记得一天中午，炎热的太阳烤着大地。我翻了翻书包，准备看看我写的作文，可把书包翻了个底儿朝天都没找到作文本。这时，语文老师进来说：“下午要把四单元作文抄在卷子上。”这可把我给急坏了。我急忙冲进电话亭给您打了一个电话，让您帮我把作文本送来。您挂上电话以后就在家里翻箱倒柜地找了起来，可最终还是没有找到。您怀疑是我带了作文本的，可能没仔细找。可为了安全起见，您还是从网上把我投的那篇作文打了下来，并给我送来了。您来到学校时，我发现您的脸被晒得通红，背上已经湿了一片。看着您疲倦的身影，泪水顺着我的面颊流了下来。

我顾不上看飞絮，顺着地沟仔细查找。麦田里杂草虽不太多，仍不时可以看到一种高挑细长的杂草，穗子高出麦穗许多，在风中摇头晃脑，张狂地看着我。间或还有鹅黄色的燕麦、缠缠绕绕的麦仁珠子。
“看我怎样收拾你们！”我瞪着一棵高挑细长的杂草说。
在麦田里拔草可不是一件容易事。既要会发现，尤其是隐藏在麦穗下面的麦仁珠子、野燕麦，又要小心踩到麦棵。因为麦棵太稠，需要晃动抬起的脚，拨动麦棵寻找落脚之处。我开始不*惯，摇摇晃晃险些跌倒，有时一脚踩下，踩到麦子。不大一会儿，我就找到了窍门，进入了状态。随着一棵棵杂草被拔除，身后留下了一道弯曲的缝痕。
经过一上午的努力，二亩地杂草全败在我的手下。最后，我把地沟里拔除的杂草抱在一起，丢到了地头河里。
母亲节，我用力所能及的劳动向妈献上了一份礼，表达我的感恩。其实，感恩，不应仅仅在母亲节，更应在与家人朝朝暮暮的日子里。
