我说“对不起，我本来是给你准备好了的，但是，我放到我表妹哪里去了。”当我说这句话时，我的脸红到了脖子根。谁知*惯像鬼一样出现了，又说“嗯嗯嗯，某人在干什么？”我回答道“要你管。”于是他的那句话，又让我养成了不撒谎的好*惯。在食堂，我正凭着自己的威望插队，虽然我知道这样不好，同时也影响了别人，但是……，谁知*惯这个爱管闲事的'人看见了说“人人*等，你这样下去，还是别和我竞争了吧，你不会赢的。”

“物竞天择，适者生存。”随着科技的不断进步，人口的不断增加，竞争也越来越激烈，但是人类永远离不开合作，合作与竞争也可以共存。
齐桓公任用管仲为相。对于昔日的竞争对手，他竟可以不计前嫌，化干戈为玉帛，最终成就一番霸业。如果他当初仍然对管仲怀恨在心，而对管仲的才能视而不见，放弃管仲而去任用*庸无能的人，那么他称霸真的是遥遥无期了。俗话说：“多一个敌人不如多一个朋友。”水可以载物，有容乃大。每个人在不同时期的竞争对手都会不同，很有可能昔日的竞争对手会变成你最好的朋友；过去如胶似漆的朋友也可以变成你的敌人。所以，正确地处理合作与竞争的关系显得尤为重要。面对合作与竞争，我们应该在竞争中学会合作，在合作中保持竞争。
在竞争中学会合作。俗话说：“不打不相识。”有些人之所以互相能够成为朋友是因为他们刚开始处于竞争状态，因为竞争他们才能够互相了解，在一定程度上说，这样的他们更容易成为朋友，竞争和合作可以相互转化。合理的竞争也可以拉进人们的关系，在竞争中学会相互合作，可以使双方得到进步，从而创造双赢。在“山羊过独木桥”这一比赛中，本应争个“你死我活”的双方却出人意料地“互相抱住，转身换位”，“最后都顺利通过了桥”。是的，与其在竞争两败俱伤，玉石俱焚，不如与对手携手共进，互利共赢。想当年独孤求败隐居多年只是为了找寻一个对手，没有了对手，他自己也陷入瓶颈，功力难以寸进。所以说，在竞争中学会合作，将你的对手转变为最了解你的朋友。

IDG全球常务副总裁兼亚洲区总裁、IDG资本创始合伙人熊晓鸽正是其中的见证者与参与者。熊堪称将西方风险投资实践引入*的首批“引路人”，他曾广泛投资清洁能源、医疗健康、文化旅游等产业，但最情有独钟的还是TMT行业。眼下新一轮互联网泡沫似乎正若隐若现。如何看待当下的局势?“过去电商都靠烧钱，现在看这个模式不会成功。”熊晓鸽对《环球企业家》说。
我个人现在把PC互联网叫做第一代互联网，因为移动互联一定会成为新未来，它的兴起又将为*开创一个很大的机会。现在我们的手机和PC用户都是全世界第一，手机到了任何一个地方、任何一个角落，只要有3G移动网络，都可以上网，这一点是非常重要的。纯粹只做PC、互联网已经成为过去了。
过去的互联网企业现在纷纷进军智能手机领域，这就是新的趋势。手机和*板电脑都是移动互联的一部分，像苹果已经颠覆了过去的PC公司的模式，现在已经是一个消费电子公司了。做应用迫使传统互联网或硬件企业必须带有消费时尚的特征，如果不这样走就会失败。过去很难看到VC去投硬件，但现在那些能融入用户消费元素，生产更好用、更方便、更好看产品的公司将被投资家关注。
做风投不能看股市，即使Facebook的股价其实也并不必过分看重。当然在上市时，投行会根据股市情况考虑究竟是在*、美国或者香港上市，但市价和投资应该是没什么关系的。我们现在主要看Facebook 的用户是不是在增加，它现在已经有8亿多的用户，如果进入了*会增加2个亿，所以股价发生变化并不是什么大不了的事。
用户规模至关重要。我记得当年IDG投资第一代互联网的时候，像搜狐上市，那时的*互联网用户20xx万都不到，等到百度20xx年上市的时候，PC互联网的企业都赚钱了，因为*用户已经达到了1亿以上。这说明用户达到一定规模就能赚到钱。再看移动互联网，如果现在3G用户达到3亿或者4亿左右，企业主做广告的意愿就很强，那这个市场就会很了不起。不过，这个市场的引爆点还需2至3年。
移动互联有很长的产业链，这里的机会我们都会选择，我们更关注创新因素多一些的企业，比如与云计算有关的，或者拥有知识产权的公司。不久前IDG刚跟微软*有一个合作，微软推出云计算*台，IDG是*第一批独家投资的合作伙伴。我们共同挑选了10个公司，每个公司派10个人，进入微软云计算*台，微软还免费提供技术和*台。其实很多的知识产权未注册前并不属于哪个国家，也不是属于哪个个人的，但注册后的版权和专利费就开始成为公司全部的资产。所以下一步，我们想投资的不仅仅是*公司，更重要的是拥有原创技术的*公司。这完全迥异于之前的情况。上一代国内的互联网公司没有一个拥有自己的专利，只是拷贝美国的商业模?式。
另一个变化是当下移动互联的创业团队都年轻，也不像上一代的互联网创业者多有海外背景。现在因*手机用户超过美国，并且在手机游戏、社交方面*更成熟，像美国人用手机发短信都没有*人那么快，因此在这个领域的国内创业者更多。
电子商务在*还是有很大的发展空间，因为*和美国一个很大的不同是，美国的电子商务B2B规模很大，而*的大采购都属于国有性质，不经常利用电子商务*台，目前大都属于B2C这样的类型，像京东商城，凡客诚品等。这其中的机会还是比较大，究竟哪个会成功?过去电商都靠烧钱，现在看这个模式不会成功。另外由于移动互联网的趋势，大家都面临着一个转型的调整。下一轮IDG对电商的投资会结合移动互联的趋势来选择公?司。

这么多年投资下来，我们感觉最骄傲的其实不是曾经投资过百度和腾讯这样的公司，而是我们有一个稳定的投资团队，7个资深合伙人在一起合作*均时间超过15年，这在国内还没有任何一家投资机构能和我们相比，这也是我们独特的竞争力。这个为什么重要呢?因为合伙制的公司提供了一个发表意见的*台，并不是谁资深谁就说了算，我在里面也只有一票的决定权。
此外，IDG最值钱的是所积累的失败教训。IDG至今一共投了200多个公司，其中20多个失败了，赔的钱很心疼啊。但是为什么失败?我们现在已经摸得很清楚，这样就可以把失败的教训拿去与准备要投的公司分享。有时我们会说，“兄弟，这种公司我们过去投过，已经失败了，就别再重复这个过程了”。虽然有时候不能制止失败，但可能会把失败率降低。总结下来，失败的教训也是我们的竞争力之一。
生活中有无数次竞争，这些竞争非常残酷。有时它能让你锦上添花，有时它能让你掉进万丈深渊。学*中的竞争能让你更有信心，生活中的竞争能让你认识人生的起跑线。
竞争中会让一些起人变的更聪明。他会比以前更有头脑去击败自己的对手。只有喜欢承担风险，但并不是盲目地冒险。他们乐于接受挑战，并从克服困难中获得无穷乐趣的人才会适应竞争中的生活。

成绩发下来了，老师地话让我们惊讶。咋们一起当了第一。我们互相看着，一起发自内心的笑了起来。
谁说竞争一定要撕破脸皮，不管一切。竞争中也是友谊的沉淀，感情的升华。
想一想，其实这个世界上是没有绝对公*的事情。当朋友哭着跟我说的时候，说她只是想要一个公*，只是想要一个公*，这很过分吗？我告诉她，这个世上其实是没有公*的，每个人一出生就是被赋予了一个价值，而价值高的人，其实是在不公*下成长的。过分要求过于公*的人，实则价值不高。

看啊!竞争又开始了。每家公司都选出了“形象代言人”，推销公司的产品。首先，“梦林书店”的一位女形象代言人开始发言了:“各位爱看书的同学们，你们在为没书看而发愁吗?快快加人我们梦林书店，成为我们的会员吧!不要钱的哦，还有抽奖活动哦!”“呸呸呸!书有什么好看的，我们‘猫咪公司’

群众被“折磨”得到处逃，我作为班长，更是每天都要受到“经理”们的骚扰。“班长大人，我敬爱的班长大人，加入我们‘梦林书店’吧，有了你的支持，我们公司绝对每天生意兴隆的!”“我心爱的罗蛇(我喜欢蛇)，看在我是你死党的面子上，你就加入我们‘星月公司’吧，可以当董事长哦!”“小罗啊，还是加入我们吧，绝对让你抽个够。”“不，加入我们!”“加入我们!”“我们!”·····一阵猛烈的对视，群众又逃之天天了。我呢，当然也逃了，我可不想被口水淹死。
瞧!又开始吵了，不说了，我还是去避难吧!
上课后的几分钟，身体又开始疲惫起来，才开学第二个星期，我不知不觉又有了这样的感受。因为在假期中竞争没了，生活就懈怠了。

渐渐地，原本那些青涩的人都成熟了，位子坐稳了，工资也是蒸蒸日上，不必天天提心吊胆。那时，便该回家去探望一下父母了。但很多年轻人放假不敢回家，那也是情有可原，谁叫家长一到家就问东问西“有女（男）朋友了没？买车了没？有房子了没？打算什么时候相亲呀”等等。等到听到一系列的否定答案之后，父母脸就沉下来了，开始唠唠叨叨“你看邻居家的孩子，都有老婆了，连娃娃都快生出来了……”那时，只好苦着脸，投入生活的竞争中去了。不过，这样的竞争，是无比幸福的，因为这是父母对你的关怀，对你的爱护，对你的疼爱。

During the game,one team is competing against the other,but each member of the team must cooperate with his teammates.
Otherwise,they would lose the game no matter how skillful each individual player might be.It is clear that competition has much to do with cooperation.

Take the basketball match for example for example. The members of the team cooperate with their teammates to shoot at the basket while them compete with the other team. From what has been mentioned above, we can draw the conclusion that both competition and cooperation are of great importance, and it is wise for us to combine them. As college students, we ought to arouse our awareness of competition and cooperation.
