传统的教学模式已经被发挥得淋漓尽致.尽管如此，面对基础差的学生，我们还是无能为力，效果不明显。因此，我们就要探究问题究竟在哪里？为什么学生的英语总是提不高呢？应该怎样教呢？下面就是总结出来的教师的困惑：
1．音标：学生不会读，没有能力自己拼读新单词。2、单词：教师在困惑：该分散教还是集中教？3、语法：学生对句子结构的把握很薄弱4、听力：高考听力越来越难，甚至有个别大学四、六级的题目，而学生的听力时间越来越少，所以听力的提高非常缓慢。5、阅读：学生的最大问题是阅读速度太慢，理解能力薄弱。6、口语：由于高考不怎么考口语，口语被很多人忽略了。7、写作：用中文的思维写英语。
那么高中的英语应该怎么教？高一的英语应该教什么？高一一入学的新生，我们就应该告诉他们：中英文之间存在着两种语言文化背景；两种语言民族*惯；两种语言表达规律。所以，由于中文的思维和英文的思维不一样，高一的学生首先要知道知道两种文化的不同，然后从一开始就用英文的正常的思维来学英文，不要总是以中文的思维来学*英文。
反思：本学期开学我们没有做到的东西就是：没有去介绍中英文化的不同，尤其是强调中英文化的不同思维方式和语言特点。所以，在下学期，这一课我认为需要补上。毕竟，“亡羊补牢，为时未晚”。 有了这个基本认知后，高一的学生就要从最基础的东西学起，所以即使到了高中，他们实际上还要补很多学英语一定要掌握的东西：音标，词类，基本的句子结构。再次从基础学起。
1．音标：很多学生，尤其是差生的最大的困难是记不住单词，记不住单词是因为不会读单词，不会读单词是因为不会音标。虽然是高一的学生，但实际上在我们这样中等的学校，中等的学生里面，没有几个人完全掌握了音标，大部分高一学生的音标水*基本上等于零。所
以，我认为，高一的'学生入学的第一件大事就是学音标，我们确实有花时间去学*音标，但是只是用了两三节课的时间。目标是基本上每人都可以自己独立地把书本上大部分的新单词拼读出来。但同时我们也要知道，音标不是一两节课就可以教会学会的东西，学*音标需要在会读的基础上大量地练*，达到熟练的程度，达到一看到音标就可以不费力地拼读单词的程度。
2、单词：学会音标后下一步就是大量地记单词。记单词是一件很需要下功夫的事，也是一件很辛苦的事，一定要付出努力。但是，怎样才能够让付出的努力有收获呢？我们可以试着用五个步骤” ：
1）. 音节拼读，准确读词。
2）.拼读准确清晰;
3）.自然集中注意;
4）.注意力快速摆动转移;
5）.限制联想”。
3、词类：我认为高一就要让学生学*十大词类，不能等到高三才学*，那时已经太晚了。本人很赞同这个观点。学生在学*单词的时候就要搞清楚单词的词性，然后知道什么词可以放在句子的什么位置，例如，定语的用法和位置，介词的位置，状语的位置等。只有把这些词类的基本用法搞清楚才有可能写出的句子。反思：本学期我们没有时间去讲词类，但也从来没想过在高一就讲词类。所以，我的这个建议还是很有参考价值的。高一下学期可以看看有没有时间去讲词类。
4、句子：有了单词后，学生要学的就是句子结构，也是我们教学中最重要的地方。没有句子，就没有文章，就谈不上学*英语。所以，在高一阶段，学生必须学*五种基本句型，而且必须要过关。在这方面，我给了我们一点建议。我认为，英语的句型简化后实际上只有两种：be句型和do句型。然后就是把句子扩展，把各种句子成分添加到基本句型里面，把各种词类用在句子里面，从而组合成高级的句子。反思：我个人很赞同我的观点，所以我坚持在高
一上学期必须要教五种基本句型，也建议备课组长统一要求全级教授五种基本句型，因为没有正确的基本句子，到后面的从句等高级句型学生就很难学下去。所以，这个基础一定要打好。而在本学期中，虽然我们也教了五种基本句型，但我相信还不是很到位，有的学生还是没有掌握好，所以，句子结构这个方面也需要在后面的学*中不断地巩固。
5、语法：我认为，给高中生讲语法，不要把他们当高中生，要用最简单的词汇，不要出现生词。他主张的语法教学法是“道可道，非常道：正反向语法拓展训练——由易到难，由难到易”并且根据学生常犯的错误，我建议“时态分离教学”，“时”为“过去、现在、将来、过去将来”；“态”为“一般、进行、完成、完成进行”。分开教学有利于学生清楚地掌握时态。反思：我的说法里面，令我们恍然大悟的是要用最简单的词汇教学生语法。如果单词的意思又不懂，语法又是新学的，那么学生肯定很费劲。另外一个让我们恍然大悟的是，我提到：我们小时候学语文的时候，都是老师给我们字，我们自己写词语，词组，然后让我们自己造句；但是反思一下我们现在的英语教学，我们从来没有给学生机会自己造句。通常我们都是直接给学生句子，或者是给中文让学生翻译成英文，从来都没有给学生机会造自己的句子。这就有可能降低了学生的学*兴趣和学*的主动性，因为老师给的句子不一定都和他们的生活相关，会令学生觉得这些英语他们都用不上。当然，让学生自己造句会是一个很费时的过程，而且老师无法检查学生的句子对错与否，所以，让学生自己造句是一个很有建设性的做法，但是需要经过一定时间对学生加以训练。
6.阅读：阅读能力是学生的弱项，主要原因在于词汇量低，阅读速度慢，还有就是自身的背景知识缺乏等原因导致的阅读理解能力低下。针对初级阶段的学生，我在讲座上给我们介绍了“如何以爬的姿势飞行？通过非机械性重复迅速提高阅读速度”的胡敏的十遍读书法，具体做法是：第一遍;通篇快速浏览，捕捉全文大意。第二遍：总结形容词和名词的搭配。第三遍：总结动词和名词的搭配。第四遍：总结大副词与动词、形容词的搭配。第五遍：查找带介词的短语。第六遍：体会英文语序，注意英汉对比。第七遍：研究句子开端，追求表达变化。第八遍：透析句子之间联系，衔接手段。第九遍：把握过渡手段，
领会文章布局。第十遍:汲取语言精华，摘录文章亮点。我个人认为，这种方法只能是在初始阶段可以尝试，因为它很费时。总的来说，要提高学生的阅读能力，还是要靠学生多看多读多练。正如中文里的一句话，“读书百遍，其义自见”。我觉得英文也是这样，所谓见多识广，读多了，不仅在阅读速度上有帮助，在文章的理解上也会有帮助。
以上是我对英语教学内容的设计和反思。我们的教学对象——学生有不同的学*基础，因此首先要将学生进行分层。我尊重学生的意愿，安排学生开展自我评价，并选择相应的层次。同时我在教学过程中，充分了解学生的实际情况，结合各种测试手段，将学生大致分成三个层次：
A、基础较差，学*积极性不高，成绩欠佳；
B、基础一般，学*比较自觉，有一定的上进心，成绩中等；
C、基础扎实，接受能力强，学*自觉，方法正确，成绩优秀。
当然，学生的分层是动态的，学生可以依据学业的变化及时“升层”和“降层”，使自己始终处于最适合发展的层次。
1，备课的分层
我在每次备课时都会认真研究教材，研究教学大纲，查阅相关资料，收集有用信息。根据学生的分层情况，确定不同教学内容的具体目标。在知识点的挖掘上，既要注重培养中等以上学生的运用能力、应变能力，也要照顾到英语薄弱学生的接受能力。总之，所设定的课堂内容、练*层次、问题难度都要体现分层教学的特点。切忌盲目追高或求全。
2，授课的分层
根据备课要求，我的授课主要着眼于B层中等学生，实施中速推进，课后辅导兼顾A、C优差两头，努力为基础较差的学生当堂达标创造条件。具体做法是：对C层学生少讲多练，让他们独立学*，注重培养其综合运用知识的能力，提高其解题的技能技巧；对B层学生，则实行精讲精练，重视双基教学，注重课本上的例题和*题的处理，着重在掌握基础知识和训练基本技能上下功夫；对A层学生则要求低，坡度小，放低起点，浅讲多练，查漏补缺，弄懂基本概念，掌握必要的基础知识和基本技能。课时进度以A、B两层学生的水*为标准，上课以

根据几年的教学经验，我认为，一个称职的英语老师，除了应具有丰富的专业知识外，还应善于运用各种教学方法和技巧，去培养和发掘学生的语言能力，最大限度地发挥他们的潜力;而良好的教学效果，则来自教学活动，任何有效的教学活动，都必须是双向的，且当以学生为主，只有这样，才有可能让学生学好英语。于是，在高中英语教学中，我主要做了以下几点：
一、激发学生的学*兴趣
俗话说，兴趣是最好的老师，我们要让学生学好英语，就要使他们对英语感兴趣，有了兴趣，他们才有学*的原动力，才能自觉地完成学*任务，顺利地掌握课堂教学内容。
首先，我告诉他们英语在国际交往中的重要性，尤其是我国已加入WTO，今后很多商业活动都离不开英语，而英语是一种活语言，不应把它当作死的语言来学，它应建立在我们现代人的日常口语上。因此，在课堂上，我尽量用英语组织教学，这既提高听说能力，又能创造语言环境，使他们有迫切讲英语的欲望。教学中，采用直观、情景、交际的手法，使课堂生动有趣。变换教学方式，如开设英语角、兴趣小组等。这样既可以吸引学生的兴趣，又可提高语言应用能力。
二、树立学生的自信心，大胆训练
在课堂45分钟里，我尽量精讲多练，避免重教轻学，但学生在老师面前操练，往往会产生惧怕、紧张心理。所以我*时尽量和学生打成一片，经常表扬和鼓励学生，树立他们的自信心，较少批评他们，善于采纳他们的意见。在讲课过程中，注意他们的表情、反应，在回答问题时，不直接告诉他们答案，而是启发他们运用已学的知识来回答。发动他们参与课堂活动，气氛活跃，使师生的教学关系成为帮助促进的关系，排除他们的心理障碍，并告诉他们，在学*中出现错误
是不可避免的，所以在课堂上允许学生的语言错误，放下包袱，大胆地进行听、说、读、写训练。使他们在错误中求进步。
三、指导学生掌握有效的学*方法
教师不仅要传授给学生系统的文化知识，更主要的还在于要懂得开发学生的智力，发掘他们的潜力，指导他们正确的学*方法。这样，就可以起到事半功倍的效果。要求他们做到以下几点：
⑴抓住段落或全文中心思想，不逐字逐句地翻译。
⑵碰到生词，没有必要每个都去查词典，只有当该词影响到整段或全文意思的理解时，再去查一下词典。
⑶要求默读。
⑷除非是个别难句，否则不要逐句分析语法结构。
⑸通过课文的问答题，或阅读理解的判断题，也可帮助对原文的理解。 在问题的设计上照顾到不同层次的学生，做到分层设计任务，分层教学。对较简单的表层问题，让基础较弱的同学来回答，让这些学生在课堂上体验成功的喜悦。在“快速阅读”(Fast-reading)后的问题设计也是遵循这个原则。在“仔细阅读”(Careful-reading)过程中，让学生判断句子正误。采用抽取卡片的方式，让一个同学读，然后让另外一个学生回答正确与否。这样既能锻炼学生读的能力，又能检验学生的听力水*，同时有可以激发学生积极主动参与课堂活动的意识。
四、利用多媒体辅助教学
目前，各级各类学校都大力提倡运用多媒体进行教学，我在这期间我们自己亲自动手做了多个高中教学多媒体课件并进行了大量的教学实践与研究，运用多媒体辅助教学使学生在听、说、读、写方面有了不同程度的提高。在传统教学中，强调以教师为中心，教师是取得教学效果的具有决定作用的因素，而学生未能参与控制。这种“没有丝毫兴趣的强制性学*，将会扼杀学生探求真理的欲望(爱因斯坦语)。” 柏拉图说：“兴趣是最好的老师”。多媒体技术介入课堂教学能够很好地解决这个问题，教师恰当地把握中学生特别好奇、好动、好胜的心理特征，挖掘教材中的'趣味因素，以生动的画面、鲜艳的色彩、恰当的解说、感人的音响等丰富的媒体表现形式，采用故事、游戏、直观、操作、设疑等激情引趣的方法，创设出一个引人入胜的情境，来调动学生学*的积极性和主动性，充分激发学生的学*兴趣和求知欲望，甚至把知识的学*融入到新颖别致的娱乐形式中，发挥寓教于乐的学*优势，使枯燥的学*变得轻松愉快。这种浓厚的学*兴趣和注意力高度集中，正是学生掌握知识的前提。
五、培养学生的良好学**惯
中学的英语教育，是英语学*的基础阶段，而在基础教育阶段，要培养学生学会终身学*和发展的综合能力，且着眼于使学生打下终身学*英语的良好基础。其中有良好的学**惯对学生来讲，是至关重要的。学**惯的好坏直接影响学*效果。因此，我对学生学*的全过程进行有效的引导，指导他们参与各种语言活动，使学*在对话、讨论、表演等活动中掌握语言。教师的作用就如导演，具体表演由学生自己来完成。
时光飞逝，不知不觉间一个学期就要结束了。一个学期以来，在学校领导的指导和关心下，我一直在不断地成长进步着。作为任课教师，我从所教班级的实际出发，夯实学生的英语基础，培养学生的自主学*意识，激发学生的学*兴趣，不断进行课堂教学的创新与研究，认真落实课程计划和教学常规，加强教育教学理论的学*，取得了一定的成绩。作为备课组长，我带领高一英语备课组全组老师“干实事，求实效”，踏实地工作着。我们始终坚持以教学工作为中心，严格落实学校的“三步五环节”教学法，圆满完成了本学期的教育教学工作，回顾过去，展望未来，我要总结做得好的地方，反思和改进不足之处。

作为任课教师，本学期我主要做的工作如下：
一、加强书写的规范

对于高一新生来说，听力是他们的`弱项，为了提高学生的听力水*，我在日常教学中采取了很多措施。我节选了难度适中的英语小视频，VoA慢速英语，英语歌曲、英语小诗，英语演讲片段等，根据学生的实际情况，改编成填空题，问答题，选择题等各种形式，深受学生的喜爱，无形中减少了学生对听力的畏惧感。
三、用经典文章培养学生的学*兴趣，滋养学生的心灵
在学生的学*兴趣培养方面，我经常给学生阅读一些经典的英语短文，励志类、心灵鸡汤类的文章，我发现了一本很好的书《美国语文》，这本书里面有丰富的英语文章，我选取了其中一部分优美的语篇让他们阅读。在上英语课之前让学生自主播放“走遍美国”，每天一集，几分钟的时间，让学生感悟地道的英语，同时了解西方文化。在课间操时间，让学生大声朗读“掌中宝”，这些做法效果还是可以的。
高三这一年，是充满了挑战和艰辛的一年。作为一名高三的英语老师，认真踏实地做好教学工作，把大部份的时间用来学*、研究新题型和高考备考。现在把所做的工作总结如下：
一、加强研究，提高复*备考工作的针对性
认真学*并分析了高考题的类型，总结规律寻找突破口。从历年高考试题的整体研究中找共性，开拓性地抓复*备考。在常规教学及复*备考中，始终抓住加大阅读量，开展泛读教学，加强阅读技巧的指导，形成有效的阅读策略，从根本上培养考生的良好的阅读*惯和逻辑思维能力。
二、制定计划，加强复*的目标性。
根据学生的具体情况，制定出切实可行的复*计划，把复*分为三个阶段。
1、夯实基础，发展能力。
*年来高考英语逐渐侧重于语言能力的考查，对语言知识的直接考查相对地减少了。因此，在复*过程中，首先组织学生巩固各项基础知识，同时通过不断的语言练*，掌握一定的技巧。在此基础上，再通过科学系统的训练，发展能力，收到了事半功倍的效果。要求学生在上个学期第一轮复*的基础之上，进一步熟悉巩固所学过的词组、句型和短语，为书面表达和阅读理解打下良好的基础。
2、强化专题训练，回归基础。
高二下学期是学生参加生物毕业会考的学期，但是在这学期就要开始重视这项工作。因为我校的学生基础差，同时有没形成一种好的观念，很多学生抱持一种无所谓的态度，成绩提高不上去。针对这种情况，本人对一些可能上C的学生进行重点辅导，鼓励后进生，落实优生，不段提高学*成绩。
前半个学期，主要进行专题训练。针对高考的主要题型分别进行解题方法和技巧的指导。后半学期则主要进行模拟套题的训练，训练学生的答题方法、技巧和解题的速度。承受着高考临*，我根据学生的具体情况把握中档、低档题，这对学生取得高分是非常有利的。学生普遍都有这样的感觉：很多题目“一看就会，一做就错”。造成这种现象的根本原因在于对基础知识的掌握不牢固。因此，我让学生把复*的重点要放在查漏补缺上。将做过的'试卷整理后，建立错题档案，弥补知识漏洞，进行强化记忆和训练。
一个学期的实践教学中，我越来越清晰地认识到，“学海无涯，教无止境”，只有不断充电，才能维持教学的青春和活力。所以，一直以来我都积极学*。一学期来，我认真参加本校及进修学校组织的各项培训活动。另外，我还利用书籍、网络认真学*了美术新课程标准、艺术教育新课程标准，以进一步地完善自我。并虚心向其他教师学*，取人之长，补己之短，从而使自己能更好的进行教育教学工作，通过这些学*让自己树立先进的教学理念，也明确了今后教学努力的方向。不断地充实了自己、丰富了自己的知识和见识、为自己更好的教学实践作好了准备。
3、整理基础知识，适当做一些高考题。
要在高考前夕找到良好的语言知识感觉和运用能力感觉就必须回归基础，整理巩固基础知识，用最充实、最满意的感觉来增强自己的自信心。同时，利用这段时间试着做*几年的高考题，学会找出每道题的切入点，从中总结命题利益和命题手法。
这学期以来，本人期担任的是高一年级高一（2）、高一（6）两个班的英语教学工作，每周的课时是5节，两个班共十节。从开学以来，本人在教学方面，能够认真的备课，仔细的批改作业和进行教学反思，热情的尽量上好每一节课，最大程度的提高学生的英语水*。一学期来，本人所带班级的英语成绩取得了较好的成绩，但也存在些不足，现将一学期来的英语教学工作作如下总结：
一、课前备好每一节课是搞好教学的前提。
针对高一（2）、高一（6）两个班英语基础上的不同，每节课在准备的时候都要有所侧重，一（2）班是重点班，学生基础相对较好，对于2班不仅要强调基础更要加强灵活运用的训练。而高一（6）班是普通班，学生的英语基础相对要差些，则把重点都集中在基础知识上，把短语句型以及语法点讲清楚，让学生都弄明白。在备课过程中的有所差别，保证了英语课更强的针对性和教学目标的完成。
二、认真上好每一节课是搞好教学的关键。
每节课上通过做大量的练*，讲解，提问，小黑板等方式，使学生们在作题的过程中掌握新知识，并能巩固原来学过的语法点，循序渐进的把英语知识，英国文化传播开来，增加学生们对英语学*的兴趣，从而不同程度的提高其英语水*。
三、课后认真批改作业是搞好教学的最好反思。
通过小测试等不断促使学生总结学*中的经验。及时的批改每天的作业，并立即将学生掌握的情况反馈到第二节的教学中去，这样有利于学生迅速的纠正自己新知识上的错误，巩固教学效果。
此外，经常虚心的去听其他老师的英语课，不断学*好的方法和经验。并把所学的`新东西及时运用于下一节课里，不断提高自己的教学水*。对于一些基础差，学*新知识有困难的需要帮助的同学进行辅导。利用自己的闲暇时间以及晚自*，给一些英语基础差，学*新知识有困难的同学补*初中英语语法知识等，帮助他们更好的学*高一的英语课程。还有就是经常向同学们播放一些好的英文电影，英文音乐等，扩大学生们的视野，增强的英语的兴趣，此外还经常在课堂中介绍高考的趋势和动向，使学生树立良好的学*方向。
一学期来，本人认真备课、上课、听课、评课，及时批改作业、讲评作业，做好课后辅导工作，广泛学*各种知识，形成比较完整的知识结构，严格要求学生，尊重学生，发扬教学民主，使学生学有所得，不断提高，从而不断提高自己的教学水*和思想觉悟，并顺利完成教育教学任务，下面是本人的教学经验及教训。
一、积极上好课
首先是课前准备，备好课。
我认真钻研教材，对教材的基本思想、基本概念，每句话、每个字都弄清楚，了解教材的结构，重点与难点，掌握知识的逻辑，能运用自如，知道应补充哪些资料，怎样才能教好。深入了解学生原有的知识技能的质量，他们的兴趣、需要、方法、*惯，学*新知识可能会有哪些困难，采取相应的预防措施。然后考虑教法，解决如何把已掌握的教材传授给学生，包括如何组织教材、如何安排每节课的活动。
第二是课堂上的情况。上好课。
组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，注意信息反馈，调动学生的有意注意，使其保持相对稳定性，同时，激发学生的情感，使他们产生愉悦的心境，创造良好的课堂气氛，课堂语言简洁明了，克服了以前重复的毛病，课堂提问面向全体学生，注意引发学生学数学的兴趣，课堂上讲练结合，布置好家庭作业，作业少而精，减轻学生的负担。
二、认真做好培忧转差
要提高教学质量，还要做好课后辅导工作，小学的学生爱动、好玩，缺乏自控能力，常在学*上不能按时完成作业，有的学生抄袭作业，针对这种问题，就要抓好学生的思想教育，并使这一工作惯彻到对学生的.学*指导中去，还要做好对学生学*的辅导和帮助工作，尤其在后进生的转化上，对后进生努力做到从友善开始，比如，和他们聊聊天，谈谈心，交朋友，所有的人都渴望得到别人的理解和尊重，所以，和差生交谈时，对他的处境、想法表示深刻的理解和尊重，还有在批评学生之前，先谈谈自己工作的不足。
三、积极学*，积累经验，自我学*与完善
由于我教学经验浅薄，我就积极向老教师学*，积极参与听课、评课，虚心向同行学*教学方法，博采众长，提高教学水*。培养多种兴趣爱好，到阅览室博览群书，在网络上不断学*最新知识点。不断扩宽知识面，为教学内容注入新鲜血液。"进无足赤，人无完人"，在教学工作中难免有缺陷，例如，对教材把握不够，扩展较少。对孩子包揽的较多等等，我都会在今后的工作中不断改进。不断学*。
走进21世纪，社会对教师的素质要求更高，在今后的教育教学工作中，我将更严格要求自己，努力工作，发扬优点，改正缺点，开拓前进，为美好的明天奉献自己的力量
一年来，能坚持以"三个代表"重要思想为指导，爱岗敬业，认真学*贯彻党的***精神，严格遵守《中小学教师职业道德规范》要求，落实教育局和学校工作部署，以重实际，抓实事，求实效为教学工作的基本原则，以培养学生创新精神和实践能力为重点，以新课程改革为契机，深化课堂教学改革，认真落实课程计划，落实教学常规，落实教学改革措施，大力推进素养教育，使所任班级教学质量有了大面积提高，现就将一年以来工作情况总结如下：
一、加强学*，提高思想认识，树立新的理念。
坚持每周的政治学*和业务学*，紧紧围绕学*新课程，构建新课程，尝试新教法的目标，不断更新教学观念。注重把学*新课程标准与构建新理念有机的结合起来。
二、教学工作
教学工作是学校各项工作的中心，也是检验一个教师工作成败的关键。
一年来，在坚持抓好新课程理念学*和应用的同时，我积极探究教育教学规律，充分运用学校现有的教育教学资源，大胆改革课堂教学，加大新型教学方法使用力度，取得了明显效果，具体表现在：
(一)、发挥教师为主导的作用
1、备课深入细致。*时认真研究教材，多方参阅各种资料，力求深入理解教材，准确把握难重点。在制定教学目的时，非常注意学生的实际情况。教案编写认真，并不断归纳总结经验教训。
2、注重课堂教学效果。针对学生特点，以愉快式教学为主，不搞满堂灌，坚持学生为主体，教师为主导、教学为主线，注重讲练结合。在教学中注意抓住重点，突破难点。
3、坚持参加校内外教学研讨活动，不断汲取他人的宝贵经验，提高自己的教学水*。经常向经验丰富的教师请教并经常在一起讨论教学问题。听公开课多次，自己执教两节公开课，尤其本学期，自己执教的公开课得到了学校领导和教师们的肯定，同时也给我提出了不少宝贵的建议，使我明确了今后讲课的方向和以后语文课该怎么教和怎么讲。本年度在校内听课六十多节。
4、在作业批改上，认真及时，力求做到全批全改，重在订正，及时了解学生的学*情况，以便在辅导中做到有的放矢。
(二)、做好后进生转化工作
作为教师，应该明白任何学生都会同时存在优点和缺点两方面，对优生的优点是显而易见的，对后进生则易于发现其缺点，尤其是在学*上后进的学生，往往得不到老师的肯定，而后进生转化成功与否，直接影响着全班学生的整体成绩。所以，一年来，我一直注重从以下几方面抓好后进生转化工作：
1、用进展的观点看学生。应当纵向地看到：后进生的今天比他的昨天好，即使不然，也应相信他的明天会比今天好。
2、因势利导，化消极因素为积极因素。首先帮助后进生找到优、缺点，以发扬优点，克服缺点。其次以*常的心态对待：后进生也是学生，厌恶、责骂只能适得其反，他们应该享有同其它学生同样的*等和民主，也应该在稍有一点进步时得到老师的肯定。
3、真正做到晓之以理，动之以情。首先做到"真诚"二字，即教师不应有丝毫虚伪与欺哄，一旦学生发现"有假"，那么教师所做的一切都会被看作是在"演戏"。其次做到"接受"，即能感受后进生在学*过程中的各种心理表现和看法，如对学*的畏惧、犹豫、满足、冷漠，错误的想法和指责等，信任他们，鼓舞他们自由讨论。最后做到"理解"二字，即通过学生的眼睛看事物。因为做到了以上几点，所以我在后进生转化工作上，效果还是明显的。
教育工作，是一项常做常新，永无止境的工作。一份春华，一份秋实，在教书育人的道路上我付出的是辛勤的汗水和真挚的泪水，然而我收获的却是那一份份充实，那沉甸甸的情感。我用我的心去教诲我的学生，我用我的情去培育我的学生，我无愧于我心，我无悔于我的事业。让我把一生矢志教育的心愿化为热爱学生的一团火，将自己最珍贵的爱奉献给孩子们，相信今日含苞欲放的花蕾，明日一定能盛开绚丽的花朵。
本学期我担任高一级(1)班、(3)班的英语教学。由于教学经验颇浅，我对教学工作不敢怠慢，本学期以来,本人遵守学校各项制度，按时上课、组织学生早读，积极参加学校组织的各种教学活动，从各方面更加严格要求自己，结合本校的实际条件和学生的实际情况，认真备课、听课，深入研究教法，虚心向老教师请教，及时反思教学，使教学有计划、有组织、有步骤地开展虚心学*。现对本学期以来的教学教育工作做以下总结，希望不断发扬优点，克服缺点，总结经验，吸取教训，使自己的教学工作更上一层楼。
一、认真制定教学计划，使教学有序地进行。在新课程改革精神和新的教学理念的灌溉下，我依照教学大纲、教材、学生实际和教育教学规律，制定了学期教学计划，规划好阶段计划，课时计划。在此基础上，设计好每一堂课。
二、认真备课。作为一名年轻教师，我的体会是，上好一堂课难，但备好一堂课更难。在备课之前，必须对所有内容进行熟悉，参考多方面的资料，认真深入钻研教材，确定重点难点，同时，备课不仅要备教材，而且要备教法，备教学手段，因此，本人在自身努力钻研教材和教法的基础上，积极配合搞好同年级老师的小组集体备课。
三、认真组织课堂教学。一堂课的四十五分钟，就是一个教师表演技能的阶段。上课时，本着“传道、授业、解惑”的原则，努力提高教学质量，使讲解有条理、清晰、准确、生动。使每堂课学生有所获，努力使学生打好基础，培养能力，发展智慧，培养学生的正确思维方式，养成良好的学**惯。坚持做到以学生为主体，教师为主导，训练为主线。在课堂上，特别注意调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生的主体作用，让学生学得容易，学得轻松，学得愉快。在课堂上，根据不同学生设计不同层次的问题，树立学生的自信心，让各层次的学生都得到提高。
四、虚心请教其他教师。教师的教学过程即是一个学*的过程。因此，在此过程中，一旦心中有疑，必会请教于同行。由于自己是一个教坛新手，缺乏经验，所以有许许多多的东西都须向其他教师学*。认真做到每月听课两节，做好听课记录，取之所长，克服所短。并常常与其他教师交流，改进教学方法。
五、认真批改作业。坚持布置适量的作业，使学生所学知识得到巩固和提高。布置作业时，坚持做到有针对性，有层次性，形式多样化。以此同时，提倡学生写英语周记，坚持每两周检查一次。每周布置听写任务，对所学新单词、新短语、好句子进行听写。认真及时地批改作业、作文、周记及听写。并针对学生的作业作文情况，认真透彻地进行讲评，根据其情况不断改进教法。
六、认真反思教学。教学这一活动，没有反思的.伴随就不会有进步。坚持每次授课后，认真回想，进行反思。记录其教法、做法及操作不大理想的地方，虚心请教前来听课的领导及教师，及时做改进。并根据班级情况，分组教学，使组与组之间进行竞争学*。正所谓“有竞争才有动力”，坚持长期性评价原则，使学生在组中相互帮助，相互学*，培养团结互助的学*精神。
七、做好课后辅导工作。在课后，对不同的学生进行相应的辅导。从*时的课堂反应，课后交流，周记记录中掌握各个学生的心理状况，抓住他们的特点和个性，有的放矢地与其进行交流，做到按层次、按情况进行辅导。及时给予关怀和关爱。善于发现学生的优点，并给予表扬;积极发现后进生的闪光点，及时给予鼓励，树立他们的自信心。充分结合课本知识，给学生讲相关的英语故事，了解外国文化，扩大知识面。引导他们对学*萌发兴趣，从而自觉地把身心投入到学*中去。
总之，在这一学期的教学过程中，我尽力地做好每项工作。其中学到的东西固然不少，但不足之处也很多。在以后的教学工作中，我将不断总结经验，发扬优点，改进缺点，不断探索新的教学方法和教学手段，激发学生的学*兴趣和积极性，提高自己的教学质量，做一位合格的人民教师，让我这颗教坛上的新星更加耀眼!
本学期英语教学全面贯彻学校精神和任务，结合本校师生实际情况发展
实际，认真落实了学校和教育科研室提出的学期工作目标和要求，整体落实了学期初教学工作计划，提高工作的时代性、时效性、针对性。树立教育质量化的观念，积极投身教科研实践。争取工作有所创新，教学反思进一步落到了实处。充分发挥活力，努力把教学工作落到实处。现将学期工作总结如下：
一、具体情况分析
在上学期的考试中，35班及格率为31、2%，36班为30、5%；两班英语成绩相对较弱一些，但总的来说，两个班学生的英语学*状况不容乐观，主要存在的问题是：语言基础知识不扎实、综合语言运用能力差，试卷中阅读、尤其完形填空失分情况严重，改错题存在越该越错的情况，书面表达语言不规范、词不达意情况明显，存在诸多不规范现象，部分学生没有良好学*英语的*惯与能力，高分段学生匮乏。
本学期学校指标任务是：尽量缩小与同级学校的差距，期末联考中力争进步。
二、教学内容及要求
本学期需要进行英语必修1、2的教学，之后进行复*。在教学时注重知识的前后联系，增强主干知识的系统性；于复*时侧重帮助学生全面且系统地掌握高中所学英语基础知识（重点是词汇、语法），夯实学生基础，抓中等促学困，进一步巩固优等生。
三、课堂教学特殊原则坚持“学生主体”的原则
在教学过程中坚持少讲多练，精讲精练，力争做到*题讲评过程中“三讲三不讲”，即讲清重点，难点，疑点；学生会的不讲，学生能自己解决的不讲，估计讲了也不能理解的则不讲。对于基础知识题要做到：先练后讲，逢讲必练，讲后再练。
所教班级学生词汇掌握欠缺，因而影响到其他各单项成绩的提高。因此始终把学生的词汇积累与提高阅读能力放在最重要的位置。通过单词轮回记忆和长期的阅读训练，帮助学生拓展词汇量，拓宽知识面，重点提高概括，推断能力和长句理解能力。
四、具体措施
1、抓好词汇复*
根据《高考词汇手册》，把词汇复*主要穿插在高三新课讲授之中，做好词汇复*工作。词汇量的大小是英语学*及成绩提高的关键因素，它极大地影响着学生其他各方面能力的提高，因此一定要扎实、有效，争取做到长效。2、夯实语法知识的基础
在新授课时结合《讲练测》及《北京联考卷》进行语法复*，然后在第二轮复*时进行语法专项指导与练*。对学生进行语法复*，要各个击破、一一掌握。同时加强单项选择题解题技巧的'训练，提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。3、加强语篇整体把握及限时阅读训练
在考前复*中，将语篇训练作为贯穿英语学*的主线，是新教材、新大纲和新考纲所要求的。语篇训练不仅包括阅读理解，还包括完形填空，短文改错和书面表达。在这四项专题训练中，阅读理解是重中之重。根据高考试卷对阅读理解题限时的要求，学生在做阅读理解练*时，一定要有时间限制，即应在35分钟内完成五篇阅读中的20道选择题。要充分利用*时所掌握的阅读技巧，如寻找主题句、猜词、推理、跳读、略读等获取所需要的信息，反复揣摸思路，整体把握文章，最终高质量完成阅读任务。每天让学生有阅读材料并及时讲评。每天做一篇完形填空和一篇阅读理解，以强化阅读理解的训练。坚持持之以恒的自我阅读训练，阅读速度和正确率定会日渐提高。
3、书面表达及改错
书面表达训练分体裁进行，首先让学生背诵每种体裁文章，然后让学生通过把范文与所给语言信息进行对比，再进行同体裁文章写作训练。坚持写作、不断修改，强化训练，提高写作能力。每周至少一篇作文，通过面批、抽查相结合，以及课上利用多媒体展台全体学生共同批改的形式，加强写作方法指导和写作*惯的培养。
短文改错训练通过单句、段落的方式进行，尤其结合学生写作训练材料、让学生相互改正自己写作中的错误，切身体验错误的存在与隐形，进而运用到段落的改错训练中。本学期改错训练主要放在套题训练中进行。
一，学*课标，明确教学目标。
为了使我的英语教学适应新时期英语教学要求，树立起新的育人理念，我们英语教师抽时间对《英语课程标准》进行了研读，了解了此次英语课程改革的目的，掌握了此次英语改革的重点，理解了英语教学原则，学会了一些科学评价原则等，从而为后面的教学带给了充分的依据，奠定了扎实的基础，保证了教学的顺利进行。
二，扎实备课，理清教学思路。
备课是课堂教学的重要环节，我在备课时做到了以下几点：
1、课前备课，做到“有备而来”。我认真阅读各种教科参考书，既备教材，教法，有备学生。结合学生的实际和教材的资料，既要思考知识的纵向联系，又要思考新知识的横向衔接；既要突出重点，又要突出难点；既要体现完整的教学过程，又要注意好个环节的过渡自然。
2、课中备课，灵活安排简单易操作的游戏活动。我透过游戏引入新课教学时，为了不打消学生的用心性，我在实施教学的时候，总是尽量设计一些简单易操作的游戏及其活动，将教学资料层层铺开，把枯燥乏味的课堂转成生动搞笑“快乐堡”，让他们在快乐中学*，在玩中获得新制。在活动中学生们都乐于参与，充分调动了学生的情感态度和兴趣，学生的用心性得到了充分发挥，教学效果良好。
3、课后备课，总结教学经验。每上完一单元，我都及时对该单元做出总结和反思，学出教后感，肯定本节课成功的地方，探讨该单元的不足之处，为以后的教学工作打下基础。
三，认真上课，体现以人为本。
《英语课程标准》提出“让学生在教师的指导下，透过感知，体验，实践，参与和合作等方式，实现任务的.目标，感受成功。”这便要求英语课的教学要以学生为主，培养他们学*英语的兴趣，提高他们对词汇，句型的听说认读和语言实际运用的潜力。为此，我在实际的教学过程中做了以下几点：
1、巧设导入，培养兴趣。每节的教学我首先透过做游戏，唱英语歌来激发学生的学*兴趣，让学生融洽在学*英语的氛围内。
2、图文结合，掌握新知。根据教材“图文并茂”的特点，充分运用单词卡片、实物教具、简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生，使学生带着明确的任务目标，并借助图片、动作、表情等手段掌握其义，让他们用心主动参与学*获取新知过程，培养他们学*英语的兴趣。在遇到难读的单词或句子时，我不厌其烦，耐心教导学生认读，力争让他们学了就懂，懂了会用，培养他们认读的潜力。在学*新知的同时，还适时对他们进行思想教育。
3、游戏活动，巩固新知。在完成了每节课的新授课任务后，抓住学生争强好胜的心理，透过师生互动、生生互动的游戏活动将教学资料层层铺开；为了尊重学生的个体差异，营造宽松的学*环境，以简单易操作的趣味性、多样化游戏为主来实施教学，让学生进行反复模仿、认读、玩演、视听，从而给他们带给充分的活动和交流机会，让学生在玩的过程中获得新知，提高他们语言的运用潜力，培养他们的学*兴趣。
4、透过复*新知。我常在每节课结束的前十分钟，让学生听有关本节课教学资料的录音磁带。第一遍先认真听，第二遍边听边跟读。在学生能听读后并要求学生用相应的肢体语言或动作入情入境的来模仿、表演对话。在学生进行合作学*、表演时及时给予示范和指导，让学生充分体验到成功的喜悦，体会到学*英语的乐趣。这样既复*了本节课的知识要点，又提高了同学们的听说潜力和读音的准确性，，从而让学生真正做到眼到、口到、心到、手到。
四、加强自学，不断积累知识。
由于本人在英语教学方面经验甚少，自己的知识又有限，在教学的同时，时时虚心向资历深的教师请教，和我们英语组的同事一齐学*有关英语方面的教学教法，加强自身的业务学*、扩大视野；用心收集有助于英语课堂教学的各种游戏资料，时常听录音纠正自己的语音语调。
总之，一学期的教学工作自己付出了很多，收到的回报也不少：领导的信任，使我精力充沛；同事的帮忙，使**劲十足；学生的渴求，使我信心倍增。我会努力填补自己在教学中的不足，不断改善教学方法，在教学中设计一些学生喜爱的活动、游戏来辅助课堂教学，激活课堂。用心开发和有效利用课程资源，更好的为英语教学服务，力争在今后的英语教学工作中取得更好的成绩。我相信有耕耘总会有收获。
经过对高二下学期的教学，我发现高二是学生整个高中外语学*的关键时期，于是我决定在教学上继续拓宽学生的知识面，全面培养听、说、读、写四会本事，继续培养理解、分析和阅读的本事让学生在高中系统的学*中牢固地掌握基础知识，并具备必须的自学本事。
一、教育教学指导思想
树立新观念，继续钻研新大纲，探索教材教法。进一步明确任务性教学和其他教学理论相结合，探索培养学生全面语言本事。
二、教学工作
1、强备课组建设。全组成员以新大纲为本，认真钻研新教材。
1)、教研组的安排，加强备课组的团体备课，保证备课的时光和质量，每周至少保证半天的时光。备课时重点研究教法和课外读本的处理，异常是对新教材的教法，要认真把握。中心发言人要有明确的.重难点，对疑难点要有自我的看法，提出来供大家讨论，以取得相对统一的见解。本期还要注意和高考逐渐接轨。
2)、展组内“转转课”，并展开讨论，认真分析长短，相互促进。异常是加强本教学组教师之间的交流，以构成一个具有强烈的职责心，较强教学本事的团体。
2、修课：本期教学知识覆盖面和词汇量仍然大，所以，首先要加强基础知识的训练，在上好教本的同时，要异常研究拓展学科的课外知识，人文知识，加强课外阅读的补充和指导，具体方法
1)、好单元教学，突出单元教学重点。认真学*任务性教学理论，贯穿于教学实践中。把握好各个环节并注意和其他教学理论相结合，让学生不仅仅学*知识，并且得到本事的培养。

3)、内课外阅读
a、教师指导阅读，教师除了课文中阅读材料，还要指导学生的课外阅读，备课时要对其资料，重难点，方式方法等都要作通盘研究。另外还要注意“教本”和“课外阅读”的相关延伸，即“课外阅读”和“教本”具体课文的相关衔接。同时，教师还要对学生进行阅读策略方面的指导。
b、学生单元小结：
1、积累词语，对课文涉及的重要词语，要总结、查字典解释重点记忆。
2、阅读报刊文章写点评;3。每单元写一百字左右与课文资料相关的作文。
c、课堂交流，课堂内材料都以书面形式和口头形式呈现，最终由教师收集作为资料保存。
d、英语学*小组活动，每个小组每学期都有机会在课堂展示对一篇文章或一个专题的理解，质疑，评析，欣赏。这是学生自主学*和“研究性阅读”的尝试。
4)写作：
a、根据教材的编写体例，把教本上的写作资料与学生练笔结合。
b、本期拟作作文每单元1次。
c、作文批改要讲实效，要调动学生参与，可先由学生自评或互评，再由教师点评，对其得失进行分析总结，并提倡学生写后记或重作，以期不断提高写作本事。
d、对优秀的作文可进行交流。
3、充分利用电脑，投影仪，磁带，录像等电教手段，适当的时候使用多媒体教室，使英语课堂更加形象，生动活泼。搞好我校的网校工作，制作各单元的电子文本。
4、认真准备本期晚自*的教学工作安排。
