The other day I announced that I would go abroad for further studies right after my college education. Upon entering this most prestigious university in China, which is Tsinghua University, in my usual spirit of dedication and perseverance, I once again embarked on my journey of industrious study in the Department of Automation. 由于大部分美国学校要求三封推荐信，所以建议申请者联系5个左右的推荐人，有两个推荐人作为备用，以备不时之需。
二、推荐人选择的原则
1、推荐人与申请者的关系是直接可信赖的。
所谓直接，是指推荐人与申请者有过较长时间的直接的接触，教过申请者相关课程，指导过申请者项目、研究、论文，是申请者实*期间的直接上司等都属于直接的关系。
这一原则主要是为保证推荐人对申请者的学术背景、个人潜质等拥有一定程度的了解，保证推荐人具备推荐资格，能够对申请者某方面的能力和素质进行评价，增加推荐信的可信度。
所谓可信赖，是指两者的关系可以保证推荐信的公正、客观，是指对于学校来说，推荐人的推荐值不值得信赖。
直接与可信赖必须同时满足，比如申请者的父母，虽然跟申请者的关系是直接的，对申请者也很了解，但是在校方看来，他们对申请者所做出的推荐可能会有所偏袒，也就是无法信赖的。

很多本科留学申请项目要求两位不同任课老师(一般推荐为高二或高三的主科任课老师)，还有一位升学指导老师，在国内高中则可以找班主任、学生处老师等。
研究生和博士留学申请则一般要求2~3封推荐信，如果你在以往的学*生涯中有一些实*或者工作经验，那么这两到三封推荐信当中，可以有一封是来自你的雇主的。
也有一部分学校出于对了解学生个人生活方面的考虑，会要求你提供私人的推荐信，例如说你的好朋友写的。
找了解自己的推荐人

提前2-3个月联系推荐人
另外，要留给推荐人足够的时间来思考并完成推荐信。有些教授到了申请季会有很多推荐信要写，对他们来说所要花费的时间和精力是很大的。
有些教授教学与科研很忙，答复是否愿意帮你写推荐信就需要几周，所以要在截止日期2-3个月前就联系推荐人。
在问询推荐人能否写推荐信的'邮件或电话中，要礼貌地请求，并提供详细的说明，包括申请截止日期和申请人希望在什么时间完成申请。像有些大学对于留学申请的材料是随到随审的，这种情况就越早提交越好。
有些教授还会要求提交简历和个人陈述，以便他们更好地了解申请人。
如果联系后一周内得不到回应，不要害怕再发一封邮件follow up。如果推荐人答应帮忙，可以约见面聊一下写作的角度和素材。
这里一定要注意找推荐人要找真心愿意帮助你的人，如果很勉强或者不情愿，后续可能由于各种原因搁置，就会造成很多麻烦了。
推荐信一般申请人提交
国内以老师自己提交推荐信的情况比较少，主要因为英语水*不够，并且国内大学里面也没有教授亲自写推荐信的文化。这种情况下申请人也应该和推荐人交流，根据推荐人对你的评价和考量角度，选择好写作素材再为其代笔。有时候可以让推荐人写一封中文推荐信再为其翻译。
最多就是收拾几件衣服，带一些常备的药物，或者是你喜欢的小物件，而其他的东西，则不用带，尤其是家电。
一、推荐人的数量
由于大部分美国学校要求三封推荐信，所以建议申请者联系5个左右的推荐人，有两个推荐人作为备用，以备不时之需。
二、推荐人选择的原则
1、推荐人与申请者的关系是直接可信赖的。
所谓直接，是指推荐人与申请者有过较长时间的直接的接触，教过申请者相关课程，指导过申请者项目、研究、论文，是申请者实*期间的直接上司等都属于直接的关系。
这一原则主要是为保证推荐人对申请者的学术背景、个人潜质等拥有一定程度的了解，保证推荐人具备推荐资格，能够对申请者某方面的能力和素质进行评价，增加推荐信的可信度。
所谓可信赖，是指两者的关系可以保证推荐信的公正、客观，是指对于学校来说，推荐人的推荐值不值得信赖。
直接与可信赖必须同时满足，比如申请者的父母，虽然跟申请者的关系是直接的，对申请者也很了解，但是在校方看来，他们对申请者所做出的推荐可能会有所偏袒，也就是无法信赖的。
2、推荐人与申请者的关系与所申请专业相关。
推荐信的目的在于从第三者的角度对学生的专业背景、专业潜质等做出评价，是为校方筛选、录取学生服务的。所以，推荐人与申请者的关系应该与所申请专业相关。
比如，如果选择教过申请者相关课程的老师来写推荐信，那么，选择相对应的专业课的老师就比较好。如果选择指导老师作为推荐人，那么选择指导其进行过与所申专业相对应的专业领域的研究的老师就比较好。
当然，如果跨专业申请，确实找不到那么多所申专业领域的推荐人，也可以选择原专业领域的推荐人，推荐信则应着重体现你的能力和潜质。
3、在前两者都满足的基础上，推荐人的职位越高越好，影响力越大越好。因为这无疑会增加推荐信的含金量。
比如，如果推荐人是专业领域内权威的专家、在国际上有一定声望，甚至可能与申请学校的教授有着业务来往、私交，那这封推荐信在申请中能起到的作用就是普通的推荐信远不能比的了。
注意：只有在前两者都满足的基础上，第三条才适用，如果只是职位高，比如学校的校长，但是对申请者在校期间的表现并不十分了解，也不建议采用其作为推荐人。

Is It Good to Send Students to Study Abroad?
In recent year, as people’sliving quality increase, most families are tending to send their children tostudy abroad. This phenomenon has caused most people’s attention. Some argue that we should send children to foreign country to study because they think that other countries’ education is better than our traditional Chinese education. Some don’t think so because they believe that students should learn our traditional culture instead of going abroad. In my opinion, I think students should be sent to foreign country to receive sophisticated education. Reasons are listed as the following.
Firstly, Students can learn more through foreign country’s education. As we all know, most students study justfor entering into a better university in our country. All they learn is how to pass exams and get high scores in school. 墨尔本大学申请要求：
1、预科申请条件：要求高中毕业，高中*均成绩达到70分，雅思总分不低于5.5。

三、生活费
住宿费：在墨大读书在学校附*租房租金一般是1200-2200澳元（6022元-11041元）一个月不等，如果租房子在城市的边缘的话租金会要便宜一些。
伙食费：大部分的学生会自己做饭，一个月下来吃饭的费用大约是在200-300澳元（1003元-1505元）不等。在外面吃的话费用在600-1200澳元（3011元-6022元）一个月不等。

面谈时：勇于力争，讲明事实
上海上教国际交流有限公司总经理李维*指点学生：申请奖学金整个过程中有许多繁琐的事，你必须尽力配合，努力争取，而争取奖学金最有效的方式，无非是面谈。
通常，面谈有关奖学金的事宜，必须先去信告知原委，然后和对方约定时间，准时拜访。面谈的重点，是要让对方感受到你已经尽了全力，如果没有校方的额外补助，将难以完成学业。一般情况，校方不会立刻给你口头上的承诺，而且也不一定会给你满意的答复。大约在面谈后数周，你将收到一张校方的来函，说明你是否能得到额外补助。如果你未能如愿，切记不要气馁。有许多留学生在申请过程中都是一波三折，通过自己的坚持不懈而获得圆满结果的。

GMAT，全称Graduate Management Admission Test，是美国商学院研究生入学考试。对于申请设置在商学院的学科是必须参加这个考试的。但是我们所了解的商科专业有一些专业不一定是设置在商学院的，比如信息系统管理(MIS)、公共事业管理(MPA)等专业有相当一部分学校是设置在比如计算机学院、公共管理学院等。它们中有部分学校是不接受GMAT而只接受GRE的。所以说如果你所选的专业恰好是需要GRE成绩的话就一定要注意了。而对于英国的话只有个别的学校对于申请商科研究生是要GMAT的，剩下的都是建议要或者是直接不要，只要托福或者雅思成绩。

那就把经历造假学校也不知道。

在新加坡，大大小小的私立学校共有400多所，选择一所好的私立院校则至关重要。首先看学校认证。新加坡私立学校有三大认证：
CaseTrust认证
新加坡私立高校CaseTrust认证即消协保证标志教育认证计划，由新加坡消费者协会推动，确保私立教育机构素质的项目。从20xx年9月1日起，只有获得消协保证标志的私立教育机构，方获准在新加坡招收国际学生。消协保证标志教育认证计划的实施将确保私立机构竭尽全力达至卓越的学术水准、运营手法，并保障学生福利。要获得消协保证标志教育认证，私立教育机构必须符合两项条件：1、学生保护计划；2、拟订标准合同。
SQC―PEO认证
新加坡私立高校SQC―PEO认证又叫新加坡素质级资格认证，旨在表彰取得卓越表现的私立教育机构，并协助它们达到世界级标准。这项认证由新加坡标准、生产力与创新局颁发，评选标准参照新加坡素质奖优异业务框架和私立教育界的规定。这也是私立教育界评定卓越素质的业界标准。获颁新加坡素质级资格的私立教育机构都可享有以下优惠：
出国留学申请新加坡留学 私立学校三大认证
1、通过绿色通道申请学生准证，缩短申请时间，留学生也不需缴纳保证金。
2、获得新加坡国际企业发展局协助主办海外考察团和促进投资合作和新加坡旅游局支持吸引国际学生等支持。
EduTrust认证
新加坡私立高校EduTrust认证即20xx年推出的教育信托保障计划认证。EduTrust认证将取代现在的CaseTrust认证，而且比CaseTrust认证更为严格，可以说是CaseTrust的升级版，对非公立教育机构在管理层承诺与责任、内部管理架构、代理网络甄选、学生保护与服务、学术流程与生源评估、及质量监督与改善等六个方面进行详细审核，对学校的管理、教学和招生提出更严格的要求。通不过EduTrust认证的私立学校将失去招收国际学生的资格。
现在，这三大认证中，EduTrust已经完全取代了CaseTrust，新加坡教育联盟表示去新加坡留学读私立学校的同学一定要认准被EduTrust认证的，其余的都是不正规的。
第一步：寻找学校
当你有意向选择某所学校时，必须先了解清楚这所学校是否国家承认，以及其条件、专业和入学条件。可以从学校的网站去了解学校，也可以通过一些专门的论坛去了解。最直接的方法是在留学展会上跟校方进行面对面接触。
现在每年总会有多次的留学展览，所以很容易就能接触到学校，坐下来跟他们进行洽谈是可以直接了解学校的，同时也可以当场申请看中的学校。跟他们洽谈了解学校，同时也可以让学校直观地了解你。不用害怕口语不好，每个学校展位都有中文翻译，不过最好不通过翻译，给学校留个好印象是非常重要的。如果想申请，就当场把申请表填好，然后可以回去准备所要的材料，通过快递寄给他们。
第二步：准备申请材料，开始申请
所需材料可登录学校的网站去查询，一般包括：
1.毕业证书及其公证/在读证明公证(未毕业)
2.成绩单公证(找学校开成绩单)/高考(微博)成绩证明(高中毕业)
3.学位证书公证(申请硕士)
4.英文简历
5.教授推荐信(申请硕士)
6.填写校方申请表格(学校网站均可下载)

必须出具中、英文两个版本的公证证书。简历最好是自己写，本科的简历不同于硕士，字数的要求也不会很多，写出自己情况以及为什么申请学校和专业就可以了，形式可以借鉴网上的一些模板，内容一定要自己写。
第三步：：语言的准备
去目的地国家大学需要提供雅思成绩。本科要求6分，硕士研究生6.5―7分，当然考得越高越好，这有利于申请奖学金。
第四步：所有材料集齐后，快递到学校(EMS就可以)

第五步：申请NESO证明，准备签证

需要拿着出生公证、户口本以及所需材料到***和***做认证，时间有可能为2周左右。
2.未婚公证以及无刑事犯罪公证。
3.NESO证明。
为了申请留学MVV签证，你在目的地国家的接收院校将需要向目的地国家的签证机关提交一份Neso Certificate，Neso Certificate是一份由NesoBeijing出具的、对你申请就读目的地国家高等院校而提供的英语水*及学历学位证书有效性进行认证的文件。需要的材料包括：Neso Certificate注册申请表、雅思成绩单复印件、中英文成绩单及其公证、中英文学历公证或在读证明。
4.抵押金或资金证明。
学校在发出录取通知书后，会再寄来一份官方抵押金账单。一般会要求你把所需的费用一并寄到学校城市的指定银行的指定账户，抵押金里包括学费、生活费、签证费、保险费、住房抵押金以及申请当地居民许可证的费用。因为费用着实不少，所以为了慎重起见，最好跟学校联系一下加以确定核实账单上的内容。确定好后，就可以去银行汇款，银行会给你个底单，留好它，复印一下，连同护照复印件寄给学校，这样学校就可以向移民局申请签证了。
5.护照复印件。
和多数国家不同，留学目的地国家采用“反签”程序。申请人被目的地国家高校录取以后，由学校代其向目的地国家移民局递交签证申请，基本都可以获得签证。签证周期短，大概需要1-2个月的时间，学生从申请学校到拿到签证大概只需要3个月的时间。因此，申请人若符合学校要求，签证问题不大，应将主要精力放在如何获得学校的录取和资料准备上。
第六步：递交文件领取签证

秋季留学的申请正在进行中，托福和雅思都是出国的语言测试，具体参加哪种考试，考生可根据留学目的国决定。留学专家指出，申请美国、加拿大留学首选托福考试，而申请英国、澳大利亚等英联邦国家留学首选雅思考试。但是，随着雅思得到了包括哈佛、普林斯顿、耶鲁在内的20xx多所美国大学的认可，中国学生增加了一个出国语言考试的选择。美国多数本科院校对雅思的分数要求为5.5至6.0分，研究生院的雅思分数要求在6.5至7.0分之间。英国使馆文化教育处提供的数字显示，20xx年全球有140万考生参加了雅思考试。其中，中国考生人数达到了30万人。

一、成绩单

然后就是本人学费和生活开销的准备，建议父母在开学前就至少将学费准备好，这样开学之后直接缴纳不会耽误大家，生活费则需要一笔一笔按月打给学生，还要预留出额外的费用。
四、适应要尽快
要想适应新生活，就需要大家进行能力上的提升，心理上要做好准备，不要骗吃新的文化，要进行了解，这样才能够更好的和本地人进行交流，也会让大家能够尽快的融入环境。
自理能力需要在生活中进行提升，而大家抵达了日本之后，每一件事都是需要自己做的，在国内的时候，可以进行这方面的技能的准备，能够帮助大家尽快的适应。
一、衣
在日本买衣服是非常便宜的，就算是买的衣服也贵不了多少。在*常日本人穿衣也是比较随意的，但是到了正式的场合也会要穿上西装，女生一般都是穿裙装，你可以去日本的市场上买一件二手的西装，看起来是非常新，价格也是要比新的便宜。女生可以买一套和服，体验一下日本的文化，和服在日本还是比较贵的，和服很少会穿，你想买的话只需要买一套就可以了。日本的夏天还是比较潮湿的，要传一些透气性比较好的夏装，冬天的寒风比较刺骨，要穿很厚的羽绒服之外，保暖的内衣也是必不可少的。
二、食
学生主要是在学校里面的食堂餐厅吃饭，如果你吃不*惯日本的料理，在日本也有很多的中国美食，但是在日本吃中国的饭菜要比在国内吃贵。在日本打折的食材很多，尤其是在晚上可以买到半价的食物，很多的学生都会选在晚上的八、九点来超市购买，并不是说这个食物快过期了，而是快过了食物的食用期，所以才会卖出半价，买了食材你就可以自己去做饭了，这还是一种比较实惠的饮食。
三、住
对于刚到日本就要租房子的学生来说，找房子是一件比较困难的事情，因为很难判断日本的房子是否是好的，你可以请你的朋友或者是同校的学生帮你一起找。日本的学校只有打部分的公立学校会提供宿舍，而私立学校很少有宿舍给到学生的，学校的宿舍一般会在晚上的十点就会锁门，这一点还是比价安全的，但是对于在外兼职的学生就不是很方便了。在日本租房除了要交房租费还要交保证金以及手续费，你在签租房合约的时候一定要看清合同的内容，你的合同内容都是用日文写的，如果你的日语不是很好，你可以请懂日文的朋友帮你确认一下这份合同有没有问题。
四、行
日本的很多交通工具都是对学生有优惠价的，你可以买月票在这个月内可以不限次数乘坐。你也可以买一辆自行车，但是骑自行车还是有很多的规定的，要去办理防盗登记，在日本骑自行车是靠左行驶的。
