  Scanning

1. 请学生看学生用书p. 1或者PPT中的图片,两人一组讨论三个问题。教师请几组学生回答问题,然后综合大家的看法总结出文化遗产的定义。

2. 请学生说出一些中外文化遗产的名称,教师写在黑板上。可以采取小组竞赛的形式,比一比看哪组说得多、说得正确。

注:问题中出现了五个生词。rare, valuable和survive很难根据上下文猜出词义,教师可以布置学生课前查字典自学其词义,用法可以留到词汇课处理。vase一词通过图片可以猜出,dynasty可以通过语境猜出。

1、一共有9个:who, whom ,whose, that,which, when,where, why,as

与名词从句相比:定从不能由what和how引导;which的含义改变;定从内部的介词可以放引导词前。

(2)代替先行词在定语从句中充当一个成分。(先行词在从句中不再出现)

二、定语从句的关键

1、首先,要能判断出该从句是什么从句:

(1)放句首没有用逗号分开的,一般是主语从句,也有可能是状语从句,但从句结束后若有体现时态变化的动词,则一定是主语从句。

(2)放及物动词后,若及物动词不是被动语态,后面一定是宾语从句;若该及物动词是被动语态,后面一般是主语从句(It+ is + adj/n./done+that/whether/when…)或状语从句。

(3)放be动词后,后面一定是表语从句,但 “It is/was + 从句(被强调成分) + that”是强调句(强调句中“非谓语”)。

(4)放名词后,一般是定语从句,但若该名词有“内涵/内容”(fact/truth/news/information/ problem/suggestion), 则很可能是同位语从句。

(5)用逗号分开的从句,一般是状语从句或 as/which引导的定语从句,也要注意用放在句中用逗号分开的“插入语”(however, for example,believe it or not等)。

2、其次,判断出是定语从句后可以用“三个优先”法做题:

(1)优先选择含whose的选项,能与空格后的名词构成“某人的某物”搭配,一般就是答案;

(2)优先选择含介词的选项,然后看该介词与从句中的谓语是否能构成符合逻辑的搭配;

(3)用逗号分开的定从,优先考虑as和which,若该空能翻译为“一件事”而从句意思是通顺的,则放句首就用as,句末用which(若该空能翻译为“如同”“像…一样”则应用as)

3、再次,做定语从句题可以用“三问法”来检测是否出错:

(1)先行词本身是否为特殊的词?

way+ in which/that/省略

指物的不定代词:anything, one, some,many, a lot, all, both, that等 + that

指人的不定代词或数词:one, those, anyone, two等 + who

既有人又有物: + that

“抽象的地点”condition, situation,case, point + where

“抽象的时间”one’s stay/visit + when

在特定语境中可以作“地点/位置”理解的词:trousers/ sleeves + where

(2)先行词前面有无特殊的词?

有不定代词修饰:all/every/little/much+ …+ that

有最高级/序数词修饰:the best/second … + that

有just the/ the very/ the only/ the last等修饰:+ that

有who/which疑问词:+ that(避免重复)

有the same/ such/ as修饰:一般+ as

(注意: ①第一个as是否为一个以as结尾的搭配,如regard…as;

②区分such…as(定从)与such …that“如此…以至于”)

(3)先行词在定语从句中充当什么成分?

注意:从句中spend后的“时间”,以及visit后的“地点”,不是状语,而是宾语,应该用不定代词

4、只能用that引导定语从句有哪些情况?

先行词前为all, everything, nothing,something, anything, little, much等不定代词时;

先行词前有:all, every, no, some, any,little, much, few等不定代词修饰时;

先行词被序数词修饰时;

先行词被形容词最高级修饰时;

先行词前only, just, very, last有等修饰时;

先行词是表示人和物混杂的两个名词时;

主句是以who, which,开头的疑问句或先行词是疑问代词时;

在修饰时间、地点等先行词时,只有用that代替when, where等引导词;

【例】Ill never forget the Sunday (that) you first arrived.

Do you know anywhere (that) I can get a drink ?

先行词为reason, way (意为“方法”)时,常用that 代替why,which, in which,也可省略。

引导词在定语从句中作表语时,多用that引导。

先行词是主句表语时;

【例】It is a dictionary that will help you a lot.

当主语以there be 开头时;

当先行词是数词时;

同一个复合句里有两个定语从句,一个用which,另一个通常用that。

5、reason后面用什么引导?way 后面用什么引导?

reason后面的定语从句用why引导。

way 后面定语从句用in which 或 that引导that可以省略。

6、when引导的定语从句等于什么引导的定语从句?

when引导的.定语从句等于介词+ which引导的定语从句。

7、where 引导的定语从句等于什么引导的定语从句?

where 引导的定语从句等于介词+which引导的定语从句。

8、one of 和 the (only) one of引导的定语从句在主谓一致问题上应注意什么?

前者引导的定语从句谓语动词用复数;后者用单数。

9、限制性定语从句与非限制性定语从句有和区别?

限制性定语从句是主句不可缺少的一个部分,缺少后主句意思不完整。非限制性定语从句是对主句的进一步说明,不要从句对主句意义无多大影响;非限制性定语从句前后有逗号隔开。而且非限制性定语从句中不能用that。

10、as 和which引导的非限制性定语从句在用法上有什么区别?

as和 which 都可以引导非限制性定语从句.都可以代替主句中的整个内容或某一成分。

as 引导的非限制性定语从句可以位于句首,并常和know, see, expect等词连用,意为:“正如……”,而which不能位于句首。

11、as 可以用于哪些结构中引导定语从句?

such... as; the same... as; so ...as..

12、the same…as和 the same…that 引导的定语从句如何区别?

the same…as 引导的定语从句指的是相同事物,强调同类。

the same…that引导的定语从句指的是同一物。

13、such…as…和 such…that…如何区分?

such…as…引导的是定语从句,as必须代替先行词在其引导的从句中充当成分。

such…that…引导的从句是状语从句,that只是引导从句并不在其引导的从句中充当成分,在选择填空首先看从句中是否缺句子成分,如果缺成分就要考虑是定语从句;如果不缺成分就要考虑是状语成分。

14、whose 引导定语从句有那些注意点?

whose 作定语,后面跟名词。一般有三种表示形式:

【例】This is the dictionary whose cover has come off.

= This is the dictionary the cover of which has comeoff.

= This is the dictionary of which the cover has come off.

15、 “介词 + 关系词” 开头的定语从句有哪几种情况?

注意:引导定从的介词后不能加who/that

(1)先行词在从句中做状语,用来替换when/where/why的:in/on/from/for/in front of + which/whom:

(2)“of所有格”: the+名词+ of + which/whom; of + which/whom +… the+名词

(3)“某个范围中的多少”: some/both/the former + of + which/whom; of + which/whom … some…

(4)偶尔可用“介词+ whose”和“介词+where”

三、关系代词引导的定语从句

关系代词所代替的先行词是人或物的名词或代词,并在句中充当主语、宾语、定语等成分。关系代词在定语从句中作主语时,从句谓语动词的人称和数要和先行词保持一致。

1、who指人,在从句中做主语

The boys who are playing football are from Class One.

2、whom指人,在定语从句中充当宾语,常可省略。

Mr. Liu is the person (whom)you talked about on the bus.

【注意】关系代词whom在口语和非正式语体中常用who代替,可省略。

The man who/whom you met just now is my friend.

3、which指物,在定语从句中做主语或者宾语,做宾语时可省略

Football is a game which is liked by most boys.

4、that指人时,相当于who或者whom;指物时,相当于which。在定语从句中做主语或者宾语,做宾语时可省略。

The number of the people that/who come to visit the city each year rises one million.

5、whose通常指人,也可指物,在定语从句中做定语

He has a friend whose father is a doctor.

whose指物时,常用以下结构来代替:

The classroom whose door is broken will soon be repaired.

=The classroom of which the door is broken will soon be repaired.

Do you like the book whose cover is yellow?

=Do you like the book the color of which is yellow?

(注意:the + 名词 + of which/whom常考!)

四、介词+关系代词whom/which引导的定语从句(重点)

关系代词在定语从句中做介词宾语时,从句常由介词+关系代词引导:

The school (that/which) he once studied in is very famous.

=The school in which he once studied is very famous.

【注意】

1、含有介词的动词短语一般不拆开使用,如:look for, look after, take care of等

(1)This is the watch which/that I am lookingfor.(T)

(2)This is the watch for which I amlooking. (F)

2、若介词放在关系代词前,关系代词指人时用whom,不可用who或者that;指物时用which,不能用that;关系代词是所有格时用whose

(1)The man with whom you talked is my friend.(T)

(2)The man who/that you talked with is my friend.(F)

3、“介词+关系代词”前可有some, any, none, both, all, neither, most,each, few等代词或者数词,构成some of which/whom等类似结构引导的定语从句。(重点:常考!)

(1)He loved his parents dee***, of whom both are very kind to him.

(2)In the basket there are quite many apples, some of which have gone bad.

(3)There are forty students in our class in all, most of whom are from big cities.

在特定语境中,可以用“介词+ whose/where”引导定语从句

  教学内容分析

  本单元的中心话题是“旅游”,可以说这是一个世界性的时尚话题,随着经济发展、社会进步、人们生活水*的提高,旅游作为现代人的一种生活方式,越来越被更多的人们所接受与喜爱。文中涵盖了有关这一话题的许多内容,如:“人们在旅游中的交通方式”“旅游点的选择”,还有新兴的旅游方式“探险旅游”、“生态旅游”等等。而所有的语言知识和语言技能几乎都是围饶这一中心话题而设计的。而在上这一单元时,正赶上“十一”长假到哪去的话题,学生应该比较感兴趣。

  Warming-up 由三部分组成:第一部分通过图例可以看出人们旅游过程中发生的不文明行为;第二、三部分要求讨论有哪些交通方式。主要目的在于激活学生已有的相关背景知识,引出话题,为后面几堂课的讨论做好热身准备,是本单元的总动员。比如:第一部分的图例内容与eco-travel联系比较紧密,我就把它作为这一课(第六课时)的导入。

  Listening提供了两部分听力资料。前面为三则飞机起飞前的广播通知;后面是写在五张明信片上的旅游者的自叙。目的在于通过输入语言,掌握一些旅游中会碰到的常用表达法。

  Speaking 提供的是关于“时光机器”的资料,幻想人们可以借助于这一神奇的交通工具,在过去、未来的时间长河里随心所欲地畅游,文后设计了表格。这是一个比较开放性的话题,学生可以展开想象,结合学过的历史、地理知识畅所欲言,能充分调动他们“说”的兴趣。整个活动涉及了“听、说、写”多个技能,按要求完成一定的表格,使之“说”的时候更言之有物。

  Reading 分为三部分:pre-reading, reading, post-reading. pre-reading提供了与阅读材料相关的'三个问题,启发学生预测课文内容;reading 是一篇关于探险旅游的材料,其中介绍了hiking 与rafting,话题较新颖;post-reading设计了一些帮助学生检测对课文作浅层、深层理解的巩固练*。

  Language study 分word study和Grammar两部分。词汇配对练*引导学生加深对新词汇的理解与记忆;语法项目是让学生进一步学*现在进行时表示将来的用法。同时要求学生掌握有关送行与表达美好祝愿的话语。我对word study的处理,除了听写、默写等机械性记忆外,更多的是有意地把他们分散在每堂课的指令用语与话题里,让学生在语境中学,在运用中学。而Grammar则渗透在reading与

  writing里学,道理也同上。

  Integrating skills 部分可以说是阅读部分的延续,写作部分的前奏。文中提到了“生态旅游”这一越来越时尚的热门话题。以列表形式提供了两个生态旅游区的资料,让学生稍作了解这一新名词的内涵后,完成文中的表格填写,算是一种mini-writing。

  Writing本单元的要求是写信。以Sue的口吻给父母写两封信(分别写于周六、周日),对旅游中已做的,正在做的,将要做的事情进行如实描述。考虑到学完第三单元,已经完成了本册教学任务的四分之一,我在此安排了一大一小两作文。

  Tips 告诉学生写作前要多作思考,不要急于动手。不失为一剂写作良方。

  Checkpoint 简要地总结了本单元的语法重点,并提供了一些例句。

  从内容的编排上可以看出,编者打破了原有教材每单元分课而设的框框,代之以听、说、读、写四技能为侧重点的几大板块。因此新教材旨在让学生掌握一定的语言基础知识,在分别完成四技能的基础上,形成较好的综合运用语言、解决问题的能力的导向,由此可见一斑。

  我们教师明确了这一意图后,在引导学生进行四技能操练时就会有的放矢,做到内容、形式、技巧三者的有机结合。当然新教材对我们教师的自身素质、备课深广度的挖掘以及学生想象力的激发都是一场不小的挑战。还有词汇,如本单元新增了hiking, rafting, eco-travel等新词,相应地词汇要求的级别高了,语言的地道性也有了提升。还有workbook,简直是又一本教材,里面提供了许多关于听、说、读、写的材料与练*,一方面为我们提供了丰富翔实的资料库,另一方面也许也增加了我们的负荷。这是我对新教材与本单元的一点理解。

  我把本单元计划为六课时,Warming-up & Listening(1课时),Speaking(1课时), Reading(一)(1课时),Reading( 二) (1课时),Grammar & Writing(1课时) ,Integrating skills (1课时),以任务为依托,分别对听、说、读、写四技能进行训练,各有侧重,但又互相结合。注重指导语篇阅读,逐步提高口头表达,笔头写作能力。

  任务型语言教学的倡导者认为,掌握语言的途径是让学生做事情,即完成各种任务。当学*者积极地参与用目的语进行交际的尝试时,语言也被掌握了。当学*者所进行的任务使他们当前的语言能力发挥至极点时,*得也扩展到状态。

一、教材分析

(一)教材的地位和作用

本节课是本单元以及本教材的第一节课,本课谈论的是:朋友是不是仅限于人类、朋友的真正含义、如何与人相处的问题等关于朋友的话题。本课涉及的有陈述句和疑问句的直接引语和间接引语的掌握和运用等语法要点。学生从初中到高中,来到一个新的学校,同学彼此陌生,不免想起老同学,老朋友。这样的话题正好能引起学生的兴趣。而且本课的内容和语法的启发性和实用性都很强,能使学生在学中用,在用中学,对综合提高学生的听说读写能力有较好的促进作用。

(二)教学目标

英语教学大纲规定,通过听说读写的训练,使学生获得英语基础知识和运用英语的能力,激发学生的学*兴趣,为进一步学*打下良好的基础。因此,我制定以下教学目标:

知识目标:

1、掌握和使用陈述句和疑问句的直接引语和间接引语。

2、讨论朋友和友谊。

3、学*掌握本课的重点词汇。

技能目标:

1、学会阅读的技能——scanningand skimming 。

2、通过谈论朋友和友谊,既锻炼学生的语言运用能力,又培养了学生发现问题、思考问题、解决问题的能力。

3、理解阅读文段,复述故事。

情感态度:

1、患难之交才是真朋友。

2、知音难得。

3、海内存知己,天涯若比邻。

文化意识:

认识德国的纳粹党。让学生了解那段德国***残害犹太人的历史,使学生在感受外国历史文化的同时自然而然的*得语言。

2、认识朋友的真正含义以及与人相处的问题。

1、阅读技能的训练。

2、陈述句和疑问句的直接引语和间接引语的互相转换(人称的变化、时态的变化、指示代词、时间状语、地点状语和动词的变化)。

(四)教具

本课利用录音机、投影仪等辅助设备,激发学生的学*兴趣,调动他们的积极性,为展开话题提供丰富的材料,使教学收到事半功倍的效果。

二、教法分析

在新课程背景下,教师要成为学生学*的促进者、组织者和合作者。本课采用讨论法,主要采用小组合作讨论的方式。在读前阶段我就提出问题,让学生思考讨论是不是只有人与人之间才可以交朋友,然后在阅读中通过安妮的日记向学生说明我们也可以与动物及无生命的日记交朋友。在深刻理解、充分训练的基础上,我再引导学生深入讨论几个与本课有关的话题,展开教师为主导、学生为主体的师生双边活动。通过创设真实自然的语言环境,使学生在语言实践中把语言知识和技能主动转化为交流能力,变苦学为乐学,从而培养学生大胆用英语进行交际的能力。

三、学法分析

教务于学。传统教育的弊端是教师“满堂灌”,只重视怎么教而忽视怎样学,结果高分低能的现象十分严重。为了改变教师牵着学生鼻子走的被动状态,我通过创设话题,寓教于乐,引导学生自学、自做、自助、自悟,让学生学会自己动手,收集信息、处理信息,用所学语言去实践和解决问题,使学生在运用语言的过程中感悟体验所学语言的规律,培养语言意识,积累语言经验,形成语言感觉,达到语言运用的目的。从而使学生真正成为学*的主人。

四、教学过程

新课程改革的核心理念是“一切为了学生的发展”。学生的英语学*不仅仅是掌握几个单词和句型,更重要的是学会运用语言来交流思想,办实事。因此我精心设计了以下教学环节:

(一)激趣导入,务于新知

一节课的良好开始,对于整节课教学的顺利进行起着至关重要的作用。在Warming up部分我分四步进行:

1、用问问题的形式导入(屏幕显示)。同时板书Unit 1 Friendship。

Do you have any friends? Are you good to your friends?

Which kind of friend do you think is the best friend?

2、做调查:在Warming up部分有5个问题,我让学生独立完成。然后在屏幕上显示下列表格。

3、调查结果:显示各得分情况所对应的调查结果,让学生自行对照。

Grade 1 (5分以下)直截了当,做事果断,没考虑不良后果。

Grade 2 (10分以下)能用更合理的方法处理问题,又不伤朋友之间的感情,但自己的利益有时会受损。

Grade 3 (10分以上)不伤感情,又能保全自己利益。

通过调查问卷的形式,引导学生了解日常生活中朋友之间发生的真实问题以及解决这些问题的方法,最后的问卷调查结果让学生兴趣和热情倍增,这样能促使学生很快进入语言学*和探究活动中去,愉快的进入学*状态。

4、学*三句谚语,使学生明确对待朋友和友谊的态度。

(二)创设话题,教学新知

新课程指出,教师不再是居高临下的管理者,而是学生学*的促进者、组织者、合作者。

我布置Pre-reading部分的几个问题启发学生对“朋友”和“友谊”进行思考,使学生明确不仅人与人之间可以做朋友,日记也可以成为人们的朋友。接着让学生就问题进行小组讨论。然后让个别学生回答问题。

  “读后”(Post-reading)部分的前三项任务是要求学生针对课文的理解完成的,可作为评价学生对文章理解的程度。如第一项:列出中西方餐桌上餐具及其摆放的位置;第二项:标出西方正式宴会上主要食物上桌的顺序;第三项:判断西方正式宴会上哪些就餐行为文明有礼,哪些行为显得无礼粗俗。第四项是回答问题,是一道联系中国实际的、开放性的一道问题:中国的餐桌礼仪也在变化吗?举例说说。可以小组讨论的形式进行,目的在于让学生对中西方餐桌礼仪的认同,以及培养学生的思辩能力。

  (3)我们需要用一定的方法将阅读材料进行精心设计;

  (4)阅读教学最终的目的应该是学生在教师的帮助下、在自己的理解下从阅读文本中学到了东西而且能感悟出其中的内涵;

  (5)假如我们在阅读教学中有了设计感,而且融合了学生的体验感,那么我们的英语阅读教学一定有成效。

  我们初中英语学段组还组织了一次读书交流会。我读了史金霞老师的《重建师生关系》并作了《感悟和谐师生关系的力量》的读后感交流。

  二、学“内涵”

  我们初中英语学段组活动多样,尤其是专家的讲座,如此多专家的精彩而又内涵和深度的专题讲座让我们感悟到专家的力量。

  我们学*了英语特级教师张英老师的专题讲座《英语教案中目标的设定与表达》和《英语阅读课的设计》、《虹口区特级教师专场》(我们尤其对英语特级教师祈承辉老师的印象很深,大有余音绕梁之感)、《特级教师应晓求的专题讲座》、《特级教师毕红秋老师的专题讲座》、《华师大安桂清教授的讲座》等等。

  学*诸多、体会之深的我写了如下几篇感悟性文章:《追求富有设计感和体验感的教学设计》、《智慧教师给予我们的灵感》、《*惯、经验、成长》等。

  三、讲“辐射”

  只有不断学*、积极反思,那么我们的课堂教学实践才会卓有成效。xxxxPC年,我带领全体英语教师学*了《洋思中学老师的一天》,组织老师收看后老师们都觉得学到了很多。

  除此之外,我又邀请了静安区英语专家郁耀昌老师来校为我们英语教师作了《基于质量分析的教学改进》的专题报告。经过半个学期的报告后的体会后,我们继光初级英语教研组于xxxxPC学年度第一学期期末考试开始进行尝试性实践,针对xxxxPC学年度第一学期期末考试我们一共写了4篇基于质量分析的教学改进的行动报告并于xxxxPC学年度第二学期的第三周进行研讨,并邀请静安区英语专家郁耀昌老师来校作指导。

  我们深信基于数据分析的有技术和策略的教学改进一定能给我们的英语教学注入活力与潜力。

  四、重“实践”

  作为骨干教师,除了做好学校内工作之外,我还经常参与青年教师的带教工作。本年度除了不间断地联系丰镇中学的沈亮之外,我在本校由带教了陆羽婷老师。

  本校的陆羽婷老师在我的指导下从“理论学*”、“课堂实践”和“项目课题”三个方面进行了实践。在我的指导下陆羽婷在xxxxPC年12月13日开了名为《ABirthdayParty》的校级公开课,取得了预期的效果。

  另外,我自己也开了一节校级公开课《月考试卷分析之作文教学》,同时在全校范围内作了《课程标准修订后的四大变化》、《“教什么”与“怎么教”》的专题发言。同时,在xxxxPC年7月暑假为全区初二和初三英语教师作了《xxxxPC年中考之我见》的专题发言。

  五、轻“荣誉”

  在这一年里,在校领导的帮助和关心下,在学段组长以及学段组成员的支持和关心下,我也取得了一定的成绩。

  1、xxxxPC年度嘉兴街道个人先进;

  2、xxxxPC年9月《对初中英语讲学稿中如何设计同步作业的研究》获虹口区首届“七色彩虹”征文二等奖;

  3、成功申请两个区校合作项目《基于绿色指标下的学生各科作业整合完成实践探索》和《“探究青铜文化、触摸文明历史”探究实践项目》;

  4、在上海教育出版社的《xxxxPC中考信息快递》上发表“词语和语法”(“真题解析”、“典例精讲”和“强化训练”三个部分,与区教研员合作发表)。

  当然,我需不断自己提醒自己,其有二,一方面还要求自己不断努力,另一方面,荣誉代表过去,我一定要勇于开拓、积极实践,只有这样的“脚踏实地”,才能有以后的“仰望星空”。

  随着期末考试的结束,这一学年就顺利结束了。一年来,能坚持爱岗敬业,认真学*贯彻党的精神,严格遵守《中小学教师职业道德规范》要求,落实教育局、学区和学校工作部署,以重实际,抓实事,求实效为教学工作的基本原则,以培养学生创新精神和实践能力为重点,以新课程改革为契机,深化课堂教学改革,认真落实课程计划,落实教学常规,落实教学改革措施,大力推进素养教育,使所任班级教学质量有了大面积提高,现就将一年以来工作情况总结如下:

  一、加强学*,提高思想认识,树立新的理念。坚持每周的政治学*和业务学*,紧紧围绕学*新课程,构建新课程,尝试新教法的目标,不断更新教学观念。注重把学*新课程标准与构建新理念有机的结合起来。

  二、教学工作教学工作是学校各项工作的中心,也是检验一个教师工作成败的关键。一年来,在坚持抓好新课程理念学*和应用的同时,我积极探究教育教学规律,充分运用学校现有的教育教学资源,大胆改革课堂教学,加大新型教学方法使用力度,取得了明显效果,具体表现在:

  (一)发挥教师为主导的作用

  1、备课深入细致。*时认真研究教材,多方参阅各种资料,力求深入理解教材,准确把握难重点。在制定教学目

  的时,非常注意学生的实际情况。教案编写认真,并不断归纳总结经验教训。

  2、注重课堂教学效果。针对学生特点,以愉快式教学为主,不搞满堂灌,坚持学生为主体,教师为主导、教学为主线,注重讲练结合。在教学中注意抓住重点,突破难点。

  3、坚持参加校内外教学研讨活动,不断汲取他人的宝贵经验,提高自己的教学水*。经常向经验丰富的教师请教并经常在一起讨论教学问题。听公开课多次,自己执教两节公开课,尤其本学期,自己执教的公开课得到了学校领导和教师们的肯定,同时也给我提出了不少宝贵的建议,使我明确了今后讲课的方向和以后语文课该怎么教和怎么讲。本年度在校内听课六十多节。

  4、在作业批改上,认真及时,力求做到全批全改,重在订正,及时了解学生的学*情况,以便在辅导中做到有的放矢。

  (二)做好后进生转化工作

  作为教师,应该明白任何学生都会同时存在优点和缺点两方面,对优生的优点是显而易见的,对后进生则易于发现其缺点,尤其是在学*上后进的学生,往往得不到老师的肯定,而后进生转化成功与否,直接影响着全班学生的整体成绩。所以,一年来,我一直注重从以下几方面抓好后进生转化工作:

  1、用进展的观点看学生。应当纵向地看到:后进生的今天比他的昨天好,即使不然,也应相信他的明天会比今天好。

  2、因势利导,化消极因素为积极因素。首先帮助后进生找到优、缺点,以发扬优点,克服缺点。其次以*常的心态对待:后进生也是学生,厌恶、责骂只能适得其反,他们应该享有同其它学生同样的*等和民主,也应该在稍有一点进步时得到老师的肯定。

  3、真正做到晓之以理,动之以情。首先做到"真诚"二字,即教师不应有丝毫虚伪与欺哄,一旦学生发现"有假",那么教师所做的一切都会被看作是在"演戏"。其次做到"接受",即能感受后进生在学*过程中的各种心理表现和看法,如对学*的畏惧、犹豫、满足、冷漠,错误的想法和指责等,信任他们,鼓舞他们自由讨论。最后做到"理解"二字,即通过学生的眼睛看事物。因为做到了以上几点,所以我在后进生转化工作上,效果还是明显的。

  这一学年来,本人担任高二(5—6)两班的英语教师,在相互认识了之后,积极地去了解学生,去摸清学生的学*基础,以便“因材施教”。本人在教学中认真备课、上课、听课,及时批改作业、讲评作业,做好课后辅导工作,广泛涉猎各种知识,形成比较完整的知识结构,严格要求学生,尊重学生,发扬教学民主,使学生学有所得,从而不断提高自己的教学水*和思想觉悟,并顺利完成教育教学任务。下面是本人对一学年教学工作的一个总结:

  要提高教学质量,关键是上好课。为了上好课,我做了下面的工作:课前准备,备好课。

  ①认真钻研教材,对教材的基本思想、基本概念,每句话、每个字都弄清楚,了解教材的结构,重点与难点,掌握知识的逻辑,能运用自如,知道应补充哪些资料,怎样才能教好。

  ②了解学生原有的知识技能的质量,他们的兴趣、需要、方法、*惯,学*新知识可能会有哪些困难,采取相应的预防措施。

  20xx年高考已经圆满结束。在校长、下级领导和级长的正确指导下,在英语备课组成员以及学生们的共同努力下,我校的英语科在高考中达到了预期的效果。通过这次高考的检验,我们发现这一年的备考工作有很多经验值得总结完善和发扬,同时也有很多不足需要总结改进。现将本年度的工作总结如下。

  一、20xx年本校高考英语科情况。

  在今年高考中,我校英语最高分为128分,100分以上的有104人,90分以上的共有145人。70-89分段的有269人。40-69分段的共有290人。今年全市英语成绩比较低情况下,能有这样的成绩,已经达到了我们预期的目标。

  二、20xx年本校英语备考的主要举措、经验

  ①领导重视。

  20xx年x月份,学校就成立了高考备考组。在备考过成中,校长、下级领导与级组长经常过问英语备考情况,及时协调帮忙解决英语备考过程中遇到的问题。学校还多次派出英语老师参加各种研讨会、备考会和经验交流会。

  ②备课组成员之间团结,分工,合作。

  完整明晰的计划,切实具体的步骤,这一切的实施还需要一个富有战斗力的集体来贯彻、完成。我们备课组成员发挥了团结、分工、合作的精神,集体备课,共同研究,资源共享,相互交流,不仅研究教什么,还要研究怎么教。

  ③计划早,目标明,备考工作紧张而有序。

  去年x月份,我们备课组就对学生的状况进行了具体的分析,然后又根据学生具体情况确定了我们的目标,制定了详细的复*计划。尽管这届学生在高二全市期末统测中成绩不错,但进入高三开学后的摸底考试中完全暴露了基础很差的不足。据此,备课组制定了以扎实基础为主的复*计划。

  我们将复*分为三个阶段:第一阶段是章节过关复*(20xx年x月——20xx年x月上旬);第二阶段是专题复*(20xx年x月下旬——20xx年x月中旬);第三阶段是点拨提高(20xx年x月下旬——6月上旬)。考虑到学生基础差,我们将复*的主要任务放在抓基础知识方面,大部分时间放在第一阶段章节过关上。在这一轮复*过程中,我们将高一到高二的英语课本跟学生详细进行了复*,每一个单元复*后都进行检测,进行查缺补漏。

  在广州“一模”中,考生主要存在的问题有:

  1、基础知识不过关,如单词字母大小写不会,单词拼写错误百出,名词的单复数区别不清,现在分词、过去分词的用法不懂,时态语态的运用、动词短语的固定搭配记得不够准确,词汇掌握得不够好等。

  2、完型填空对近义词的区别及对上下文的理解能力比较差。

  3、阅读方面显示出学生的词汇量不够大,并且不会抓住主题句、不注意排除干扰的相似的信息。

  4、写作方面。基础写作不少学生不懂得整合信息或漏写信息点,读写任务显示出学生的概括能力差,有的仅提及其中某一方面或仅侧重某一方面,甚至完全提不到重点;有的在文中摘抄完整的两个句子作为自己的,或者几乎一字不变地把原文中的主动句变成被动句等;有的学生以文中细节代替概括,不清楚哪些是事例哪些是概括的语言;有的学生在第一段就发表自己的个人意见。

  此外,在写作中,中式英语的表达也相当多,篇章的逻辑较混乱。发现这些情况后,我们及时调整复*策略,过好词汇、语法两关,回归课本,强化专题训练 。

  综合测试是我们训练阅读写作的重要手段。每周坚持两次测试是我们铁定不变的做法(这个做法一直坚持到高考前禁考为止,每次测试均用年级统一安排的时间和上课时间)。每次测试完后,我们都及时批改,及时讨论试题的重点、难点,及时精要评讲(重点评讲阅读理解和书面表达),及时发现存在问题,及时扶差补缺。

  为了及时了解学生的测试情况,我们老师常常在下午放学后,不吃晚饭,留在办公室一直改卷到晚上,直到把卷改完为止。这种废寝忘食、以校为家的精神大大地鼓舞了学生们的斗志。在第三阶段,我们根据几次模拟试题、几次备考会交流得来的信息,对学生进行了出题方向和解题思路的点拨提高 。

  听力历来是最容易得分又最容易丢分的一个大题。 08届的听力训练材料采用《听力风暴》,这本书的优点是配套录音带发音清晰,内容题材丰富,贴*高考,不足之处就是语速稍快。在征得年级领导的同意后,我们坚持利用每周两个晚上(7:20pm—7:40pm)播放听力录音。听完后学生自己对答案,听不懂的地方自己参考书本后面的朗读材料。

  ④重视非智力因素对高考的影响。

  临*高考学生的能力基本已经定型,但一些非智力因素(如书写等)可能会影响学生的考试成绩。因此,我狠抓训练学生的书写和填涂答题卡的*惯。让学生养成书写工整和正确涂卡等良好的*惯。并要求学生统一用黑色墨水书写。布置抄写英语短文作业是我们训练学生书写的常用方法。同时,我们也通过其它的一些做法去强迫学生养成严格要求的*惯。在模拟考试中凡是不按要求答题者统统按零分处理。

  ⑤重视规范,紧抓不放。

  备考中,我们反复强调,希望学生重视作答的规范,强化得分意识。比如作文写作,如何体现文体规范重视规范,可以把能得到的分拿多、拿满,有利于克服失分大于得分的现

  这里的“规范”包括:

  1.答题思路的规范。懂得如何入手,从哪里入手,要答什么。

  2.答题表述的规范。说得出来,讲的准确,不罗唆。

  3.答题格式的规范。书写工整,有条理,无错字语病。

  ⑥抓重点,注重培优补差工作。

  我们特别注意在两方面抓好重点,一是在备考选材方面抓好重点;二是在对学生的个别辅导上抓好重点。在后期的复*工作中,由于资料很多,各地的模拟题也很多,我们没有时间也没有必要全部都去做。因此抓住重点,选好材料可以取得事半功倍的效果。我们备课组经常一块先自己做,然后挑选适合我们学生的题目让他们训练。我们还特别注重做好培优补差工作。备考伊始,我们就落实培优,抓稳尖子。

  所谓“落实”、“抓稳”主要是说:早(做)、精(讲)、巧(练)。早做:开学不久即考虑培优班的工作落实;抓好人选,集中训练,组成高分的“冲刺军团”; 精讲:要知道尖子生的迫切问题,分析尖子生的“软肋”在哪里,为什么会丢分,丢哪里的分。巧练:落实训练重点,保持相当难度;提高做题速度;加强解题思路训练,更加从严要求,抓好细节问题和规范意识。我们以那些有希望上线的学生为重点,实施了人盯人的办法,争取能上线的不落空。

  ⑦坚持“三统一”

  1、统一测试内容。

  2、统一测试时间。

  3、统一复*资料。

  我们所用的资料分为四部分:

  1、听力训练材料;——《听力风暴》和《英语周报》

  2、专项练*(包括语法、完型和阅读等)——自编;

  3、课本配套练*——《学海导航》;

  4、测试题——《英语周报》。

  ⑧关注动向,分析信息

  “关注动向”,就是要留意备考形势的推进变化,吸收各方的信息,配合之以做好我们的备考计划的适时调整。我们备考组老师经常与其他学校沟通,关注重点中学学校的信息题。同时经常上网查阅相关的最新信息。

  面临着新课程下的新高考,我们需要进行新的学*和接受新的挑战。我们有决心也有信心,一如既往的努力,争取新的成绩!

  三、20xx年本校高考英语科存在的主要问题及原因。

  通过以上的备考办法,我校高考英语科虽然取得了预期的效果,但也存在着一些问题,主要有如下几方面:

  ①学生基础不够扎实,各年级教学连贯不够。

  ②低分段的学生人数居多,大部分学生怕学英语,进步不大。

  ③听力和语法填空部分依然是学生的薄弱环节。

  出现以上问题的主要原因是:

  ①学生原来基础差。学校的老师不是循环的,且高一高二高三的老师没有统一好什么时候应着重训练什么,着重培养学生哪种能力。大家认为上完自己的课程就完成教学任务,没有通盘考虑,没有系统化。到高三时再着手,已经不够时间了。

  ②由于基础差,大家对英语已经失去兴趣和信心。

  ③学生的语言环境还不够好,基础知识不过关。

  高中这三年,对老师和学生来说都是一次磨砺。作为一名高中的英语老师,随着今年考试题型的突然变化,曾有一定的迷茫感,但同时这也是一件好事,促使我们用更多的时间去学*、研究新题型和高考,以便能够更好地教授学生。总的来说感受最深的一点是高中英语教学要一气呵成。

  自己带的这一届学生的教学工作,在老教师的指导和帮助下,在与其他教师的交流和讨论中,教学是比较成功的。对学生的考试技巧指导及训练是有效的、针对性强的。

  进入高三 ,学生对英语学*主要存在以下问题:

  1、学生对英语学*普遍缺乏兴趣、自信心和学*动力;在英语课堂上不积极参与,缺少主动发言的热情或根本不愿意发言;另外,相当一部分学生在听新课时跟不上老师的节奏或不能理解教师相对较快的指示语。

  2、学生对英语课堂知识的掌握不踏实、理解不全面,课外花的冤枉时间多;而大部分学生对书本知识不够重视,找不到英语学科复*的有效载体,不能有效的利用课本,适时地回归课本,英语复*缺乏根本, 甚至本末倒置;绝大部分学生在复*与学*过程中不能走在老师前面对基础知识进行梳理,没有*惯性地进行课前预*、认真听课、课后及时复*,英语学*缺乏主动性。

  3、部分学生缺少教师明确的指导,在复*时缺乏系统地安排和科学地计划,或者学*和复*没有个性化特点, 导致学*效果不明显。

  针对以上比较突出的问题,我们主要采取了以下切实的复*安排:

  一、加强研究,提高复*备考工作的针对性。

  要想搞好高三英语教学,没有合理的教学和复*计划是不行的。在开学初,我们就制定了全年的教学和复*计划,并在教学的过程中不断改进和完善计划。 立足教材,夯实基础知识才是我们这样的学生的唯一途径。教学和复*都应该注重实效,实实在在地为学生服务。 认真学*并分析了高考题的类型,从历年高考试题的整体研究中找共性,目的是总结规律寻找突破口。07年高考新增加的题型为任务型阅读,考查考生在有限的时间内根据需要捕捉有效信息的能力。阅读试题的考查全面,对中学英语教学起到了很好的导向作用。在常规教学及复*备考中,我们始终抓住加大阅读量,开展泛读教学,加强阅读技巧的指导,形成有效的阅读策略,从根本上培养学生的良好的阅读*惯和逻辑思维能力。

  二、制定计划,加强复*的目标性。

  我们根据学生的具体情况,制定出切实可行的复*计划,把复*分为三个阶段。

  1、夯实基础,发展能力。

  *年来高考英语逐渐侧重于语言能力的考查,对语言知识的直接考查相对地减少了。因此,在复*过程中,首先组织学生巩固各项基础知识,同时通过不断的语言练*,掌握一定的技巧。在此基础上,再通过科学系统的训练,发展能力。

  2、降低难度,回归基础,强化专题训练。

  进入后半学期,根据学生的具体情况把握中档、低档题,这对学生取得高分是非常有利的。学生普遍都有这样的感觉:很多题目“一看就会,一做就错”。造成这种现象的根本原因

  在于对基础知识的掌握不牢固。这时,复*的重点要放在查漏补缺上,进行强化记忆和训练。

  3、整理基础知识,适当做一些高考题。

  要在高考前夕找到良好的语言知识感觉和运用能力感觉就必须回归基础,整理巩固基础知识,用最充实、最满意的感觉来增强自己的自信心。同时,利用这段时间试着做*几年的高考题,学会找出每道题的切入点,从中总结命题利益和命题手法。

  三、加强阅读和完型训练,以语篇为基础,扩大学生词汇量。

  高考中阅读理解、完型填空是重头戏,也是学生英语成绩提高的重要突破口。教学中光靠教材所提供的量是远远不够的,所以我们备课组全体成员精心地挑选了一些切合我们学生实际的阅读材料并收集打印了许多完型材料,用以弥补教材的不足。在教学过程中遵循精泛结合,精少泛多,精泛有序的原则。选择的精读材料要能够在教学中发挥最大效益,启发学生的思维,促进学生知识的掌握和能力的形成。在教材的基础上,精选泛读材料,以巩固和拓宽语言知识,培养独立阅读能力。坚持每天讲练一篇完型填空练*,以训练学生综合运用知识、通篇阅读理解和整体把握短文的综合能力,力争在完型填空这个试题的考试上有所提高。在*时教学新词汇的过程中,不失时机地由新翻旧,以旧带新,通过形*,义*,同义,反义,固定搭配等手段串联起大量有用的词汇,让学生从纵向,横向及各个方面扩大词汇量。对于所有精泛读材料中碰到的生词,要求学生摘录下来,老师要采取必要的手段,如听写或再现认读的方式进行检查,以扩大学生的词汇量。

  四、狠抓教学环节,优化课堂教学促进备考。

  注意复*课的针对性。我们把复*重点放在学生的难点、弱点上以及常易出错或失误的内容方面上,努力做到有的放矢。课堂上坚持精讲多练,做到举一反三。复*课上我们注意加强学生的操练活动,让学生多动脑筋思考问题,让他们尽可能多地举些例句,使他们能训练掌握语法的用法。

  另外,在课堂上及时有效地获取学情反馈,有效地进行课前回顾,课堂小结等环节的落实。坚持对学生的听课、作业、自*等方面进行跟踪,及时了解学生的学*、复*状态与状况,以便在课堂教学过程中做出针对性的调整。

  五、培养学生的自学能力,激发学生学*英语的兴趣。

  只有通过辅导学生掌握一套科学的学*方法,并培养学生的自学能力,才能使学生的学*积极性和主动性得以发挥。具体包括:培养学生的预*能力,各种方法掌握英语基本知识的能力,学生自己整理所学知识的能力。另外,自学能力的提高还得益于大量的独立阅读,于是新学期开始就要要求学生人人必备一本英汉词典作为工具书,让学生勤查字典。

  回顾自己教学工作,有得也有失,让我从中感悟到并学到了很多,这将为我以后的教学指明方向,让我将更加努力地研究高中英语教学,在日后的教学中明确目标,有的放矢,更加出色地完成各个阶段的教学任务。
