As we know, many people favor the idea that the college life is free and comfortable, but I’d like to say it’s not true. As a matter of fact, my life in university is so busy that I wonder if my energy is enough. As to my college life, I divide it into four parts, including study, student activities, library and the others.

In short, my life in university is busy but valuable. Some students don’t like to study. They are more interested in doing other kind of practical work or relaxing and enjoying themselves. They say that it is no use learning the knowledge from textbooks when you won’t use this at all in your whole life. Even when you look for a job, they won’t pay much attention to your academic records. They put more emphasis on who you are, where you are from and whom you know.
In fact, it is very important for college students to study hard. Firstly, a college student without much knowledge wouldn’t be very useful to the society. What he can reward the society is very little. Secondly, he may hardly find a good job and live a respectable life on account of lack of knowledge. 一、总体回顾

二、主要工作
1、班主任：新学期开始后，我们的班主任老师舍小家为大家的精神非常令我们感动——7点左右到校做学生的思想工作、协助任课教师上早自*、12点40组织学生午睡、最后一个离校、及时与家长沟通、充分利用周一的班会对学生进行教育。特别是最后一个月像王爱香、李红丽、董璐娟、梁红敏、焦文、鞠建国、徐艳丽、宫本娜、解增文、方玲燕、杨顺波老师在中午12点就到教室组织学生学*休息。这对学生情绪的稳定、成绩的提高起到了积极的作用。
2、教研组：这学期，我们教研组在校教导处的直接领导下，全组教师坚持教育、教学理论的学*，团结一致，积极参加各教研活动，完善和改进教学方法和手段，为提高教学成绩奠定了很好的基础。特别是历史组、政治组的教研氛围非常好。董建芳是历史组的三名教师
中最年轻的，也是第一年教初三历史。在这种情况下作为组长的解增文老师与焦文老师一起带领着董老师把每节课的教法、重点、难点研究的非常透彻，是集体备课真正落实到了实处。政治组的集体备课更是得到了教研中心领导的好评。
3、教师：这学期象于忠芹老师身体需要手术、于秀珊老师、宫丽清老师等身体都需要休养。张红英、刘秀波、王爱香的家人住院需要他们照顾，但他们都能克服困难没有耽误学校的正常教学。姜波老师、宫丽清老师、韩桂兰老师、吴广文老师、孙令霞老师、林倩老师在同学科老师有困难的情况下没有任何怨言的接过了这些老师的班级。为学校分担了很多困难。
三、存在的问题
本学年我们基本完成了年初制订的计划要求，在提高教师业务水*、丰富学生生活、促进学生全面发展和提高教学质量方面做了一些工作，但不足之处尚多：
1、有些教学工作还没有落到实处，抽查发现尚有部分教师无课前备课上课和批改作业马虎，甚至不批改作业的现象。
2、教学随意性仍较严重，学生主体性不够强；发现有的教师上课铃声响后迟迟未进教室，个别教师精神面貌较差。
3、教研氛围还不够浓厚，上班时间网上游戏仍有发生。
4、个别教师上班迟到、早退现象时有发生，教师意见大。
5、体罚和变相体罚学生的现象还有发生。
针对上述问题，下学期我们将重点抓以下几项工作：
1、继续加强教学工作，特别要加强听课、备课、学生作业的普查和抽查，并将检查结果公布于众。
2、在加强以听课、评课为主的教研活动外，尝试主题教研。
3、继续开展青年教师的评优课活动，尽快使青年教师成为骨干教师。
4、强化师德教育，杜绝体罚和变相体罚学生的现象。

时常飞逝，紧张而又繁忙的一学期即将结束，回首这一学期的工作，忙中有乐，忙中有得。本学期我主要承担八年级六个班的地理教学工作。在这里我要感谢各位领导一学期来给我的帮助和关怀，感谢各位班主任老师和各位同仁给我工作上的支持和鼓励。下面，我就从以下三个方面总结这一学期我的工作情况。
一、认认真真付出，踏踏实实工作
对于一线教师来说，教学工作既是本学期工作中的重点，也是教学中的重中之重。
我作可以备好每一节课，认真钻研新教材的体系、知识结构，针对学生的特点，关于备课时想好每一个环节教学方法，充分利用多媒体激发学生的学*兴趣。我本学期特意制作课件，我力求每一节课的课件都能用Flash制作成动态，这样就会吸引到学生的眼球，激发学生学*的兴趣。虽然在进行课件的思路创作和具体制作时遇到很多困难，有时候一天都做不出好的课件，并且花费了我大量的课后时间，有时很累，也会心情烦闷，但是我看到课堂上学生因为我上课而变得生龙活虎我就会很开心，因为学生学*情绪空前高涨时，我也觉得我的付出得到了回报，再苦再累都值得。我的课件不但得到了学生的喜爱，也得到了教研员和区内同行的认可。其实我在运用多媒体教学方面才刚刚起步，今后我会在这方面继续努力钻研，为了提升自己的能力。
二、坚持教学策略，向课堂要质量。
本学期我们组主要研究的问题是如何提高课堂达成率，在这方面，我们曾经在组里讨论过，听了同行的做法，有很大启示，可以说每一节课我都在注重这个问题的研究与落实。比如：课前提问，有时以大屏幕的方式出题让学生口答，有时让学生拿出小条来答。上课时注重分层次教学和多媒体的使用，激发学生兴趣，第一节新课下课前5分钟左右都要对本节课进行复*巩固和测查。尤其是尖子学生做到课前提问，巩固练*时还要提问。在上课过程中还注意兼顾中等学生和较差的学生，有一些比较简单的问题，就让那些学*较差的学生来
回答，增强他们的自信心，从而提高他们的学*兴趣。我教的班级分为两种，普通班和实验班，这就给我的教学带来一个问题，如果同样备课快班学生觉得吃不饱，而普班学生又觉得吃不了，因此我发现这个问题后从开学初第一周的第二课时开始便作调整，同样的课我要备两套教案，快班学生注重知识的扩展和加深，普班学生注重基础知识的夯实。在普班，有一部分学生不爱学*，我就将学*好的学生与学*差的学生结成对子，尤其是在期中期末复*时，让学生好的学生对自己结对的伙伴实行监督、考核，然后我在上课时抽查。这种方法很适用，并取得了可喜成绩，通过一学期的教学实践，我感觉到我所教的班级课堂达成率有所提高。但还需要继续学*与研究，因为还有很多不足之处。比如说，有时新课内容较多时，便没有时间检测课堂达成率。
三、精心组织，提高教学质量
本学期在班主任老师的大力支持下，我的教学成绩取得了很大进步，在期末质量临测中成绩比较突出。
我在下学期的工作中，计划从以下几个方面提高教学质量：
1.在课堂上多利用多媒体教学手段，丰富课堂内容，改变知识呈现形式，激发学生学*兴趣。2.精选单元练*题，进行阶段性同步练*。3.多听杨老师和其他地理教师的课，不断学*，不断提高,取长补短,共同进步。

2、享受型
表现：一些学生课是节节上，作业是天天交，对知识的掌握停留在皮毛上，解题对每步的依据，出题者的目的不明白。
3、贪玩型

4、意志薄弱型

（1）本学期的教学常规检查、学生作业抽查以及学生问卷调查。
（2）制定晚自*安排表、教师签到表及级部值班表，保证级部日常教学工作的正常进行。
（3）认真完善级部周工作段中的“周工作安排”、“班级动态”、“表扬与批评”、“级部新闻”四大内容，要将级部会变成展现级部工作，服务于级部工作的一个重要*台。
（4）汇总级部各学科教学计划
各教研组安排教师制定好切实可行的学科教学计划，并按时上传至内网中相应的板块，以备上级教育部门的开学检查。
2、深入开展听课评课活动
按照教务处的要求完成级部的“青蓝工程”和级部教师分教研组开展公开课听课评课活动的工作，督促教师完善听课跟帖。提倡教研组之间互听互评，特别是年青教师要多听课，多交流，多向师傅取经，以提高自身的教学水*。
3、做好级部教研活动规范管理工作
（1）各组要认真开展教学研究活动，要把差异分层次教学落到实处，发现、探讨、解决教学中存在的问题。把提高教师教学水*当作中心工作来抓。要积极组织本组教师参加各种教学教研活动。，
（2）各教研组在学期初制订好切实可行的教研工作计划，认真落实第二课堂活动，各教研组一学期至少要开展一次有主题的教研活动，活动要体现重过程，有专题，有落实、有资料记载（上传至内网的相应位置）。
（3）加强教研组建设。各教研组开好每周一次的教研组会议，要紧紧围绕提高本组教师教学水*这个中心，积极探索如何提高课堂教学有效性的具体措施，及时传达学校的教学任务，落实教研组的教学计划，利用好教研组这个*台，这也是提高级部教学管理效率的一项有效措施。
本学期，在学校领导的支持和年级主管的带领下，我们初三级全体老师能团结协作，勤勤恳恳，爱岗敬业，教书育人，为本届毕业生的毕业、升学两大任务努力工作。一个学期来，我们主要做了以下的工作：
一、服从分工，认真履行岗位职责。
老师们能服从学校工作安排，对于学校布置的各项工作，都能尽心尽力完成，表现出良好的责任感和使命感。尤其是班主任，工作琐碎繁多，最早到的是班主任，最迟走的也是班主任，他们每天起早摸黑，对学生进行教育管理。特别像李凯、李媛同志，这种爱岗敬业的精神令人钦佩。
二、抓好了班风、学风的建设。
全级开展了创“文明班”、“学风优良班”的活动，充分发挥学校各种规章制度的监督管理作用，抓好班风、学风的建设。
1、在班风建设中，由校长、年级主管到班主任、科任老师，真正做到齐抓共管，从严教育学生。每天早上6：30分，中午1：30，年级主管亲自巡班检查学生的到校情况，检查并督促学生学*。班主任以及任课老师也能够较早到岗，坚持不懈，始终如一。在老师们辛勤努力下，由开学初的学生不稳定，迟到、旷课，到后来学生们的仪容仪表端庄了，上课迟到、睡觉的现象减少了，学生随意违纪的行为大大收敛，比之以前规矩好多，有一定的进步。在这里边，离不开像曹明、权小哲、杨亚玲、李凯等班主任的努力工作，也有像杨红蕊、郑爱文、姚静、强聪颖、张燕、赵*等科任老师的功劳。
2、在学风的培养方面，重点班着重开展“培优工程”。开学初特别设立了重点班，将成绩优秀生编成培优班，将培优班学生列为考重点中学的对象来培养，并实行动态管理，优胜劣汰。通过“培优工程”提高学生的学*氛围，鼓励学生的学*，收到一定的效果。
3、一个学期来，在学校的“文明班”、“学风优良班”评比活动中，表现较好的有三1、三2、三8、三9、三3等班级。
4、在年级主管的直接领导下，本学期组织好三次统测的考试、总结、表彰工作，考风考纪良好，在质检中没有发生学生违反考试纪律，教室干净整洁。以测促学、查漏补缺，促进了学生学*成绩的提高。
三、组织好周末补课和晚自*工作。
任课老师能自觉地做好分配的周末上课和晚自*任务，毫无怨言，他们每个周末都要牺牲休息的时间来为学生上课，从不计较，默默地工作。特别表扬的是刘永林老师，既是级内的老前辈而且还是年级组长，工作量大，很辛苦，但刘老师不但没有怨言，而且坚持始终，兢兢业业。在老师们的努力下，学生上课的情况良好，兴趣浓，出勤高，为来年的中考赢得复*的时间。
四、主要成绩：
1、以备课组长和骨干老师组成的初三级组在学校的教学工作中逐渐形成一股团结的力量，发挥着中流砥柱的作用。
2、年轻老师经过初三一个学期的洗礼，迅速成长起来。
3、课堂教学秩序稳定，确保学生正常学*，使各科紧张有序有条不紊地进行。
4、全面调动毕业班学生学*的积极性和主动性，充分发挥了教师的教学能力，在达到端正学*态度、师生协调配合的目的。
5、能以提高毕业班教与学的效率为目的，坚决贯彻学校“以人为本，和谐发展”教育思想，立高尚师德，以教风带学风，推动我校校风建设，从而促进提高教学质量。
总之，本续期以来，有上级领导的关怀，学校领导的支持，主管领导的理解，还有初三全体教师的不懈努力，xx届学生定会实现预定中考目标，为学校树立起品牌形象的。
中考工作已经结束，我校中考语文总分排ＸＸ区第三名，取得了骄人的成绩。这与领导的重视和正确的管理，教师高度的责任感和敬业精神，以及善于调动学生学*的积极性等都是分不开的。与翠园、罗外相比，我校初中学生入学时普遍起点低、基础差、差生面大。针对如此现状，我们只有扎扎实实做好每一步，比别人更投入，更用心，才能实现目标。下面我代表上届初三语文备课组谈一点肤浅的体会。
一、领导重视、管理科学是成功的保证
初三工作是学校的生命线，袁校长和邱*等学校各级领导极为重视。多次召开初三工作会议。举行每月一次的教学质量分析会，分析学情、教情。根据本届学生优生不优，中、差生面广的劣势，制定相应的教学策略，实施培优补差的方法，以缩小优、中、差之间的差距，更好发挥优势，弥补劣势，努力达到理想的目标。特别是非典时期，加之中考大改革，在老师和学生都慌乱的情况下，及时做好思想工作，统一认识，重新制定计划，使学生和老师的情绪稳定，顺利进入最后的冲刺阶段，为中考作了充分的准备。
二、集体备课、集思广益，团结协作、共同提高
团结协作，营造良好的工作氛围，这对毕业班的老师显得特别重要。我们备课组有田小芹、张确和我三位老师。我非常幸运能与两位教学经验非常丰富的老将合作。*时工作中，他们既是我的同事，又是老师。我们常交流经验，彼此毫无保留。他们总是言传身教，及时提点。田老师在作文教学上的独到见解，张确老师对待差生那种耐心和乐观的精神都使我敬佩！我们从备课到复*计划的制定、落实，以及时间的分配都按照整体配合，大军团作战来完成。因为我们深知团结协作、齐头并进是提高整体水*的保证。中考只考中、英、数，语文只考作文这一方向的确立。使三门学科连轴转，每天四节课，除了写作文，改作文，就是讲作文。特别是田老师、张确老师年龄大，身体不好，这种超负荷的工作量，其中的酸、甜、苦、辣是不言而喻的。可是我们咬牙挺过来了。年级组长禹力，处处从大局出发，为我们出谋划策，创造条件。张溶、元涛、戴艳红三位班主任，她们不仅以满腔的热情，高尚的人格影响学生，还主动配合我们科任老师，发现问题，及时反馈。大家团结协作，心往一处想，劲往一处使。在那段日子里，我们的工作虽然很辛苦，但我们相互间的合作是愉快的？一切为了学生，为了学生的一切，为了一切的学生"。已成为我们年级老师的工作目标。这是我们的年级精神，更是滨中精神。我想这也是我们成功的原因所在吧！
三、更新观念，抓好复*，提高成绩
初三语文总复*阶段，传统的观念只重视语文教学的工具性，而忽视或轻视它的人文性，往往会造成学生老师功夫花的不少，能力却不见提高。因此我们认为无论在常规教学，还是在总复*阶段，同样要抓住它的"工具性"和"人文性"。既服从游戏规则，又超脱其上"。找到总复*教学的最佳结合点。 以素质教育为根本，结合应试教育的方法策略，大力培养学生的语文素养并提高应试技巧，应该是目前初三语文教学的最佳结合点。
