In the third grade,because the teacher asked,"who wants to play Frisbee dodgeball?" I thought it was very interesting,so I took part in it,and some teachers came to teach us.The teacher often said,"you cant bend your hands too much,otherwise your hands are easy to get hurt.You should do warm-up exercises before playing frisbee,so that you wont get cramps in the middle of playing."
