虚心求教，强化自我。本年度我的语文教学工作分为两个阶段：
去年x月我担任xx级xx班的语文教学工作，本年x月至今担任本级xx、xx两个实验班的语文教学。对于一名教师来说，加强自身业务水*，提高语文教学质量无疑是至关重要的。随着岁月的流逝，伴着我语文教学天数的增加，我越来越感到我知识的匮乏，经验的缺少。面对讲台下那一双双渴望的眼睛，每次上课我都感到自己责任之重大。为了尽快充实自己，使自己语文教学水*有一个质的飞跃，我从以下几个方面对自身进行了强化。

二、提高自身业务素质，争创高效课堂
俗话说“打铁还需自身硬”。在教育改革迅猛发展的形势下，要想做一名跟上时代步伐的优秀教师，首先应转变观念，勇于探索，敢于创新。要努力掌握广博的科学文化知识，精深的学科知识，系统的语言知识，并能准确把握高考动向。在日常教学中，积极参加“听、评课”，“研讨课”、“优质课”等教学活动，逐渐完善自己的教学模式，创造出既适合自己又适合学生的高质、高效课堂。同时，要充分了解学情，做到“以学定教”，让课堂真正体现“学为主体，教为主导”的教学思想，真正实现让学生“在思中学”、“在学中思”，从而提高课堂效率，达到教学目标。
“高效课堂”并非要求我们去单纯地追求一种教学模式，而是要求我们向课堂45分钟要效率、要质量，这就需要我们具体做到:

三、针对学生特点，进行学法指导
“方法”是辛勤铸就成功的桥梁，是学*制胜的“法宝”。有效的学*方法能使学生达到“事半功倍”的效果。因此，针对学生，尤其是高三学生的学*特点，进行科学方法的引导，显得尤为重要。古语云“予人以鱼，惠其一时;授之以渔，惠其一世”。在课堂教学中，我们应鼓励学生敢于质疑，勤于思考，善于总结，勇于实践，变“学会”为“会学”。
例如:对高三学生阅读理解专项进行方法引导。英语阅读理解的题型可大致分为:细节题，猜意题，推断题和主旨大意题等四大类型，每种题型都有各自的做题方法。我们应引导学生学会举一反三，触类旁通，而不是就题论题。比如在讲解“主旨大意题”时，可以引导学生去找文中的主题句或是主题段。一般而言，主题句多位于首段或尾段，但有时也会用首段作“引子”，二段点题。但若全文找不到合适的主体段，我们可以先找出每段的主题句，将其合起来，便得出全文主题。当然这种题目也受文章体裁的影响，若遇到“新闻报道”类文章，主题一定位于首段的导语中。当学生了解了这些做题方法后，自然会提高效率，减少弯路。
如果说课堂是个“大舞台”，那么老师就是舞台上的导演，学生则是这个舞台上的真正表演者。在素质教育的改革浪潮中，在英语教学面临任务重，时间紧，学生基础层次分明，学*能力各异的情况下，我们每位英语教师都应立足实际，不断学*，不断探索，不断实践，不断总结，研究新思路，接受新理念，扎实工作，持之以恒，努力让学生在自己的“舞台上”，绽放最美的舞姿!

(一)沟通感情，勉励关怀

备课中，我参考教参及一些"双基"教辅材料，结合所教学生实际，采用一些独特的做法。
1.变考前集中复*为课上天天复*
高中英语知识总量较之初中英语成倍增加，课时却相对较紧。我所教的学生中，中差生居多。如把复*集中在期中或期末考前进行，势必挤占*时教学课时，影响课文的透彻讲解。因此，我对教材中的每一个重要语言点都尽可能做到：以新带旧，深入浅出。课堂*题浓缩精选，先放低要求，待务实巩固后，再循序渐进，逐步拔高。这样就变课前集中复*为课上天天复*。
2.强化词汇、句型、语篇教学
在词汇教学方面，坚持分单元集中讲授，适度扩展，并要求学生熟练掌握构词规律。在课文教学方面，强调句型和语篇的有机联系，要求学生以句子为单位，有选择地背一些重要句型，这样既可减轻学生过重的学*负担，又可达到提高书面表达能力的效果。上阅读理解课时，经常围绕中心大意，常用句型和篇章结构等几个重要环节展开。精读、泛读相结合，对不同的阅读课文采用点拨、启发、提问、讲解、展开和深绎等教法。
上语法分析课时，我从不抠语法，而是把重点放在英语词汇的*惯用法、短语固定搭配、惯用句型和中英文表达方式的差异上，让学生充分掌握借助语法，提高实际运用英语的本领。
上书面表达课时，着重讲明常见体裁的写作要求和技巧。要求学生注意格式、词语的固定搭配、人称、数、时态及英语*惯用法，学会用适当的句型和学过的基本词汇来表达复杂的意思。
4.巧抓阅读，促进写作
到了高中阶段，在进一步提高听说能力的同时，要侧重培养学生的阅读理解能力。阅读既是一种能力，又是语言学*的一种重要方法。广泛阅读可以帮助学生理解和吸收书面信息，巩固记忆，有助于扩大词汇量，丰富语言知识。从某种意义上说，阅读能力的强弱直接关系到学生高考笔试成绩的高低。上好阅读课，对学生运用英语常用句型、写好英语短文大有裨益。因此，我常鼓励学生尽量根据上下文猜测词义，使之逐渐提高阅读速度，获得独立阅读的能力，更好地配合课堂教学，巩固教学成果。
(三)指点学法，重点突破
1.针对弱项，对症下药
每次大小测验之后，我总要将学生们的成绩进行分析，找出他们的弱项，以便在今后的教学中作为重点加以突破，为全面提高学生的应试能力奠定坚实的基础。通过*时的教学观察，我发现他们丢分多是因为语感不强，词汇量普遍较少，阅读理解能力不强。

一、合理制定复*计划并注重计划的落实与完善
要想搞好高三英语教学，没有合理的教学和复*计划是不行的。我对《高中英语新课程标准》和《考试说明》及历年的高考试题认真研究，深刻领会其中的精神，把握测试要求，分析好高考知识点的考查内容和测试角度，明确高考发展的变化趋向，制订切实有效的复*计划，并在教学的过程中不断改进和完善。我从以下两个方面入手帮学生备考。

单项填空:引导学生分析具体的语言情景，运用所学的知识，注意词的搭配，词语辨析等，从而找出正确答案。注意及时讲评，进行归纳总结，并引导学生加强探讨，设立错题集。尤其对解题方法进行重点讲解。我精选*几年各地的高考选择题部分给学生练*，让学生熟悉并掌握高考主要考查的重要句型。
听力:除了每周二下午班会课时间20分钟听力泛听，每周六早读精听以外，周二课堂穿插精听。不断加强对学生的集中训练和听力方法的指导，熟悉听力主要考查的题型，并通过对听力材料的分析，学会预测听力内容，初步选出部分答案和排除干扰项。
完形填空:侧重完形填空方法指导及训练。因为完形填空主要是测试学生综合运用语言的能力，所以我从以下几个角度来引导学生:从惯用法和固定搭配的角度来分析;从上下文的角度来分析;从文章的中心句、关键句、关键词来分析作者的观点和态度;从词汇的意义和用法的角度来分析;从逻辑推理、常识等角度来分析。
书面表达:让学生明确高考书面表达的五档评分标准。尽可能对学生的书面表达详批详改，整理归纳，针对不同的学生给予合理的指导，对全体学生有明确的要求:1)句型繁简适度2)有闪光点，要有较高级词汇和较复杂语言结构3)开门见山，层次分明，承上启下4)细读提示，写全要点5)书面干净、整齐、规范。同时让学生背诵范文，做好语言积累。
阅读理解:根据高考试卷对阅读理解一题限时的要求，我们限制在35分钟内读完5篇短文并完成20道小题的选择。在选择正确答案时，要充分利用*常所学过的阅读技巧。如寻找主题句，猜词，推理，跳读，略读等等获取所需要的信息，并对照题干，反复揣摸作者意图及思路，并要求学生在每天限时做一篇完形填空或23篇阅读理解，坚持持之以恒的自我阅读训练，并及时评讲，学生的阅读速度和正确率也日渐提高，令我欣慰。
二、适时模拟，查漏补缺
我认真分析历年来的高考试卷，在此基础上精心选编几套高质量的适应性试卷进行模拟测试，并在每次模拟考试后进行认真讲评，并做好最后的归纳工作。我将学生在以前所做的试卷中普遍存在的错题进行分析归类，重新编制成试题，让学生再练，我不厌其烦地为学生分析指导错误根源，提高学生识别错误的能力和语言领悟能力。并要求学生不断回头看以前自己做过的作业和错题集，减少错误再现率。
三、心理疏导，树立自信
英语教学质量能否取得突破，最终取决于学生的努力程度和学*潜能的发挥。对于大多数学生来讲，考试制胜的关键就是要做到心理稳定、思路清晰，在心理、思维、体力等方面保持稳定，从容应对各种题目，最终取得优异成绩，享受成功的喜悦。因此，从一进入高三复*就应注意学生心里健康方面的教育，从生活上、学*上关心学生，多与学生聊天、交流，教给学生自我调节放松的方法，指导家长帮考生营造一个轻松的家庭环境，尽量帮助学生消除不良的心理因素，注重学生良好学**惯的培养和正确学*方法的指导，树立起学好英语的必胜信心。而且我还针对学生的现状，实施分层次教学，因材施教，对优生和差生分别组织辅导，让优生更尖，让差生跟得上。
仔细回想，今天的成功是与我在工作中能结合我校教学实情，切实搞好集体备课，群策群力，拼搏巧干，科学辅导分不开的，我希望这次的反思，能为今后成功开展工作提供借鉴，力争使我校的英语教学质量在下一届的高考中再创辉煌。
