有一个学生的父母三进法院要离婚，我多次家访做他们的工作，最后终于让他们握手言和。这个学生的父亲说，“您是我儿子的班主任，也是我的老师，是您使我明白了如何做一个有责任感的丈夫和父亲。”另一个学生的父母离异后，还经常为孩子教育问题吵闹，在孩子的建议下，他们找到我，经过深入细致的工作，使他们第一次*心静气地坐在一起交流教育儿子的方法。
匠心—教改
为推进英语新教程的实施，几年来，我始终认真学*党的教育方针
和教育理论，积极投身教学改革，更新教育观念，在英语教学中不断尝试运用“精讲精练”教学策略，形成激趣~导学式教学，解决英语教育教学中的难点： 即用精练的语言，准确地揭示教学内容的本质特征和知识间的内在联系，教给学生认识规律和解决问题的方法，以便在课内留出足够的时间，让学生进行语言实践活动和完成老师布臵的适量的作业。
正确处理语言和言语的辨证关系，让学生即通过言语学语言，又利用语言学言语，如此相互推进，直到自觉地、完善地掌握外语；揭示措施与效果之间的通道，从被教对象的角度，使教案设计得最巧妙，语言最精炼，寻求点→线→面教学效果的有效途径；畅通信息交流网络，优化外语教学中师生之间的双边活动，使它们互相影响，彼此依存，从不同的侧面共同作用于教学过程。
精选少而精的例题、*题，指导学生通过多种途径进行主动性训练活动，深入理解知识，掌握技能技巧，发展智力，提高能力。辛勤的汗水培育出了较为丰硕的果实。综观*三年来的实践，我所指导的学生在全国英语能力竞赛中取得了一定的成绩。
同时，我与英语教研组全体教师共同努力，落实教学常规，坚持做到细备课、常听课、常评课，抓好教学研究，提高课堂教学质量，连续几年我校在全县英语中考成绩都名列前茅，被授予“市三星级英语教研组”的光荣称号。
认真学*新的教育理论，广泛涉猎各种知识，形成比较完整的知识结构，严格要求学生，尊重学生，发扬教学民主，使学生学有所得，不断提高，从而不断提高自己的教学水*和思想觉悟，为了下一学年的教育工作做的更好，下面是本人的本学期的教学经验及教训。
一、政治思想方面：
认真学*新的教育理论，及时更新教育理念。积极参加校本培训，并做了大量的政治笔记与理论笔记。新的教育形式不允许我们在课堂上重复讲书，我们必须具有先进的教育观念，才能适应教育的发展。所以我不但注重集体的政治理论学*，还注意从书本中汲取营养，认真学*仔细体会新形势下怎样做一名好教师。
二、教育教学方面：
要提高教学质量，关键是上好课。为了上好课，我做了下面的'工作：
1、课前准备：备好课。
2、认真钻研教材，对教材的基本思想、基本概念，每句话、每个字都弄清楚，了解教材的结构，重点与难点，掌握知识的逻辑，能运用自如，知道应补充哪些资料，怎样才能教好。
3、了解学生原有的知识技能的质量，他们的兴趣、需要、方法、*惯，学*新知识可能会有哪些困难，采取相应的预防措施。
4、考虑教法，解决如何把已掌握的教材传授给学生，包括如何组织教材、如何安排每节课的活动。
5、课堂上的情况。
组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，注意信息反馈，调动学生的有意注意，使其保持相对稳定性，同时，激发学生的情感，使他们产生愉悦的心境，创造良好的课堂气氛，课堂语言简洁明了，克服了以前重复的毛病，课堂提问面向全体学生，注意引发学生学数学的兴趣，课堂上讲练结合，布置好家庭作业，作业少而精，减轻学生的负担。
6、要提高教学质量，还要做好课后辅导工作。
小学生爱动、好玩，缺乏自控能力，常在学*上不能按时完成作业，有的学生抄袭作业，针对这种问题，就要抓好学生的思想教育，并使这一工作惯彻到对学生的学*指导中去，还要做好对学生学*的辅导和帮助工作，尤其在后进生的转化上，对后进生努力做到从友善开始，比如，握握他的手，摸摸他的头，或帮助整理衣服。从赞美着手，所有的人都渴望得到别人的理解和尊重，所以，和差生交谈时，对他的处境、想法表示深刻的理解和尊重，还有在批评学生之前，先谈谈自己工作的不足。
7、积极参与听课、评课，虚心向同行学*教学方法，博采众长，提高教学水*。
8、热爱学生，*等的对待每一个学生，让他们都感受到老师的关心，良好的师生关系。
本学期我担任高二（2）班英语教学。在工作中从各方面严格要求自己，勤勤恳恳，兢兢业业，使教学工作有计划，有组织，有步骤地开展。立足现在，放眼未来，为使今后的工作取得更大的进步，现对本学期教学工作做出总结，希望能发扬优点，克服不足，总结经验教训，以促进教学工作更上一层楼。
一、认真备课，注重反思。
“凡事预则立，不预则废”。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，不仅要备学生，更要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白了备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。
二、增强上课技能，提高教学质量，使讲解清晰化，条理化，准确化，情感化，生动化，做到线索清晰，层次分明，言简意赅，深入浅出。
在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生的主导作用，基本做到了让学生学得容易，学得轻松，学得愉快；注意精讲精练，在课堂上我讲得尽量少，让学生有更多动口动手动脑的机会；同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的学生学*需求和学*能力，让各个层次的学生都得到提高。
三、虚心请教其他老师，在教学上，有疑必问。
工作虽然已经超过了十年，但作为一名高中老师需要学*的东西实在太多了。为尽快让自己提高业务水*和专业知识，我始终保持着虚心学*的态度，积极向其他老师请教，善于向同事取经。在教学上，要求自己有疑必问。在各个单元的学*上都积极与其他老师商讨，学*他们的方法，同时，多听其他老师的课，做到边听边讲，学*别人的优点，克服自己的`不足。此外，还自觉主动地阅读一些英语教育理论书籍，不断优化知识体系。经过认真虚心地学*，本人在师德修养、业务水*和教科研能力上有了一定的提高。
四、狠抓课堂，优化作业。
要想向教学要质量，课堂纪律的好与坏，直接影响到教学效果的优与差。为了保持良好的课堂纪律，我敢于大胆管理，抓好学风整顿。一个学年下来，课堂纪律有了明显的好转，教学效果取得了明显的进步。对于作业布置与批改方面，要求做到精读精练。有针对性，有层次性。对学生的作业批改及时、认真，分析并记录学生的作业情况，将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类总结，进行透彻的评讲，并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法，做到有的放矢。对于旷、迟交作业的同学，采取谈心教育，实施“及时补上、下不为例”原则。
在这一学期的教学工作中，我始终勤勤恳恳，兢兢业业，抓早读，促基础，促进后进生转变学*态度，不断提高教学质量，同时也使得教学工作有计划，有组织，有步骤地开展。除了关注学生在学*中存在的个体差异，着眼于全班英语水*整体发展之外，我还对部分学生进行兴趣的培养外，对于优秀的学生，培养他们自学的能力，而且对于优秀生还要求他们背诵课文，鼓励他们自己找阅读的材料，从而提高阅读能力。一年来，我虽然努力上进，但教学上还存在很多问题和不足之处，除过自己努力外还需多向其他老师虚心学*。教育是一个“慢”的艺术，教学之路漫漫，我还要更加积极、努力地前进。

爱心―育德
年我担任初一年级班主任时，通过开学前连续一个月的家访，我了解到班上名学生中，竟有名来自单亲家庭，还有名学生的父母正在闹离婚。家庭的变故使这些学生或疏于管教，或心情忧郁，甚至有的自暴自弃，在学业、心理、品行等方面都较其他学生更易出现问题。
有一次，一个*日少言寡语的学生来到学校，见到我就放声大哭，原来今天是她的生日，但她的继母送给她的“生日礼物”却是一记耳光。孩子的眼泪和哭诉，让我心痛不已。于是放学后，我为她补办了生日，买来了蛋糕、水果和生日蜡烛，让同学们为她唱起了生日歌。从此，那些特殊家庭的孩子们的生日就记在了我的心里。每逢他们的生日，我就请他们到家里包饺子、炒菜，为他们庆祝。就在许多与这类似的点滴小事中，孩子们渐渐对我产生了亲*与依赖之情，有了心里话也向我诉说，因为喜欢我开始喜欢上学*，我的教育，他们也比较信服、听从。

育心―立本
素质教育理论启示一切教育工作者必须树立全新的学生观：在素质方面，没有一无所长的学生，只要教学得当，师生配合和谐，每位学生的身心发展水*、潜能都可以获得完善的实现。工欲善其事，必先利其器。在班主任工作中，我积极探索“以学生为主体，教师为主导，情感为纽带，师生互动，和谐共振，实现道德的共同进步”的育人方法，通过开展多种形式的文体活动、社团活动、仪式活动等，培养学生志向追求的自强能力，培养学生品格修炼的自锻能力，培养学生知识探究的自主能力，培养学生生活管理的自理能力。
在个别教育中，我本着少惩罚、多肯定，少质问、多鼓励，少训斥、多交谈，少命令、多引发的谈话政策，进行入情、入理、入境、入心的教育，以促进师生的情感交融，激励学生以饱满的热情投入到学*生活中去。在师生共同努力下，我班学生先后荣获“二中”艺术节话剧创作奖、独唱奖，长跑比赛第一名、篮球比赛第二名等好成绩，班级先后被评为“三好班级”。
我想，我所取得的点滴成绩，源自于信念的力量，源自于对党的教育事业的忠诚，也是领导、老师、亲人、朋友像一块砖石铺砌成一级又一级的台阶，让我接*太阳的光芒。我将更加努力*文、躬行、诚信、尽忠，以尽爱岗敬业之职分。我将用心写下忠诚，生命不息，奋斗不止。
本学年以来，自己一如既往地担任高中英语教学工作，在思想上热爱祖国，热爱党的教育事业，坚决拥护党的基本路线，遵纪守法，有高度的责任感和积极进取精神，同时服从领导安排，认真负责地完成教育教学任务，积极履行自己的职责。为人师表，按照教育教学规律培养学生，积极引导学生关心时事，关心社会，自觉实施素质教育，取得了很好的成绩。
一、 任现职以来，我始终把教学工作放在第一位，把成为一名品优的学者型教师作为自己的奋斗目标，不断鞭策自己勤奋学*，努力提高自己的理论水*，把握新目标英语学科的最新改革趋势，了解国家基础课程改革的方向，从教的几年既忙碌又充实。在学校里，自己都以满腔热情投入到教学工作中去，兢兢业业、任劳任怨。在此期间，我还对轻松过好听力测试关及中考英语总复*方面进行探讨，对每年的英语中高考英语试卷进行仔细揣摩，通过反复的做题去深入体会，而且还将通过对试卷的理解与分析作为去找到提高自己英语教学方法的重要手段之一。
二、在教育教学工作中，我力求务实、高效、创新的新理念，针对全体学生，制定不同的教学方法和课内外作业来鼓励学生扎实基础，坚持因材施教的原则，始终把学生的“学”放在教学核心位置上，注重对学生学*方法的指导。课堂中采用加强英语基础知识训练的方法，精讲多练、训练归纳每一个语言点，使知识系统化，注意指导解题方法与技巧。在认真做好自己本职工作的同时，还抓好学生的常规教育，结合典型事例、个别辅导、适时激励等方法，注重学生兴趣和*惯的'培养。比如在*时的英语训练中，多利用学过的短语和重点句型培养学生的口语运用能力，达到激发和保持学生学*英语的热情的目的。
三、在严格要求学生，积极听课、虚心求教的同时，比较注重学生德育和日常管理的常规教育，尽可能了解他们的思想动态，并及时和他们沟通，动之以情，晓之以理，从而达到注重培养学生的思想品德。对班上存在的后进生进行综合了解，全面分析，用自己的人格魅力去感染他们，同时还注重与学生家长的联系，提高社会与家长的教育功效。因此，在转化后进生上，取得了较好的成绩。
四、在教学中我注重教学常规的落实，切实向课堂要质量、要效益，课前认真钻研教材，掌握住教材的结构，重点与难点。并在讲课时能根据学生的反馈情况及时调整教学，不是以教案而教学，而是为教学而写教案。我还结合学生的不同情况做好个别辅导，每次学生的作业都及时批改，每次批改做到有分数和日期，鼓励学生及时完成作业。课后自己还不断地学*、充电。我在教学之余，认真参加学校的业务学*，参加各级培训更新教学理念和方法，使自己的教育教学符合新的教学理念的要求。
在新的一年里，我将继续努力，加强自身政治学*、业务锤炼，不断提高教育教学水*和管理能力，为提高学生的综合素质而努力，为学校的发展作出更大的贡献，我将更加严格要求自己，发扬优点改正缺点不断提高和完善自己，力争成为一名出色的教师。
今年我担任高三班的英语教学，最后一学期，时间较短，任务重。这一学期来，本人认真研究学生，关注学生，研究课标，梳理知识结构，有计划地落实复*任务，顺利完成教育教学任务。现将本学期教学工作总结如下：
一、分析学情
经过高二一年的教学，已基本摸清学生的学*基础，更好的“因材施教”，针对不同的学生，指导和要求也不一样。其中69班为理科特色班，学生普遍英语基础较好，但也有极少数同学英语有严重的偏科现象，针对这一情况，我采用统抓整体，配合单个辅导的原则。68班为理科*行班，针对*行班的学情，我采取的是狠抓基础，稳打稳抓。
二、研究《考试说明》和高考考纲，把教学计划落到实处
1、认真学*课标及《考试说明》，落实教学目标、培养学生能力，研究高考命卷的方向。
2、认真研究高考。今年为湖南新课改高考的第一年，任何东西都是新的，认真研究20xx年的考纲和考试说明，了解20xx年的高考要求。同时还认真分析了*几年高考英语试卷，结合新课改的要求，把握高考英语命题方向，特别是高考新题型，做到心中有数。注意收集高考信息，使高三英语复*不偏离方向，把有限的时间用在刀刃上。
3、精选试题，以高考经典题为重心，尽量避免“题海战”。
4、备课组统一备课、资源共享，切实提高复*效率。同时认真分析20xx年湖南高考样卷，把握高考试题的方向和难度。
三、大量练*促进学生对基础知识的巩固和能力的提高
1、课本复*是学生能力提高的关键。
从开学之初即对课本知识点认真归纳和总结，通过练*的形式进行学*反馈。
2、作好听力训练是提高成绩的保障。
学生在周一，周四下午6：40到7：00的时间统一进行听力训练。考前一周每天让学生听一套历年高考听力试题，进一步提高学生的听力解题能力。
3、扩大阅读，培养英语阅读能力。
要想英语取得好成绩，课外阅读必不可少。我搜集了大量的高考经典的文章，同时，我采取了每天利用课前七分钟让学生做一篇阅读理解的训练方法，极大的提高了学生的阅读能力。
4、认真批阅学生英语作文，推荐学生优秀作品。
本学期搜集大量的历年高考优秀作文，整理各类作文的范文和模板，供学生背诵和模仿。同时，对每一位学生英语作文进行面批和指导，提高他们的书面表达能力，鼓舞了学生的英语学*积极性。
四、加强学*，提升自身素质
积极到外校听课、评课，听讲座，虚心向同行学*；与教研组的老师讨论教育教学方法，博采众长，提高教学水*。多看课外书籍，培养多种兴趣爱好，不断扩宽知识面，为教学内容注入新鲜血液。
俱往矣，新一届高考已结束，送走了一届学生，虽已取得一定成绩，但成绩必将成为过去，教学无止境。在今后的教育教学工作中，我将更严格要求自己，努力工作，发扬优点，改正缺点，开拓前进，不断提升自身素质。
XX年暑期山东省高中教师全员培训，规模巨大，准备充分，培训手段先进。通过13天的培训学*，使我接触到了专家学者们的教育新理念，学*了不少优秀教师的课堂教学设计，同时还与省内的一线教师们进行了充分的交流。收获颇多，感触较深的同时，也认识到了自己教学中的不足，因此，可以说这次培训来的很及时，培训内容很深刻，培训的效果将影响深远。崭新的教育理念和先进的教学模式震撼着每位教师的心灵，作为一线教师的我深深感到学*的重要性，在今后的教学中，我将立足于自己的本职工作，加强理论学*，转变教育教学观念，积极实践新课改，促进自己教学工作的不断进步。
一、加强学*，不断培训，自觉走进新课程。
课堂是教学的主阵地，课堂教学的成败直接影响着教学效果。所以上课我设法吸引学生，不让其分心，上课内容力求丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部。另外，我每天都坚持保持充足的精神，让学生感受到一种积极上进的气氛。在课堂上采用多种教学方式，利用多媒体、展示台等现代化教学手段，充分调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，使他们能在轻松、愉快、合作、交流中学到知识。根据不同学生设计不同层次的问题，树立学生的自信心，让各层次的学生都得到提高。加强听说、阅读、写作训练，以促进学生的综合运用能力。为了让学生真正参加到课堂中来，凡是学生自己能讲清楚的问题，都让学生自己解决，我决不越俎代庖，课堂上尽量精讲、少讲把时间都留给学生。
课改是一个全新的事物，是全力推进素质教育的重要举措，我们应主动地由过去以传授知识为主转变为传授获取知识的技能和方法，围绕学生设计课堂教学，体现学生是学*的主体，课堂的主人。
认真批改作业。布置作业时，坚持做到有针对性，有层次性，形式多样化。每个学生对课堂上的知识掌握程度，都会在作业中得以直接体现出来。对于难度较大的题目，学生出现错误较多的作业，课上利用时间统一详细讲评每个错误;对于学生不该出现的问题，指导学生及时纠正。每周进行两次听写测试，对所学新单词、新短语、好句子进行听写。认真及时地批改听写。并针对学生的听写情况，认真透彻地进行讲评，根据其情况不断改进教法。从而做到因材施教，教学相长。
1、摒弃旧的教学方法，把先进的教学模式引入课堂。
多年来，老师教，学生学;老师讲，学生听，这已经成为固定的教学模式，新课改向我们提出了新的课题，这种教学模式限制了学生的发展，压抑了学生学*的热情，不能焕发学生的潜能，与此同时，通过培训学*，”合作学*“、”主动探究“、”师生互动“、”生生互动“等新型的教学模式为课堂注入了生机与活力。通过培训我认识到：这些新的教学模式给学生更加自由的学*空间，体现了以学生为本的理念，老师要自觉地把新的教学模式引入课堂，改变课堂的面貌，使课堂气氛活跃;教学民主;学生的学*热情高涨;师生关系融洽。才能充分体现素质教育的根本目标。

(1)坚持抓好阅读理解。阅读理解是高考的重头戏，占的比重最大。因此，在*时的教学活动当中我注重抓好这一环节，让学生每天都做两篇左右的阅读理解文章，提高阅读理解能力。
认真学*并分析了高考题的类型，总结规律寻找突破口。从历年高考试题的'整体研究中找共性，开拓性地抓复*备考。在常规教学及复*备考中，始终抓住加大阅读量，开展泛读教学，加强阅读技巧的指导，形成有效的阅读策略，从根本上培养考生的良好的阅读*惯和逻辑思维能力。

三、对高中英语新课程的整体把握
认真钻研教材,对教材的基本思想、基本概念,每句话、每个字都弄清楚,了解教材的结构,重点与难点,掌握知识的逻辑,能运用自如,知道应补充那些材料,怎样才能教好。
1、对教材的整体把握。首先要整体把握新课程提出的目标;其次要整体把握英语语言的素养和能力;再次要整体的理解英语课程的内容;最后要以学生为主体。

3、对英语教学设计有了新的认识。问题的设计应该简洁明了，引人入胜;过程的设计应该能促进学生的全面发展;活动的设计应该体现以学生为主;评价的设计应该关注学生的学*过程以及学生的终身发展。
四，提高教师自身素质水*
时间过得真快，转眼间，一个学期已过去，新的学期即将来临。本学期我担任高二一班和十三班的生物教学工作，在这半年里我深刻体会到了做老师的艰辛和快乐，我把自己的青春倾注于我所钟爱的教育事业上，倾注于每一个学生身上。一个学期的工作已经结束，收获不少，下面我对上学期的工作做一总结，为新学期的工作确立新的目标。
素质教育改革对教师的专业素质提出了更高的要求，作为素质教育的实施者，应该以新课程改革为契机，不断地加强学*。在培训中，我们完成了十二项作业，每一个作业都是对我们的挑战，要求我们结合新科标理念精心设计，用心钻研，敢于突破自我，打破陈规。新思考教育资源提供的录像使我受益匪浅，
并且深刻意识到自身的不足。我决定以后要努力提高自身教学能力和科研能力;要向课本学*，向专家学*，多读教育教学方面的书籍;向有经验的教师学*，多参加听课、评课活动，多与同事进行交流，加强教师间的合作，或者利用网络与更多的同行进行交流与学*。同时，要向学生学*，在教师与学生的互动中”教学相长“。
新课程的改革对我们每位教师来说既是机遇，又是挑战，相信每位教师都和我一样，在新课程面前都是满怀自信，壮志凌云。暑期培训的结束，只是一个新的起点。在新的起跑线上，我将坚持以学生为主体、坚持”以学生的终身发展为目标“的教学理念，”立足过程，促进发展“的评价准则，认真贯彻落实新课标精神，用智慧和激情打造精品教育，用灵感和创新塑造英语人生。
又送走了一届学生，不管成绩好坏，作为一个新老师，在工作中存在着诸多的不足。在今后的教育教学工作中，我将更严格要求自己，努力工作，发扬优点，改正缺点，开拓前进，为美好的明天贡献自己的力量。
认真学*新的教育理论，广泛涉猎各种知识，形成比较完整的知识结构，严格要求学生，尊重学生，发扬教学民主，使学生学有所得，不断提高，从而不断提高自己的教学水*和思想觉悟，为了下一学年的教育工作做的更好，下面是本人的本学期的教学经验及教训。
一、政治思想方面：
认真学*新的教育理论，及时更新教育理念。积极参加校本培训，并做了大量的政治笔记与理论笔记。新的教育形式不允许我们在课堂上重复讲书，我们必须具有先进的教育观念，才能适应教育的发展。所以我不但注重集体的政治理论学*，还注意从书本中汲取营养，认真学*仔细体会新形势下怎样做一名好教师。
二、教育教学方面：
要提高教学质量，关键是上好课。为了上好课，我做了下面的工作：
1、课前准备：备好课。
2、认真钻研教材，对教材的基本思想、基本概念，每句话、每个字都弄清楚，了解教材的结构，重点与难点，掌握知识的逻辑，能运用自如，知道应补充哪些资料，怎样才能教好。
3、了解学生原有的知识技能的质量，他们的兴趣、需要、方法、*惯，学*新知识可能会有哪些困难，采取相应的预防措施。
4、考虑教法，解决如何把已掌握的教材传授给学生，包括如何组织教材、如何安排每节课的'活动。
5、课堂上的情况。
组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，注意信息反馈，调动学生的有意注意，使其保持相对稳定性，同时，激发学生的情感，使他们产生愉悦的心境，创造良好的课堂气氛，课堂语言简洁明了，克服了以前重复的毛病，课堂提问面向全体学生，注意引发学生学数学的兴趣，课堂上讲练结合，布置好家庭作业，作业少而精，减轻学生的负担。
6、要提高教学质量，还要做好课后辅导工作。
小学生爱动、好玩，缺乏自控能力，常在学*上不能按时完成作业，有的学生抄袭作业，针对这种问题，就要抓好学生的思想教育，并使这一工作惯彻到对学生的学*指导中去，还要做好对学生学*的辅导和帮助工作，尤其在后进生的转化上，对后进生努力做到从友善开始，比如，握握他的手，摸摸他的头，或帮助整理衣服。从赞美着手，所有的人都渴望得到别人的理解和尊重，所以，和差生交谈时，对他的处境、想法表示深刻的理解和尊重，还有在批评学生之前，先谈谈自己工作的不足。
7、积极参与听课、评课，虚心向同行学*教学方法，博采众长，提高教学水*。
8、热爱学生，*等的对待每一个学生，让他们都感受到老师的关心，良好的师生关系。
本学期，我担任初一年3、4两班的英语教学。初一年级正是打基础的阶段，培养学生良好的听、说、读、写的本事对今后初中英语学*很重要。所以，我觉得自我肩上的任务重大，教学上不敢有一丝的懈怠，认真学*，勤勤恳恳，兢兢业业，深入研究教法，虚心向同行学*。从各方面严格要求自我，积极向老教师请教，使教学计划及实施能够有条理、有组织、有步骤地开展，并努力提高教学的有效性。
为适应新时期教学工作的要求，结合本校的实际条件和初一学生学*英语的实际情景，我在教学中的主要环节体此刻以下几方面：
一、书写
英文书写的端正与规范，是开学阶段必须要抓好的。从新生入学第一次在英语四线格上落笔写英文字母，就向学生们提出要求：任何一位学生都必须书写端正，否则将会受到惩罚。吓唬之余，在最初阶段还不妨特意抓几位敢“顶风作案”的学生，以惩一儆百;同时对书写端正的任何一个学生都给予鼓励。之后我惊奇的发现，那些中文汉字写的歪歪扭扭的学生，英文却完全能够写的十分端正，感觉很有成就感。
在后期进行英文写作评分时，依然贯彻字迹端正者得高分，否则从重扣分的原则。经过一段时间的狠抓整治，同学们构成一个端正书写的良好氛围。
二、朗读
英语作为一门语言，让学生在基础学*阶段养成大声朗读，敢于开口是十分必要的。在日常教学中，我最害怕不开口的学生。我认为只要他们开口读、说英语了，那么他们这一生学*英语都将不会存在任何的障碍了。所以在开学最初的几个星期阶段，我异常提醒学生们，必须要开口出声且大声的朗读英语，并要求学生能基本正确地运用语调、单词重音朗读句子，运用正确的语音、语调、停顿、句子重音朗读句子、对话或短文。针对个别性格内向、羞于开口的学生，则要将其列为重点关注对象，致力于先张口，再出声，最终大声朗读。
一天之计在于晨，这句名言对于英语学*者来说，更是如此。早读课上，我想尽办法让学生们去读，以不一样的形式，朗读不一样的资料，充分挖掘学生们读的潜能，让学生们都能开口说英语。
三、单词教学
很多时候我们不得不承认，学生的英语考试成绩是和学生的单词量完全成正比的。仁爱版这套教材的单词量很大是众所周知的。为了让学生从识记单词拼写这个繁重的负担中解脱出来，我想我们应当在第一时间向全班学生讲述正确的识记单词拼写的方法，同时帮忙其摒弃他们在小学阶段可能已构成的死记硬背的方法。在教学过程中，我坚决要求学生依据单词发音来识记单词的拼写。所以在单词教学方面，我一般遵循三步走的顺序。
1、跟读。让学生先学会读单词，做到看到单词，读音能够脱口而出。
2、记住汉语意思。能够由教师报中文解释，学生读出英文单词;在课堂句型操练中，进一步巩固单词的读音和中文意思的联合掌握和运用。
3、最终才要求学生开始识记单词的拼写。正确拼读单词，目的就是要培养学生从单词的拼法确定其读音，从单词的读音雇其拼法的本事，做到“见形知其音，见音知其形”。
事实上，此时由于学生对很多单词的过目率十分的高，他们可能已经在不知不觉中掌握了本单元里为数不少的新单词的拼写了。
此外，在教材的前几个单元部分，我想最好能坚持每一天渗透“直拼法”拼写规则，逐步引导学生养成利用单词读音来识记单词拼写的*惯。
在开学阶段，对单词识记的听写检查方面，我们最好是能因生而异，区别对待。我们既要让所有学生认识到单词拼写识记的重要性以及单词拼写可是关的严重后果，同时我们也要避免一小部分学生可能因为单词听写可是关，而产生对英语的畏学、厌学心理。
四、音标
不一样的英语教师对音标的出现时机看法不一样。我想只要适合班级学生特点和自我教学风格的，都是可行的。尽管如此，我个人认为在七年级下学期或八年级上学期再逐步渗透音标教学，可能更为合理。因为经过七年级上学期的英语学*之后，每个学生各自都会自觉不自觉的构成一套适合自我的英语学*方法与方式，随后我们增加音标的教学，以促进他们进一步自学英语的效果，能够说是水到渠成，一气呵成了。
并且一个班级中，肯定有部分学生的英语基础薄弱，他们对字母掌握都是似懂非懂，如果我们在七年级开学阶段立刻引入音标，我想无疑大大的加重了这一部分学生对英语学*的负担，这同样可能导致他们产生畏难心理，甚至放弃英语学*。
此外，音标教学的目的无非是为了让学生能够利用音标自学单词，所以我比较同意利用渗透教学，在一段时期内逐渐地让学生认识大部分的音标，逐步的掌握利用音标拼读大部分单词;而不要急着在两、三节课里专门进行音标教学。相信学生在之后的英语学*中，会越来越熟练的运用音标自学单词的。
五、课堂活动模式
英语课堂上的同桌对话模式，我想应当一向被提倡。所以，在教学过程编排上，也尽量多的编排对话操练，以争取让学生有尽量多的机会展示，尤其是每个话题的SectionA，包括SectionB的前半部分句型，更是有必要以两人或四人一组等模式充分操练。而此时，教材后面的听力材料则完全能够作为早读朗读资料，其中个别超纲单词，不妨也加以解释，以作为扩展学生单词量的一个辅助手段。
六、课件制作
如今利用网络资源共享，我们能够获得丰富的教案设计、课件素材、课本录音、教材图片甚至完整的flash或video等教学资料。即使如此，我认为依然不应当全部照搬挪用，而应当利用所获得的教学资源进行二次整理与加工，使之更适合自我的.教学风格与班级学生学*特点。
七、后进生控制与转化
众所周知，英语学*的两极分化现象，是令我们英语教师最头痛的。我们甚至能够发现，即使在小学毕业生中，就已经存在必须程度上的两极分化了。为此，在开学阶段，根据初步的观察、调查与测试，尽快掌握班级中英语学*后进生的情景，并且在教学过程中给予更多的关注与关心，持续地给予他们精神上的鼓励，积极帮忙他们重树学好英语的信心，在课堂设计上更多的向后进生倾斜，并努力取得学生家长的配合。总之，采取一切措施控制并缩小班级内英语学*后进生的数量，并非完全不可能的事情。
八、课外活动的开展
为增强学生学*英语的兴趣，开展丰富多彩的课外活动或竞赛也是十分有必要的。例如我在自我的教学班中开展了书写、朗读、表演对话、人物画配短文描述等比赛，既让获胜者班级起到了很好的示范作用，也吸引更多的学生参与并乐在其中。另外，针对学校开展的英语演讲比赛及圣诞贺卡制作比赛也鼓励其积极参加并予以辅导，都获得了比较好的成绩。
综上所述，经过一个学期的努力，一部分同学成绩有所提高，在本学期期末考试中我所任教两个班级也取得了较好的成绩。所以，七年级起始阶段，只要我们教师用心地教，只要我们学生用心地学，相信我们就能圆满的完成教学工作，为学生之后的更高层次的英语学*奠定扎实的基础。
本学期，我担任高二年级文科班的英语教学工作。在工作中，本人遵守学校各项制度，按时出勤、上课、组织学生晨读，积极参加市里及学校组织的各种教学活动，严格要求自己，虚心向老教师请教，结合本校的实际条件和学生的实际情况，认真备课、听课、及时反思，使教学工作得以有计划，有组织，有步骤地开展。
立足现在，放眼未来，为使今后的工作取得更大的进步，现对本学期的教学工作总结如下：
一、分析情况
我分析了文科班学生实际情况：普遍英语底子差，基础薄，学*惰性大。所以针对这个实际情况，决定采取坚持“夯实基础，狠抓双基，改进学法，激发兴趣，提高能力”的指导思想。以此激发学生的学*兴趣，不断提高学*成绩。
二、认真备课
上好一堂课难，但是要备好一堂课更难。在备课之前，对教材内容做到心中有数，并参考相关资料，认真钻研教材，确定重难点;同时，备课不仅要备教材，而且还要备教法;除此之外，更要备学生，根据学生的实际情况(即学情)采用适合易于他们接受的教学手段，不断培养学生的学*英语的兴趣。
认真写好教案，对每一节课都做到“有备而来”，课后及时对授课做出反思，总结其中不足。并按照单元将语法知识整理成语法学案，分发给学生，以便学生课后记忆，做到有‘章’可循。多鼓励，少批评。为了使学生更爱开口，在练*中，要重视运用鼓励性语言，不断强化学生参加交际的`信心。
三、授课之后，做到精讲精练
针对单词，搜集一些针对性的单词题，课前利用时间做一个单词测试，直接把单词放在具体的语境中去理解。鉴于学生的基础薄弱，或是没有理解语境，无法补充所缺信息;或是知道是哪个词，不是拼写有误，就是该词的词形不对。所以单词还有待于加强巩固练*。
在每单元结束时，会针对该单元教学重点难点，精简一些*题供学生练*巩固所学知识。*题或是从调研题选择，抑或是从其它套题或网络上选择具有针对性的*题供学生练*。
四、认真批改作业
每个学生对课堂上的知识掌握程度，都会在作业中得以直接体现出来。对于难度较大的题目，学生出现错误较多的作业，课上利用时间统一详细讲评每个错误;对于学生不该出现的问题，指导学生及时纠正。每周进行两次听写测试，对所学新单词、好句子进行听写，认真及时地批改听写。
经过一个学期的努力，期末考就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高，如何共同提高文科班的英语成绩。
以上就是我在本学期的教学工作总结。由于经验颇浅，许多地方存在不足，希望在未来的日子里，能在各位领导老师，前辈的指导下，多学*，勤反思，以促进教学工作更上一层楼。
本学期我从事高三理科7、8班的数学教学工作，在党的教育思想及学校的教学理念指导下，认真工作、积极探索、收获甚多。现将本学期的教学工作总结如下：
一、踏实工作，落实好教学常规
每天上课前我都坚持认真备课、备学生，作为高三的第一学期，也是打基础最关键的一学期，积极参加集体听课活动，特别是教体局组织的青年教师说课大赛，还额外听了张旭东老师的政治课，从不同的学科入手打开了自己的思维，开拓了视野，虚心向有经验的老师学*，认真钻研教材，分析*几年的高考试卷。
二、抓好学生练*，优化课堂教学
因为所带班级学生基础比较薄弱，所以每节课我都注意学生基础知识的训练，注重学生动手能力及学数学的兴趣培养。
首先，练*题要精选，题量要适度，注意题目的典型性和层次性，以适应不同层次的学生，要求学生对自己不会做的练*、做错的练*，在讲解中要用红笔记录解题过程，做好学生的错题统计对于错的较多的题目，找出错的原因。
其次，练*的讲评是高三数学教学的一个重要的环节，为了最大限度地发挥课堂教学的效益，课堂的讲评要科学化，注重教学的效果，不该讲的就不讲，该点拨的点到为止，该讲的内容一定要讲透。对于典型问题，要给学生足够的时间去自己做，充分暴露学生的思维过程，加强教学的针对性。多做限时练*，有效提高了学生的应试能力。
三、加强应试指导，培养非智力因素
充分利用每一次练*，测试的机会，培养学生的应试技巧，提高学生的.得分能力，如对选择题、填空题，要注意寻求合理、简洁的解题途经，要力争“保准求快”，对解答题要规范做答，努力做到“会而对，对而全”，减少无谓失分，指导学生经常总结临场时的审题答题顺序、技巧，答题的具体方法，逐步提高自己的应试能力，帮助学生树立信心，纠正不良的答题*惯，优化答题策略，强化一些注意事项。
四、努力方向
作为一名第二轮带高三的教师，高三复*备考经验还很不足，以后还应该多向有经验的老师学*，多向书本学*，结合自己教学实践有创新的教学，不断提高自己的教育教学水*。
我是一名高中的英语教师，现任高一年级九班英语老师。几年来，我只是尽了一名教师应尽的义务，但党和人民却给了我很高的回报。这些荣誉的取得，是和领导的帮助、同志们的支持分不开的，也是我多年忠诚于党的教育事业、争做新时期科研型与创造型教师、勤奋工作的结果。
育心—立本
素质教育理论启示一切教育工作者必须树立全新的学生观：在素质方面，没有一无所长的学生，只要教学得当，师生配合和谐，每位学生的身心发展水*、潜能都可以获得完善的实现。工欲善其事，必先利其器。在班主任工作中，我积极探索。
“以学生为主体，教师为主导，情感为纽带，师生互动，和谐共振，实现道德的共同进步”的育人方法，通过开展多种形式的文体活动、社团活动、仪式活动等，培养学生志向追求的自强能力，培养学生品格修炼的自锻能力，培养学生知识探究的自主能力，培养学生生活管理的自理能力。在个别教育中，我本着少惩罚、多肯定，少质问、多鼓励，少训斥、多交谈，少命令、多引发的谈话政策，进行入情、入理、入境、入心的教育。
以促进师生的情感交融，激励学生以饱满的热情投入到学*生活中去。在师生共同努力下，我班学生先后荣获“二中”艺术节话剧创作奖、独唱奖，长跑比赛第一名、篮球比赛第二名等好成绩，班级先后被评为“三好班级”。
我想，我所取得的点滴成绩，源自于信念的力量，源自于对党的教育事业的忠诚，也是领导、老师、亲人、朋友像一块砖石铺砌成一级又一级的台阶，让我接*太阳的光芒。我将更加努力*文、躬行、诚信、尽忠，以尽爱岗敬业之职分。我将用心写下忠诚，生命不息，奋斗不止。
爱心—育德
通过开学前连续一个月的家访，我了解到班上名学生中，竟有名来自单亲家庭，还有名学生的父母正在闹离婚。家庭的变故使这些学生或疏于管教，或心情忧郁，甚至有的自暴自弃，在学业、心理、品行等方面都较其他学生更易出现问题。有一次，一个*日少言寡语的学生来到学校，见到我就放声大哭，原来今天是她的生日，但她的继母送给她的“生日礼物”却是一记耳光。孩子的'眼泪和哭诉，让我心痛不已。
于是放学后，我为她补办了生日，买来了蛋糕、水果和生日蜡烛，让同学们为她唱起了生日歌。从此，那些特殊家庭的孩子们的生日就记在了我的心里。每逢他们的生日，我就请他们到家里包饺子、炒菜，为他们庆祝。就在许多与这类似的点滴小事中，孩子们渐渐对我产生了亲*与依赖之情，有了心里话也向我诉说，因为喜欢我开始喜欢上学*，我的教育，他们也比较信服、听从。为了做好单亲学生的教育工作，我还把工作做到了学生的家里，甚至家长的单位里。
有一个学生的父母三进法院要离婚，我多次家访做他们的工作，最后终于让他们握手言和。这个学生的父亲说，“您是我儿子的班主任，也是我的老师，是您使我明白了如何做一个有责任感的丈夫和父亲。”另一个学生的父母离异后，还经常为孩子教育问题吵闹，在孩子的建议下，他们找到我，经过深入细致的工作，使他们第一次*心静气地坐在一起交流教育儿子的方法。
匠心—教改
为推进英语新教程的实施，几年来，我始终认真学*党的教育方针和教育理论，积极投身教学改革，更新教育观念，在英语教学中不断尝试运用“精讲精练”教学策略，形成激趣~导学式教学，解决英语教育教学中的难点：即用精练的语言，准确地揭示教学内容的本质特征和知识间的内在联系，教给学生认识规律和解决问题的方法，以便在课内留出足够的时间，让学生进行语言实践活动和完成老师布臵的适量的作业。
正确处理语言和言语的辨证关系，让学生即通过言语学语言，又利用语言学言语，如此相互推进，直到自觉地、完善地掌握外语；揭示措施与效果之间的通道，从被教对象的角度，使教案设计得最巧妙，语言最精炼，寻求点→线→面教学效果的有效途径；畅通信息交流网络，优化外语教学中师生之间的双边活动，使它们互相影响，彼此依存，从不同的侧面共同作用于教学过程。
精选少而精的例题、*题，指导学生通过多种途径进行主动性训练活动，深入理解知识，掌握技能技巧，发展智力，提高能力。辛勤的汗水培育出了较为丰硕的果实。综观*三年来的实践，我所指导的学生在全国英语能力竞赛中取得了一定的成绩。
同时，我与英语教研组全体教师共同努力，落实教学常规，坚持做到细备课、常听课、常评课，抓好教学研究，提高课堂教学质量，连续几年我校在全县英语中考成绩都名列前茅，被授予“市三星级英语教研组”的光荣称号。
本学期，本人担任高三的英语教学工作，能够爱岗敬业，勤勤恳恳地工作。一个学期来，主要做了以下的工作：
一、抓好学生的学***，提高学生的学*质量
1、以教书育人为本，对学生进行品德的学*教育，特别是个别后进生，关心他们的思想和学*情况，鼓励他们的学*。
2、贯彻学校班风、学风评比的要求，全面促进学生的学态发展。重视学生的思想工作、学*风气的培养、学*方法的指导以及学**惯的养成。
二、按照教学常规开展教学工作备课
课前认真地备好每一节课，写好教案。既备教材，又备学生，针对学生分析、概括、表达能力差的特点，设计好教学方法。我在备课时就比较注意这种情况，每天都花费大量的时间在备课上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。另外，为使教学生动，不沉闷，我还自己准备了大量的教具，使其达到了间接的预*效果。
上课：每天都保持饱满的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛，认真做好组织教学，尽可能保证上课内容丰富，现实，教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，并且充分调动学生的学*积极性，设法令学生投入，不让其分心，让学生多动手，多动口、，多动脑，让课堂气氛活跃起来，充分调动学生的主观能动性，力图让学生学有所得，学有所乐。听课：听课也是提高自身教学能力的一个好方法，新老师只有多听课才能够逐渐积累经验。所以对每一次听课的机会我都十分珍惜。
听课的主要对象是我们组的优秀老师的课，同时也听其他老师的课。本学期，我听了十多节课，我的收获很大，逐步掌握了一些驾驭课堂的技巧。听完课之后，把教师们上课时讲到的记在听课记录上，然后对我自己的备课教案进行修改，将他们很多优点和长处应用到我的课堂教学当中去，取得了较好的效果。因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学*中，会出现优差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学*风气。为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标，对同学进行有计划的辅导。在8班和10班，我把同学分为三个组。
第一组是有能力提高，但*时懒动脑筋不学的同学，对这些同学，我采取集体辅导，给他们分配固定任务，不让他们有偷懒的机会，让他们发挥应有水*；第二组是肯学，但由于能力不强的同学。对这部分同学我采取适当引导，耐心教导，慢慢提高他们的成绩方法，当然不能操之过急，并且多鼓励，只要他们肯努力，成绩有望提高；第三组是纪律松散，学*不认真，基础又不好的同学。对这部分人我进行课余时间个别辅导。
因为这部分同学需要一个安静而又不受干扰的环境，才会静下心来学*。我想只要坚持辅导，这些同学基础重新建立起来，以后授课的效果就会更好。作业和辅导：作业的布置适量，有针对性，重点放在连词造句、阅读理解等；批改作业时多用赞美式、鼓励性的语言予以评价。对学生的辅导方面，做到有耐心，有方法，因材施教，个别无心向学的学生，经过一个学期的耐心教育，学*兴趣明显提高，成绩也有较大的进步。
考试：本学期根据学校的要求进行了多次阶段性的考试，考试的成绩基本高于同级同科的水*。每次的考试，都能做到考试前进行有系统的复*，考试后进行学科总结，及时查漏补缺，从中改正教学方法，也让学生调整学*方法，争取更大的进步。
三、其他方面
1、把握教学进度，合理安排时间，与各科任老师互相配合，***学法进度，顺利完成了本期的教学任务。积极配合学校及年段的工作，与各科教师多联系，沟通，互相促进学生英语等各科的学*。
2、为加强自身的业务水*，本人积极对各种教育理论进行学*，给自己充电，以便在工作中以坚实的理论作为指导，更好地进行教育教学；努力提高英语专业水*，以适应当前教育的形式，为更好地进行素质教育夯实基础，为撰写出较有质量的教育教学论**好准备。此外，我还利用业余时间认真学*电脑知识，上网查找资料，为教学服务等等。
本学期我继续担任高三3、4两个理科班的英语科教学，根据学期初制定的教学计划，现已基本完成教学任务。这一学期来，本人更积极地去了解学生，去摸清学生的学*基础，以便以更好的“因材施教”。在教学中认真备课、上课、听课、评课，及时批改作业、讲评作业，做好课后辅导工作，广泛涉猎各种知识，形成比较完整的知识结构，严格要求学生，尊重学生，发扬教学民主，使学生学有所得，从而不断提高自己的教学水*和思想觉悟，并顺利完成教育教学任务。
下面是本人对一学期教学工作的一个总结。
理科班男生多，而多数男生讨厌背单词，因此他们最大的.难关就是单词关，词汇量少，严重影响了他们对英语的学*兴趣。针对这一点，我在日常的教学中特别重视学生对词汇的学*与积累，要求单词每课过关，并且每课都进行单词听写，要求人人过关，不断督促学生多背单词、短语及一些好的句子。不过，每个班总是有5、6个学生就是不肯去背单词。
由于是新教材，对每课的教材处理，在备课组内都会先进行认真的讨论，并结合新课标的要求，进行取舍，真正做到了用教材教学，而不是单纯地教教材。每一堂课，我都是结合我们学生的实际情况，精心地备课并认真写好教案。课后能及时进行反思小结，不断提高自己的业务水*。
本学期我们选用英语周报作为教辅材料，充分发挥了它的作用。每周进行俩次听力训练，选用部分随堂练*作为课堂巩固练*。周报上的完形填空和语法填空，要求大家认真去完成并及时讲评。阅读理解和写作部分作为选做内容，一小部分基础差的学生，我只要求他们选做容易的题。另外，每班有15人，鼓励她们每周写一篇作文，我都采取当面批改，经过一段时间的训练，这部分学生的书面表达能力有了很大的提高。我认为本学期我在分层次布置作业方面，取得了不错的成效。
课后我积极参与听课、评课，虚心向同行学*教学方法，博采众长，提高教学水*。
一学期来，所任教班级学生的英语学*兴趣及能力有所提高，在学校组织的历次考试中，成绩进步明显。

通过开学前连续一个月的家访，我了解到班上名学生中，竟有名来
自单亲家庭，还有名学生的父母正在闹离婚。家庭的变故使这些学生或疏于管教，或心情忧郁，甚至有的自暴自弃，在学业、心理、品行等方面都较其他学生更易出现问题。 有一次，一个*日少言寡语的学生来到学校，见到我就放声大哭，原来今天是她的生日，但她的继母送给她的“生日礼物”却是一记耳光。孩子的眼泪和哭诉，让我心痛不已。
于是放学后，我为她补办了生日，买来了蛋糕、水果和生日蜡烛，让同学们为她唱起了生日歌。从此，那些特殊家庭的孩子们的生日就记在了我的心里。每逢他们的生日，我就请他们到家里包饺子、炒菜，为他们庆祝。就在许多与这类似的点滴小事中，孩子们渐渐对我产生了亲*与依赖之
情，有了心里话也向我诉说，因为喜欢我开始喜欢上学*，我的教育，他们也比较信服、听从。 为了做好单亲学生的教育工作，我还把工作做到了学生的家里，甚至家长的单位里。

为推进英语新教程的实施，几年来，我始终认真学*党的教育方针
和教育理论，积极投身教学改革，更新教育观念，在英语教学中不断尝试运用“精讲精练”教学策略，形成激趣~导学式教学，解决英语教育教学中的难点： 即用精练的语言，准确地揭示教学内容的本质特征和知识间的内在联系，教给学生认识规律和解决问题的方法，以便在课内留出足够的时间，让学生进行语言实践活动和完成老师布�Z的适量的作业。
正确处理语言和言语的辨证关系，让学生即通过言语学语言，又利用语言学言语，如此相互推进，直到自觉地、完善地掌握外语；揭示措施与效果之间的通道，从被教对象的角度，使教案设计得最巧妙，语言最精炼，寻求点→线→面教学效果的有效途径；畅通信息交流网络，优化外语教学中师生之间的双边活动，使它们互相影响，彼此依存，从不同的侧面共同作用于教学过程。
精选少而精的例题、*题，指导学生通过多种途径进行主动性训练活动，深入理解知识，掌握技能技巧，发展智力，提高能力。辛勤的汗水培育出了较为丰硕的果实。综观*三年来的实践，我所指导的学生在全国英语能力竞赛中取得了一定的成绩。
同时，我与英语教研组全体教师共同努力，落实教学常规，坚持做到细备课、常听课、常评课，抓好教学研究，提高课堂教学质量，连续几年我校在全县英语中考成绩都名列前茅，被授予“市三星级英语教研组”的光荣称号。
这学期本人担任高二(7)、(8)两个班的英语教学工作。本学期初我便针对我班学生普遍英语底子差基础薄的实际，制定了一份教学计划。本学期我也在全力实施这份教学计划。在学期尾声，我就对照这份教学计划来总结下本学期的教学成果：
一、既注重面向全体学生，又注重突出学生主体，尊重个体差异，注重激发全体学生学*英语的兴趣。
我们班英语成绩不仅仅仅整体来说比较薄弱，而且还有几个偏科个性严重的学生。针对这几个学生，上课我会有意识地多让他们起来回答问题，尤其是一些较简单的问题，以此来增强他们的自信心;我会强抓他们基础，从高一的单词开始让他们背，并且让他们多背句子;从基础语法开始给他们复*语法，并且每堂课抽几分钟让学生练练翻译句子，让他们把词汇和语法都能运用起来，起到巩固效果。
透过这个学期的基础训练，本来连完整句子都不会写的后进生写作文潜力有了明显的提高，而原本作文水*还不错的学生也提高了写作的兴趣，课间经常会拿自己写的小文章给我批改。另外，针对优等生，我也有相应的提高策略，让学生每一天保证务必的阅读量，写读后感，每一天课前让一个同学上来展示。这样不仅仅仅能锻炼他们的阅读潜力，还能锻炼他们的写作潜力，口语表达潜力!
二、用心参加群众备课活动，力争发挥群众的'聪明才智，做到取长补短，共同提高。
本学期，在陈老师的带领下，我们高二组进行了几次群众备课，共同探讨教学过程中的疑难问题，并且共同商讨确定的教学设计方案。群众备课不仅仅仅使群众的智慧得到了发挥，而我们个人也得到了提高。这对我一个新老师是有很用心的促进作用的!
三、认真专研教学方法，努力提高上课效率，培养学生各项英语潜力。
作为新教师，本学期参加了几次教研活动，每次活动都用心参与、认真反思。每次都能得到很大的启示和帮忙，然后我会相应地调整自己的教学方法。会一向在如何提高学生上课效率培养学生英语潜力上做思考、做尝试、做努力!努力跟我的学生们一齐进步!
本学年，我依然担任高一年级一、二班的英语教学工作。在工作中，本人遵守学校各项制度，按时出勤、上课、组织学生晨读，积极参加市里及学校组织的各种教学活动，严格要求自己，虚心向老教师请教，结合本校的实际条件和学生的实际情况，认真备课、听课、及时反思，使教学工作得以有计划，有组织，有步骤地开展。
立足现在，放眼未来，为使今后的工作取得更大的进步，现对本学年教学工作总结如下：
首先，我分析了我校学生实际情况。高一学生普遍英语底子差，基础薄，所以针对这个实际情况，决定采取坚持“夯实基础，狠抓双基，改进学法，激发兴趣，提高能力”的指导思想。以此提高学生的学*兴趣，不断提高学*成绩。
再次，我做到认真备课。作为一名新教师，我的体会是：上好一堂课很难，但是要备好一堂课更难。在备课之前，必须对所有内容进行熟悉，参考大量相关资料，认真钻研教材，确定重难点，同时，备课不仅要备教材，而且还要备教法，备教学手段；除此之外，更要备学生，根据学生的实际情况（即学情）采用适合易于他们接受的教学手段，不断培养学生的学*英语的兴趣。认真写好教案，对每一节课都做到“有备而来”，课后及时对授课做出反思，总结其中不足。并按照单元内容整理重点短语，归纳分发给学生，以便记忆。多鼓励，少批评。为了使学生更爱开口，在练*中，要重视运用鼓励性语言，不断强化学生参加交际的信心
授课之后，做到精讲精练。在每单元结束时，会针对该单元教学重点难点，精简一些*题供学生练*巩固所学知识。*题或是从调研题选择，抑或是从其它套题或网络上选择具有针对性的*题，复印后供学生演练。
认真批改作业。坚持布置适量的作业，使学生所学知识得到巩固和提高。布置作业时，坚持做到有针对性，有层次性，形式多样化。。每个学生对课堂上的知识掌握程度，都会在作业中得以直接体现出来。对于难度较大的题目，学生出现错误较多的作业，课上利用时间统一详细讲评每个错误；对于学生不该出现的问题，指导学生及时纠正。每隔两天布置听写任务，对所学新单词、新短语、好句子进行听写。认真及时地批改听写。并针对学生的听写情况，认真透彻地进行讲评，根据其情况不断改进教法。从而做到因材施教，教学相长。
单词一直是学生的难点、薄弱点，直接影响学生综合能力的提高，在教学中重视词汇教学，狠抓单词的记忆与巩固、以及对词汇的意义与用法的掌握。使学生掌握科学的单词记忆方法和养成勤查词典的*惯。并且搜集了大量的单词拼写的*题供学生练*，直接把单词放到具体的语境中去。鉴于学生的基础薄弱，或是没有理解语境，无法补充所缺信息；或是知道是哪个词，不是拼写有误，就是该词的词形不对。所以单词还有待于加强巩固练*。
以上就是本人这学期的工作总结，希望能发扬优点，克服其中的不足之处，总结经验教训，以便在下个学年提高自我，共同提高所教年级的英语水*。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会一如既往，多学*，勤反思，多向前辈学*，以促进教学工作更上一层楼。
进入高三，学生的压力增大，老师的.担子也更重。作为我省实行高中新课程后的高三，认真研究课标、高考，指导学生备战高考，是高三年级教师的主要任务。
本学期来，本人认真研究学生，关注学生，研究课标，梳理知识结构，有计划地落实复*任务，顺利地完成了教育教学任务。现将本学期教学工作总结如下：
一、掌握学生情况
这学期我担任的是高三一个文科班和一个理科班的英语教学工作。文科班的英语基础很差，为此，我主要是要求他们过关基本的词汇，多读课文中的实用句子，同时，坚持进行听力；理科班学生基础层次不齐，但他们有学好英语的上进心，我把握好他们的这一心理，抓好教学的基本环节，他们的成绩略有进步并逐步提升。
二、研究课标、高考，认真制定教学计划
1、认真学*课标及课程教学指导意见，课程标准是落实教学目标、培养学生能力及高考命卷的依据。
2、认真研究高考。高考命卷的原则是“稳中求新”，因此有必要认真研究年的考纲和考试说明，了解年的高考要求。同时还认真分析了*几年高考英语试卷，尤其是课改省份高考试卷，把握高考英语命题方向，特别是高考新题型，做到心中有数。注意收集高考信息，使高三英语复*不偏离方向，把有限的时间用在刀刃上。
3、精选试题，以高考经典题为重心，尽量避免“题海战”。
4、备课组认真制定教学复*计划，***学进度、教学要求，资源共享，切实提高复*效率。
三、有的放矢开展复*工作
依据学情，我们的学生迫切需要的是进行基础知识的复*、巩固和加深对基础知识的理解和掌握，提升期解决问题的能力，因此本学期的教学重点是“依纲靠本”，注重课本知识复*。认真抓好如下工作：
1、对语法进行系统复*，为学生分析句子打下基础。
新课结束后，对高中阶段的语法进行了系统复*，在复*中，制作了相应课件，精选了练*，为学生在阅读中分析句子结构、写作中写正确句子打下了基础。
2、大量练*促进学生对基础知识的巩固和能力的提高。
课本复*是学生能力提高的关键。在复*完语法知识后即对课本知识点认真归纳和总结，通过练*的形式进行学*反馈。主要是以陕西人民出版社的《创新设计》为主，在对词汇和句型进行复*后，再培训学生的阅读能力。
3、坚持不懈抓好听力训练
本期我校征订了一套《高考英语听力训练》，坚持每周三和周五通过早读放给学生听，同时，要求学生记下训练时间和得分并标出做错题的题号，这样，可以促使学生记下自己的训练档案，看到自己的进步。
4、强化词汇记忆和运用。
每天为学生准备有单词训练的课件，每两天对所复*的单元进行单词听写，抓好词汇的巩固和记忆，加强基本词汇练*。
5、认真批阅学生英语作文，推荐学生优秀作品。
本学期对学生的英语作文尽量进行面批，每次周考后，不但给出参考范文，同时也选出学生中的优秀作文，进行赏识和评点，这种作法在一定程度上鼓舞了学生的英语学*积极性，学生在考试中不写作文的现象减少了。
四、加强学*，提升自身素质
积极听课、评课，虚心向同行学*；与教研组的老师讨论教育教学方法，博采众长，提高教学水*。浏览相关网站，搜集相关资料，不断扩宽知识面，为教学内容注入新鲜血液。
在今后工作中，我会更加努力地完善自我的教学工作，不断进步与成长。

Be Safe
1. Get out fast! When you hear the loud beep of the smoke alarm, get out of the house. Never hide or take time to grab your belongings or pets.
2. Follow your escape plan. After all, you've been practicing!
3. Feel a door before you open it. If it is hot, there may be fire on the other side. Try to get out another way.
4. Stay low to the floor. Since smoke rises, the safest air for breathing is down low.
5. Call 9-1-1 or the fire department. Be sure to do this after you get out of the house. Remember: Only call 9-1-1 if there is a real emergency.
6. Stay out! Once you're out, stay out. Don't go back for anything!
And remember...
Stop, Drop, and Roll. If your clothing catches fire, remember to stop where you are and drop to the ground. Cover your face and mouth with your hands, and roll over and over until the flames are out.

You can fasten ropes or sheets to some firm things and slide down the ropes or sheets. Don’t be unwilling to leave your money behind. You should run away from the fire as quickly as you can. After all, life is more important than money. Once you get out of the fire, don’t return to it again.

If we are in a fire, first of all, we should keep silent. We can't be so nervous that we will do something terrible. We may take a deep breathe and then find the way to save ourselves carefully. We can't jump out of the windows unless there is not another way to get out because it's too dangerous. We need a piece of wet paper to cover our nose and mouth to help keep off the smoke.

I‘ll soon graduate from Zhongshan University， majoring in accounting. I think you may have interviewed quite a lot of students from our school， so you know this major prepares us for CGA and most courses are taught in English. My GPA is 3.6， it ranks number 9 in the 115 students in my grade. And I’ve passed 15 exams in CGA， I anticipate I will get the CGA qualification in 2009.
