要继续深入开展“清理整顿违法排污企业、保障群众健康”和“清查放射源，让百姓放心”等环保专项行动，切实解决群众反映强烈的环境问题，严厉打击环境违法行为，清除环境安全隐患，维护人民群众的切身利益和地区环境安全。要切实深入贯彻落实环境保护目标责任制，强化环境质量责任意识，加大环境保护宣传力度，不断提高公众环境保护意识，激发共同参与的自觉性、主动性，推动“绿色社区”“绿色学校”“环保友好企业”“环境优美乡镇”等的创建活动的深入开展。

城市垃圾是当今世界的一大环境问题，对于它的管理和处置，已成为影响环境保护、威胁身体健康和阻碍城市可持续发展的一个重要因素。年，市实行了城市生活垃圾袋装化，继而又实行了生活垃圾上门收集，装潢垃圾、营业垃圾袋装。几年来，经过大家努力，使我市成为全国第一个实行生活垃圾袋装化成功的城市。

每天在街上行走，我发现在这座城市，很少有人步行了和骑单车。
