高三这一年，对老师和学生来说都是一次磨砺，虽然辛苦，但收获颇丰。在此我谈谈对复*备考的一些想法和做法。阅读理解、完形填空、书面表达三个大题在高考试卷中分值比重大，也是多数学生的薄弱环节。因此，我把它们列为高三教学的重点和难点。
一、注重技巧，突破完形填空
针对完形填空题的特点，我注重培养学生的解题技巧：
1、快读全文，整体理解全文大意。
在不看选项的情况下，快速阅读整篇文章，了解全文大意。考生要认真、重点理解句子意思，了解文章背景，理清文章内容的线索。在快速阅读过程中，不要急于动笔选择答案，要一口气读到底，遇到不懂的地方先跳过去，继续往下读，以求纵观上下文，获得对文章内容的整体理解，从而确定判断选择的基本思路，切忌看一句选一题。
2、细读短文，选择答案，上下文联系，通篇考虑。
3、在做题时，如遇到一题确实答不出，可先跳过去往下做，很可能下文中就有了上题的暗示或者信息。
4、对于有些题，不要去钻牛角尖，用常规思维去思考，不要把问题想得太复杂。
当然，要突破完形填空这个难关，我要求学生必须坚持强化训练，日积月累，认真对待，熟能生巧。
二、大量阅读，突破阅读理解
大量阅读，广泛接触各种题材、体裁的文章，是提高阅读能力的前提和基础，是保证阅读能力向质的飞跃的关键。没有足够的阅读量，就无法掌握阅读技巧，提高阅读水*。
首先，在阅读时要首先注意内容的广泛性。
其次，在阅读中，要慎重选材。选材适合学生程度，能激发学生的兴趣和阅读积极性。有些老师只考虑到扩大词汇量和迅速提高解题能力，一味偏重选生词多的文章和出难题，其结果往往挫伤了学生的积极性，这对提高能力极其不利。
另外，在大量阅读的基础上不断地总结经验教训，逐步地使同学们养成达标的阅读速度和具备娴熟的阅读技巧。
在实践中，我着力于培养学生五个方面的能力：
1、快速的浏览能力；
2、巧妙的猜词能力；
3、独立的.分析能力；
4、准确的捕捉主题句的能力；
5、合乎逻辑的判断能力。
学生掌握了这些阅读技巧，就如虎添翼，具备了较好的自学能力。即使毕业以后，在学*和工作中他们也将会受益无穷。
三、提高水*，突破书面表达
书面表达中的基础写作是*似于翻译的“写五句话”，要求学生从表达信息的角度组织文字，而且将信息嵌入英语特定的框架（即句型结构）中。它的完成有赖于坚实的语言基础知识和正确的语言表达*惯。有的学生不敢动手，有畏难情绪，表达不准确，辞不达意，文章条理不清，不*惯用英语思维。为了改变这种现象，我们在高三复*时注意了这么几个方面：
无论哪种文体的写作，都离不开基本的、常用的词、词组和句型。换句话说，有了基本的词、词组和句型，一般的交际内容就能表达了。英语教学大纲规定，学生到高三阶段时要求能掌握三千左右的常用词，掌握住这些常用词、词组和句型，基础写作就有了基本保证，也达到了大纲的要求。
简单句只要能正确地传递信息，达到交际目的，就是好句子。尽量使用简单句可以少出错误。

今年我担任了高一年级的两个班的英语教学，非常努力地在教学。在不断地摸索和尝试新的教学模式中，我体会到了快乐和成就感。我还不断地学*别人的成功的方法，为自己所用。在不懈地努力当中，我也体会到了辛苦，要把基础不好的学生和讨厌英语的学生抓上去，是一件多么不容易的事情，真的好累啊。可是我既然选择了老师这个辛苦的职业，就要把它干好。下面是我的点滴体会。
1、今年的学生早上特别不爱读书，早读声音很小，虽然反复强调大声读书的好处，仍然效果不好。原因有很多，除了原来就没养成大声诵读的.*惯外，就是不会读。学生的音标很差，没有几个人是完全掌握音标的。不会音标就不会读单词和课文，他们就靠写和看来学英语，那自然是一种低效率的学*方法。因此我认为必须把音标抓上去。让每个学生都可以独立自信的把新单词拼读出来。这是一个艰巨而漫长的任务，不是几节课就能解决的。这学期我在这方面下的功夫还不够。我准备下学期利用早读，一个学生一个学生过，争取让每个学生都能正确拼读单词。
2、学生的句子基础也很不好，容易忽视谓语动词的时态，人称和数的变化，容易写出没有任何限制的名词原型。不会灵活运用所学句型，容易出现汉味儿很重的句子。还容易缺少谓语动词。出现这些错误是很正常的，因为中国学生的英文环境很不够，加上学科众多，学*任务繁重，阅读英文的时间几乎没有。地道流畅的英文语感就很难培养起来。初中英语主要是死记硬背，学生并不理解句子中的细节。
所以我加大了句子的教授。*时我让学生多读课文，多背范文。并加强了句子的翻译和造句。尤其是重点单词，短语和句型，不仅多次进行翻译练*，还要学生自己想一个句子。我对学生的造句练*做的还很不够，总觉得浪费时间，其实学*就是一步一个脚印，就是要学会，如果光图快，学生就学不扎实，就容易丧失学*的积极性。
这就是我在教学中领悟的，主要是对下一步的提醒。希望下学期的我能够做的更细，做的更好。

教师在教学过程中或课外活动中所运用的教学手段应灵活多样，如让学生进行单词接龙，句子接龙，英语谚语、名言警句等接力赛，玩文字游戏，猜字谜、猜人物、戏剧表演、故事改编、讨论等表演式活动，又如课后或周末
等利用学校外教资源来开展英语角，英语辩论赛等课外活动，设置不同的表演环境，最大限度地激发学生的主动性的积极性，提高学生的英语思维和表达能力。除此之外，教师应运用多媒体将现代信息技术用于教学，如运用powerpoint制作图片，或下载flash动画等，使要讲的知识内容具体化，使枯燥的语言和语法形象化，让学生边享受边学*。教师应树立起教师、学生、多媒体之间的“新三角关系”，这样一来，教学成果才会事半功倍
第四，教师必须潜心钻研教材。
新课程对于教师来说，是一种新型产品。它的特性，功能需要教师在教与学中体会，去探索适合自己学生的切实可行的教学方法，一切得从“新”开始，也得从“心”开始。所以我们需要为每一个“40分钟”的教学作出数个“40分钟”的准备，要用心备课，钻研教材，才能实现教学目标。教师必须通过教学活动来实现对学生的教育，构建新课程教学观，以学生为主体去设计教学步骤和方法。教师要广泛猎取多方面的知识，选取重点对学生因材施教，能对学生的质疑做到有问必答，对答如流，得心应手。
总之，通过这次高中英语新课程培训的学*，我收获颇丰。每一位教师都需要不断地提高自己的综合语言运用能力，学*新的知识，与时俱进，建立终身学*的观念，发展专业能力和知识能力，以适应现代社会的发展对英语课程的要求。我将本着新课程的精神，踏实、努力地做好我的工作，树立新的学生观和教学观，转变角色，重视学生的发展，尊重学生的情感，鼓励学生的个性，以责任和爱心为学生的成长服务，使自己早日成为一名优秀的英语教师。新课程对我们广大教师提出了巨大挑战，因此我会要求自己在今后的教学中做到与学生共成长，不断追求新的自我。
我从事英语教学已经有许多年了工作，从教以来，多数情况下，所带班级为基础较好的班级，但是目前所带的是高二年级四班是目前高二年级最差的班，学生不但英语基础差，其它的学**惯也很差，学*的目的不明确，加之，中间频繁的更换英语老师，整个班级的英语学*在开学时处于动荡不定的状态。如何应对的英语教学呢？我陷入了沉思，经过自己这一年多的努力，学生学*英语的状况有了很大的改观。这一过程，有欣喜也有忧愁，喜的是自己跟着学生们一点点地在进步，在成长；忧的是在漫漫教学路上总会遇到这样那样的难题。过程虽辛苦，却也很充实，我总结一下这一年的英语教学心得，作为一名英语教师，我觉得这几方面很重要;
第一，创建和谐师生关系，增强教师的人格魅力。 和谐的师生关系是保证英语课堂高质量教学的前提。教育首先应是 温暖的、有人性味的，只有热爱学生、尊重学生，才能使师生心灵相通， 才能使学生“亲其师，而信其道。” 青少年的心理特点告诉我们，这个年龄段的学生“亲师性”较强。 如果他们对某个老师有好感，便会对这位老师的课感兴趣并分外重视， 并花功夫学这门课。反之，如果他们不喜欢某一位老师，产生逆反心理， 也就不愿学这位老师的课。记得第一节上课时，最差的程郑凯和康元龙同学就大声说话，见此状，我并未直接加以制止和批评，而是进行提问，由于在同学面前不会回答问题而丢了面子，接下来的听课就认真了许多，课后，我找孩子谈话，还让他们当英语小组长，他们从未想到我会信任他们，以后上英语课就不在捣乱而是认真听讲，他们和我建立了良好的师生关系。 英语一向是学生学*比较吃力的一门学科。作为英语教师，更需要 深入学生当中，和学生打成一片，了解学生的兴趣、爱好，喜怒哀乐等 情绪的变化，时时处处关心 学生、爱护学生、尊重学生，有的放矢地 帮助学生，从而建立起和谐的师生关系，增加教师的人格魅力，为学生 兴趣盎然地进行英语学*积极创造条件。
第二，转变教学思想，更新教学观念。
随着新一论课程改革的全面启动，构建具有时代特征、促进中学生全面发展的教学模式势在必行。在英语课程教学中，教师也必须适应这一形势，转变教学观念，更新教学思想。首先，教师应该在师生观上实现四个转变：由学生为教师服务，转变成教师为学生服务；由学生围着教师转，转变成教师围着学生转；由学生被当作充塞知识的容器转变成课堂活动的主人；由教师在台上表演（拉大提琴）转变成导演或指挥。总之，要由以教师为中心（Teacher Centre）转变成以学生为中心（Learner centre）。其次，教学观念要实现六个转变：由只研究“教”变为同时研究“学”；由“教决定学”转变为“学决定教”；由“只研究教法”变为“同时研究学法”；由“教法决定学法”变为“学法决定教法”；由“只研究教的过程”变为“同时研究学的过程”；由“教的过程决定学 的过程”变为“学的过程决定教的过程”。
第三，丰富教学形式，增强学生的学*兴趣。
教学有法，教无定法。英语课堂教学必须改变一味以书本、教师为 中心的传统形式，从实施素质教育的高度出发，通过多种教学形式，将学生学*能力的培养有机地 渗透到整个教学过程中去。为此，教师应努力探寻行之有效的教学方法和手段，营造丰富多彩的教学氛围，充分调动学生学*的积极性。如重视问答式、讨论式教 学，变单向传播过 程为师生共同探索求知的'双边活动过程；设置问题情境，使学生在发现问题和解决问题的过程中得到提高；重视引导、激发学生的学*动机和兴趣，并指导其学*的方法和途径，培养自学能力。同时利用网络、多媒体、PPT、微课视频等多种教学手段，从听、说、读、写不同的角度展开语言 知识和技能的训练，使学生 的各种感官始终处于兴奋的状态中。课堂教学要敢于打破旧模式，选择符合教学规律和适合具体教学情 境相对优化的教学形式，将所教知识化繁为简、化难为易，以获得最佳 的教学效果。
第四，使教学过程艺术化，提高课堂的教学效果。
教师要把英语教学作为创造性的，给人带来美感的艺术活动来看待，充分挖掘 教学内容和教学形式的艺术性。教师可以利用简笔画、英文歌曲、英语 绕口令和短剧表演等表现形式，增添教学活动的艺术性，使学生获得 足够的审美体验。教师还要注意对课堂教学的调控，使之多变、有高潮、过渡，交替 自然、难易适中，能调动多种感官活动等。另外，教学过程的艺术化还 体现在双方活动的艺术化，以期达到教学相长的和谐局面。
第五，加强高中阶段的外语阅读，提升学生的学*能力。
高中英语要求学生突出语篇、强调应用、注重实际，对听说读写能 力要求很高，特别是读写能力。为此，必须加强高中学生的课外阅读， 才能促进学生能力的提升。 为了获得真正的外语语感和了解所学语言国家的文化、*俗，阅读 内容首先应是原汁原味的外语材料。可以读些短文、诗歌、公文、信件， 分析报刊杂志上的英文原 文。学生通过大量接触外语原文材料，耳濡目染，向大脑输入大量的材料及相关信息，进行分析、理解，进而背诵、记忆，从而达到需要时有用信息的有效输出。在外语教学过程中，加大外语语言材料阅读量是提高学生学*能力的重要途径。
总之，高中阶段的英语教学要借助网络多媒体等现代教学辅助，旨以激发学生学*兴趣。教师必须用新的思想指导教学实践，不断探索，改革旧模式，使英语教学进入一片崭新的天地。
本学年，我在高二5-6年级2班担任英语老师。相互了解后，积极了解学生，摸清学生的学*基础，做到因材施教。在教学中，我认真备课，听课听课，及时批改作业和点评作业，做好课后辅导工作，广泛涉猎各种知识，形成相对完整的知识结构，严格要求学生，尊重学生，发扬教学民主，让学生学点东西，不断提高教学水*和思想觉悟，圆满完成教育教学任务。以下是我一学年的教学工作总结。
提高教学质量，关键是上好课。为了好好上课，我做了以下工作：课前准备，备课。
(1)认真学*教材，明确教材的基本思路、基本概念、每一句话、每一个细节，了解教材的结构、重点和难点，掌握知识的逻辑，能够自如运用，知道要教好要加什么材料。
了解学生原有知识技能的质量、兴趣、需求、方法和*惯，以及学*新知识可能遇到的困难，并采取相应的预防措施。
(3)考虑教学方法，要解决如何把自己掌握的教材传授给学生，包括如何组织教材，如何安排每节课的活动。
高中生的基础还是比较差的，所以我尽量在课堂上用最简单的语言教学，让学生在一定时间内掌握的最好。复*过程很枯燥，所以在课堂上激发学生学*英语的兴趣尤为重要。兴趣是最好的老师。有了兴趣，学生就会有求知欲，把学*当成乐趣，而不是负担。只有培养学生的学*兴趣，提高教学效果，才能避免未来学*中的两极分化。英语课既是吸收知识的主战场，也是技能内化的训练场所。然而，有限的时间并不能让学生把这些技能和知识据为己有并吸收。复*巩固所学知识，在一定时间内训练相应的技能，是提高学*效率不可或缺的一部分。我的.具体做法是把语言教学和实践联系起来，尽量结合课堂上的时事热点，给学生讲政治、历史、社会方面的新闻和幽默。课后，我们应该与学生交流，了解他们的需求和他们对课堂知识的掌握。课后，我们还安排学生做一些综合能力作业。比如一天两次阅读理解，一次完形填空。此外，我会在教学中精心设计相应的课后练*，让学生学以致用。如果我在课堂上学到的是一些基本的语言点，我会给学生一些相应的训练，让学生巩固在课堂上学到的东西，知道如何在实践中应用；如果课堂教学是阅读课，我会给学生一些关键词让他们复述课文。没有课后*题的复*巩固，学*效果会大打折扣，效率也不会提高。讲座生动有趣。我讲课的时候，尽量让讲课生动有趣。当我完成教学任务时，我经常穿插一些英语歌曲和电影剪辑，以激发学生的学*兴趣。
课后，我积极参加讲座，虚心向同龄人学*教学方法，向他人学*，提高教学水*。培养多种兴趣爱好，去图书馆广泛阅读，拓宽知识面，为教学注入新鲜血液
2.培训的主题应该多样化。包括日常生活、风俗*惯、人物传记、文教、社会、历史地理、科技、政治、经济等等。不能局限于某个题材。
3.体裁多样化。包括说明文、记叙文、议论文、应用文。
4.让他们知道阅读理解的主要问题。
5.掌握必要的阅读理解和解决问题的技巧。一般来说，5w和1h要注意叙事；注意描述的主要情节，注意解释或论证的主要句子。
另外，在阅读理解中，要善于抓住关键词，比如和和，除了，但是，从不等。进入21世纪，社会对教师素质提出了更高的要求。在以后的教育教学工作中，我会更加严格要求自己，努力工作，发扬自己的优点，改正自己的缺点，锐意进取，为更美好的明天贡献自己的力量。
为了总结*年来我省高中英语课改取得的教学经验，展示我省普通高中英语教学的成绩，以及为全省广大高中英语教师搭建一个互相学*和交流的*台，江西省教育厅于20xx年10月23日举办了江西省“赣教杯”高中英语教学展评活动。本次活动为期3天半，包括开幕式、高中英语优质课展评、优秀英语口语奖评选、高中英语优秀教学设计和优秀课件评选以及闭幕式五项。来自全省各地的300多名老师齐聚上饶市的上饶中学聆听了19节优质课，19名选手的说课，19个团队的备课展示以及30人次的口语比赛。每位教师都各具特色，每位选手都精心准备并尽心展示，使我受益匪浅。其中令我印象深刻的有以下几点：
一、教师的基本功扎实，准备充分。
本次优质课的展评形式与往届不同，一堂课分成三个部分：30分钟的优质课授课，5分钟的现场说课以及10分钟的优质课备课团队展示。这次大赛不但体现了个人的智慧，也体现了集体的力量。所有优质课授课选手都能用英语授课，与学生交流顺畅，课堂驾驭能力强，教态得体大方；每位教师都能够运用新课标中的教育理念来实施教学，充分尊重学生，以学生为主体；他（她）们都有着丰富的教学经验及扎实的教学基本功，在教学方法、活动设计、教具的制作以及知识的拓展等方面，都能从学生的兴趣出发，将学*内容与学生的实际生活相结合，从而达到学以致用的目的。同时，备课团队也准备充分，从备课团队的组建、选手的确定、教学内容的选定到以什么理论为教学依据、如何在备课过程中发现问题和解决问题、整个团队的奋斗过程，他（她）们都作了详尽的说明和阐述。有的'团队着装整齐，条理清晰，表达流利；有的团队以一问一答的方式简洁而生动地演绎，令人耳目一新；有的则是派一个代表将团队的合作过程详略得当的介绍出来。总之，他（她）们为我们下面的观众带来了一场美味的盛宴。
二、教师的综合素质高，教法新颖。
在这19节课中，每位教师都有自己独特的教学设计方案，其中包括新颖的导入方式、科学的教学任务和手段、不同的教学活动等。教学活动又包含全班活动，师生活动、小组活动和个人活动等。有些教师不仅有扎实的基本功，还具备音乐、表演、美术等各方面素养。在教学过程中编唱歌曲、自制海报、表演魔术等，充分活跃了课堂氛围。有位选手将儿歌套入所学的内容当中，使得学生在潜移默化中了解诗歌的特征，让同学们在唱的过程中巩固所学的内容。这积极得调动了学生的兴趣，整堂课气氛活跃，收到了良好的教学效果。有的选手自己表演一位手臂烫伤的伤员，让学生充当医生，设置身临其境的环境和语言，使学生在动手的过程中掌握急救知识和提高英语表达能力，做到理论和实际相结合。
三、教师的口语功底强，表达自如。
参加英语口语比赛的30名选手都有着较为规范的语音语调，得体的舞台风采以及能围绕话题的中心来表达自己的观点。其中第一名获得者沉着稳重的状态，流利自如的英语表达令在场的每一个人都听得全神贯注、拍手叫好；有些选手虽然没有那么流利的表达，但是用词恰当、表达规范以及思路清晰；有些选手可能没有足够的时间作准备，但也说得有理有据，言之有物，言之有理。整体而言，这些选手都使出了自己的看家本领，每个人身上都有自己的独到之处。这次口语比赛不但锻炼了选手们的口语表达能力和语言运用能力，也使我们听众明白了一个道理：学*英语和英语教学都要注重知识的积累和知识的应用。
虽然这次江西省“赣教杯”高中英语教学展评活动落下了帷幕，但是我们的学*又有了新的起点，我们要从这次活动中的“所看、所听、所记、所思”中内化成自己的“所得”，并运用到实际教学工作中和自身的英语学*当中，真正做到“默而识之，学而不厌，诲人不倦”。
转眼，一个学期就要过去了，本学期，我担任高二年3、4班（理科班）的英语教学工作。这一学期来，本人更积极地去了解学生，去摸清学生的学*基础，以便更好的“因材施教”。在教学中严格要求自己，结合本校的实际条件和学生的实际情况，认真备课、上课、听课、评课，及时批改作业、讲评作业，做好课后辅导工作，积极参加市里及学校组织的各种教学活动，使教学工作得以有计划，有组织，有步骤地开展。
立足现在，放眼未来，为使今后的工作取得更大的进步，现对本学期的教学工作心得如下：
首先，了解学情。这两个班已接触了一个学期，有些学生甚至已教了一学年，对学生的学*情况有所了解：普遍英语底子差，基础薄，学*惰性大。所以针对这个实际情况，决定采取坚持“夯实基础，狠抓双基，改进学法，激发兴趣，提高能力”的指导思想。以此激发学生的学*兴趣，不断提高学*成绩。
其次，认真备课。要提高教学质量，关键是上好课。上好一堂课难，但是要备好一堂课更难。因此，一学期来，在备课时努力做到如下几点：认真钻研教材，对教材的基本思想、基本概念，每句话、每个字都弄清楚，了解教材的`结构，重点与难点，掌握知识的逻辑，能运用自如，知道应补充哪些资料，怎样才能教好。了解学生原有的知识技能的质量，他们的兴趣、需要、方法、*惯，学*新知识可能会有哪些困难，采取相应的预防措施。考虑教法，解决如何把已掌握的教材传授给学生，包括如何组织教材、如何安排每节课的活动。
授课之后，做到精讲精练。针对单词，搜集一些针对性的单词题，课前利用时间做一个单词测试，直接把单词放在具体的语境中去理解。鉴于学生的基础薄弱，或是没有理解语境，无法补充所缺信息；或是知道是哪个词，不是拼写有误，就是该词的词形不对。所以单词还有待于加强巩固练*。在每单元结束时，会针对该单元教学重点难点，精简一些*题供学生练*巩固所学知识。*题或是从调研题选择，抑或是从其它套题或网络上选择具有针对性的*题供学生练*。
认真批改作业。布置作业时，坚持做到有针对性，有层次性，形式多样化。每个学生对课堂上的知识掌握程度，都会在作业中得以直接体现出来。对于难度较大的题目，学生出现错误较多的作业，课上利用时间统一详细讲评每个错误；对于学生不该出现的问题，指导学生及时纠正。每周进行两次听写测试，对所学新单词、新短语、好句子进行听写。认真及时地批改听写。并针对学生的听写情况，认真透彻地进行讲评，根据其情况不断改进教法。从而做到因材施教，教学相长。
成绩已成过去，希望在未来，今后我将继续加强学*，勤反思，以促进教学工作更上一层楼。
高中几年下来，我们在学*与教学过程中，在与学生的相处过程中，逐渐的去反思，同样也沿袭了一些好的做法，形成了一些宝贵的经验。在此，列举几条，希望对英语教师能有帮助。
对待学生方面
第一，激发学生的学*积极性和内在潜力，在每节课的起立过后的问候语中，我都要求学生大声喊：wemustlearnenglishwell。（我们一定要学好英语）．通过这样一种方式，喊出了学生的心声，学生能够积极主动的去学*，激发了他们的学*热情。
第二，学生是学*的主体，及时与学生交流，明确学生的学*任务和责任，严格要求。
第三，以*等的态度对待每一个学生，做到公*公正。
第四，及时了解学生，做学生的良师益友。给予学生力所能及的帮助。对待教学方面
第一，听力部分适合专项训练与教学听力突破想结合，尤其注意听力材料的整合和定向突破。
第二，完型阅读训练做到限时间，而且要求学生在试卷上作好标记，那些是摸棱两可的，最终得分为多少。待试卷发下后，检测自己得分与估分之间的差距，寻找原因。
第三，作文书写训练不放松，我校从细节做起，每天三分钟练字时间，学生可自由选择书写内容。规范学生的书写质量，进行跟踪对比批改，对书写规范的文章在学校报廊里进行表扬。
第四，课堂现场批改，给学生二次思考时间。当学生给出的第一个答案出现错误时，我们应给予一定的时间让学生再次思考。鼓励他们多动脑。
第五，面批与课后针对性辅导相结合，及时解决学生在当天或在*期内存在的问题。帮助他们纠正常见的错误。
教师个人素质方面
第一，多读书，博览群书，做一个知识渊博的人。
第二，学会换位思考，从学生的角度思考问题，做一个关心学生的人。
第三，注重知识积累和好题错题收集工作，可以以网站的形式呈现，做到随用随取，做一个有心人。
第四，研究教材，研究教法学法，多写文章，钻研课题，做一个研究型的人。第五，经常反思教学和生活中出现的问题，做一个善于反思的人。
第六，搞好与领导，同事和学生的关系，做一个受欢迎的人。
教学之路漫长，我们惟有多研究，多反思，才有更多的进步。
新课标实施以来，高中英语教师更加重视培养学生的英语阅读能力。但仍有不少教师没能把握好高中英语阅读教学的侧重点，训练方法较为单一，过度依赖应试型强化训练模式，没有足够重视培养学生阅读策略和阅读技巧。这在教育部考试中心发布的高考试题分析中清晰地反映出来了：概括文章主旨缺乏针对性，以偏概全;捕捉文章信息不分主次，缺乏综合，推测词义脱离语境，一知半解;推理判断看不出线索与事实的关系;理解结构找不到句与句、段与段的逻辑关系。
学生的英语阅读理解能力是通过阅读获取和吸收英语书面信息，从而实现书面交际的能力。学生的英语阅读能力，在英语语言学*和跨文化交际中起着越来越重要的作用。大纲要求高中生能以每分钟50—70个字的速度，独立阅读生词率不超过3%的有关人物传记、故事、记叙文、科普小品等内容的材料，实际上，有相当一部分的学生达不到这一要求。根据教学实践中的观察和调查，我发现学生阅读理解存在以下几个方面问题：
1、词汇量有限。对词汇理解和掌握是影响阅读的重要因素，从某种意义上说，学生的阅读能力与其词汇量是成正比的，词汇储备不足，又会导致学生阅读障碍重重，丧失阅读兴趣。
2、缺乏有效的阅读策略与技巧。有的学生不懂得阅读技巧,他们在阅读时往往从前读到后,用相同的速度和方式理解不同文体的文章，而不是根据不同的文体采取不同方式获得主要信息,这样往往是事倍而功半，吃亏不讨好;也有许多学生在阅读过程中，试图记住所有的内容，*惯于逐字逐句地看，试图记住每个句子的意思，时间与精力过于集中于一些非考点的细节，而不善于通过整体阅读去把握文章观念和理念。
3、课外知识面狭窄，英美文化背景知识单薄。有些同学阅读文章时,对文章提及的事实或现象缺乏感性认识,导致理解过程晦涩,有时甚至会产生理解错误。因此，拥有较广的课外知识面和一定的英美文化背景知识会有助于学生尽快地进入阅读理解的状态,迅速地把握文章的整体含义和思路。
4、语言基本功欠佳，对长难句把握不好。阅读文章中,有些句子结构复杂,从句较多,交叉了很多倒装，虚拟，省略等较复杂的语言现象，学生如果对语法知识缺乏系统的理解，就会造成一种望而生畏的心理障碍。
5、阅读动力与兴趣不足。阅读应该是一个积极主动的心理过程，而我们的学生由于上述种种因素的影响，对阅读产生畏惧心理，使阅读成为消极的应付和被动阅读另外，仍有一部分教师未充分领会新课程标准的精神。
在阅读教学中，有几点不足：
1、“仍局限于传统的语法翻译方法和以教师讲解为主的教学模式”过多地对课文中的语言点、语法点进行讲解，没有准确地定位好所教课文中的语言知识目标，对所碰到的词语和语法现象不加选择或不分主次地罗列和讲解。过多重视语言形式，语言能力训练不足，费时较多。
2、训练学生归纳文章主旨和大意时，大部分教师只是告诉学生，通过寻找各段主题句、注意段首和段末内容的方法把握文章的中心思想，缺乏较详尽、明确的指导方法去启发学生如何寻找主题句和确定文章中心思想，以至学生在确定主题句时，机械地把主题句定为段首句，或段尾句或中间句，而对于隐含在字里行间的主题信息缺乏思考和分析，失去灵活领会大意的能力。另外，教师设臵的阅读理解题多以考查细节内容或判断有关内容的正误为主，缺乏对学生推理和归纳能力的培养。
3、由于高中课文篇幅逐渐加长，教师设臵篇章主旨和大意归纳题存在不同程度的困难，缺乏对篇章的主旨和大意归纳训练，对篇章总体把握不够，多以试卷中的测试题取而代之，导致学生训练不足，缺乏把握篇章主旨和大意的能力。
4、在教学实践中，我们可以普遍发现，学生经常混淆归纳文章主旨和大意题与推断作者的观点、意图题，他们缺乏分辨这两种设问方式的能力，往往会张冠李戴。不少教师对此却未能引起足够的重视;训练过程中，设问缺乏层次性，未遵循由浅入深，逐步深入的循序渐进原则，一步到位，缺乏梯度。实际上，相当一部分学生把握不准问题的'内涵与外延，在阅读时常常出现以偏概全的倾向。
作为一名英语教师，应该把排除影响学生阅读效率的障碍因素作为当务之急，课堂教学重视学生的阅读能力和效率，不断反思自己的教学，积极转变教学观念，指导学生使用正确恰当的阅读策略，帮助学生在学*过程中掌握阅读理解技能，从而提高学生的阅读能力。
一：课堂教学从根本入手，激发学生阅读兴趣。
“兴趣是最好的老师”，对英语阅读教学也不例外，尤其是在培养学生阅读兴趣的起步阶段，更要注重激发学生对英语广泛阅读的兴趣。课堂阅读课教学应改传统的以讲练语法为主的阅读教学模式为以学生自主合作探究式学*为模式的阅读。在阅读教学中，尝试让学生阅读课前对单元相关主题进行大量的热身活动，如让学生收集一些相关主题的语言材料，用英语翻译简短的小文章，在阅读课前让学生朗读，这一举措让学生将课堂阅读与自己喜闻乐见的东西有效结合起来，培养阅读兴趣的同时也让学生对阅读材料有了更多的感性认识。其次，培养学生课外阅读的兴趣，选择难度适中，贴*生活，题材多样，知识趣味结合较好的文章。阅读面的拓展对学生阅读能力的培养和阅读经验技能的掌握起着举足轻重的作用，尤其对高一的学生，我要求学生养成每日1-2篇阅读的*惯，阅读文章难度适中，体裁繁多，读后讲评以学生讨论为主，重视学生对文章整体理念的把握，并要求学生对一些社会现象进行评说，在此过程中学生感受了阅读的乐趣，自然乐于更多这样的尝试。
二：扎实的语法基本功是高效阅读的基本储备。
在阅读中会遇到大量的长难句，涉及到虚拟，倒装，主从复合句，省略，非谓语动词等语**能分析，许多学生因缺乏语法的系统知识而失分，不能不说语法教学依然是英语教学的重点。对于高一的新生，系统的语法教学难以展开，我在阅读教学中采取“举一反三，适度展开”方法，对于学生阅读中出现的涉及考题的语法现象，我一般不做说教，而是引导学生分析，判断，以理解为目的，并适当的援引例句让学生进行类比，尽量使学生在自然的语言情境中体会语法。
三：阅读策略与技巧的培养应是课堂教学的重中之重。
首先，教会学生正确使用工具书和猜词、掠读、略读等阅读理解的技能，培养良好的阅读*惯。每次训练前，先向学生说明掠读和略读的特点，并要求学生在规定的时间内有意识地使用掠读和略读技能进行阅读。其次，鼓励学生利用上下文和构词法进行猜词。另外，课内外的阅读训练都应要求限时，让学生记录自己每次的阅读速度和理解的正确率。并且，课堂教学要高屋建瓴，立足整体，教会学生把握中心句，主题句，对文章观点进行点评，对作者意图进行揣摩，对文章结构进行剖析。
教而后知不足、台上一分钟，台下十年功。 以前曾有人对我说过，当一名好教师很不容易。慢慢地，我相信这话不假。我非师范专业毕业，却在工作几年后逐渐转为一名专职的高中英语老师。从教数年，本人在这个领域里不断学*、实践、思索、改进，现在谈谈自己在高中英语教学中的一些心得体会和对教育教学的初浅看法，与同行们进行分享交流。我觉得，本着对学生和本职工作负责的精神，一名教师应做好两方面的事情：做人与做事的修养和教学知识与技能的修炼。
一、做人与做事的修养
现代社会中，教师的角色更加多样化，不仅社会角色增加，职能角色也变得多元化，频繁的角色转换和多方面的角色期望，使得教师的角色冲突时常发生。面临日益激烈的竞争和各方面的压力，如果教师不能对自己的心理状态及时做一些适当的调整，就可能造成心理障碍或心理疾病。随着社会的发展，教师的心理健康越来越重要，这不仅关系到教师自身的健康水*，也会影响到学生的心理健康水*。笔者认为，在做人与做事修养方面，教师除了育人，还要育己，自觉提高自身素质修养，才能保证教育教学质量和人才培养质量。
亲其师，信其道，学生对学科、对老师的好恶等非智力因素对学生的学*起到很大的影响作用。新的课程标准也将学生的情感态度列为重要的教学目标之一。在课堂上，老师为人处事的态度和方式对学生起着实实在在的影响。比如老师敬业的精神、待人真诚和关心爱护别人的品格，将为学生的一生树立楷模；老师穿着整洁得体、精神放松、沉着自信、神情自然、说话亲切，学生上课将感觉到安全和舒适。而一位经常带着不良情绪、动辄发怒生气、喜欢抱怨骂人的老师，将为学生不齿和厌恶，学生又怎会喜欢听他的课、积极跟他配合？人无完人，作为老师的我们也一点都不例外。不能总是看到自己的优点，而要多想想自己的不足。学校一位年长的老师曾经这样启发我。确实，学生是老师的一面镜子，从学生的反应上我们可以看到自身的不足。要改进自己，首先就要有意识、有勇气地省察自己的不足，然后对症下药去弥补或纠正，而不应该刻意去回避或掩盖。虽然到了教师这个位置，我们自身的成长并未停止，俗话说：活到老，学到老，做人和做事是一辈子的事情。哪怕是已经做得很好了，也要依靠勤奋和谨慎保持良好状态，抛弃一劳永逸、坐吃山空的错误思想，严格责己，承担作为一名教师应尽的`责任和义务。
教书育人，为人师表，教师承担着教书与育人的双重任务，不仅要向学生传授学科知识与技能，而且要正确引导学生做人、做事。不少人简单地认为，一个人只要懂什么、会什么就可以教什么，教师不过是吃开口饭而已，没什么了不起。这种认识实在可悲，更可悲的是一些已经做了教师的和准备做教师的人也有这一类糊涂的认识。自己知道、自己会的与将其转化为他人知道、他人会的，从某种意义上讲其实是两码事，这之间有一个如何有效地转化的问题，有一个如何促进人的发展的问题，有一个如何保证受教育者的身心健康愉快的问题。因此，教师应该重新确定自己的角色，并根据新的角色要求和社会的期望去进行自我协调和自我修炼，提高教育教学专业意识和角色参与能力。在此基础上形成自己正确的教育观念、教育理想与信仰以及教育价值取向，这样才能有合理的教育行为和正确的教育态度，才能在发挥学生的主体性和能动性、组织教育教学活动，培养学生人格和才能等方面发挥恰当而有效的主导作用。
二、教学知识与技能的修炼
笔者认为，教师的教学知识与技能应该包含几个方面：一是丰富的、超越所教学科范围的科学文化方面的知识和经验；二是扎实的学科专业知识和熟练的学科专业技能；三是教育学方面的知识、智慧与教学方面的能力和经验。丰富的科学文化知识是教师满足学生强烈的求知欲和得心应手地从事教书育人工作的基础；扎实的学科专业知识和熟练的学科专业技能是教师教好所教学科的起码条件；相关的教育学方面的知识、智慧与教学方面的能力和经验是教师把自己所知转化为学生所知、把自己所能转化为学生所能的一套独特的智慧的和艺术，是教师自己所知和自己所能本身所不能代替的。
通过以上论述，无论是从教师劳动本身的内涵来讲，还是从社会教育的发展变化来讲，教师都需要在自己的教学工作中不断地创新和改革，而不能仅是以不变应万变，不能感到自己的工作是在日复一日、年复一年地简单而枯燥乏味地重复着、循环着，甚至把自己的工作仅仅视为一种谋生的手段。作为教师，除了要教会学生学科知识和技能之外，还要时常关注学生的个性成长、人格发展和道德培养，致力于人性化的教育。为此，教师要把培养学生的创新意识和实践能力、自主学*能力、收集和处理信息的能力、分析解决问题的能力、思维和表达的能力、协作交往能力等放在突出位置，勤于探索、不断创新，不断充实和完善自己的教育教学能力，不断取得良好的教育教学效果，将教育教学工作做成一件虽然辛苦但也充满快乐和享受的事情，做一名受社会肯定、让学生尊敬和喜爱的优秀教师。
随着新课改的逐渐深入，我校由点到面开始全面实施高效课堂教学模式。对我而言，高效课堂教学模式的实践只有一年的时间。刚开始，我也非常茫然，编制导学案不知从何下手，教材内容不知如何取舍，每上完一节课，总觉得心里不是很踏实。但一年下来，我感触颇深。课堂是教学的主阵地，要提高英语教学质量，必须重视课堂教学，聚焦英语课堂教学的有效性，必须实施有效课堂教学。下面我谈谈一年来自己实施高效课堂教学的几点感受：
一：集体备课气氛浓厚，课堂教学资源共享
备好课是提高教学质量的关键同时它也是高效课堂实施中最重要的一环，与传统教学相比不同之处亦在于此。一年来，我们备课组成员集体备课的气氛相当浓厚，根据高效课堂实施的细则每个教学单元要编制五份导学案，包括词汇，阅读，语言点，语言运用和语法及复*导学案，有时还编制单元训练案。全组成员每人主备一份导学案，主备人还要编制课件及教学设计，然后集体讨论，经学校两级审核，最后确定正式稿再印发给学生。我们课改班上课用的是同一份导学案，同一个课件，实现了资源共享，但是各位老师在自己的课堂上会将共享的资源适当调整，以达到自己课堂上最佳的教学效果。现在翻阅一学年来的导学案和课件，我感觉编制越来越规范，重，难点的把握越来越准确，课件编制越来越精美。我坚信：在备课上多花一份精力，在教学上就有多一份的效果。
二：鼓励学生自主学*，提倡合作学*
自主学*是相对于被动学*而言的，高效课堂的一个关键环节就是学生自主学*，完成相应的导学案。自主学*是一种积极，主动的学*，它能激发学生的学*兴趣。学生不仅能在学*内容上独立思考，而且能丰富学生自身的学*经验，能使学生获得积极的，深层次的情感体验，变要我学为我要学，给学生提供足够的自主活动空间。同时，小组合作学*能将个人的竞争转化为小组之间的竞争，这样有利于培养学生的合作精神和竞争意识，有利于因材施教，从而真正实现每个学生都能得到发展的目标。合作学*是相对于个体学*而言的，实施小组活动就成为一种有效的互动策略。我所带的班被分为10个学*小组，每组六名同学，组内同学之间积极互动，组外各组之间激烈竞争，争当优秀小组。一年来，效果确实不错。
三：恰当的学案反馈，会改变学生的学*态度
每节课都有学案反馈这个环节，反馈的内容包括学生学案中的亮点及存在的问题。同时，又设有优秀个人，书写进步个人，待优生，善于思考的个人，优秀小组，给力小组等，不管哪一项，都是对学生一种无形的鼓励，学生对此十分关注。有时刚反馈完，有学生就问：“老师，优秀个人为什么没有我?”这简单的一句话，表明学案反馈对学生的学*触动也是很大的。对*时学案做的比较差的学生，我不直接批评，因为现在的学生自尊心很强，我会把这些学生定为进步个人，利用课间或课外和这些学生谈心，再次阅学案的时候，就会发现这些学生的书写更加的规范，上课注意力更加的`集中，学*英语的兴趣也非常浓厚，看到这些变化，我感到非常的欣慰。
四：学生精彩的展示与点评，将整节课推向高潮
小组讨论时，我们不再像以前一直站在讲台上，而是深入学生之中，在各小组之间来回穿插，了解各个小组存在的问题，随时答疑解惑，从而使师生之间的关系更加的融洽，正所谓“亲其师信其道”。讨论之后，就进入展示点评环节，一年来，仅就口头展示而言，我带的两个班学生无论是哪个小组的哪个层级上课都能踊跃地用英语发言。上台点评的同学，站姿正确，声音宏亮，态度大方，富有激情，思路清晰，注意知识之间的内在联系，别看这些学生，站那就像一位位小老师，精彩的点评总能博得学生的阵阵掌声。像贺小卓，姬星宇，刘静等同学表现的非常突出。
五：创设快乐和谐的学*氛围，激发学生的学*兴趣
高效课堂我更注重调动学生们学*、探讨的兴趣。兴趣是最好的老师，爱好是成功之母。心理学家认为：“所有智力方面的工作都依赖于兴趣。”而快乐的课堂，和谐的教学气氛最能吸引学生的注意力。特别是英语教学，上课时，基础不好的学生看不懂，听不懂，无心学*，如果教师不及时设法激发学生的兴趣，课堂上的一切活动都无效。因此，我经常与这些学生进行心灵沟通，鼓励他们在小组内积极探讨听取他人的意见，及时发现他们身上的闪光点，及时表扬鼓励。只有这样，我们才能构建快乐和谐的课堂，真正促进每个学生的发展。另外，和谐快乐的高效课堂学*克服了以前教学效率不高，学生实践机会不够多，训练不够充分的缺点，逐步改变了学生懒于开口，懒于思考，过分依赖老师的被动学*方式。
总之，如果高效课堂教**用恰当，不仅可以发挥教学民主，活跃课堂气氛，为学生的自主合作探究创造机会，同时还可以增加课堂教学的容量和密度，对培养学生的健全人格起着关键的作用。我们在英语教学中，要充分利用这种教学模式，使教师教得轻松，学生学得愉快，从而达到教与学的最佳组合，在这种课堂模式**享教与学的乐趣。
××市教育局于XX年11月25日---12月26日组织专家视导团对全市省示范高中进行
针对学校规模扩大，新教师比例不断上升的实际情况，学校不断加强对新教师教育教学指导培训工作。
落实“新教师宣誓”制度，每位新进教师在走进课堂前都要进行宣誓，从思想上感悟到从教是一项光荣和神圣的事业。
落实“拜师收徒”制度，通过有经验的老教师与新教师“一帮一，结对子” 的形式，把自身经验通过“传、帮、带”传授给新教师，缩短了新教师由学生转变到老师的“适应期”，加速新教师的专业技能成熟，促使新教师“一年基本规范，二年站稳讲台，三年教有所长”的目标得以实现。鼓励年轻教师积极参与省市县教学竞赛活动，促进教学水*再上新台阶，目前我校有市级学科代头人2人，市级教坛新星4人。通过有经验的班主任对新班主任的言传身教，有力的带动了新班主任的工作热情，使之更快的进入角色。现在我校已经顺利实现了新老教师的更替，教师结构更加合理。
三、建立机制，激发教师工作热情
做好本校教坛新秀的评比工作。学校定期举行教坛新秀的评比，通过教研组在组内预先选拔，推出候选人参加全校评比。由校领导和各教研组组长组成的评审团，采取现场听课，现场讨论，现场打分的方式，公开、公正、公*的选出蒙城一中教坛新秀，并给与一定物质和精神奖励。
继续办好奥赛班。安排好数学、物理、化学、生物及计算机竞赛辅导工作，确保学校奥赛成绩有较大突破，为国家培养尖子人才。对带领学生在奥赛中取得优秀成绩的老师，学校给以重奖。
做好学生评价老师工作。对每一学年学期结束，学校安排学生统一对任课老师进行评价，只有学生满意率达到一定标准，该科老师才能跟班走，对于学生反对率特别高的.教师，学校将对其停课一年，安排其进行继续教育或调整岗位，如在规定时间不能达到学校要求，坚决给予辞退。对于在当年高考中成绩比较突出的班主任，学校在新学年班主任安排中给予优先考虑。
鼓励教师继续深造。对于学成后愿意继续回校任教的，学校将对其深造费用按照一定比例给予报销，提高了教师学*的热情。鼓励教师撰写论文，总结教学教研成果，对获奖较多，获奖层次较高的给予表彰，形成了良好的教科研氛围，并取得了一定成绩。*年来，我校在优质课评比中，获国家级奖励一人次，省级奖励五人次。现有省级课题四个，发表省级以上论文20余篇。
学校大量征订各种报刊、杂志供教师借阅，方便教师业余时间自主学*，拓宽自身知识面。
四、真抓实干，重视毕业班工作
在搞好全校教学工作的同时，重点抓好新校区毕业班工作。坚持对高三毕业班“早抓、实抓”的原则，明确升学目
标，制订可行的年级工作计划及学科复*计划。做好自身月考工作，并根据需要，与其他学校进行联考，及时发现教学过程中问题，及时改进。对每次月考成绩，学校专门抽出半天时间从整体、单科以及与前一次成绩、临班成绩相比较等各个方面进行分析、总结，并把结果转发给全体毕业班教师，用于指导下一个月的复*工作。
组织高三各学科教师分批分期参加高考信息会，带领骨干教师到省内外成功的学校去参观学*，了解外界信息，开阔自身视野，拓展思路。积极开展各学科组的集体备课活动，吃透高考说明，研究高考命题，探讨高考试题的解题方法，指导高考复*工作。
我校*几年在上级有关部门的关心指导下，教育教学成绩稳步提高，不断扩大在皖北的知名度。但不可否认的是，我校也出现了制约进一步发展的诸多因素，比如学校规模的扩大与配套设施不足的矛盾，全县人民对优质教育的极大需求与教育教学容量有限的矛盾，教育师资队伍年轻化与师德建设不同步的矛盾，一百多名没有编制的教师与校财政紧张的矛盾，学校要求教师队伍稳定性与个别优秀教师流失的矛盾，新形势下新课改的新要求与较陈旧的教学方法的矛盾，学校要求生存半径的扩大与制度束缚的矛盾等，这就要求我们在发展的过程中，不断发现问题，寻求破解问题的方法与措施，力争使学校能够健康、快速、持续发展，也希望能够通过这次教育教学视导，得到各位领导、专家对我校不吝指教，欢迎提出宝贵的批评建议，使我校能够集思广益，进一步发现问题，并得到解决问题的有益启迪，为更好的做好我校教育教学工作，打下良好的基础。谢谢大家!
有一则童话故事这么讲到：在一个池塘里，住着一对好朋友青蛙和鱼。它们都想看看外面的世界，但是鱼离开水就会死去。于是，青蛙决定自己跳到岸上，将自己的所见所闻讲述给鱼。在岸上，它看到了戴着帽子的大人，吃着棒棒糖的小孩，在草坪上吃草的奶牛，以及空中飞着的鸟。它回到水中后，将自己的所见所闻讲给了鱼听。沿着青蛙的描述，鱼在大脑中开始形成了“人”、“奶牛”“飞鸟”的图像。然而，由于鱼缺少对这些事物的直观感知，对它们的认识也就停留在了自我理解的层面。于是，鱼眼中的“人”也像它们自己一样，只是大人戴了顶帽子，小孩手里握着棒棒糖；它眼中的“奶牛”也就是身上有黑白相间的斑点，头上有犄角的鱼；它眼中的“飞鸟”也就比自己多了一双可以在天空飞翔的翅膀。由于先前的经验和理解，鱼形成了“鱼人”“鱼牛”“鱼鸟”这些对周边事物的错误认知。关于如何纠正这种错误，在我看来，有两种方法：其一，鱼真正地跳出水面，亲自去观察和验证自己所听的内容；其二，青蛙对所讲内容进行检测，通过反馈，掌握鱼的认知情形，做出适度地调整和纠正。
将此故事进一步延伸到我们的教学中，教师就是故事中的青蛙，学生则是鱼，而人，奶牛，飞鸟等则是学*内容。鱼对青蛙所讲内容的理解程度，很大程度上受限于它们之前已有的知识。换句话说，学生在进入课堂之前，已经或多或少地对所学内容有所认知，而这些前概念对他们的后续学*有着深远的影响。在教学中，我们常常碰到这样的情形：一个语法项目讲解很多遍，仍然有同学表示不能理解，作为教师的我们会产生极大的挫败感。实际上，这种情形的出现，往往是由于教师和学生站在了学*内容的对立面，教师本能地认为重复很多次的内容，学生应该可以很好的把握。殊不知，学生理解的困难极有可能源于错误的前概念，例如，混乱的语法知识等。因此，我们应当意识到并且明白，每位学生都是带着前概念对新的学*内容加以理解的，不能因为欠佳的表现就武断地认为他们不努力。
正确的、丰富的`前概念，有助于学生不断地树立自信心，取得更大的突破；而错误的前概念，无论对于学生的学*还是教师的教学都带来了很大的挑战。在我所任教的班级中，有些学生对外语学*表现出了极大的兴趣，无论在作业还是课堂表现上，都积极主动，外语学*呈现良性循环状态。而有些学生对外语学*则抱着厌恶的态度，认为自己就是学不好外语。我曾与他们进行交流，问他们“为什么这么嫌弃外语？”他们回答道：“老师，我小学英语就没学会，初中英语就听不懂，您说我高中英语还能听懂吗？”显然，多年来外语学*的挫败感已经让他们失去了学*的兴趣，接受自己破罐子破摔的现状，这不禁让人感到一丝悲凉。在实际教学中，面对学生错误的前概念，让其跳出自己的池塘，亲自去观察学*事物，获取正确的认知似乎比较困难。在此情形之下，作为青蛙的教师则发挥着举足轻重的作用。教师只有在充分地了解和把握学情的基础上，对所教内容进行创造性的设计，有效地开展教学活动，逐步扭转学生错误的前概念，才可能改变他们的学*甚至是人生轨迹。
作为一名高中外语教师，我常常有一种无力之感。进入班级的孩子们，已经是有着至少六年外语学*体验的学生。也就是说，他们携带了丰富的前概念，或对或错，进入了课堂。面对他们，特别是已经对外语产生反感的孩子们，我所能给予的，就是充分的理解他们所需，创造性地设计适合他们的教学内容，耐心地鼓励他们，让他们相信“一切其实都没有想象的那么难”，带领他们感受外语学*的快乐。我常常对学生说，最可怕的不是你不会，而是你选择放弃。我希望，每一点微小的举动，都能促使他们修正错误的前认知，为未来的学*铺好宽阔*坦的路。在每条鱼的成长过程中，一定会碰到许多的青蛙；同样，在每个学生的成长过程中，会碰到很多的老师。学生前概念的形成，是多种因素、多方力量综合作用的结果，但在知识领域，教师发挥着至关重要的作用。或许，一次耐心的解释，一个淡淡的微笑，或者一个肯定的眼神，就会给学生的学*带来奇迹。
新课程的核心理念是以学生发展为本，让学生参与是新课程实施的根本。如何实施，应尊重学生，还学生学*的自由,提高学生的学*兴趣；优化教学环境，加强交流与合作；给每位学生以期望和激励，让学生有成功感，为终身学*奠定基础。在新课改理念的引领下，如何搞好高中阶段英语教学，培养阅读兴趣，掌握阅读方法，提高阅读能力，则是当前高中英语教师所面临的重要课题。本文将结合自身实际对新课改下高中英语教学思路作如现。
一、转变教学观，完善教学理念
实现新课程改革的目标关键在于教师，只有提升英语教师对新课程的执行力，即对新课程的理解和实践能力，并以发展的教学理念作为指导，不断强化教师自身英语教学的综合素质，才能稳步推进高中英语课程改革，才能将“一切为了学生、为了一切学生、为了学生一切”的人本主义理念落到实处。
教师应当转变教学观念，将传统的“传授知识”转变为“发展学生的创造能力”，将“教学生学会”转变为“教学生会学”，充分调动学生学*的积极性和主动性，培养学生的学*创造性。课堂中要尊重学生的主体地位，激发他们的主体意识，促进他们自我教育，培养他们的自主学*能力。在英语教学过程中，教师必须重新定位自己的角色，从独裁的位置走下来，走到学生当中去，尊重学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。正如美国教育家多尔说的那样：教师在师生关系中的地位是“*等中的首*”。
同时教师要改变传统的教学理念，善于结合实际教学需要，灵活而又创造性地使用教材，对教材内容、编排顺序和教学方法等进行适当的取舍和调整。适当地运用多媒体，创设情境，展示相关的知识背景，引导学生独立探索和发现，相互讨论和研究，激发他们的创造性思维，提高他们发现问题和解决问题的能力。我们必须要做到“授人以鱼”，更要做好“授之以渔”。埃德加·富尔在《学会生存》一文中精辟的指出：未来的文盲，不再是不识字的人，而是没有学会怎样学*的人。可见指导学生正确的学*方法，培养良好的学**惯和自学能力是非常重要也是十分必要的。
二、优化课堂教学形式、丰富课外活动
课堂导入是培养学生学*兴趣的.第一步。推荐采用以情景导入方式，辅助猜谜、自由谈话、记者采访、游戏、小组竞赛、演讲、背诵比赛等活动，拓宽学生的思路，激发学生的想象力；选择与教材内容密切联系的歌曲或趣闻典故作为开场导入新课内容；通过复*旧知识，拓宽旧知识，引导学生把已经掌握的知识运用到新课中去。力求做到让学生人人参与课堂教学，真正体现学生是课堂的主人，而教师是课堂的组织者、引导者和帮助者。教学形式的多样性能创设一个宽松、民主、和谐的氛围，为学生提供表现才能、展示才华的舞台，也有利于他们长时间保持学*兴趣。同时教师要切记：新课改的宗旨是课堂上放松学生的学*心态，而不是放纵他们的学*态度。如何让课堂活而不散，教师一定要把握好尺度。
第二课堂是英语课堂教学必要的延伸。组织形式多样的课外活动，如鼓励学生写学*日志、写对话日记；学唱英语歌曲、编演英语短剧；举办英语故事会、英语晚会；听英语广播、看英语新闻、英文电影；阅读英文书报；设立班级英语角；定期举行英语学*交流会；设计英语海报、分组出版英语班报；进行书法、朗诵、演讲等英语竞赛活动等。指导学生利用一切可利用的知识载体、设备器材，以主动进取的精神去独立摄取知识，探索知识，以开放合作方式去学*新知识，运用新知识，为学生体现自主能力、组织能力、创新能力、自主学*评价能力等提供*台。
三、变“单边教学、双边互动”为“多变互动”
以往评课时参照的一条重要标准是“双边活动开展得好”，这里的双边活动指的就是师生之间的课堂对话。为达到这一标准，教师设计了许多课堂提问，教学便在师生之间讲与听、问与答的程式化中进行。久而久之，师生间达成了许多默契，如教师讲解时，学生必定认真听，不得打断教师的讲述；只要教师稍有停顿，学生必会齐声答问。为活跃课堂，一些教师往往用诸如“好不好”“对不对”“正确不正确”“生动不生动”之类的浅层提问来引发学生简单而响亮的回答声。一些所谓的展示课、观摩课上，为达到“双边活动”的生动性，教师课前进行策划，谁答哪道题，谁提什么问题，都作了明确安排。公开课、优秀课成了表演课、作秀课。
一直以来很多高中老师都有这样的困惑：学生英语学*基础差，两极分化严重，英语学*没有兴趣、不主动，高中老师英语教学心得。老师们的教学热情也因此逐渐消减。
其实在教学中很多客观问题我们必须承认和面对，比如现实的生源。
只有承认并接受学生的现状，我们才能调整心态，正确地去看待教学问题。不能把教学质量无法提高的原因完全都归结于学生的基础。
我的建议是：
一、热爱英语学*。
既然我们选择了英语专业，就应该在专业上不断地提高自己。每种语言都有其独特的文化内涵，所以坚持学*英语，与世界接轨，多访问国外的`网站，看别人怎么评价中国，报道事件，以国际化的视野去对待生活，理解人生。在英语学*和使用中获得满足和乐趣，心得体会《高中老师英语教学心得》。
二、热爱学生。
以发展的眼光看待学生，此时他们的英语成绩可能不理想，但将来他们可能在各领域会很有成就，我们会以他们而自豪。所以我们要承认他们之间的差异，认识到多元智能的存在，尊重他们，热爱他们!不要因为目前他们的英语成绩不好而一味地职责他们。作为教师，我们的前程是可预见的，我们只是在专业和经验方面暂时优于他们，可是学生的未来不定性很强，他们很可能会比我们更好。
三、热爱教学。
专研学生和教材教法，使学生对英语有美好的情感体验，在原有基础上有所提高。学生对英语的爱和进步会给我们带来成就感，会让我们感悟到人生的意义和幸福！
虽然大家可能觉得这三点是老生常谈，可确实是我的肺腑之言和真切感受。前不久去医院看一位病重的亲人，看到医生护士在她病床前手忙脚乱，看到周围的病人个个气息微弱，我内心受到了深深的触动！医护人员每天面对深受病痛折磨的病人，每天看着人间的生离死别，从事这样的职业该有多大的压力啊！所以那个时候，我就很庆幸我们选择的是教育事业，面对年轻有活力，充满朝气和希望的学生，我们真的已经很幸福了！
最后总结一下，与大家共勉：最重要的是自己的心态和对追求的坚持。
作为一名高一英语老师，我在英语教学上下功夫，认真备课，认真教每一节英语课。现在做如下总结。
第一、注意高三到初中的过渡
经过一个学期的交流，可以了解学生的总体水*，及时弥补初中知识的不足。可以利用晚自*的时间，从语言、词汇、语法、句型等方面进行系统复*。要使学生尽快适应高中英语教学，具体方法是：培养学生课前预*、课后复*的良好学**惯；坚持英语教学，用英语提问和鼓励学生思考和回答问题；根据高考要求，从高一开始就要培养学生的阅读能力，教会学生一些阅读技巧，养成良好的`阅读*惯；另外，课后要和学生接触，尽快熟悉。

只有引导学生掌握一套科学的学*方法，培养学生的自学能力，才能发挥学生的学*积极性和主动性。具体包括：培养学生的预*能力，通过各种方法掌握英语基础知识，培养学生组织自己知识的能力。此外，自学能力的提高也得益于大量的自主阅读，所以新学期开始时，要求学生有一本英汉词典作为参考书，这样学生就可以经常查阅词典。
第四、激发学生学*英语的兴趣
