  授课之后,做到精讲精练。

  针对单词,搜集一些针对性的单词题,课前利用时间做一个单词测试,直接把单词放在具体的语境中去理解。

  鉴于学生的基础薄弱,或是没有理解语境,无法补充所缺信息;或是知道是哪个词,不是拼写有误,就是该词的词形不对。

  所以单词还有待于加强巩固练*。

  在每单元结束时,会针对该单元教学重点难点,精简一些*题供学生练*巩固所学知识。

  *题或是从调研题选择,抑或是从其它套题或网络上选择具有针对性的*题供学生练*。

  认真批改作业。

  布置作业时,坚持做到有针对性,有层次性,形式多样化。

  每个学生对课堂上的知识掌握程度,都会在作业中得以直接体现出来。

  对于难度较大的题目,学生出现错误较多的作业,课上利用时间统一详细讲评每个错误;对于学生不该出现的问题,指导学生及时纠正。

  每周进行两次听写测试,对所学新单词、新短语、好句子进行听写。

  认真及时地批改听写。

  并针对学生的听写情况,认真透彻地进行讲评,根据其情况不断改进教法。

  从而做到因材施教,教学相长。

  本学期我担任高二203和206两个班的英语教学工作,刚接手这两个班时,通过和学生交流了解到多数学生对英语学*兴趣不浓,觉得背单词和语法很枯燥,背过后不久就忘记了。

  看到英语文章满眼是生词,本来想好好看的.,可是看一会后讲什么内容不明白,就不想看下去,时间久了就讨厌英语了。

  在讲授第一课的时候,我按照自己的教学设计,上了一堂自认为明白易懂而又不死板的课,认为教学效果如期理想,结果后来下课一调查,一听同学们反应,才知道我讲的口语大部分同学反应跟不上,而教学的部分内容同学们有的以前从来未学过。

  于是,我在课后更多的主动走*学生,与他们聊天谈心,增进彼此的了解,从而更进一步了解了学生的状况. 一方面,学生英语听,说的能力相对较弱,授课采用较深的全英教学,同学们还不能适应。

  另一方面,203班的同学虽然比较活跃,上课气氛积极,但中差生占较大多数,尖子生相对较少。

  因此,讲得太深,没有照顾到整体。

  由此可以看出,了解及分析学生实际情况,实事求是,具体问题具体分析,做到因材施教,对授课效果有直接影响。

  这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。

  这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。

  因此为了提高学生的成绩,结合我的学生实际,把我的教学分成五个阶段

  第-阶段,主要是培养学生对英语的学*兴趣,布置任务给小组去,讲故事或者演电影,小品,上课时的前10分钟在全班同学面前表演,这些学生真有表演天赋,有时令全班同学捧腹大笑,一个小组一次轮流着来,经过大约2个月的训练,同学们喜欢上了英语。

  英语是语言。

  困此,除了课堂效果之外,还需要让学生多读,多讲,多练。

  为此,在早读时,口语操练时,我充分利用有效时间,发现问题及时纠正。

  对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式,提高他们的能力。

  第二阶段,狠抓词汇,交会学生通过语音,构词法,词性,谐音等方式让学生背单词变轻松,每天背诵至少30个单词,循环复*,配合阅读文章加强理解巩固。

  现在我的学生不再害怕背单词了。

  第三阶段,由于下学期升入高三9月份就要考英语听力,多数学生的听力能力薄弱,听不懂,要求每天晚上7:30-7:50集中进行听力训练,同时教给学生一些基本的听力技巧。

  比如带着问题去听,抓重点,注意not,however,thanks等转折词后才是说话者真正要表达的意思,在听的过程中适当的对数字等信息做简单的笔记。

  第四阶段,精讲多练是我采取的另一个巩固学生所学知识的方法。

  在课堂上,我少讲精讲,让每位同学做好笔记,掌握知识重点难点,然后给予他们更多的时间练*加以巩固,课后留有适当不同层次的作业让不同层次的学生去练*,这样通过精讲,多练,让学生在听的过程中掌握知识,在练的过程中巩固知识。

  同时,我又让每位同学准备一个错题本,在我每次评讲*题的过程中,把他们易错的*题和知识点重点记在错题本上,以便于*时有重点地去记忆和理解。

  事实证明,这一方法切实可行,行之有效。

  第五阶段,从2012年起云南省的会考要记入高考总分,为了使每一个学生得到这2分,我利用15天左右的时间重点训练会考题,使学生对会考加以重视,并在考试中取得好成绩。

  听课也是提高自身教学能力的一个好方法,只有多听课才能够逐渐积累经验。

  所以对每一次听课的机会我都十分珍惜。

  听课的主要对象是我们组的优秀老师的课,同时也听其他老师的课。

  本学期,我听了十多节课,我的收获很大,逐步掌握了一些驾驭课堂的技巧。

  听完课之后,把教师们上课时讲到的记在听课记录上,然后对我自己的备课教案进行修改,将他们很多优点和长处应用到我的课堂教学当中去,取得了较好的效果。

  立足现在,放眼未来,为使今后的工作取得更大的进步,现对本学年的教学工作总结如下:

  首先,我分析了文科班学生实际情况:普遍英语底子差,基础薄,学*惰性大。

  所以针对这个实际情况,决定采取坚持“夯实基础,狠抓双基,改进学法,激发兴趣,提高能力”的指导思想。

  以此激发学生的学*兴趣,不断提高学*成绩。

  其次,我做到认真备课。

  从开学到现在三个月的时间里,高二英语备课组做实了以下几个方面的工作。

  一、根据本学期的教学时间分配和计划要完成的教学任务

  结合本年级各班英语教学实际,备课组成员共同制定了详实的备课组活动计划,并按计划认真务实开展每周的备课组活动。

  二、备课组活动

  提前指定的心发言人及发言专题任务基本能保质保量完成。活动中全组成员积极主动参与,认真做好活动的内容记录,形成了一定的研讨、学*、交流、合作氛围。

  三、备课组活动的重点内容

  是对选修6,2—5单元,选修7,1—5选修8,1—5单元的教材教学进行分析,就每一单元教学目的、能力目标、课时计划分配、教学重点、难点、教法、学法、教材内容的删减重新组合、课本相关练*题、配套练*册的试题、综合训练套题的选择性处理, 听力材料的选择性使用,写作素材的选择性使用等方面进行认真分析,研究和交流。教学始终依据学生学情和高考要求。

  四、开展课题研究活动。

  本学期除阅读课题正常开展外,市级课题的开展也正在进行中。课题组成员杨清纯、李春花老师正在进行课题的内容之一——专题辅导。每周三下午第九节课在西阶梯教室。目前部分学生的英语学*热情高涨,每次专题辅导讲座座无虚*。关于课题的结题准备工作也正在计划和准备中。

  五、成功的完成了第一次月考的`出卷

  考试、阅卷、试题和成绩分析,存在的问题的分析、应对策略的提出和实施。同时对期中考试试题成绩也进行了及时的分析总结。

  六、对二期质量工程的达标任务比较重视

  本组教师的听评课活动,王春和杨清纯老师从备课、上课、说课、自评、整理材料等方面来讲,体现了青年教师良好的工作态度。

  计划后半学期开展的工作:

  1、根据计划期中考试后进行本年级的第二课堂活动,计划开展词汇竞赛以使学生高度重视高考对词汇量的要求,调动学生冲刺英语学科高分的积极性。

  2、继续本组教师的质量达标三课活动。

  3、继续课堂研究的开展和结题相关资料的编写、整理、汇总分析和存档。

  4、第二次月考出卷与尖子生的辅导工作及学困生的兼顾。

  5、在网络教研方面要投入一定的精力。

  可喜的收获:

  在4月11日和4月25日举行的英语教师“希望之星”风采大赛初赛和复赛中,我组4名教师中三名获得一等奖,1名获三等奖。

本学期我担任高二(12)班和高二(13)班的英语教学。由于教学经验颇浅,我对教学工作不敢怠慢,认真学*,深入研究教法,虚心学*。经过一个学期的努力,获取了很多宝贵的教学经验。以下是我在本学期的教学情况。

一、备好课,备好学生,上好课

教学就是教与学,两者是相互联系,不可分割的,有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此,了解和分析学生情况,有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。不懂得了解学生对教学的重要性,只是专心研究书本,教材,想方设法令课堂生动,学生易接受,这是很容易碰钉子的。在上课前要了解清楚学生的实际情况:

一方面,农村的学生英语听,说的能力相对较弱,授课采用较深的全英教学,同学们较难适应。另一方面,(12)班的同学比较沉静,中等生占较大多数,尖子生相对较少。因此,讲得太深,就照顾不到整体,而(13)班的同学比较活跃,上课气氛积极,虽然优生比例大,但中等生也有一小部分,我备课时也注意到这点,因此教学效果比较理想。从此可以看出,了解及分析学生实际情况,实事求是,具体问题具体分析,做到因材施教,对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。教学中,备课是一个必不可少,十分重要的环节,备学生,又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好,会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性,因此,每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上,认认真真钻研教材和教法,不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦,但事实证明是值得的。

一堂准备充分的课,会令学生和老师都获益不浅。我认真研究了课文,找出了重点,难点,准备有针对性地讲。为使教学生动,不沉闷,我还为此准备了大量的教具,授课时就胸有成竹了。相反,我没有认真备课的时候,课堂气氛沉闷,教学效果不好,与此相比可见,认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。

备课充分,能调动学生的积极性,上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力,因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入,不让其分心,这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富,现实。教态自然,讲课生动,难易适中照顾全部,就自然能够吸引住学生。所以,老师每天都要有充足的精神,让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样,授课就事半功倍。

二、激发学生学*兴趣

英语是一门外语,对学生而言,既生疏又困难,在这样一种大环境之下,要教好英语,就要让学生喜爱英语,让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪,不愿学,也无法学下去。为此,我采取了一些方法,就是尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化,生活故事,让他们更了解英语,更喜欢学*英语。因为只有英语水*提高,他们才能达到交异国笔友的目的,同时也可以提高同学们的英语写作能力,对成绩优秀的同学很有好处。因为英语的特殊情况,学生在不断学*中,会出现好差分化现象,差生面扩大,会严重影响班内的学*风气。因此,绝对不能忽视。为此,我制定了具体的计划和目标。开展了英语兴趣小组活动,把全班按比例分成十个小组,各小组进行互助学*,分配固定的任务,并定期进行学*成果核查,让各组评比争优,几个星期下来,收到良好的效果。

  我们高二全组成员都能够认真地学*英语教学大纲,在教学中,以大纲为主,浸透相关知识点,有张有缩.教学非常严谨,对学生要求非常严格.通过对于高考动向的探究学*,掌握高考的大方向,在高二就积极为高三打下坚实的基础,为高三冲刺做充分的准备.遇到问题,我们全组会坐在一起共同商讨,查找相关资料,经过我们各抒己见,最后达成一致.

  2.集体备课

  我们高二全组确实有效地达到了学校所要求的集体备课,并且在集体备课中,我们都感到受益匪浅.我们每两个人共同担任两个单元的备课量.其中一个人一个UNIT为,一个UNIT为辅.两人共同协作,完成备课工作(主要包括language points ,phrases, quiz ),共同检查校对,再打印分发给每个备课组成员使用.这样就可以节省出大量的时间,可以更好地批作业,做*题,研究教学,教法了.并且每个备课组成员,又可以根本本班的实际情况,对提供的备课材料酌情处理,进行增减,达到确实为已用.一个学期下来,感觉真的不错,值得推广.

  3.开展优质课评比

  我们高二组根据学校及局的要求,积极组织参加优质课的评比工作.我们组的曹启立老师,姚红萍老师,刘晶老师根据英语教学的实际情况,分别就阅读,导入及对文章体裁的理解各角度先后参加了优质课的评先活动,并反响良好,也给高二全组乃至全英语组进行了一次大范围的共同教学研讨的机会.我们从中都学到了很多新的`理念及新的教学方法.

  虽然,经过我们全高二组全体英语教师的共同努力下,顺利地完成了本学期的教育教学任务,但我们也深知,面对高考,我们仍然还有很多不足之处,还需要我们更进一步的协作,共同的努力,才会打好高三这一仗.

  在这个20xx高二面临着升高三的学期。回首今年的教学工作,真是时间短,压力大,任务重。为了做好新一轮的教学工作,我对一年的高二英语教学工作进行反思和总结。

  一、合理制定复*计划并注重计划的落实与完善

  要想搞好高二英语教学,没有合理的教学和复*计划是不行的。我对《考试说明》及历年的高考试题认真研究,深刻领会其中的精神,把握测试要求,分析好高考知识点的考查内容和测试角度,明确高考发展的变化趋向,制订切实有效的复*计划,并在教学的过程中不断改进和完善。我从以下两个方面入手帮学生备考。

  (一)立足课本,精选练*,巩固强化基础知识

  复*伊始,全面重点复*高一高二的语言点。强调学生掌握课标词汇,并适当扩大词汇量的积累。利用早读时间小测抽查,重点对语法知识进行系统的复*;同时教会学生利用语境做好情景交际题;并让学生建立相应的错题集,减少错题再错机率,做到真正掌握所学知识,灵活解题,以不变应万变。

  (二)加强高考题型的'专项训练,提高学生应试能力

  二单项选择、完形填空、改错、阅读理解、书面表达的限时训练应贯穿高考复*的始终。

  单项填空的特点是:内容覆盖面广,考查范围包括中学英语教学大纲所有的语法及词汇知识:重点突出,强调动词用法的考查;突出语境的作用,利用语境间接考查语言知识的运用,应引导学生分析具体的语言情景,运用所学的知识,注意词的搭配,词语辨析等,从而找出正确答案。故此时的单项填空的强化训练十分必要,且应注意及时讲评,进行归纳总结,并引导学生加强探讨,设立错题集。尤其对解题方法进行重点讲解。

  完形填空:侧重完形填空方法指导及训练。因为完形填空主要是测试学生综合运用语言的能力,所以我从以下几个角度来引导学生:从惯用法和固定搭配的角度来分析;从上下文的角度来分析;从文章的中心句、关键句、关键词来分析作者的观点和态度;从词汇的意义和用法的角度来分析;从逻辑推理、常识等角度来分析。

  书面表达:让学生明确高考书面表达的五档评分标准。尽可能对学生的书面表达详批详改,整理归纳,针对不同的学生给予合理的指导,对全体学生有明确的要求:

  1、句型繁简适度

  2、有闪光点,要有较高级词汇和较复杂语言结构

  3、开门见山,层次分明,承上启下

  4、细读提示,写全要点

  5、书面干净、整齐、规范。同时让学生背诵范文,做好语言积累。

  阅读理解:在整张卷面中,阅读理解是重中之重,学生在做阅读理解练*时,一定要限定时间。根据高考试卷对阅读理解一题限时的要求,我们限制在40分钟内读完5篇短文。在选择正确答案时,要充分利用*常所学过的阅读技巧。如寻找主题句,猜词,推理,跳读,略读等等获取所需要的信息,并对照题干,反复揣摸作者意图及思路,并要求学生在每天限时做一篇完形填空或2—3篇阅读理解,坚持持之以恒的自我阅读训练,并及时评讲,学生的阅读速度和正确率也日渐提高。

  二、适时模拟,查漏补缺

  我认真分析历年来的高考试卷,并在每次模拟考试后进行认真讲评,并做好最后的归纳工作。我将学生在以前所做的试卷中普遍存在的错题进行分析归类,为学生分析指导错误根源,提高学生识别错误的能力和语言领悟能力。并要求学生不断回头看以前自己做过的作业和错题集,减少错误再现率。

  三、实施分层次教学,注重辅差导优,效果良好

  针对学生的现状,实施分层次教学,因材施教,对优生和差生分别组织辅导。高考成绩证明,这个措施是有力的,学生基本上都发挥出来了。但对我们的这种生源,我觉得已经不错了。

  一、新的班级 新的准备。

  本人任教高二(5)和(9)的英语教学。新学期伊始,因为7选3的选择,班级学生根据所选模块而变化,通过摸底了解学生大致水*,因英语基础薄弱,为了尽快使学生适应了高二英语教学,具体做法是:培养学生课前预*、课后复*,坚持课文朗读的良好学*惯;要求并鼓励学生用英语思考问题、回答问题;根据高考要求,加强学生的阅读能力,教会学生一些阅读技巧,养成良好的阅读*惯;另外,课后要多与学生接触,尽快和学生熟悉。

  二、备课与上课。

Hainan Island is the second largest island in China, covering an area of 33,920 square kilometers with a history of over 6,000 years. It lies in the south of China. The Qiongzhou Strait separates the Hainan Island from the mainland. There are some other historical attractions in Xi’an as well. You’ll have three days there.

Day 11: We leave early for the capital, Beijing, which is northeast of Xi’an. In the north of the city is the Great Wall. The Palace Museum and Tian An Men Square are in the center of the city, and the Summer Palace is a short drive to the northwest. We’ll spend two days in Beijing.

Day 14: We leave at noon for our flight south to Shanghai, then make our way home.

Task 2: Ask the students to write a complaint letter. T: When you have some problems or are not satisfied with something, you can write a complaint letter to the people who are responsible for it. Next please write a complaint letter to complain the problems or anything unsatisfactory at school or at home. Before your writing, please read the following tips carefully.

How to Write A Complaint Letter

· Include your name, address, home and work phone numbers.

· Type your letter if possible. If it is handwritten, make sure it is neat and easy to read.

· Make your letter brief and to the point. Include all important facts and any information you can give.

· State exactly what you want done about the problem and how long you are willing to wait to get it resolved. Be reasonable.

· Include all documents regarding your problem. Be sure to send COPIES, not originals.

· Keep a copy of the letter for your records.

阅读教学传统模式常常是单一的自下而上模式,只是把课文作为单纯向学生传授语法及语言知识的载体,重在老师的讲解,忽视了培养学生的阅读速度和理解能力;传统的阅读理解提问方式也常常停留在对所阅读文章的表层理解层次上。如何借助这些课文来提高学生的阅读速度、阅读理解能力和语言水*呢?这是一个需要师生互相合作的工作。在阅读课的课堂教学中,教师应精心设计教学程序,让学生的阅读和讨论交流相互交叉进行,从而使阅读课既达到提高学生阅读水*的效果,又能较好地发挥学生的主观能动性,将接受的信息转变成交际实践的内容。通过使用交际化的手法进行阅读教学,为提高学生听、说、读、写等综合能力打下坚实的基础。教学过程由教师、学生、教材、方法四要素组成,这四要素所组成的六对关系只有处于一种和谐的状态,才能实现教学过程的最优化。在进行阅读课教学设计时,不能只考虑教师的意志,忽视了学生的主体性。教师在教学中应激发学生思考,让学生有话可说,并乐于说。

一、设计提问,激发学生的主体思维

二、问题设计是英语阅读教学的重要手段,是帮助学生理解、鉴赏文章的切入点。教师设计问题,要遵循循序渐*的原则

高中阅读课文长,难度大,抽象概念内容多,形象思维内容少,语法现象较复杂。因此,对学生来说,认真预*是及其重要的。如果学生没任何准备走进课堂那么学*肯定是被动的,教师讲解什么,学生就听什么;教师演示什么,学生就看什么。这样的学*有什么主动性呢?预*看起来是学生的事情,但教师精心指导是十分关键的。教师要教给学生预*的方法,指导学生认真预*,并写出自学笔记、提出自学中遇到的疑难问题。譬如安排学生针对有关问题做些准备,要求学生课前利用工具书预*生词。可以给学生布置问题回去思考。学生只有掌握了科学有效的学*方法,接受新知识才能举一反三,触类旁通,更好地做到知识的迁移,并使学生受益终身。

2、鼓励学生踊跃参与

学生踊跃参与,最关键的是教师要充分尊重学生的人格,充分发挥教学民主,为此,教师要妥善引导,要尽最大的努力最大限度地引导学生参与到探索知识的过程中去。为此,要做到:

(1)要营造宽松、和谐、融洽、*等的学*氛围。

(2)要留下足够的参与时间和空间。教学不要“满堂灌”,也不能“满堂问”,学生能讲的,要尽量让学生讲;学生能动的,要尽量让学生动。

(3)要创造良好的参与条件,提供合适的参与机会,组织学生独立思考与集体讨论。在阅读课的教学中,教师可让学生互设情景,就他们感兴趣的话题以小组为单位全班展开讨论,以达到全员参与的目的。

3、培养学生归纳理解

阅读的目的就是要获取书面信息。因而阅读时不能逐字逐句地去分析语法,而是要快速完成树材料的阅读,抓住大意,再深层次地去理解内容。在阅读时教师可指导学生根据不同题材、体裁的阅读材料采取不同的归纳形式去归纳材料内容,快速、准确地猎取文章信息,培养学生良好的阅读*惯。由于阅读材料题材与体裁的不同,因而在阅读中还可以从不同角度用各种不同的归纳方式去归纳、理解材料内容,如可以归纳动词,显示事件过程;归纳文章人物,突出重点人物等等,从而在阅读实践中不断提高自己的阅读理解能力。

三、增加语言实践量,延伸英语阅读空间

高中每单元一篇阅读课文所选的文章都是好文章,他们内容丰富,涉及面广,课文中所反映的中外文化*俗、世界名人传记,体育竞技比赛、饮食卫生*惯等等都唤起高中生的注意和兴趣。但是,从培养阅读能力的角度来看,仅限于课文的阅读教学是远远不够的。阅读课的课堂教学内容绝不能只停留在封闭的教室、狭窄的一本书里,而是要面对更广阔的社会生活,以拓宽阅读内容视角,摆脱传统的英语阅读教材的束缚,以提高学生的能力素质。

四、英语阅读教学应渗透人格教育

培养具有健全人格的人是当前素质教育的目标之一。高中英语阅读教材是一套集思想性、科学性、趣味性与实用性于一体的好教材,具有很强的思想性。阅读教学应结合教学内容,寓思想品德教育于英语阅读教学中,提高学生的政治思想素质。因此,教师要努力挖掘教材中的思想教育因素,以知识为载体,适时适度地渗透思想品德以及爱国主义教育。

  是男生,总是希望能够摆脱家人的保护,去外面的世界闯荡。

  暑假,准备上高三的我们趁着暑假,不顾家人的反对,一行三人来到了东莞这个陌生的城市。

  来到东莞的第二天,在中介的帮助下,我们三人很快找到了第一份工作,工作的地方是一个居民区的小工厂,做的是出口国外的装饰品。但是,由于待遇问题和住宿伙食条件和我们预期的相差甚远,在待了四天后便辞去了工作。天真的我们用不了多久就可以找到工作,但是社会给我们当头一棒“对不起,我们已经找满了。”“对不起,我们不招收未成年人。”“对不起我们只招女工……”这一句句“对不起”如同尖刀一般深深地刺入了我们的心脏。时间飞快地流逝,身上的钱越来越少。从最初的一日三餐都要吃好的,到一天两个包子充饥,从最初要一个待遇好又轻松的工作,到单纯要一个能包吃的工作就好,待遇少一点有没有关系。到最后我们三人全身上只剩下六块钱,我们很快就要断粮了。

  最终,上帝还是为我们留了一扇窗户。一家夜宵店正在招收服务员,我们三人应聘成功,虽然因为我们是暑假工的原因只有一千八的工资,但是至少不用饿肚子了。

  一开始我们并没有得到老板的信任,只能先从洗碗、洗菜、洗厕所、打扫卫生、这些杂工做起,这对于我们这些养尊处优的小少爷来说无疑是个挑战,但是要是不做话就没有吃的,在面子和生存的选择中,我们抛弃了面子,放下了身段,还是做了起来。但,人生总是充满了机遇,在工作第二天的时候,店里的生意异常火爆,在任的员工根本忙不过来。老板无赖之下对我们简单的教学过后,便让我们仓促上阵。即便如此,但我们还是以几乎完美的服务得到了老板的认可,我们光荣成功成为了合格的服务员。

  由于工作的地方是夜宵店,所以经常会遇见一些不三不四的人,面临各种刁难,但我们忍住了性子,微笑面对一切。如果说人就是一把宝剑,而生活就是一个磨剑石。有些人会被生活的磨剑石中被硬生生地磨断,有人会在生活的磨剑石中愈加锋利。我曾被生活的磨剑石给磨断过,但我不曾放弃,剑虽断,但依旧锋利。

  时间过得飞快,一个月很快就到了,我们如愿以偿地拿到了我们用双手和汗水换来的微薄工资,工资虽然少了些,但是我们还是非常高兴,工作的时候仿佛有用不完地力气。下班后我们大醉了一场,眼泪再也止不住,如同断了线的珍珠,再也止不住。虽然经常受到顾客的刁难和老板的责骂,虽然有时候连饭都要看老板的心情,虽然每次下班时候都已经凌晨四、五点,一个月都没有感受到早晨的新鲜空气。
