A miser who is so selfish, mean and mean, a miser who is so uncharitable and uncaring, I can't help spitting at such a figure at any time. But after watching "A Christmas Carol," I couldn't help but give him a thumbs-up.

How to be a loving person is not something that can be achieved sim* by carrying out ideological education or creating a social atmosphere. Scrooge's transformation is due to the guidance of Marley's ghost and the three ghosts. He can clearly see his innocence and kindness in the past, his indifference and selfishness in the present, and his miserable end in the future.
Anyone who's in that situation, the softest part of their heart is touched. No one wants to see their future death so sad and bitter. So, in order to take a leap of faith, in order not to repeat Marley's mistakes, he made the switch.
However, for people in the society, it takes a long time and unforgettable events for them to change into people who truly understand love and love. Maybe it's a movie, maybe it's a TV show, maybe it's a book, maybe it's a song, maybe it's someone who has played an important role in his life. We can no more set a standard than we can extradite Marley's ghost to the present day. But I'm sure "A Christmas Carol" is one of those books.
Reading a book won't make you instantly rich, wise or beautiful, but it will give you a sense of contrast and reflection about today's society and people. In the summer vacation, I read a book which is called “The Christmas Carol”. It is written by Charles Dickens, a famous English writer.
The story is about Ebenezer Scrooge, a miser. Scrooge always said about Christmas, “Bah，humbug”. He also didn’t like spending money and giving money away even more. Marley used to be the partners with Scrooge. Unfortunately, he died 7 years ago. One day, Maley’s ghost came to his home and told Scrooge three Christmas ghost would come to his home. Firstly, Ghost of Christmas Past came. He showed Scrooge how he became a miser from a happy boy. Then, Ghost of Christmas Present came. He showed his employee and his nephew’s happy lives. Finally, Ghost of Christmas Future came. He took Scrooge to his grave in his future and showed him his lonely death is the result of his mean and miserly life. In the next morning, Scrooge understood. He changed his living way and became generous. He donated money to the charity organization.
I think it is a good story. It tells us to be generous and help other people more. To be miserly and mean only do harm to other people and ourselves. Helping others is a very good virtue. It makes you feel good, make others feel warm and make others remember you. As so many advantages, why you don’t do this?

Charles Dickens was born in 1812, England. He had many difficulties during his childhood. However, these experiences enriched his life, at the same time, supporting many writing materials for his writing. He wrote more than 20 novels in all, reflecting the hate to the money and the sympathy to the common people. His works, such as Great Expectations, a Tale 0f Tw0 Cities, were affected by many readers.
This novel told a people who regard money as important as his own life---Scrooge. Even on Christmas Eve, he was also quite mean to everybody. There are five chapters in all. Chapter 1 introduced scrooge’s character and Marley, his friend’s ghost. The language was very beautiful and active. I like this part best. As followed there was a part of word to describe Scrooge: he was a hard man with money, hard as a stone. He was a secret self-contained man; friendless and alone .the coldness inside him froze his old face. His eyes were red. His thin lips were blue. Cold seemed to stiffen his way of walking. (www.fwsir.com)The hair on his head and above his eyes was white, white as snow. He carries this coldness with him always wherever he went. This part illustrated Scrooge was a cold man. He grasped the money tightly. As the following story, Scrooge refused his nephew invitation to have the dinner with his family. And he always scolded the Christmas is humbug. He didn’t believe the existence of Christmas and didn’t want to share his happiness and money with others. He had dinner in an inn and then went home. He had rooms in a house which had once belonged to Marley. Scolded sat quietly on the coach. But suddenly there is a big knocker on the door. It was Marley’s ghost. The ghost was bound by the heavy chain and told Scrooge its tragic fate. The ghost told Scrooge that three spirits will come to Scrooge and then faded away.
From chapter 2 to chapter 4, it talked about the three spirits. The first spirit stood for the past. It showed the happy times in the past of Scrooge. In the past Scrooge always said “Merry Christmas” to whoever he met. He loved life and enjoyed everything in his life. In this part the spirit also showed the first work of Scrooge. His boss, Fezziwig, treated them very well on Christmas. But Scrooge gradually changed. He loved money more than his lover. So his lover parted with him. It’s the money that made Scrooge lost many things. The second stands for the present. in this part , Scrooge is a greedy man . He has no mercy to everything and waste of his time. The third spirit stands for the future. In this part, it showed that Scrooge regret what he had done. And Scrooge was impressed at last. He understood money is not the only thing that is worth to reserve. Love and care were important too.
At the last chapter, that is chapter 5, Scrooge changed himself and gave mercy to the poor. And he had dinner with his nephew.
All in all, this story has a perfect end. Form this story, I realized that in this world, money is not everything. We also need love and help.
This past December, I read Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol for the first time. Of course, I have seen the story done on stage a number of times (mostly as a child)， and the various movies are a yearly Christmas tradition. (My favorite is Albert Finney's portrayal in the early 1970's British musical version "Scrooge.") But despite being very familiar with the story itself through stage and film, and despite having bought a copy of the book some years back, I had never taken the time to sit down and read the story.
So, having bought a new edition of the book after Christmas last year, I finally sat down in December and began the original story.
It was absolutely sublime!
As much as I love the film and stage adaptations of the story, the book was just wonderful. So full of color and imagination and description - you could fairly feel the 19th century London cold, the piles of apples and oranges on the street carts, the hawkers calling out to passers-by bundled head-to-toe in woolen coats and boots.
This really is the quintessential Victorian Christmas story. I suppose I'm only about 170 years late in determining that, but now that I have read the story, I can see why it was such an instantaneous hit with readers. It was so successful during his lifetime, in fact, that Dickens began a tradition of writing Christmas stories every year. The edition of A Christmas Carol that I purchased last year has two other Dickens Christmas stories in it as well, although I have not yet dived into those two.
So I highly recommend this book. If you have seen any or most of the various Scrooge movies that have been made over the years, much of the book will be familiar, but there are a few scenes here and there that I have never seen re-enacted in a play or a movie, including a trip out to a mining colony on the coast of England, and a hovering ride over the English Channel to view Christmas on a Navy ship.
Even after all these years of watching movies and plays based upon this story, I was still moved, emotionally, while reading this book, particularly during the scenes with the Cratchit family. And at the end, I almost felt a tear well up when Scrooge showed up on his nephew's doorstep for Christmas Lunch.
To end, let me quote one of the more poignant passages from the book. The Ghost of Christmas Present has just reminded Scrooge of his harsh words about how if the poor are going to die "then they had better do it, and decrease the surplus population." The Ghost quoted the same phrase after Scrooge expressed concern about whether or not Tiny Tim would die. The Ghost goes on to say the following:
"Man," said the Ghost, "if man you be in heart, not adamant, forbear that wicked cant until you have discovered What the surplus is, and Where it is. Will you decide what men shall live, what men shall die? It may be, that in the sight of Heaven, you are more worthless and less fit to live than millions like this poor man's child. Oh God! To hear the Insect on the leaf pronouncing on the too much life among his hungry brothers in the dust."
That last line, in particular, strikes a powerful chord. How relevent, 170 years downstream, and in another country, for the self-righteous protestations of the wealthy American!

christmas is to western countries what Spring Festival is to china. Although both festivals are designed to celebrating the coming year, they have their distinctive characters. I used to assume that christmas is merely about Santa claus, gifts, or big meal. Now I have realized christmas is also the time to put away one#39;s hatred and to treat others well sincerely. For instance, Bob, Scrooge#39;s clerk, toasts the longevity and health of Scrooge though Scrooge gives him so little money that he can hardly make ends meet. Bob and his families live in poverty; however, they know gratitude and amicability. Hence they lead a full-of-laughter life. In contrast, wealthy as he is, Scrooge is as dismal as the dark night. To be friendly——a spirit of christmas——is one of the differences between christmas and Spring Festival. Nowadays an increasing number of young chinese have been taking a fancy to christmas as if it were a most fashionable symbol. But how many of them recognize what christmas means indeed? I think there is no point in celebrating christmas without knowing the christmas culture.
As for the protagonist, Scrooge, he is a representative of those who go to extreme to earn money so that he ignores love-----love for friends, for soul mate, and for people in need. To some extend, Scrooge is lucky in that he meets three ghosts and avoids ending up in being a wandering ghost like his partner, marley.
Scrooge finally becomes a man with great heart. whereas, there are still Scrooges in our present society. Especially in china, the richer they are, the more reluctant they are when it comes to doing charity. Although it is not obligatory for the rich to donate money, the world needs all people#39;s love, no matter who you are. Last but not the least, happiness does not lie in what you have gained but what you have dedicated.
To sum up, A christmas carol rethinks the relationship among people, convincing readers that human beings should be kind to each other.

正如他的名字一样，他花钱吝啬又不懂得关心他人。就算是在圣诞节如此欢乐的日子里，他还坚持要他的办事员加班，而不增加任何薪水。如果不是因为死去的马利——他的合伙人的鬼魂的出现，他一辈子也意识不到自己该做一个善良有爱的人。就像社会上很多吝啬的公司老板一样，他们想要工人干多点活，却舍不得掏出口袋里多一分钱。工厂闹*讨债出事了，拍拍屁股就走人了。反正工人如何也是要不到钱的。钱是那些老板的**子。你把他们的**子硬要夺走，他们怎肯？虽说那些钱里大多数是工人的血汗钱，但是，他就能活生生地把自己当成不懂事的孩子一般，抢了别人的玩具，硬是不肯松手，还坚称，是他的。与这样孩子气的人讨工资，你只能够变成和他一样孩子气的人，要么，就算是他伟大的母亲出现，他也是不会松手的。因为他能有今天，多少是得靠着他伟大的母亲的。他宁愿相信，他的母亲是永远维护他的。所以，我太同情城市里千千万万的打工者了。所以，我太痛恨那样的吸血老板了。因此，我很高兴看到马利鬼魂的出现。
马利的鬼魂说：“每个人，都应当使自己内在的心灵到人们之间去活动，到四面八方去旅行；如果在世的时候他的心灵不到外面去，那么死后就要罚它这么做。它将注定要到全世界去流浪——咳，好苦啊！——而且要亲眼看到他在世时本来可以分享得到的、并且从中得到幸福的事物，现在他却没有资格分享了。”马利说的这一番话多有悔意啊。在世的时候不懂得体会人间的疾苦，只懂得盘算自己的钱袋子，这样子的人，就算是死后也不能安宁啊。他的心灵必须接受上帝的惩罚，流浪各地，没有休息，疲劳悔恨！可惜，他是在死后才有这样的机会知道自己的过错。对于社会上的许多人而言，“事不关己高高挂起”早已经不是新鲜事了。“只管自己门前雪，哪管他人瓦上霜。”这在*的文化传统里也是根深蒂固的。怪不得如今社会人性的冷漠和无情。
只要一想到人性的冷漠和无情，有一张脸深深地印在我的脑海里。她就是小悦悦——佛山一家五金店老板的孩子。我不知道她犯了什么错，也不知道上帝在做什么——为什么会让诸多路过的行人瞎了眼！他们竟然看不到一条鲜活的生命在他们的车轮底下无助地哭泣死去！比起那匆匆而过的车轮，人的冷漠更能碾碎一个人的生命和灵魂。镜头里前后路过的十几个人啊！我不批判你们，我只是祈求，也能有一个像马利鬼魂一样的东西，或许叫小悦悦鬼魂去唤醒你们的良知和爱，让你们也能够看到过去的自己，现在的自己和未来的自己，从此不再怀抱一种侥幸和看热闹的心理，而是带着一颗爱人的心，让善行生根发芽！
斯克鲁奇实现了自己的诺言，变成了一个善人。他做了许多事情，为人所知的善事；也做了一些其他的不为人知的小事。上帝保佑了他！他的余生不再是独自冷清地守在自己的钱窖里，而是走上大街，走进小巷，去帮助那些他能帮助的人。我多么希望也能有这样的奇迹发生在那些像斯克鲁奇一样的人身上。有什么办法能让他们感受到帮助他人，施与他人的快乐和值得呢？噢，我实在没有办法。因此，我的心为斯克鲁奇而开心兴奋，却为千千万万的斯克鲁奇而担忧皱眉。
如何能够做一个懂爱有爱的人，这绝对不是简单地进行思想教育或营造某种社会氛围就可以达到的。斯克鲁奇的转变，是因为有马利的鬼魂和三个幽灵的指引，他能在过去清楚地看到自己曾经的天真和善良，能在现在看到自己的冷漠和自私，以及在未来看到自己悲惨的下场。任何人在那种情况下，内心深处最柔软的地方都会被触动。没有人希望看到自己未来死去时是如此悲凉和凄苦。所以，为了放手一搏，为了不重蹈马利的覆辙，他做出了转变。但是对于社会中的人而言，要让他们转变为真正懂爱有爱的人，需要较长的时间和刻骨铭心的事件让他们觉悟。它也许是一部电影，也许是一部电视剧，也许是一本书，也许是一首歌，也许是某一个在他生命中起重要作用的人。我们没法设定一个标准，正如我们没法将马利的鬼魂引渡到当今一样。但是我确信，《圣诞颂歌》是那些书中的其中一种。

《圣诞欢歌》是我暑假中读的本书的书名，看到这个名儿，给我的第一感觉这本书是描写外国圣诞节的美景、*俗的写景书。可是我错了，当读过书之后我才发现其实这本书叙述一个老头——埃比尼泽·斯克罗吉转变的过程，通过一个生前与他一样作为的合作伙伴雅各布·马利的鬼魂和三个拯救他的昔日、今日、未来圣诞鬼魂的光顾，使他在除夕夜一夜之间从一个吝啬、冷漠、不愿帮助穷人的富翁老头变成了位心中充满热情，爱助人为乐的善良老人的故事 。
这本书的内容表面上是在讲述一个神话故事，实际里边儿蕴藏着一个道理，这个道理我觉得用一个名人的生前事迹就能足以说明，这个人就是雷锋。雷*生前是位助人为乐、“做好事不留名”的*战士，他做过的好事犹如银河里的繁星多得数也数清。有一次，雷锋的战友接到家书，战友家里已经穷到吃上顿愁下顿的程度，雷锋得知此事，以战友的名义为战友家里定期寄去自己辛辛苦苦攒的血汗钱，就这样悄悄的坚持了几年之久哇！这不是一般人能够做到的，尤其当时雷锋的处境也是相当困难的。比起书中人物斯克罗吉的从前，那自然是惭愧不已，他曾说过这样的话：“世界上的人太多了，所以如果有一部分穷人想死的话，这未必不是一件好事。至于救济穷人这些都与我无关，一个人清楚自己该做些什么就够了，用不着考虑别人的事。”我觉得，一个人如果能说出这样的话，这个人真是无药可救了。但，通过他的良心发现，他认识到了自己的罪过，人变的和气多了。
助人为乐是我们中华民族的传统美德，我们要向雷*学*，学*他那种帮助别人的.精神。

Scrooge refuses love and returns home on Christmas Eve, and meets the ghost of his companion Marley, who has died seven years ago. Scrooge says to Scrooge, "Do you see that? The third ghost is the future. He is lying in bed with nothing he has. A maid has even stripped him of his clothes.
He changed. He became kind and generous. He was happy to help people.

When I first read The Little Prince, I can’t understand the mean of love and never to think why should the little prince leave alone since he love his rose so dee*. 翻开目录，这本书从课程性质到课程基本理念，再到课程设计思路，还有课程目标，分级标准，实施建议，更有一些与学科相关的附录内容，供我们学*和参考。从宏观到具体，很详细的为我们做了介绍。
总所周知，英语是全球使用最广泛的语言之一，是国际交往和科技、文化交流的重要工具。所以我国为提高整体国民素质，从义务教育阶段开设英语课。
根据书中所讲，义务教育阶段英语课程的总目标是：通过英语学*使学生形成初步的综合语言运用能力，促进心智发展，提高综合人文素养。书中多次提到“综合语言运用能力”，通过读这本书，我了解到，综合语言运用能力要建立在语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学*策略和文化意识等方面。
针对以上五个方面，我仔细反思了我的日常教学，我认为我在*时英语教学中，重视了对语言，技能的培养，即：听、说、读、写。在教学实际中，我们经常通过“我说英语，你说汉语”、“你说英语，我说汉语”以及“大小声”、“看口型”等游戏练*环节，锻炼和培养孩子的听、说能力。又经常开火车、排排读、列列读、个别读、齐读等方式培养学生的读的能力。写的方面除了通过抄写单词和句子之外，还有课前5分钟听写环节，锻炼孩子的书写能力。
对于语言知识方面，也在教学设计中，设计了许多环节渗透了语音、词汇、语法、功能、话题等内容。三四年级重点培养了学生的语音和词汇能力，四五年级开始涉及语法、功能和话题能力的培养。而对于文化意识、情感态度和学*策略，重视与实施较少，因为每周课时较短，因此受到了一定的限制。
因此，我们要在以后的教学过程中，注意协调这五个方面，除了继续重视语言技能和语言知识的培养，但是也要继续创新和强化，还要多加设计文化意识、情感态度、学*策略的环节，例如，可以通过让学生搜集一些关于外国文化的知识，对比国内的传统文化，这样既可以拓展学生的文化知识，以及对文化的理解，还可以激发他们的兴趣，发展合作交流讨论的能力，更可以培养爱国意识和拓宽国际视野。
还可以经常组织孩子交流学*英语的经验和方法，组织各种展示和表演机会，之后总结经验，这样做就能注意涉及培养学生的交际和认知、调控、分享能力。
就像书中给我们的教学建议，我们的课堂要为每个学生学*英语奠定基础；注重培养语言运用能力；加强学*策略指导，培养自主学*能力；培养跨文化交际意识；拓展学*途径。这就要求我们还要不断的提高专业水*，以适应英语课程标准对我们提出的要求。
不断的学*、不断的反思、不断的总结，才能创造不断的进步。我相信，只要做了，就能做到。
作为一个小学教英语教师，我深深感受到自己需要学*的知识和经验还很多很多。教学的期刊，书籍有很多，而且众说纷纭。但是，所有的实践和经验都要在课程标准的指导之下。正好这学期我所读的本学科书目是《小学英语课程标准》好好学*了一下新课程标准，我有以下几点体会：
一、更加面向全体学生
面向全体学生，注重素质教育是国家义务教育阶段的基本要求，教师面对的不仅是一个个学生的个体，而是群体。每个学生的智力水*和情感因素又各不相同，教师的教学理念、教学目标和教学内容的设计和实施都必须面向全体学生。不能跟着学*最快的学生的节奏，而是综合考虑到全班学生的学*水*。
二、要创设自主、合作、探究的学*方式
《英语课程标准》提出：“让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知、体验、实践、参与、合作等方式，实现教学目标，感受成功。”它所强调的是教学过程是师生交往、共同发展互动过程。教师在教授学生英语知识的同时，更加需要培养的是是学生自主学*的能力，要让学生能够学会独立学*。教学，教的不是知识，而是教学生会学*，并使其过程更多地成为学生发现问题、提出问题、分析问题和解决问题的过程。
三、更加以学生为主体的情境教学方式
在小学英语教学中，兴趣、情境、活动是三个非常重要的因素。兴趣是学*英语的动力，活动是提高小学生英语运用能力的主要途径。教师要保持学生学*的兴趣，就必须精神设计教学活动，并使活动情境化。设计和组织教学活动是一项创造性的劳动，有了情境，各种活动就有了依托，活动就会生活化、趣味化和真实化。
四、培养学生的综合能力，三维要求为一体
教师传授英语的过程，是学生增长知识、掌握技能、学*文化、提高语言运用能力的过程，也是他们丰富情感、陶冶情操、展开联想、进行创造性思维的过程。因此在课堂上要培养学生的创新精神和实践能力；抓好语言技能训练，促进学生综合语言运用能力的发展；培养学生的观察、思维及想象力；注重营造生动的理念，活泼的课堂。
五、要有多样化的教学评价方式
教学评价是教学活动不可或缺的一个组成部分。评价主要是为了了解学生的学*发展，检查英语教学是否达到教学目标，揭示英语教学过程的价值和效果，进一步调整和改进教学方法，促进每一个学生的发展，提高教学质量。在倡导发展性评价的同时，我们要充分体现在教学评价中的人文性、过程性、开放性、激励性和多元性。
新课标对教师提出了新的要求，既有知识结构、教育方式等方面的更新，又有对教学目的和对学生评价方式的调整，其核心便是教育对“学生主体”的尊重，正是这些话语，让我又一次开始深思和探索，关注每位学生的身心健康发展，争取给每位学生的英语学*带来新鲜的色彩。
我是一名小学英语教师，通过这次对新课程标准的学*，明白了《英语新课程标准》小学阶段英语课程的总目标，同时还明白新课程标准在教学理念、课程目标、教学内容、教学手段、策略与评价等方面有了新的改革与创新，体现了我国教育教学与时代的发展新趋势和英语学科的特点。此次学*使我受益匪浅，对小学英语教学有了更深刻的理解和认识。一句话，顺应教育改革发展潮流，当一名合格的小学英语教师。达到教书育人的目的'。
反复学*新课程标准理念，深刻领会英语课程的要求。我们要学*把握新课程标准的理念，目标和内容。小学英语教学属于英语启蒙教育，学生通过听、说、动唱、玩具备一定的语言基础。并获得初步的听说能力和一定的语感。基于小学生的心理特点，以及新课标的要求，小学英语教学应该以提高兴趣为主。
一、激发学生学*英语的兴趣
兴趣是最好的老师，学生只有对英语有浓厚的兴趣才会愿意学，要让学生有兴趣，我们首先得让学生感到英语易学，其次让学生乐学，最后培养学生的自学能力，培养他们对英语学*的积极态度。使他们建立初步的学*英语的自信心。
二、教学方式
依据新课标的要求，新教材的教学必须根据小学生的学*特点，创建以活动课为主的教学模式。重点培养学生用语言进行交流的能力。采用听、说、唱、玩、演的方式对于零起点的农村的学生来说，我认为要尽可能让他们多听地道的英语，语言介绍宜采用先输入后输出的方式。
即尽可能让学生多听，运用听觉记忆，使他们用第一语言做出反应，在课堂实际教学中如何进行操作呢？例如，教文具单词时，以前教师大部分采用这样的方法：Look at the picture and read after me。出示图片，学生跟读。现在新教材要求在Just listen这一步时教师出示图片，反复示范发音，让学生静听，使他们处在听觉记忆的过程中，然后可以把图片朝下，打乱顺序，由教师本人抽出一张，做猜谜游戏，教师问：Pencil？ Is it a pencil？学生只要回答Yes或No即可，这一步学生仍然是听，并用第一语言作出反应。
即学生在听的过程中指一指，找一找，做出相应的动作，这一阶段他们运用的是形体或运动记忆，如Listen and point/colour/number/circle/check。也就是教师发指令，学生动一动，例如在教数字时，教师快速报数字，学生做出手势，再把数字卡片发给学生，按照老师的口令排顺序，我们还可以设计这样的游戏：在教室前放几把椅子，让手持数字卡片的学生坐在椅子上，教师报出两个数字，手持这两个数字的学生尽快更换位置，教师也可参与进去抢座位，这样，形体记忆在这一阶段得到发挥。
即学生先听再重复，这时他们运用的是短期记忆，也就是跟读学说的过程，如在教对话时，教师放录音学生边听边看，继续放录音，学生听替换进对话里的新单词，边听，边说，就属于这一过程，在教句型时，由于不讲语法，我们可以教学生唱语法歌，教材中配有相应的语法歌。
在这一阶段学生能够开始用英语说话，这时他们运用的是长时记忆，他们可以用英语选择他们会说的，每个学生都会有成功的愉悦。例如，教食物bread，ice—cream…和句型I like …，I don’t like…可采用开放式教学，让他们自由选择所知道的食物来说出喜欢吃的和不喜欢吃的，有的学生就会说出，sandwish，salad…这样能使学生感到成功增加他们的自信心。
在这一阶段学生能说出他们所学的内容，甚至能脱口而出，这是长期记忆起着作用。在这一步中，可让学生表演，自由对话，复述故事，同时教师不必急于纠正学生语言表现中的错误，要让学生有安全感，并积极主动地学*外语。鼓励学生积极参与，大胆表达使学生从动脑、动口、积极思维参与教学活动。如低年级学生可灵活处理教材内容，将其编成儿歌、童谣。课堂中多采用游戏教学法，加上教师灵活亲切的身体语言，使得课堂丰富多彩、轻松活跃。培养学生能在图片、手势的帮助下，听懂语速较慢的话语或录音材料。
三、创设情景
用自己充满激情的表情和动作去感染学生，让学生积极的参与到学*中来。变被动学*为主动学*，创设情景，相互交流，启发学*动机，树立学*信心。直观情景教学是小学英语教学之中一种很重要的教学技巧。教师要充分利用教科书中的课文来创设情景，如打电话、购物、生日聚会、旅游、问路等。为学生提供使用英语进行交流的机会。
通过新课标的学*，我们迎接了新理念新考验新挑战。我们只要大胆运用新理念、新方法到课堂实践中。努力落实新课标。就会探出一条用好新教材的新路子。
英语是高中阶段外语教育的主要语种，高中阶段的外语教育是培养公民外语素质的重要过程，它既要满足学生心智和情感态度的发展需求以及高中毕业生就业、升学和对未来生存发展的需要，同时还要满足国家的经济建设和科技发展对人才培养的需求。普通高中英语课程标准就是在这样的精神和要求下制定出来的。
仔细读了《普通高中英语课程标准》，不难发现本次高中课程改革在理念上，课程设计上，课程内容上，教学方式上和教材编写都比原来有了很大的变化，突出了新课程“新”的特点。
首先是教材的变化。新教材具有灵活性和可选择性的特点。宏观上，目前有多种教材可供教师和学生选择；微观上，一套教材的组成部分也具有可选择性，教材的具体内容也是可选择的。这样教师可以对教材进行适当的调整和取舍。本次编写的教材使用真实、地道的当代英语语言材料，教材中所选语言材料力求做到符合学生的生活实际、认知水*和知识水*。而教材所设计的教学是以活动为主要呈现形式。教材中设计的活动以意义的理解和表达为主要目的；尽可能避免直接呈现语言知识和语言素材的编排方式。避免过于机械的语言操练活动。给学生提供了真实表达的机会。此外，本次改革注重中外文化的比较和交流，培养学生跨文化交际的意识和能力。多数教材都能以适当的方式向学生介绍外国文化并引导学生对中外文化进行比较。有利于学生对学*过程和结果进行自我评价。最后，教材以适当的形式帮助学生了解自己的学*情况，监控学*结果。
随着新课程改革所编写的教材的改编和教学理念的改变，我们在日常教学中采用的教学方式也应该随之改变。高中英语新课程提倡以下教学方式：多数课堂活动以学生为主体，而不是以教师为主体；多数时间里，不是教师讲解、学生倾听的过程，而是教师与学生之间、学生与学生之间的互动过程；教师不是直截了当地把知识告诉学生，而是引导学生自己去发现知识；学生不是机械地记忆知识，而是运用所学英语语言知识去做一些具体的事情；学生不是整齐划一地按教师的要求做同样的事情，而是根据自己的学*需要、按自己的学生方式实现学*目标。我想，要认真贯彻新课标的精神，就要从最基本的课堂做起，努力转变教学理念，让学生成为课堂的主人，发挥学生的主观能动性，转教为主动学。
《普通高中英语课程标准》是高中英语教学的又一次历史性的变革，为我们日后的高中英语课堂教学指明了方向。在今后的教学当中，我会努力贯彻新课标的精神，并把它落实到教学当中。
我通过在业余时间认真细读了《英语课程标准》后，对新一轮的国家基础教育课程改革中初中英语新课标有了初步的认识。
一、新课的编排。
新教材每个单元都包括两大部分，那就是Section A和Section B，在每个单元的Section A中，词汇和语言都是在图片中人物头上的语言泡里，使人一目了然，不用解释和翻译学生就可以明白它们的意思和简单的功能并学会语法点的使用；使语音、词汇和语法的学*全都在语言运用中进行，防止了单纯地传授、讲解语言知识的弊端，而且趣味性强，易使学生产生学*兴趣。
在同一单元的Section B中，各种活动帮助学生把在Section A中学到的内容与新的词汇、语言结合起来，使他们在新的语言练*中再次强化前面学过的语言，这样由浅入深，以旧带新，循环扩展，循序渐进，避免了机械操作的教学倾向，有利于提高学生对语言知识的运用能力，帮助学生在真实交际中学会语言知识。
二、更新教与学的方式，活化教学内容。
提倡“任务型”的教学途径，是新课程标准的新的重要特点。所谓任务型教学就是“A teaching tool in which the primary focus of classroom activity is the task and language is the instrument which the students use to complete the task”。Willis把任务型教学分成任务前、任务轮和语言焦点三个阶段。任务前阶段包括介绍话题和任务；任务轮阶段包括任务、计划和报告；语言焦点阶段包括分析和操练，以展示成果的方式来体现教学成就。
“任务型教学途径是一种以人为本的、能体现语言价值的、先进的、有效的教学途径。”“它是一种以应用为动力，以应用为目的，以应用为核心的教学途径。”“为用而学，用中学，学了就用。”任务型教学途径“不仅适用于运用语言的活动，也适用于学*语言技能和知识的活动；不但可以独立操作，而且也有利于合作学*”。
教师在教学中应增强英语教学的开放性和灵活性，更新教与学的方法，让教材为我所需，为我所用。由于教材按循环扩展进行编排，很多课文都有重复、零乱的缺点，此时，教师不应受制于教材、教参，应跳出教材、教参，大胆设计一些交际活动，使学生在语言运用中学*语言、在创设语言环境中运用语言，从而达到教材上的真正目的。
在实际教学过程中，我对每个单元的知识结构和语言编排都认真地研究，根据不同单元的特征，给学生编排了任务，在具体实施中分为：
1、前任务阶段。
在这个阶段教师向学生提出任务要求，介绍话题，提示相关词语。如果是以听力或阅读为目的进行的，教师要通过一些方式对影响听力或阅读的词汇或语言现象进行讲解，帮助学生做好准备。
2、任务环阶段。
这个阶段包括任务、设计和报告三个部分。学生以各种形式执行并完成任务，此阶段的主要目的是培养学生说英语的流利程度，教师不必纠错。学生在做以口头或书面形式向全班汇报时，教师要以顾问的身份帮助学生纠正口头或书面语言中的错误，力求表达准确。最后学生向全班汇报自己所完成学*任务的成果。
3、后完成阶段，这是语言焦点阶段。
在此阶段学生要做一些与任务实施中听力和阅读有关的语言形式方面的分析、练*和活动。
三、树立新的教学观念。
教育的本质是引导，而不是讲和练，教育要求关注每一个学生的发展。教育目标由以前的注重知识的传授转变为让学生形成积极主动的学*态度，让他们既能掌握必备的基础知识与基本技能，又能学会学*和形成正确的价值观。
新教材要求我们要面向全体学生，为学生的全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。我的理解是“全体学生”是量，“全面发展”是质。质和量一起抓，一个不能少。所以在教学过程中，是让学生“学会学*”。这个过程要经过“要我学——我要学——我能学”的阶段，由学生对教师的依赖逐渐变成学生独立学*。同时我们还应比以往的教学更加关注学生学*的'情感，为学生营造宽松、民主、和谐的学*氛围。
在教学过程中，教师应以宽松的态度对待学生学*过程中的错误，和学生进行*等的交流；不用训斥性、讥讽的语言，尤其对学*有困难的学生不能使用侮辱性的语言，多用鼓励性话语，多给他们语言实践的机会，少用命令式的语言，多用建议性语言。
四、调整教学内容的顺序。
教师可以根据教学的实际需要、学生的认知特点和心理特点，对教材内容进行合理调整，活用教材，重组话题，用任务型教学激发学生学*英语的兴趣，从而提高课堂效率。
1、课内调整设计任务。
课内调整是指重新调整和组合某一课中几个部分的顺序，使它们形成一个有机的整体，由这个整体引出话题，然后设计任务，达到课堂目的。
2、单元内的调整设计任务。
单元内的调整指教师根据单元内知识的逻辑顺序，对教学内容作重新调整，从而更好地体现知识的系统性和完整性。
3、单元之间的调整设计任务。
单元间的调整指依据学生的兴趣和认知特点，对各单元的顺序进行调整。如果教学时将相关内容进行整合，就能帮助学生有效地建构知识体系。对单元教学顺序的重新调整激活了学生认知的兴奋点，激发了他们对新知识的探求欲望，取得了良好的教学效果。
如果在教学时，学生周围的世界发生了与教材内容相关或相似的重大事情，教师可以调整单元间的顺序，适当补充一些有关*期重要的歌坛新闻和赛事内容，结合学生周围世界发生的事情对教材内容进行补充，不仅可以丰富教学内容，而且可以提高学生的学*兴趣和学*动机。
总之，教材、教法不一定千篇一律，最合适的才是最好的。不同的班级，不同的学生，不同年级，不同时期，学生的情况都在变化，教材的使用也应有相应的变化。所以激发学生的兴趣，师生共同参与，*等沟通，达到情感交流才是目的。

In my mind, though a person’s beauty on the face can make others once feel that one is attractive and charming, if his or her mind isn’t the same beautiful as the appearance, such as beauty cannot last for, when others find that the beauty which had charmed them was only a falsity, it’s not true, they will like the person no more. For a long time, only a person’s GREat virtue, a noble soul, a beautiful heart can be called as AN EVERLASTING BEAUTY, just as Kahill Gibran has said, that ‘Beauty is a heart enflamed and a soul enchanted’.
