  My Oscar Dream

  On the night of March 1, the 76th Annual Academy Awards was shown on television. After watching it, I had a dream, a sudden wish, that some day, I could receive an Oscar award, or a nomination, for a movie Ive made.

  While I was schooling in Australia, my friends from school and I received a n assignment one day, "To make a ten to twenty minute movie on the topic of your choice." At the time, the trend was based around the popular Matrix movie trilogy, so that became our obvious choice.

  Because our schedule was very tight, and it was a first time experience, we found it all very hard work, but when we released our production at school, it was worth it. After my friends and I showed the movie, we could not get from one end of the school to the other without getting congratulated about five or six times. We, especially I, were proud. We made a school-wide sensation.

  From then on, I became obsessed with how to make movies and how filming is done. I just wanted to know about everyone and everything that has something to do with movies. I would watch a movie four to five times, just to find out how one camera angle, or special effect was produced. I found everything I watched quite amazing. I sometimes admired directors and producers of these films because the techniques they use are so smart. Their cleverness inspired me to make and act in movies.

  When I become little bit older, I would like to attend a movie academy in Beijing or Shanghai, then America, or England, after some training and experience, I would like to make a movie, which will most likely be an action movie, which is my favorite kind of movie to watch.. If I am lucky, I hope I would get an Oscar Award for this movie. I think that would be quite a challenge, but it’s not impossible. For now, it’s back to watching movies over and over again for me!

  儿童期是智力开发的时期,也是激发自我实现趋势的要害时期,是培养兴趣、挖掘潜能、树立自负的机会。儿童期更是很多心理、行为障碍的好发年龄,细心观察有利于早期发现、及早干涉。

  幼儿园的孩子个性因人而异,每个孩子都须要大人的关爱和领导。对自主张识强的孩子,家长应注意:激励孩子加入伙伴群体中的运动,踊跃造就他们解决问题、独破思考及引导组织才能。让孩子进入一个年纪稍大的群体去休会,从而培育孩子与小伙伴友爱配合的意识,教育孩子虚心学*伙伴的优点,尊敬别人的看法,爱护与小伙伴之间的友情,不把本人的主意强加于人。提示孩子不要有点成就就自豪或沾沾自喜。而对于自我中情意识重大的孩子,家长应留神:教育孩子要有准确的立场、方式,不要过火宠爱放纵孩子,对孩子分歧理的请求,要坚定谢绝。发明环境跟机遇让孩子多与搭档来往,这样逐步使孩子懂得自己与别人之间的关联,了解除了自己的态度外,还有与自己不同的立场,从中领会到友好相处、独特游戏带来的愉悦情感,逐渐打消自我核心的心理。

  另外,对待有问题行为的儿童,要多视察、剖析,用心地对他们进行心理弥补教育,尽量采用环境和行为改正的方法,使他们健康地成长。班级中有些幼儿,由于爸爸妈妈不在身边,长期和爷爷奶奶在一齐,因为长辈们的个性溺爱,使他们构成了率性、娇惯还有与小朋友交往的障碍。长期下去,他们不喜欢和别人交往,性格孤僻,长期下来便造成了自闭症。对待这一局部幼儿,请家长充分注意到,顾及到幼儿心理发展的个性时代,及时与幼儿园老师配合使孩子能够尽快转变孤僻的性格,免得影响到以后的发展。这是一个不容疏忽的问题,在幼儿园里普遍存在,愿望家长和老师充足顾及到这一些特殊家庭情形的孩子,让孩子在关爱之中养成活跃向上的性格。

  还有一类幼儿特殊顽皮,家长和老师都个性头疼,但是不是不解决的办法,长期的受批驳会使幼儿感到无所谓,但是假如换种方法及时确定他们优良的处所,然而也不能过分的表扬,孩子在表彰之中长大,以后面临挫折就不能很好的自己解决。怎样到达教育这一类儿童的目的,家长和老师要注意掌握一个度,无论孩子如许调皮,都要使他明确自己是有价值的,是可被父母接收的、可供给自我服务及为别人服务的人,从而增强孩子的他人意识。要以用心乐观的人生态度去看待生活,去关心他。父母的一言一行,孩子都会看在眼里、记在心中。这样在无意之中,孩子就会萌生关心群体、关心父母、关心同伴、愿意分享的精良品质。

  总之,幼儿心理健康需要家长和幼儿园的共同关注,我们需要培养一批能够适应古代社会发展,可能赢在起跑线上的阳光宝贝。让我们共同尽力,多一点心理方面的关爱给这些小精灵。

  转眼一个学期的工作和生活就要结束了,对于我来说这半年意义重大,因为我成为了高新区小学教师队伍中的一员,担任一(1)班和三(1)班的英语教学工作。感受着肩上学校、家长和学生们寄予的那份沉甸甸的信赖、期望和重托,我将我这学期的教育教学工作汇报如下:

  我们的小学不仅是培养优秀小学生的摇篮,它也是培养优秀教师的摇篮,在这片沃土,这个充满生机、活力和温暖的大集体里学*、生活,老师们兢兢业业的工作作风,踏踏实实的教学风范让我身在其中受益匪浅,他们的榜样作用使我意识到新教师唯有不断学*,在教学中锻炼自己,追求进步才能让自己不仅成为这里的一员,也会在将来的某一天成为这里的骄傲,为学校和精心栽培我的老师们交上一份满意的答卷。

  自从参加工作以来,我首先以"学高为师,身正为范"的师德严格要求自己,我深深地明白,要做一个合格的人民教师,特别是高新区小学这所高起点、高标准的学校的优秀教师,必须爱岗敬业,为人师表,热爱学生,尊重学生,争取让每个学生都能享受到高质量有效的教育,都能有不同程度的发展,基于以上认识,我在工作中踏踏实实不敢有丝毫马虎,备好每节课,上好每一堂课,批好每一份作业,关注到每个学生,努力去做一个受学生尊敬的和信赖的老师。

  在学科教学方面,我时刻告诫自己要做一个研究型的教师,所以我坚持学*教育教学理论,阅读和学*了《新教育之梦》、《中小学英语教学》、《做一个聪明的教师》、《给英语教师的101条建议》等等书籍,并把这些理论运用于教学实践。半年来,我写了理论学*一百三十多篇,个案、随笔20多篇,并和王凤潮、_等老师一起开展《小学中年级英语词汇教学》的课题研究。在高校长和常老师的引领下,在同伴的互助中,在自我反思中,我的专业水*也在逐步提高。

  作为一名刚开始小学教学的青年教师来说,有的是一腔的热情,和对职业的坚定信念,而缺少的是老教师的宝贵教学经验,因此我要虚心的向她们学*上课中教学方法、教学技能和课堂调控技能等等。在组长王凤潮老师的带领和指导下,我积极参加组里每周一次的教研活动,与老师们一起学*新课程理念,探讨教学教法。积极参加学校组织的邀请课、过关课等交流学*活动,认真备课,虚心学*。主动听其他老师的课,本学期共写50余篇听课记录与课后反思。青年教师的成长、成熟要靠自己在教学中的苦练和摸索。

  面对新接触的小学教学我不断地思考,摸索,实践:如何调动学生的积极性和主动性,消除课堂死角现象;如何既拔高优秀生又保整体质量。为此我也正在每堂课的教学中尝试着积极制作教学用具,设计灵活多样的游戏活动,使学生们在积极参与的同时获得知识;在课后,我认真地给孩子写评价,主动跟孩子们交流与家长沟通,不断鼓励后进生,帮助他们解决学*上的困难,取得进步。一(1班)的王一笛同学是一个内向的女孩,*时说话声音很小,其中考试时英语成绩在班级中倒数第三(78分)。

  我意识到这样的后进生更需要老师的关爱,因此我在课堂上总是鼓励她大声说英语,课外时间给予个别辅导,终于,一笛逐渐变得活泼开朗,能够大声流利地说英语了,人也变得越来越自信和大胆,在期末考试中取得100分的好成绩。一个学期结束了,我班大部分学生都在英语学*和生活*惯方面取得了很大的进步,并且有一部分学生积极主动参与"希望之星"英语风采大赛,20多名学生获奖,其中一年级2人,三年级3人获得了保定赛区金奖。

  本学期我担任了一(1)班的副班主任工作,在班主任孙俊红老师的帮助下,我从刚开始望着纪律松散的学生不知所措到现在能帮助班主任管理班级得到学生的配合,心中对每位帮助过我的老师充满感激。以后我更应多观察、多问、多做,提高自己班级管理方面的能力。

  来到新桥中学工作已将*一年的时间了。一年对于整个历史长河来说,只不过是沧海一粟,对于人的整个生命来说也只不过是几十分之一。但是,一年对于我这个刚刚走入社会的学生来说都可以用意义非凡来概括。在这*一年里我深刻体会到了做老师的艰辛和快乐,我把自己的青春倾注于我所钟爱的教育事业上,倾注于每一个学生身上。以下是我对一年工作的总结

  一、师德方面

  我始终认为作为一名教师应把“师德”放在一个极其重要的位置上,因为这是教师的立身之本。“学高为师,身正为范”。从踏上讲台的第一天,我就时刻严格要求自己,力争做一个有崇高师德的人。我始终坚持给学生一个好的师范,希望从我这走出去的都是合格的学生。为了给自己的学生一个好的表率,同时也是使自己陶冶情操,加强修养,不断提高自己水*。今后我将继续加强师德方面的修养,力争在这一方面有更大的提高。

  二、教学方面

  在教学准备上,新老师面临的问题是不熟悉教材,不了解重、难点,也不知道应该怎样上课。对此,工作之初,我的心里十分着急,生怕因为课上得不好而影响了学生对知识的掌握以及对这门课的兴趣。但是,我也坚信“万事开头难”。所以,我每次都很认真的备课,查阅资料把自己的教案写好,因为写好教案是上好课德前提。

  我有幸能得到一位教学经验非常丰富老师梁义红老师的指导,他在教学方面给我提出很多宝贵的建议,从他身上我学到了很多有用的东西。由于自己教学经验不足,有时还会在教学过程中碰到这样或那样的问题而不知如何处理。因而我虚心向老教师学*,力争从他们那里尽快增加一些宝贵的教学经验。

  这些使我个人应付和处理课堂各式各样问题的能力大大增强。为了把自己的教学水*提高,还经常网上找一些优秀的教案课件学*,还争取机会多出外听课,从中学*别人的长处,领悟其中的教学艺术。

  在从教学理论方面。我在课余时间阅读了教育学理论的教学参考,而且还借阅大量有关中学数学教学方法的书籍,博采众家之长为己所用。在让先进的理论指导自己的教学实践的同时,我也在一次次的教学实践中来验证和发展这种理论。

  三、考勤方面

  我在做好各项教育教学工作的同时,严格遵守学校的各项规章制度。处理好学校工作与个人之间的关系,晚上也尽量到校,为学生解决学*上的问题。

  去年十二月,我要教四个班的英语、要忙于迎接期末考试、要为教师文艺汇演紧张地排练、要为圣诞节英语晚会准备初中七年级的英语节目。初中生懂的英语比较少,我没法将台词写下来让他们自己去背,只能嘴对嘴的.一字一词地教。紧张的排练和不定时的加班几乎压垮了我,我真想甩手不干了。

  有一天几遍排练下来后孩子们已经练得气喘吁吁了,我说:“你们累了,就早点休息吧!”可是没有一个孩子离开我,他们围在我身边仰着小脸恳切地说:“老师,咱们再练一会儿吧!我们不累!真的,我们不怕累!”看着孩子们汗津津的小脸,我突然感到自己是那么的软弱。我说,你们不怕,老师也不怕,咱们一起练。排练结束后,我和孩子们一起笑着闹着,心里感受到一种从未有过的轻松,我知道是孩子们帮助了我,鼓舞了我。当我在台下看着他们成功的表演时,泪水再也忍不住地流了下来,作为一名人民教师爱的奉献是无尽的。

Children would run for kilometers to school, make toys with wood by themselves, and the biggest dream of a child was holding two jars of sugar, one white, the other brown in each arm and having the choice of eating whichever he wanted. Just look at what we have now. Magnificent technological advancement has opened up a whole new world to us.

  However, just as our lives become more convenient, problems arise from this new life style. We seem to be caged in the modern technology; we are thinking alike as a result of using the same search engine, we are getting lazy as most of our work can be done by machines, and we are alienating people around us for we are more comfortable talking on phones and typing in front of a computer.

  If I was given the chance to make my magic wishes now, I would wish we could go back in time and live for three days without advanced technology. I wonder what we would do in those three days. Here is what I imagine,

  On the first day, people would be feeling so uncomfortable with the new situation that they would probably be confused and just not know what to do. The world would be in a mess for the whole day.

  On the second day, as life goes on, people would have to find alternative ways to deal with their daily rituals, students would have to go to libraries for information they wanted instead of searching on Google; boys would have to express their affection to girls in person instead of sending an annoying txt message; and the young people of today would have the chance to experience the childhood of their parents. On this particular day, we could recover all we had lost in the modern world.

  Then comes the third day. After the previous two days, we would gradually come to realize that we should have paid more attention to our studies and work as we actually have so much creativity and potential within ourselves. We would also realize that we should have spent more time with a friend, a parent or a child as we do love them, but we don't really understand them due to the lack of personal communication. We shouldn't have been so dependent on modern technology as it wasn't invented to confine us, but to inspire us. This last day would be spent in sparks of new ideas and sweet moments with our loved ones.

  Maybe some would argue that it is just my imagination, and that magic would never work in our world. True, but magic can always work in our hearts, helping us understand that we, instead of the machine, are the masters of the world. The key is to treasure our human initiative and connections, to see the world with our own eyes, explore the unknown with our minds and treat others with our hearts. Just like Aladdin didn't choose to use magic to gain a happy life, we can make our choice, too. And when we do, we will live, as in the fairy tales, happily ever after. Thank you.

  二、教学内容分析:本课是新授课,要求学生能听说两个句型&127;"I have got..."和“You have got...”。&127;由于学生在前几课已掌握本课的八组词组,&127;因此要求学生能够运用这八组词组和学过的知识在这两个句型中进行替换,并初步运用于情景交际中。

  三、教学对象分析:本课的教学对象是一年级的学生。&127;一年级的学生活泼好动,勇于开口模仿,而且他们接触英语不久,对英语有着浓厚的兴趣。通过一个多学期的学*,学生掌握了一些基本的句型和&127;45个物品的英语名称,能够说一些简单的问候语和对话,&127;学生还能听懂一些课堂用语和有秩序地进行教学游戏。但学生的年龄小,&127;控制能力差,有意注意时间短,因此在这节课中我充分利用各种媒体,&127;并结合各种游戏,吸引学生的注意力,让学生在轻松愉快的气氛中学英语。

  四、教学目标:

  (一)、认知领域目标:

  1、能听懂会说本课句型“I have got...”和“You have got...”。

  2、能运用所学的知识于本课句型中。

  3、能初步运用本课句型于情景交际中。

  (二)、情感领域的教学目标:

  1、通过学*本课的知识,教育学生要节约和爱护自己的物品。

  2、通过唱英文歌曲,使学生得到美的熏陶。

  3、通过各种游戏、竞赛,培养学生的集体主义精神和团结互助精神。

  1、通过玩各种游戏,培养学生的有意记忆和创造能力。

  3、用电脑呈现新句型“I have got...”。&127;荧幕上出现课本中的人物Mike。Mike向全班学生打招呼:"Hello,I'm Mike."&127;这时一头绵羊走*Mike,Mike指着绵羊说:"This is my sheep.I have got a sheep.I have got a sheep."接着在较远处又出现一头山羊,Mike指着山羊说:"That's my goat.I have got a goat.I have got a goat."电脑呈现后,教师手拿玩具,用手势配合说:"I have got a &127;toy &127;sheep.&127;I have got a toy mule."引导学生理解句型"I have got..."。

  5、同桌操练。同座的同学用句型“I have got...”介绍自己的东西,然后进行检查。

  6、让个别的学生拿自己的实物说本课句型“I have got...&127;”每个学生说完,教师紧接着说:“Yes,you have got...&127;”初步呈现句型“You have got...”

  7、电脑呈现句型:“You have got...”接着以上的情景,&127;荧幕上出现另一个人物Lily,Lily与Mike对话:“Hello,Mike.”“Hello,Liky.”Mike手指绵羊和山羊说:“Look,I have got a sheep.I have got agoat.”Lily说:“Yes, you have got a sheep.You have &127;got &127;agoat.”Lily举起手中抱着的小狗说:“I have got a dog.”Mike接着说:“Oh,you have got a dog.”根据电脑中的情景,&127;教师引导学生理解句型“You have got...”。

  (说明:在检查学生对“I have got...”的掌握时,教师已初步呈现了“You have got...”这个句型,学生可能已注意到了教师所说的“You have got...”这个句型,但还不是十分理解它所表达的意思。因此这里再通过电脑中Mike和Lily的对话进一步呈现“You have got...”这个句型,并通过教师的引导,理解这个句型。在传统的教法中,由于缺少配合,教师比较难呈现这个句型,而这里运用电脑中Mikek和Lily的对话创设了一个真实生动的情景,使学生更容易理解。)

  2、运用电脑进行猜物游戏。电脑荧幕上出现一个小男孩李明和六个盒子,要求学生扮演李明任选其中一个盒子,&127;猜一猜盒子里面装有什么东西,并用句型"I have got..."说出答案。例如,学生选择第一个盒子,教师用鼠标指向第一个盒子,&127;则荧幕上的李明走过去拿起第一个盒子,这时在荧幕下方出现四种物品:橡皮擦,铅笔,尺子,铅笔盒。正确的答案是尺子。如果学生选择其它三种物品,如铅笔,&127;当教师用鼠标指向铅笔时,则在铅笔这幅图上出现一个红色的“×”,&127;同时李明手中的盒子里冒出一个怪物,并配有表示失望的音乐。&127;如果学生选择了正确的答案尺子,当教师用鼠标指向尺子时,李明手中的盒子变成了尺子,同时李明会说:"Yes, I have got a ruler."&127;学生选了正确的答案后,换另一个学生选择另一个盒子,游戏继续进行。&127;附电脑画面简图:

  I asked this question to my young students when teaching English this winter. What were their answers?

Indeed how cute and innocent that smile was, but how seriously my heart was hurt. I was too frightened to listen to more answers like that.

  Ten years ago, at their age, I had a different answer, I would spend the last day of my life gazing at the face of my dear grandmother until I inscribed every detail of it onto my mind.

  When grandmother was getting old and weak, my family bought her a telephone so I could save time and the trouble of traveling to her home by making phone calls instead. Later we bought her a television so she could watch modern dramas by herself. Then grandma must have been, we assumed, very contented and happy.

  But I never really knew how grandma felt. She silently passed away without a word one night. When I heard about her death, a chilling pain pierced my empty heart. The pain grew even sharper as I tried to remember in detail exactly how grandma looked and I failed completely! How could I remember? I had not visited her for ages—it seemed like a century! My memories of her dissolved into thin air and leaked away like water.

  Even though I have a telephone, can she hear me now?

  Even though I might be on television, can she see me now?

  Even though I have modern telecommunications, can she still communicate with me now?

  With all these “tele”s, I was powerless.

  Don't people just love the word of “tele”, which means far away. Indeed this is how modern technology has changed our world. But please don't forget this other word with “tele”, telepathy, which refers to human beings' inborn ability to connect to our loved ones. Our minds are supposed to read each other's minds; our hearts are supposed to feel each other's hearts — and fulfill these without any forms of tool!

  But the moment I desperately struggled to remember grandmother's face, the telepathy between her and me had shut down forever. With the help of modern technology, I killed our telepathy.

  This shall never happen again! The “tele”s are great inventions. But “telepathy” gives them the warmth of a human face. Let's harness the power of television to excite our kids to develop their telepathy with nature… so that they can read the secret language of flowers. Let's make the telephone lines provoke us to preserve our telepathy with each other, so we can connect in a warm and feeling way. Let technology keep our “telepathy” ALIVE! We need to wake up and make this happen.

  I told my grandma's story to those young kids that day. They got very quiet. They asked me for a second chance to answer the question. They had come to a new understanding – that very moment they had made to me and to our future together, a dear promise.

  Today the topic of my impromtu speech is that home is where the heart is. Home is the harbor of both our body and mind. Home is the never ever changed inner sustenance. Many people may say that where there is home, there is heart, but I want to say that where there is heart, there is home. Concerning this saying, I have three points to back me up.

  Regarding the first point, if only we have love, and care for the parents sincerely, then home is just there near us. We still can be together if our hearts are connected. The reason why home is so important to us is that there are our beloved parents waiting for us. No matter how far we are away from home, their solicitude is always there. In the same way, whether we are near at hand or far away at the end of the world.

  Take an ancient Chinese flood-combatting hero-Da Yu for example. At that time, Da Yu was assigned to combat the flood through water control. He passed his home three times, but never went in for a look. Didn’t he want to go in? I don’t think so. I believe he missed his family so much in his heart, but he knew what the more important thing was. Therefore, he put his home in his heart and regulated waters first.   by saying so, i do not mean we should give a sudden stop to any development. because that will result in a threat to the existence of human society. i mean we should treat nature equally, leaving the chance of existence and development to nature as we are obtaining the same thing, and thus we will get the situation of win-win.

The first year was named after the rat, the winner. The other eleven years were named after the order in which the animals arrived in the race.   On Chinese New Year’s Eve all family members enjoy a big, delicious meal. It is very important for the Chinese to be with their families on this occasion. Fish is always part of the dinner because it represents abundance.

  On New Year’s Day all Chinese children wear new clothes with bright colors. Red is considered a lucky color. Parents and relatives give children the traditional New Year’s gift called lucky money. This money is put into bright red and gold envelopes. Fill under the pillow. in the morning of new year , the kid wakes up to see the “lucky money”, epress that oneself become one year older. Red is a traditional color for festivals, celebrations, weddings and birthdays.

  During the parade children represent the animals of the Chinese calendar. There are also acrobats and musicians in beautiful costumes.
