Some students don’t like to study. They are more interested in doing other kind of practical work or relaxing and enjoying themselves. 我不知道我有多穷，这也许就是我要申请的原因，因为在漫长的岁月里面我自己经历太多，根本不明白也无法用自己的心去衡量这样一个标准。父母是我们任何一个人也不法选择的事实，我也并不以我父母的贫穷而自卑，因为对我来说那是他们那一代的事情，而交给我的仅仅去创造一个新的条件去改变这所有的一切。我爱他们，非常非常地爱他们，当然他们也爱我，也许这种爱在他们的身上是要加倍的。父亲现在没有什么固定的工作，用一个不雅的词汇就是他是一个“蹬三轮”的，大家可以想象我的现状。母亲就更加糟糕，没有任何的工作，一家的重担就全部在我父亲的身上。

学校见了三级证明，自然对持证的大学生以贫困生看待，给予生活照顾。人家村里、镇里、县里都通过了，学校还有什么好说的呢?
为什么大家乐于有一张三级证明呢?因为三级证明可以证明我们家庭的贫困，进而获取生活上的照顾。作为贫困大学生，有生活补助，有助学金，有赞助费，有些奖学金还需优先考虑贫困大学生。如此，大家何乐而不为?钱多不烫手，不要白不要。于是，不少假贫困生便挤了进来，以图分一杯羹。
