要说最好看的，玫瑰花饺是我的杰作。我把三块饺子皮拼接在一起，把肉馅放在中间压扁，好似一块有馅的薄饼，然后把皮相对折*卷成了一个玫瑰花的形状，把花瓣往下按，一个好看能吃的玫瑰花诞生了。
饺子下锅了，我们在教室里焦急等待着，那短短的几分钟，似乎变得与几个小时一般漫长。“吃饺子了！”不知谁喊了一声，我们像脱了绳的小野马奔向了锅旁，掀开锅盖，饺子如同天鹅浮在了水面上，个个饱满神气，我们领到饺子，迫不及待地找了个位置坐下来，准备“大干一场”，饺子冒着热腾腾的气，可我们却不知烫，纷纷吃了起来，肉香夹着粉香，芹菜香夹着蒜香，不愧是大家都爱的食物。

奶奶先从面团里拿出来了一点，用擀面杖把它擀*，然后再用刀切成很长的*行四边形，像这样叠几层，再次用刀切成菱形。
接下来，便是妈妈大显身手的时候了，我问妈妈：“我能帮到忙吗？”妈妈说：“你帮忙运送饺子皮吧！”我说：“好的。”
我听到奶奶叫拿饺子皮了，然后我赶紧跑过去，手里捧着面皮放在盘子里。我也试着包一个饺子，可是不小心把馅挤出来了，饺子馅很调皮，我左手一捏，它就从右边出来了，右手一捏，左边又出来了，饺子馅像跟我作对似的。为了不让妈妈看见，我就把它混在妈妈已经包好的饺子盘中。开始下饺子了，跟我想的一样，出锅时我包的那个饺子皮就破了。

今天是冬至，也是星期天。无霾晴冷，做完作业后，我无趣的不时来回在房间里跺着双脚取暖。外婆说我们今天吃饺子，因为是星期天不用上学，我可以尝试下自己包饺子，我听了可兴奋了。
妈咪买菜回来，边择菜边对我说：“张一，你有没有听说这样一句俗语呀？”我急忙凑上前问道：“是什么俗语呀？”妈咪笑着说：“冬至饺子，夏至面。”我若有所思的点点头，看来冬至这天吃饺子是一个老传统了。

外婆还说：冬至天里吃了饺子，这个冬天就不会被冻掉耳朵了。我听了开心的笑了。这话妈咪说过是为了纪念医圣张仲景的。其实我心里更在意的是这次包饺子的过程中，我体验到了许多快乐，也感受到了大人们做饭的辛苦。
