The past two days are special for the 7.23 million examinees and their parents. It is the National College Entrance Examination (Gaokao in Chinese). Based on the current education system in China, the result of the two day exam greatly impacts the future of any students in China. The score will decide whether you can receive college education. 为了更好提高落实新课标，提高学生的核心素养，我结合核心素养的四个方面谈一下自己的体会和建议。

语言能力是指在社会情境中，以听、说、读、看、写等方式理解和表达意义、意图和情感态度的能力。英语语言能力构成英语学科核心素养的基础，是学生发展文化品格、思维品质和学*能力的依托。英语语言能力的提高有助于学生拓宽文化视野，丰富思维方式，在全球化背景下开展跨文化交流。
教师要深入研读语篇，把握教学核心内容。研读语篇就是读者对语篇的主题、内容、文体结构、语言特点、作者观点等做深入的解读。教师要积极研究如何在教学中落实培养学生学科核心素养的目标，探索有效的教与学的方式，努力实践以主题意义为引领的英语学*活动观，实施深度教学。教师必须深入研究课程内容，提炼重点，设计有效的教学活动，通过听说读写训练，提高学生的语言能力。
二、发掘优秀文化思想，培养文化品格
文化品格是指对中外文化的理解和对优秀文化的认同，是学生在全球化背景下表现出的文化意识、人文修养和行为取向。文化品格体现英语学科核心素养的价值取向。文化品格的培育有助于学生树立世界眼光，增强国家认同感和家国情怀，学会做人做事，成长为有文化修养和社会责任感的人。
落实立德树人根本任务，培养学生英语学科核心素养。教师应当充分把握教材的编写理念、设计思路应突出英语学科的.育人价值，有机融入社会主义核心价值观，将立德树人的根本任务落到实处。要紧密围绕、依据学科核心素养来确立教材内容，无论是语篇和主题的选择还是相应的教学活动设计，都要体现对学科核心素养的培养价值，有利于学生发展语言能力，形成良好的文化品格和思维品质，学会学*，树立正确的价值观和审美观，提高学生的文化品格。
三、创设丰富多彩活动，促进思维品质升华
思维品质指人的思维个性特征，反映其在思维的逻辑性、批判性、创造性等方面所表现的能力和水*。思维品质体现英语学科核心素养的心智发展。思维品质的发展有助于提升学生分析问题和解决问题的能力，从跨文化的视角观察和认识世界，对事物作出正确的价值判断，促进学生的深度学*。
具体而言，学*理解类活动主要指基于语篇的学*活动。以解决问题为目的，鼓励学生从语篇中获得新知，通过梳理、概括、整合信息，建立信息间的关联，形成新的知识结构，感知并理解语言所表达的意义和语篇所承载的文化价值取向。迁移创新类活动主要指超越语篇的学*活动。通过自主、合作、探究的学*方式，综合运用语言技能，进行多元思维，创造性地解决陌生情境中的问题。英语学*活动的设计应注意.情境创设要尽量真实，注意与学生已有的知识和经验建立紧密联系，力求直接、简洁、有效。教师要善于利用多种工具和手段，思维导图或信息结构图，引导学生通过自主与合作相结合的方式，完成对信息的获取与梳理、概括与整合、内化与运用，教会学生在零散的信息和新旧知识之间建立关联，归纳和提炼基于主题的新知识结构。
四、分组合作教学，培养学*能力
学*能力指学生积极运用和主动调适英语学*策略、拓宽英语学*渠道、努力提升英语学*效率的意识和能力。学*能力构成英语学科核心素养发展的必要条件。学*能力的形成有助于学生做好英语学*的自我管理，养成良好的学**惯，拓宽学*渠道，提高学*效率。
