对于小孩子来说，最好玩的就是放炮仗，吃过年夜饭，南京城早已淹没在鞭炮声中，炮竹声，烟花声不绝于耳，密密麻麻的火光和一盏盏绚丽多姿霓虹灯，把南京城打扮成一副妖艳的画卷，照亮着夜空，我早已安耐不住自己激动的心情，赶紧拉着爸爸妈妈到我家旁边的空地上放焰火，爸爸从纸箱里拿出一个“飞毛腿导弹”放在离我们七八米远的地方，找出导火线，用烟头往上一点，只听“哧哧”2秒导火线就把火引入“飞毛腿导弹”，突然“嘣”一响，惊天动地，一发炮火射出了十几米高的空中，紧接着又是一声巨响，“啪”一朵朵金灿灿的“大金花”像一张张笑脸羞答答的盛开了，只见银白色的花瓣慢慢地向四周伸展，如同万条瀑布散下天边，渐渐地，花瓣由粗变细，魔幻般的变成了一支支垂落下来的柳条，好一个“万树垂下绿丝绦”的优美画面。我只觉得丝线离我越来越*，似乎伸手可及，我忍不住伸手想抓住它，可是它们就像狡猾的精灵，一转眼，变成俏皮的“金雨点”从半空中消失了。接着我们放了鞭炮、轰天雷、大雷公、开门炮等等，望着天上五颜六色的火树银花，心中不由得想起我学过的一首宋朝大诗人王安石的诗—元日：爆竹声中一岁除，春风送暖入屠苏。千门万户曈曈日，总把新桃换旧符。多美的一首诗啊！
要说过年，春节联欢晚会也是不可缺少的视觉盛宴，放过烟花，我们全家一边吃瓜子一边喝红枣茶，一边欣赏春节联欢晚会，一边享受春节的快乐，郭冬临和牛莉的小品《一句话的事儿》，让晚会进入了高潮，现场观众雷鸣般的.掌声彼此起伏，全场沸腾了，刘谦的的魔术又一次让晚会进入高潮，太神奇了，接着王非美妙的歌声《传奇》在我心里荡漾，我陶醉了，心里流淌着浓浓的甜蜜。
大年初一，一次又一次的炮竹声唤醒了我，推开门，外面白茫茫的，仿佛一片雪海，“下雪啦！下雪啦！”我惊呼，雪下得很大，整个大地银装素裹，个个神采奕奕，粉妆玉砌，树枝盖满了一层毛茸茸软绵绵的雪末儿，像一根根弯曲的银条，而那些冬青树上的积雪像似挂满了一粒粒绿白相间的宝石，一棵棵树木，在洁白的雪花衬托下，好像一个个仙女下凡。风一吹，轻轻摇晃的枝条，犹如仙女舞动着的玉手，散下了颗颗珍珠，我不自主想起唐朝诗人岑参的一首诗，“忽如一夜春风来，千树万树梨花开”，这场大雪更增添春节的气氛，我从地上抓起一把雪向爸爸砸去，爸爸躲闪不及，“啪”正好打在背上，“哈哈”我顿时兴奋起来，又从地上抓起一把雪，扔了出去，击中妈妈的头上，满头都是雪花，我们三个打起了雪仗，虽然手被冻得通红，但心里很开心。
不知不觉七天很快过去了，春节的快乐让我久久不能*静，伴随着新年的渐渐远去，我又憧憬着新的希望，期盼着新的一年的到来。
瑟瑟的寒风已被降服，悄悄地离去了；万物复苏的春姑娘披着俏丽的彩衣，含着迷人的微笑来到。又迎来了—年欢乐祥和的春节，此时此刻大家的心情怡然自得。
街上到处都是张灯结彩，好一派过年的景象：站在街的尽头，我放眼望去，满目都是彩灯，满目都是红灯笼，照得大街小巷的每一个角落都那么亮堂，那么红艳。这不正预示着我们来年的生活更加红红火火吗？夜幕逐步降临了，月亮冉冉升起。大地笼罩在一片黑暗之中，漆黑的天空中跳出了几颗小星星，它们像顽皮的小孩子一样，再一闪一闪地眨着眼睛，正在贪婪地观看着人们合家团圆的热闹氛
围！
大概在十一二点的时候，家家户户都放起了烟花，那个美丽的场面简直让人陶醉其中。烟花的样子可美了！在空中的烟花，有的变成了一条小船，有的变成了一块布，有的变成了一个苹果，有的变成了一枝长满菊花的枝条，有的先四周散开再爆开……真是千姿百态，无奇不有。最美丽的`就是那鲜艳多彩的颜色了。满天的烟花，在黑暗的天空里闪耀着光芒，有的是红的，有的是黄的，有的是紫的，有的是绿的，有的是蓝的，有的是红黄相加，有的是绿红相加……像一幅巨大的彩画铺展在眼前，真是五颜六色，五彩缤纷。
夜空中的烟花正争先恐后地升上天空，一个比一个美丽，好像比谁，谁最美丽。远处，那高大的楼房，在黑暗中发出的光，就像荧火虫，又像蜜蜂，给街道增添了光彩。待在美丽的场面结束时，小孩子们还不太甘心，玩了还想玩，谁让这是一年一度的热闹新年呢？一个个小孩手舞足蹈的跑向卖烟花的地儿，拎着大团大团的烟花回家。小孩玩小孩的，大人喃？当然是拉拉家常，斗斗地主呗！！
好一个除夕，它让心境烦恼的人抛开阴影走向另一个美好的“仙境”，让在四面八方的人回来与亲人团圆，让盼望已久的孩子们了如所愿。除夕，美好的一天！
当清晨的第一缕阳光照在我的脸上，我朦朦胧胧地醒了。窗外的雪花在阳光下闪闪发光，恰似晶莹的水晶，但更像人们那闪闪发光的美好心灵。因为，今年的大年初一真的很特别。
在大年初一那个飘雪的清晨，我和爸妈起了个大早，到医院给正做完手术的姨婆婆拜年。走在铺满积雪、人迹稀少的马路上，偶尔会有几声响亮的爆竹声在我耳畔响起。想到姨婆婆躺在那冰冷的病床上，我和爸妈不禁加快了脚步。
来到病房前，透过门上的玻璃，我隐约看到有几个人影在晃动，还不时传来阵阵愉悦的笑声。
我缓缓推开房门，映入眼帘的竟是一个个熟悉的面孔。姨妈、姨娘、姨丈……咦，那个弯着腰的人不是外婆吗？只见她正为姨婆婆拉被子，又小心翼翼地将被角掖在她肩膀的两侧。
我一惊：外婆的腿去年不是刚动过大手术吗？*时走路都不太利索，在这样的天气里，她怎么也来了？！我下意识地看了看外婆的鞋，那双鞋沾满了雪花。我鼻子一酸，仿佛看见了在昏黄的路灯下，在冷清的马路上，外婆弯着腰，顶着扑面而来的风雪，蹒跚前行。外婆的'腿是一瘸一拐的，身后的脚印是一深一浅的，就这样，一步一步，一步一步……雪地上留下的是她走过的痕迹，也是爱的痕迹……也许，那扑面而来的风雪曾使她犹豫过；也许，那滑得似油的冰也曾使她踉跄过，可她为了自己的亲人，却仍然坚持着……我走上前去，紧紧握住了外婆的手。望着外婆那双含笑的眼眸，晶莹的泪珠不禁在眼角里打转。
病床周围，姨婆婆的子女们围着她转来转去，有的帮她梳头发，有的帮她剪指甲，还有的饱含深情地站在床头边望着自己亲爱的母亲；而那些顽皮的孩子们竟也变得懂事起来，正一个个争着帮老人捶背捏腿……姨婆婆的脸上始终挂着幸福的微笑。望着眼前这温馨的画面，我被深深地感动了。
当人们还在睡梦中时，姨婆婆的亲人们就已踏上了去医院的道路，为的是能让姨婆婆在大年初一睁开眼时就能感到亲情的温暖；当姨婆婆进入梦香时，亲人们才从医院悄悄地离开，为的是能让她做一个甜蜜的梦……
窗外，又一束阳光温柔地洒进病房，化作一股春日般的暖流，在这飘爱的病房里弥漫……我坚信：即使外面的雪下得再大，也会被这爱心一样的阳光所融化。
明天就是除夕了，这个外来人口居多热闹的小城也渐渐安静了下来，天上仍然飘着雪，人人都忙着置办年货回家过年，在大年三十赶回家吃上一顿热腾腾的饺子。
“老王，给我挑两箱年桔，今年不回家看看孩子老婆了？”老王搬出两箱年桔说“今年怕是回不去了，大过年的车票紧张，票又买晚了，等我去的`时候啥都没了。”
老王脸上是笑笑，思绪却飘向了远方。
忙完一切，渐渐地天色也暗了，老王抬出小桌子，摆上热酒和*日里舍不得吃的烧鸡。也算是过节了，可总感觉少了点什么。他一拍脑袋怎么忘了这个，一骨碌爬上屋顶调好天线，打开电视机放春晚，这回齐全了。
老王正愣神，兜里的砖头机就响了，他一看，家里打来的，赶紧眼睛一抹干净，鼻子吸吸。
“我在这边吃的好，大鱼大肉的，你和孩子就别担心我了，这不买不到票吗，明年，明年我提前一个礼拜去订票，你在家照顾好妞妞和爹妈啊，哎呀我都说我有得吃，这边可热闹了，饺子啊，饺子也有得吃，白菜猪肉馅的，我一口吃仨呢，好了好了，不说了，这边吃得正欢呢，你和孩子好好的”
“老王，老王”
“你今年不是不回家过年吗，我包了些饺子，知道你好这口，来来来，去我家，去我家一起吃饺子”
“还能啥馅，白菜猪肉呗，走吧走吧,铺也别关了，大冷天的街上都没啥人了”
天上的雪还在撒撒扬扬地下，老王铺子里那盏羊皮小灯也还在不知严寒地继续发出橘黄色的温暖
街头那家没有挂招牌,吊着橘黄色羊皮灯的水果摊就是老王的铺子，门口那个在铁三轮卸年桔的男人就是老王。
开杂食铺的张大娘走进了水果摊
他边说着边把手上的年桔箱打开，挑出几个压坏的扔到一边，换上几个皮薄饱满的。张大娘掏出钱，放在桌子上，像是安慰他说，“今年不回去也好，和街坊们一起过年了，你回去了，我们还没新鲜水果吃了哩”
除夕这天，大街上人更少了，许多店铺都关了铺口，老王的铺子还开着门，大早上，他把店里打扫得一尘不染，往年在老家今天可是要大扫除的，忙活着忙活着就到了下午，老王换上了新买的衣裳，新年穿新衣！自己给自己笨拙地理头发，虽不比老婆理得漂亮，但说到底还是干净整洁的。
可是啊，老王越看，老王越吃，眼睛嘴巴就越涩，妞妞有没有穿上我托别人给她捎回去的那条蓬蓬裙？老婆子应该还喜欢那条围巾吧？给爹娘买的袄子穿上去暖不暖和？
“呀，妞妞想不想爸爸啊，裙子我知道妞妞喜欢的，过年妞妞多吃点，长高了长胖了，爸爸抱不动了哈哈”
老王放下手机，咬了一大口鸡肉，自言自语道：白菜猪肉馅的饺子没有，白菜猪肉味鸡肉倒是多啊。又嘬了一小口酒
“哎呦张大娘怎么来了”
“大娘，嘿嘿饺子啥馅的？”
“好嘞，大娘，这就来，这就来”

春节，是新的一年的开始，也是旧的一年的结束;春节，是中华民族的传统节日;春节，是孩子们在一年中最快乐的一天;春节是……
春节本来应该是美好的一天，可今年的春节却成为了我这辈子最难忘的“黑色春节”。原因就是一个“熊孩子”——我的小侄子。
事情的起因是这样的。过年那天，我大姨一家来姥姥家拜年，我4岁的小侄也跟来了。开始还没什么，直到嫂子提议去商场逛一圈，我悲剧的一天就此展开。
大人们都出去逛街了，只剩下我和表姐在家里看孩子。这下可好，没了大人的看管，我小侄就在屋里撒了欢。一会摆弄摆弄这个，一会摆弄摆弄那个，好不容易能安静一会过不了多久就又开始闹腾，直到我嫂子回来才安静下来。
时间一晃就到了晚上，吃完年夜饭后就开始放烟花了。五颜六色的烟花在漆黑的夜空中开放，像一朵朵绽放的鲜花。之后，老舅又点燃了“满天星”，只随着一声震耳欲聋的巨响，一颗颗“小导弹”向空中飞去。“小导弹”一下子炸开，顿时，天空开放出一朵朵美丽的烟花，把夜空装点得无比美丽。不一会儿，火光熄灭了，天空中落下一颗颗星星一样的火星。快结束时，小侄点燃了一根呲花，可能是他对突然冒出的火花感到害怕，小侄一下把呲花扔向了一边，正好砸在了我的羽绒服上，于是，我的羽绒服正式宣告报废。小侄好像也意识到了自己做了错事，一下子不说话了，弄得我哭笑不得。
春节是快乐的，有“熊孩子”的春节也是难忘的啊。
喜迎新春
“噼哩啪啦、噼哩啪啦……”新年在震耳欲聋的鞭炮声中，迈着轻快的步伐朝我们走来。
转眼间，我们送走了猴年，迎来了猴年。回顾起这一年里的点点滴滴，真是让人留恋，我想未来的一年一定会更美好。这轰隆隆的鞭炮声仿佛在提醒我——我又长大了。这时，我便想起了王安石的诗句：“爆竹声中一岁除，春风送暖入屠苏。”
寒冷的冬天和人们挥手告别，温暖的春天和我们握手相见。大街上的人们个个脱去了厚重的棉袄，脸上都洋溢着幸福的微笑，憧憬这未来的美好。孩子们欢呼雀跃，庆祝着新年的到来；大人们成群结队地围坐在一起，嗑着瓜子，聊着天，时不时还传出阵阵悦耳的笑声。大街上张灯结彩，喜气洋洋，好不热闹！
到了晚上，就更热闹了，外出工作的人回到家，海外留学的人回到家，一起吃着团圆饭，庆祝着这美好的一刻，吃完了饭，不知是谁带头，奏响了新年第一曲“空中三重唱”，接着，家家户户都拿出准备好的烟花、爆竹、鞭炮放了起来。只听“砰”地一声，绽放的烟花随之如流星一样散落了下来。鞭炮声此起彼伏，一浪高过一浪，仿佛谁的鞭炮声最响，谁在新的一年里便会更上一层楼。烟花形态各异，五颜六色，有的像正在盛开的花朵，有的像离弦的箭，有的像腾飞的龙，直指苍穹，预示着祖国的繁荣昌盛，未来的美好。各种各样的烟花竞相开放，争奇斗艳，使原本朦胧的夜空有了光泽，更增添了一份美丽。大家在这美丽绚烂的烟花下尽情玩耍，夜空下，回响着那此起彼伏的笑声。
一个节日就像一个故事，情节美妙动人；一个节日就是一种文化，内容绚丽多姿。我爱我们的节日，更爱春节。春节是一年的结束，也是开始，我们要回顾过去，展望未来！

大年初二，我和弟弟一块到外婆家拜年。初春时节，刚刚下过一场小雪，虽说天气很冷，但我的心却是热乎乎的，尽管车行的速度很快，但我还是感觉这车速太慢，我恨不得马上就飞到外婆家。
何为小年夜？宋代人以腊月（农历十二月）廿四日为小节夜，三十日为大节夜，今沿袭为传统节日，称为小年夜、大年夜。也有以除夕为大年夜，前一日为小年夜的。
春节是我们中华民族最重大最传统的节日。家家户户忙着贴春联、买年货、包汤圆，我家也不例外。
爸爸在店里很忙，因此今年贴春联我成了妈妈的小帮手。妈妈打扫干净大门后，我们就准备贴春联了。首先把双面胶和春联准备好，在两张春联后面贴上相应的双面胶。接着，搬来小凳子，妈妈踩上去，我拿来一张春联递给妈妈：“*吗？盈盈。”“再向右一点，再向上一点点。”我一边看一边说，“好了，妈妈，很*的.。”于是，又换到左边，把剩下的一边也贴好。最后贴横批……“万马千军创大业，五湖四海涌春潮”横批：“欢度佳节”。贴完后我摇头晃脑地读了遍。妈妈戳了一下我的脑袋，说我是疯丫头。
贴上春联后，感觉过年的气氛更浓了。我觉得春联设计的真好——红底，红红火火过新年！
车窗上凝结着细细的窗花，仿佛在告诉我们新年要到了。
怀着激动的心情，我来到了外婆家的网红村——东梓关。飞快地吃好晚饭，我就迫不及待地拉着妈妈的手来到了这条有名的“网红街”。
春节的农村是最美的，这里也不例外。大街小巷张灯结彩，人们欢声笑语，尤其是除夕之夜五颜六色的礼花绽放在夜空中千姿百态，有的像银蛇狂舞，有的像孔雀开屏，还有的像绽放的花朵，他们把街道装点得绚丽夺目，整个村庄真的可以说是火树银花不夜天。
走在这热闹非凡的街上，看着这川流不息的人，妈妈嘀咕道：“唉，真没想到现在的家乡会发生如此大的变化。”“什么变化？”我追问道。“比如以前洗衣洗菜都要走到富春江边去，现在不想去就可以在家里洗。”妈妈边摆弄着地摊上的小首饰边说“又比如说以前这里的人都是地道的庄稼人，以种田为生，靠天吃饭，而现在很多人都开始做起了小本生意……唉，现在的.生活是我们那时候根本想象不到的，这些都要感谢为我们国家做贡献的人，他们让科学技术得到快速发展。”听了妈妈的话，我若有所思，祖国的科技建设到底快到什么程度呢？
这个问题一直困惑着我，第二天早上我带上纸笔来到田间。根据外婆的描述以前这里都是金黄的麦田，现在为了对外开放旅游的需要，使一部分田地开发成了旅游区。嗯，这也是个证据，我想着。
回到了外婆家，我又开始追问正在做麻球的外婆。而外婆对于家乡的变化似乎知道的更多。她说，这些年，人们的生活质量有了大大提升，村里的古建筑得到了很好的保护，好多村里人从老房子搬出来后，也如愿以偿地住进了让人羡慕的杭派民居，以前要去买菜、赶集的话天不亮就要出发了，现在可就方便了，不仅村里人自己开起了菜摊，想到镇上去赶集，也随时有公交车可搭乘。听完了外婆的一番话，我似乎明白了科技建设给我们的生产生活带来了怎样的作用。
吃完午饭我也没闲着，来到了公交站这边，我听到了两位老人的谈话。一位爷爷说：“村里的变化还真是大，以前也没什么人，日子过得也清闲，现在看看这街头巷尾，灯红柳绿，人来人往好不热闹。”还有位奶奶也说道：“可不是，现在的发展那叫一个快呀！像我们这一代的都不敢想象，还能过上这样的好日子，没事到处逛逛，出门买东西，带上手机就行，坐公交车老年卡一刷……”不知不觉站在那里听了好久好久。
晚上的网红街更是灯火璀璨，枝头挂满了花色的霓彩，人们欣赏着夜景，品尝着各种美食，我不禁对祖国有了更深层次的了解，也对自己的未来多了一份憧憬，一份向往。我们是祖国的未来，一定要时时牢记我们的使命，发愤图强、努力学*，为祖国的将来献出自己的一份力。
今年的新年，好暖……
今年又放了不少的鞭炮。五彩缤纷的礼花，震耳欲聋的鞭炮，孩子们的欢声笑语，我们这些大人们的欢欣喜悦，都在放鞭炮的过程中洋溢着。
最*几年很多地方都禁放鞭炮，据说是为了为了安全，预防火灾。这一点尤其是在大城市里确实有很好的`效果。但是在乡村那是禁不绝的，也是徒劳无益的。其实，这里面也有中外文化碰撞的一种妥协。很多走出国门了望世界的人，总觉得我们自己祖宗的东西是陋*，不登大雅之堂的，所以也就借着因为燃放鞭炮管理不善出现的安全问题，顺手牵羊的把表达中华民族传统喜庆气氛的燃放鞭炮*惯用冠冕堂皇的理由扼杀在睡梦之中。但是，长期流传的群众喜爱的东西那是不能禁止也是禁不住的。所以，即使在高压之下也有冒天下之大不韪的继续偷偷的燃放鞭炮。今年我们这里很多地方解除了禁止燃放鞭炮的禁令以后，许多家庭就跃跃欲试，买了很多鞭炮，在大年夜吃了水饺以后在春晚节目之前集中燃放。我也和孩子们一起燃放所有的鞭炮。
孩子们点燃一根长长的香烛，把二踢脚固定在地面上，慢慢凑*，一点一点的点燃火药捻子，然后迅速离开，只听砰的一声，二踢脚应声而起，升上高高的天空，短暂停留，随即发出响亮的声响，一朵火花在空中绽开。我就在一边提醒着孩子们注意安全。因为在小时候我曾经在燃放鞭炮的时候一不小心，它就钻到我的棉袄袖筒里去了，把我炸得够呛，疼了老半天，所以就很紧张的提醒孩子们。放完了二踢脚，就放礼花了。有的带着哨响，嗖的窜向天空，划出一道闪亮的弧形，消失在黑暗中。有的像繁盛的鲜花在大地上开放，有的清脆响亮在空中把自己全部的蕴含化作耀眼的花瓣，给我们带来春节繁华愉悦的享受。最让人感到振奋的就是那精品礼花弹。它由两部分组成：礼花弹和一个圆筒形的燃放工具。它的燃放如同迫击炮的发射一般：先把圆筒形燃放工具固定在地面上，点燃礼花蛋的引信，放入筒中，离开以后不久，一声闷响，礼花弹升入空中，随着巨大的响声，一朵朵鲜艳美丽的花朵在夜幕中绽放，五颜六色，绚丽多彩，把春节的夜空妆点得分外美丽。看着孩子们兴高采烈地燃放鞭炮，看着他们那种跃跃欲试的样子，我也好像回到了儿时燃放鞭炮的时代。那时候很穷，几乎买不起鞭炮，过年了能有几毛钱买十几个头儿的小鞭炮放就不错了。要是能买上一把（10个）爆竹甚至二踢脚什么的真的就是奢侈的享受了。就那十几头儿鞭炮也不舍得在春节一次性放完，总是把它拆开来，一个一个地慢慢放，差不多要放到出正月。但是，那时候也是感到很愉快的，算是苦中作乐吧，正如现在的孩子燃放很多鞭炮那样的兴奋和快乐。不同时代有不同的活法儿，要是放到我们那时候燃放这么多的鞭炮，那还不乐死呀！

一、要提高教学质量，关键是上好课。为了上好课，我做了下面的工作：课前准备，备好课。
①认真钻研教材，对教材的基本思想、基本概念，每句话、每个字都弄清楚，了解教材的结构，重点与难点，掌握知识的逻辑，能运用自如，知道应补充哪些资料，怎样才能教好。
②了解学生原有的知识技能的质量，他们的兴趣、需要、方法、*惯，学*新知识可能会有哪些困难，采取相应的预防措施。
③考虑教法，解决如何把已掌握的教材传授给学生，包括如何组织教材、如何安排每节课的活动。
高二的学生基础还是比较差，所以在课堂上我尽量用最简易的语言授课，争取让学生能在一定的时间内掌握得最好。在复*过程中是非常枯燥的，所以课堂上激发学生学*英语的兴趣尤为重要。兴趣是最好的老师，有了兴趣，学生就会产生求知欲，视学*为乐趣，而不是负担。只有在教学中培养学生的学*兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学*中产生两极分化。英语课堂既是吸取知识的主战场，又是内化技能的练兵所，但有限的时间无法使学生们充分把这些技能和知识据为己有并消化吸收。利用一定的时间复*巩固已学知识，训练相应技能是提高学*效率不可或缺的重要组成部分。
我的具体做法是把语言教学与练*联系起来，上课时尽量结合时事、热点，给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。课后做到多和学生交流接触，了解学生的需要，以及他们对课堂上知识的掌握程度。并且在课后还布置学生专门做一些综合能力的作业。比如说一天两篇阅读理解和一篇完型填空。而且我在教学中会认真设计相应的课后练*，让学生达到学以致用;如果课堂所学的是一些基本的语言点，我就会给学生一些相应的训练，让学生巩固课堂所学知识，并懂得如何在实际中应用;如果课堂教学的是阅读课，我会给出一些关键词，让学生复述课文。没有课后练*的'复*巩固，学*效果会大打折扣，效率就提不高。讲课生动有趣我在讲课时，尽量讲得生动有趣，在完成教学任务的同时，经常给学生穿插一些英文歌曲、电影片段，来激发学生的学*兴趣。

这一学期来，阅读在英语特别是考试中占的比例很大。而本人所教的两个班的学生阅读能力都不是特别好。在今后阅读理解的复*是一个重点，复*时我应注意到了以下几点：
1、提高学生的阅读量。阅读速度要求每分钟48.5个词以上。
2、让其训练的题材应多样化。包括日常生活、风俗*惯、人物传记、文化教育、社会、史地、科技、政治、经济等内容。不能只局限于某种题材。
3、体裁多样化。包括说明文、记叙文、议论文、应用文等。
4、让其了解阅读理解的主要题型。
5、掌握必要的阅读理解解题技巧。
一般来说，对记叙文注意5w和1h;对描述文注意主要情节，对说明文或论证文要注意主旨句。

转眼间，来xx学院已有三个多月，在这里，我开始了自己梦寐以求的大学老师生涯。从小心翼翼走上讲台生怕出错到渐入佳境，短短三个月的时间我成长了很多，学到了很多，也思考了很多。感谢学院领导和同事给予我的关怀和帮助，我也非常希望借助xx学院这一*台来锻炼自己，不断提高自己的业务水*。为了进一步完善今后的工作，总结经验，吸取教训，下面将这一阶段的工作情况和工作心得做简要总结。
在201*至201*学年上半学期，我主要承担的是专科和本科公共英语教学工作。由于刚开始参加工作，几乎没什么授课经验，前两周感觉有些不适应；但是办公室轻松友好的氛围让我的压力得到了缓解，院领导的亲切指导以及同事间在教学方式方法上的交流也让我受益匪浅，*时也会看一些指导教学的书刊。我深知学以致用的道理，尽量把这些东西融入课堂，并且尝试创新，课堂效果有了明显提高，我也逐渐对自己有了信心。随着工作量的增多，逐渐形成了自己的教学风格，工作就显得规律了很多；我不但感受到了工作的乐趣，还总结到了一些宝贵的经验。
一、了解学生是第一位的
刚开始不了解学生，课堂上几乎全英授课，学生跟不上。后来通过跟学生沟通，知道他们的英语基础非常薄弱，于是及时改变教法，将教学重点放在对学生基础的巩固上，适当用汉语教学，同时注重对其英语口头能力的培养。了解学生不仅要了解他们的知识结构，还要了解他们的所思所想精神面貌——专科班的学生比较活跃，学知识讲求实际，所以在授课时就应当多结合实际情况，同时及时巩固知识；本科班的学生基础相对好些，但是课堂表现不活跃、不自信，不肯张口，所以在授课时应当多鼓励，努力让课堂氛围活跃一些，多一些激励机制来激发他们的自信心和积极性。在课余时间，会单独与学生沟通以便“对症下药”，通过对个别学*动机较强学生的培养带动其他学生。
二、课堂上多与学生进行互动
尤其是四级辅导，更需要与学生进行互动。因为辅导班的学生和自己所带班级的学生不太一样，他们有听课自**，老师如果只是一味讲授课本知识而不与其进行互动就很难及时了解他们的听课需求，也很难长久地吸引他们。再者，在互动的过程当中幽默一些、亲切一些，把学生当做主体而非客体来对待。总之，辅导班的学生是需要争取的，否则就会流失；怎样争取？认真备课固然重要，但老师的人格魅力才是法宝。
三、课堂形式多样化
传统授课方式不能吸引学生积极参与，课堂形式应追求多样化。前期中规中距的教学方式提不起学生的兴趣，因为其本身底子较薄弱，不易理解。后期试着借鉴一些游戏教学法，比如将句子的基本组成——主谓宾定状补——讲解为主角配角化妆，然后让学生随意组合做游戏，让学生在玩中学，充分调动了他们的积极性，最后让他们将其写成作业以巩固所学。这堂课同学们普遍反响良好，甚至一些基础很差的同学都说感觉学进去了。这对我来说是一个极大的鼓舞，我会继续努力探索更适于教学对象的教学方法。
另外，在这段时间的教学工作中，我深刻体会到，备课是一个必不可少、十分重要的环节，备学生，备教材，备教法。每个班的学生都有其不同的特点，备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，我的老师曾经对我说过：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都受益匪浅。”我深知备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。

一、坚持认真备课，备课中我不仅备学生而且备教材备教法，根据教材内容及学生的实际，设计课的类型，拟定采用的教学方法，并对教学过程的程序及时间安排都作了详细的记录，认真写好教案。每一课都做到“有备而来”，每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备，并制作各种利于吸引学生注意力的有趣教具，课后及时对该课作出总，写好教学后记，并认真按搜集每课书的知识要点，归纳成集。
二、努力增强我的上课技能，提高教学质量，使讲解清晰化，条理化，准确化，条理化，准确化，情感化，生动化，做到线索清晰，层次分明，言简意赅，深入浅出。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生的主作用，让学生学得容易，学得轻松，学得愉快；注意精讲精练，在课堂上老师讲得尽量少，学生动口动手动脑尽量多；同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的`学生学*需求和学*能力，让各个层次的学生都得到提高。现在学生普遍反映喜欢上语文课，就连以前极讨厌语文的学生都乐于上课了。
三、与同事交流，虚心请教其他老师。在教学上，有疑必问。在各个章节的学*上都积极征求其他老师的意见，学*他们的方法，同时，多听老师的课，做到边听边讲，学*别人的优点，克服自己的不足，并常常邀请其他老师来听课，征求他们的意见，改进工作。
四、完善批改作业：布置作业做到精读精练。有针对性，有层次性。为了做到这点，我常常到各大书店去搜集资料，对各种辅助资料进行筛选，力求每一次练*都起到最大的效果。同时对学生的作业批改及时、认真，分析并记录学生的作业情况，将他们在作业过程出现的问题作出分类总，进行透切的评讲，并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法，做到有的放矢。
五、做好课后辅导工作，注意分层教学。在课后，为不同层次的学生进行相应的辅导，以满足不同层次的学生的需求，避免了一刀切的弊端，同时加大了后进生的辅导力度。对后进生的辅导，并不限于学*知识性的辅导，更重要的是学***的辅导，要提高后进生的成绩，首先要解决他们心，让他们意识到学*的重要性和必要性，使之对学*萌发兴趣。要通过各种途径激发他们的求知欲和上进心，让他们意识到学*并不是一项任务，也不是一件痛苦的事情。而是充满乐趣的。从而自觉的把身心投放到学*中去。这样，后进生的转化，就由原来的简单粗暴、强制学*转化到自觉的求知上来。使学*成为他们自我意识力度一部分。在此基础上，再教给他们学*的方法，提高他们的技能。并认真细致地做好查漏补缺工作。后进生通常存在很多知识断层，这些都是后进生转化过程中的拌脚石，在做好后进生的转化工作时，要特别注意给他们补课，把他们以前学*的知识断层补充完整，这样，他们就会学得轻松，进步也快，兴趣和求知欲也会随之增加。
六、积极推进素质教育。新课改提了的，要以提高学生素质教育为主导思想，为此，我在教学工作中并非只是传授知识，而是注意了学生能力的培养，把传授知识、技能和发展智力、能力合起来，在知识层面上注入了思想情感教育的因素，发挥学生的创新意识和创新能力。让学生的各种素质都得到有效的发展和培养。

三 积极参加各种活动

春节时中国人最盛大的节日，而每家中国人过春节的方式也不同，有的旅行过春节，有的在自家过节，还有的回老家过春节。但今天，来看我的春节吧。
在腊八这一天，中国人有喝腊八粥的*俗。可为什么要喝腊八粥呢？因为相传腊八节起源于远古时的腊祭，每年腊八都要举行重大的祭祀活动，以祈求五谷丰登吉祥*安，所以腊八粥的谷物那么丰富。在这一天我家也不例外，也喝腊八粥，冬天喝一口腊八粥别提多好吃了。
腊月二十三过小年，大人们说小年这一天要除尘，也就是打扫房子卫生，意思就是把旧年的脏东西打扫出去，新的一年就变的干干净净。这天我可累的不轻，晚上睡得老香啦！
腊月二十七是奶奶家那的赶年集。一大早，我就和奶奶去赶年集了。集市上的年货琳琅满目：大水盆里游动的鱼；笼子里活蹦乱跳的鸡鸭；字闪着金光的红春联；堆着各样品种的烟花炮竹等；让我目不暇接！集市上的叫卖声和讨价声奏出了富裕和谐的社会之声。
今年的除夕，我家团圆了！往年我小叔因为工作原因，总赶不上在家过年。今年小叔可以休假在家过年了，我们全家人可高兴了！爷爷奶奶从早上就开始准备除夕夜的年夜饭。年菜的煎炒烹炸沌在我家的年饭桌上一一尽显了。爷爷更是每年在这一天，把他厨师的本领极致的展现在我家年饭上，今年做了28道菜，让我们大饱口福。
初一早上天还没亮，我就和爷爷去广场。在那里和家里的老乡们聚会碰头互相问好。然后把每家带去的鞭炮一串系着一串，总长得有二三百米长。不同地区的老乡都有可能在这聚会，都会这样串鞭炮。鞭炮一响起来，那场面真的相当壮观，能持续将*一个小时。我问爷爷为什么要放这么长的炮？爷爷说：“图个吉祥如意，炮越长代表吉祥如意越长久！

吃饱了喝足了，该发压岁钱啦！我们几个小孩兴奋地在大人面前跳来跳去，脸上洋溢着快乐，大声的给长辈拜年。长辈们被我们这种样子逗笑了，嗔怪了几句，便把压岁钱递了过去。小孩子高兴得不得了，拿了一些糖，就开开心心的与伙伴们玩耍去了。大人们则在一起嗑瓜子，敞开心胸的聊天，微笑也不是在脸上挂着，客厅里不时传出孩子们天真可爱的笑声，与大人们爽朗的笑声，化作一只优美的音符，回荡在天外。

到了除夕夜，算是正式开始了。除夕往往是最热闹的一个高潮，到处是饭香，而且，在这一天，孩子们也是最开心的，他们会领到压岁钱，早上，还会贴上红红的对联，每次吃年夜饭，*常吃”猫食“的我，都会多吃几个饺子和菜，因为年夜饭被浓浓的亲情包裹着，再加上年夜饭都是香喷喷的家常菜，直到吃的肚子实在装不下了，才会停止吃饭。晚上，小朋友要把压岁钱压在枕头底下，保*安。而且，到了十二点，礼花响起，伴随着欢呼声，新的一年开始了。而且还不能睡觉，要守岁，一定要十二点以后睡觉才行。
