Is It Good to Send Students to Study Abroad?
In recent year, as people’sliving quality increase, most families are tending to send their children tostudy abroad. This phenomenon has caused most people’s attention. Some argue that we should send children to foreign country to study because they think that other countries’ education is better than our traditional Chinese education. Some don’t think so because they believe that students should learn our traditional culture instead of going abroad. In my opinion, I think students should be sent to foreign country to receive sophisticated education. Reasons are listed as the following.
Firstly, Students can learn more through foreign country’s education. As we all know, most students study justfor entering into a better university in our country. All they learn is how to pass exams and get high scores in school. Yet， the difficulty， coupled with the frustration brought on by culture shock， is a rewarding experience for one s future life and development of personality.
Although going abroad is expensive and perhaps painful， the payoff is worthwhile. For the benefit is not merely knowledge gained， but the experience desirable in one s personal life.

Is It Good to Send Students to Study Abroad?
In recent year, as people’sliving quality increase, most families are tending to send their children tostudy abroad. This phenomenon has caused most people’s attention. Some argue that we should send children to foreign country to study because they think that other countries’ education is better than our traditional Chinese education. Some don’t think so because they believe that students should learn our traditional culture instead of going abroad. In my opinion, I think students should be sent to foreign country to receive sophisticated education. Reasons are listed as the following.
Firstly, Students can learn more through foreign country’s education. As we all know, most students study justfor entering into a better university in our country. All they learn is how to pass exams and get high scores in school. On the contrary, the Western education pays attention to students’ practical ability which would be a more efficient way to learn rather than getting knowledge from books. To get more experience, students should be sent to abroad to study.
Secondly, students would be more independent after study abroad. When students are sent to abroad, they must take care of themselves in all aspects, gradually, they would learn how to deal with things they confronted rather than turning to their parents as they may do in their own country.

第十四条 甲方违反本协议书时，乙方有权向甲方的上级主管部门提出申诉，要求甲方的上级主管部门责成甲方执行本协议书，赔偿损失等。必要时，乙方可向*的司法机关起诉，追究甲方的法律责任。

为乙方出国留学的国内保证人、保证乙方执行本协议书。保证人须与乙方经常保持联系，每半年向甲方介绍乙方执行协议书的情况;如乙方违约，保证人须认真协助甲方追究乙方的责任。在乙方违约而保证人又未履行自己职责的情况下，保证人须承担本人经济收入能承受条件下的经济责任。
甲方与保证人因保证事项而发生纠纷时，经双方同意，可由甲方的上级主管部门裁决。
第十六条 本协议书自公证之日起生效，签字各方保证遵照执行。有效期限至本协议书第十二条规定的工作年限期满时止。
必要时，经甲方、乙方、保证人三方协商一致后，可对本协议书进行修改或补充。

为了维护合同当事人的合法权益，依据《中华人民共和国合同法》及相关法律法规，委托人与受托人双方本着自愿、*等、协商一致的原则，就受托人接受委托人的委托提供自费出国留学中介服务事宜，达成如下协议：
一、服务项目及费用

第四条 提供信息

2．受托人应当向委托人介绍前往国家的教育制度、留学政策、留学签证政策和申请留学院校的性质、办学资质、入学要求、入学申请程序等基本情况。
3．受托人应当向委托人介绍留学层次_________（属于就读所在国的高中、预科、专科、学士学位、硕士学位等）及就读专业的详细情况。
4．受托人应当告知委托人申请留学院校的收费项目、收费标准和缴纳费用的办法。
第五条 申请入学
1．受托人协助和指导委托人准备入学申请的相关材料。
2．受托人代为委托人办理入学申请手续。
3．受托人指导或为委托人办理缴纳报名费、学杂费等有关费用的手续。

第六条 办理签证
1．受托人指导委托人进行签证申请准备，协助委托人办理签证或入境批准文件。
2．受托人收到委托人按委托人前往国驻华使（领）馆要求准备的全部申请签证材料后，应当在____工作日内向委托人前往国驻华使（领）馆递交签证申请材料。如该使（领）馆在递交签证申请材料、送签时间有特别要求约定，应按其要求办理；需要进行面试的，受托人可协助安排预约时间等。
第七条 其他
1．如受托人为委托人办理申请入学、签证服务等，其收取的费用应在本合同第三条中介服务费中标明。
2．受托人收取委托人的中介服务费，应当为委托人开具有效发票或盖有企业财务专用章的收据，并在本合同终止前将收据换为有效发票。
3．受托人收取的中介服务费以外的其它费用，应为委托人出具有效发票或盖有企业财务专用章的收据，并在本合同终止前，将收据换为有效发票。
4．如受托人代委托人向国外院校缴纳报名费、学杂费等费用，受托人应向委托人提供收费方的符合法律要求的证明文件。
有关受托人代收取的上述费用的退费规定按照合同附件或以委托人所申请的国外院校及海外合作机构的书面通知为准。
5．受托人对委托人提供的所有材料，均负有保密义务。除为委托人入学申请、签证申请的目的之外，不得向无关的第三方透露。
6．委托人同时申请多所院校的，其获得其中任何一所院校的（预）录取通知书，即视为受托人已履行为委托人办理申请入学的义务。
三、委托人义务
第八条 委托人应符合*公民自费出国留学的条件，遵守国家关于公民自费出国留学的规定。
第九条 委托人向受托人送交的所有文件、材料和陈述的内容应合法、真实、有效。
第十条 委托人应当自本合同签订之日起--日内，按受托人要求，把入学申请所需全部材料（详见附表）交与受托人，并应根据本合同的约定按时支付任何一笔款项。
第十一条 在留学申请办理过程中，如前往国家的留学政策、签证政策或申请留学院校的入学要求发生变化，委托人应根据新的要求，及时提供补充材料。
第十二条 在留学申请办理过程中，如委托人前往国家驻华使（领）馆要求委托人进行面试，委托人应按要求参加面试。
四、违约责任
第十三条 受托人和委托人应履行合同中全部条款，违约方应承担相应的违约责任。
第十四条 受托人违反合同条款造成合同无法履行，受托人应向委托人退还中介服务费人民币（大写） _________元，并在_________年_________月前，负责追回（或先行给付）委托人向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。
第十五条 受托人为达成本合同目的而向委托人提供虚假文件材料，除全额退还中介服务费外，还应按中介服务费的______%的人民币，作为违约金支付给委托人。
第十六条 受托人未能在约定的时间内为委托人申请到拟留学院校的录取通知书，委托人有权解除合同，但应及时通知受托人，受托人应按本合同第十四条约规定承担违约责任。如委托人要求继续履行，受托人应负责在_________年_________月前为委托人申请到拟留学院校的录取通知书，并向委托人支付迟延履行违约金人民币（大写）_________元。
第十七条 委托人为达成本合同目的而向受托人提供虚假文件材料，致使合同无法履行，受托人不退还委托人缴付的中介服务费。
第十八条 由于委托人的违法行为，导致本合同无法履行，受托人不退还委托人缴付的中介服务费。
委托人无正当理由拒付或不按本合同约定的期限支付本合同约定的任何一笔款项的，受托人不退还委托人缴付的中介服务费。
委托人因个人原因未能在约定的时间内提交留学申请所需资料或未能办妥护照或未能通过相关的体检而导致留学申请无法继续或拒签的；受托人不退还委托人缴付的中介服务费。
委托人被前往国家或地区使（领）馆查实有非法移民犯罪前科等不良记录而被拒签的，受托人不退还委托人缴付的中介服务费。
委托人未按前往国家或地区使（领）馆签证要求提供所需文件及手续，并书面（正本）要求送签而被拒签的，受托人委托人缴付的中介服务费。
第十九条 委托人因自身原因，要求解除合同，按以下办法处理：
1．委托人已向受托人提供入学申请材料，受托人尚未向外方送交该材料，委托人要求解除合同，受托人扣除中介服务费人民币（大写） _________元。
2．受托人已向外方送交了委托人入学申请材料，委托人尚未得到申请留学院校的录取通知书，委托人要求解除合同，受托人知除中介服务费人民币（大写） _________元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。
3．委托人获得入学录取通知书后，要求解除合同，受托人扣除中介服务费人民币（大写） _________元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。
4．受托人尚未向拟留学国驻华使（领）信递交委托人签证申请材料，委托人要求解除合同，受托人应当扣除中介服务费人民币（大写） _________元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。
5．受托人已向拟留学国驻华使（领）馆递交了委托人申请签证材料，委托人要求解除合同，受托人应当扣除中介服务费人民币（大写） _________元，并协助委托人追回委托人已向申请留学院校缴纳的学费、杂费等。
6．受托人在获得前往国签证预评估或正式签证后，委托人要求解除合同的，受托人不退还委托人缴付的中介服务费。
五、不可抗力条款
第二十条 因不可抗力不能履行合同的，根据不可抗力的影响，部分或者全部免除责任，但法律另有规定的除外。当事人迟延履行后发生不可抗力的，不能免除责任。
本合同所称不可抗力，是指不能预见、不能避免并不能克服的.客观情况，如重大自然灾害、瘟疫、战争、骚乱等。
第二十一条 当事人一方因不可抗力不能履行合同的，应当立即通知对方，说明不可抗力的发生日期、事件性质，预计持续的时间及对该方履行本合同的影响，并应当自不可抗力发生之日起二日内提供证明。
第二十二条 对不可抗力所造成的影响，双方应及时协商解决办法和补救措施。因不可抗力不能履行合同的一方，应尽力采取合理措施减轻可能给对方造成的损失，否则应对由此而扩大的损失承担赔偿责任。
六、适用的法律及争议解决方法
第二十三条 本合同的履行、解释及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国有关法律。
第二十四条 双方在履行本合同中如发生争议，应先由双方协商解决。如协商不成，同意按以下第_________种方式解决。

七、合同的补充、变更、修改

八、 生效及终止条款

第二十九条 双方履行本合同的权利和义务后，合同终止。

6、甲方指导乙方办理公证和办理护照（不包括异地户籍）。
7、甲方告知乙方办理人学申请的结果。
8、甲方向乙方介绍留学前往国家或地区的留学政策和签证政策，指导乙方进行签证申请准备，协助乙方办理签证或入境批准文件。
9、甲方在乙方获取签证或入境批准文件时，指导乙方进行出国留学的前期准备工作。
二、甲方责任
1、向乙方告知甲方的从业资格情况。
2、按照中华人民共和国法律、法规和本合同约定，为乙方提供自费出国留学服务。
3、如实介绍乙方前往国家或地区的留学政策、签证政策和申请留学院校的入学要求等有关情况，并承诺不作虚假陈述。
4、对乙方提供的所有材料，包括个人隐私，均负有保密义务。除为了乙方入学申请。签证申请的目的之外，不得向无关的第三方透露。
5、拟定乙方委托的留学申请在＿年＿月＿日前取得申请留学院校的申请结果。如到期不能完成（包括校方签发的录取通知书内容与乙方申请的院系或专业或专业方向有异），本合同即告终止，甲方向乙方全额退还已缴付的服务费用。甲方发生的成本费用，由甲方承担。同时，提请乙方重新确认是否继续申请，如继续申请，须重新签订《自费出国留学服务合同》。
6、收到乙方符合签证要求的全部签证申请材料后，在十个工作日内向相关使（领）馆递交签证申请材料。如乙方前往国家或地区的使（领）馆关于递交签证申请材料有特别要求，按特别要求办理。
7、按照本合同约定，按时完成所应提供的服务内容。
8、对乙方缴付的服务费用，根据本合同《特别告知》第五条第4项规定，开具相应的正式发票。
9、在符合申请留学院校退费规定的前提下，甲方应协助乙方向申请留学院校办理退费手续。
三、乙方责任
l、确认本合同委托事项，并按本合同约定按时向甲方缴付服务费。
2、配合甲方工作，切实遵从甲方的工作进程安排。
乙方应在本合同签订后___天内把入学申请所需材料交给甲方，并遵守本合同《特别告知》中第五条第3项规定。如乙方不能如期提供入学申请所需材料，因此而造成的损失由乙方承担。
3、在留学申请办理过程中，如前往国家或地区的留学政策、签证政策或申请留学院校的人学要求发生变化，乙方应根据新的要求，及时提供补充材料。
4、在留学申请办理过程中，乙方应在甲方的指导下，自行将申请留学院校报名费、学费、杂费等费用按时足额汇往院校指定的银行帐号。
5、在留学申请办理过程中，如乙方前往国家或地区使（领）馆要求乙方进行面试，乙方应按使（领）馆要求，按时到使（领）馆面试。
6、乙方如未能获得留学前往国家或地区签证或入境批准文件，或者已获签证或入境批准文件而放弃前往该国已申请留学院校学*，均由乙方自行负责向该院校提出退费申请，要求该院校按规定退还学费、杂费等费用。
四、缴费规定
1、乙方向甲方缴付出国留学服务费合计为人民币（大写）_______________元（其中人民币（大写）__________________元是人学申请服务费，人民币（大写）_____________________元是签证申请服务费）。
2、乙方应按以下付款方式中第___种方式向甲方缴付上述款项：

4、乙方必须自行承担在留学申请办理过程中发生的其他费用（如院校报名费、护照工本费、公证费、翻译费、体检费、签证费、银行手续费及汇费、机票款、保险费、院校学费、杂费、接机费、住宿费等）。上述费用（除甲方收取的服务费）由乙方自行向有关机构缴付，缴费标准和缴费方式以相关收费机构对乙方的要求为准。
五、退资规定
1、如发生以下情形之一，甲方向乙方全额退还已缴付的服务费，本合同终止：
（1）甲方未能为乙方申请获得前往国家或地区留学申请院校的录取通知书；
（2）乙方已履行本合同中约定的责任，由于甲方未履行本合同中约定的责任，致使乙方的出国留学目的无法实现。
2、如发生以下情形之，则乙方已缴付的服务费扣除人民币（大写）壹仟元，余额退还，本合同终止：
（1）乙方被前往国使（领）馆拒签（本合同第五条第4项第（3）一（5）点所述的三种情况除外）；
（2）在本合同有效期内，因我国或前往国家或地区留学政策或签证政策的改变，导致本合同无法履行。
3、如乙方因自身原因，在本合同签署后，单方面要求解除本合同，则根据本合同实际履行的阶段，乙方已缴付的服务费按以下办法处理：
（1）在乙方尚未得到申请留学院校的申请结果前，乙方单方面要求解除本合同，则人学申请服务费不予退还，签证申请中介服务费全额退还，本合同终止；
（2）申请留学院校已向乙方签发了录取通知书（包括校方根据申请人的自身条件，签发有条件的录取通知书，甲、乙双方认可该人学申请成功），乙方尚未向甲方提供办理签证申请所需材料，乙方单方面要求解除本合同，则入学申请服务费不予退还，签证申请服务芽鄢?0％，余额退还，本合同终止；
（3）乙方已向甲方提供签证申请所需材料，尚未向使（领）馆递交乙方的签证申请材料，乙方单方面要求解除本合同，则人学申请服务费不予退还，签证申请服务费扣除80％，余额退还，本合同终止；
（4）已向使（领）馆递交乙方的签证申请材料，在签证审理过程中，乙方单方面要求解除本合同，则全部服务费不予退还，本合同终止。
4、如发生以下情形之一，则乙方已缴付的服务费一律不予退还，本合同终止：
（1）乙方无正当理由拒付本合同约定的任何一笔款项；
（2）乙方由于自身的违法行为，导致本合同无法履行；
（3）乙方未按前往国家或地区使（领）馆签证要求办妥签证申请所需文件及手续，并书面（正本）要求坚持送签而被拒签；
（4）乙方因提供虚假材料或隐瞒相关实情而被拒签；
（5）乙方被前往国家或地区使（领）馆查实有非法移民、犯罪前科等不良记录而被拒签；
（6）乙方前往国家或地区使（领）馆发出乙方申请的签证（预签）或人境批准文件后，乙方拒绝领取签证或入境批准文件或拒绝人学或提出要求转学、不向留学院校缴付学费、杂费等费用的。
5、甲方应按上述退费规定，在乙方办妥退费手续后将应退款退还乙方，乙方将相关收费凭证退还甲方，本合同终止。
6、乙方申请留学院校的报名费和学费、杂费以及在留学申请办理过程中发生的其他费用（除甲方收取的服务费）的退费事宜，由申请留学院校和相关机构负责处理。
六、违约责任
1、甲、乙双方应严格履行本合同中全部条款，任何一方违约应承担相应的违约责任。
2、在任何情况下，甲方为达成本合同之目的而为乙方制作虚假文件材料的，应承担违约责任，除全额退还已收取的服务费以外，还应按服务费的5％作为违约金偿还乙方。
3、本合同终止后，合同违约方仍应向守约方承担赔偿责任和违约责任。
七、终止条款
二、乙方前往国家或地区使（领）馆发出乙方申请的签证或人境批准文件后，即视为甲方已为乙方完成提供自费出国留学服务事宜，本合同即告终止。
2、出现本合同其他条款规定的合同终止条件，本合同即告终止。
八、适用的法律及争议解决方法
l、本合同的履行、解释及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国有关法律。
2、甲、乙双方在履行本合同中如发生争议，应由双方协商解决。如协商不成，双方同意按以下第—种方式解决：
第一种：向人民法院提起诉讼。

九、本合同的补充、变更、修改
1、对本合同的任何补充、变更、修改应采用书面补充
合同形式声充合同在双方签署后与本合同具有同等法律效力。
2、除本合同上明确规定可以填写的内容之外，任何在本合同上的手写内容或修改均对双方没有约束力。
十、特别条款
l、甲、乙双方作如下特别约定：乙方对特别告知的内容。仔细阅读，并同意将特别告知的全部内容作为本合同的条款，与甲方共同遵守履行。
2、本合同是甲、乙双方真实意思的表示，双方已仔细阅读并完全理解其内容。

（1）乙方无正当理由拒付本合同约定的任何一笔款项；
（2）乙方由于自身的违法行为，导致本合同无法履行；
（3）乙方未按前往国家或地区使（领）馆签证要求办妥签证申请所需文件及手续，并书面（正本）要求坚持送签而被拒签；
（4）乙方因提供虚假材料或隐瞒相关实情而被拒签；
（5）乙方被前往国家或地区使（领）馆查实有非法移民、犯罪前科等不良记录而被拒签；
（6）乙方前往国家或地区使（领）馆发出乙方申请的签证（预签）或人境批准文件后，乙方拒绝领取签证或入境批准文件或拒绝人学或提出要求转学、不向留学院校缴付学费、杂费等费用的。
5、甲方应按上述退费规定，在乙方办妥退费手续后将应退款退还乙方，乙方将相关收费凭证退还甲方，本合同终止。
6、乙方申请留学院校的报名费和学费、杂费以及在留学申请办理过程中发生的其他费用（除甲方收取的服务费）的退费事宜，由申请留学院校和相关机构负责处理。
六、违约责任
1、甲、乙双方应严格履行本合同中全部条款，任何一方违约应承担相应的违约责任。
2、在任何情况下，甲方为达成本合同之目的而为乙方制作虚假文件材料的，应承担违约责任，除全额退还已收取的服务费以外，还应按服务费的5％作为违约金偿还乙方。
3、本合同终止后，合同违约方仍应向守约方承担赔偿责任和违约责任。
七、终止条款
二、乙方前往国家或地区使（领）馆发出乙方申请的签证或人境批准文件后，即视为甲方已为乙方完成提供自费出国留学服务事宜，本合同即告终止。
2、出现本合同其他条款规定的合同终止条件，本合同即告终止。
八、适用的'法律及争议解决方法
l、本合同的
履行、解释及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国有关法律。
2、甲、乙双方在履行本合同中如发生争议，应由双方协商解决。如协商不成，双方同意按以下第—种方式解决：
第一种：向人民法院提起诉讼。
第二种：提交仲裁委员会仲裁。
九、本合同的补充、变更、修改
1、对本合同的任何补充、变更、修改应采用书面补充合同形式声充合同在双方签署后与本合同具有同等法律效力。
2、除本合同上明确规定可以填写的内容之外，任何在本合同上的手写内容或修改均对双方没有约束力。
十、特别条款
l、甲、乙双方作如下特别约定：乙方对特别告知的内容。仔细阅读，并同意将特别告知的全部内容作为本合同的条款，与甲方共同遵守履行。
2、本合同是甲、乙双方真实意思的表示，双方已仔细阅读并完全理解其内容。
十—、生效条款
1、本合同自甲方代表签字、盖章（行政章或合同专用章）及乙方（如乙方未满18周岁由乙方法定代理人签署）签署并在甲方收到乙方按本合同约定的第一次缴付的服务费之b起生效。

一、服务内容
l、甲方向乙方提供留学前往国家的教育概况、院校、院系、专业的信息，供乙方参考。提供相应的咨询建议，最终由乙方决定留学方案。

5、甲方代为乙方办理人学申请手续。
6、甲方指导乙方办理公证和办理护照（不包括异地户籍）。
7、甲方告知乙方办理人学申请的结果。
8、甲方向乙方介绍留学前往国家或地区的留学政策和签证政策，指导乙方进行签证申请准备，协助乙方办理签证或入境批准文件。
9、甲方在乙方获取签证或入境批准文件时，指导乙方进行出国留学的前期准备工作。
二、甲方责任
1、向乙方告知甲方的从业资格情况。
2、按照中华人民共和国法律、法规和本合同约定，为乙方提供自费出国留学服务。
3、如实介绍乙方前往国家或地区的留学政策、签证政策和申请留学院校的入学要求等有关情况，并承诺不作虚假陈述。
4、对乙方提供的所有材料，包括个人隐私，均负有保密义务。除为了乙方入学申请。签证申请的目的之外，不得向无关的第三方透露。
5、拟定乙方委托的留学申请在＿年＿月＿日前取得申请留学院校的申请结果。如到期不能完成（包括校方签发的录取通知书内容与乙方申请的院系或专业或专业方向有异），本合同即告终止，甲方向乙方全额退还已缴付的服务费用。甲方发生的成本费用，由甲方承担。同时，提请乙方重新确认是否继续申请，如继续申请，须重新签订《自费出国留学服务合同》。
6、收到乙方符合签证要求的全部签证申请材料后，在十个工作日内向相关使（领）馆递交签证申请材料。如乙方前往国家或地区的使（领）馆关于递交签证申请材料有特别要求，按特别要求办理。
7、按照本合同约定，按时完成所应提供的服务内容。
8、对乙方缴付的服务费用，根据本合同《特别告知》第五条第4项规定，开具相应的正式发票。
9、在符合申请留学院校退费规定的前提下，甲方应协助乙方向申请留学院校办理退费手续。
三、乙方责任
l、确认本合同委托事项，并按本合同约定按时向甲方缴付服务费。
2、配合甲方工作，切实遵从甲方的工作进程安排。
乙方应在本合同签订后___天内把入学申请所需材料交给甲方，并遵守本合同《特别告知》中第五条第3项规定。如乙方不能如期提供入学申请所需材料，因此而造成的损失由乙方承担。
3、在留学申请办理过程中，如前往国家或地区的留学政策、签证政策或申请留学院校的人学要求发生变化，乙方应根据新的要求，及时提供补充材料。
4、在留学申请办理过程中，乙方应在甲方的指导下，自行将申请留学院校报名费、学费、杂费等费用按时足额汇往院校指定的银行帐号。
5、在留学申请办理过程中，如乙方前往国家或地区使（领）馆要求乙方进行面试，乙方应按使（领）馆要求，按时到使（领）馆面试。
6、乙方如未能获得留学前往国家或地区签证或入境批准文件，或者已获签证或入境批准文件而放弃前往该国已申请留学院校学*，均由乙方自行负责向该院校提出退费申请，要求该院校按规定退还学费、杂费等费用。
四、缴费规定
1、乙方向甲方缴付出国留学服务费合计为人民币（大写）_______________元（其中人民币（大写）__________________元是人学申请服务费，人民币（大写）_____________________元是签证申请服务费）。
2、乙方应按以下付款方式中第___种方式向甲方缴付上述款项：
第一种：乙方在本合同签署之日向甲方缴付全部服务费计人民币（大写）__________________元；
第二种：乙方在本合同签署之日向甲方缴付入学申请服务费人民币（大写）_________________元；
乙方在获得申请留学院校录取通知书当天，向甲方缴付签证申请服务费人民币（大写）______________元。
3、服务费缴费方式为现金或银行汇款，如乙方采用银行汇款方式，甲方的开户银行及帐号是______________________________。
4、乙方必须自行承担在留学申请办理过程中发生的其他费用（如院校报名费、护照工本费、公证费、翻译费、体检费、签证费、银行手续费及汇费、机票款、保险费、院校学费、杂费、接机费、住宿费等）。上述费用（除甲方收取的服务费）由乙方自行向有关机构缴付，缴费标准和缴费方式以相关收费机构对乙方的要求为准。
五、退资规定
1、如发生以下情形之一，甲方向乙方全额退还已缴付的服务费，本合同终止：
（1）甲方未能为乙方申请获得前往国家或地区留学申请院校的录取通知书；
（2）乙方已履行本合同中约定的责任，由于甲方未履行本合同中约定的责任，致使乙方的出国留学目的无法实现。
2、如发生以下情形之，则乙方已缴付的服务费扣除人民币（大写）壹仟元，余额退还，本合同终止：
（1）乙方被前往国使（领）馆拒签（本合同第五条第4项第（3）一（5）点所述的三种情况除外）；
（2）在本合同有效期内，因我国或前往国家或地区留学政策或签证政策的改变，导致本合同无法履行。
3、如乙方因自身原因，在本合同签署后，单方面要求解除本合同，则根据本合同实际履行的阶段，乙方已缴付的服务费按以下办法处理：
（1）在乙方尚未得到申请留学院校的申请结果前，乙方单方面要求解除本合同，则人学申请服务费不予退还，签证申请中介服务费全额退还，本合同终止；
（2）申请留学院校已向乙方签发了录取通知书（包括校方根据申请人的自身条件，签发有条件的录取通知书，甲、乙双方认可该人学申请成功），乙方尚未向甲方提供办理签证申请所需材料，乙方单方面要求解除本合同，则入学申请服务费不予退还，签证申请服务芽鄢?0％，余额退还，本合同终止；
（3）乙方已向甲方提供签证申请所需材料，尚未向使（领）馆递交乙方的签证申请材料，乙方单方面要求解除本合同，则人学申请服务费不予退还，签证申请服务费扣除80％，余额退还，本合同终止；
（4）已向使（领）馆递交乙方的签证申请材料，在签证审理过程中，乙方单方面要求解除本合同，则全部服务费不予退还，本合同终止。
4、如发生以下情形之一，则乙方已缴付的服务费一律不予退还，本合同终止：
（1）乙方无正当理由拒付本合同约定的任何一笔款项；
（2）乙方由于自身的违法行为，导致本合同无法履行；
（3）乙方未按前往国家或地区使（领）馆签证要求办妥签证申请所需文件及手续，并书面（正本）要求坚持送签而被拒签；
（4）乙方因提供虚假材料或隐瞒相关实情而被拒签；

一、成绩单
作为进行硬件审核的重点，大家的成绩单是一定要出示的材料，而且会直接影响大家第一轮的审核，并且要确保自己有比较不错的成绩单，才能够顺利的通过，当然不同阶段要求会有差异。
而且目标学校的排名不一样，也会直接影响大家的准备，不过相信出国肯定是奔着去的，所以大家的将自己的*时考试分数提的越高越好，后期的努力也是会有效果的。
二、公证书
大家获取的官方证明，尤其是学历的证明，只有经过了公证之后才会受到学校的认可，所以大家要首先确保自己能够通过结业的考核，拿到官方发放的学历认证，确认申请的资格。

一、语言要出色

一、衣

学生主要是在学校里面的食堂餐厅吃饭，如果你吃不*惯日本的料理，在日本也有很多的*美食，但是在日本吃*的饭菜要比在国内吃贵。在日本打折的食材很多，尤其是在晚上可以买到半价的食物，很多的学生都会选在晚上的八、九点来超市购买，并不是说这个食物快过期了，而是快过了食物的食用期，所以才会卖出半价，买了食材你就可以自己去做饭了，这还是一种比较实惠的饮食。
三、住
对于刚到日本就要租房子的学生来说，找房子是一件比较困难的事情，因为很难判断日本的房子是否是好的，你可以请你的朋友或者是同校的学生帮你一起找。日本的学校只有打部分的公立学校会提供宿舍，而私立学校很少有宿舍给到学生的，学校的宿舍一般会在晚上的十点就会锁门，这一点还是比价安全的，但是对于在外兼职的学生就不是很方便了。在日本租房除了要交房租费还要交保证金以及手续费，你在签租房合约的时候一定要看清合同的内容，你的合同内容都是用日文写的，如果你的日语不是很好，你可以请懂日文的朋友帮你确认一下这份合同有没有问题。

对于准备出国留学的学生来说，您对于艺术院校规划了解多少呢？
1.列出选校方案。
学生在选择申请院校的时候，要根据自己现有的艺术风格和自身条件，结合院校的教育方针、教授的风格和录取条件选择。这样比较有针对性。
2.筛选个人的作品集。

4.关注留学费用。
美国有的公立大学的学费并不高。有的院校提供co-op的教育模式，一边上课，一边在设计公司和企业中实*，收入足以满足学费和生活费。也有很好的私立学校给所有入学的研究生全奖，包括学费全免和生活补贴，但学生要求每周20小时的教学或教研工作。虽然这样的院校凤毛麟角，如果专业优秀的学生，应该尝试去申请。
5.补救英语部分的不足。
有的学生专业条件很好，只是英语不过关。这在我们的艺术类学生中并不少见。美国有个别的艺术院校提供有条件录取，可以到美国之后进行英语培训，考试合格，成绩达到上课的要求再正式开始上专业课。前提是其他所有资料都达到录取要求，专业成绩优良，英语有所欠缺的考生可以考虑此类院校。
学生就业前景好：
从目前的情况看，主要有三个就业方向：
1）回国就业，国内市场对艺术设计人才的需求正稳步上升，专业人才的身价也水涨船高，而且，就业范围较广，广告公司、设计公司、教育机构等对此都有一定的需求；
2）自由工作者，艺术类工作以创作为主，因此工作方式较为灵活，如今有越来越多的艺术人才青睐自由工作者的身份，在自由创作的同时又能养家糊口；
3）艺术经纪工作，文化经纪人、画廊经纪人、音乐经纪人、影视表演经纪人等，虽是新兴行当，但随着国内文化艺术市场逐步与国际接轨，有着相当宽广的发展空间。
美国设计类专业介绍
美国的艺术教育成就主要在现代艺术领域，拥有世界上最多的专业，美式教育一直被公认为注重应用和创新能力的培养，这与亚洲的教育方法理念不同。学校很注重为学生提供各类实*或工作机会，使学生始终保持与社会的紧密联系。
一般来说，美国大学的艺术类专业主要分为以下八大类：
陶艺（Ceramics）、美术设计（Graphic-Design）、工业设计（Industrial-Design）、多媒体/视觉通信（Multimedia-/-Visual-Communication）、油画/素描（Painting-/-Drawing）、摄影（Photography）、版画复制（Printmaking）和雕塑（Sculpture）。
许多人都以为，艺术专业设有专业考试，留学门槛较高。其实不然，艺术类学生大多有一定定的专业基础，参加专业考试，问题不大。而且，虽然顶级艺术类学校的专业对申请人语言能力的要求会更高一些，但如果学生作品集足够优秀，具有基本的沟通能力，完全可以鼓起勇气申请这类学校。申请时需要讲究方式方法。
一般美国学校录取学生标准：
1）学生在校期间的学*优异程度，比如成绩，班级排名，所选课程的难易程度；
2）学生本人的学*态度、学*热情、专业兴趣、学*能力及潜力；
3）学生的沟通能力、参与社会的能力、领导才能等；
4）学生的课外兴趣、个性特征、特别的经历；
5）选择该校的原因；
6）国际学生还需要有足够的英语能力；
7）艺术院校对学生的作品要求高于学术要求，如选择影视专业的学生要提供电影作品思路或脚本等。
申请基本要求：
1）成绩优良；
2）提高英语水*，参加相应的标准考试，申请本科要考TOEFL和SAT，申请硕士要考TOEFL和GRE/GMAT，对于艺术类院校，一般大部分只需参加TOEFL或IELTS即可，一般在综合排名院校里的艺术专业会出现对GRE有要求的情况，比如CMU。
3）做好详细的计划，比如在什么时候结束考试、什么时候搜集学校信息，制定申请学校名单、什么时候填写申请表、什么时候完成自述文章等；
4）充分酝酿申请的自述信，认真构思并把自己写好的文章给身边的人，尤其是专业的老师检查，让他们给你提一些意见或建议；
5）有足够的资金准备：一般每年的费用在3-4万美元左右。
申请美国大学的艺术类专业，需要满足哪些条件：
1.要有艺术作品。这是申请美国大学艺术类专业最重要的部分，也就是说你申请某个艺术专业，要有这个专业相应的艺术作品。比如你想申请摄影专业，要有摄影作品，如果你的作品得过奖，当然对申请更有利；或者你想申请雕塑专业，你要把自己最为得意的雕塑作品寄给你想申请的学校。申请时最好把你的艺术作品编成集寄过去，这样对申请会更有帮助。
2.大学成绩单和学士学位。申请人要提供大学本科成绩单（GPA）和学士学位。GPA最好不要低于2.7，以证明你在上学期间是一个学*不错的学生。另外，要有四年制的学士学位。
3.个人陈述（P.S.）和三封推荐信。个人陈述和申请其它专业的都差不多，推荐信要由教过你的教授或者专业人士来写，一般三封或四封。
4.标准化考试。申请美国大学的艺术类专业一般只需提供TOEFL成绩即可，GRE的成绩一般不需要（看具体学校的要求），但是有GRE成绩当然更好。
20xx年，我国加拿大出国留学人员超45万，选择去加拿大留学人数超10万，是留学加拿大人员的主要来源国。加拿大在留学政策方面，不断的出台利好政策。在学*许可方面，加拿大提供了常规学*许可、学生合作计划和学*直入计划三种。
加拿大出国留学申请基本条件：
申请加拿大留学签证的同学必须出具认可机构发出的录取通知书，证明身份的合法证件以及足够的资金证明，一般包括学费、生活费及来回加拿大的旅费等。
如果是到加拿大进行六个月时间一下的学*项目，不需要学*许可。
申请材料：
填写学*许可申请表 (IMM 1294)。
填写家庭成员信息表和教育就业细节表。
申请人的父亲和母亲分别完整填写家庭成员信息表和教育就业信息表。
两张护照照片，白底(45mm*35mm)。
本人有效护照，须包含除最后一页外的至少一整页空白页、且必须在行程前至少六个月内有效。
本人身份证复印件(正反面)。
去加拿大留学，由指定体检医师提供的体检表格副本。
加拿大学校录取/登记办公室的录取通知书复印件，显示申请人需缴纳的准确学费金额、预期的学*起止时间以及申请人最迟的可注册时间。
学*计划：需要提交一份本人撰写的长度约1页的学*计划，内容主要包括：
为什么希望去被录取的加拿大的学校以及为何选择被录取的专业;总体学业目标;加拿大学历/学位将如何提升你的就业机会。
高中毕业证书公证件以及加盖校方注册办公室公章的成绩单公证件。
本人户口本原件。
如有第三方人士帮助完成此申请，需要填写代理人信息表(IMM 5476E)
特定的申请人需要提交父母及加拿大监护人的监护声明：18 岁以下且就读学校位于阿尔伯塔省、曼尼托巴省、安大略省、爱德华王子岛省、魁北克省或萨斯喀彻温省;或 19 岁以下且就读学校位于不列颠哥伦比亚省、纽布朗斯维克省、纽芬兰省、新斯科舍省、西北领地、努纳武特地区或育空省。计划在魁北克省学*的申请人，需要递交一份有效的魁北克省接受函(CAQ)，录取学校会提供一份申请表格及相关信息。
若申请人目前正就读于加拿大大学或学院、或已从大学或学院毕业，需要递交曾经获得的所有大学或学院学历的公证件，以及课程成绩单。如果仍未毕业，要注明预期毕业时间以及你将获得何种学位、 学历或证书。
若申请人年满18岁及以上，需要递交一份由当地**开具的无犯罪记录证明及公证件。
所有中文文件必须附有英文或法文翻译件。
申请步骤：
在递交申请之前，可以到任一指定医院进行体检，体检后会获得一份体检表格副本。有资质的医院列表参见有参考性的网站上的信息。
备齐所需要的签证材料。
递签有两种方法，可以选择前往在华签证申请中心亲自递交，也可以选择邮寄到任一签证申请中心，签证中心将收取一定的服务费。
签证中心在收到材料之后会发送一封受理邮件，邮件中含有申请查询号码，用于在线查询签证办理进度。签证过程有可能会被要求参加面谈。
一般来说，我们建议在课程开始日期之前至少60天递交签证申请，以避免延误行程。

【考试费】

【公证费】
出国留学需公证的文件主要有：出生证明、学历证书、成绩单、无犯罪记录、家庭成员证明、结婚(离婚)或未婚证明、亲属关系证明、个人经历证明、经济担保(银行出具的存款证明)。申请的国家不同，所需公证的项目也有所区别。此外，还要根据个人的要求增加相应的公证项目。公证收费依据时间长短和项目的不同，在100 300元人民币之间。
【护照费】
办理护照的费用一般是200元人民币。
【出国留学体检费】
不同的国家对体检的要求不尽相同，体检费用也有差别。德国、马来西亚、新加坡、美国不需要体检。去英国的体验费为300 400元人民币，澳大利亚900元人民币，加拿大1350元人民币，新西兰871元人民币，日本350元人民币左右，俄罗斯35美元，乌克兰35美元。
今年，英国内务部、驻华使领馆签证处、签证中心对于申请赴英留学学生签证陆续出台了一系列新政，如部分专业要求返签；获得学位后可留英工作一年；签证实行预约制等等。
眼下，正进入英国签证高峰期，在申请学生签证时注意哪些问题呢？

In recent year, as people’sliving quality increase, most families are tending to send their children tostudy abroad. This phenomenon has caused most people’s attention. Some argue that we should send children to foreign country to study because they think that other countries’ education is better than our traditional Chinese education. Some don’t think so because they believe that students should learn our traditional culture instead of going abroad.
