本学期采用的仍然是外研社的英语教材，包括选修修模块7和8。所以本学期教学任务更加繁重，时间更加加紧迫。每一单元除了关注阅读、写作、听力、视听说等语言实践活动，还关注语言知识、情感态度、文化意识和学*策略等。其中，通过并利用教材培养和坚强学生的阅读理解能力和以前的必修教材有很大的不同。本学期的选修教材强调学生综合语言运用能力的培养和提高，所以重点在于培养学生用英语获取信息、处理信息的能力；用英语分析问题、解决问题的能力；用英语进行思维和表达的能力。难点在于学生在情感态度和学*策略上的改变，达到用英语思维和表达的目标。
四、教学目标
通过对选修模块7、8的学*，让学生有丰富的生活常识、多文化背景的积累，并形成正确人生观、价值观，有积极的情感态度和跨文化的交际能力。同时培养自主学*能力，积累学*方法。更重要的是培养学会僧的阅读理解能力，提高学生的应试水*。
五、教学措施
a）让学生每天积累几个单词，利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。
b）认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。
c）实行过程性评价，调动学生积极性，通过不同方式的检测，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学*氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。
d）关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。
e）在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴*学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学*和使用英语，完成学*任务。
f）经常进行教学反思，适时调整教学方法，符合学生的真实情况，利于学生的有效性学*。
g）加强集体备课，充分发挥老教师的经验和新教师的激情，达到最佳的教学效果。
一、指导思想
以“英语课程标准”为宗旨，适应新课程改革的需要，面向全体学生，提高学生的人文素养，增强实践能力和创新精神，正确把握英语学科特点，积极倡导合作探究的学*方式。培养学生积极的情感态度和正确的人生价值观，提高学生综合素质为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。
二、 德育渗透的途径
1、 结合词汇和句子学*渗透 德育是一种文化教育，文化内容很多是直接与词义相关的。任何一种语言的词汇、句子、*语本身就包含着丰富的文化信息和内容。这就意味着在词和句的教学中可以进行道德意识的渗透培养。
2、 结合课文学*渗透 英语教材中，有些课文内容在德育意义上很有代表性，有些课文内容本身就是介绍英语国家的文明礼仪。教师要充分利用这些课文内容向学生传输道德文化知识，解释中外礼仪差异，使学生中西合璧。
3、 结合课堂操练应用渗透 在语言教学中渗透德育的目的是使学生能更得体地使用目标语进行应用交际，促进学生和谐发展。因此，在教学中，学生仅有目标语、道德文化知识是不够的，还要训练运用目标语的思维方式思维，按目标语的社会道德规范行为进行交际的能力。为此，教师在组织课堂活动时，要多创设交际情景，让学生扮演其中的角色，要求他们按特定的环境和人物角色使用相应得体的语言和行为规范。也鼓励学生在课外生活中积极大胆应用，养成*惯，提高自己的道德情操，
4、 结合课外活动渗透 组织丰富多彩的英语课外活动可以激发学生英语兴趣，使德育得到有效延伸，更灵活贴切地实施德育。如举行生日聚会、圣诞晚会、课本剧表演等，让学生自主地我学我育、学用结合，提高育人质量。
三、德育渗透的内容
1、 渗透文明礼仪教育 中学英语教材内容贴*学生生活实际，突出语用教育。在英语文化意识熏陶学*和交际能力培养中，对学生实施中西文明礼仪教育是一大重点。包括日常生活中的礼貌称谓、问候、告别、重大节日问候的得体运用，能对一般的赞扬、请求作出适当反应等。
2、 渗透良好学*、生活和劳动*惯教育 教师要结合不同话题教学内容灵活地联系学生实际，对其进行良好的学*、生活、劳动锻炼*惯教育。第一单元谈论做事的频率，让学生在课文中了解良好的甚或*惯，安排好科学合理的作息时间。
3、 渗透社会美德教育 社会美德内容广泛，英语学科要和其它学科一道全面渗透关心他人、爱护公物、遵纪守法、保护环境等美德教育。第十单元谈论职业，让学生知道每种职业都是社会大家庭中不可缺少的，人人*等，人人都在为社会作贡献，教育学生努力学*，实现自己的职业目标
4、 渗透爱国主义、集体主义教育 英语教育属跨文化教育。跨文化教育的一个重要方面是形成对待外来文化和本国文化的合理的跨文化心态，既不可形成妄自尊大、闭关锁国的心态，也不可形成崇洋媚外、妄自菲薄的心态。英语教材在介绍英语国家文化的同时，注重介绍中华文化，以培养学生对中华文化的了解与热爱，养成合理的跨文化心态，并形成运用英语向外国人介绍中华文化的初步能力。因此，在英语教学中要特别加强国情教育，爱国主义、集体主义教育。
总之，德育是教育的一个永恒主题，在英语教学活动中渗透德育是一个需长期坚持的复杂工程。教师必须先要自己有德，成为以德育人、以美传美的楷模。教师更要善用慧眼，巧耍花招，充分开掘课程资源中的德育素材，对学生细水长流地实施德育渗透，成为共建德育的高手。
一 .所教班级学生现状分析:
我所教班级除少数学生外，大多数同学上课认真听讲，作业独立完成，学*方法越来越有效。虽然他们的成绩还不拔尖，与其他有些学生的成绩还有距离，但他们在这一年的学*过程中，还是有着很大的进步，特别是那些已有将来明确目标的同学。但也有极个别学生上课效率低，作业马虎、不交，课外时间全部放在休闲娱乐上，课堂上打瞌睡的现象时有发生。还有一些学生则是由于缺乏坚持不懈的顽强毅力，害怕背诵、记忆，只满足于课堂上听听课，课后没有复*、预*等学*环节，导致英语成绩提高缓慢。
二.教学目标
高二年级是高中的重要阶段，又是高中三年的承上启下阶段。因此，让学生在高二年级打好学科基础并有所发展是极其重要的。下列目标应在本学期内达到：巩固、扩大基础知识;培养口头和书面初步运用英语进行交际的能力，侧重培养阅读能力;发展智力，培养自学能力。争取在原有基础上有所提高。
三.本学期的教学内容及方法
根据教学步骤完成模块5及模块6的教学内容，根据学生的实际情况对教材练*适当做出调整，删减。让复杂问题简单化，使学生更容易掌握所学知识。利用《英语周报》加大学生的阅读量。提高阅读速度。此外，在本学期的教学中，要狠抓基础及单词、句型及语法等，扎实基础知识，突击写作训练，为高考打下扎实的基础。具体方法如下：
1、钻研并创造性地利用教材，灵活使用，发挥教材特点。
2、内容要求学生一定要过词汇关，反复朗读、默写单词、以便加强学生对基础知识的掌握。摒弃不切实际的教学步骤，抓重点，搞强化，在日常教学中渗透语法意识。利用教材提高学生的基本功，坚持默写单词及重点句型。
3、本学期仍要坚持训练学生的听力并开展任务型写作教学。扎实写作常用句型的同时，要求向句群篇章背诵过渡，培养良好的学**惯和写作基础。
4、培养学生的阅读能力，并以这些材料为基础，扩充学生词汇量，做到每学完一篇课文，就进行词汇检测。拓宽教材，扩展学生阅读量，努力补充学生的词汇。在*时教学过程中不断扩大学生的词汇量，词汇教学以新带旧，从而达到巩固扩充词汇的目的，做到经常督促、检测。
5、加大基础写作训练的力度，大力鼓励学生学以致用。并要求学生背范文、教师精选的课文段落、写作必背句型，使学生熟悉英语的句式结构及*惯用法，从句到篇，从而写出完整的英语文章。另外每周进行一篇的写作训练，鼓励运用背过的句型，提高学生的写作能力。
6、综合检查。准备每一单元做一次练*，主要以结合当前教学内容为主要测试内容, 间或分块测试，*题的训练在于精而不在于多。在教学中尽量按照高考的知识体系有针对性地选择典型性题目。针对共性问题进行精讲，让学生在书本中找到解决问题的源泉，学会思考、整理和归纳。

一、所教班级基本状况。
本学期我担任高二（15）、（16）班的英语教学，这个两个班都是理科*行班，经过上学期的教学，学生已基本适应了上课的流程和掌握务必的学*方法，但是学生的语法基础普遍薄弱，单词记忆不是很理想，听说读写的英语潜力也需要进一步提高。
二、教学指导思想。
注意根据我班学生实际，努力发展学生自主学*和合作学*的潜力；构成有效的英语学*策略；培养学生的综合运用语言的潜力；个性注重提高学生用英语进行思维和表达的潜力。继续拓宽学生的知识面，全面培养听、说、读、写四会潜力，理解、分析和阅读的潜力，让学生有效改善自我的英语学*。
三、教学任务及课时安排。
本学期要完成选修7和选修8的教学任务，共10个单元资料。每一单元用7—9课时，其中词汇2—3课时，阅读2课时，语法及写作1—2课时，*题1—2课时。两册书共需18周左右，最后二周左右进行考前复*。
四、主要措施。
（一）教学方面：
高二年级是高中的重要阶段，又是高中三年的承上启下阶段。因此，让学生在高二年级打好学科基础并有所发展是极其重要的。本学期应到达以下目标：巩固、扩大基础知识；培养口头和书面初步运用英语进行交际的潜力，侧重培养阅读潜力；发展智力，培养自学潜力。
具体来说：
1、加强学的研究，充分发挥学的主动性
只有当教与学构成了合力，教学才能取得的效果。因此，要帮忙学生养成良好的学**惯，指导他们掌握有效的学*方法，使他们乐学更善学。高中生应有的*惯和方法主要包括：
（1）学会查英语词典并勤查词典；坚持每一天朗读，学会背诵的有效方法；
（2）利用每一天的零碎时光反复多次记忆单词，学会记忆单词的多种方法；
（3）学会观察语言现象，总结语言规律如透过某例句总结出某词的用法；
（4）养成良好的作业*惯整洁、独立完成，掌握各种解题技巧；
（5）坚持预*，学会看书；
（6）用心思考、大胆质疑；
（7）学会记笔记和整理笔记。
2、强化三关训练，夯实语言功底。
词汇、阅读、语法是每个立志要学好英语的人务必 过的三关，三者有联系但不能相互代替。
词汇教学主要是使学生掌握词义、词的搭配和用法。
具体做法如下：
（1）积累词语，对课文涉及的重要词语，要总结、查字典解释重点记忆。
（2）每单元写一百字左右与课文资料相关的作文短文阅读是吸收信息、学*语言、提高水*的最有效途径。因此，提高学生的阅读理解潜力是教学的重要目标之一。本学期将有计划地坚持每周补充几篇课外阅读文章并让学生阅读报刊文章写点评，让学生在超多阅读中提高阅读理解潜力。
3、语法是英语的框架结构。
高中英语语法项目较多，为帮忙学生理清思路，准确表达思想，务必引导学生学好语法。本学期将在每周安排一节课，系统地和学生一齐学*各项语法资料。
4、在阅读方面。
阅读理解潜力的培养是高中教学的重点，也是高考的重头戏。在单元教学中精心设计一节课阅读课，充分培养锻炼学生的阅读潜力，阅读技巧，阅读速度和阅读效率，并且有计划的指导学生掌握科学的阅读方法。
5、在写作方面。
坚持每周一次作文训练，训练题材、方法力求多样化，并能及时进行讲评。并针对我班学生的写作基础，给予英文写作的指导和误区分析，可适当让学生多背诵一些常用的句型，句式，词汇和短语，或是很有代表性的范文。鼓励学生写英文日记，对个别英语特差的学生尽量多批改、多指导。
（二）在教研方面：
1、认真研究新课程标准，尤其与旧大纲不一样的地方，清楚哪些资料是新增加的，哪些资料是已经删掉的，哪些资料初中已经学的。认真研究新教材，在群众备课的基础上认真备课、上课，认真进行自*辅导和批改作业。
2、坚持每周互相听评课活动，相互取长补短，提高自我的教学潜力。
3、群众备课是提高教学质量和整体教学水*的有力保证，有利于教师互为补充、共同提高。作为高二英语组备课组长，除了安排好组内成员的各项任务和完成自我所负责的任务以外，我会按时参加群众备课，群众备课前先了解所教单元的重点、难点及在高考中的比重及为完成教学资料所用的教法，然后与全组人员共同探讨，最后确定下来。
