我们的烘焙第一课目标是做萌萌的奶香甜甜圈。首先，我们把需要的原材料都拿出来准备好，包括低筋面粉、鸡蛋、牛奶、糖、盐和黄油。还要准备几样工具，比如厨房秤、搅拌器、搅拌盆和神奇的多功能小红锅。
材料准备齐全，我就开始动手啦。做法其实很简单，按照说明书的配方称取原材料并依次放入搅拌盆，用电动搅拌器搅拌均匀；与此同时，小红锅换上甜甜圈烤盘，插上电进行预热。等灯灭后，就把搅拌好的面糊倒入小红锅。倒的'时候还挺有讲究呢，面糊太少的话烤出来的甜甜圈就不饱满，而如果面糊倒太多又会溢出锅。面糊加好后就盖上盖子，只需要5分钟，就闻到诱人的香味啦。我带上隔热手套，小心翼翼地揭开盖子。哇，香喷喷、圆嘟嘟、黄澄澄的甜甜圈出炉啦。咬上一口，满是浓浓的奶香，真是太好吃啦。我一口气吃了四五个才停下来。弟弟在旁边闻到香味，高兴得手舞足蹈，可惜他现在还太小吃不了，等明年弟弟就可以品尝姐姐的手艺啦。

寒假的一天晚上，我和爸爸妈妈在家里开起了联欢晚会。
爸爸妈妈作为主持人讲了几句开场白，接着妈妈又说：“下面有请李欣的爸爸表演舞蹈‘太空行走’，大家掌声。”只见爸爸站在舞台(就是地板上)上，手脚并用，张牙舞爪向我走来，我是评委，一看见这情况，吓得惊慌失措，四处乱逃，边逃边说：“停!爸爸的.‘太空行走’变成‘大怪兽行走’了，不得分。”一旁的妈妈哈哈大笑。
我表演的节目是古筝曲《渔舟唱晚》。我开始弹奏了，那优美、动听、悦耳的音乐轻轻响起，飘进爸爸妈妈的耳朵里。他们深深地陶醉在这美妙的音乐里，我弹呀弹，那好听的音乐一直在房间飘荡着、飞舞着。我弹完了，房间里响起了雷鸣般的掌声，爸爸妈妈都为我打了100分。
下面轮到妈妈表演了，妈妈表演的是舞蹈《欢欢喜喜过大年》。只见妈妈拿了一条红艳艳的围巾系在腰间，这身装扮很有过年的气氛呀。妈妈的脚左一点、右一点在地板上跳来跳去，手拿着围巾的两端随着脚步左右摇晃着，很像扭秧歌。舞蹈跳完了，我和爸爸直夸妈妈跳得好，妈妈笑开了花。
联欢晚会继续进行着，我们全家都很高兴。
这个寒假过的没有上个寒假那么精彩、那么有趣；但这个寒假和上个寒假不同，因为这个寒假去了很多地方旅游；这次，我讲的就是这许多地方之一：西樵山。
这次旅游和上次旅游（西樵山已经游玩过一次，这次是因为奶奶过来了，带她看看风景）不一样，上次是在阳光烈日的照射下爬山；但这次却是在飘飘小雨和茫茫大雾中爬山。
西樵山的风景很好（人家风景不好也能被称为4星旅游风景区？），这次的爬山活动只有3个人参加，那就是我、我爸、我爸的妈。登山活动主要目的就是看观音、看风景。
在家里准备就绪，我们便坐上了大巴。终于，大巴一路颠簸地来到了山底下，我们便迎着小雨往上爬。西樵山是一座死火山，坡度很*缓。又有水泥公路，所以，登山难度等级：0级。
我们慢慢地往上爬，不知这么走了多久，山顶已经遥遥在望。我奶奶已经没劲了，我也没有多少力气了，就我爸爸的精力最旺盛，一直不停的催促我们往上爬。终于，爬上了山顶。
可我站在山顶一望，却不是我想象中的可以把所有的美景尽收眼底，到处都是白茫茫的一片，除了雾什么也望不到，唉！老爸没有找对时间，找了一个大雾天来登山。
但是，当我望见那些讨厌的雾时，我惊奇的发现这些雾不再讨厌了。原来雾也会百变啊！这不，一会儿变成一只狗，眼间就变成了一栋别墅，在一眨眼，就忽的一下变成了汽车。真是变化多端啊！
很快，我们就要回家了，但我却不是一无所获。至少，我知道了雾也那么好看。

我们走进基地的入口，传达室的叔叔把我带进绳编教室，我们的绳编活动开始了！首先，老师教我们怎么编：“先把黑绳打结，然后再把红绳打结，打结的时候把黑绳也一起打进去……”我们学会以后，老师就让我们自己创新，还可以用珠子来装饰。可以做成手链、脚链、项链等。我们还可以做好几条呢！突然一声下课铃打断了我们的工作。我做了2条手链。老师让我们出去看看家长来没来，还叮嘱说：“可一定要小心啊！”我们出去了，我看我的妈妈还没来，就给他打电话问什么时候来，妈妈说：“我一会就来，你可要在那儿耐心等待呦！”妈妈来了，我们有说有笑的回家了。

四个表兄妹好久没有聚会了，趁着寒假，我们又聚在一起，开心地欢乐，开心的玩耍。随着年龄的增长，我们的游戏也逐年升级，这不，今年又不约而同地学起了打羽毛球。为了检验谁的球技更高一筹，我们决定在外公的院子里举行一场别开生面的羽毛球淘汰赛，为了使比赛公*公证，我们请来两位铁面无私的裁判------外公和外婆。为了公*对决，我们动用了“石头、剪子、布”。真是“好运当头”第一场由我和哥哥打，我信心十足，坚信自己一定能当擂主。一开场，我对哥哥使出浑身解数。而哥哥也摩拳擦掌，自信百倍。岂料，我的球一会儿向西，一会儿向东，飘忽不定的球，搞得哥哥晕头转向，疲惫不堪，终于弃拍投降，我不由得得意忘形。
第二回合开始了，我还沉浸在刚才的喜悦中。而身手不凡的表姐早已识破了我的战略，每次都能轻而易举回球，甚至是猛烈地还击、扣杀，这下轮到我疲于奔命，而哥哥又在一旁喝倒彩，这真是“火上浇油”，让我心急如焚，后面几个球回得更是糟糕，终因掉球太多而被淘汰。可怜我这个擂主梦是昙花一现，只能是“关羽失荆州------骄兵必败”。轮到自诩“球神”的表哥上场了，也只有他俩才有得拼，大战三十几个回合。终于还是“久经沙场”的表姐略胜一筹，成为我们四人中的姣姣者。
望着表姐因赢得外公外婆的夸奖而眉飞色舞的表情，我内心只能佩服她的实力。更坚定以后一定得谦虚。谦虚使人进步，骄傲使人落后的古训，真是永远错不了千古真理，我要时刻铭记在心，激励自己不断进取。
马上过春节了，不仅是我，大家都急着做年夜饭吧。
这几天晚上我连晚上做梦都看见的，是那桌上琳琅满目的美食。这边有烧白，鸡汤，糯米珍珠丸子，还有红糖果果。那边有蒜蓉开背虾，粉蒸肉，夹沙肉，还有糖醋排骨。除了这些美味的，菜品，还有很多想都想不到的美食，总之都是我的最爱。不过最好从梦里醒来，要让它变成现实，只有自己努力了。
一起床我赶紧洗漱后，将自己想吃的菜全部写在了一张纸上。又把家里缺的菜品和作料，写的另一张纸上。我们拿起这张单子，拿上一点钱，就跑去超市采购所有的菜品。我从来没有哪一次吃饭买过那么多的菜，占了我们的大半个客厅。
一开始，外婆先从一个箱子里拿出汤圆面和汤圆心各放在一个碗里。接着又把碗里的汤圆面，捏成一个一个的小球。这些过程都是拿来享受的，见到这些的我，就赶紧把袖子捋起来，洗了好几遍手，跟外婆一起包汤圆。我先站在外婆旁边，看见外婆很轻松很熟练的包了一个汤圆，我还以为包汤圆是件很容易的事情呢。
我先拿起一小块汤圆面，揉成圆形，再用大指和食指，在中间，按一个小孔出来，慢慢的把旁边的汤圆面，压得稍微薄一点。接着从另外一个碗里拿出勺子，挖一小勺的汤圆心放在汤圆面的那个小窝里。谁知道我在封口的时候按的太用力了，把汤圆面的按裂了。我赶紧把裂的地方补起来，以免汤圆心漏出去了。
接着就是封口，我慢慢的把旁边的面推起来，让汤圆心子我下滑，这样就可以把口封起来了。我每次在封口的时候都不能把汤圆搓圆。我就只能想尽办法先把口给封上，再慢慢的把汤圆给搓圆。我又开始认为撮汤圆是一件再简单不过的事了，可是我就用*时的方法来做，越搓越扁，越搓越扁。后来我把手供起来了一点，终于把汤圆搓圆了，我的第一个汤圆就这样诞生了，我轻轻地把它捧着，放在一块垫有纱布的盘子上。
我发现包汤圆还是挺好玩的，我就一直包，包到汤圆面和汤圆心都没有了。我们把要吃的放在锅里煮，把剩下的就放在冰箱急冻室里。下次过年我还要和外婆一起包汤圆。
今天早早就关门准备睡觉，这时房间的窗户是我唯一的慰藉，从窗户往外望去，天空没有星星，外面比往日要安静，我看今晚是个不眠夜！
我的妈妈，暴脾气下，有着一颗温柔的心。今年的寒假好长，在家里和妈妈很容易发生些争执。我总觉得她不能理解我。
就今天，一起作业的错题没抄写，妈妈问我错题抄了没有。我回答没有。妈妈就劈头盖脸的说我一顿。我真的是忘记了。妈妈就说作业就老忘记，其他事情你就不会忘记。都不听我解释的。

我一个箭步冲进雪地，用手捧一堆雪，趁妹妹没有防备，那雪球有力的砸在她的脸上，小雪粒沾满了她的眉毛，头发，活像一个小雪人。妹妹自然也不甘心，顾不得收拾自己的“雪人”行装，抓了一把雪就朝我扔过来，我急忙放下手中的雪球，敏捷地向旁边一跳，“耶！没打着，我赢喽！”。我欢呼着，不紧不慢地继续做自己的雪球，司机再对妹妹发起猛攻。这里的雪特别的松散，不费九牛二虎之力，雪球式很难做成的。总感觉得很像鲁迅笔下《雪》中那南方的雪，很难互相粘连，没有北方雪的气魄。我正想着，忽然觉得耳朵发凉，坏了，难道是——“耶！”，只听远处一阵欢呼声传来。妹妹一个有力的雪球砸中了我的耳朵。顿时耳朵像被关进了冰箱里一般透着凉气。冻得我呲牙咧嘴的直像妹妹扑去，她见来者不善，急忙向山上狂奔，我在后面疯狂的追着，不停地喊着：“拿耳朵来！，拿耳朵来！”。她不敢停，我也不肯轻易放过她。不知追了多久，我们都已经气喘吁吁，她的体力支撑不住了，只得连连向我求饶。我什么也不顾，拿着雪球就往她耳朵里赛，看着对方狼狈的样子，我们一起放声大笑起来。快乐留在了白色的空旷的山谷里。也深深地沉醉在各自的心底。
快乐其实很简单，无论何时何地，无论贫穷与富贵，都可以得到。只要保持一颗轻松，乐观的心；有什么可以占据我们内心的那份快乐呢。
放寒假已经好几天了，但天气却一直非常“恶劣”。每天都刮着刺骨的寒风，气温非常低，简直到了滴水成冰的程度。我只能天天在家写作业，不能出去玩。这天晚上北风刮得很猛，把我家的遮阳棚都给吹散了。我想：也许要下大雪了吧！
第二天早上，我拉开窗帘一看，哇！到处都是白茫茫的一片。果然不出我所料，昨夜下大雪了。远处的高楼、桥梁、公路，都像穿上了白色的皮毛大衣。白雪覆盖了大地，给大树穿上了白棉衣。真是“忽如一夜春风来，千树万树梨花开”。展现在我眼前的仿佛是一个童话世界。
楼下资江南路上有许多大哥哥大姐姐在拍照，许多小孩在打雪仗、扔雪球。我怦然心动了。便对妈妈说：“妈妈，你可以带我下去玩吗？”妈妈点点头，同意了。我全副武装（戴上帽子，围上围巾，套上手套，穿上大衣。）走到楼下。
这真是一个雪白的世界。一切都变得纯净洁白，空气也格外的新鲜。虽然雪还没有停，像白盐一样沙沙地撒下来，但路上的人还真不少：有打着伞慢慢走着的老人；有奔跑追逐的小孩；还有拿着相机摆着各种姿势昭相的帅哥美女……呼吸着这些清新的空气，我像一只久困在笼中的困兽一下子被放了出来一样，在雪地上飞奔。
不远处一个家庭正在堆雪人：爸爸拿着铲子把雪铲成一团，妈妈蹲在地上把雪拍实，孩子正在忙着做雪人的头，在他们的努力下，一个胖胖的雪人完成了。它有着：胖胖的身体、圆圆的脑袋、黑黑的眼睛、翘翘的鼻子。真是可爱极了。突然，“砰！”的一声一团凉乎乎的东西在我的头上炸开了。原来是住在楼上的小男孩送给我的“礼物”。来而不往非礼也。我捧起一大团雪，向他扔去。“SOS，救命呀！”一声惨叫后他摔倒了。因为他没戴帽子也没系围巾，所以他“受伤”很重。于是，一场恶战拉开了序幕。他马上拿起雪球来打我。我再扔雪球来打他。一路上追着跑着，帽子丢了，围巾也摘了，大衣也热得解开了。妈妈怕我感冒了，于是带着我回家了。
一场大雪竟然能给每一个人带来欢乐，今天真是开心的一天呀！
快乐的时光总是感觉短暂。愉快的寒假转眼就逝去了，可许多有趣的事却让我回味无穷。
走亲访友是过节不可缺少的活动。这不爸爸妈妈准备明天带我去给外婆拜年，现在他们去超市采购礼品去了。而我呢，没跟他们一起去，在家里和我的可可玩。可可是我的小狗，你瞧，它忽闪着亮晶晶的大眼睛，软软的耳朵垂了下来，几乎挡住了视线。细细长长的毛柔软光滑，一条开着花的尾巴不停地摇着，像是在讨好我。忽然，一个主意浮现在我的脑海：你看这大过年的，我们都打扮得漂漂亮亮的，这狗狗也应该打扮打扮，明天出门才有面子。可是可可的毛太长，颜色又单调，一点儿也不好看，所以我决定给它“整整容”。
说干就干，我拿来喷雾、剪刀，学着理发师的样子，先把可可的毛给喷湿，可可抬头望着我，露出惊讶的眼神，好像在说：“小主人，你干嘛把我喷湿啊？好冷呀。”还甩了甩身体，把水都甩到了我脸上、身上。我摸了摸可可的头，说：“你要乖喔，我要帮你打扮打扮，让你成为‘天下第一美狗’。”接着我拿起剪刀，把可可脖子上的毛剪了一圈，还不错，像是戴上了项链。我的干劲顿时又增添了不少，心想：现在不都流行焗油吗，妈妈的头发就刚刚焗了一个酒红色的。我也来给可可焗一焗，穿上彩色的衣服一样，应该也不会差。于是我调好国画的颜料：红色、橙色、绿色、黄色……拿起毛笔蘸着颜料一点点仔细地涂着，起初可可蛮乖的，过了一会儿，就没耐心了，时不时得扭动着身子。我又是威胁又是哄骗，眼看大功即将告成。忽然可可逃了出去，还在地上打了个滚，它不做“天下第一美狗”也就算了，可地板成了“天下第一美图”，它还时不时来舔舔它的毛，我忍不住笑起来，因为它的舌头和嘴巴都弄成彩色的了。
