“节约能源、反对浪费”不只是一句口号，应落实到具体行动中。因为，低碳节能的生活方式，既时尚又健身，既环保又省钱。

同学们可能感到奇怪，为什么在我们退休后就要过上原始人的生活了呢?原因很简单，那是因为地球经过几十亿年辛辛苦苦积累起来的化石能源财富很可能被我们人类在几十年后就要用完了。最*的调查表明，全球已探明的石油、天然气和煤炭储量将分别在今后40、60和100年左右耗尽，如果真是那样，几十年后等同学们退休了，我们人类只能留下少量的煤炭和更少量的天然气，这些化石燃料只够大家在寒冷的冬天里取取暖而已，根本不够提供给发电厂发电和给交通工具提供能源

1、随手关灯、开关、拔插头，这是第一步，也是个人修养的表现;少坐电梯多爬楼梯，省下大家的电，换自己的健康;
2、让家里的空调多休息休息，翻出妈妈给你亲手织的毛衣，穿在身上既保暖又环保;
3、定期给你家里空调洗洗澡，不仅为了健康，还可以省不少电;
4、每张纸都双面打印，双面写，相当于保留半片原本将被砍掉的森林;
5、提醒开车的爸妈定期检查轮胎气压，气量过低或过足都会增加油耗;
6、如果只用电脑听音乐，显示器就可以调暗，或者干脆关掉，千万不要光为了挂QQ就把电脑一直开着，QQ太阳远没有未来美好的生活重要;
7、加快洗澡速度，如果洗澡需要用掉四、五十升热水，可以考虑去咨询下有没有洁癖。
8、简单的衣服用手搓搓就可以洗掉了，洗衣机能少用就少用，除非你们家天天洗床单。
9、剩菜冷却后，用保鲜膜包好再送进冰箱;热量不仅增加冰箱做功，还会结霜，双重费电;
10、推荐你们家亲戚的孩子上学可以选择*一点的学校，比如我们五中这所“家门口的好学校”，不但可以每天多睡一会，还可以节约坐汽车所消耗的能源。

众所周知，《2012》的场景绝非无中生有，在地球家园的美丽倩影渐行渐远之际，倡导“低碳环保生活”刻不容缓!那什么是低碳环保生活呢?低碳环保生活就是减少二氧化碳排放的低能量、低消耗、低开支的节能减排生活方式。
勿庸置疑，“低碳环保生活”有利于减缓全球气候变暖和环境恶化的速度。减少二氧化碳排放，选择“低碳环保生活”，是每位公民应尽的责任，也是每位公民应尽的义务。那怎样才算低碳环保生活呢?今天，就让我们从小事说起吧!
一、节约一张纸
在场的同学，我相信大家都离不开纸，而且很多同学的草稿纸应该堆成小山头了!知道吗，我国每生产1吨纸就要耗费20棵大树、100立方米水，如果每人每天浪费一张纸，全国就要浪费约2700吨纸、27万吨水，54000棵大树将化为乌有。因此，节约用纸有利于节约能源和保护树木，有利于减少温室气体的排放，有利于保护我们的生态环境。在此，我提倡大家积极回收废纸、不撕作业本，尽量使用双面草稿纸，努力减少纸张消耗。节约一张纸,保护一片林!

同学们，家中的电器应该不少吧!而且很多电器随时都处于待机状态吧!电器设备在待机状态下耗电一般为其开机功率的10%左右，家里的电视、空调、音响、电脑、微波炉、饮水机、电热水器等的待机能耗加在一起，相当于开一只30至50瓦的长明灯，照此推算，一户普通人家一年因待机而消耗的能源折合人民币*60元，成都市100多万户居民家庭每年要为待机能耗支付约1亿元。反之，从我做起，取缔无谓的浪费，节约一度电，惠及千万人。
三、节约一升油
同学们，在车水马龙的街头，当一股股蓝色的烟气从一辆辆机动车尾部喷出时;当一阵阵气味怪异，令人头昏、恶心的尾气向我们袭来时，你是否以为躲在自家车子里捏着鼻子就能幸免，就能身体健康?告诉你，生活在城市里，谁也无法全身而退!英国的有关协会曾发表研究报告称，与交通事故遇难者相比，英国每年死于空气污染的人要多出10倍。
