（一）在积累中领悟。古语说得好：“巧妇难为无米之炊”。因此，在进行书面表达训练之前，我特别强调学生注重语言知识的输入和积累。应该说，听、说、读、写四种技能是相辅相成，相得益彰的。听和读是理解和吸收语言知识的基本手段，只有做足做好这一方面的积累，才能保证好的输出能力。我主要从以下几个点入手：
（1）朗读训练。要求和督促学生以课文段落、所做过的阅读和完形中的优美篇章、新英语九百句、21世纪报中贴*学生学*和生活、社会发展、时代气息的时文为内容，每天保证15分钟的大声朗读，在朗读中领悟和理解语言的结构和功能，培养语感，加深对措辞和表达的感悟。
（2）听写训练。在日常的教学中，有意识地搜集优美实用的词、句、段落和语篇，利用课前3—5分钟进行听写，不仅能促进学生更准确地理解句子及篇章，熟练地书写句子，有效地锻炼学生的书面表达能力,也为日后的写作积累了材料。
（3）摘录好词、好句和好的段落。在*时学*中多留意，多收集素材，力求每天至少记住1—2个好的词句，并尽可能地运用到写作中，这样写作时就可以做到胸有成竹，而不会手忙脚乱，无从下手。
（4）错题集锦。建议学生自备一本命名为 “HotPotatoes”（烫手的马铃薯）的小册子，用以整理和订正练*和考试中出现的错误，随身携带，并时不时地拿出来翻看和辩析，确保在今后少犯或不犯类似的错误。
(二)在训练中突破。提高学生的写作能力并非一朝一夕之功。在教学过程中，教师应自始至终抓好英语基础知识，结合学生的实际情况，突出学生主体，采取有序多样的训练方式来提高学生的遣词造句、谋篇布局的能力，提高实践能力和书面表达能力。
（1）严把书写关。整洁漂亮的书写会给人以美好的印象，也会在一定程度上提高了作文的档次。因此，即使在*时的作业中，我要求组长、科代表层层把关，对随意塗改、书写潦草的作业一律退回重做，力求人人做到卷面整洁，书写工整规范,并把这一观念渗透到*时的每一环节。
（2）常抓改写和缩写。高中英语新教材内容丰富，题材广泛，包容风土人情、历史地理、名人传记、新闻出版、环境保护、自然灾害等方方面面，高中英语写作《高中英语作文教学尝试》。在加强语篇教学的同时，应适时地让学生围绕课文内容进行写的练*，提供机会让他们运用相关的语言知识，是提高写作能力的重要环节;也可精选一些课外英文读物（如《二十一世纪报》）的部分篇章，要求学生进行缩写和改写，让他们在丰富的内容中学会把握要点，又有充分的选择和个性发挥余地。
（3）全真试题演练。认真搜集历年的高考卷、往届的期中和期末考的书面表达并整理归类，有意识地将原文的相关的词、短语和结构挖空，要求学生借助所给的提示完成文中的空白处，让他们在所创设的不同的语境中对错误率较高的动词时态和语态、关键词组和短语、恰当的连词和引导词、实用的句式结构等方面加以强化训练，提高他们在今后的写作中关注和把握好这几方面的意识。
（4）重新排序法。把文章的顺序打乱，然后要求学生按所提供的信息重新排序，使学生在训练中对上下文的衔接及篇章的构建有更加深入和到位的体会及升华；也使他们感受到为了使短文通顺、流畅、自然，不仅得重视篇章的行文逻辑，谋篇布局和连贯性，还必须采用恰当的词汇短语使句与句、段与段之间衔接紧密，过渡自然，使文章紧凑整和，言简意赅。
（5）限时现场作文训练。经过一段时间的积累和循序渐进的实践，定期地让学生进行现场作文的训练是很有必要的。训练中，我主要对文章的体裁作出统一的规定，并让学生自己提供10个左右的词组和短语，2—3个的句式结构，最后汇总在黑板上；然后让他们就这些词组、短语和结构进行口头造句训练，在确保大多数学生已掌握了这些词、句的用法的基础上，要学生门在规定的时间内完成书面表达。在训练的过程中，学生可利用所学的某些词汇、句型，借助已形成的思维定势，用英语表达思想，传递信息，不仅使学生觉得学到的英语知识有了用武之地，也极大地减轻了写作的心理压力，增强了写好文章的信心。
（三）在评改中提高。新课标明确指出在教学中应“以学生为中心，以活动为中心，以任务为中心，突出学生主体，倡导体验与参与，在体验、参与和合作中互相促进，共同进步”，因此在作文的'评改我凸现学生的主体性，充分发动学生参与和体验，在做中学、体验中提高。
（1）吃透评分标准。学生只有在了解写作的评分标准之后，才有可能做到有所侧重，有的放矢，也才不会因某一方面的偏差而白白丢分。因此，在系统训练之前，我都认真地组织学生对评分标准进行学*和研究，确保学生领会评分标准的依据和要旨，以便在写作中避开不利因素，最大限度地减少无谓的失分。
（2）组织自评和组评。在以往的教学中，书面表达都是老师辛辛苦苦评改，而学生只关心得了几分，然后就置之不理了，因此效果总是不尽人意。现在我采用让学生自评和分组评改。比如在配套练*或测试中的书面表达，主要地是把范文印发给学生，人手一份，先明确要点；再点出关键词组短语；然后是文章的连贯性和结构的合理化，也就分数的比例进行一定的指导，最后让学生根据以上几个方面进行自评。在现场限时训练之后，以4人一组把学生分成几个小组，每个成员负责一部份，就动词的正确形式、短语词组的合理搭配、句式结构的准确性及关联词的恰当应用进行评判，分工明确，各司其职；最后再汇总，共同对这几篇短文打分，使学生在分工协作与亲身体验中有更深的印象，在评价别人的同时也达到自省和探究的效果，可谓一举多得。
（3）凸现优美的词句。应该说，在学生的作文中，我们能时不时发现一些优美的词句。因此在评改时，我都尽可能地把这些词句勾画出来，并不失时机地向学生推荐并用多媒体课件集中展示，使学生从中得到肯定、鼓励和推动，也激发他们去作出更多的尝试和创造。
（4）开辟*作欣赏角。经过一段时间的实践和练兵，适时地从学生的*作中选录一些篇章，刊登在*作欣赏角。作品的选录可从多个角度入手，既可以是书写漂亮的佳作以原卷张贴，也可以是进步明显的*作滕写之后张贴，还可以是学生推荐的名篇佳作，诗词歌曲，使学生在欣赏中学*，在学*中竞争，在竞争中提高。
（5）细化作文分数。作文的得分是对学生的劳动的肯定和评估，学生们对此也极为关注。如何充分利用这一有利因素来促动学生致力于书面表达的提高呢？经过一段时间的摸索，我做了细化作文分数的尝试。打分的时候，我把分数分解成内容分（15）+学以致用或优美词句分（３－５）+书写分（２—４），特别突出学以致用分和书写分，在*时的点点滴滴有意识地进行渗透和倡导，使他们在训练中有明确的导向和目标，达到事半功倍之效。
总而言之，提高书面表达的能力不可能是一蹴而就的。只有在明析了评分标准的前提下，经过不懈的积累，掌握一定的写作技巧，通过行之有效的写作实践及不断的归纳和总结来提高学生的谴词造句和谋篇布局的能力，才有可能使他们的写作能力得到质的飞跃。

4.做好易混语法的对比分析。采用让学生观察――发现――讨论――归纳这样的步骤，这样不仅仅可以避免枯燥无味的讲解，还能让学生有种成就感，记得更牢固。如果只是纯粹的说教，学生当时觉得听得很明白，但是课后就不能灵活运用这些知识了。尽管这样做看似浪费时间，但实际上却能收到事半功倍、一劳永逸的效果。
5.根据具体情况采取表格的方式呈现出语法(灵活设计表格)，这样简洁明了，易于理解和记忆。
6.让学生背诵一些含有语法的名言警句。我们仍可沿用传统语法教学中一些好的记忆语言形式的方法，精选一些包含某些语法结构的典型句子，让学生通过记忆和运用这些句子，而起到既能背诵一些经典句子，又能熟练运用某项语法的作用，达到一箭双雕的效果。
7.多做总结，查漏补缺。对语法的讲解是一个不断探索、永无止境的过程。如果仅仅是把语法点展示给学生，这很容易，有些时候学生自己看资料就能明白。但要做到精益求精，必须从各个层次上要求自己。总而言之，教学过程中及时反思，认真做总结，多参考书本资料和网络资料，多和学生沟通，学会换位思考，这样做能使语法教学走向更高的境界。
爱因斯坦曾说过：“兴趣是学生最好的老师。”托尔斯泰也说过：“成功的教学所需要的不是强制而是激发学生的兴趣。”学生只有对学*产生浓厚的兴趣才会专心听讲积极思考。下面是我对新课程改革下对于英语教学过程当中的的几点反思：
一、促进教师与学生的情感交流
我们常说：“亲其师而信其道”要让学生愿学，首先就要师生情感交融。教师通过自己的一举一动去感染学生，把亲切、信任、尊重、友好的情感传递给学生。要想让学生乐学最重要的是需要教师想方设法发现学生学*中的闪光点，多表扬，少批评，让学生从教师的激励中，体会到成功的快乐，体验到胜利的果实的喜悦，从而激发学生的学*兴趣。
二、英语教学要尊重个体差异性，不能对学生制定统一的标准,英语学*的评价也应该是多元的和多样性，并且是多层次的评价方式。
这也是课改革的重点和难点。实行分层评价，促进学生的发展。同样，分层评价有利有弊。首先，分层评价为学生提供一个“最*发展区”。使他们通过自身努力能达到易见的效果，较好地保护“弱势群体”的自尊心。同时，也能促其不断向高层次挺进，使他们也能享受一段对于他们而言良好的教育;使那些能力强的学生享有进入更高级教育的机会。但是，也会给少数惰性较大的学生找到利已的借口。
三、定期开展英语活动
通过开展英语朗诵比赛、单词比赛、诗歌剧表演赛、课本剧表演赛、手抄报比赛、演讲比赛，在学校大范围内创设一种英语学*的氛围，丰富学生的语言生活，培养学生学*语言的兴趣，加强学*的自主性和目的性，从而实现学生学*方式的转变。
四、点石成金，自主学*
众所周知，点石成金的智者与农夫故事。聪明的农夫要的是“点金术”，为的是日后家里或别人需要时能点出金子来。其实，学生上学，不仅仅是为了学知识，更重要的是学*和掌握“点金术”。也就是学*策略。学*策略是提高学生学*效率、发展学生自主学*能力的保证。它不是哪位教师用一两节课就能教给学生的，而是渗透于整个教学过程的。古人云：授人以鱼，不如授人以渔。因此，我们的英语教师不应该是不厌其烦地机械地带学生读单词，而应是教给他们学生单词的策略，指导学生构建自己的学*策略，为终身学*打下基础。此因，在课堂教学过程中，教师应该是教练员、资源提供者、激励者和观众，把课堂还给学生。因为“外语是学生学会的，而不是教师教会的。”④只有让学生在有限的课堂教学时间内多进行听说读书的训练，才有可能学会英语。
以上几点就是我在这段英语教学工作中的几点体会，通过以上措施的实施不仅可以建立起与学生之间的良好关系，更能培养学生的创造力，激发学生的学*兴趣，养成自主学*的好*惯。英语教学成功与否,不仅取决于学*者，更重要的是老师的教学设计,所以我们老师要重视精心设计好每一单元、每一堂课，踏踏实实地做好自己的本职工作。
“课堂教学永远是一门遗憾的艺术，而科学、有效的教学反思可以减少遗憾。”随着教师专业化的发展，教师的主体的自身实践活动已成为教师成长的根本动力。在教师的实践活动中，反思被广泛地看作教师职业发展的决定性因素。美国著名的学者波斯纳提出教师的成长公式是：教师成长=教学过程+反思；我国著名的心理学家林崇德也提出“优秀教师=教学过程+反思”的公式。教师只有通过不断反思，才能使自己从“教书匠”逐步成长为“教育家”。新课程要求教师不仅要成为教学研究的主体，更要成为反思的实践者。
有关研究证明，成功的和有效率的教师倾向于主动地和创造性地反思他们的教育目的、课堂环境，以及他们自己的职业能力。
一、英语教学反思的主要特征
以追求教学实践合理性为目的。教学反思可以发现新问题，进一步激发教师的责任心，教学反思并不是一般地回想教学情况，而是在教学中不断发现问题，并针对这些问题调整教学方案，使教学方案更合理。教学反思追求更多更好的方法，提高课堂实效性。教学反思对教学理论和实践持有一种健康的怀疑，并及时地把思想变为行动。一个教师如果能不断进行教学反思，经常能研究总结，那么他的教学水*将不断提升。
教学反思具有探索性。任何教师都有理论上的迷茫，实践中的困惑。反思作为一种教学手段在探索中奋进。存在问题就整改，发现问题则深思，反思的真谛就在于教师要敢于怀疑自己，敢于善于突破、超越自我，不断地向高层次迈进。教学实践的过程，既是教师探索的过程，也是教师反思的过程。教学反思就是教师自觉地把自己的课堂教学实践，作为认识对象而进行全面而深入的冷静思考和总结，从而进入更优化的教学状态，使学生得到更充分的发展。
教学反思贯穿于整个教学活动。它既有对教学内容的反思，也有对教学方法的反思，如：探究性教学和任务型教学如何在英语课堂上得到合理运用？多媒体教学如何为课堂教学服务？既有常规课的反思，也有专题活动的反思，比如如何高效性地分析试卷？怎样提高学生的听力水*和写作水*，等等。教师既有通过自己实践后感受而进行的教学反思，也有借学生的眼睛作为“镜头”来质疑自己的教学行为的反思。
二、英语教学反思的内容
1、对教学理念的反思。新课程的核心理念是“为了每一位学生的发展”。在这种核心理念的指导下，课堂教学评价已经将关注的重心从教师的“教”转向学生的“学”。这就要求教师必须认真对待每一节课的课堂教学，必须在教学方式、学*方式的革新、备课方式和课前准备、自我教学能力的重新认识及课堂民主*等的师生关系的建设等几方面进行深入持久的努力。新课程标准还要求教师要从片面地注重知识传授转变到注重学生学*能力的培养。教师不仅要关注学生的学*结果，更要关注学生的学*过程，促进学生学会自主学*、合作学*、探究学*，让学生感受并理解知识产生和发展的过程，培养学生的科学素养和创新思维*惯，教师应通过广泛的理念学*，不断探索反思。
2、对教学方式的反思。传统的教学内容的安排，多以知识的逻辑为主线，忽视了教学的逻辑和接受逻辑，授课方式基本是“满堂灌”，灌知识，灌方法，少有师生互动探究，更谈不上激活体悟，启迪智慧，开掘潜能。教师在教学中是参与者，指导者、组织者、促进者，教师的教学活动应该是灵活多变的，教学过程应是师生共同发展的互动过程，应通过学生体验、实践、讨论、合作、探究等方式，引导学生积极主动地学*，发展学生听、说、读、写的综合语言技能，并创造条件让学生能够探究自己感兴趣的问题。总之，教师要转变传统的、单一的、以语言知识传授为主的“输入式”教学，代之以学生为活动主体的“输出式”教学；要转变单一的教学方式，关注学生学*方式、思维方式的差异，要着力研究学生的学法分层。
3、对学*方式的反思。现代学*方式的基本特征是：主动性、独立性、独特性、体验性、问题性。新课程理念要求学生在“实践中学*，促进学生在教师指导下主动地、富有个性地学*”。这说要求教师对学生如何学给予了更多的关注。学*方式不仅仅是具体的学*方法，而是指学*新知识或解决问题时采取的一贯方式。传统的模式是学生被视为“应试的机器”或是“可填塞知识的容器”，他们没有受到应有的尊重，得不到应有的发展“空间”，难以发挥主动性和创造性。新课程标准所倡导的自主学*、探究学*、合作学*、学*策略体现了学生学*方式的变革。
4、对教材的反思。以前教师把教材当作惟一的教学资源，“吃透教材，教好教材”成了对教师的最高要求。其结果是，教师被扼杀了自主精神和创新能力，限制了自身的发展，教学不能从实际出发，难以激发学生的学*积极性。新课标要求教师参与课程设制，积极开发和合理利用课程资源、搞好校本课程。由“教好教材”到“开发和利用教学资源教好学生”不仅会促进教学改革，还会有力地促进教师的发展。广博的课程资源会帮助教师不断“充电”，不断充实和提高自己。
5、对教学对象的反思。学生是学*的主体，这就要求教师必须充分关注学生，英语教师首先要摒弃传统的以“教案为本，以课本为本，以统一的标准评价为本”的传统观念，在教学过程中，对学生整齐划一，造成了学生“吃不饱，吃不了”的现象。英语教师必须树立 “以人为本”理念，课堂教学中一切活动设计都要符合学生的个性特征。只有这样，才能有利于学生的自我发展。另外，要充分了解学生的学**惯，情感态度，知识能力；充分关注学生的学*动机，对英语学*的理解，对这门语言难易程度的期待等。只有这样，学生才能够独立自主地学*，从而大大提高教学效率。
6、对教师角色的反思。过去的教师相对学生而言，处于绝对的“权威”位置，学生只是被动接受知识的“容器”。而新课程改革就是要建立和谐的、*等的师生关系，这就要求我们不得不重新反思教师的角色定位。教师应该是*等的合作者，和学生要彼此尊重，互相信赖。教师在教学过程中，既要关注和赏识学生对知识的掌握和能力的提高，又要关注和赏识学生在学*过程与运用方法的优良行为，还要关注和赏识学生在情感、态度、价值观等方面的积极表现。
7、对课堂教学评价的反思。评价要从单一的针对语言知识掌握程度的知识性测试向关注学生综合语言运用能力的多样化评价方式转变；要充分调动不同的评价主体开展评价活动，尊重每个学生的不同意见，鼓励学生有创见的思想，特别是在有争议的问题上更要培养学生多元的思维能力，促进创新精神的形成和发展；要关注学生整体、全面的发展，不能仅仅关注学生学业成绩。
三、英语教学反思的途径
1、从学生的角度来反思自己的教学。学生时常用眼睛和心灵观察和思考着教师，从学生的行为、思想状态、学*成绩以及对老师的期待中都会反映出我们的教学状况。所以老师要时时注意观察学生的学*行为表现，分析现象，探究原因，从学生的角度思考施教中的利弊得失。
2、从教师的角度来反思自己的教学。从教师的角度来对我们自己的教学观念、行为、设计理念进行深刻审视，要抓关键事件，从而捕捉住发展自己的机会。
3、通过邀请同行或专家听评自己的课来反思教学。邀请同行或专家观察自己的教学，与他们交流和对话。可以用新的眼光看待自己的教学实践，有时会使自己的教育观念得到部分或全部的重建。
4、通过写课后反思来反思自己的教学。教师可以通过写课后反思，把每一堂课的成功之处、失误之处、意外收获、学生见解记录下来，不断积累经验，开辟和完善更适合学生发展的教学思路。
总之，高中英语教学反思以解决教学实际问题为基点，不是简单的课后回顾，而是不断提高和深化的过程。教师在“思”中学，在“改”中探索，在探索中发展和创新，使我们的教育教学能力不断提高。
先学后教、当堂训练”的模式，每堂课教师都不要先讲，先让学生自学。学生不是盲目地自学，而是在教师指导下自学，教师的指导要做到“四明确”，即明确时间、明确内容、明确方法、明确要求。比如：“同学们，下边我给大家5分钟的时间（明确时间），大家自学教材的第23页至24页（明确内容），在自学的过程中可进行小组讨论（明确方法），5分钟后请回答下列问题（明确要求）”。只有做到四明确，学生才能高效率地进行自学。“先学后教”的“教”字不是系统讲授的意思，是“点拨”的意思，教师根据学生的自学情况进行点拨，或规范其不准确的表述，或解答其疑惑的问题，或纠正其错误的理解。由于学生通过自学已基本掌握了书上的知识，所以教师真正讲解的东西不是很多。课堂上能够省出很多时间让学生“当堂训练”。他们还有许多措施，如“从初始年级开始抓起”，从学生入学的第一天就要关注每一个学生，就要针对学生的具体情况采取不同的措施。如有的学生基础知识差就要给他补课，有的学生学**惯没有养成就要帮助他养成良好的学**惯，把“学困生”按在前排，与好学生相伴而坐，减少他们的“求助”难度，采取“兵教兵”、“兵练兵”、“兵强兵”的战术，等等。
提高教学质量，实现有效教学，打造高效课堂的三条铁律：
高效课堂教学模式启示：
（一）启示之一：未来的课堂教学，无论是在教育观念上，还是教学结构上，都将朝着以学生的学*为中心这一核心内容发生转型，也就是“以学定教”。
（二）启示之二：回顾以往的课堂教学改革，改来改去，说到底都离不开下面两条。要么是鼓励学生自觉学*，要么是探索班级体制下不同类型学生如何区别对待。凡是在这两点上取得一些经验的课堂改革，往往都是比较成功的。
（三）启示之三：现在课堂教学改革的方向。
一是课堂教学开始于学生的独立学*和预学准备，开始于老师了解学生知道什么和能做什么；
二是评价始终与教学过程*行。
（四）启示之四：一切的改变始于课堂，在于课堂，成于课堂。变“教”的课堂为“学”的课堂，让学生动起来，让课堂活起来，让效果好起来。“我（学生）的课堂我做主”；“我（学生）的班级我做主”。把学*的主动权，创造权还给学生。立足三个改变：
一是“师长”变“学长”；
二是学生成为学*的主人；
三是“教室”变“学室”。真正使学生成为课堂的主人。
（五）启示之五：课堂转型最为核心的一句话就是“以学生的学*行为为中心来组织教学”。这不仅是我们将来课堂教学改革的方向所在，也是国际上课堂教学发展的潮流方向。
（六）启示之六：课堂教学改革，一般而言，强调有效教学实践，凸显高效课堂教学模式。无论是杜朗口中学的“三三六”自主学*模式，还是昌乐二中的“271”高效课堂模式，无不体现提高课堂效能，尤其是提高学生学的效能这一基本理念。
（七）启示之七：课程改革、课堂改革、教学改革，都是要改变学生的学*方式，学生“自主学*、合作学*、探究学*”；使学生“自觉学*、学会学*、高效学*”；使学生“主动参与、互动互助、积极展示、大胆质疑”；以学生为主体，以学生的学*为中心，开放课堂，**学生。
（八）启示之八：课堂教学改革不仅在实践操作层面上对教师提出更高的要求，更在观念转变层面上对教师是一个巨大的挑战，我们的教师要有信心有能力去迎接挑战，经受考验。我们必须摒弃过时的、陈旧的、低效的、机械的、一成不变的主张和经验，坚持“两个增加、一个减少”的新课程改革的基本理念，把课堂真正还给学生，充分相信学生，开发学生的潜能。教育家李希贵说的好：“学生的潜能就像空气一样，可以压缩于斗室，可以充斥于广厦，就看我们给他们提供什么空间”。
（九）启示之九：美国有一位功勋教师叫德・鲍拉，他说过一句话“教重要的在于听，学重要的在于说”。教重要的在于听，因为教师首先要倾听学生哪些需要教师讲，哪些不需要教师讲。教师要学会倾听，学会尊重，学会放手；学重要的在于说，因为衡量学生的学*效果，除了考试，要让学生能够在课堂过程中间说说，如果学生能用自己的话说出自己对于所学内容的理解，自己对哪些内容还没有学懂，说明他是真的学*了。不仅如此，课堂上学生的展示、表达、互动、互助、合作、交流、点评、质疑等，都是促进学生掌握知识，思考问题和培养能力的重要过程和手段。昌乐二中的课堂这这一点上体现得尤为突出。
（十）启示之十：课堂教学改革，有三点需要我们关注。
一是要坚持“不惟模式唯高效”，不搞“一刀切”和“大一统”。因为:“学科不同则模式不同；课型不同则模式不同；内容不同则模式不同；教师不同则模式不同；学生不同则模式不同”。
二是模式不能追求高深，简单才是事物的本质，删繁就简，返璞归真，课堂就成了知识的超市，就成了生命的独欢。本来简单的问题简单化，过程简单，易于接受，操作方便的模式才是我们要追求的。相信能把复杂问题简单化，就是真正的智者和教育者。
三是不要刻意去追求模式，循规蹈矩地去遵守某种模式，因为事物是千差万别的，事物是永远在变化中的，因为永远不变的就是“变化”。你可以去构建适合你的课堂模式，但最高境界是无模式，因为百花齐放、万紫千红才是春。
（十一）启示之十一：打造高效课堂，仅有理念与模式、教师的倾心投入、校长的强力推进，还远远不够，更重要的是要建立一整套与之相适应的，行之有效的措施、制度和机制来支撑和保障。比如，制订高效学*计划，建立高效课堂研究小组，规划详尽的，可操作的具体流程，构建评价机制和激励机制等等，这样才能保证高效课堂的高水*实现。
（十二）启示之十二：课堂转型，已经箭在弦上，开弓没有回头箭。当下，减轻中小学过重的课业负担不仅是社会的呼声，
教育行政部门的要求，也是我们老师应该努力做到的。国家、省、市一直在规范中小学的办学行为，规定学生每天的在校时间，双休日、节假日、寒暑假不准补课。因此，课堂转型、课堂变革、强化有效教学，提高教学效能，打造高效课堂，是我们教育工作者和一线广大教师的职责所在，我们一定要深刻认识到它的重要性和紧迫性，让我们紧急行动起来吧。
（十三）启示之十三：“它山之石、可以攻玉”。学*课程改革，课堂教学改革的成功经验，借鉴各地名校科学先进的教育理念和模式，这是我们必须认真研究和实践的。当下，全国的基础教育改革如火如荼，烽烟四起，已成燎原之势。改变正在进行，改变势不可挡，改变势在必行。因此，我们必须正视和面对，紧紧跟上改革的步伐，那种固步自封，老守田园的日子已经过不下去了！早改早受益，早改大发展，不改就是退步，不改终将被淘汰。我们必须奋起，必须坚定改革的决心和信心。在向先进学校学*的同时，我们也不能妄自菲薄，照搬照抄，纠结在一时一事上，我们需要在领悟先进学校成功经验的内涵和实质的基础上，结合我校各方面的实际情况，有地放矢的、有选择的、有整合的、有针对性地学*与借鉴，决不可以东施效颦、亦步亦趋。我们要创造性地开展课堂教学改革，实现课堂转型。遵循教育教学规律，建立我们自己的课改理念，构建我们自己的课堂模式，这就是打造“五要六力”高效课堂。
以杜郎口中学课堂教学改革为例进行说明：
一、理念之变――从学生被动听到把课堂还给学生。
崔其升认为：教师是教学过程的策划者、组织者、合作者，学生是整个学*过程的主角，学会学*比掌握知识更重要。从课堂突围，把课堂的话语权还给学生，改变课堂教学，应是改变学校的关键。为了推动还话语权给学生的课堂成为现实，学校曾规定了一节课的时间分配，即“10+35”，教师在一节课上的讲授时间不超过10分钟，学生活动和参与的时间为35分钟；一堂课被硬性规定为学生占多少时间，教师占多少时间，听起来有点无厘头，但在当时的杜郎口中学却是起到了推动改革的作用。把话语权还给学生，只是理念变化的第一步。直接的变化就是课堂活起来了，学生动起来了。然而，活起来以后，如何处理活与实的关系；动起来以后，如何处理动与静的关系；如何让学生在课堂上学到知识、发展能力。除了话语权，学校还要让学生深度参与，在课堂上说、评、议、演、写，进而提出了让学生感受学*之乐趣、成长之幸福、生命之意义的要求，使学生知能并进、身心健康、勇敢有为，更加关注学生的生存状态、自由人格、理想追求及终身发展，最后凝练出了“以人为本，关注生命”的课堂教学新理念，这样的'理念把对课堂教学的认识又提到了一个新的高度。
二、评价之变――从评价教到评价学来引导教。
课堂教学要转变，评价就必须有相应的改变。在杜郎口中学，改革之初，为了实现还话语权于学生、让学生成为主角的课堂教学，学校提出了一个新的课堂教学评价标准，这个标准一共有三条四方面的要求：
一是对课堂气氛的要求：教师微笑授课，学生积极主动，情绪高涨，勇于自我表现。
二是对活动形式的要求：形式多样，情趣浓厚，寓教于乐，能使学生动脑、动手、动耳、动口，培养学生的创新意识与实践能力。
三是对学生活动量的要求：学经过多年的高三英语教学，我对英语语法教学有了一定的认识和了解，觉得语法教学可以这样来进行：
1、有效组织课堂教学：
（1）让学生保持更大的学*热情和兴趣体验。
兴趣是第一老师。有趣的宽松的课堂学*气氛能够激活学生的思维，这样，老师所讲的语法项目才能给学生留下较深的印象。
（2）让学生真正动起来。
在传统的语法讲解为主的课堂里，教师不易管理学生，于是他们就容易走思，这样，就总是会被老师和同学落下；如今，我们老师应该力求在语法课上让学生的思维和大脑动起来。有他们的积极主动地参与，他们才能够更全神贯注的学*课堂知识与培养各方面的能力。
（3）科学操练和及时指导相得益彰。
在语法教学时，除了让学生感知接触，而且我们一定要给予学生足够的时间对语法的形式和意义进行讨论和归纳总结，也要他们尽情的在句子中反复使用和体会该语**能。
2、备学生的英语基础
要注意任务设计的差异性，应根据学生的实际基础，实际能力，设计不同的任务。教师对学*基础好，学*能力强的学生不必要扶着走很远，学生们会自己主动去够取更多的知识，表达更多的内容。而基础薄弱，学*能力欠强的学生可能更需要老师的关注和支持，才能取得更大的进步。
3、备训练方法
在实施语法教学时，并不能只是传统意义上的单选题的训练，我们还可以尝试使用多种教学方法。周红老师讲述的语境下的教学给我感触很深。还可以使用听英文歌曲的形式，通过挖空，把一些重点知识都使学生感兴趣的接触并感知，从而留下深刻的印象，之后，会一边哼唱这首歌，一边去回味老师讲的语法点，一举两得。
除了单项选择题，填空题，还可以是连词成句，连句成篇，看图说话，补全对话，改写句子等形式来训练其语法知识的运用能力。
总之，新课程鼓励采取一切适合学生，有利于学生综合语言运用能力发展的教学方法。学生在课堂中处于主导地位，教师应精心有效的组织学生的学*活动，而教师则起着指导者、激励者和调控者的作用。
这就要求教师的耐心，需要对语法知识，学生知识掌握程度和能力水*的内在理解，，我会坚持“优化而不淡化，重视而不死抠”的语法教学原则，尽快探出一条行之有效的适合本校实际的语法教学之路。

教学反思具有探索性。任何教师都有理论上的迷茫，实践中的困惑。反思作为一种教学手段在探索中奋进。存在问题就整改，发现问题则深思，反思的真谛就在于教师要敢于怀疑自己，敢于善于突破、超越自我，不断地向高层次迈进。教学实践的过程，既是教师探索的过程，也是教师反思的过程。教学反思就是教师自觉地把自己的课堂教学实践，作为认识对象而进行全面而深入的冷静思考和总结，从而进入更优化的教学状态，使学生得到更充分的发展。
教学反思贯穿于整个教学活动。它既有对教学内容的反思，也有对教学方法的反思，如：探究性教学和任务型教学如何在英语课堂上得到合理运用？多媒体教学如何为课堂教学服务？既有常规课的反思，也有专题活动的反思，比如如何高效性地分析试卷？怎样提高学生的听力水*和写作水*，等等。教师既有通过自己实践后感受而进行的教学反思，也有借学生的眼睛作为“镜头”来质疑自己的教学行为的反思。
二、英语教学反思的内容
1、对教学理念的反思。新课程的核心理念是“为了每一位学生的发展”。在这种核心理念的指导下，课堂教学评价已经将关注的重心从教师的“教”转向学生的“学”。这就要求教师必须认真对待每一节课的课堂教学，必须在教学方式、学*方式的革新、备课方式和课前准备、自我教学能力的重新认识及课堂民主*等的师生关系的建设等几方面进行深入持久的努力。新课程标准还要求教师要从片面地注重知识传授转变到注重学生学*能力的培养。教师不仅要关注学生的学*结果，更要关注学生的学*过程，促进学生学会自主学*、合作学*、探究学*，让学生感受并理解知识产生和发展的过程，培养学生的科学素养和创新思维*惯，教师应通过广泛的理念学*，不断探索反思。
2、对教学方式的反思。传统的教学内容的安排，多以知识的逻辑为主线，忽视了教学的逻辑和接受逻辑，授课方式基本是“满堂灌”，灌知识，灌方法，少有师生互动探究，更谈不上激活体悟，启迪智慧，开掘潜能。教师在教学中是参与者，指导者、组织者、促进者，教师的教学活动应该是灵活多变的，教学过程应是师生共同发展的互动过程，应通过学生体验、实践、讨论、合作、探究等方式，引导学生积极主动地学*，发展学生听、说、读、写的综合语言技能，并创造条件让学生能够探究自己感兴趣的.问题。总之，教师要转变传统的、单一的、以语言知识传授为主的“输入式”教学，代之以学生为活动主体的“输出式”教学；要转变单一的教学方式，关注学生学*方式、思维方式的差异，要着力研究学生的学法分层。
3、对学*方式的反思。现代学*方式的基本特征是：主动性、独立性、独特性、体验性、问题性。新课程理念要求学生在“实践中学*，促进学生在教师指导下主动地、富有个性地学*”。这说要求教师对学生如何学给予了更多的关注。学*方式不仅仅是具体的学*方法，而是指学*新知识或解决问题时采取的一贯方式。传统的模式是学生被视为“应试的机器”或是“可填塞知识的容器”，他们没有受到应有的尊重，得不到应有的发展“空间”，难以发挥主动性和创造性。新课程标准所倡导的自主学*、探究学*、合作学*、学*策略体现了学生学*方式的变革。
4、对教材的反思。以前教师把教材当作惟一的教学资源，“吃透教材，教好教材”成了对教师的最高要求。其结果是，教师被扼杀了自主精神和创新能力，限制了自身的发展，教学不能从实际出发，难以激发学生的学*积极性。新课标要求教师参与课程设制，积极开发和合理利用课程资源、搞好校本课程。由“教好教材”到“开发和利用教学资源教好学生”不仅会促进教学改革，还会有力地促进教师的发展。广博的课程资源会帮助教师不断“充电”，不断充实和提高自己。
5、对教学对象的反思。学生是学*的主体，这就要求教师必须充分关注学生，英语教师首先要摒弃传统的以“教案为本，以课本为本，以统一的标准评价为本”的传统观念，在教学过程中，对学生整齐划一，造成了学生“吃不饱，吃不了”的现象。英语教师必须树立 “以人为本”理念，课堂教学中一切活动设计都要符合学生的个性特征。只有这样，才能有利于学生的自我发展。另外，要充分了解学生的学**惯，情感态度，知识能力；充分关注学生的学*动机，对英语学*的理解，对这门语言难易程度的期待等。只有这样，学生才能够独立自主地学*，从而大大提高教学效率。
6、对教师角色的反思。过去的教师相对学生而言，处于绝对的“权威”位置，学生只是被动接受知识的“容器”。而新课程改革就是要建立和谐的、*等的师生关系，这就要求我们不得不重新反思教师的角色定位。教师应该是*等的合作者，和学生要彼此尊重，互相信赖。教师在教学过程中，既要关注和赏识学生对知识的掌握和能力的提高，又要关注和赏识学生在学*过程与运用方法的优良行为，还要关注和赏识学生在情感、态度、价值观等方面的积极表现。
7、对课堂教学评价的反思。评价要从单一的针对语言知识掌握程度的知识性测试向关注学生综合语言运用能力的多样化评价方式转变；要充分调动不同的评价主体开展评价活动，尊重每个学生的不同意见，鼓励学生有创见的思想，特别是在有争议的问题上更要培养学生多元的思维能力，促进创新精神的形成和发展；要关注学生整体、全面的发展，不能仅仅关注学生学业成绩。
三、英语教学反思的途径
1、从学生的角度来反思自己的教学。学生时常用眼睛和心灵观察和思考着教师，从学生的行为、思想状态、学*成绩以及对老师的期待中都会反映出我们的教学状况。所以老师要时时注意观察学生的学*行为表现，分析现象，探究原因，从学生的角度思考施教中的利弊得失。
2、从教师的角度来反思自己的教学。从教师的角度来对我们自己的教学观念、行为、设计理念进行深刻审视，要抓关键事件，从而捕捉住发展自己的机会。
3、通过邀请同行或专家听评自己的课来反思教学。邀请同行或专家观察自己的教学，与他们交流和对话。可以用新的眼光看待自己的教学实践，有时会使自己的教育观念得到部分或全部的重建。
4、通过写课后反思来反思自己的教学。教师可以通过写课后反思，把每一堂课的成功之处、失误之处、意外收获、学生见解记录下来，不断积累经验，开辟和完善更适合学生发展的教学思路。
总之，高中英语教学反思以解决教学实际问题为基点，不是简单的课后回顾，而是不断提高和深化的过程。教师在“思”中学，在“改”中探索，在探索中发展和创新，使我们的教育教学能力不断提高。
先学后教、当堂训练”的模式，每堂课教师都不要先讲，先让学生自学。学生不是盲目地自学，而是在教师指导下自学，教师的指导要做到“四明确”，即明确时间、明确内容、明确方法、明确要求。比如：“同学们，下边我给大家5分钟的时间（明确时间），大家自学教材的第23页至24页（明确内容），在自学的过程中可进行小组讨论（明确方法），5分钟后请回答下列问题（明确要求）”。只有做到四明确，学生才能高效率地进行自学。“先学后教”的“教”字不是系统讲授的意思，是“点拨”的意思，教师根据学生的自学情况进行点拨，或规范其不准确的表述，或解答其疑惑的问题，或纠正其错误的理解。由于学生通过自学已基本掌握了书上的知识，所以教师真正讲解的东西不是很多。课堂上能够省出很多时间让学生“当堂训练”。他们还有许多措施，如“从初始年级开始抓起”，从学生入学的第一天就要关注每一个学生，就要针对学生的具体情况采取不同的措施。如有的学生基础知识差就要给他补课，有的学生学**惯没有养成就要帮助他养成良好的学**惯，把“学困生”按在前排，与好学生相伴而坐，减少他们的“求助”难度，采取“兵教兵”、“兵练兵”、“兵强兵”的战术，等等。
提高教学质量，实现有效教学，打造高效课堂的三条铁律：
高效课堂教学模式启示：
（一）启示之一：未来的课堂教学，无论是在教育观念上，还是教学结构上，都将朝着以学生的学*为中心这一核心内容发生转型，也就是“以学定教”。
（二）启示之二：回顾以往的课堂教学改革，改来改去，说到底都离不开下面两条。要么是鼓励学生自觉学*，要么是探索班级体制下不同类型学生如何区别对待。凡是在这两点上取得一些经验的课堂改革，往往都是比较成功的。
（三）启示之三：现在课堂教学改革的方向。
一是课堂教学开始于学生的独立学*和预学准备，开始于老师了解学生知道什么和能做什么；
二是评价始终与教学过程*行。
（四）启示之四：一切的改变始于课堂，在于课堂，成于课堂。变“教”的课堂为“学”的课堂，让学生动起来，让课堂活起来，让效果好起来。“我（学生）的课堂我做主”；“我（学生）的班级我做主”。把学*的主动权，创造权还给学生。立足三个改变：
一是“师长”变“学长”；
二是学生成为学*的主人；
三是“教室”变“学室”。真正使学生成为课堂的主人。
（五）启示之五：课堂转型最为核心的一句话就是“以学生的学*行为为中心来组织教学”。这不仅是我们将来课堂教学改革的方向所在，也是国际上课堂教学发展的潮流方向。
（六）启示之六：课堂教学改革，一般而言，强调有效教学实践，凸显高效课堂教学模式。无论是杜朗口中学的“三三六”自主学*模式，还是昌乐二中的“271”高效课堂模式，无不体现提高课堂效能，尤其是提高学生学的效能这一基本理念。
（七）启示之七：课程改革、课堂改革、教学改革，都是要改变学生的学*方式，学生“自主学*、合作学*、探究学*”；使学生“自觉学*、学会学*、高效学*”；使学生“主动参与、互动互助、积极展示、大胆质疑”；以学生为主体，以学生的学*为中心，开放课堂，**学生。
（八）启示之八：课堂教学改革不仅在实践操作层面上对教师提出更高的要求，更在观念转变层面上对教师是一个巨大的挑战，我们的教师要有信心有能力去迎接挑战，经受考验。我们必须摒弃过时的、陈旧的、低效的、机械的、一成不变的主张和经验，坚持“两个增加、一个减少”的新课程改革的基本理念，把课堂真正还给学生，充分相信学生，开发学生的潜能。教育家李希贵说的好：“学生的潜能就像空气一样，可以压缩于斗室，可以充斥于广厦，就看我们给他们提供什么空间”。
（九）启示之九：美国有一位功勋教师叫德・鲍拉，他说过一句话“教重要的在于听，学重要的在于说”。教重要的在于听，因为教师首先要倾听学生哪些需要教师讲，哪些不需要教师讲。教师要学会倾听，学会尊重，学会放手；学重要的在于说，因为衡量学生的学*效果，除了考试，要让学生能够在课堂过程中间说说，如果学生能用自己的话说出自己对于所学内容的理解，自己对哪些内容还没有学懂，说明他是真的学*了。不仅如此，课堂上学生的展示、表达、互动、互助、合作、交流、点评、质疑等，都是促进学生掌握知识，思考问题和培养能力的重要过程和手段。昌乐二中的课堂这这一点上体现得尤为突出。
（十）启示之十：课堂教学改革，有三点需要我们关注。
一是要坚持“不惟模式唯高效”，不搞“一刀切”和“大一统”。因为:“学科不同则模式不同；课型不同则模式不同；内容不同则模式不同；教师不同则模式不同；学生不同则模式不同”。
二是模式不能追求高深，简单才是事物的本质，删繁就简，返璞归真，课堂就成了知识的超市，就成了生命的独欢。本来简单的问题简单化，过程简单，易于接受，操作方便的模式才是我们要追求的。相信能把复杂问题简单化，就是真正的智者和教育者。
三是不要刻意去追求模式，循规蹈矩地去遵守某种模式，因为事物是千差万别的，事物是永远在变化中的，因为永远不变的就是“变化”。你可以去构建适合你的课堂模式，但最高境界是无模式，因为百花齐放、万紫千红才是春。
（十一）启示之十一：打造高效课堂，仅有理念与模式、教师的倾心投入、校长的强力推进，还远远不够，更重要的是要建立一整套与之相适应的，行之有效的措施、制度和机制来支撑和保障。比如，制订高效学*计划，建立高效课堂研究小组，规划详尽的，可操作的具体流程，构建评价机制和激励机制等等，这样才能保证高效课堂的高水*实现。
（十二）启示之十二：课堂转型，已经箭在弦上，开弓没有回头箭。当下，减轻中小学过重的课业负担不仅是社会的呼声，
教育行政部门的要求，也是我们老师应该努力做到的。国家、省、市一直在规范中小学的办学行为，规定学生每天的在校时间，双休日、节假日、寒暑假不准补课。因此，课堂转型、课堂变革、强化有效教学，提高教学效能，打造高效课堂，是我们教育工作者和一线广大教师的职责所在，我们一定要深刻认识到它的重要性和紧迫性，让我们紧急行动起来吧。
（十三）启示之十三：“它山之石、可以攻玉”。学*课程改革，课堂教学改革的成功经验，借鉴各地名校科学先进的教育理念和模式，这是我们必须认真研究和实践的。当下，全国的基础教育改革如火如荼，烽烟四起，已成燎原之势。改变正在进行，改变势不可挡，改变势在必行。因此，我们必须正视和面对，紧紧跟上改革的步伐，那种固步自封，老守田园的日子已经过不下去了！早改早受益，早改大发展，不改就是退步，不改终将被淘汰。我们必须奋起，必须坚定改革的决心和信心。在向先进学校学*的同时，我们也不能妄自菲薄，照搬照抄，纠结在一时一事上，我们需要在领悟先进学校成功经验的内涵和实质的基础上，结合我校各方面的实际情况，有地放矢的、有选择的、有整合的、有针对性地学*与借鉴，决不可以东施效颦、亦步亦趋。我们要创造性地开展课堂教学改革，实现课堂转型。遵循教育教学规律，建立我们自己的课改理念，构建我们自己的课堂模式，这就是打造“五要六力”高效课堂。
以杜郎口中学课堂教学改革为例进行说明：
一、理念之变――从学生被动听到把课堂还给学生。
崔其升认为：教师是教学过程的策划者、组织者、合作者，学生是整个学*过程的主角，学会学*比掌握知识更重要。从课堂突围，把课堂的话语权还给学生，改变课堂教学，应是改变学校的关键。为了推动还话语权给学生的课堂成为现实，学校曾规定了一节课的时间分配，即“10+35”，教师在一节课上的讲授时间不超过10分钟，学生活动和参与的时间为35分钟；一堂课被硬性规定为学生占多少时间，教师占多少时间，听起来有点无厘头，但在当时的杜郎口中学却是起到了推动改革的作用。把话语权还给学生，只是理念变化的第一步。直接的变化就是课堂活起来了，学生动起来了。然而，活起来以后，如何处理活与实的关系；动起来以后，如何处理动与静的关系；如何让学生在课堂上学到知识、发展能力。除了话语权，学校还要让学生深度参与，在课堂上说、评、议、演、写，进而提出了让学生感受学*之乐趣、成长之幸福、生命之意义的要求，使学生知能并进、身心健康、勇敢有为，更加关注学生的生存状态、自由人格、理想追求及终身发展，最后凝练出了“以人为本，关注生命”的课堂教学新理念，这样的理念把对课堂教学的认识又提到了一个新的高度。
二、评价之变――从评价教到评价学来引导教。
课堂教学要转变，评价就必须有相应的改变。在杜郎口中学，改革之初，为了实现还话语权于学生、让学生成为主角的课堂教学，学校提出了一个新的课堂教学评价标准，这个标准一共有三条四方面的要求：
一是对课堂气氛的要求：教师微笑授课，学生积极主动，情绪高涨，勇于自我表现。
二是对活动形式的要求：形式多样，情趣浓厚，寓教于乐，能使学生动脑、动手、动耳、动口，培养学生的创新意识与实践能力。
三是对学生活动量的要求：学经过多年的高三英语教学，我对英语语法教学有了一定的认识和了解，觉得语法教学可以这样来进行：
1、有效组织课堂教学：
（1）让学生保持更大的学*热情和兴趣体验。
兴趣是第一老师。有趣的宽松的课堂学*气氛能够激活学生的思维，这样，老师所讲的语法项目才能给学生留下较深的印象。
（2）让学生真正动起来。
在传统的语法讲解为主的课堂里，教师不易管理学生，于是他们就容易走思，这样，就总是会被老师和同学落下；如今，我们老师应该力求在语法课上让学生的思维和大脑动起来。有他们的积极主动地参与，他们才能够更全神贯注的学*课堂知识与培养各方面的能力。
（3）科学操练和及时指导相得益彰。
在语法教学时，除了让学生感知接触，而且我们一定要给予学生足够的时间对语法的形式和意义进行讨论和归纳总结，也要他们尽情的在句子中反复使用和体会该语**能。
2、备学生的英语基础
要注意任务设计的差异性，应根据学生的实际基础，实际能力，设计不同的任务。教师对学*基础好，学*能力强的学生不必要扶着走很远，学生们会自己主动去够取更多的知识，表达更多的内容。而基础薄弱，学*能力欠强的学生可能更需要老师的关注和支持，才能取得更大的进步。
3、备训练方法
在实施语法教学时，并不能只是传统意义上的单选题的训练，我们还可以尝试使用多种教学方法。周红老师讲述的语境下的教学给我感触很深。还可以使用听英文歌曲的形式，通过挖空，把一些重点知识都使学生感兴趣的接触并感知，从而留下深刻的印象，之后，会一边哼唱这首歌，一边去回味老师讲的语法点，一举两得。
除了单项选择题，填空题，还可以是连词成句，连句成篇，看图说话，补全对话，改写句子等形式来训练其语法知识的运用能力。
总之，新课程鼓励采取一切适合学生，有利于学生综合语言运用能力发展的教学方法。学生在课堂中处于主导地位，教师应精心有效的组织学生的学*活动，而教师则起着指导者、激励者和调控者的作用。
这就要求教师的耐心，需要对语法知识，学生知识掌握程度和能力水*的内在理解，，我会坚持“优化而不淡化，重视而不死抠”的语法教学原则，尽快探出一条行之有效的适合本校实际的语法教学之路。
一、语法教学的重要性
语法教学是英语教学的一个重要组成部分，肩负着培养语言技能和提高交际能力的任务。英语技能包括听、说、读、写四个方面，四者与语法都有密切的关系，语法具备生成力，学会一种语法规则可产生出无穷无尽的句子。那么，掌握语法是提高英语语言能力的重要途径。因此，在英语教学中必须重视语法教学，不断探索教学方法，提高语法教学质量，为提高英语教学的总体水*打下牢固的基础。
二、任务型教学与语法教学
任务型教学强调在“做中学，用中学”，即倡导教师根据教学内容，创造性地设计各种任务活动，让学生学会用英语做事，并在做事的过程中学*语言，形成综合运用语言的能力。
《普通高中英语课程标准》明确提到：“教师要引导学生主动学*，帮助他们形成以能力发展为目的的学*方式，鼓励学生通过体验、实践、讨论、合作和探究等方式，发展听、说、读、写的综合语言技能。”“要为学生独立学*留有空间和时间，使学生有机会通过联想、推理和归纳等思维活动用英语分析问题和解决问题，获得经验，增强自信，提高能力。”“要通过设计丰富多彩的课内外学*活动，使学生在参与交际活动的过程中形成交际策略。”
然而，至今仍有部分教师固守传统的语法教学理念，将大量课堂时间用来讲解语法知识，忽视学生的主观能动性。上述做法与新课程的要求是背道而驰的。
因此，正确领会新课程精神，优化语法教学的方法，避免语法教学走极端，是英语语法教学改革的一个重要方面。下面我将结合一堂英语语法随堂课谈一点感悟。
三、两次语法教学实例的设计与反思
1、教学背景
（1）学情分析：
上课课型：高中英语随堂课―“倒装句”语法课
（2）教学内容分析：
人教版nsefc m5u4的主题是“making the news”，阅读课my first work assignment讲述了zhou yang在一家英语报社第一天上班时，和上司hu xin的谈话，引导学生了解新闻工作者应该具备的素质，新闻采访的基本程序以及采访时要注意的要点等等。文章里出现了四句倒装句：
“never will zhou yang forget his first assignment at the office of a popular english newspaper.”
“not only am i interested in photography,but i took an *** course at university to my skills.”
“only if you ask many different questions will you acquire all the information you need to know.”
“here comes my list of dos and don'ts.”
（3）教学目标设计：
①教学内容：nsefc m5u4 making the news，grammar：inversion
②教学目标：
learn the two forms of “inversion”― “full inversion” and “partial inversion”；
grasp inversion and learn to use it in various real life situations。
（4）学生基本情况：
这是高二的第一个学期，文理*行班刚分不久。高二（16）班是文科班，英语基础较好，高二（8）班是理科班，英语基础比较差，能开口讲英语的同学寥寥无几，但两个班的学生学英语的积极性都是比较高的。而且大部分学生都能主动复*课文my first work assignment，记住成长为一名好记者需要的基本素质。同时，根据教师的要求，背诵并默写文中提到的四句倒装句（见教学实践，只让他们背诵，并未告诉他们这是倒装句）。
