好不容易等到九点，我催妈妈：“包饺子了。”妈妈说：“还早呢。”我只好静心地等待。终于妈妈拿出饺子皮宣布开始包，我连忙拿出做饺子的工具，它是白色的，像两只耳朵。我又拿起一张皮子，放在工具上，用清水在皮子四周涂了一圈。妈妈说：“这样饺子皮会粘住，烧起来饺子才不会破裂。”接着，在皮子上放上用茭白、豆腐干、咸菜和肉抄成的馅儿。最后，用夹子使劲一夹，哈！一只饺子做成了。就这样，我用这种方法做了好几只呢！妈妈包的饺子更妙，她是用手包的，用的馅儿比我的多，饺子还能站起来呢！皮子包完了，妈妈把饺子端进厨房，我在一旁看着奶奶烧饺子。奶奶先在锅里放了一点清水，盖上锅盖，打开煤气灶，立刻，红红的火舌欢快地舔着锅底，不一会儿，奶奶揭开锅盖，只见水在里面沸腾着，奶奶把饺子一个一个地放进去，饺子马上沉到了锅底，把盖子盖上。
过了几分钟，奶奶揭开锅盖，只见一只只熟了的饺子漂在水面上，鼓鼓的，像个胖胖的枕头。奶奶把饺子盛到一只大碗里，放进味精、盐、醋。我连忙拿起小勺迫不及待地品尝，我咬了一只，呀，鲜中带酸，好吃极了,我又咬了第二只，第三只……不一会儿，一大碗饺子就被我吃了个底朝天，再看看我的肚子，鼓鼓的，就像个大饺子，妈妈看了，笑得前仰后合，我也不由自主地笑了。
