要文明祭祀，使用环保植物来祭祀。
“让网络空间清朗起来”是我们这节班队课的主题，上这节课是为了让我们远离那些**、暴力和游戏等一些影响我们身心健康的网络，好让我们知道怎样才能更健康的利用网络为我们带来的便利。
我认为事物都有正反两面，网络也是一样的。
网络是时代的产物，能给我们带来很多的好处，比如能让我们不出家门就能买到想要的东西;能轻松查找你想要的各种资料;还能在网上看各种新闻、电视剧、电影和各种电子书。越来越多人的还利用网络做生意赚钱，通过网络寻人、聊天、订票、订酒店……可以说网络带给我们的便利不胜枚举。
可是网络也会给我们带来一些弊端：首先越来越多的网络游戏会使人沉迷其中，会使游戏者视力下降，脾气会变的越来越暴躁，甚至分不清虚拟世界和现实世界，;其次网络诈骗也越来越多，手段也越来越高明，使人防不胜防;再次人们还利用网络来恶搞，造成了其他人的生活困扰等等。

前不久，我们家换了一台新电脑，上网可方便了。不过网络也是有它的两面性。
一、好的一面
说起好，它的好处也有许多。比如：可以网上购物，可以发送文件，方便查资料……所以，这台电脑也是我们家的“抢手货”——爸爸需要用它查阅有关历史和军事方面的文章；妈妈需要用它打文章、写报告；而我就需要用它查我学*资料，聊天。

8月，我怀着无比激动的心情来到东胜区，在这里我很荣幸地成为东胜区教师队伍中的一员，开始了自己人生的新征程。区教育局为了使我们新教师尽快适应教学工作，特地对我们进行了为期一个星期的岗前培训。
作为一名新任教师，能够参加新任教师岗前培训班，内心带着几分激动，又带着几分困惑。虽然在十几年的学*生活中积累了大量的知识、经验，但是此时站上讲台，开始教书育人的工作，感到实践经验十分欠缺，课堂管理存在很大不足。做为一名教育战线上的新兵，在很多地方找不到方向，摸不着方法。新教师岗前培训给了我们一缕阳光。培训辅导内容很多，有关于教育教学的，有关于备课上课的，还有关于为人处事的等等。这不仅丰富了我的教育理论知识，而且对我*日的教育教学也给出了明确的发展目标，指出了成长的途径。只有自己有一桶水，才能给孩子一杯水。我会努力的完善自己，认真的做一名学*型教师。所以对我来说，参加此次新任教师培训意义重大，通过培训能够带领我们这些教师新手度过适应期。

注意不能单一回复，而是要利用回复引导学生积极的学*思路。教学目标的导学、导教、导测量是教学工作的目标路径，目标的主体是学生，整体教学过程中要围绕学生展开，教学的目标针对性强，不能过于宽泛，必须循序渐进由点连线，由线到面。这些教育专家们有着精深的理论知识和丰富的实践经验，他们的讲学如春风化雨，润物无声。每接受一次培训都是一次提升，优秀老师的授课让我们每个人都受益匪浅。

【我的收获和成长】
什么是理想的教育?孩子需要什么样的教育?这也许是我一直思考的问题，在培训中老师精彩的案例，犀利的分析，常常会让我反思自己的教育观、学生观，反思自己以前的教育教学观念。正如肖川所说的，“一个有事业心和使命感的教师，理当做为教育的探索者，其探索的最佳途径就是从自我反思开始。”经验加反思等于成长，我想我会把自我反思当成一种*惯，以促进自己的成长。
【我的建议与意见】
1、培训时间短，老师讲的也比较宽泛，无法做到细致入微、面面俱到，对于老师讲的比较深刻的知识，还需要时间来理解、消化。
2、案例可以从实际出发，更加实践化，对新任教师容易遇到的问题有针对性的提出解决方案并进行讨论。
3、争取能进行课堂实践培训，从课堂中发现问题解决问题，从而让新任教师查漏补缺，发现自身的问题及时更正。
作为一名一线教师，我有幸参加了此次远程培训的学*，感悟许多。在学*中我深深地体会到，学*应该成为一个人的一生目标。人应该是活到老学到老。要想成为一名合格的教师，就要努力地提高自身素质，理论水*、教育科研能力、课堂教学能力等。网络学*让我和同行们走到了一起，在这个舞台上我们尽情的汲取新的教学理念、教学方法，聆听着专家、教授们精辟的讲解；在这段时间里，我们相互交流，收获着知识。

二、心得体会
下面谈几点自己的培训心得体会：
1、本次培训有视频讲座、课例、网络交流、师生互动、生生互动等新颖、丰富的形式，为参训教师打开了一扇学科理念、理论、实践活动的窗口，增强了培训的实效性。实现了教师与课程专家的面对面交流，有利于课程专家的专业引领，将理论指导与教学实践结合起来，解决了教师教学中的实际问题，指导性强。
2、通过学*，我认为要想驾驭新课程理念指导下的课堂，教师不仅要具备高尚的师德，还要有渊博的学识，这是我们从事教育教学工作的基础。我要以这次远程培训为契机，利用各种形式广泛收集课程资源信息，认真向课程专家团队和同行学*，不断改进自己的教学方法，努力提高自身理论水*。
3、教师角色的转变，为不断提升自己的教育思想，完善自己的知识结构和能力结构，以适应新课程理念下的教育教学活动，我们教师应自觉成为教学的研究者、终生的学*者、教学实践的反思者。
总之，在短短的远程培训学*过程中，让我始终感受到名师就在身边，让我受益匪浅。
作为一名教学经验尚浅的英语教师，十分感激尊敬的学校领导们把信任与期望给了我，使我很荣幸的获得了这次极其宝贵的提升专业素质和业务素质的机会，参加了这期培训班的培训和学*。这短暂的6天的学*是紧张而忙碌的。每一天从8：00开始，11：50下课，午时是也要上两节课。这种紧张而忙碌一点也没有减轻洋溢在我心中的欢乐和幸福。我最终战胜了内心的怯懦与自卑，我仿佛又一次回到了三年前欢乐完美的大学时光。坐在熟悉的课桌前，经历相似，感受却更为深刻，我深深的被耳畔这种优美的语言的魅力所吸引，所陶醉。
其实，我们从那里学到的不仅仅仅仅是英语口语，西方文化常识，我们还学到了小学英语教师有待提高的东西，包括教法，授课方式，以及评价学生等等，都是让我们大开眼界的，都是值得我们学*的。我将从以下几个方面来谈谈自我在这次培训中的一些心得和体会，和大家分享一下我的学*感受和成果!
一、赏识学生，增强学生的自信心
还记得在第一次口语课上上，我有些紧张，毕业六年多了，那种感觉早已被*时繁琐的教学消磨得一干二净了。于是我的心都提到了嗓子眼上，我怕开口时其他教师的大笑声，怕我的英语教师会听不懂。但这一切都只是我的担心而已。不但其他教师没笑我，口语教师还夸奖我。我真的很感激她，是她给我的英语口语练*一个良好的开端，我再也不担心在口语课上说英语了，甚至还能够用心去参与了。
所以在今后的英语教学活动中，我们教育工作者应善于抓住学生的闪光点，赏识学生，帮忙学生树立自信心，促进其主动学*英语知识，提高英语学*兴趣。
二、增强自身的职责感不断提升自我素质
我们是孩子的第一任英语教师，对于他们学*英语的用心性来说，我们负有重大的职责。我们就应努力培养学生学*英语的兴趣和良好的学**惯，以满腔的热情来开展教育教学活动，像斯霞教师那样为了孩子的无怨无悔地从事小学教育。为了一切孩子，为了孩子的一切，一切为了孩子，让教师崇高的职责心为我们的教育教学护航。
教材在不断变化，更新，而我们的教学也要不断适应社会的提高和发展。在这个瞬息万变的社会中，教师需要不断地提高自身的素质，以便更好地为教学服务。在语音方面不断训练，持续良好的语音语调。提高个人的技能，透过简笔画、游戏组织潜力辅助英语教学。关注生活，联系实际，提高综合运用英语的潜力。学科专业方面要加强让学生了解最新的相关信息。
三、严松有度，促进教师的提高
那里的教师们给我们营造一个纯英语的学*环境，培养我们的英文惯性思维潜力，我们在课堂上只讲英语，每一天都在一个全英文的环境中实践与提高，这样大脑每一天不断在理解纯正、地道的英语的冲击，再加上外教的耐心的指导，这样正宗的英语思维*惯就渐渐构成了。
总之，小学英语教师越来越受到社会、学校的关注，我们需要投入更多的热情到英语教育教学工作中去。同时学*更多心理学、教育学的理论知识，并应用于教学实践活动，使我们的教学更加贴合孩子的年龄特征，更适合整个社会的发展。
阳春三月，万物复苏，正是“一年之计在于春”的大好时光，我有幸被我校推荐参加此次培训。
虽然培训只有短短十天，但我却收获颇丰，受益匪浅——它大大地指导了我及我校的英语教学工作。
通过培训，以及与来自全省各个高中的英语骨干教师交流，根据我的理解，我认为我校英语教学可以做这样的尝试：
首先，根据学生实际，做好初高中英语知识及教学的衔接。
在教学沙龙课堂上，通过与我省其他学校英语教师的交流，我认为铜川市陕煤一中普通班的英语教学方法值得我们借鉴，具体做法是：先进行一周的语音教学，以便于学生自己学*单词的读音，减轻教师课堂上逐一进行单词语音教学，教师只教授一些特殊的，重点的单词读音，这样就大大节省单词教学时间。
接下来有重点的教学初二，初三的词汇，语法，句型及情景交际知识。
这样做，看起来是占用了高中教学时间，实际上却是节省了时间：在教授初中知识时，学生既复*巩固了以前的知识，又在一个月内慢慢适应了高中教师的教学方式，完成了初高中知识与学*的衔接，学生不知不觉自然而然的进入了高中学*过程。
在接下来的教学中，陕煤一中的毕丹老师强调，一定不能快马加鞭的赶课，而是一步一个脚印，扎扎实实，稳扎稳打的进行必修模块的英语教学，否则就前功尽弃了。
毕丹老师说，必修模块教学，一定不能贪多求快，选修模块可有挑选的教学，为必修模块教学腾出时间。
我们问她这样教学的效果如何，毕丹老师答，根据她们学校两年的教学实践看，学生基本上英语成绩比以往能提高十分左右。
目前她们学校这种教法还在继续实践，在实际教学中还在继续完善。
我觉得这样教学是否更适合我们的学情。
其次，我校英语教学做到有效整合教材，不能课本上一切全教：
担任此次培训课程的郭继荣教授，是一名资深的我省高考命题人，根据他参与命题的感受，他给我们中学教师的忠告是：考纲是高考命题的范围，命题绝不会越雷池半步，陕西省高考词汇是3200，考点就那么多，考纲上阐明的很清楚，而且三年内的陕西省及全国高考考点高考命题是不会考虑的。
因此我们的教学是否可以根据郭教授的思路，参考考纲进行教材整合，做到词汇的删减以及知识的整合。
教材整合得当，教学的针对性会大大提高，我们就可以少教，学生就可以少学，学生的学业负担就可以减轻，教学效果就会更高。
最后，教学要用多种方法激发学生兴趣：
我们英语教学比较枯燥，我校学生大部分词汇量不过关，因此课堂教学手段必须更新，用灵活多样的教学方法，组织学生进行广泛的语言实践活动，设计有趣的教学活动，激发学生的兴趣。
兴趣是学*最好的老师，一个成功的英语教师要在教学中有意识地培养学生对英语的持久兴趣，激励学生不断处于极佳的学*状态之中，使他们对英语乐学，善学，会学。
最终，达到提高英语教学效果的目的。
此次培训，我提高了认识，提升了业务水*，为我校英语教学取到了真经，在以后工作中，我将以培训所学，指导我的教学，并与同事们进行分享，做到资源共享。
根据省教育厅文件和市教育局安排，我市高一年级全体英语教师于20xx年8月5日至8月14日接受了为期10天的新课程培训。
市教育局领导高度重视本次培训工作。培训前，我校有关领导召开会议进行部署和分工，明确了辅导员和班主任的职责，检查了教室、线路、多媒体器材，安装了教室网线等。培训开始第一天，教育局马局长和有关领导亲临我们班指导检查，教研员老师做了培训前动员报告并且每天到班级和老师们一起交流讨论有关课题。
本次培训我们共有60余名高一年级英语教师参加。在班主任和辅导员老师的精心安排下，我们班采用了观看视频、及时交流、分组讨论、代表发言、说课等卓有成效的培训方式。内容丰富，形式多样，互动性强。既有理论高度，又有具体实践指导意义。每天根据培训内容布置作业并于次日收缴作业。
高一英语培训班共观看通识培训10个专题的在线视频，教材培训5个专题的在线视频和人教社高一英语培训包7套光盘。其主要内容包括：高中英语新课标解读、新课程理念、人教版新教材介绍、课标与教材的关系、课程资源分析介绍、高中英语新课程基本理念的课堂实施、新课程理念的高中英语语法教学、词汇教学、听力教学、阅读教学、文化教学以及新课程理念教学的各种课例等。

有些及物动词带有两个宾语,一个指物,一个指人。指物的叫直接宾语,指人的叫间接宾语。间接宾语一般放在直接宾语的前面。如：He wrote me a letter . (他给我写了一封信)
有时可把介词to或for加在间接宾语前构成短语,放在直接宾语后面,来强调间接宾语。如：He wrote a letter to me . (他给我写了一封信)

二、名词：
1、英语名词可分专有名词和普通名词两大类：
1、专有名词是个别的人、地、物、团体、机构等的专用名称。
专有名词中实词的第一个字母要大写。
如：Beijing, Tom, the People’s Republic of China(中华人民共和国)
专有名词如果是含有普通名词的短语,则必须使用定冠词the。如：the Great Wall(长城) 姓氏名如果采用复数形式,则表示该姓氏一家人(复数含义),如：the Greens( 格林一家人)。
2、普通名词是许多人或事物的共有名称。如：pupil, family, man, foot.
普通名词又分为可数名词和不可数名词。

2、英语可数名词的单复数：英语可数名词有单数和复数两种形式。

②s,o,x ,sh,ch结尾的词加es.如：class→classes, box→boxes, hero→heroes, dish→dishes, bench→benches.

3、名词所有格：
1、 名词所有格表示所属关系,相当于物主代词,在句中作定语、宾语或主语。其构成法如下：
(1)表示人或其它有生命的东西的名词常在词尾加’s。如：Childern’s Day(儿童节), my sister’s book(我姐姐的书)
(2)以s或es结尾的复数名词。只在词尾加’。如：Teachers’ Day(教师节)

4、sound、noise、voice的区别：sound指各种声音；noise主要指“噪音”；voice指人的“嗓音”。

一、教材分析：

2.主要途径：
1）在“读”字上面狠下功夫。一是朗读，二是阅读。每天坚持20—30分钟的朗读，朗读的内容可以是佳句、范文或美文，其主要目的是进行地道的输入和模仿，从中模仿地道的表达和培养应有的语感：每天坚持读一些来自英语报刊和课外读物的文章，其主要目的同样是为了增加输入量，与此同时还可以扩大词汇量和提高阅读的速度。
2）在记和写方面狠下功夫。一是摘记课本中的好词好句，二是摘录课外读物中的好词好句。经常做一些翻译练*（包括中英的互译），适当进行仿写，写课文摘要以及改写。必须明白：好的文章都是从有效模仿开始的。
3）高度重视*时出现的典型错误，力求做到有错必改，有错必纠。特别要注意中英在表达上的差异，重点关注时态、语态、主谓一致、名词的数、谓语与非谓语以及语序的问题。
4）坚持每天练*书写十分钟，培养良好的书写*惯，保持卷面整洁。力求书写规范，纠错符号规范，标点符号规范以及大小写规范。

本次高一期中考试英语试卷由本校高一英语备课组教师命题。试题的宗旨是注重对学生英语基础知识和运用能力的考查。鉴于期中考试后要开家长会，因此，试题难度中偏易。考查范围包括必修（3）第1—6模块的全部内容，考点全面，题量合适
本试卷由六部分构成。单项填空，完形填空，阅读理解，单词拼写，短文改错和作文。分值为120分。
1.单项填空满分15分。该部分是难度不大，都是教师在课堂上重点讲解过的单词，短语，句型及语法知识。包括定语从句，非谓语动词，时态和主谓一致等。但学生的得分不够理想。2.完形填空满分20分。该部分难度适中，文章篇幅不长，是一篇经历沙尘暴天气的记叙文，是课本第3模块讨论的话题，基本上没有生词，设空比较简单，得分较好。3.阅读理解满分40分。该部分共4篇文章，体材丰富，贴*生活实际，富有教育意义，文章篇幅不长，生词量很少，大部分试题都是细节题，学生对主旨大意题感到很困难。学生没有阅读技巧。得高分的学生不多。4.写作满分25分。要求写一篇介绍三峡大坝工程的说明文，正是第6模块阅读课文谈论的话题，该部分已降低到了最低的难度。有一部分学生得分在16分以上，但发展不*衡，10分以下的作文占比例很大。学生存在的主要问题是：语法错误较多，如时态，主谓一致。积极词汇太少，单词拼写错误太多。

4，加强要求学生对范文的背诵和默写，多进行改写，仿写的训练，为提高写作能力打基础。
总之，英语学*重在积累，需要每天踏踏实实地不断积累。教师在这方面的工作要扎实到位，并力求有效。以课文为载体，加强基础知识的学*和归纳的同时，注重培养学生的阅读能力和写作能力，加强学法指导，不断引导学生进行知识的系统构建。
这次月考初二英语的题目综合性较强，特别是阅读理解和完型填空，大多数学生做的一塌糊涂，出错太多。在讲解完型填空时，我让学生起来讲解一下他对这篇文章的理解以及他是如何选择答案的，在讲到一个题目时，他说出了正确的答案，但是对我说，老师，这道题目我虽然讲不出具体的理由，但是我敢确定这个答案一定正确。这个同学完型填空几乎得了满分，这篇文章的意思也理解的很透彻，所以这个答案绝对不是蒙的。当时其他同学都在那里笑，但是一个词却蹦入了我的脑海中：语感！我没有笑，我对同学门说，之所以他做对这道题目是因为他有了良好的英语语感。英语的语感对英语教学和英语的运用起着重要作用。正如球类运动员要打好球必须熟悉球性，游泳运动员要有良好的水性，搞音乐的人要有良好的乐感一样，要学好用好英语，就应该具备良好的语感。人们在语言运用中有时感到看起来顺眼，听起来顺耳，说起来顺口，但又说不清其原因，这实际上就是语感在起作用。我想我们都知道语感的存在和它的积极作用，那么，在教学中如何培养学生良好的英语语感呢？
一、培养学生运用英语思维的*惯
在教学中我们要坚持"尽量使用英语，适当利用母语"的教学原则，以减少学生对母语的依赖性和母语对英语教学的负迁移。教师的教和学生的学都尽量不用母语为中介的翻译法，即使使用也应该加强分析对比。要求学生使用英汉双解词典并逐步过渡到使用英英词典，这有利于学生准确掌握词汇的含义。
二、增大学生语言实践的量
我认为不仅阅读应有精泛之分，听、说、写也应有精泛之分。"精"的教学能有效地帮助学生迅速掌握语言规律，提高他们的语言实践能力。"泛"的教学有助于学生更加牢固地掌握规律，也可以增加学生对未知语言规律的感性认识，为以后的语言规律的学*和掌握奠定基础。幼儿学会母语的事实能充分说明"泛"的重要作用。在"泛"的语言实践中，学生出现错误是在所难免的，要通过"泛"与"精"相结合的实践让学生去发现和认识错误，逐渐改正错误，以达到掌握语言的目的。当然，"泛"不等于"滥"，教师应给予学生适当的指导和帮助，让学生"泛"的实践尽量在学生的能力和水*范围之内。
三、培养学生善于积累的*惯
大量背读古文是过去人们学*汉语的常用方法，现代语言学*的理论也告诉我们大量的语言输入为语言的输出创造可能性，这些都是告诉我们积累在语言学*中的重要性。全国特级教师王路老师也认为阅读能力的培养非一朝一夕的事情，只有大量的输入才有大量的输出。所以在初二和初三阶段，应培养起学生能够良好的阅读*惯。只有初二初三大量的输入，才会有初四学生阅读能力的提高。教师应放的开，不要拘泥于用什么教材是最好的，而应觉的什么效果好就大胆的用，21世纪报，双语报，大量的看东西，就会有大量的输出。教学中，我们应要求学生养成记笔记的*惯，让学生随时注意记录一些有用的词、短语、精彩的句子和短文，还要他们经常翻阅或背诵，并多加模仿运用，使优美的词、各种表达方式、写作技巧烂熟于心，为提高语言运用能力和培养语感奠定坚实的基础。
四、帮助学生了解中西方文化差异
语言是交际的工具，不了解交际对象的文化背景，势必会产生歧义，也就不可能有效地培养学生的语感。人们常说的汉语式的英语是指仿照汉语的表达*惯和方法产生的不符合英语表达*惯的句式或表达法，其中就包括由于没有考虑到中西文化的差异而出现的貌似正确实则错误的表达。不了解中西方文化差异，我们就不能做到确切理解和正确表达思想。
今日(星期三)，每月一次的月考到来了，同学们都沉浸在复*的时刻里，争取能考个好成绩。
“嘘——嘘——”哨声响了，我们班立即炸开了锅，同学们拿好东西，像河流一样涌了出去，一个个叽叽喳喳的说着、叫着，到了自我指定的位子上，开始考试了……
时间过得飞快，今日(星期五)，一切已尘埃落的，毫无悬念。午时，所有试卷都陆陆续续的发了下来，一个个鲜红的分数，正在向我招手，我立刻跑了过去，是的，和往常一样，有的考得好，也有的考得不梦想，当然就会有高兴，也会有失望。
就拿数学这一科来说，我本以为，这一次考试，我会考得挺好，可是，一看，虽说不是很差，但也不是没有考满分的。我又看了看错题，这一看不要紧，发现都会，也不是说不会，可是它偏偏出了错，这是为什么呢?
时间又回到了昨日上午，正好是数学考试。当时，我在做完试卷后，和教师预期的时间一样，还剩下半个小时，我一开始，还认真的检查，可到了之后，我检查了一遍，改了几个地方以后，我便不认真检查了，只是草草看过完事，到了最终的15分钟，我又仔细地看了一遍，因为时间紧张，我只检查了几部分，把我错的那部分遗漏了，就这样，便吹哨收卷了。
就这样，我回忆一遍后，又分析了一下，有一个题我写的很对，但因为*惯问题，到了最终竟忘了化简，还有一个，和这个类似，虽然我写的过程什么的都对，可是因结果算错了，扣了分。这些东西，本不应当错，可却偏偏错了，这就是心态的问题，如果，认真仔细的去做了，就不会考不好。
每次一次月考，其实都是一个机会，是一个发现自我不足提高自我的一个机会，我们每一都要把握好这一次机会，分析考试中出现的错误，避免类似的粗心丢分事件的发生，争取在期中考试上，再创新高。
每到这个时候，都会有一种*乎相同的感受，就是不安，对成绩感到不安，对未来的学*感到不安。有的科目的成绩还说得过去，但我不满足于此；有些科目真的说不过去，通过这次考试，我还是有一定的收获的。
第一个就是我发现了在做题速度上的问题。从一开始，我没怀疑过我的做题速度，可是这一次，几乎每一科都有时间紧迫这个致命问题，仔细想想，原因就是由于每天在完成作业上拉的时间线过长了。拿物理来说，我的逻辑能力不是特别好，思考问题不全面，反应不够快，*时做题练*时思考的时间就会很多，只做到了保证质量，在做题数量上却一直没有提高。我*时并没有注意到这个问题，考试时时间一紧，大脑一片空白，做题毫无思路，更别说什么答对了。在这个问题上，我认为需要*时自*课上多多提高自己写作业速度，但前提是保证质量。如果想要见题就有思路，就要在吸收了课堂内容后，在课下多做题，每天一两道，重在坚持下去。为了提高做题速度，我会坚持做下去，数、理、化、生，每天都要有记录。
第二个就是缺少总结积累。在语文这一学科里显得尤为重要，有些知识点如字音字形，文学常识，作文素材等都是靠*时积累背诵的，临时抱佛脚肯定是行不通的。因此，在我的日计划里又多了一项语文基础巩固。
第三个就是心理素质的问题。从小学开始我的心理素质就不是很好，遇事爱紧张，直到现在，甚至在考试前几天偶尔就会有紧张感，不是我的信心不够，而是每一次考试后的败落想起来就让我难以承受，我不想有这种感觉，归根结底，我认为是知识不扎实以及其他与考试有关的能力不够，比如说考场上的随机应变，难题的大胆放弃等等。话说回来，我为什么每次都考不好？我觉得正如老师所说，一次考好了，你不去思考为什么会考好，到底是哪个环节起作用了；一次没考好，你又不去反思为什么考砸了，是哪里出了问题。无疑这种"不管不问"的行为对下一阶段的学*是有弊无利的。如果心里总想着自己这次又会考不好，考不好后结果又会如何，这样的话在复*阶段你就落后于别人一步了，所以我会尽量克制自己不去想那些没用的东西。
我承认自己不如别人聪明，不如别人反应快，但我必须做到比别人勤奋，肯吃苦，用不断重复的方法来加深记忆、积累经验，笨鸟先飞早入林，正是这个道理。从多次测试的结果来看，我的成绩都不是很理想，我认为自己就是不会学*，不会安排时间，可能这节课后做数学题比较好，我却拿了物理来做。很多时候是在做无用功自己却不知道。所以在这次考试之后，我会合理安排我的时间，在合适的时间段做应该做的事情。我很希望老师能够帮助我，给我指明前进的方向。我会百尺竿头，更进一步，争取今后取得好的成绩。
