（一）在积累中领悟。古语说得好：“巧妇难为无米之炊”。因此，在进行书面表达训练之前，我特别强调学生注重语言知识的输入和积累。应该说，听、说、读、写四种技能是相辅相成，相得益彰的。听和读是理解和吸收语言知识的基本手段，只有做足做好这一方面的积累，才能保证好的输出能力。我主要从以下几个点入手：
（1）朗读训练。要求和督促学生以课文段落、所做过的阅读和完形中的优美篇章、新英语九百句、21世纪报中贴*学生学*和生活、社会发展、时代气息的时文为内容，每天保证15分钟的大声朗读，在朗读中领悟和理解语言的结构和功能，培养语感，加深对措辞和表达的感悟。
（2）听写训练。在日常的教学中，有意识地搜集优美实用的词、句、段落和语篇，利用课前3—5分钟进行听写，不仅能促进学生更准确地理解句子及篇章，熟练地书写句子，有效地锻炼学生的书面表达能力,也为日后的写作积累了材料。
（3）摘录好词、好句和好的段落。在*时学*中多留意，多收集素材，力求每天至少记住1—2个好的词句，并尽可能地运用到写作中，这样写作时就可以做到胸有成竹，而不会手忙脚乱，无从下手。
（4）错题集锦。建议学生自备一本命名为 “HotPotatoes”（烫手的马铃薯）的小册子，用以整理和订正练*和考试中出现的错误，随身携带，并时不时地拿出来翻看和辩析，确保在今后少犯或不犯类似的错误。
(二)在训练中突破。提高学生的写作能力并非一朝一夕之功。在教学过程中，教师应自始至终抓好英语基础知识，结合学生的实际情况，突出学生主体，采取有序多样的训练方式来提高学生的遣词造句、谋篇布局的能力，提高实践能力和书面表达能力。
（1）严把书写关。整洁漂亮的书写会给人以美好的印象，也会在一定程度上提高了作文的档次。因此，即使在*时的作业中，我要求组长、科代表层层把关，对随意塗改、书写潦草的作业一律退回重做，力求人人做到卷面整洁，书写工整规范,并把这一观念渗透到*时的每一环节。
（2）常抓改写和缩写。高中英语新教材内容丰富，题材广泛，包容风土人情、历史地理、名人传记、新闻出版、环境保护、自然灾害等方方面面，高中英语写作《高中英语作文教学尝试》。在加强语篇教学的同时，应适时地让学生围绕课文内容进行写的练*，提供机会让他们运用相关的语言知识，是提高写作能力的重要环节;也可精选一些课外英文读物（如《二十一世纪报》）的部分篇章，要求学生进行缩写和改写，让他们在丰富的内容中学会把握要点，又有充分的选择和个性发挥余地。
（3）全真试题演练。认真搜集历年的高考卷、往届的期中和期末考的书面表达并整理归类，有意识地将原文的相关的词、短语和结构挖空，要求学生借助所给的提示完成文中的空白处，让他们在所创设的不同的语境中对错误率较高的动词时态和语态、关键词组和短语、恰当的连词和引导词、实用的句式结构等方面加以强化训练，提高他们在今后的写作中关注和把握好这几方面的意识。
（4）重新排序法。把文章的顺序打乱，然后要求学生按所提供的信息重新排序，使学生在训练中对上下文的衔接及篇章的构建有更加深入和到位的体会及升华；也使他们感受到为了使短文通顺、流畅、自然，不仅得重视篇章的行文逻辑，谋篇布局和连贯性，还必须采用恰当的词汇短语使句与句、段与段之间衔接紧密，过渡自然，使文章紧凑整和，言简意赅。
（5）限时现场作文训练。经过一段时间的积累和循序渐进的实践，定期地让学生进行现场作文的训练是很有必要的。训练中，我主要对文章的体裁作出统一的规定，并让学生自己提供10个左右的词组和短语，2—3个的句式结构，最后汇总在黑板上；然后让他们就这些词组、短语和结构进行口头造句训练，在确保大多数学生已掌握了这些词、句的用法的基础上，要学生门在规定的时间内完成书面表达。在训练的过程中，学生可利用所学的某些词汇、句型，借助已形成的思维定势，用英语表达思想，传递信息，不仅使学生觉得学到的英语知识有了用武之地，也极大地减轻了写作的心理压力，增强了写好文章的信心。
（三）在评改中提高。新课标明确指出在教学中应“以学生为中心，以活动为中心，以任务为中心，突出学生主体，倡导体验与参与，在体验、参与和合作中互相促进，共同进步”，因此在作文的'评改我凸现学生的主体性，充分发动学生参与和体验，在做中学、体验中提高。
（1）吃透评分标准。学生只有在了解写作的评分标准之后，才有可能做到有所侧重，有的放矢，也才不会因某一方面的偏差而白白丢分。因此，在系统训练之前，我都认真地组织学生对评分标准进行学*和研究，确保学生领会评分标准的依据和要旨，以便在写作中避开不利因素，最大限度地减少无谓的失分。
（2）组织自评和组评。在以往的教学中，书面表达都是老师辛辛苦苦评改，而学生只关心得了几分，然后就置之不理了，因此效果总是不尽人意。现在我采用让学生自评和分组评改。比如在配套练*或测试中的书面表达，主要地是把范文印发给学生，人手一份，先明确要点；再点出关键词组短语；然后是文章的连贯性和结构的合理化，也就分数的比例进行一定的指导，最后让学生根据以上几个方面进行自评。在现场限时训练之后，以4人一组把学生分成几个小组，每个成员负责一部份，就动词的正确形式、短语词组的合理搭配、句式结构的准确性及关联词的恰当应用进行评判，分工明确，各司其职；最后再汇总，共同对这几篇短文打分，使学生在分工协作与亲身体验中有更深的印象，在评价别人的同时也达到自省和探究的效果，可谓一举多得。
（3）凸现优美的词句。应该说，在学生的作文中，我们能时不时发现一些优美的词句。因此在评改时，我都尽可能地把这些词句勾画出来，并不失时机地向学生推荐并用多媒体课件集中展示，使学生从中得到肯定、鼓励和推动，也激发他们去作出更多的尝试和创造。
（4）开辟*作欣赏角。经过一段时间的实践和练兵，适时地从学生的*作中选录一些篇章，刊登在*作欣赏角。作品的选录可从多个角度入手，既可以是书写漂亮的佳作以原卷张贴，也可以是进步明显的*作滕写之后张贴，还可以是学生推荐的名篇佳作，诗词歌曲，使学生在欣赏中学*，在学*中竞争，在竞争中提高。
（5）细化作文分数。作文的得分是对学生的劳动的肯定和评估，学生们对此也极为关注。如何充分利用这一有利因素来促动学生致力于书面表达的提高呢？经过一段时间的摸索，我做了细化作文分数的尝试。打分的时候，我把分数分解成内容分（15）+学以致用或优美词句分（３－５）+书写分（２—４），特别突出学以致用分和书写分，在*时的点点滴滴有意识地进行渗透和倡导，使他们在训练中有明确的导向和目标，达到事半功倍之效。
总而言之，提高书面表达的能力不可能是一蹴而就的。只有在明析了评分标准的前提下，经过不懈的积累，掌握一定的写作技巧，通过行之有效的写作实践及不断的归纳和总结来提高学生的谴词造句和谋篇布局的能力，才有可能使他们的写作能力得到质的飞跃。

It is related to so many victims’ inrerests . As a leader, one must always think for all the people, so will his country be prosperous for always.
More and more middle school students are going to all kinds of training classes or having family teachers at the weekend .There are two different viewpoints about it.
Some people think that going to training class or having family teachers can not only strengthen the knowledge the students have learned but also help them to study better .What’s more ,students can gain some knowledge that hasn’t been told in class.
However ,some others have an opposite opinion in their opinion ,this kind of study can make students passive in their studies and always depend on others .What’s worse ,some Training Class and Family teachers care not students but money .So it’s a waste of money .Students need have a rest after school .The Training Class will take up most of their spare time .
In my opinion ,both viewpoints are reasonable .The choice should depend on which one is fit for the students himself .If he’s good at self-studying ,he may stay at home and study by himself if he does well in listening to what teachers say ,studying in Training Class would also be a good choice .

注意不能单一回复，而是要利用回复引导学生积极的学*思路。教学目标的导学、导教、导测量是教学工作的目标路径，目标的主体是学生，整体教学过程中要围绕学生展开，教学的目标针对性强，不能过于宽泛，必须循序渐进由点连线，由线到面。这些教育专家们有着精深的理论知识和丰富的实践经验，他们的讲学如春风化雨，润物无声。每接受一次培训都是一次提升，优秀老师的授课让我们每个人都受益匪浅。

【我的收获和成长】
什么是理想的教育?孩子需要什么样的教育?这也许是我一直思考的问题，在培训中老师精彩的案例，犀利的分析，常常会让我反思自己的教育观、学生观，反思自己以前的教育教学观念。正如肖川所说的，“一个有事业心和使命感的教师，理当做为教育的探索者，其探索的最佳途径就是从自我反思开始。”经验加反思等于成长，我想我会把自我反思当成一种*惯，以促进自己的成长。
【我的建议与意见】
1、培训时间短，老师讲的也比较宽泛，无法做到细致入微、面面俱到，对于老师讲的比较深刻的知识，还需要时间来理解、消化。
2、案例可以从实际出发，更加实践化，对新任教师容易遇到的问题有针对性的提出解决方案并进行讨论。
3、争取能进行课堂实践培训，从课堂中发现问题解决问题，从而让新任教师查漏补缺，发现自身的问题及时更正。
作为一名一线教师，我有幸参加了此次远程培训的学*，感悟许多。在学*中我深深地体会到，学*应该成为一个人的一生目标。人应该是活到老学到老。要想成为一名合格的教师，就要努力地提高自身素质，理论水*、教育科研能力、课堂教学能力等。网络学*让我和同行们走到了一起，在这个舞台上我们尽情的汲取新的教学理念、教学方法，聆听着专家、教授们精辟的讲解；在这段时间里，我们相互交流，收获着知识。

远程培训为我提供了一个学*先进教学方法的*台。在几天里，我观看了专家讲座的视频：那一个个生动的教学课例，让我更加贴*了课改的课堂；使我体会到教学也是一种艺术，它需要根据学科调整自己的教学方法，从而使学生最大限度地掌握所学知识。专家们精辟独到的分析又使我知道了教学中该注意什么，怎样因材施教，怎样运用自主、合作、探究的学*方式。虽然看视频、做作业很累，可是我的心里是充实的，甜蜜的。因为我分享着智慧，享受成长的喜悦。在远程培训中，我获得一个个的灵感，使课堂充满机智，充满活力。我的视野开阔了，我的见识深广了，我的思想活跃了。每一专题中的各个观点及案例，很好地解决了教师们在教学过程中遇到的一些疑问和困惑，原来在教学中一些感到束手无策的问题，也得到了很好的借鉴和启迪。让我能重新的审视自己的教学行为，对自己以前的教学有了一次彻底的反思，把学到的知识应用到今后的教学实践中去。
二、心得体会
下面谈几点自己的培训心得体会：
1、本次培训有视频讲座、课例、网络交流、师生互动、生生互动等新颖、丰富的形式，为参训教师打开了一扇学科理念、理论、实践活动的窗口，增强了培训的实效性。实现了教师与课程专家的面对面交流，有利于课程专家的专业引领，将理论指导与教学实践结合起来，解决了教师教学中的实际问题，指导性强。
2、通过学*，我认为要想驾驭新课程理念指导下的课堂，教师不仅要具备高尚的师德，还要有渊博的学识，这是我们从事教育教学工作的基础。我要以这次远程培训为契机，利用各种形式广泛收集课程资源信息，认真向课程专家团队和同行学*，不断改进自己的教学方法，努力提高自身理论水*。
3、教师角色的转变，为不断提升自己的教育思想，完善自己的知识结构和能力结构，以适应新课程理念下的教育教学活动，我们教师应自觉成为教学的研究者、终生的学*者、教学实践的反思者。
总之，在短短的远程培训学*过程中，让我始终感受到名师就在身边，让我受益匪浅。
作为一名教学经验尚浅的英语教师，十分感激尊敬的学校领导们把信任与期望给了我，使我很荣幸的获得了这次极其宝贵的提升专业素质和业务素质的机会，参加了这期培训班的培训和学*。这短暂的6天的学*是紧张而忙碌的。每一天从8：00开始，11：50下课，午时是也要上两节课。这种紧张而忙碌一点也没有减轻洋溢在我心中的欢乐和幸福。我最终战胜了内心的怯懦与自卑，我仿佛又一次回到了三年前欢乐完美的大学时光。坐在熟悉的课桌前，经历相似，感受却更为深刻，我深深的被耳畔这种优美的语言的魅力所吸引，所陶醉。

一、赏识学生，增强学生的自信心
还记得在第一次口语课上上，我有些紧张，毕业六年多了，那种感觉早已被*时繁琐的教学消磨得一干二净了。于是我的心都提到了嗓子眼上，我怕开口时其他教师的大笑声，怕我的英语教师会听不懂。但这一切都只是我的担心而已。不但其他教师没笑我，口语教师还夸奖我。我真的很感激她，是她给我的英语口语练*一个良好的开端，我再也不担心在口语课上说英语了，甚至还能够用心去参与了。
所以在今后的英语教学活动中，我们教育工作者应善于抓住学生的闪光点，赏识学生，帮忙学生树立自信心，促进其主动学*英语知识，提高英语学*兴趣。
二、增强自身的职责感不断提升自我素质
我们是孩子的第一任英语教师，对于他们学*英语的用心性来说，我们负有重大的职责。我们就应努力培养学生学*英语的兴趣和良好的学**惯，以满腔的热情来开展教育教学活动，像斯霞教师那样为了孩子的无怨无悔地从事小学教育。为了一切孩子，为了孩子的一切，一切为了孩子，让教师崇高的职责心为我们的教育教学护航。
教材在不断变化，更新，而我们的教学也要不断适应社会的提高和发展。在这个瞬息万变的社会中，教师需要不断地提高自身的素质，以便更好地为教学服务。在语音方面不断训练，持续良好的语音语调。提高个人的技能，透过简笔画、游戏组织潜力辅助英语教学。关注生活，联系实际，提高综合运用英语的潜力。学科专业方面要加强让学生了解最新的相关信息。
三、严松有度，促进教师的提高
那里的教师们给我们营造一个纯英语的学*环境，培养我们的英文惯性思维潜力，我们在课堂上只讲英语，每一天都在一个全英文的环境中实践与提高，这样大脑每一天不断在理解纯正、地道的英语的冲击，再加上外教的耐心的指导，这样正宗的英语思维*惯就渐渐构成了。
总之，小学英语教师越来越受到社会、学校的关注，我们需要投入更多的热情到英语教育教学工作中去。同时学*更多心理学、教育学的理论知识，并应用于教学实践活动，使我们的教学更加贴合孩子的年龄特征，更适合整个社会的发展。
阳春三月，万物复苏，正是“一年之计在于春”的大好时光，我有幸被我校推荐参加此次培训。
虽然培训只有短短十天，但我却收获颇丰，受益匪浅——它大大地指导了我及我校的英语教学工作。
通过培训，以及与来自全省各个高中的英语骨干教师交流，根据我的理解，我认为我校英语教学可以做这样的尝试：
首先，根据学生实际，做好初高中英语知识及教学的衔接。
在教学沙龙课堂上，通过与我省其他学校英语教师的交流，我认为铜川市陕煤一中普通班的英语教学方法值得我们借鉴，具体做法是：先进行一周的语音教学，以便于学生自己学*单词的读音，减轻教师课堂上逐一进行单词语音教学，教师只教授一些特殊的，重点的单词读音，这样就大大节省单词教学时间。
接下来有重点的教学初二，初三的词汇，语法，句型及情景交际知识。
这样做，看起来是占用了高中教学时间，实际上却是节省了时间：在教授初中知识时，学生既复*巩固了以前的知识，又在一个月内慢慢适应了高中教师的教学方式，完成了初高中知识与学*的衔接，学生不知不觉自然而然的进入了高中学*过程。
在接下来的教学中，陕煤一中的毕丹老师强调，一定不能快马加鞭的赶课，而是一步一个脚印，扎扎实实，稳扎稳打的进行必修模块的英语教学，否则就前功尽弃了。
毕丹老师说，必修模块教学，一定不能贪多求快，选修模块可有挑选的教学，为必修模块教学腾出时间。
我们问她这样教学的效果如何，毕丹老师答，根据她们学校两年的教学实践看，学生基本上英语成绩比以往能提高十分左右。
目前她们学校这种教法还在继续实践，在实际教学中还在继续完善。
我觉得这样教学是否更适合我们的学情。
其次，我校英语教学做到有效整合教材，不能课本上一切全教：
担任此次培训课程的郭继荣教授，是一名资深的我省高考命题人，根据他参与命题的感受，他给我们中学教师的忠告是：考纲是高考命题的范围，命题绝不会越雷池半步，陕西省高考词汇是3200，考点就那么多，考纲上阐明的很清楚，而且三年内的陕西省及全国高考考点高考命题是不会考虑的。
因此我们的教学是否可以根据郭教授的思路，参考考纲进行教材整合，做到词汇的删减以及知识的整合。
教材整合得当，教学的针对性会大大提高，我们就可以少教，学生就可以少学，学生的学业负担就可以减轻，教学效果就会更高。
最后，教学要用多种方法激发学生兴趣：
我们英语教学比较枯燥，我校学生大部分词汇量不过关，因此课堂教学手段必须更新，用灵活多样的教学方法，组织学生进行广泛的语言实践活动，设计有趣的教学活动，激发学生的兴趣。
兴趣是学*最好的老师，一个成功的英语教师要在教学中有意识地培养学生对英语的持久兴趣，激励学生不断处于极佳的学*状态之中，使他们对英语乐学，善学，会学。
最终，达到提高英语教学效果的目的。
此次培训，我提高了认识，提升了业务水*，为我校英语教学取到了真经，在以后工作中，我将以培训所学，指导我的教学，并与同事们进行分享，做到资源共享。
根据省教育厅文件和市教育局安排，我市高一年级全体英语教师于20xx年8月5日至8月14日接受了为期10天的新课程培训。
市教育局领导高度重视本次培训工作。培训前，我校有关领导召开会议进行部署和分工，明确了辅导员和班主任的职责，检查了教室、线路、多媒体器材，安装了教室网线等。培训开始第一天，教育局马局长和有关领导亲临我们班指导检查，教研员老师做了培训前动员报告并且每天到班级和老师们一起交流讨论有关课题。
本次培训我们共有60余名高一年级英语教师参加。在班主任和辅导员老师的精心安排下，我们班采用了观看视频、及时交流、分组讨论、代表发言、说课等卓有成效的培训方式。内容丰富，形式多样，互动性强。既有理论高度，又有具体实践指导意义。每天根据培训内容布置作业并于次日收缴作业。
高一英语培训班共观看通识培训10个专题的在线视频，教材培训5个专题的在线视频和人教社高一英语培训包7套光盘。其主要内容包括：高中英语新课标解读、新课程理念、人教版新教材介绍、课标与教材的关系、课程资源分析介绍、高中英语新课程基本理念的课堂实施、新课程理念的高中英语语法教学、词汇教学、听力教学、阅读教学、文化教学以及新课程理念教学的各种课例等。
参加高一培训班的全体老师按照培训时间到校，做好培训笔记，认真观看视频。讨论时大家积极发言，提出疑问和自己的看法，重点集中在教材教法分析、教学的深广度方面及教学方式的转变，大家结合课例、课堂教学设计进行互动研讨，很多老师还在课下自费刻录了光盘、下载了视频重新观看，每位教师认真手写论文，按时交作业。
通过这次培训，我市高一年级的英语教师加深了对的理解，全面的了解了人教版新教材，熟悉了新课程理念的高中英语课堂教学过程。大家一致认为：英语新课程的实施，关键在于缩小理念与实践之间的空档，在课堂教学中的落实。我们有信心在今后的教学中把握好教学的深、广度，重视课堂教学的有效性，强化学科建设，使我市英语教学稳步发展，争取更加优异的英语教学成绩。

作为区英语骨干教师，首先是在区级范围起到应有的辐射作用，然后在学校做到承上启下的骨干作用。对照当初制定的xxxxPC年区骨干教师计划，我完成了既定目标、学到了很多东西。
一、读“精彩”
我们都知道读书的力量是无穷的，我们区英语骨干教师初中学科段在组长周玉萍校长的带领下，始终坚持读书，并进行区级范围内的交流。
本年度周校长发了两本英语教学的书籍，其中我虽然在毕红秋英语名师基地学*过了，但是我作为骨干教师，我通过组织学校全体英语教师学*《高中阅读设计》来帮助教师们一起学*、一起研讨、一起成长。
通过我的组织我们学校的英语老师深深感觉到读书的力量。通过学*和实际尝试我们体会到：
(1)阅读教学需要我们英语教师对于课本要非常熟悉;
(2)我们需要挖掘文本中的内涵;
(3)我们需要用一定的方法将阅读材料进行精心设计;
(4)阅读教学最终的目的应该是学生在教师的帮助下、在自己的理解下从阅读文本中学到了东西而且能感悟出其中的内涵;
(5)假如我们在阅读教学中有了设计感，而且融合了学生的体验感，那么我们的英语阅读教学一定有成效。
我们初中英语学段组还组织了一次读书交流会。我读了史金霞老师的《重建师生关系》并作了《感悟和谐师生关系的力量》的读后感交流。
二、学“内涵”
我们初中英语学段组活动多样，尤其是专家的讲座，如此多专家的精彩而又内涵和深度的专题讲座让我们感悟到专家的力量。
我们学*了英语特级教师张英老师的专题讲座《英语教案中目标的设定与表达》和《英语阅读课的设计》、《虹口区特级教师专场》(我们尤其对英语特级教师祈承辉老师的印象很深，大有余音绕梁之感)、《特级教师应晓求的专题讲座》、《特级教师毕红秋老师的专题讲座》、《华师大安桂清教授的讲座》等等。
学*诸多、体会之深的我写了如下几篇感悟性文章：《追求富有设计感和体验感的教学设计》、《智慧教师给予我们的灵感》、《*惯、经验、成长》等。
三、讲“辐射”
只有不断学*、积极反思，那么我们的课堂教学实践才会卓有成效。xxxxPC年，我带领全体英语教师学*了《洋思中学老师的一天》，组织老师收看后老师们都觉得学到了很多。
除此之外，我又邀请了静安区英语专家郁耀昌老师来校为我们英语教师作了《基于质量分析的教学改进》的专题报告。经过半个学期的报告后的体会后，我们继光初级英语教研组于xxxxPC学年度第一学期期末考试开始进行尝试性实践，针对xxxxPC学年度第一学期期末考试我们一共写了4篇基于质量分析的教学改进的行动报告并于xxxxPC学年度第二学期的第三周进行研讨，并邀请静安区英语专家郁耀昌老师来校作指导。
我们深信基于数据分析的有技术和策略的教学改进一定能给我们的英语教学注入活力与潜力。
四、重“实践”
作为骨干教师，除了做好学校内工作之外，我还经常参与青年教师的带教工作。本年度除了不间断地联系丰镇中学的沈亮之外，我在本校由带教了陆羽婷老师。
本校的陆羽婷老师在我的指导下从“理论学*”、“课堂实践”和“项目课题”三个方面进行了实践。在我的指导下陆羽婷在xxxxPC年12月13日开了名为《ABirthdayParty》的校级公开课，取得了预期的效果。
另外，我自己也开了一节校级公开课《月考试卷分析之作文教学》，同时在全校范围内作了《课程标准修订后的四大变化》、《“教什么”与“怎么教”》的专题发言。同时，在xxxxPC年7月暑假为全区初二和初三英语教师作了《xxxxPC年中考之我见》的专题发言。
五、轻“荣誉”
在这一年里，在校领导的帮助和关心下，在学段组长以及学段组成员的支持和关心下，我也取得了一定的成绩。
1、xxxxPC年度嘉兴街道个人先进;
2、xxxxPC年9月《对初中英语讲学稿中如何设计同步作业的研究》获虹口区首届“七色彩虹”征文二等奖;
3、成功申请两个区校合作项目《基于绿色指标下的学生各科作业整合完成实践探索》和《“探究青铜文化、触摸文明历史”探究实践项目》;
4、在上海教育出版社的《xxxxPC中考信息快递》上发表“词语和语法”(“真题解析”、“典例精讲”和“强化训练”三个部分，与区教研员合作发表)。
当然，我需不断自己提醒自己，其有二，一方面还要求自己不断努力，另一方面，荣誉代表过去，我一定要勇于开拓、积极实践，只有这样的“脚踏实地”，才能有以后的“仰望星空”。
随着期末考试的结束，这一学年就顺利结束了。一年来，能坚持爱岗敬业，认真学*贯彻党的精神，严格遵守《中小学教师职业道德规范》要求，落实教育局、学区和学校工作部署，以重实际，抓实事，求实效为教学工作的基本原则，以培养学生创新精神和实践能力为重点，以新课程改革为契机，深化课堂教学改革，认真落实课程计划，落实教学常规，落实教学改革措施，大力推进素养教育，使所任班级教学质量有了大面积提高，现就将一年以来工作情况总结如下：
一、加强学*，提高思想认识，树立新的理念。坚持每周的政治学*和业务学*，紧紧围绕学*新课程，构建新课程，尝试新教法的目标，不断更新教学观念。注重把学*新课程标准与构建新理念有机的结合起来。
二、教学工作教学工作是学校各项工作的中心，也是检验一个教师工作成败的关键。一年来，在坚持抓好新课程理念学*和应用的同时，我积极探究教育教学规律，充分运用学校现有的教育教学资源，大胆改革课堂教学，加大新型教学方法使用力度，取得了明显效果，具体表现在：
（一）发挥教师为主导的作用
1、备课深入细致。*时认真研究教材，多方参阅各种资料，力求深入理解教材，准确把握难重点。在制定教学目
的时，非常注意学生的实际情况。教案编写认真，并不断归纳总结经验教训。
2、注重课堂教学效果。针对学生特点，以愉快式教学为主，不搞满堂灌，坚持学生为主体，教师为主导、教学为主线，注重讲练结合。在教学中注意抓住重点，突破难点。
3、坚持参加校内外教学研讨活动，不断汲取他人的宝贵经验，提高自己的教学水*。经常向经验丰富的教师请教并经常在一起讨论教学问题。听公开课多次，自己执教两节公开课，尤其本学期，自己执教的公开课得到了学校领导和教师们的肯定，同时也给我提出了不少宝贵的建议，使我明确了今后讲课的方向和以后语文课该怎么教和怎么讲。本年度在校内听课六十多节。
4、在作业批改上，认真及时，力求做到全批全改，重在订正，及时了解学生的学*情况，以便在辅导中做到有的放矢。
（二）做好后进生转化工作
作为教师，应该明白任何学生都会同时存在优点和缺点两方面，对优生的优点是显而易见的，对后进生则易于发现其缺点，尤其是在学*上后进的学生，往往得不到老师的肯定，而后进生转化成功与否，直接影响着全班学生的整体成绩。所以，一年来，我一直注重从以下几方面抓好后进生转化工作：
1、用进展的观点看学生。应当纵向地看到：后进生的今天比他的昨天好，即使不然，也应相信他的明天会比今天好。
2、因势利导，化消极因素为积极因素。首先帮助后进生找到优、缺点，以发扬优点，克服缺点。其次以*常的心态对待：后进生也是学生，厌恶、责骂只能适得其反，他们应该享有同其它学生同样的*等和民主，也应该在稍有一点进步时得到老师的肯定。
3、真正做到晓之以理，动之以情。首先做到"真诚"二字，即教师不应有丝毫虚伪与欺哄，一旦学生发现"有假"，那么教师所做的一切都会被看作是在"演戏"。其次做到"接受"，即能感受后进生在学*过程中的各种心理表现和看法，如对学*的畏惧、犹豫、满足、冷漠，错误的想法和指责等，信任他们，鼓舞他们自由讨论。最后做到"理解"二字，即通过学生的眼睛看事物。因为做到了以上几点，所以我在后进生转化工作上，效果还是明显的。
“让游泳者到水中去。”这是交际语言教学理论的思想核心。贯彻交际性原则亦就是要把教学活化为实际。1。建立“课前五分钟会话”，培养课堂交际氛围。2。适当让学生表演对话或课文内容。针对*期所学内容，布置学生课后进行讨论排练，然后在课堂表演。3。多鼓励，少批评。为了使学生更爱开口，在练*中，要重视运用鼓励性语言，不断强化学
生参加交际的信心。
相对来说，高中生独立性强，自尊心也逐渐增强，渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好关系，从而促进学生学*的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观，正确认识学生的主体地位。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生，耐心细致地指导学生，沟通和学生的思想感情，使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师，循循善诱和激发学生学*的积极性，大胆求异创新;课后我却成为他们的好朋友，无话不谈，亮起心灵之光;生活上，我是他们的父母，关怀备至。
教师的教风直接影响学生的学风。驾驶的一言一行，无时无刻不在影响着学生。所以我提高自己的思想认识，做到爱岗敬业，学而不厌，诲人不倦，为人师表，治学严谨，还要保持良好的教态。老师的教学语言和教态对学生的学*有直接的影响。老师的教态好，学生就喜欢，他们听课的兴趣就高，接受知识也快。反之，学生就不喜欢，甚至讨厌。特别是正处于青春期的初中生，看问题开始有可独立的见解，对他们更要注意教态和教学语言的使用。如我介绍新句型时，我利用语言的轻重，语调的高低，和一定的动作表情，尽量引起学生的'注意和兴趣。当学生回答问题时，我的表情变得自然亲切，使促使感到老师对他们的信任，这样学生就增添了勇气，就能大胆地回答问题。
教育工作，是一项常做常新，永无止境的工作。 一份春华，一份秋实，在教书育人的道路上我付出的是辛勤的汗水和真挚的泪水，然而我收获的却是那一份份充实，那沉甸甸的情感。我用我的心去教诲我的学生，我用我的情去培育我的学生，我无愧于我心，我无悔于我的事业。让我把一生矢志教育的心愿化为热爱学生的一团火，将自己最珍贵的爱奉献给孩子们，相信今日含苞欲放的花蕾，明日一定能盛开绚丽的花朵。
这一学年来，本人担任高二（5—6）两班的英语教师，在相互认识了之后，积极地去了解学生，去摸清学生的学*基础，以便“因材施教”。本人在教学中认真备课、上课、听课，及时批改作业、讲评作业，做好课后辅导工作，广泛涉猎各种知识，形成比较完整的知识结构，严格要求学生，尊重学生，发扬教学民主，使学生学有所得，从而不断提高自己的教学水*和思想觉悟，并顺利完成教育教学任务。下面是本人对一学年教学工作的一个总结：
要提高教学质量，关键是上好课。为了上好课，我做了下面的工作：课前准备，备好课。
①认真钻研教材，对教材的基本思想、基本概念，每句话、每个字都弄清楚，了解教材的结构，重点与难点，掌握知识的逻辑，能运用自如，知道应补充哪些资料，怎样才能教好。
②了解学生原有的知识技能的质量，他们的兴趣、需要、方法、*惯，学*新知识可能会有哪些困难，采取相应的预防措施。
③考虑教法，解决如何把已掌握的教材传授给学生，包括如何组织教材、如何安排每节课的活动。高二的学生基础还是比较差，所以在课堂上我尽量用最简易的语言授课，争取让学生能在一定的时间内掌握得。在复*过程中是非常枯燥的，所以课堂上激发学生学*英语的兴趣尤为重要。兴趣是的老师，有了兴趣，学生就会产生求知欲，视学*为乐趣，而不是负担。只有在教学中培养学生的学*兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学*中产生两极分化。英语课堂既是吸取知识的主战场，又是内化技能的练兵所，但有限的时间无法使学生们充分把这些技能和知识据为己有并消化吸收。利用一定的时间复*巩固已学知识，训练相应技能是提高学*效率不可或缺的重要组成部分。我的具体做法是把语言教学与练*联系起来，上课时尽量结合时事、热点，给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。课后做到多和学生交流接触，了解学生的需要，以及他们对课堂上知识的掌握程度。并且在课后还布置学生专门做一些综合能力的作业。比如说一天两篇阅读理解和一篇完型填空。而且我在教学中会认真设计相应的课后练*，让学生达到学以致用；如果课堂所学的是一些基本的语言点，我就会给学生一些相应的训练，让学生巩固课堂所学知识，并懂得如何在实际中应用；如果课堂教学的是阅读课，我会给出一些关键词，让学生复述课文。没有课后练*的复*巩固，学*效果会大打折扣，效率就提不高。讲课生动有趣我在讲课时，尽量讲得生动有趣，在完成教学任务的同时，经常给学生穿插一些英文歌曲、—片段，来激发学生的学*兴趣。
课后我积极参与听课，虚心向同行学*教学方法，博采众长，提高教学水*。培养多种兴趣爱好，到图书馆博览群书，不断扩宽知识面，为教学内容注入新鲜血液。这一学期来，阅读在英语特别是考试中占的比例很大。而本人所教的两个班的学生阅读能力都不是特别好。在今后阅读理解的复*是一个重点，复*时我应注意到了以下几点：
1、提高学生的阅读量大。阅读速度要求每分钟48、5个词以上。
2、让其训练的题材应多样化。包括日常生活、风俗*惯、人物传记、文化教育、社会、史地、科技、政治、经济等内容。不能只局限于某种题材。
3、体裁多样化。包括说明文、记叙文、议论文、应用文等。
4、让其了解阅读理解的主要题型。
5、掌握必要的阅读理解解题技巧。
20xx年高考已经圆满结束。在校长、下级领导和级长的正确指导下，在英语备课组成员以及学生们的共同努力下，我校的英语科在高考中达到了预期的效果。通过这次高考的检验，我们发现这一年的备考工作有很多经验值得总结完善和发扬，同时也有很多不足需要总结改进。现将本年度的工作总结如下。
一、20xx年本校高考英语科情况。
在今年高考中，我校英语最高分为128分，100分以上的有104人，90分以上的共有145人。70-89分段的有269人。40-69分段的共有290人。今年全市英语成绩比较低情况下，能有这样的成绩，已经达到了我们预期的目标。
二、20xx年本校英语备考的主要举措、经验
①领导重视。
20xx年x月份，学校就成立了高考备考组。在备考过成中，校长、下级领导与级组长经常过问英语备考情况，及时协调帮忙解决英语备考过程中遇到的问题。学校还多次派出英语老师参加各种研讨会、备考会和经验交流会。
②备课组成员之间团结，分工，合作。
完整明晰的计划，切实具体的步骤，这一切的实施还需要一个富有战斗力的集体来贯彻、完成。我们备课组成员发挥了团结、分工、合作的精神，集体备课，共同研究，资源共享，相互交流，不仅研究教什么，还要研究怎么教。
③计划早，目标明，备考工作紧张而有序。
去年x月份，我们备课组就对学生的状况进行了具体的分析，然后又根据学生具体情况确定了我们的目标，制定了详细的复*计划。尽管这届学生在高二全市期末统测中成绩不错，但进入高三开学后的摸底考试中完全暴露了基础很差的不足。据此，备课组制定了以扎实基础为主的复*计划。
我们将复*分为三个阶段：第一阶段是章节过关复*(20xx年x月——20xx年x月上旬);第二阶段是专题复*(20xx年x月下旬——20xx年x月中旬);第三阶段是点拨提高(20xx年x月下旬——6月上旬)。考虑到学生基础差，我们将复*的主要任务放在抓基础知识方面，大部分时间放在第一阶段章节过关上。在这一轮复*过程中，我们将高一到高二的英语课本跟学生详细进行了复*，每一个单元复*后都进行检测，进行查缺补漏。
在广州“一模”中，考生主要存在的问题有：
1、基础知识不过关，如单词字母大小写不会，单词拼写错误百出，名词的单复数区别不清，现在分词、过去分词的用法不懂，时态语态的运用、动词短语的固定搭配记得不够准确，词汇掌握得不够好等。
2、完型填空对近义词的区别及对上下文的理解能力比较差。
3、阅读方面显示出学生的词汇量不够大，并且不会抓住主题句、不注意排除干扰的相似的信息。
4、写作方面。基础写作不少学生不懂得整合信息或漏写信息点，读写任务显示出学生的概括能力差，有的仅提及其中某一方面或仅侧重某一方面，甚至完全提不到重点;有的在文中摘抄完整的两个句子作为自己的，或者几乎一字不变地把原文中的主动句变成被动句等;有的学生以文中细节代替概括,不清楚哪些是事例哪些是概括的语言;有的学生在第一段就发表自己的个人意见。
此外，在写作中，中式英语的表达也相当多，篇章的逻辑较混乱。发现这些情况后，我们及时调整复*策略，过好词汇、语法两关，回归课本，强化专题训练 。
综合测试是我们训练阅读写作的重要手段。每周坚持两次测试是我们铁定不变的做法(这个做法一直坚持到高考前禁考为止，每次测试均用年级统一安排的时间和上课时间)。每次测试完后，我们都及时批改，及时讨论试题的重点、难点，及时精要评讲(重点评讲阅读理解和书面表达)，及时发现存在问题，及时扶差补缺。
为了及时了解学生的测试情况，我们老师常常在下午放学后，不吃晚饭，留在办公室一直改卷到晚上，直到把卷改完为止。这种废寝忘食、以校为家的精神大大地鼓舞了学生们的斗志。在第三阶段，我们根据几次模拟试题、几次备考会交流得来的信息，对学生进行了出题方向和解题思路的点拨提高 。
听力历来是最容易得分又最容易丢分的一个大题。 08届的听力训练材料采用《听力风暴》，这本书的优点是配套录音带发音清晰，内容题材丰富，贴*高考，不足之处就是语速稍快。在征得年级领导的同意后，我们坚持利用每周两个晚上(7：20pm—7:40pm)播放听力录音。听完后学生自己对答案，听不懂的地方自己参考书本后面的朗读材料。
④重视非智力因素对高考的影响。
临*高考学生的能力基本已经定型，但一些非智力因素(如书写等)可能会影响学生的考试成绩。因此，我狠抓训练学生的书写和填涂答题卡的*惯。让学生养成书写工整和正确涂卡等良好的*惯。并要求学生统一用黑色墨水书写。布置抄写英语短文作业是我们训练学生书写的常用方法。同时，我们也通过其它的一些做法去强迫学生养成严格要求的*惯。在模拟考试中凡是不按要求答题者统统按零分处理。
⑤重视规范，紧抓不放。
备考中，我们反复强调，希望学生重视作答的规范，强化得分意识。比如作文写作，如何体现文体规范重视规范，可以把能得到的分拿多、拿满，有利于克服失分大于得分的现
这里的“规范”包括：
1.答题思路的规范。懂得如何入手，从哪里入手，要答什么。
2.答题表述的规范。说得出来，讲的准确，不罗唆。
3.答题格式的规范。书写工整，有条理，无错字语病。
⑥抓重点，注重培优补差工作。
我们特别注意在两方面抓好重点，一是在备考选材方面抓好重点;二是在对学生的个别辅导上抓好重点。在后期的复*工作中，由于资料很多，各地的模拟题也很多，我们没有时间也没有必要全部都去做。因此抓住重点，选好材料可以取得事半功倍的效果。我们备课组经常一块先自己做，然后挑选适合我们学生的题目让他们训练。我们还特别注重做好培优补差工作。备考伊始，我们就落实培优，抓稳尖子。
所谓“落实”、“抓稳”主要是说：早(做)、精(讲)、巧(练)。早做：开学不久即考虑培优班的工作落实;抓好人选，集中训练，组成高分的“冲刺军团”; 精讲：要知道尖子生的迫切问题，分析尖子生的“软肋”在哪里，为什么会丢分，丢哪里的分。巧练：落实训练重点，保持相当难度;提高做题速度;加强解题思路训练，更加从严要求，抓好细节问题和规范意识。我们以那些有希望上线的学生为重点，实施了人盯人的办法，争取能上线的不落空。
⑦坚持“三统一”
1、统一测试内容。
2、统一测试时间。
3、统一复*资料。
我们所用的资料分为四部分：
1、听力训练材料;——《听力风暴》和《英语周报》
2、专项练*(包括语法、完型和阅读等)——自编;
3、课本配套练*——《学海导航》;
4、测试题——《英语周报》。
⑧关注动向，分析信息
“关注动向”，就是要留意备考形势的推进变化，吸收各方的信息，配合之以做好我们的备考计划的适时调整。我们备考组老师经常与其他学校沟通，关注重点中学学校的信息题。同时经常上网查阅相关的最新信息。
面临着新课程下的新高考，我们需要进行新的学*和接受新的挑战。我们有决心也有信心，一如既往的努力，争取新的成绩!
三、20xx年本校高考英语科存在的主要问题及原因。
通过以上的备考办法，我校高考英语科虽然取得了预期的效果，但也存在着一些问题，主要有如下几方面：
①学生基础不够扎实，各年级教学连贯不够。
②低分段的学生人数居多，大部分学生怕学英语，进步不大。
③听力和语法填空部分依然是学生的薄弱环节。
出现以上问题的主要原因是：
①学生原来基础差。学校的老师不是循环的，且高一高二高三的老师没有统一好什么时候应着重训练什么，着重培养学生哪种能力。大家认为上完自己的课程就完成教学任务，没有通盘考虑，没有系统化。到高三时再着手，已经不够时间了。
②由于基础差，大家对英语已经失去兴趣和信心。
③学生的语言环境还不够好，基础知识不过关。
高中这三年，对老师和学生来说都是一次磨砺。作为一名高中的英语老师，随着今年考试题型的突然变化，曾有一定的迷茫感，但同时这也是一件好事，促使我们用更多的时间去学*、研究新题型和高考，以便能够更好地教授学生。总的来说感受最深的一点是高中英语教学要一气呵成。
自己带的这一届学生的教学工作，在老教师的指导和帮助下，在与其他教师的交流和讨论中，教学是比较成功的。对学生的考试技巧指导及训练是有效的、针对性强的。
进入高三 ，学生对英语学*主要存在以下问题：
1、学生对英语学*普遍缺乏兴趣、自信心和学*动力；在英语课堂上不积极参与，缺少主动发言的热情或根本不愿意发言；另外，相当一部分学生在听新课时跟不上老师的节奏或不能理解教师相对较快的指示语。
2、学生对英语课堂知识的掌握不踏实、理解不全面，课外花的冤枉时间多；而大部分学生对书本知识不够重视，找不到英语学科复*的有效载体，不能有效的利用课本，适时地回归课本，英语复*缺乏根本， 甚至本末倒置；绝大部分学生在复*与学*过程中不能走在老师前面对基础知识进行梳理，没有*惯性地进行课前预*、认真听课、课后及时复*，英语学*缺乏主动性。
3、部分学生缺少教师明确的指导，在复*时缺乏系统地安排和科学地计划，或者学*和复*没有个性化特点， 导致学*效果不明显。
针对以上比较突出的问题，我们主要采取了以下切实的复*安排：
一、加强研究，提高复*备考工作的针对性。
要想搞好高三英语教学，没有合理的教学和复*计划是不行的。在开学初，我们就制定了全年的教学和复*计划，并在教学的过程中不断改进和完善计划。 立足教材，夯实基础知识才是我们这样的学生的唯一途径。教学和复*都应该注重实效，实实在在地为学生服务。 认真学*并分析了高考题的类型，从历年高考试题的整体研究中找共性，目的是总结规律寻找突破口。07年高考新增加的题型为任务型阅读，考查考生在有限的时间内根据需要捕捉有效信息的能力。阅读试题的考查全面，对中学英语教学起到了很好的导向作用。在常规教学及复*备考中，我们始终抓住加大阅读量，开展泛读教学，加强阅读技巧的指导，形成有效的阅读策略，从根本上培养学生的良好的阅读*惯和逻辑思维能力。
二、制定计划，加强复*的目标性。
我们根据学生的具体情况，制定出切实可行的复*计划，把复*分为三个阶段。
1、夯实基础，发展能力。
*年来高考英语逐渐侧重于语言能力的考查，对语言知识的直接考查相对地减少了。因此，在复*过程中，首先组织学生巩固各项基础知识，同时通过不断的语言练*，掌握一定的技巧。在此基础上，再通过科学系统的训练，发展能力。
2、降低难度，回归基础，强化专题训练。
进入后半学期，根据学生的具体情况把握中档、低档题，这对学生取得高分是非常有利的。学生普遍都有这样的感觉：很多题目“一看就会，一做就错”。造成这种现象的根本原因
在于对基础知识的掌握不牢固。这时，复*的重点要放在查漏补缺上，进行强化记忆和训练。
3、整理基础知识，适当做一些高考题。
要在高考前夕找到良好的语言知识感觉和运用能力感觉就必须回归基础，整理巩固基础知识，用最充实、最满意的感觉来增强自己的自信心。同时，利用这段时间试着做*几年的高考题，学会找出每道题的切入点，从中总结命题利益和命题手法。
三、加强阅读和完型训练，以语篇为基础，扩大学生词汇量。
高考中阅读理解、完型填空是重头戏，也是学生英语成绩提高的重要突破口。教学中光靠教材所提供的量是远远不够的，所以我们备课组全体成员精心地挑选了一些切合我们学生实际的阅读材料并收集打印了许多完型材料，用以弥补教材的不足。在教学过程中遵循精泛结合，精少泛多，精泛有序的原则。选择的精读材料要能够在教学中发挥最大效益，启发学生的思维，促进学生知识的掌握和能力的形成。在教材的基础上，精选泛读材料，以巩固和拓宽语言知识，培养独立阅读能力。坚持每天讲练一篇完型填空练*，以训练学生综合运用知识、通篇阅读理解和整体把握短文的综合能力，力争在完型填空这个试题的考试上有所提高。在*时教学新词汇的过程中，不失时机地由新翻旧，以旧带新，通过形*，义*，同义，反义，固定搭配等手段串联起大量有用的词汇，让学生从纵向，横向及各个方面扩大词汇量。对于所有精泛读材料中碰到的生词，要求学生摘录下来，老师要采取必要的手段，如听写或再现认读的方式进行检查，以扩大学生的词汇量。
四、狠抓教学环节，优化课堂教学促进备考。
注意复*课的针对性。我们把复*重点放在学生的难点、弱点上以及常易出错或失误的内容方面上，努力做到有的放矢。课堂上坚持精讲多练，做到举一反三。复*课上我们注意加强学生的操练活动，让学生多动脑筋思考问题，让他们尽可能多地举些例句，使他们能训练掌握语法的用法。
另外，在课堂上及时有效地获取学情反馈，有效地进行课前回顾，课堂小结等环节的落实。坚持对学生的听课、作业、自*等方面进行跟踪，及时了解学生的学*、复*状态与状况，以便在课堂教学过程中做出针对性的调整。
五、培养学生的自学能力，激发学生学*英语的兴趣。
只有通过辅导学生掌握一套科学的学*方法，并培养学生的自学能力，才能使学生的学*积极性和主动性得以发挥。具体包括：培养学生的预*能力，各种方法掌握英语基本知识的能力，学生自己整理所学知识的能力。另外，自学能力的提高还得益于大量的独立阅读，于是新学期开始就要要求学生人人必备一本英汉词典作为工具书，让学生勤查字典。
回顾自己教学工作，有得也有失，让我从中感悟到并学到了很多，这将为我以后的教学指明方向，让我将更加努力地研究高中英语教学，在日后的教学中明确目标，有的放矢，更加出色地完成各个阶段的教学任务。
