想想也对，早有早的好处。就拿我的学*来说吧。像我的语文，数学。起步早，学得快，对付起来轻轻松松。无论大考，小考，随便怎么考，只要自已不犯粗心的毛病，高分是跑不掉的。大人们好像找到了依据：还是培优好呀，早起的鸟儿有虫吃。我听了心里有点不服气：也不能太早了呀，天还没亮，小鸟就起来了，什么也看不见，别说吃虫子了，没准自已先被猫头鹰给吃了!当然了，这话也就在自我讨论的范围内想想罢了，说出来是没那胆子啦。
不过，总觉得有点不对。对鸟儿来说，早起有更多的虫子吃没错。可对虫子来说，早起就完蛋了。好像哪位作家也说过：早起的虫子被鸟吃!
这话说得对极了!就像我的英语学*。我们学校一年级就开设了英语课，大人们见我学得不费劲，又拿出他们的法宝：培优，还是那句话，早起的鸟儿有虫吃。这下可苦了我这只鸟儿了：字母ABC和拼音aoe打架；写起句子来a和an不分。作文才刚起步呢，居然要求用英语写短文？好在鸟儿的父母还算讲理，见鸟儿迷迷糊糊，一副没睡醒的样子，站都站不住，更别说捉虫子了。于是大手一挥，算了算了，回家接着睡!鸟儿也自由自在，学得轻松，学校的英语照样得高分。今年暑假更是主动要求参加英语培优。妈妈也说：”看样子，也不该什么都赶早呀!”。就是，当不了早起的鸟儿，就当一只晚起的毛毛虫也不错。等到暖暖的阳光透过繁茂的树叶，照在身上，再伸个懒腰爬起来，吃着绿绿的嫩树叶，将自已养得白白胖胖。吃饱了，吐出丝把自已包起来，美美的睡上一觉。等哪天破蛹出来时，照样是一只美丽的蝴蝶!
光说早起不行，关健得看是什么：是鸟儿就起早点，多捉点虫子吃；是毛毛虫就多睡会儿，等变成了蝴蝶，说不定比鸟儿更美!
我真的很想早起。早睡早起养成良好的生活*惯，对身体的发育和精神的放松都是极好的，但是我真的做不到啊。
每天晚上，我都回坚持的锻炼身体，让自己能感觉到充实，自己的身体慢慢的强壮起来。有的时候我还会洗洗澡。干干净净的很清爽的去睡觉。有一点比较好，无论瞌睡不瞌睡，只要我闭上眼睛去睡觉，不一会，总是能睡着的，并不存在失眠之类的问题。其次就是我的睡眠质量真的是太好了，我是属于发生了什么都不知道的，睡得特别踏实。只要是我睡着了，正常的声音，一般的声响都是无法让我清醒的，睡眠质量好的让很多人都是很羡慕的。但是唯有一点不是很好的，就是不能控制自己起来的时间，好像我的生物钟不是特别灵敏之类的。没有自动睡醒的感觉，都是定了闹钟有时候都听不见，闹钟都叫的没电了，我还是没有睡醒、
我能很轻松的做到早睡，因为这是我可以主观控制的一件事情，但是早起就对我来说是一件十分苦难的事情了，根本没办法控制，全都是靠天意，闹钟有的时候能听见，有的时候跟本就听不见。听见了，也是随手就把她关闭了，又直接睡过去了， 总是睡过很长时间才可以会惊醒、毕竟大家也知道，睡觉的时候是一点感觉都没有，没有办法控制自己的身体和意志。所以早起是真的没有什么办法。
但是我发现，好像还是有一些办法的，规律的睡觉，然后强制的被别人规律的叫起来，长此以往，形成记忆了，就算别人不叫了，到了一定的时间，身体可能会自己醒过来，这就是形成了生物钟，自己的身体有了压力，到了一定的时间自然就睡不着了，就有了意识。
*常睡到七点才起床，假日几乎都睡到十点多，但有些时候可能就会因为某些特别的原因而早起。
在我四年级的时候，爸爸带着全家一起去跑马拉松，因为活动六点半开始，所以我们四点就起床了，准备前往英雄纪念馆，到了的时候却下起了毛毛雨，在雨中穿着雨衣的我们一共跑了三公里的路程，虽然淋着雨，对第一次跑马拉松我来说又冷脚又酸，可是早起的我们，跑着步沿途的风景可是晚起看不到的，例如：还弥漫着少许未散的雾，而风景都变成朦朦胧胧的、早餐店送早餐材料的辛苦货物员……等。
记得小时后三、四岁的时候也常常跟着爷爷五点就起床，和爷爷一起去卖贡丸，随然年纪小的我在爷爷的车上还是会打瞌睡，可是当我清醒的时候，经过公园的时候，也常常看见许多的爷爷奶奶在公园里做做老人操、太极拳，看见每个人都精神百倍，做完大家还一起聊聊天，老人家看起来还比我们年轻呢！
在大考当天，因为要做最后的恶补、抱佛脚，就会早起加强记忆，为了要打起精神，都会将书桌旁的窗帘拉开，窗帘一拉开，晨曦照进房间，往外看，有许多的鸟儿、甚至还有白鹭鸶，一看心情都好了，精神也马上来了，这样读书的效率也慢慢的上升，记忆也不会马上消失。
还有一次因为要去游乐园玩，然后为了不要因为塞车而耽误了玩的时间，所以老早就起床，准备前往游乐园，因为是在秋天，早晨的路途风景都很美，而这些风景、感觉、气氛足以将我的瞌睡虫赶走，用良好的精神迎接美好的一天，果然“一日之计在于晨”，使得之后的行程也都快快乐乐、顺顺利利的。
