I like to look into the mirror. I remember when I was a little girl, I often stood on my toes, trying to find my face in the mirror of the dressing table, which was nearly as high as I was. Now I still like to look into the mirror. Only now, the dressing table is too low for me. As I bend down, I see the face of a young woman, glowing with maturity, confident in her future and fascinated with her own reflection.
The fact that I like to look into the mirror has to do with my granny with whom I spent most of my childhood. I remember clearly that one night I heard her murmuring, "Women can't be seen. I have been living a different life. At home, I make decisions together with the rest of the family. In school, I often take charge of various activities the same as other boys and girls. Not only that, I can see something granny could not have dreamed of─making decisions for my own future. My life has been a series of decisions. I could choose from several universities as I came out of high school. At university, I could choose from a range of subjects from English literature to business law. And now upon graduation, I am again faced with decisions─to further my study or to go to work; to stay in China or to go abroad; to get married right away or to remain single for a bit longer.
It does not matter whether or not I will become famous or rich, but I will treasure the chance to demonstrate my potential and to help other women demonstrate theirs as full members of society, fully visible in the mirror of history. I will treasure it because the abundance of choice that I enjoy came only after decades of efforts made by my granny, my mum, and millions of other Chinese women.
However, the choices to be made by me and others of my generation are a great challenge. The misconception that men are superior to women is still dominating many people's minds. While men are encouraged to compete and to assert themselves, we are expected to be quiet, loyal and obedient. This is not very different from what is expected of us as good wives and good mothers. The challenge we face calls for a higher level of our personal development and self-determination.

i had always been afraid of having the intravenous drop in hospital. the first time i was taken to have the drop, i cried for almost half an hour and finally gave off at father's severe scolding. watching the cold needle stabbing into my skin, i cried even more loudly. at that time, i never dared to take a glance at my hand and always needed my mother to stay with me at my side. even if mum had told me many times," honey, there’s nothing to be scared of. just close your eyes and sleep." i would still keep my eyes wide open, watching the liquid flow through the bottle and never slept.

I like to look into the mirror. I remember when I was a little girl, I often stood on my toes, trying to find my face in the mirror of the dressing table, which was nearly as high as I was. I have been living a different life. At home, I make decisions together with the rest of the family. In school, I often take charge of various activities the same as other boys and girls. I could choosefromseveral universities as I came out of high school. At university, I could choosefroma range of subjectsfromEnglish literature to business law. I will treasure it because the abundance of choice that I enjoy came only after decades of efforts made by my granny, my mum, and millions of other Chinese women.
However, the choices to be made by me and others of my generation are a great challenge. The misconception that men are superior to women is still dominating many people's minds. While men are encouraged to compete and to assert themselves, we are expected to be quiet, loyal and obedient. This is not very differentfromwhat is expected of us as good wives and good mothers. The challenge we face calls for a higher level of our personal development and self-determination.
The story of my grandmother and myself mirrors the lives of millions of other women in China and perhaps in the world. Many of them still lead the life of my grandmother. Their worth is not yet recognized. It is the responsibility of a young person like me to work hard and struggle hard so that they too will see themselves and will be seen in the mirror of society.

“自古多情伤离别”，尽管我们留恋，我们不舍，我们珍惜，但我们深知时钟的“嘀嗒”不会因为我们的祈祷而停息。生命也正是因为这一次次的留别而不断丰盈。分别之际，老师又有很多的不放心，所以我们希望你们记住：
1、认真做好每件事，踏实走好每一步，保持金子般的品质，留下美丽的亮点。无论在哪，都要注重自己品德的修养，尤其是要懂得感恩。华罗庚说过：“人家帮我，永志不忘，我帮人家，莫记心上。”忘恩的人落在困难中是不能得救的。所以你们要感激在成长道路上关心帮助你们的所有人，理解他们，尊重他们，并用你们的实际行动去回报他们，因为只有懂得感恩的孩子才会有发展。
2、确定目标，矢志不渝的前行，功崇唯志，业精唯勤，只有努力和坚持，才会离目标更进一步。说到这我不禁想起了一些孩子，凭借天赐的聪明，便不踏实，不用功。“书山有路勤为径，学海无涯苦作舟”，靠耍小聪明，终难成大器。只有用勤奋来登书山，过学海，刻苦努力，才会到达人生的顶峰。
同学们，今天的毕业典礼，既是庆祝既得的胜利，又是预祝崭新的开始。毕业是一个里程碑，它不是终点，而是一个新的起点。初中的三年学*生活已经为你们积累了足够的信心和实力，只要你们把拼搏当做*惯，牢记“勤奋求实、团结爱校”的母校校训，终有一天你会在理想的巅峰指点江山。记住，无论你们走到哪，我们的心始终和你们在一起，无论你们在哪，也都不要忘记常回家看看。

大家上午好！我是7号选手，今天我的演讲题目是《安全是一种幸福》。
2008年那场突如其来的汶川特大地震，以及今年发生的泥石流、洪涝灾害，在这些天灾来临的片刻，无数个生命永远地撒手而去，一时间，多少豪情壮志、多少放飞的梦想、多少美丽的依恋、多少还没有来得及回报的恩情，一切都不复存在了。生命，就在我们不经意之间，用一种悲壮、惨烈的方式诠释着她的脆弱与珍贵。
天灾，或许我们任何人都无法抗拒，但是安全却与我们息息相关。其实，在我们企业甚至车间，经常发生着各种各样的安全责任事故，今年年初，我们单位发生的“1。8”高处坠落事故，回想起那可怕的一幕，不禁让人胆战心寒。当我们静下心来，仔细分析每件事故的背后，哪一起不是因为安全责任不到位而成为事故的罪魁祸首？哪一起事故又不是因为侥幸麻痹违章操作而让我们深陷悲痛之中呢？没有安全，生命得不到保障，幸福又在哪里呢？
幸福是什么演讲稿安全是什么？安全是企业的生命、是家庭的圆满、是工作的快乐、是单位的效益；安全是一种珍爱生命的人生态度；安全更是一种幸福！
做好安全生产工作，是企业生存发展的基本要求，是事关职工群众切身利益，事关企业发展稳定的大事。职工必须坚持“安全第一、预防为主、综合治理”的安全生产方针，在实际工作中严格遵守“三不伤害”的原则，以饱满的热情，积极的工作态度，在各自不同的岗位中奉献自己的聪明才智，为企业的发展与壮大贡献自己的一份力量。

因违规操作而付出了生命的代价，却给活着的人留下了无尽的哀伤，父母失去了年轻的儿子，让白发苍苍的父母在本该安度晚年的幸福生活中如何去承受老年丧子的悲痛；年轻的妻子失去了心爱的丈夫，成为她一生中难以抚*的伤痛；年幼待哺的孩子再无法享受到父亲那博大深厚的关爱。
这一切无疑不是在告诉我们：生命不仅属于你自己，生命也属于你的父母、你的爱人、你的孩子以及所有那些关心爱护你的亲人和朋友们。珍爱生命，杜绝安全责任事故的发生，就是最大的幸福！
历数以往发生的大大小小的事故，无一不与粗心、疏忽、违章操作有关。其实，工作时一丝不苟，严格遵守操作规程，遵守规章制度，杜绝违章作业，我们就离安全很*很*。每道工序、每个岗位都不是孤立存在的，岗位与岗位、人与人之间存在相互关联，相互照应的，当有人违章操作时，当看到不安全行为时，我们温馨及时的提醒和制止，又可以最大化的远离安全事故！
安全是生命的基石，安全是回家的路途。牢记安全，我们每一名职工才能高高兴兴上班来，**安安回家去，我们每一个家庭就会更加欢乐更加幸福！

安全就是一种幸福！
在许多公众场合，领导干部经常要作即兴演讲，要做到临场不乱，侃侃而谈面试即兴演讲技巧，必须掌握即兴演讲的一些基本技巧。
打好腹稿，巧用"三段论"
所谓领导的即兴演讲，就是指事前没有作准备的情况下，在不同场合根据不同的情况发表的即*讲话。要求演讲者须具有较强的表达能力、思维能力、应变能力等综合素质。因此对于领导来来说，即兴演讲要做到"突然临之而不惊"，就先要打好"腹稿"。
腹稿酝酿方式有多种多样，一般可采用"三段论"形式，即把演讲的内容分"三部分"来论述。第一部分是"认识论"。要主要是谈看法、谈思想、谈认识，说明某一事项的重要性、必要性、紧迫性或是可行性。归根到底是要提高听众对某事物的认识，接受、重视某一事物。第二个部分是"实践论"。即指导听众在实际工作中怎公去做，应做哪些事，谈措施，谈任务，谈方法。在一些会议上也可以说是布置工作。第三部分是"强调论"。对"怎么做好"某件事提要求，强调要从哪些方面来保证某项工作达到既定目标。在"三段论"的每一个论点下再拟出若干小观点即兴演讲主题，大论点统帅小观点，一篇即兴演讲的"腹稿"就算基本完成。
临场发挥把握"三方法"
临场发挥是领导都即兴演讲的灵魂。其方法较常见的有三种：
一是借题发挥。
就是把某一场合的主题外延扩大或缩小来进行阐述。由*到远，由内到外，由此及彼，借此喻彼，展开联想，深化主题。它的好处在于：可以激发联想，丰富演讲素材，能够保证"有话可讲"或是"有话说不完"。比方说某地召开企业改革会议，临时请某领导作即*讲话，就可从"改革"入手，通过延伸外延的方式来论述，由当地改革延伸到古今中外改革，把古今的改革成功范例贯彻其间来讲。但须注意不要扯得太远，漫无边际，离题万里。
二是典型引路。
即兴演讲如果对某一事物感到"如何即兴演讲"或者是"难以展开"时，充分运用大量的典型来阐述是一个最佳选择。用典型事例论证论点，用典型做"引子"，寓理于事中，变深奥为通俗，变虚为实，展开阐述，说服听众，可增强演讲的生动性、说理性、通俗性，但要注意，不要罗列大量典型，要选择具有代表性的典型说深说透。
三是避实就虚。
当领导演讲时遇到自己并不十分熟悉的问题时要注意"扬长避短"，对不熟悉的事物不要讲得太具体，太务实，主要从宏观上，多讲一些自己较熟悉的带指导性的意见。比方说在一些技术性较强的会议上，领导就不要在一些具体操作方面发表意见，因为对自己并不太熟的东西，如果讲得不缜密就会闹"笑话"。
讲求效果遵循"三原则"
领导即兴演讲效果的好坏取决于多种因素，但一场精彩的即兴演讲，起码应该遵循三个英语即兴演讲技巧原则：
一是遵循逻辑性原则。
也就是要把握好演讲过程中语言、内容、结构等前后左右的内在联系。
二是遵循创造性原则。
在整个演讲中要有自己的观点，有自己独立思考问题和解决问题的方式方法。
三是遵循鼓动性原则。
领导演讲的目的就在于发动群众，组织群众。因此，富有鼓动性是即兴演讲的一个重要原则。领导要通过演讲向听众传递信息、表达见解、输灌思想，让听从自觉接受演讲者的观点，引起"共鸣"

On the night of March 1, the 76th Annual Academy Awards was shown on television. After watching it, I had a dream, a sudden wish, that some day, I could receive an Oscar award, or a nomination, for a movie Ive made.
While I was schooling in Australia, my friends from school and I received a n assignment one day, "To make a ten to twenty minute movie on the topic of your choice." At the time, the trend was based around the popular Matrix movie trilogy, so that became our obvious choice.
Because our schedule was very tight, and it was a first time experience, we found it all very hard work, but when we released our production at school, it was worth it. After my friends and I showed the movie, we could not get from one end of the school to the other without getting congratulated about five or six times. We, especially I, were proud. We made a school-wide sensation.
From then on, I became obsessed with how to make movies and how filming is done. I just wanted to know about everyone and everything that has something to do with movies. I would watch a movie four to five times, just to find out how one camera angle, or special effect was produced. I found everything I watched quite amazing. I sometimes admired directors and producers of these films because the techniques they use are so smart. Their cleverness inspired me to make and act in movies.

when i was nine years old i went off to summer camp for the first time. and my mother packed me a suitcase full of books, which to me seemed like a perfectly natural thing to do. because in my family, reading was the primary group activity. and this might sound antisocial to you, but for us it was really just a different way of being social. you have the animal warmth of your family sitting right next to you, but you are also free to go roaming around the adventureland inside your own mind. and i had this idea that camp was going to be just like this, but better. (laughter) i had a vision of 10 girls sitting in a cabin cozily reading books in their matching nightgowns.

camp was more like a keg party without any alcohol. and on the very first day our counselor gathered us all together and she taught us a cheer that she said we would be doing every day for the rest of the summer to instill camp spirit. and it went like this: “r-o-w-d-i-e, that's the way we spell rowdie. rowdie, rowdie, let's get rowdie.“ yeah. so i couldn't figure out for the life of me why we were supposed to be so rowdy, or why we had to spell this word incorrectly. (laughter) but i recited a cheer. i recited a cheer along with everybody else. i did my best. and i just waited for the time that i could go off and read my books.
but the first time that i took my book out of my suitcase, the coolest girl in the bunk came up to me and she asked me, “why are you being so mellow?“ -- mellow, of course, being the exact opposite of r-o-w-d-i-e. and then the second time i tried it, the counselor came up to me with a concerned expression on her face and she repeated the point about camp spirit and said we should all work very hard to be outgoing.
and so i put my books away, back in their suitcase, and i put them under my bed, and there they stayed for the rest of the summer. and i felt kind of guilty about this. i felt as if the books needed me somehow, and they were calling out to me and i was forsaking them. but i did forsake them and i didn't open that suitcase again until i was back home with my family at the end of the summer.
now, i tell you this story about summer camp. i could have told you 50 others just like it -- all the times that i got the message that somehow my quiet and introverted style of being was not necessarily the right way to go, that i should be trying to pass as more of an extrovert. and i always sensed deep down that this was wrong and that introverts were pretty excellent just as they were. but for years i denied this intuition, and so i became a wall street lawyer, of all things, instead of the writer that i had always longed to be -- partly because i needed to prove to myself that i could be bold and assertive too. and i was always going off to crowded bars when i really would have preferred to just have a nice dinner with friends. and i made these self-negating choices so reflexively, that i wasn't even aware that i was making them.
now this is what many introverts do, and it's our loss for sure, but it is also our colleagues' loss and our communities' loss. and at the risk of sounding grandiose, it is the world's loss. because when it comes to creativity and to leadership, we need introverts doing what they do best. a third to a half of the population are introverts -- a third to a half. so that's one out of every two or three people you know. so even if you're an extrovert yourself, i'm talking about your coworkers and your spouses and your children and the person sitting next to you right now -- all of them subject to this bias that is pretty deep and real in our society. we all internalize it from a very early age without even having a language for what we're doing.

i have the answer to a question that we've all asked. the question is, why is it that the letter x represents the unknown? now i know we learned that in math class, but now it's everywhere in the culture -- the x prize, the x-files, project x, tedx. where'd that come from?
about six years ago i decided that i would learn arabic, which turns out to be a supremely logical language. to write a word or a phrase or a sentence in arabic is like crafting an equation, because every part is extremely precise and carries a lot of information. that's one of the reasons so much of what we've come to think of as western science and mathematics and engineering was really worked out in the first few centuries of the common era by the persians and the arabs and the turks.
this includes the little system in arabic called al-jebra. and al-jebr roughly translates to “the system for reconciling disparate parts.“ al-jebr finally came into english as algebra. one example among many.
the arabic texts containing this mathematical wisdom finally made their way to europe -- which is to say spain -- in the 11th and 12th centuries. and when they arrived there was tremendous interest in translating this wisdom into a european language.
but there were problems. one problem is there are some sounds in arabic that just don't make it through a european voice box without lots of practice. trust me on that one. also, those very sounds tend not to be represented by the characters that are available in european languages.
here's one of the culprits. this is the letter sheen, and it makes the sound we think of as sh -- “sh.“ it's also the very first letter of the word shalan, which means “something“ just like the the english word “something“ -- some undefined, unknown thing.
now in arabic, we can make this definite by adding the definite article “al.“ so this is al-shalan -- the unknown thing. and this is a word that appears throughout early mathematics, such as this 10th century derivation of proofs.
the problem for the medieval spanish scholars who were tasked with translating this material is that the letter sheen and the word shalan can't be rendered into spanish because spanish doesn't have that sh, that “sh“ sound. so by convention, they created a rule in which they borrowed the ck sound, “ck“ sound, from the classical greek in the form of the letter kai.
later when this material was translated into a common european language, which is to say latin, they sim*** replaced the greek kai with the latin x. and once that happened, once this material was in latin, it formed the basis for mathematics textbooks for almost 600 years.
but now we have the answer to our question. why is it that x is the unknown? x is the unknown because you can't say “sh“ in spanish. (laughter) and i thought that was worth sharing.

Today the topic of my impromtu speech is that when it is dark enough, you can see the stars. I can’t agree with this saying more. In my opinion, Darkness is about the frustrations. “enough” is about the effort and the “stars” are the hopes, dreams or success. So this saying teaches me three things: making my objective and direction clear, being prepared for wrestling with frustrations and difficulties and importantly, keeping in faith. So, I have three points to support my opinion.
First, we should make our objective and direction clear before we set out. We can’t see the stars during the day time. Is it because that there are no stars here? Of cause not. The stars are over there in the sky all the time. We can’t see them because they are hidden behind the sunlignt. So, we shouldnot waste our time. Rather, we should turn to the night to find our stars. So before we set out for our dreams. It’s very important to know what exactly we want and which direction to go to find it.
Second, we should be prepared for wresting with frustrations and difficulties. We can’t expect that the way to our objective are smooth and easy. In the darkness, we may feel cold, lonely and be afraid of some unexpected frustrations, just as on the way to our dreams and success. But, only in darkness could we see the stars. Similarly, only by experiencing harships and setbacks can we be clear about our goals and objectives. So, we should be not afraid of the difficulties we have to experience. Rather, we should hold a positive attitude to fully prepared for them.
The last but not the least point is that we should keep in faith and don’t give up. Sometime we may feel disappointed after having been working hard for such a long time but still can’t reach our dreams. But, we shouldn’t give up and instead we should just keep in faith. 世界上有太多的聪明人。你看那些发明创造，你看那些兵书战策，你看那些宦海浮沉，你看那些商界智斗。迷宫也好、陷阱也好，阴谋诡计也好，到处都透着聪明。都说狐狸狡猾，但跟人的聪明相比，只能是小巫见大巫了。
大家都这么聪明，为什么有的人成功，有的人不成功呢？因为聪明是分层次的，第一层为小聪明，也就是频于耍心眼，跟谁都耍，连亲朋好友也不例外。耍来耍去，最后如曹雪芹所说，机关算尽太聪明，反误了卿卿性命。小聪明虽可一时得意，但很难成功。第二个层次是大聪明，也称为智慧，属高—瞻远瞩型。他们往往会大智若愚，大巧若拙，大勇若怯。他们内心的善良与真诚让人感到信赖和依靠，值得信任，又有人追随，因而他们会有更多的机会，去获取成功。大聪明可能吃一些亏，但总能成功。所以人们才说，吃亏是福。想成功的人，一定要有吃亏的准备。
人生匆匆不过数十载，我们如何能抓住这指缝间流逝的光阴？如何能让生命活得更有质量呢？我想，唯有在我们懂事之时起就做到勤学、识礼、求实、奋进，才能让我们延长生命的长度，提高生命的质量。如果说人生是一部乐曲，那么勤学、识礼、求实、奋进就是人生乐曲上的'四个主要音符。
第一音符：勤学
张衡曾说过：人生在勤，不索何获。高尔基也说过：天才出于勤奋。这些话都说得千真万确，古今中外，几乎所有取得突出成就的人都有一部勤学、刻苦、奋斗竞争的历史，绝少有靠投机取巧取胜的。东汉的孙敬和战国的苏秦悬梁刺股，而成为著名的政治家；波兰的居里夫人十年如一日勤奋研究科学，才发现了贡献全人类的镭元素；歌唱家***勤奋练声，才会在世界音乐大厅维也纳唱响全世界。成为名人需要勤学，普通人完成事业也要勤学。农民种田要勤才有收获，2人生产要勤才有效益，商人做生意要勤才有利润。学生学*要勤才有成绩
在这个充满竞争的社会，唯有勤学至老才能立足于社会。
第二音符：识礼
勤学使我们长知识，但光有知识没有礼节也是行不远的。知书还要达礼！只有勤学识礼才能为自己增添魅力和光彩。
识礼既要懂得礼仪，知道礼节，深知做人的道理。
我国古代有许多关于礼的成语，像：彬彬有礼、知书达礼、恭而有礼等。我国自古就被称为礼仪之邦，最看重一个礼字。从一个礼字可以看出一个人的学识、品格，识礼之士必是个有修养、有文化的得体之士。识礼是对别人和自己的尊重，识礼是与人交往的试金石。一个人不识礼必成孤独无援的人，一个国家不识礼必成为必塞落后的国家。在这个合作的社会里，唯有识礼才能和谐致远。
第三音符：求实
求实，顾名思义就是实事求是，追求真理。实事求是是勤奋刻苦，锐意进取的敬业精神。坚持实事求是，就是严格按客观规律办事，这就是成就一番事业的必要条件。
古人说过：知之为知之，不知为不知，是知也。作为当代学生，我们也需要不弄虚作假的学*态度。不复制别人的答案，不滥竽充数。既要追求和掌握真理，又要排除各种干扰勇敢地去坚持和捍卫真理。在这个务实的社会里，唯有求实才能文明进步。
第四音符：奋进
天行健，君子以自强不息。这是《周易》中的一句话，意思是君子应该像天宇一样运行不息，即使癫沛流离，也不屈不挠；如果你是君子天的运动刚强劲健，相应于此，君子处世，应像天一样，自我力求进步，刚毅坚卓，发奋图强，永不停息。几千年前的古人都知道此理，何况文明社会中的我们？
人要保持一颗自强不息的心，要与困难做斗争，正所谓世上无难事，只要肯攀登。困难像弹簧，你强它就弱，你弱它就强。在这个危机四伏的社会里，唯有发奋图强、勇于创新，才能迎难而上。
我们青少年正处于人生玈途的花季，青春年少，风华正茂。初中阶段正是人的身心和智能发展最为迅速、最为显著的时期，也是我们掌握知识、塑造自我的黄金时期。三分钟诚信的演讲稿演讲稿。我们要树立远大志向，为将来用我们的勤奋，用我们的学识，用我们求实奋进的精神去优雅地摘取成功之果而奋斗。

**银行发展的明天不是昨天和今天量的重复，而是质的飞跃。可以预料，信息网络技术的飞速发展及其与金融全球化的高度紧密结合，将使全球金融发展进入一个新的历史时期——网络金融时代。这是一个对金融服务业极富挑战性的时代，传统意义上的银行业正渐渐离我们运去，新世纪的银行服务内容需要我们共同探索和建造。
在数据大机集中处理和综合业务系统应用的基础上，采用综合柜员制，任何网络化、标准化产品和服务都可以在营业柜台实现，并由一个柜员负责处理每笔业务的全过程。未来的银行服务还将通过网络像水、电、气一样普遍地深入到广大居民的生活，随开随用，一个页面、一个电话就将完成其所需的基本服务。“一窗式”服务将成为未来银行营业界面提供的最基本的服务模式。

未来银行将是知识型银行。未来的银行既不是劳动密集型产业，也不是资金密集型产业，而是信息、知识密集型产业。决定银行业竞争胜负的主要因素将不再是高楼大厦、资金规模和机构网点，而是银行全员的高素质和知识化。管理层不仅要有驾驭全局的能力和丰富的业务管理经验，而且要成为信息技术应用的指引司机和沟通的桥梁，实现对技术的高效管理和决策信息的.熟练应用。可以预料，未来的银行员工是熟悉业务的科技人员和熟悉科技的业务人员的统一体，不存在纯粹意义上的科技人员和业务人员。银行未来的业务发展是人脑＋电脑的集合体，是技术＋智力的产品组合，是实体银行与虚拟银行的并存发展。精品服务需要精英人才来落实。

由商报与下城区社区学院联办的“市民大课堂”第三十一讲昨天下午2点半在潮鸣街道小天竺社区活动室进行，下城区红十会医院杨清医师给市民们上了一堂“青少年青春期性教育”课，除了青少年，附*不少爸爸妈妈，甚至爷爷奶奶们都闻讯而来。
从月经的形成到男性青春期的特征，杨清医师一一详细讲解，特别提出了关于“早恋”的问题。对于早恋的危害，杨医师提出了4点：
一、影响学*和生活。
有的中学生错误地认为“只要两人志同道合，不会影响学*”或是“相互促进学*”。但从医学角度上讲，早恋者往往以恋爱为中心，情感为对方所牵制，加上身心未成熟，不影响学*几乎是不可能的。很多家长和老师之所以能发现孩子们早恋，往往是从他们的学*成绩下滑开始的`。
二、早恋容易让人受到伤害。
青少年态度不稳定，恋爱中容易产生矛盾，心理不成熟、脆弱且耐受力差，容易在情感波折中受到伤害。有的青少年因早恋受挫而怀疑人生，给自己的感情生活投下阴影，甚至影响今后婚姻生活。
三、早恋容易出现性过失。
青少年性意识萌发，容易激动，因一时兴致而不计行为后果。而出现越轨行为后，又会羞于启齿、担惊受怕。这些都会对今后人生产生影响。某些人产生的自卑感、挫败感甚至会严重影响以后生活。在一个对性犯罪进行的调查中显示，50。1%的男性罪犯和71。9%女性罪犯首次性犯罪的年龄均在15—19岁之间。

大家好！今天我演讲的题目是节约水资源水是生命之源，生命之本，人类的健康是先从水来的。全球有20亿人口正处于严重缺水状况！也就是说水是20亿人生命之所系。而全世界每年因喝了不干净的水而死亡的儿童就有5000万人！这数字是多么令人怵目惊心！水的危机，已经向人类敲响了警钟！节约用水，保护水资源是现在的重中之重！
为了节约、保护水资源，我觉得大家应该杜绝随便扔垃圾的不良*惯，把垃圾扔至垃圾筒；工厂的叔叔阿姨们要坚决不让工业废水流进江河湖泊，要进行无害化处理才能排放；如果家里水管有漏水现象，要马上找人修理；要养成节约用水的好*惯，不随便浪费水资源（如玩水枪，洗菜、衣服的水可以用来冲厕所等）。
如果我们每天节约一滴水，一年就节约365滴水，十年就节约3650滴水。如果这么节约的`话这些水能喝五、六年的。所以我们要节约水资源。 让我们携起手来，共同节约用水，保护水资源！相信通过我们大家的努力，一定能够做到！养成有礼貌的好*惯！

早上好！今天我要讲的话题是“培养文明*惯，做文明学生”。
我先给你讲两个例子：
第一个例子是新加坡是一个讲英语的国家，这个国家的公共场所的标语大部分是用英语写的。但是，一些涉及文明礼貌的标语，如“禁止随地吐痰”、“禁止吸烟”、“禁止进入草坪”，都是用中文写的。为什么？人们回答：因为这些不文明行为大多是来自中国大陆的游客。为此，一位访问新加坡的中学校长兴致勃勃地说：不文明行为也是国家的耻辱。
第二个例子是：据央视报道，国庆后***广场随处可见口香糖残渣，特别刺眼。占地40万*方米的***广场有60万块口香糖残渣，部分地方不到一*方米的地面上有9块口香糖污渍。密集的景点与***广场的神圣和庄严形成了强烈的对比。
以上两个例子说明，文明中的一切都是由细节组成的。通过这些细节可以看出，文明离我们国家还很远，所以每个学生都要养成文明*惯，做文明学生。尤其是石桥中心小学的同学们，你们很多人都经历了各种渠道和努力，才得以成为了施桥中心小学的一员。然而遗憾的是，在我们身边，在一部分同学身上，还是有着一些不文明行为。例如，我们的校园内、楼梯上总能见到与我们美丽的校园极不和谐的白色垃圾，尤其星期六、星期日教室里、校园内垃圾随处可见，甚至有的同学认为，反正有值日的同学打扫，扔了又何妨；再例如可见在教室走廊上的起哄大闹，走路推推搡搡，随意撞坏门窗，也不觉心疼；再例如校园内部分同学之间相互的讲脏话、粗话，随意攀爬学校墙头、**围栏和车棚围栏，甚至还有个别同学故意损坏学校公共财物。我们很多同学把文化知识的学*放在首位而常常忽略了社会公德、文明*惯的养成，而这恰恰从本质上体现一个人的思想品质。事实上，良好的行为*惯是保证我们良好学*的前提，也是树立健康人格的基础。在学校没有良好的行为*惯的同学就目无纪律，不讲卫生，扰乱整个学校的学*环境。相反，如果我们养成了文明的行为*惯，学*环境就是良好的、有序的。我们知道：一个学校的学生具有良好的文明行为*惯，才能构建出优良的学*环境，创造出优良的学*成绩。现在，我们正处于人生中最关键的探索时期，在这个时期的所作所为，将潜移默化的影响到我们自身的心理素质，而文明的行为就在帮助我们提高自身的心理素质，同时也完善了自身的道德品质，如果我们不在此时，抓好自身的道德素质建设，那我们纵然拥有了丰富的科学文化知识，于人于己于社会又有何用呢，所以，我们应该先**，后成材，不要做一部单纯掌握一些知识技能的机器，而要成为一个身心和谐发展的人。文明就是我们素质的前沿，拥有文明，那我们就拥有了世界上最为宝贵的`精神财富。
无数事例表明，走向事业辉煌，开创成功人生的关键，是品德高尚的情操。代表民族未来的我们，需要学*继承的东西有很多很多，然而最基本的问题是，我们究竟要以什么样的精神风貌，什么样的思想品质，什么样的道德水准，去接过人类文明的接力棒。同学们，我们播下一个动作，使收获一个*惯；播下一个*惯，使收获一个品格；文明已被人们放在心里的一个重要位置，时时刻刻在与文明交谈，千万不要把文明行为*惯看作小事。每个人的举手投足之间都传递着丰富的文明信息，让我们从现在做起，从自己做起，从点点滴滴的小事做起，养成良好的文明*惯，做文明学生，管住我们的口，不随地吐痰；管住我们的手，不乱扔垃圾；管住我们我们的脚，不践踏花草。我相信，我们全体师生经过努力，一定会营造成一个宁静、有序、有着良好学*环境的校园。谢谢大家。
手表少了一个齿轮还能转吗？电脑少了个抽风机还能开吗？火箭少了一颗螺丝还能上天吗？小事虽小，影响颇大。
一树一菩提，一沙一世界。生活的一切原本就是由细节构成的，然而细节往往最容易被人忽视。古英格兰有一首著名的民谣：“少了一枚铁钉，掉了一只马掌，掉了一只马掌，丢
了一匹战马，丢了一匹战马，败了一场战役，败了一场战役，丢了一个国家。”这是发生在英国查理三世的故事。查理准备与里奇蒙德决一死战，查理让一个马夫去给自己的战马钉马掌，铁匠钉到第四个马掌时，差一个钉子，铁匠便偷偷敷衍了事，不久，查理和对方交上了火，大战中忽然一只马掌掉了，国王被掀翻在地，王国随之易主。百分之一的错误导致了百分之百的失败，一钉损一马，一马失社稷！你是否听到一个远去的王朝风中的悲鸣——细节决定成败！。
细节决定成败，这不仅只适用于企业国家间，它体现在生活中的每一个角落里，包括我们的学*。最终的'分数排名固然吸引眼球，但是过程中的每一个小小的细节更不能被忽视。做作业的认真程度，上课的专心与否，甚至于做考卷的是否细心，都很大程度地在最后的分数上得到证明。成与败，决定于日积月累的每一个细节。
荀子在《劝学》中讲到：“不积跬步，无以至千里；不积小流，无以成江海”如果我们不重视细节，千里大堤，狂风巨浪未能移其毫厘，可谓牢不可破。然而蝼蚁入侵，日削月割，大堤最终倒塌。百年巨树，雷击山崩不能毁其生命，可谓顽强不屈，但是小小甲虫却能咬破树皮，吃空树干。正因为这些常常被忽略掉的蝼蚁、甲虫，才使得看似牢不可破的大堤、巨树变得脆弱不堪，因此，细节性的问题往往会成为致命的问题，对待事物不能忽视细节，微小的事物一旦被忽略就会由小引大，终会造成无可挽回的后果。这就是细节，如果注意不到这个小细节，那么原本应该是“100—1=99”的等式就会变成“100—1=0”，我们所做的都将功亏一篑，1%的错误导致的100%的失败。
同学们，责任铸就辉煌，而细节却决定成败！
每每提起健康，大家首先想到的就是身体健康。诚然，我们不能否定身体健康的重要性，我们也无法避免会看到那些因为疾病而远离我们的亲人朋友。但是大家有没有想过，身体健康的丧失难道与心理健康的失调没有一点关系吗？
你一定会反驳道：我觉得我的心理很健康，但为什么还经常得病呢？
就让我们随便举几个生活中的例子吧。有些人，承受着重大的生活压力，却不知如何排解，终于引发了高血压等现代疾病；有些人在面临一些重要场合的时候，会出现很紧张的心理表现，从而引发了一系列不适的'生理现象；还有些人胆小竟然被吓死，心眼小被活活气死。虽然最后这类现象不是很常见，但他们也是有发生的可能，而这从侧面也或多或少的向我们了展示了身体健康与心理健康的关系。所以要想做一个健康的人，不仅要追求身体上的健康，更需要追求心理上的健康。我们要学会去调节心理健康。那么我们怎样去调节心理健康呢？可以从以下几个方面。
第一，要自信。玫瑰就是玫瑰，莲花就是莲花，只要去看，不要比较，一味的比较最容易动摇我们的初衷；
第二，要会欣赏。人生不必苛求完美，只要你拥有一份向上进取的心境，只要你满足于自己的踏实努力，好好地欣赏别人，别人也能欣赏你；

Today the topic of my impromtu speech is that home is where the heart is. Home is the harbor of both our body and mind. Home is the never ever changed inner sustenance. Many people may say that where there is home, there is heart, but I want to say that where there is heart, there is home. Concerning this saying, I have three points to back me up.
Regarding the first point, if only we have love, and care for the parents sincerely, then home is just there near us. We still can be together if our hearts are connected. The reason why home is so important to us is that there are our beloved parents waiting for us. No matter how far we are away from home, their solicitude is always there. In the same way, whether we are near at hand or far away at the end of the world. Take an ancient Chinese flood-combatting hero-Da Yu for example. and what i'm saying is that culturally we need a much better balance. we need more of a yin and yang between these two types. this is especially important when it comes to creativity and to productivity, because when psychologists look at the lives of the most creative people, what they find are people who are very good at exchanging ideas and advancing ideas, but who also have a serious streak of introversion in them.
