In some places, the air and water pollution is so serious that it causes many deaths. At the same time, many animals and plants are in danger because of the destruction of their habitats. so a low carbon life is becoming more and more popular among people. A low carbon life can be of great use for us . Therefore, we must take the necessary measures to reduce the environmental impact of carbon dioxide. But what should we do for it ?
As we all know,the Earth is the only place for people to live.Unluckily,the environment is getting worse and worse now，so we must be friendly to the Earth.In my opinion,one of the most useful ways to protect the environment is to have a low carbon life.
First,when yougo shopping,try to use cloth bags which can be used for years instead of paper and plastic ones.What’s more,it’s necessary for us to take public transport more often.Sometimes undergrounds are even more fast than private cars.In this way,air pollution will be reduced and we won’t have to wear masks everyday any more.Last but not least,try to use every piece of paper in a proper way.

Today I will say the low-carbon life in our house. 只要天不黑家里绝对不开灯。出门不是骑电动车就是坐公交。而且我在卫生间里贴了一张白纸写上“请节约用水”几个大字，哎!果然有效，爸爸妈妈再也不浪费水了，他们俩把洗菜水，洗衣服的水都存下来冲马桶，这样做既节约水，还省下了不少水费。
我爸以前扔垃圾都是不管三七二十一装在一个袋子里一同扔掉。可是现在却不同了，他每次都把垃圾分类，不可回收的都扔掉，可回收再利用的都收集起来卖给收废品的，这样卖废品的钱攒起来还可以买菜。
就这样两个月的低碳生活，不仅让我们家人人养成了好*惯，还节省了不少生活开销。妈妈高兴的说：“低碳生活既环保，又省钱，还能让我们健康的生活，我们家一定要把低碳生活进行到底!”

Low carbon life is to reduce carbon in the air. We know that when we burn something to make electricity, we make the air dirty and increase the carbon dioxide; when we drive cars, the carbon dioxide is also increased.
Because of the high-consumption and high-pollution economy, the population increases quickly and the global climate changes repeatedly. As a student, we should develop good habits in our daily lives. We can select products with longer shift life when we shop. This can reduce waste and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Paper cups are made from cutting forests. We should try not to use them, or select the smaller ones when we do because trees can absorb carbon dioxide and reduce greenhouse gas. Low-carbon life is good for everyone. To help with the environment，I always walk or ride a bike to school instead of taking a car. Besides，I will try to use things that can be recycled and I never forget to turn off the lights when I leave the classroom. I think it‘s my duty to live a low-carbon life. 衣：少买不必要的衣服。一件普通的衣服从原料到成衣再到最终被遗弃，都在排放二氧化碳。少买一件不必要的衣服就可以减少2.5千克二氧化碳的排放。另外，棉质衣服比化纤衣服排碳量少，多穿棉质衣服也是低碳生活的一部分。
食：多吃素。生产1千克牛肉排放36.5千克二氧化碳，而果蔬所排放的二氧化碳量仅为该数值的1/9。另外本地的果蔬和水也比外地运输来的排放二氧化碳量小。此外，低碳饮食还包括适量喝酒，如果1个人1年少喝0.5千克酒，可减排二氧化碳1千克。
住：选择小户型，不过度装修。减少1千克装修用钢材，可减排二氧化碳1.9千克；少用0.1立方米装修用木材，可减排二氧化碳64.3千克。

现在我们国家对全世界公开承诺减排指标，决定到20xx年温室气体排放比20xx年下降40%-45%。低碳时代已经如约而至，正在改变着我们的生活。低碳就在我们身边。夏天，我们在家用空调时，不要长时间开着，用了几个小时后，就关掉，再开电风扇。这样就能省50%的电；在冰箱内放食物时，食物的量以占容积的80%为宜，用塑料盒盛水制冰后放入冷藏室，这样能延长停机时间、减少开机时间，更节电；用微波炉加工食品时，最好在食品上加层无毒塑料膜或盖上盖子，这样被加工食品水分不易蒸发，食品味道好又省电；开车时尽量避免突然变速，选择合适档位，避免低档跑高速，定期更换机油，轮胎气压要适当和少开空调。短时间不用电脑时，启用睡眠模式，能耗可下降到50%以下；关掉不用的程序和音箱、打印机等外围设备；少让硬盘、软盘、光盘同时工作；适当降低显示器的亮度。

另外，将普通灯泡换成节能灯，尽量步行、骑自行车或乘公交车出行，随手拔下电器插头……你看这些看似不经意的小事，都是在为减碳做贡献。

冒电说，她想到了可以顺路接同学的。
我则反省自己，发通知时写了自备车，可以拼车，却在电话通知同学时忘记将此事理顺一下了。
为什么会没将车当回事呢？最主要的原因是自己事先知道有可能会需要坐七路再转一趟公交车去的。娜娜答应从河西绕过来接，才改成坐了便车去了。
后来，吃午餐时，留了两台车在冒电住的院子，吃晚餐时，留了三台车在出发地点。
下次活动要将此事重视一下，发通知时，顺便理好线路、哪台车接哪些同学。谨记！

我们学校一直在提倡低碳生活，我们家也从日常生活、行为中开始注重保护地球家园，开始低碳生活了。
外婆每天都把淘米水与洗过菜的水留着冲厕所，在洗手、洗碗时用盆子接住水洗。外婆每天坚持手洗衣服，很少用洗衣机，这样既能减少用水量，又勤劳环保?。我妈咪、外婆每次去市场买菜都是自备购物环保袋，坚决不使用一次性塑料袋。我家使用的电饭煲、冰箱都是使用低功率的，这样可以减少耗能。
我家的电视除了看新闻，其它的娱乐、电视剧节目基本不看，减少电视耗电时间。我家用的充电器，热水器等电器每次使用完都能及时把插头拔下。
我穿不着的衣服，妈咪把它们全部收纳起来给表妹穿，妈咪说制作衣服会产生二氧化碳，少买一件不必要的衣服就可以减少二氧化碳的排放。

去年的寒假，我第一次了解到了“低碳”这个词语。
寒假，我来到社区参加活动。一走进社区办公室，我的眼前便跳出了几个大字“低碳生活我做主”，我连忙凑上去看活动指南，不看不要紧，一看我就蒙了，“原创一幅低碳生活画或一篇低碳生活作文。"

我有一个很不好的*惯，*时擦手、擦嘴时要用好多张纸，一个偶然的机会，我在一本书上读到一棵生长了五年的书只能造一包餐巾纸，二十年的树只能造3000张的A4纸后，我就在身边放了一块手帕，用来擦手、擦嘴，不仅节约了资源，还方便了许多呢！

中国现在实行搞活经济，许多家庭都有了小轿车。冬天时，外面天寒地冻，寒风刺骨，人们都不敢出门，可是小轿车可以呀！大家坐在舒适的车内，微型空调里的热风不断吹来，感受不到一丝寒风。可在车外不断排放的尾气，管口出冒出的黑烟，让旁边的人无法呼吸。当这些气体被风吹到大气层时，会造成空气污染，可能大家都会说，这才多大点尾气，肯定没有很大的影响，可又何止这一辆汽车。刚中国人口就达十几亿，把贫困人口除外，也十亿呢？其他国家也有汽车，上百亿辆汽车一天排放的尾气是多么大，造成的危害无法估量呀！而且车辆聚集地之外也有人群呀！人呼吸了这些空气，肺部肯定会受到伤害。日积月累，肯定有人会失去生命呀！中国的大气污染指数是最高的，如果我们贪图一时享受，而污染空气，这样我们的良心能安宁吗？如果大气受到过渡的污染，此时坐在车内的您也会受到影响和伤害呀！人们说：“人心齐，泰山移。”而且此时保护的不仅是您，更是地球妈妈。我相信，上百亿人齐心协力做到低碳生活，怎么能挽救不了地球妈妈呢？我们如果步行，不仅可以保护环境，也能锻炼身体，提高人们的体质。

不知从何时起，我们的天空总是暗淡无光，阴沉着脸；我们脚下的黄土总是毫无顾忌地登堂入室；小河清澈的水变得浑浊……地球为什么会陷入这样的地步呢？
是人类乱砍滥伐，没有了森林。黄土就开始肆虐，搞得大气层都不得安宁。人类把工厂里的废水排进河里，把小鱼、小虾弄死了。原本干净的小河就变成了臭水沟，真可惜。现在家家户户都有空调，这是全球变暖的罪魁祸首。南北极的冰山开始融化，企鹅、北极熊无家可归，甚至濒临灭绝。这不算可怕，更可怕的是由于工厂不断地向天空排放二氧化碳，使海水变酸，许多鱼儿和珊瑚礁都死在了变酸的海水中，多么令人痛惜呀！
人类不断开采天然气，石油，地下水……我在书上还知道现在的西安大雁塔的地下水被人类抽出利用后，就变成了一座斜塔。若干年后，这座闻名中外的历史古迹还会耸立在我们的面前吗？
我们真的想让这些噩梦变成现实吗？如果不想，就快快行动起来吧！不乱扔果皮纸屑，不践踏草坪，尽量少用或不用塑料袋，可回收与不可回收的垃圾分开投放，上放学不做汽车，多骑自行车或步行等等，都能是我们的生活环境变得更美好。
让我们携起手来，共同保护环境，共同撑起一片蓝天。低碳生活从我们做起，从点点滴滴的小事做起，从细微处做起。
最*看报纸、上网，经常能看到这样几个词——“低碳生活”、“气候变暖”、“《哥本哈根协议》”、“《联合国气候变化框架公约》”等等。
气候变暖会导致冰川融化、气候异常，而罪魁祸首就是“高碳”，所以环境专家提出了“低碳生活”的口号，我们可以把它理解为降低二氧化碳的排放，低能量、低消耗、低开支的生活方式。“低碳生活”不仅节约资源，也有利于人体健康。
我们的低碳生活要从那几个方面做起呢？
在生活的细节上注重节能降耗，避免不必要的消耗。比如随手关灯、用洗过衣服的水拖地、淘米水浇花等等。电器用完把插座彻底拔下来，你可能不知道，电器开着，就连小小的手机充电器在插座上插着时都会排放出可怕的二氧化碳。我本来以为，二氧化碳只有汽车尾气、煤炭燃烧时会排放，没想到生活中处处都有微弱的“碳”在侵害着我们的地球。
其次，冬天可以试着关闭空调、电视、电脑一段时间，去户外运动一下，不仅身上暖和了，还能强身健体呢。
养花是妈妈的爱好，家里的吊兰、常春藤一年四季都绿意盎然。我的电脑桌前就摆着小小的绿萝和仙人球，我经常看看，既净化了空气又养眼，真是一举两得啊！
大家上学的时候，尽量不要乘坐出租车和小汽车，多坐公交，这样也能减少废气排放。

*些年来，地球的气候环境被人们严重的破坏着，而我们小学生要学会低碳生活，保护地球、刻不容缓。从节约一度电、每一滴水做起。我家的生活就很“低碳”，不信的话，你来听听我是怎样做“环保小能手”的吧！前一天下午，我想和妈妈一起去寺坡水库边看美丽的水灯，我们原本想坐爸爸的汽车去，可是我又一想，我们要减少车尾气二氧化碳的排放量，保护大气层，多步行或骑自行车。
于是我就对妈妈说：“妈妈，我们一定要学会环保，步行去水库边玩吧！这样不但低碳了，而且还可以锻炼身体，一举两得呢！”妈妈听完我说的话后笑了，说道：“还是儿子想的最好，那我们就翻刘山去寺坡水库边吧！一路还可以欣赏美丽的风景呢，一举三得呀！”接着我们就愉快的出发了。有时我也会骑上我的变速车去玩！有一次天快要黑的时候，我想看课外书呢！于是我就坐到书桌前，接着打开台灯，可是我一看阳台上还是很明亮！于是我想：我们要节约用电，做一个低碳生活小能手。然后我关上了台灯，搬了一个小凳子坐在阳台上看书，这里和开灯一样明亮，可真是天然电灯呀！我还经常提醒爸爸看完电视后，要记得把总开关给关掉，节约用电，因为只用遥控器关电视，机顶盒还会浪费不少电哟！我家还有许多低碳生活的事情。比如：妈妈洗完衣服或者洗完蔬菜后、把剩下的水用来冲马桶；夏天晚上睡觉时，妈妈把空调关掉，打开阳台上的前后窗户，一阵凉爽的风吹进了卧室里面，比空调还舒服凉快；妈妈还会变废为宝呢！把矿泉水瓶盖用针扎许多小眼，瓶子里灌满水就变成了浇花瓶……
让我们一起来保护我们美好的地球家园、爱护地球环境，从节约每一度电、每一滴水做起，争做环保小能手吧！
我们在植树节的时候，需要种很多的树是为了吸收大气中多余的二氧化碳。空气中的这些二氧化碳除了人们呼出来的以外便是汽车尾气，以及化工厂排放，焚烧垃圾所致。
现在我们提倡过低碳生活，低碳生活便需要我们有一个良好的生活*惯，节约用水用电，做到“人走电断、人离火灭、人走水停”。同时不要随意焚烧垃圾，也不要燃放大量的烟花炮竹。因为烟花炮竹之中含有大量的粉尘颗粒，会影响环境。
生命在于运动，运动其实也讲究低碳。很多人运动时，一般会选择去健身房，如果健身房离家较远，他们可能会开私家车去。当他们开车行驶用掉100公升汽油时，将排出270千克二氧化碳污染空气;到了健身房，开始运动，健身器材又需要消耗电量，当用了100度电时，便又排放出78。5千克二氧化碳。假设这些人用掉了100公升汽油、100度电的话，殊不知，已经排放出了348。5千克的二氧化碳。如果人人都这样的话，天气变暖是迟早的事，臭氧层的破坏也只是时间问题，所以低碳运动很重要，爬楼梯、跑步、散步、扔飞盘、滚铁环都是很好的低碳运动。
最*，我迷上了爸爸小时候的宝贝：铁环儿。那天爸爸在外面给我买了一个，我开始还不太会起步，就算起好了步，也总控制不好方向，老是碰墙。爸爸后来告诉了我起步的方法和拐弯的窍门后，我玩得越来越好了。现在，我正在尝试上坡、下坡的玩法，还有好多朋友跟着我学滚铁环，玩得不亦乐乎。玩累了，我们就会休息一会儿，再和好朋友们一起玩飞盘。
你看，我们的低碳运动是不是很有趣呢。
在群星璀璨的宇宙中，裹着一层薄薄的水蓝色“纱衣”，就像一叶扁舟──地球。地球是人类的家园，人类没有保护它，而且还破坏它，所以，我们要“低碳生活”。
就拿我的家乡──横沥来说吧。原本美丽可爱的家园，是小镇上一道亮丽的风景。高大的树长得郁郁葱葱；地上的小草像铺了一块绿地毯；小鸟叽叽喳喳地在树枝上唱着歌。可现在，垃圾堆积如山、杂草丛生，苍蝇、蚊子到处乱飞；汽车排出的二氧化碳；工厂里排放出的污水，严重污染到我们的健康。
低碳生活，可以是一件小事：少用一次性物品；少开私家车；少用塑料袋，要用环保袋。要做到一水多用，洗米水用来浇花；洗衣服的水用来从厕所；洗菜水用来拖地。生活中电池对我们造成的危害很大。你无法想象：一节钮扣电池能污染600立方米的水，相当于一个人一生的饮水量；一节一号电池烂在地里，能使一*方米的土地失去价值。所以不要乱扔废旧电池，要将废旧电池回收再利用。
记得有一次，妈妈和爸爸正要开车去这附*的大超市里买东西。正在这时，我拦住了爸爸，对爸爸说：“爸爸，少开私家车，你可以步行或骑自行车。这样既不会污染到环境，又可以锻炼你的身体。真是一举两得。”听了我给爸爸的建议，爸爸终于采用了我的建议。

我们人类离不开清新的空气，但是现在PM2.5正在悄悄的笼罩着城市，我们应该做出行动——低碳生活。
马上就要春节了，烟花铺子也快开张了，每年春节我都要放烟花，预示着新一年的喜庆与吉祥。
可是，PM2.5对人的威胁越来越大——你看，天空中常常出现的雾霾，严重地影响我们的呼吸，危害大家的健康；你看，人们出行不便，大雾还造成了不少悲剧……我真想干些什么，尽力帮助减少空气中的PM2.5。
我想了想，烟花是不是会造成空气污染？我到网上查了查，是这样的。可每年放烟花已经成了一个节日里必不可少的一道“节目”这怎么改得了？我每年最期盼看那美丽的烟花徐徐上升，在天空中开出一朵朵美丽的花朵，那亲手放飞烟花的感觉十分的刺激。可今年却要为了环保放弃一次体验刺激，感受美丽的机会——放烟花，我真的是左右为难，难以取舍，到底该怎么办？
于是，我找到了爸爸，告诉了爸爸我的为难，爸爸说：“今年咱们家要环保、低碳的生活，也许，你放一朵烟花，我放一朵烟花，好像没什么，可是这正在一步一步地污染我们城市的清新空气，到最后追悔莫及呀！受到伤害的是自己，比起那小小的开心，小小的刺激而言，我们的健康重要得多！”我沉默了，到底买不买烟花？是要追求小小的刺激，还是，大大的健康？
我沉默了一会儿，也许爸爸是对的，放弃了自己的一点点小快乐，换来的是大家的健康，我同意了，或许用花花草草来代替烟花更好呀！
我知道了一个道理，环保是要靠大家，每个人都尽自己所能出的一份力，哪怕它再微不足道，但我相信能够积少成多，只要大家共同努力，相信我们的生活空间，我们的城市会变得无比美好！低碳生活，从我做起！
现在人们的生活条件越来越好了，但是大部分的资源受到了严重的破坏，所以大家都提倡低碳生活。
我们学校也为我们上了一节提倡低碳生活的班队课呢！回到家里，我告诉奶奶：“奶奶，你买菜时，应该用菜篮或是环保袋，不要用塑料袋，这样可以节省一个塑料袋，更可以节省资源。”从此，奶奶每天都带着环保袋去菜场买菜，我见了，心里美滋滋的。
当妈妈要把洗手液的瓶子扔掉时我，我阻止了妈妈说：“不要扔掉，我可以把它做成一此小装饰品，这样可以装扮房间，又可以低碳生活。”于是我就拿出*时用过的彩色纸、草稿纸装扮了起来，最后变成了一个小娃娃，天天陪我做作业和睡觉。
我们不仅仅要低碳生活，更加需要节约用水，现在有许多地方正在面对旱灾，而我们正在享受着水资源，有时候甚至还在浪费水。我呢，上完卫生间，在冲马桶的水时，放一个装满水的可乐瓶在冲马列桶里，这样每次就可以节省一个可乐瓶的水。我们还可以把洗过菜的水去拖地，洗过脸的水冲马桶，洗过米的水浇花等等。不过用一个比这样更好的方法，在放水的时候把水的开关开小点，让水稍慢的流出来比很快涌出来节约很多。总而言之，我们要节约用水，要珍惜世界母亲的眼泪。要永远记住一句话：最后一滴水将是你的眼泪。
让我们大家一起来提倡低碳生活。低碳生活从我做起，从你做起。珍惜用水，从你我做起。
看着满天的灰尘把蔚蓝的天空覆盖了，我们是否惋惜过，看着混污的脏水把清澈的河水污染了，我们是否心疼过，看着植物的渐渐灭绝，我们是否警惕过。在我们的身后，还是会有千千万万的儿女子孙在这个星球生存下去。但是就是因为我们贪图一时的方便，而造成了永久的不便，我们想过为他们留下一条后路吗？
如果我们还想留下一条路，就必须严格地保护生态环境，降低工业污水对河流的污染，降低白色污染。而且我们现在还要节制使用水源，比如：我们洗澡、洗菜时可以用盆或桶。而这些水可以用来冲马桶和拖地，淘米水也可以用来浇花草……
除了这些，我们还要多植树木，因为树可以吸收二氧化碳，一课树一年就可以吸收二氧化碳十八点三千克，相当于减少了等量的二氧化碳排放。如果我们每个人都植一棵树，那每年减少的二氧化碳的数量可谓惊人。
现在有很多家庭都觉得红木和真皮才能显示出自己家的势力和品味，其实不是这样，与其这样，还不如多使用竹制家具，竹子家具不但美而且具有清热解暑的功能，还有竹子比树木长得快。
还有一般的车用93#油就行了，盲目的使用97#可能既费油，又伤发动机，尽量少使用一次性牙刷，一次性的塑料袋，一次性水怀……因为制造他们所使用的石油也是一次性的。衣服可以攒够一桶再洗，这不是懒，而是在节约水。定期的清理空调，不仅是为了健康，还是省电的好办法。实验证明，用火烧水更省气……
此外，我们还可以合理利用纸张，减少使用过度包装物，合理回收城市垃圾，夜间及时熄灰户外景观灯，在农村推广沼气。
就是这些细小的概念，不但能使我们以后的生活更精彩，而且是个勤俭节约的好办法，何乐而不为呢？
如今全球都在宣传“低碳生活”，我家也积极响应。刚放暑假，我就和爸爸妈妈一起上网查看了有关宣传，高高兴兴地过起了“低碳生活”。现在就让我来给大家举几个例子吧。
炎热的夏天，每个人都特别容易出汗。以前我们总是用餐巾纸擦汗，自从进入低碳生活，我们全家都用起了小毛巾。轻轻柔柔的小方巾不仅好看，而且吸水性很强。每天晚上和衣服一起洗干净，第二天就又可以使用了。节约用纸，就能够让树木的消耗尽量减少，简简单单保护了森林，何乐而不为呢？
另外从7月份开始，我们也很少看电视了，因为这样做会使碳的排放量增大。每天吃好晚饭，我们一家就出外散步。夜间的风很凉爽，这样做既节省了电费又锻炼了身体，真是一举两得！在家时我们也减少了电风扇的使用时间，改用扇子扇风。因为每开一小时电风扇就会排放0.45千克的碳，我们现在已经少排放了15.75千克。此外，晚上睡觉只要不是很热，我们也尽量不使用空调。
我们不仅这样，而且我们在开车方面也用上了低碳理念。爸爸开车时很少用急刹车，迫不得已的时候才用一下。当爸爸看到红灯时，会立刻跟前面的汽车保持车距，不用刹车，让车子利用惯性滑过去。遇到堵车，爸爸就把油门熄火，安心等待。我相信如果人人都这样做，那我们使用地球汽油的时间就会越来越长。
仔细想想，其实我们家很早就进入了“低碳生活”。比如我们家的打印纸每次都是双面打印的，这个*惯自从买了打印机就开始了。每天睡觉前，我们会关闭电源总开关，不让任何电器处在待机状态。这样的例子还有很多，只要用心观察，就会发现。

在当今社会中每个角落都充满浪费的现象。
“活动着人”：在大街、家里、学校饭厅……等地方都有饭菜米粒的出现，它们在饭桌、地面上跳着舞，放肆地哈哈大笑，对我们人类尽情地侮辱。在饭桌上，曾被他人吃过的碗里，都剩一些米饭和几棵青菜。你知道吗？不是厨师做的不好吃，而是客人的*惯在过于浪费。在农地里，农民伯伯没日没夜地在照顾蔬菜，一年下来，收成很好，而卖进了饭店，然而，客人们不懂节约每一粒粮食，倒致剩菜剩饭极多。难道他们没学过“粒粒皆辛苦”吗？不，不是，是因为现在生活好了，而“节约”这个词在他们脑中已经消失了！

“哭泣声”：在学校、家里都会有嘀答、嘀答地响声，有人觉得是清脆的铃当声，但是，他们不知道这其实是没有拧紧的水龙头，有一天，我看见一个大约四年级的小男孩在洗饭盒，最后，因为他好像有事情就跑了，但是他不知道他没有拧紧水龙头，水“滴答”“滴答”就这么流失了。
“道路旁的垃圾”：在大街的路边有一些垃圾是随之可见，一阵风吹过去，垃圾飘到行人的脸上，恶心极了，道路旁有清洁工在不停地扫，但是，地面只是暂时地干净，等她去了另一个地方扫打，地面又会脏了起来。
其实生活中的点点滴滴我们都可以把坏的做好，让中国变更干净，从我们身边做起，加油！
地球是我们人类的家园，也是人类的母亲，我们依赖于他，但遗憾的是随着人口的增长和社会的发展，工厂排放的污水，废气越来越多，堆积如山的垃圾使得我们的绿色生活逐渐减少，环境日益恶化，环境问题成为我们人类的一大难题。
经济腾飞带来的物质生活越来越丰富，可我们闻到的却是令人窒息的空气，看到的是发臭的河水和光秃秃的山岭。
“环境我需要我们保护!”
然而这般显浅易懂的道理，很多人并不懂，也不重视，更是肆无忌惮地加大了对地球索取，我们生活的家园岌岌可危。
举个例子：日本是一个经济发达的强国，经济越发达，环境破坏也更严重。前段时间看到新闻播报，日本自然灾害也特别多。地震、大暴雨、山体滑坡造成的洪灾，使100多万人被迫撤离自己的家园，无家可归。这都是他们贪婪取无所尽对环境破坏所造成的后果。
其实绿色环保低碳生活很简单，只要从身边的小事情，小细节做起。
每人节约一滴水，那么我国约14亿人便可节约112吨水，相当于可以使一片沙漠变为绿洲。每人节约一张纸，那么我国一年便可少砍9490万棵树，相当于一片大兴安岭。
如果每人每天节约用电1小时，全国便可节约用电33亿度，那就相当于少建一个60万千瓦的发电厂。再有，每天少抽一支烟，每人每年减排二氧化碳0。37千克，中国4亿烟民每年可节约5。4万吨标准煤，减排二氧化碳13万吨。看着这些个数字，每个数字都是如此庞大，虽然不会说话，但他们已经将节约如何简单诉说于我们了。
只有做到低碳环保生活，我们的生活环境才不会恶化，才会越来越美丽，绿色环保从我做起，从小事做起，从今天做起，为了我们家园的碧水蓝天，山清水秀让我们一起行动起来，做一个环保小卫士。
打响我们的口号：“追求绿色节能时尚，拥抱绿色低碳生活，共建绿色家园”。
低碳生活代表着更健康，更自然，更安全的生活，同时也是一种低成本、低代价的生活方式。
中国改革开放以来，人们的生活水*越来越好。无论是家里的餐桌上还是身穿的衣服，都发生了翻天覆地的变化。但是环境却受到了污染，如干净的河水变成了臭水沟，漂亮的小湖，也变成了人们的垃圾湖……因此提倡人们坚持低碳生活，节能环保的'做法迫在眉睫！
低碳生活是一种新的生活方式。保护环境，从我做起。洗衣服时，少放洗衣粉漂洗，衣服更干净。空调尽量少开，用电风扇或者扇子代替，多开窗多通风，有利于节约能源。尽量少用电梯，建议多走楼梯，既省电，又能锻炼身体。同时要充分大自然的太阳能，风能等可再生资源，发挥它们最大的效益与功能。比如说太阳能热水器可以为人们的生活提供方便，还有利用风能来发电等等。因此低碳生活是一种幸福、健康、经济的生活方式，它不会降低我们的幸福指数，相反会让人们的生活更加幸福。
低碳生活是一种态度。低碳生活是我们对未来美好生活负责的一种态度，而不是一种能力，只要我们重视它，并且付出行动，每一个人都能做到。这就要求我们要从小事做起，从自己做起，从现在做起。如节约一滴水，一度电，少开一天车，少用一个塑料袋，就能为我们家园的天更蓝，水更清秀，山更绿，空气更清新做出自己的贡献。再如节能方面，洗完菜的水可以用来浇花，衣服尽量手洗，并用洗完衣服的水用来冲厕所等。只要我们用低碳环保的态度来对待身边的生活，我们的未来世界一定会变得更加美好。
“勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之。”同学们，让我们一起行动起来，在日常生活中坚持低碳生活，节能环保的做法吧，这样我们的将来才会更加的幸福！
以前的我，总是非常浪费，看电视经常开着灯，看好后不关掉，让它待机状态；洗脸经常把水打得满满的，洗脚时又要换一盆水；夏天洗澡时要等换好衣服后才关掉自来水；吃饭时，不管能否吃得完，总是盛满一大碗，吃不下就随意倒掉。
有一天，老师上班队课时说：“同学们，学校要开展保护环境、节约能源、反对浪费活动。从现在起，我们要做到节约每一滴水、每一度电、每一粒米、每一张纸，人人从我做起，世界将永远是美好的。你们能做到吗？”
听了老师的这番话，我十分惭愧，于是第二天我起床刷牙洗脸，倒水时没跟以前一样，直到水溢出来才“罢休”，而是把水打得浅浅的。做作业时尽量不开台灯，而是拉开窗帘，让明媚的阳光照进我的房间；吃午饭时，不再盛满一大碗，做到尽量少盛一点，不够时再添一些，不倒掉，不浪费。尽量少看电视，看好后及时拔掉插头。晚上洗好脸后，用洗脸水来洗脚，洗好脚后用来浇花。做完这些事后，我觉得特别高兴，想到自己也能为保护地球做贡献了，而且还为家里节约了钱。
过了几天，我突然觉得单靠自己一个人的力量是不够的，的靠大家的力量，我必须告诉大家，动员大家，才能减少地球污染的危机啊！我立即告诉我爸妈也要环保，节约资源。想不到妈妈举双手赞成，爸爸却反对说：“资源以后科技发达了肯定会有办法的，再说家里又不缺这点钱。”我语重心长地对爸爸说：“爸爸，资源是不能再生的，我们要把更多的东西留给子孙后代，给他们一个美好的家园，对吗？”爸爸终于茅塞顿开。接着，爸爸妈妈都把这件事告诉了同事，同事又告诉家人，家人又告诉。

地球，是万物赖以生存的家园，是人类名副其实的母亲，过去的地球天空蔚蓝明净，群山青翠欲滴，河水清澈纯净，真是美丽壮观，和蔼可亲。可现在的地球呢?天空难寻昨日的蔚蓝，群山不见往日的青翠，河水流失昔日的清澈。与以前的地球相比，无疑是发生了翻天覆地的变化。通过看电视、查资料，我明白了什么是低碳生活。低碳生活就是在我们生活中尽量少排放二氧化碳。因为二氧化碳多了会使我们身活的空间环境变暖，也就是“温室效应”。我们生活的环境温度升高了，就会是南极冰川融化成水，大量的水流到海里，会使海*面升高，可能就会淹没一些海岛国家上的居民。所以我们在日常生活中要减少二氧化碳的排放。具体到我们生活中，就是要节约能源。
但是对于低碳生活，人们遭遇着类似的尴尬：知道保护环境的重要，也知道保护环境人人有责，但是，为了提高生活质量，却不得不以增加碳排放为代价。专家指出，尽管人们不能避免碳排放，但却可以减少碳排放。每个人都不可能过“零碳”的生活，在资源匮乏的当下，我们要做的是，把有限的资源用于满足人们的基本需要，限制奢侈的浪费。同时，养成“低碳生活”的概念，在可选择，可替换的条件下，首选自然、环保、健康的生活方式。
其实，加入到低碳一族当中并非难事，“低碳生活”细节贯穿在家居生活的各个环节，就拿日常生活用电来说：家用电器的插头插座接触良好才能节电;电水壶的电热管积水垢后要及时清除，这样才能提高热效率;熨烫衣物最好选功率为500瓦或700瓦的高温电熨斗，不仅升温快，还能节电;所有的家用电器尽量不使用“声控”“光控”“遥控”等作为开关，这样可节电10%～15%。这样看来，每个人都能为控制全球气候变暖做出积极的贡献。
同学们，不要让我们亲手毁了自己赖以生存的地球，让我们携手起来，共创美好家园。

在寒假里，我每次看到家里那张石桌上的象棋棋盘，就手痒痒，总想来几盘象棋。虽然我的棋艺不是很好，但我懂得这象棋该怎么下。可是我家的象棋子被弟弟弄得只剩下几颗了。我只好绞尽脑汁，想办法了。
我左思右想，想到了很多办法，可都有很多缺点：不是纸张不够硬，就是只能写一面字。忽然，我看到了硬纸箱，想到一个比较完美的点子。于是，我就开始准备材料和工具了：一只不要了的瓦楞纸箱，要两面都是没写字的，黑色、红色的勾线笔各一枝，圆规，没有圆规可以用跟象棋差不多的圆代表，和把剪刀。
我剪下一小块瓦楞纸，接着拿来一颗剩下的棋子放在上面，用勾线笔把轮廓描出来，但是不要太重，一共画32个圆。红的16个，黑的也是16个。然后用剪刀把这32个圆剪下来。再用勾线笔写上字，分黑、白两种颜色。黑色的有五个“兵”，两个“炮”，两个“车”，两个“马”，两个“象”，两个“士”和一个“帅”；红的有五个“卒”，两个“炮”，两个“车”，两个“马”，两个“相”，两个“仕”和一个“将”。
我做完了这些，就马上叫来爸爸，和我下几盘棋。于是，我们开始了激烈的战争…

在前段时间，我们绍兴的雾霾特别严重，有时候过马路都看不清对面的红绿灯，我想这就是大量排放二氧化碳的后果。

每天早上，我把用过的洗脸水用来浇花、或洗袜子、或拖地、或者冲厕所。尽量不坐电梯，自己上下楼梯上学回家。在家里，我每天少看电视，少玩电脑，节约用水，节约用电；当看完了电视，我就马上拔出插座。我也养成了一种良好的生活*惯，早睡早起，这样也可以少用电。写作业时，节约用纸，草稿纸正反面都用，每页写得满满的，用完之后，把废纸类收集在一起以便回收。写完了作业，我就去院子里与小伙伴玩，多做户外运动。每天我都用水杯带好水，去外面吃饭我带好餐具，不使用一次性的餐筷等等……
我也要求爸爸出门少开车，能不用车时，就不用，尽量步行，路途太远可以坐公交车去。妈妈也非常支持我的做法，同时她也是这样要求自己的，比如少用洗衣机，经常用手洗衣物，用过的水再去拖地什么的；*时，并能把一些废弃的旧物再次充分地利用起来，变废为宝，像茶叶枕、娃娃小毛衣、可爱的小装饰品等，都出自妈妈的巧手。妈妈还告诉我，低碳生活并不意味着就要刻意去节俭，刻意去放弃一些生活的享受，只需要我们从生活的小事做到不必要的浪费，注意节约，同样也是舒适的“低碳生活”。
同学们，为了我们唯一生存的家园，为了让我们有一个舒适、美丽的家园，让我们从身边的小事做起吧！做一个勤俭节约的好孩子，做一个植树造林、保护生态环境的好卫士，做一个热爱生活、热爱家园的好学生，更要做一个既文明又低碳生活的好公民！
记得去年夏天，天气非常热，我和我的家人“躲”在家里看电视。爸爸离开沙发，走到空调下，找了找空调遥控器，便“啪啪”地按了几下。
之后又走到沙发旁坐了下来，我好奇的问爸爸：“爸爸，你刚才干什么的呀?”爸爸说：“没干什么!”我不信，便穿上鞋，走到空调下，拿起空调遥控器，看了一眼，呀，原来爸爸把空调调到了24摄氏度，我对妈妈说：“妈妈，你快跟爸爸说叫他把空调关掉吧，如果我们把空调关掉，把电风扇打开，那能减少多少排碳量啊!”又为大自然节省了能源。
记得还有一次，我和妈妈要去买纸盘，由于第二天要用，我们晚上才去超市。出门时，妈妈对我说：“一会儿到超市车停哪儿呢?”我连忙对妈妈说：“不行不行!如果开车去，没地方停，最重要的是开车去会排出多少碳哪!”妈妈听了我的话，陪我走到了超市。低碳生活只是一种态度，而不是能力，我们应该从节电、节水、节碳、节油、节气这种小事做起，低碳生活是我们要建立的绿色生活方式，只要我们去行动，就可以接*低碳生活，甚至可以达到低碳生活的标准。淘米水可以用来洗脸洗手,茶叶渣可以晒干做茶叶枕头,用传统的发条闹钟取代电子闹钟,随手拔下电器插头……这些看似不经意的举动,都是在为地球减碳。
市环保局的专家说,“低碳生活”实际上就是节水、省电、省气和回收四大要素,具体到市民生活中来说,都是些举手之劳的小事。低碳生活,其实不仅仅关系到环境保护、节约资源之类的宏大命题。即便在个人生活层面上,它也是好处多多的―――既节省生活开支,又有利于身心健康。比如,选择自行车、步行、公交车等绿色出行方式;又比如,少用一度电、少用一张纸、节约一滴水;再比如,使用环保购物袋、认养一棵绿化树……
只要从现在开始，从我们身上开始，用实际行动保护地球，拯救自己——过低碳生活。
低碳生活主要从衣食住行做起。少买一件不必要的衣服，就可以减少2。5千克的二氧化碳的排放。多吃素，减少肉食排出的二氧化碳。选择小户型，不过度装修。少开车，多乘公车，这样才能减少二氧化碳。
除了这些生活上的必须品可以节省，还有一些节约的小窍门。
洗脸池下面的一根水管可以用一个废旧桶代替。用好的水顺着洞流进桶，水可以用来冲马桶。
我还用废瓶盖做了一个“去鳞器”，将五六个啤酒瓶或饮料瓶盖，交错地固定在一块木板上，留出把手。用这种自创牌“去鳞器”既方便又省钱，真正做到了低碳！
一筒盒装牛奶，牛奶喝完了该怎么办呢？第一想到的肯定是扔掉！这可不行，想做到“低碳”，还得学会变身大法！
牛奶盒摇身一变，变台灯：将牛奶盒卧放，用剪刀剪去饮用口，一个有洞的长方体做好了。在宽面上剪一个洞，放一根水管，在里面放好电线，接通灯泡，把灯泡放在盒子里。用另一个牛奶盒固定在桌上就完成了！
牛奶盒再摇身一变，变储物盒子。*时常常会弄丢的小东西在盒子里安家再合适不过了。储物盒子做法也很简单，任意一面剪一个口子，放得进东西就行了！
牛奶盒十八般武艺之三，变身可爱又美丽的笔筒。首先，把盒子洗净，然后，用小刀小心翼翼地把盒子的顶部切下，盒子就变成了一个没盖的长方体，接下来，你可以用纸包装，也可以用一些你喜欢的废袋子上的花纹装饰一下！
要做到“低碳”很简单，我相信，谁都可以为地球付出一份力。
节能低碳是指消耗能源的减少，从而减低二氧化碳的消耗，我们应进取提倡“节能低碳，绿色发展，”从节水，节电，节油做起，它能够帮忙我们将”节能低碳变为现实。
随着现代科技日新月异，人们享受着科技带来的欢乐。蓦然回首，却发现身后已是无穷无尽的污染，工业化推进与城市化就迅速把人类的生活推上高碳，地球被折磨得遍体鳞伤，人们毫无节制地滥用资源、滥砍乱伐，使世界面临前所未有的危机，严重影响了人类生存，举目四顾，好些地方，青山不再青，绿水不再绿，河里流着臭水，山上倒满垃圾……经济、社会的发展，难道要毁灭人类赖以生存的大自然做代价
节能低碳渗透在生活的方方面面，自从我加入了环保小卫士，其实，我觉得低碳并不神秘，它就在我们身边。只要*时*惯稍微注意一点，每个人都能够做到“低碳”。我们能够用洗脸水、淘米水浇花、冲马桶，将它二次利用。
以前，我很怕黑，睡觉前都会开着一盏夜灯，一向到天亮。而此刻，我明白了：少开一盏灯、随手关灯、随手关掉一切能够切断电源的电器设备，都能节俭电。如果每个家庭省一度电，全市一天就能节俭十多万度电，这就意味着能节俭煤四十多吨，节俭水四百多吨。
一次，我和妈妈要去逛超市。出门时，妈妈对我说：“一会儿到超市车停哪儿”我连忙说：“浑浊的`尾气使得城市更不清新，会排出很多二氧化碳，努力降低出行中的能耗、污染。”妈妈听了我的话，陪我走到了超市。这样既节能低碳了，又锻炼了身体，真是一举两得。
经过了那么多天，妈妈也把她对节能低碳的想法告诉了我：“低碳生活就是可是分追求物质，在当今社会浮躁的社会中，节能低碳还能带来心灵上的宁静呢！”

每次吃饭的时候，总是看见桌子的边缘，有一个筷子筒。里面放的是一双双一次性筷子。我看了都心疼。每个桌子都有，每个小饭店都有，那得多少啊！得砍掉多少树林啊？每到这时，我都会向妈妈看去，妈妈似乎领悟了我的意思，问老板娘，有没有家用筷子？他说有，便拿来了三双。
很多顾客看到我们这样，也都纷纷换成了家用筷子。并且还有一人说出了用一次性筷子的危害。老板娘听了以后，羞红了脸，并保证再也不这样了。以后每次我们去吃饭，都是用家用筷子。一次性筷子，再也没出现过。是啊，少用一双一次性筷子，几亿人就少用几亿双一次性筷子，就要少砍多少片森林啊！唉，这些森林，能造就多少绿洲啊。
在不需要开车时，尽量骑自行车出门。这样的话，可以少排污气，让空气依旧很清新哦！相信大家，体会过呼吸污染过的空气和干净的空气吧。浑浊的呼吸起来很难受，而洁净的，却很舒畅，让人的心情多云转晴。所以，空气的清新很重要呦！骑自行车，既对空气好，又锻炼我们的身体。一举两得。大家也呼吸过，大货车排出的尾气吧。很难受，呛人，一股股浓烟腾地而起。好似着了火似的。
我曾有过这样的经历，不知道你们有没有：我去公园玩耍，以为那里的湖很美，到了后，大惊失色。水全绿了，上面还飘着许多的垃圾，不忍一睹。许多的浮沫子在水面上飘飘荡荡，发出阵阵的恶臭。让然感到恶心。我总不能跳进水中去捞垃圾吧？所以，我唯一能所做的事，就是河岸的垃圾捡捡扔掉。也算为社会出了一份效力了。我已经力所能及了。

一间没人的子里，电视机被开着，灯也明晃晃的亮着；崭新的笔记本，才被用了几页，就被扔进了垃圾桶；水龙头“滴滴嗒嗒”的流着水，用水人却不知去向；美丽的公园里，游客们吃完肉串，将竹签随手扔到了地上。这些都是生活中人们常见的不环保、不低碳的现象，看到这些现象，你是否会深入思索呢？
“什么是低碳生活？”，这是一个看似*常而又不*常的问题。
在家里，早上用完的洗脸水，我总是往水池里漫不经心的随手一倒，而妈妈却把这些多余的水节约起来，有谁方便完时，她都是用这些*时省下来的水冲马桶；在学校里，我时不时会看见金校长，在地上捡起同学们不小心遗落的垃圾；在大街上，我们也会看见那些环卫工人们在清扫着面，他们，日复一日，不就是在着一个城市的清洁吗？
有句老话说的好：低碳生活，绿色出行。随着时代的发展和进步，人们的生活愈来愈好，家家户户都买了汽车，出行方便又快捷；夏天开冷空调，坐在里面舒舒服服，不用在火热的太阳下暴晒；冬天躲进车子里，任凭外面风雪交加，里头热气阵阵的可暖和着呢。没错，汽车是给我们提供了许多方便，可你想过没有，汽车在不知不觉中，他成了一个！据不完全统计，全球的汽车每秒排放的尾气约为792，相当于在一秒之间就杀掉了四百多只兔子。而每天在上行驶的汽车们排放的二氧化碳量，更是一连串足以让我们咋舌的天文数字！
在生活中，每以万计的建筑工地，都有许多机械发出的巨大的轰鸣声，这给世界带来了严重的噪声危害。噪声会让儿童，老情烦躁，多听会耳朵受损，听力减弱，得一些缺氧缺血，高血压等疾病。如果是一位孕妇，在长时间处于噪声中，会导致心律失衡，狂躁，严重的还会使胎儿畸形甚至流产……由此可见，低碳生活中减少噪音危害也是多么的重要啊！
低碳生活，人们还需要改变很多！要从日常生活中，工作中，学*中的细节做起，要从每个家庭做起，要从每个人做起！
低碳，顾名思义就是：减少二氧化碳的排放。每个人都在宣传“低碳”都在执行低碳。那如果没有这个呼号，那人们是不是就不用过“低碳”生活了吗？不，减少二氧化碳的排放对人的呼吸，对动物的生存，对大自然中的一切都是有益的。
我们家也开始实行低碳。而且这个建议是我提出的。我在网上看到“低碳生活”，为了人类的生存环境和健康安全，暂且不说全人类，就说我们全家吧，都是没有坏处的！我提出的这个建议，收到了大家的好评，妈妈还夸我长大了，能为大家着想了。
我们先从最小的但也是最重要的开始做。妈妈把所有的纸巾都藏了起来禁止我们用，擦桌子用抹布，擦手用毛巾，擦鼻涕也用毛巾，而上厕所也要节约用纸……反正一切都要节约，尽量做到不用。因为种树是能吸二氧化碳唯一的一个方法，我们植树用护树这样就更好了。
尽量少使用一次性牙刷、一次性塑料袋、一次性水杯，还有电脑、电视、空调，这些一次性的东西和电器会释放很多的热能。为了这个提议我几乎是戒掉了电脑、电视，只允许我查资料，但时间也不能过长。还有最受不了的是，每天洗澡不能用很多的水，冬天倒还好，可最*天气在一天一天地变暖，身上不洗干净就觉得痒痒的。
随手关灯、开关、拔插头，也就是节电。这点我们家做得还算是好，因为白天家里没人，该干嘛的都去干嘛了没有人，晚上一般都回来的比较晚，一会儿就睡了，用的电也比较少。每张纸至少用三四次，每张打印纸都要双面打印，如果每个人都打印双面的`话，就等于少砍半片森林，每年就有几大片森林被保护下来，年复一年，日复一日就会有半个地球的森林被保护。我的眼前显示出了，宇航员遨游太空时拍的照片——地球本来是沙漠的地方都是绿色，甚至有些原本是海洋的地方也种满了树和花草。地球的四周飞着各个品种的蝴蝶，到处是美好的景象。我的想象有点不切乎实际，但我希望这一切都能成为现实。
我们应时时保持“低碳”。
我们居住在一个被大气所包围的蓝色星球，这就是地球。地球本来是一个美丽的星球，可是如今已经虚弱不堪。而这些正是因为我们的破坏，例如：白色污染，空气污染，工业污染，水污染……说都说不完了。人们也逐渐认识到了自己的过错，正在竭尽全力的弥补自己所犯下的过错。每个有良知的人都在行动。作为地球主人的一份子，为更好地保护地球，为了人类的炎黄子孙，我和爸爸、妈妈也开展起了低碳生活。
自从我们开始低碳生活以来，除非阴天下雨，才开私家车，爸爸妈妈上下班、我上下学再也不开私家车了。有一次，我们去较远的地方购物，我说：“不要用塑料袋，我们要用布袋。”妈妈挑选了少量的东西，正准备去付钱，爸爸连忙上前阻止，说：“购物太少不太好，尽可能地一次性购足，就少了几次购物，也就省了油耗，还节能环保，更减少了汽车尾气。”妈妈说：“这是个好办法。”于是，我们就尽量把所需的东西一次性买足，这真是既省时又省力。
在日常生活中，我们还非常注意节约用水。听爸爸说，水现在已经是非常稀缺的资源了，节约用水也是低碳生活。
这样坚持，一个月下来，我们不但减少了汽车尾气的排放量，而且锻炼了身体，还为家里节约了一大笔开支呢，真是一举多得呀！
同学们，做到低碳环保只是一种态度，而不是能力。我们应该从节电、节水、节碳、节油、节气这种小事做起，从一点一滴做起，一起去建立低碳绿色的生活方式，只要我们大家一起去行动，就一定可以让我们的生活更加低碳环保，从而让我们共同的地球拥有更美好的明天。

低碳生活就是把生活作息时间中所耗用的能量尽量减少，减低二氧化碳的排放量，减少对大气的污染，减缓生态恶化。具体到我们的日常生活中，就是从节电、节气和回收三个环节来改变生活细节。
以前，我总是一回到家就打开房间所有的电灯，看电视时音量开得很高，用水时大开水龙头，让水哗哗地流着，用纸时大把地抽取，一点儿都不节约。现在我与家人一起加入到“科技环保，低碳生活”的战役中。
首先，由先锋官妈妈找出久违了的脸盆和水桶，我们用脸盆接上水洗手、洗脸、洗脚，然后再冲厕所。洗米、洗菜的水用来浇花。漂洗衣服的水用来擦家具和地板，然后再冲厕所。其次，由执行官爸爸把我的书桌移到窗户台下，这样至少可以晚开灯两个小时，把普通灯泡换成节能灯泡，还把吊灯上的灯泡取下一半。再次，由监督官我把旧作业本的反面当草稿纸，然后再把报纸、书本、纸盒、饮料瓶进行分类，送到回收站，废旧电池让妈妈送到回收箱内。最后，出行用自行车或步行。在我们家的餐厅里放着两辆自行车，与装潢现代的家形成极大的反差，显得很不合拍，然而它可是我们家“科技环保，低碳生活”的大功臣，爸妈用它载着我穿越大街小巷，走过春夏秋冬。五公里以内的游玩我们就步行。在宿舍里，我们家是唯一没有买汽车的，我一点儿都不觉得没面子，反而觉得很光荣。总之，我们家的低碳生活搞得有声有色，日子变得多姿多彩。
我们家还总结出这样一个顺口溜：“拒绝塑料袋，远离一次性，巧用废旧品，提倡水循环，出行不开车，纸张正反用，用电节约化，植物常点缀。”
