人多的`地方总是更加热闹，我们很多人聚在一起的时候自然是只顾着说笑玩闹，不能全身心的投入到任务中去，还好那边负责提供材料的阿姨过来催了几次，我们才开始认真的包了起来。
很自然的分了组，几个人负责擀面皮，几个人负责包水饺，还有几个男生专门做我们的配送员，把包好的水饺给餐厅阿姨那边送过去煮好，我们在一边等着水饺出锅。
等待的间隙，你以为大家就能够安安静静的坐下来谈天说地聊人生？那你真是小看我们，你看那边最调皮的小男孩儿已经被摸了满脸的面粉，像是个大花猫一样。没错啊，大家都在忙着互相涂抹，刚安静下来的气氛，一下子又活跃起来，不过，这才叫朋友嘛，有说有笑有调剂，生活才更加充满了乐趣。
冬至下午，姥姥开始拌饺子馅了：先把肉剁成肉馅，拿作料腌好；接着又把白菜、萝卜剁碎，挤水后放入肉馅中，再加入一些调味品，饺子馅就拌好了。闻一闻，啊，真是色香味俱全呀！就要包饺子了，我赶紧去帮帮忙。
姥姥把面团揉一揉，然后搓成粗细均匀的长条，又切成大小一样的小面团，撒上些面粉，因为害怕我擀的面皮不够圆，姥姥又帮我把这些小面团压成圆圆的面片。擀饺子皮可是个技术活，用力太大，面片就会粘在擀面杖上，还会厚薄不均。

一大早我就跟着爸爸去买白菜和肉，回来洗干净后，第一步要先剁馅儿了，把肉切成小块，剁碎之后放到盆里，撒上盐、花椒粉，倒上香油、花生油、老抽，搅拌均匀，一闻，啊!香味扑鼻。
剁完肉之后，就开始剁菜，因为剁的是白菜，水分太多，所以水一个劲的往外冒，爸爸说：“一定要把白菜里的水分拧出来，不然馅儿太稀，不好包，包出来也不好吃。
”拧白菜水可真是个力气活，我费了九牛二虎之力才拧干呢!
第二步开始和面、擀皮，把面倒进一个盆里，慢慢地添水，要把面团在一块儿，用手使劲揉，最后揉的光滑均匀，不能有空隙才行哎!这也是个力气活，揉一会儿我就败下阵了。
接下来开始擀皮，看着妈妈擀得那么轻松，一分钟能擀十几张皮，我想：老妈擀皮那么轻松，我应该也没问题。
我学着妈妈的样子，右手拿着擀面杖，左手转动面片，擀完之后，我自己都不好意思了，不但没擀成圆形的，而且还都是棱角，成六角形了，这怎么包馅儿啊!哎!擀皮的学问也很大，妈妈擀的皮中间厚，边上薄，这样包出来的饺子不容易破，看来我还得多加练*才行。
第三步当然是包饺子，以前我也尝试过，可总是捏不住，到处露馅，这回我吸取了擀皮的教训，仔细观察爸爸是怎么包的：先把适量的馅儿放到皮上，然后慢慢地捏上口，最后两只手的拇指和食指一捏，饺子就包好了。
哎!还是有难度啊!不好!又露馅了，爸爸鼓励我说：“熟能生巧，多包几个就会了。
”我屏住呼吸，耐心地包，终于包了一个皮薄馅大的饺子，耶!成功了。
终于到最后一步了，下饺子。
下饺子也是有讲究的，要添三次凉水才能熟，爸爸说：“第一次是煮皮，第二次煮馅儿，第三次水开了饺子就可以出锅了。
”我小心翼翼地把饺子放进锅里，饺子都沉底了，我学着妈妈的样子用漏勺让水转动起来，饺子就跟着转了起了，慢慢地漂了起来，这样就不会粘锅底了。
点了三次凉水后，捞出一个先尝尝，还真熟了。
嗯!真是太好吃了。
吃着自己包的饺子，觉得比哪一次都香，没想到这小小的饺子竟花费了我们三个小时的时间，真的挺累的。

我也有我自己的方法：我先舀好馅，把饺子皮对折，然后把中间捏住，再把另外两边向内折，接着把折上来的两边的褶皱捏紧，再检查一下有没有开口的地方，一个“骨头”饺子就做好了。大家都在认真的包着，桌子上摆满了每个人的作品，有正方形的饺子，有三角形的饺子，有半圆形的饺子，有……
饺子出锅了，大家“走街串巷”的到处品尝。每个人脸上都露出了笑容。毕竟，这是大家辛勤劳动的成果啊！
无意中看了眼墙上的日历，才知道冬至到了。

冬天无声无息的来了，带来了阵阵寒风，驱赶着路上的行人。
这么冷的天，我只能呆在家里了。我坐在沙发上，百般无聊的四处看，无意中看了眼日历，咦？今天冬至诶！
我跑向妈妈，“妈妈，妈妈，冬至是干什么的啊？”
“冬至是一个节气，我们常在这一天吃饺子。”
“吃饺子？我们是买着吃吗？”
“不，今天啊，我们自己包饺子。”
“自己包饺子？好啊好啊，我也要包！”
“好啊，那你现在就先看看妈妈是怎么包的吧。”
听到这句话，我就赶忙跑到妈妈身边坐下，盯着她的手，不想错过一丝细节。只见妈妈拿起一张饺子皮，舀了一点肉馅搁在饺子皮的中心，把两边一对折，又捏了几下，一个好看的饺子就做好了。看着妈妈做的这么好，我也不禁跃跃欲试。说到就做，我也拿了一张饺子皮搁在手心，舀了一些馅搁在饺子皮上，然后一捏，本以为会像妈妈捏的一样好，想不到却把馅都捏了出来，“这是怎么回事啊？”“小笨蛋，你的`馅包的太多了。”我只好又拿了一张饺子皮，这次我只舀了一点馅，两边一捏，这次没有漏出来，太好了，只是，好像太扁了些，一点都没有妈妈捏的好看。不过，这样应该……差不多了吧。我又做了好几个饺子，不过都是扁扁的。等了一会儿，我的饺子就出锅了。虽然相貌不怎么样，但是吃着却是别有一番滋味。
这次包饺子我是真的体会到了劳动的快乐。原来自己的成果不论在怎么难看，也是最好吃的。
人们都说：“冬至饺子，夏至面。”今天，为迎接冬至，有幸在班里和61位同学一起过一个温暖、幸福的`冬至，并分组包美味饺子。
下午，我们个个兴奋的来到学校，天空中下着蒙蒙细雨迎着我们。我想：“我应该去干一些事情，让同学们过个愉快冬至。”说干就干，先和同学们擀皮、包饺子，大家脸上都露出了高兴的笑容。阿姨将包好的饺子立即倒在锅里煮。
为让温暖充满校园，我和同学们将煮好的饺子送给各位老师品尝。我荣幸给校长送饺子，来到校长室，正巧吕校长和赵校长都在，我送上饺子并说明饺子的来历，校长们很开心，吃了饺子，我很激动，自己难得给大领导送一次饭。
当我跑*室，同学们正快乐的吃着饺子。我立刻和老师一起帮忙，时而到办公室帮妈妈运煮好的饺子，时而给同学们分饺子，自己累得真出了些汗，但忙的不亦乐乎，当同学们吃完时，我也狼吞虎咽的吃了起来。
我们恋恋不舍的过完了冬至，我十分高兴能帮老师、同学们的忙，能吃上美味饺子，还要感谢叔叔、阿姨，为我们带来调好的馅子、和好的面。期末考试一定考出好成绩，来回报老师和帮助我们的叔叔、阿姨！

今天是冬至，又正赶上是星期天，按照传统*俗我们一家兴致勃勃包起了饺子。
妈妈早早和好了面，在盆里醒着。我和哥哥从盆里抓出一小块，在案板上把面搓成细长的一条，哥哥拿菜刀把面切成均匀的小块。我用手把面块在案板上轻轻一摁，面团便成了圆圆的像柿饼一的面块。接着，我拿起擀面杖想学妈妈的样子把饺子皮擀开，可是手怎么也不听使唤，要么把面擀成了长方形，要么就是一面厚一面薄，怎么也擀不均匀。看起来简单的事情做起来其实都不是那么容易的。最后妈妈手把手教我要两只手配合，一个手擀一只手转，终于我成功地制作好一张薄厚均匀的饺子皮。
我把擀好的面皮放在左手里，右手拿起筷子把馅放在面皮中间，小心翼翼地把皮折回来用两手一握，哈！哈！哈！一个像新月亮一样的饺子终于包成了，虽然没有妈妈包的漂亮，但毕竟是自己第一次单独完成的作品，我感到很开心。回头再看哥哥包的饺子，歪歪扭扭更没有形状，爸爸妈妈都被他的作品逗笑了。就这样在笑声中我一边学*大人们的做法，一边自己认真地做，我们一家人很快包好了一大盘漂亮的饺子。

冬至来到了，这是二十四节气中的一个重要的节气。这一天是一年当中白天最短，晚上的时间最长的一天。冬至吃饺子是不忘“医圣”张仲景的驱寒娇耳汤之恩流传下来的*俗，至今仍有“冬至不端饺子碗，冻掉耳朵没人管”的谚语。
今天中午奶奶说：“冬至了，我们也要包饺子，你来帮奶奶择菜吧。”我抓起韭菜一根根择起来，我把韭菜外面的黄叶子摘掉，然后把韭菜梢的黄叶子也摘下来，摘了好久才摘了一小把。
下午放学回到家里，我就洗干净手学着奶奶的样子包起饺子来。先是揉面，我拿起一小块面团，在案板上面先是使劲揉，等差不多了就把面团搓成一个长条，可面团总是被我搓地扁扁的`，怎么也弄不圆，还是奶奶帮我搓成了长条，我拿起刀把面切成小块，在面粉里滚了滚，这是为了防止它们粘成一团。我拿起一小块面，放在案板上，两个手推着擀面杖压面皮，费了好大劲，面团不是粘在擀面杖上就是被我压成了长条，总也不能压成圆圆的样子。
面皮终于擀好了，接下来就是包饺子了。我把面皮放在桌子上，弄了一些肉馅放在面皮中央，然后小心翼翼地把面皮对折，压紧中间的地方，然后把两边也都慢慢压紧，一个饺子就包好了，可是它却怎么也站不起来，就躺在案板上，我又接连包了几个，肉馅放的太多就会把馅漏在外面，放少了却又扁扁的，弄了好久才算包好了10个饺子，看看我包的饺子，各式各样的都有，好玩极了。
饺子包好了，奶奶烧开了水，我们准备下饺子了。奶奶告诉我：“煮饺子的时候，要等饺子浮上来以后，要加点凉水进去，等到再开锅的时候，饺子就熟透了。”看着饺子一个个浮在水面上，像是一只只小猪，真是可爱。
今天的饺子格外香，我吃了整整一盘，看来，自己动手做的饭才是最好吃的。
经过这一次包饺子我知道了什么事情都不是一学就能学会的，只有刻苦地去练*才能真正学会每一件事情。
今天是冬至，学校举行“热乎的饺子，温暖的心”活动，老师让我们回家帮助爸爸妈妈包饺子，我高兴极了。
上午一放学，我就迫不及待想回家，生怕妈妈把饺子包好了。踏进门一看，妈妈正在包饺子。我叫道：“妈妈，让我学一学，这是今天中午的任务，你教教我，顺便你也歇一歇。”妈妈高兴地说：“太好了，你今天真是懂事。”于是，在妈妈的.指导下，我取一张饺子皮并放入馅料，用手沾一点水，沾在皮最外圈，将右端边角捏住，右手拇指向外轻推内侧皮，食指将外侧皮形成褶折，右手拇指将褶折捏紧，这样饺子就做好了。不过，我包的和妈妈包的大有不同，妈妈包的一个个圆鼓鼓的，能站起来；我包的扁扁的，站不起来。于是，我决定多放点馅，谁知，这次一个个饺子都露了馅。我赶紧取出一些馅，这回不大也不小，正合适。我连续包了五六个，妈妈说“你包的饺子真可谓是像模像样的，仿佛是个小月牙。”我和妈妈都笑了。
包好了饺子，妈妈就把包好的饺子放在锅里蒸。在饺子煮的时候，我们商议好了，自己吃自己包的饺子。饺子蒸熟了，妈妈一打开锅盖，肉馅的香味扑鼻而来，开始品尝了，不知道为什么，不管是包得像月牙的饺子，还是包得“皮开肉绽”的饺子，味道还是那样鲜美。
今天我学会了包饺子，参与到家长的日常生活中，才能体会父母的忙碌与辛苦，妈妈摘了一上午香菇，还要给我包饺子，真是太辛苦了，今后我一定要多帮助妈妈干家务。

“一个两个三个……”有同学开始查数了，“五十二个！耶！女生包了五十二个”。同学又去查男生包的饺子的数量“二十多个！”可能因为馅儿不够的原因没有我们女生包的多吧。啊哈！完工了！我们望着桌上一排排各式各样的`饺子，心里别提多开心了。
这次冬至包饺子的活动真好，不但让我拥有了一个和大家一起欢快包饺子的经历，还品尝到了自己的劳动成果，也让我们所有同学从这个过程中感受到了团结的伟大力量！

我放下书包，便跑到妈妈面前兴奋地说：“今天我也要包饺子！”妈妈说：“好啊，你先去把手洗干净。”洗完了手，妈就开始教我包饺子了。

饺子包的差不多了，锅也正好开了，妈妈把饺子一个个丢进锅里，饺子像一只只小白鱼似的'在锅里欢快地翻滚着。又放了两次凉水，就可以出锅了。我们围着桌子津津有味的吃起来。
长这么大，吃过很多次饺子，可我觉得今天的饺子格外的香。

“明天要带饺子！”昨天，老师说。我们怀着好奇的心情把饺子带到了学校，我们刚来到教室，只见黑板上写着五个大字：冬至百饺宴。我们这才明白：原来冬至了，我们五年级要开百饺宴喽！
首先，闫老师叫住了我和其他五个人去食堂，一路上，我们有说有笑，走路时快时慢，到了食堂，老师让一个厨师开始下饺子。
我站在食厨旁边，一边目不转睛地看这他们，一边赞叹道：“啊，原来下饺子也不是那么简单。”
不一会儿，第一锅饺子就出锅了。我趴*了，闻了闻——好香啊！我百思不得其解地问：“叔叔，您每天都要这样辛苦地做饭给我们吃吗？”叔叔笑眯眯地回答：“每天都做饭，那是肯定的，但是这怎么能叫辛苦呢？”我想了想，满意地点了点头。
大约十分钟过去了，第二锅熟了！它们浮在水面上，活像一个个又低由胖的白娃娃在游泳，“出锅了，出锅了！”赵彤大叫起来，我们帮助叔叔把第二锅饺子抬到了桌子上，马嫣然实在忍不住了，就偷偷地捏了一个饺子放到了嘴里，马上，其他人也捏了第一个，第二个，第三个……直到全班的队伍已经不远的时候，才狼吞虎咽地把嘴里的饺子“报销”了！我又问叔叔：“下一锅饺子真的需要十来分钟吗？”“是呀，”叔叔绘声绘色地讲着，“烧水要七分钟，下饺子要五分钟左右，加起来就是十五分钟，所以，如果中午饭后还有急事的话，吃饺子当然比吃米，面快了！”我又满意地点了点头！
班上的队伍来了！他们有说有笑，有几个人还想趁机过来捏饺子吃呢！可惜，闫老师拦住了他们，他们只好退回去眼巴巴地看着一步之遥，但很难拿到的香喷喷的'饺子了！
终于开饭了！我们蜂拥而上，围着这唯一的两盘饺子又争又抢，终于抢到了饺子，我回到了座位，准备慢慢地品尝着这几个饺子……
时间像离线的箭一样，转眼间，第三节课下课了，我们回到了教室，一路上，还在说着有关饺子的事，有关冬至的事……
今天是冬至，放学后我和爷爷奶奶一起回家包饺子。
这是我第一次包饺子，我既激动有担心：我终于可以像大人一样干活了，但是饺子要是包不好怎么办呢?爷爷看出了我的心思，他鼓励我说：“只要认真学，一定能学会。来，爷爷教你包饺子。”只见爷爷把一张圆圆的饺子皮放在左手掌心上，用勺子舀了一些饺子馅放在皮中间。然后小心翼翼地把皮的边缘捏在一起，最后用力一挤，一个元宝一样的饺子就包好了。
我迫不及待地也拿起一张饺子皮，学者爷爷的样子放馅、封口。可是我捏左边皮的时候，馅从右边溢了出来;捏右边皮时，馅又从中间冒了出来，口怎么都封不住，我急的像热锅上的蚂蚁。奶奶拍着我的肩膀对我说：“傻孩子，饺子馅放的太多啦。”奶奶把我手中的馅拨回去了一大半，这个口才算是封住了。真是看着容易做起来难呀!在奶奶和爷爷的帮助下，我的第一饺子终于包好了。后来我又包了几个饺子，虽然没有爷爷的饺子漂亮，但是它们还都能勉强“站立”，没有躺下来“睡觉”。
热腾腾的饺子上桌了，我一眼就认出了自己的作品。吃着自己亲手包的饺子，心里美滋滋的：我也长大了，能像大人一样包饺子了。今后，我会去尝试更多的挑战!

听了妈咪的话，我又重新开工了，根据妈咪指出的原因，终于亲手包成了一个“神气十足”的大饺子。
在包饺子的过程中，爸爸给我讲了冬至吃饺子的来历。相传农历冬至这天，不论贫富，饺子是必不可少的节日饭。这种*俗，是因纪念“医圣”张仲景冬至舍药留下的。张仲景著《伤寒杂病论》，集医家之大成，被历代医者奉为经典。当他毅然辞官回乡，为乡邻治病时，正值冬季。他看到乡亲们不少人的耳朵都冻烂了。便搭起医棚，支起大锅，在冬至那天舍“祛寒娇耳汤”医治冻疮。他把羊肉、辣椒和一些驱寒药材放在锅里熬煮，然后将羊肉、药物捞出来切碎，用面包成耳朵样的“娇耳”，煮熟后，分给来求药的人。人们吃了“娇耳”，喝了“祛寒汤”，浑身暖和，两耳发热，冻伤的耳朵都治好了。后人学着“娇耳”的'样子，包成“饺子”。冬至吃饺子，是不忘“医圣”张仲景“祛寒娇耳汤”之恩。至今仍有“冬至不端饺子碗，冻掉耳朵没人管”的民谣。听了爸爸的讲述我才恍然大悟为什么人们说冬至吃饺子不冻耳朵了。
第一次包饺子，不仅使我学会了包饺子，而且让我明白了冬至吃饺子的由来，真是一举两得呀！
