我给大家讲一个故事：有两个好朋友在沙漠中行走，途中因为一点小事情他们吵了一架，其中一个人打了另个人一巴掌，那个人很伤心，他就在沙里写道：“今天我朋友打了我一巴掌”。写完后，他们继续行走，被打了的那个人不小心睬到沼泽里面，另一个人不惜一切拼了命地去救他，最后他得救了，他很高兴，于是在一块石头上写道：“今天我朋友救了我一命”。朋友奇怪地问：“为什么我打了你一巴掌，你把它写在沙里；而我救了你一命你却把它刻在石头上呢？”那个人笑了笑回答道：“当别人对我有误会，或者有什么对我不好的事，就应该把它记在最容易遗忘、最容易消失不见的地方，由风负责把它抹掉；而当朋友有恩与我，或者对我很好的话，就应该把它记在最不容易消失的地方，尽管风吹雨打也忘不了。”
“感恩”是一种对恩惠心存感激的表示，是每一位不忘他人恩情的人萦绕心间的情感。还有这样一个故事：
某跨国公司招聘地区销售主管，应聘者如潮，大学刚毕业的小王也抱着试试看的心理加入了应聘者的行列。面试官说：“我们还要进一步考虑你和其他候选人的情况，如果有消息，我们会及时通知你。”这几乎是招聘人员的标准面试结束语。走出面试考场，他向为他拉开门的门卫鞠躬说了声“多谢”。但令他没想到的是，门卫却拦住了他，并告诉他说：“请你等一下，面试官要见你。”他竟然被面试官告知已经被破格录用了。他疑惑不解地问那位面试官，也是他现在的上司：“能告诉我您录用我的原因吗？”上司笑着说：“尽管你还缺乏工作经验，但是你很有实力，而且更为重要的是，在所有求职者中，你是惟一向门卫说谢谢的人。”一个简单的动作一句简短的话语却为小王赢得了上司的赞赏。
赠人玫瑰，手留余香。一个经常怀着感恩之心的人，心地坦荡，胸怀宽阔，会自觉自愿地给人以帮助，助人为乐。而那些不会感恩的人，血是凉的，心是冷的，带给社会的只能是冷漠和残酷，人们会鄙视他们，不屑于与他们为伍。据报道，襄樊市就有5名贫困大学生因为受助不懂得感恩被取消资格。襄樊市总工会与该市女企业家协会联合开展“金秋助学”活动，19位女企业家与22名贫困大学生结成帮扶对子，承诺4年内每人每年资助1000元至3000元不等。入学前，该市总工会给每名受助大学生及其家长发了一封信，希望他们抽空给资助者写封信，汇报一下学*生活情况。但一年多后，部分受助大学生的表现令人失望，其中三分之二的人未给资助者写信，有一名男生倒是给资助者写过一封短信，但信中只是一个劲地强调其家庭如何困难，希望资助者再次慷慨解囊，通篇连个“谢谢”都没说，让资助者心里很不是滋味。该市总工会再次组织女企业家们捐赠时，部分女企业家表示“不愿再资助无情贫困生”，结果有5人贫困大学生因为受助不懂得感恩被取消资格。
感恩还要有回报意识。回报，就是对哺育、培养、教导、帮助、支持乃至救护自己的人心存感激，并通过自己十倍、百倍的付出，用实际行动予以报答。
曾经有一个生活贫困的男孩为了积攒学费，挨家挨户地推销商品。傍晚时，他感到疲惫万分，饥饿难挨，而他推销的却很不顺利，以至于他有些绝望。他敲开一扇门，希望主人能给他一杯水。开门的是一位美丽的年轻女子，她却给了他一杯浓浓的热牛奶，令男孩感激万分。许多年后，男孩成了一位著名的外科大夫。曾给他恩惠的女子，因为病情严重，当地的大夫都束手无策，便被转到了那位著名的外科大夫所在的医院。外科大夫为妇女做完手术后，惊喜地发现那位妇女正是多年前在他饥寒交迫时，热情地给过他帮助的年轻女子，当年正是那杯热奶使他又鼓足了信心，完成了学业。那位妇女想这次费用一定很贵，当她鼓起勇气看时惊喜地发现：手术费单上有一行字：手术费—一杯牛奶。
当然，感恩不仅仅是为了报恩，因为有些恩泽是我们无法回报的，有些恩情更不是等量回报就能一笔还清的，惟有用纯真的心灵去感动去铭刻去永记，才能真正对得起给你恩惠的人。感激不需要惊天动地，只需要你的一句问候，一声呼唤，一丝感慨。
人的一生中，从小时候起，就领受了父母的养育之恩，等到上学，有老师的'教育之恩，工作以后，又有领导、同事的关怀、帮助之恩，俗话说“滴水之恩，当涌泉相报。”更何况父母，亲友为你付出的不仅仅是“一滴水”，而是一片汪洋大海。在家中，当你吃着可口的饭菜，你是否感恩父母付出的辛勤劳动？当天气逐渐转冷，你穿上暖和的衣服，你是否感恩父母对你的关心？每到周五，看到你的父母或爷爷奶奶不辞辛劳地来接你，你是否会有所触动？你是否在父母劳累后递上一杯暖茶，在他们生日时递上一张卡片，在他们失落时奉上一番问候与安慰，感恩需要你用心去体会，去报答。感恩不仅是一种情感，更是一种人生境界，是一种责任，惟有学会感恩，感谢生活，感谢父母，感谢一切给予过自己帮助的人，才会更加热爱生命，珍惜生活，体味生命的真谛。

大家好!我是来自xxx班的xxx，今天我演讲的题目是《最美的眼神》。
最美的眼神是什么样的呢?什么样的人才有美丽的眼神呢?我从小就一直在寻找这两个问题的答案，直到后来，我渐渐的明白了……
在我小的时候，父母都很忙，没有时间来陪我，因此我总没有安全感。在我成为一名真正的小学生时，胆小怕事依然困惑着我。我记得妈妈总是着急地说我懦弱，可那时的我根本就不知道什么是懦弱。在学校里，我没有朋友，下了课也只有我一个人坐在座位上看书;课堂上，我总是安静的听老师讲课，从来都不敢大胆的举手发言，我曾多少次暗下决心要改变我自己，可是每当机会来临时，我总是缺少勇气与自信，我知道我可以，可我就是没有胆量把手高高地举起来。
老师好像发现了这一点，在一节课堂上老师叫起我回答问题。我从座位上站起来，像做了错事一样，低着头，我的脸红得发烫，心也跳得很快，双手冰凉冰凉的，腿也微微发颤，我一个字也说不出来，可眼泪却快要流出来了。老师并没有批评我，而是给予我鼓励的眼神，让我坐了下来。
课后，老师经常鼓励我，告诉我一定要有自信，要相信自己能够做好，上课要积极的举手回答问题，试试就能成，争争就能赢。老师的眼神中流露出了鼓励和肯定，我看着老师的眼神，突然觉得那眼神真的好美好美，我也会认真地看着老师的眼睛，点点头。
从那以后，每当我遇到困难和挫折的时候，那个美丽的眼神总是在鼓励着我。从小学到初中，我对自己充满了自信，我相信我能行，那个眼神给了我力量，给了我前进的动力，让我有勇气面对一切，让我有勇气站在这里。
而现在我也终于明白了，那最美的眼神，就是当初在我遇到困难时，老师鼓励我的眼神，也只有心中有爱，无私奉献，不求回报的人才有这样美丽的眼神，而那个人，就是老师。

对于我，一个从农村出来的学生来说，能够在这个省会长沙这样一个大都市里上学，是多么的不容易。我相信工院还有好多好多像我一样的同学，或者有这样的机会，比我更加艰难。是的，我看到我们工院经管系的曾芳，我看到湖南科技大学的何*，我看到南京医科大学侯立晴等等。但是，他们都用实际行动来向我们表达，什么是感恩! 曾芳同学来自邵阳隆回县一个四口之家，父母亲都是普通的农民，家中还有一个弟弟在读初中。父亲在她高考那年摔断腿一直在家养病，为了生计，母亲在广州务工。面对家庭拮据，曾芳并未向命运低头，为了减轻家庭负担，从踏入我院，开始大学生活起，她就利用课余时间做兼职赚取自己的生活费。对于功课，她从未落下，学*上认真刻苦，成绩优秀，多次获得学院奖学金，并积极向党组织靠拢，现为入党积极分子。
今年年初，曾芳父亲来到长沙进行第二次腿部手术。手术过后，医生嘱咐他需要卧床静养两个月左右才能行走。面对困难，曾芳又一次挑起了家庭重担，她把父亲接到学校后街附*，租了一间房让父亲养病，并且承担起了照顾父亲起居饮食的重担。新学期的每一天她变得更加忙碌，上课、做饭、洗衣、做兼职，沉重的生活、学*压力让她有点喘不过气。然而，尽管生活艰苦，她却依旧洋溢着积极、乐观，感染了身边的每一位同学、老师。
是的，就是她曾芳，我们身边的我工院的闪亮女孩!
时间滴答滴答，岁月从耳边走过。哭过，笑过;笑慰着生活的给与，承受着命运的色彩纷成。她用笑容，面对着生活的困苦与艰难;她用坚强，面对着生活的重担;她用感恩，面对在病痛中的亲人。 是的，何*是湖南科技大学外国语学院的学生，她出生在湖南浏阳一个贫困农村家庭，父亲中风瘫痪在床，母亲患有间歇性精神病，弟弟患有先天性心脏病，家里的重重困难都压在了这个小姑娘瘦弱的肩膀上。她兼职六七份，每天睡眠只有四五个小时，觉得累时，何*只能在学校操场上疯狂奔跑一圈，让自己稍微放松下。现在，为照顾好骨瘦如柴的弟弟，何*专程把弟弟接到身边，一边学*，一边打工，一边抚养弟弟。这是怎样的一种精神、一种毅力、一种坚持。懂得感恩，这是她送给我们这些同龄人，这些兄弟姐妹的一句实实在在的话。 同样，南京医科大学的侯立晴，也是如此，为了家庭，为了报答家人，她用一颗感恩的心，做出了朴实而伟大的事情，侯立晴说过这样一句话“对我来说，最宝贵的就是自己的亲人。”她想要报答的心情也一直都是那么的强烈。
带着感恩的心去聆听，去感受，去行动，所有的喧嚣都会退去，爱的声音在心中回响。成长中，我们接受着那些无私的爱，长大了，以为所有的幸福都离我远去。我们*惯占有，*惯了享受，却忘记了怀有一颗感恩的心，去感谢那给我生命的人，那给我暖和给我关怀的人，那爱我胜过爱自己的人。这一刻，我们长大了，我们身边就有人学会了用感恩的心去听那爱的声音，去体会那爱的暖和;就在这一刻，我学会了在感恩的同时去给予，去付出，去关心：妈妈，天凉，注重保暖。爸爸，忙碌之余多多休息。爷爷、奶奶，注重身体。老师，谢谢您的辛勤教导…感恩，让我们的生活更加充满爱的气息。

大家下午好！这天我演讲的题目是《感恩老师》。
老师，从来没有想过该用怎样的语言去赞美您，从没有想过该用怎样的词藻去形容您，从来没有想过该怎样诠释对您的爱。
独在异校得日子有些凄凉，度日如年的日子似乎漫长，年少的我们有些轻狂。看着老师脸庞刻下的烙印，愧疚无处可藏。感恩，就在此生效。感恩，彻底从心底绽放。
当鸟儿婉转歌唱，它在感恩父母；当草儿随风摇摆，它在感恩大地；当鱼儿欢心跳跃，它在感恩大海。而我们在一举一动间，可曾想过感恩。
老师的爱，无私中透漏着*凡。像一股暖流，渗入我们的心田；像一阵春风，给我们温暖和温馨。我们的老师，没有华丽的舞台，没有簇拥的鲜花。一支支粉笔是你们耕耘的犁头。三尺讲台，是你们奉献的战场。
您虽不是演员，却吸引着我们饥渴的目光；您不是歌唱家，却让知识的清泉叮咚作响，唱出迷人的歌曲；您不是雕塑家，却雕塑着一批批学子的灵魂………
每个老师都有烦恼，但他总会选取带着微笑走进课堂.
每个老师心目中都有他的好学生，但他明白在他的心底务必装着所有的学生。

每个老师都要承受工作的压力，但他心中最大的压力必须来自学生的期盼。
每个老师都会获得工作的酬劳，但最大的酬劳，必须是来自内心的愉快，这种愉悦无法用语言形容，无法用金钱衡量。
老师，您用语言播种，用粉笔耕耘，用辛劳浇灌，用心血滋润。您是人民礼貌的传播者，是人类灵魂的工程师。
又一次旭日东升，又一度秋风送爽，又一个收获的季节，菊桂飘香。老师。在您忙碌的身影后，在您不倦的指缝间，又一个教师节悄然而过。在我躁动的音符间，在我懵懂的记忆里，在我成长的里程中，我想说：“谢谢有您一路陪伴。”
感恩老师，并不需要我们去做什么惊天动地的大事，它表此刻日常的点点滴滴：
课堂上，一道坚定的目光，一个轻轻的点头，你在专心地听课，这便是感恩；下课后，在走廊里看到老师，一抹淡淡的微笑，一声礼貌的“老师好”，也是感恩！用优异的成绩，用可骄的成功，用你一点一滴的进步来告诉老师，“老师，我能行”，更是对老师的感恩。

大家好！
这天，我演讲的题目是《铭记感恩》。
每年秋天，候鸟勇往直前地循着心中的路，朝南方温暖的湿地飞去时，我总望着天空发的呆，总在想：南方的候鸟，它是否忘记了那片出生的树林和那片遗落在巢中的羽毛。但是，来年的春天，它又出此刻枝头呼朋引伴。
这时，我想到了感恩，难道候鸟的'回归不是对树林的感恩吗？是的，鲜花感恩雨露，因为雨露滋润他成长；
苍鹰感恩长空，因为长空让他飞翔；
高山感恩大地，因为大地让他高耸。因为感恩才会有这个多彩的世界，因为感恩才会有真挚的亲情，因为感恩才让我们懂得了生命的真谛！
从婴儿的“呱呱”坠地到哺育我们长大**，父母的关心和爱护是最博大最无私的，父母的养育之恩是永远也诉说不完的：吮着母亲的乳汁离开襁褓；
揪着父母的心迈出了人生的第一步；
在甜甜的儿歌声中酣然入睡，在无微不至的关怀中茁壮成长。
父母为我们不知花费了多少心血与汗水，编织了多少个日日夜夜，才使我们在这个五彩缤纷的世界里，体会着人生的冷暖，享受着生活的快乐。父母的爱柔柔如水，轻轻如烟，深沉如海，恩重如山。对这种比天高，比地厚的恩情，我们又能体会到多少呢？我们又报答了多少呢？
当我们用很酷的方式把吃剩的烟头弹出时，当我们用很简单的口吻说自我蹉跎时光时，当我们用很浪漫的情绪与朋友闲逛时，当我们用很自豪的态度逃课上网时，当我们用很潇洒的姿态应付生活时，而我们的父母呢？总是以很富裕的方式给我们掏钱，总是以很简单的口气对我们说上班不累，总是以很奢侈的方式让我们吃顿饺子，总是以一种很幸福的口吻对我们说拥有我们这样的孩子，他高兴。
翻开历史的画卷，感恩的故事举不胜举：古有子路养亲远负米，陆绩念母怀丹橘……今有田世国为母捐肾脏，邹尊喜背父上大学……
这一个个故事让我们感动，更让我们惭愧。
朋友们，感恩我们的父母吧！
父母的一生可能是*凡的，*凡得让我们无法在别人面前谈起；
父母的一生可能是清贫的，清贫得让我们不愿在众人面前夸赞炫耀；
父母的一生可能是普通的，普通的就像一块随处可见的鹅卵石。可就是这样的双亲，在你跌倒的时候，扶你起来，教你站立，指引你一步步走向成功。
朋友们，让我们铭记父母的恩情，感恩父母的养育。风雨人生路，让感恩与你我同行！

大家好！
从小到大不知父母为我们付出了多少，却不知道父母的不容易。我们的人生之路总是阳光明媚，晴空万里，到底哪一缆阳光最耀眼呢？有的人说是优异的学*成绩，有的人说给予别人的帮助。而我认为在我们的人生路上最灿烂的阳光应该属于知恩图报，感谢帮助我成长的每一个人。学会感恩是一种情怀，学会感恩更是一种情操。
记得我还在小的时候，我得了重感冒，我家离医院有点远，爸爸妈妈轮流背着我一直往医院跑，从他们焦急的神态中，从他们悉心的呵护中，我深深的体会到父母对我发自内心的爱。有一天，爸爸用自行车驮我去医院，我坐在后面发现爸爸骑得变慢了，已经持续有一个多月都是往医院跑，爸爸是太累了，我的病让他身心疲惫。我无意中发现爸爸头上的一些白发，啊，爸爸变了，变老了。我在他的身上看到岁月的沧桑，看到了生活的艰辛，就是大山般的父爱，我依然感受着他的温暖和他的爱。记得那是我住院的一个人晚，天非常冷，外面下着大雨，吹着冷咧的风，爸爸刚刚下班回来就忙着做饭给我吃，可是突然等到他来到的时候我想吃米线，爸爸听了我说的话后什么都没有说，又淋着大雨出去给我买，天黑了，风更猛了，雨也下得越来越大，爸爸还一心想着我，怕我饿又冒着大雨跑着回来，看着爸爸慈祥的面容和他冻红的双手，我的眼泪不停的流了下来，心里一遍又一遍地说：“您真是我的好爸爸！”我长大以后，我一定要让您过上好日子，冬天是寒冷的，而爸爸做的一切，却仿佛是阳光，温暖我病痛的躯体，又似暖流，融进我愁苦的心坎，爸爸的关爱撑起了我战胜病魔的信念，经过一个多月的`治疗，我康复了。
从跨出医院的那一刻起，我就告诉我自己一定要好好学*，以后做出一番事业多挣一些钱能给父母的生活减少一些负担，我现在都一直坚定着这个信念努力努力的挣钱，希望有一天奶让我爸爸妈妈能够想去哪里玩就去哪里，想吃什么就吃什么，能让他们过上一点好的生活，父母为我付出的实在是太多太多了，我能为他们做些什么？我常常这样问自己，哪怕是为他们做一下饭、洗一洗衣服、陪他们散散步等。我想他们也会感到他们的付出是很值得的，学会感恩，学会报答，不让他们为我们操心，让他们多休息一会.......我尽我所能给父母留下最难忘的产好的时光，让他们开心，让他们骄傲，这是我的责任。
我爱我的父母，普天下的孩子们都爱自己的父母，让我们一起对我的父母说一志：“您辛苦了，我们爱您！”让我们一起行动，知恩图报，学会感恩，冬天就不在寒冷，黑夜就不在漫长，幸福快乐就时刻陪伴在你、我、他身边。

是的，感恩父母并不难。
花可以凋谢，海可以改变，但我们感恩的心无法改变。让我们从1.1滴开始，感谢父母，感谢身边所有的人。

落叶在空中盘旋，谱写着一曲感恩的乐章，那是树对滋养他的大地的感恩。
白云在蔚蓝的天空中飘荡，绘画着一幅感人的画面，那是白云对哺育他的蓝天的感恩。
因为感恩才会有这个多彩的社会。因为感恩才会有真挚的友情。因为感恩我们才懂得了生命的真谛
从小我们就被教育“滴水之恩当以涌泉相报，”然而，随着年龄的增长，我们好象更加“健忘”了，把感恩遗忘了。
我们*惯占有，*惯了享受，忘记了怀有一颗感恩的心，去感谢那给我生命的人，那给我温暖给我关怀的人，那爱我胜过爱自己的人。
我曾听说过这样一个感人的故事：一位山林农夫出于爱心，救了一只受重伤的小蟒蛇，并把它带回家精心照料，他们在一起生活了很长时间，小蟒蛇渐渐地通了人性，有一天，农夫被困在了着了大火的房子里，小蟒蛇为了报答他的救命之恩，纵身窜入火海，用尾巴缠住农夫，把他甩了出来，而小蟒蛇却在房屋倒塌的那一瞬间永远地被埋在了火海中。蟒蛇尚有如此感恩之心，那我们人类又做得如何呢？
这是一个真实的故事。一艘载有数百人的大型轮船在海上失火沉没，许多人都失去了生命，只有90多人生还。乘客中有一位游泳专家来回游了十几次，连续救起二十多人后，双脚因严重抽筋导致残疾，必须终身坐在轮椅上，他一直大叫着问自己：“我尽力了吗？”几年后他生日的那天，有人问他一生中`最深刻的记忆是什么？他伤感地说：“我记得那被我救起的二十多人当中，没有一人来向我道谢。”
感恩是小德，忘恩是大恶。我们应该用一颗感恩的心去生活。可大多数的我们常常对别人给自己的帮助.恩惠和德泽，以为是理所当然，便容易忽略和忘记，有意无意地站在了感恩的对立面。那些不懂得谦虚的人也是很缺乏感恩之情的。他们惟我独尊，对别人的帮助又怎么会在意呢？他们的心灵是顽石填满的，水是打不湿的，更无法融化为感恩。
我们应该用一颗感恩的心去生活。去感谢那让我们获得温暖的太阳；去感谢那让我们拥有清水的河流；去感谢让我们拥有生存空间的大地；感谢带我们来到人间的父母，感谢亲情.友情.爱情....
用一颗感恩的心去生活，开心的时候，是我们善待生活的回报；生气时，是培养我们耐性的时机；伤心时，是天将降大任于斯人的先兆----必先苦其心志；幸福时，是对我们泰然处世的微笑。这样，即使身处乱世，又有什么可以影响我们*静的心绪呢？
正如王符所说的那样“生活需要一颗感恩的心来创造，一颗感恩的心需要生活来滋养。”
同学们，让我们从现在做起，从点滴做起，把感恩放在心中，把谢谢放在嘴边，知恩不报的不和谐
画面必将一去不复返，世界必然会变得温暖与美好。

“你入学的新书包，有人给你拿；你雨中的花折伞，有人给你打；你爱吃的那三鲜馅，有人给你包；你委屈的泪花，有人给你擦。”一首《母亲》唱出了父母对我们的无私奉献。的确，父母的爱是广博的、是伟大的、是无私的。父母的爱像黑暗中的一盏明灯，指示了我们前进的方向；父母的爱像光焰摇曳的一支蜡烛，燃烧了自己的青春年华，照亮了我们的美好前程；父母亲切的昵称，让我们感受了亲情的温暖；父母谆谆的教导，让我们懂得了人生的道理……
在生活中。点点滴滴的小事都凝聚着父母的爱。我有什么活动，父母都尽量支持我，有什么好东西都让我先吃，不时的关心我的冷暖，督促**好各种事情，我又不懂不会的地方可以得到他们悉心的解答。在我生病的时候，床前总有他们挂满关心焦急的脸庞，外面总有他们忙忙碌碌的身影，不管多累，不管多晚，都会为我到处奔波。在我的成长、生活、学*、活动、玩乐中，他们真是给了我莫大的帮助。
灾难来临的时候，父母的大爱无疆体现了出来。他们牺牲了自己，换来了儿女生命之花的绽放。记得08年5·12大地震，一间房屋震塌了，爸爸的双肩托起妈妈，妈妈用双手举着孩子，终于保住了孩子的生命；在一片废墟里，妈妈把打上短信的手机塞进孩子的襁褓：“如果你还活着，请记住：我爱你！”简单的话语、简洁的动作，都透出父母深沉无私的爱。
父母的爱不是用金钱来衡量的，所以也无法用金钱来回报。有时候，一个简单的动作，一句暖暖的话语，一次小小的付出，都会使父母高兴不已。父母下班回来给他们倒一杯水，疲劳时给他们捶捶背，无趣时给他们讲一个笑话，给他们洗一次脚、做一顿饭、过一个生日，这都是感恩父母的好方法，都会让父母感动不已。在寒假里，每天妈妈中午回到家，我都给她准备好了开胃食品：一碗热豆汁、几块苹果。在妈妈整牙不能吃硬东西的时候，我还每天给他蒸一碗鸡蛋糕。每次妈妈都感动得不得了，吃的也格外香，因为这是爱的结晶！
在父母生病的时候，一次送水、一次递药，都能使父母感到你长大了，能关心父母了。那年十·一回来，妈妈长了病，我给妈妈做了一盘水果汇，虽然并不精致，但是表达着我浓浓的爱。妈妈也非常欣慰的吃了，我们都感到非常的幸福。
各位同学：
大家好！在人生崎岖坎坷的旅途上，是谁给予你最真诚、最亲切的关爱，是谁对你嘘寒问暖，时刻给予你无私的奉献；是谁不知疲倦地教导着你为人处世的道理；是谁为了你的琐事而烦恼？对了！是伟大的母亲们。母爱是无私的，是永不停息的。没有一位母亲是不爱自己的子女的。不管怎样，母爱终究都是生命中最真挚、最难以割舍的感情。

唐代诗人孟郊的《游子吟》中写到：“谁言寸草心，报得三春晖。”美国一次灾难中一名美国公民的生命留言：“妈妈，我爱你！”……多少个事实证明亲情无价！我们应当珍惜此刻的温馨啊！
母爱，感化一切。
当你已经承受不住外界所带来的种种压力时，母亲为你顶起一片天空，抵挡所有风雨；当你心无慰籍时，她开导你、教育你，教导你“退一步海阔天空”的哲理；当你遇到困难与挫折或因情绪不好而对她大发脾气时，她默默承受但仍坚强地开导；当你因学*而疲劳、心烦时，她会送上一杯热茶，不需任何语言，一切感情均化为泪水落于掌心，一切尽在不言中……
母爱，真挚无私。
当你遇到危险时，她不顾一切地救助你，即使失去生命也毫无怨言；当你感到伤痛绝望时，她比你更加痛心悲伤，却必须要坚强地劝慰你，让你安心；当你欢心愉悦时，她会陪你一起分享心中的喜悦，但是却绝对不会多霸占一点，让你的心变得空虚无物……

当你过生日时，她显得多么激动、紧张，为你操办了一切，每年都不落下，总记得比你还清楚。而每当到了她的生日时，却从未见她大大操办过，只是依旧保持着那一脸的微笑，默默地接受你对她生日的淡忘与对她的漠不关心……
母爱，永不停息。
在家里，母亲的关爱如泉涌般包围着我；学校里，母亲的思念如丝网般牵动着我；陪伴时，母亲的真情与温馨时刻感染着我……
母亲对我们的恩情千千万万，实数难以报答，但是仍有许多人不知其中深义，对自己的母亲毫无感恩之心，而儿女对父母的孝敬应是有实际行动的，只顾自己而不为父母着想，是十分令人愤恨的行为。
回想起成长道路上的种种片段：牙牙学语，背时识字，生病时母亲对我的守护，上学前的叮咛，放学后的欢乐与忧愁；春日里的风筝和草地上的滚闹，夏日里的游泳，秋日里的郊游，冬日里灯下伴我读书。这一切的一切，都是母亲对我的爱所构成的温情。谢谢你，母亲！是你教会了我做人的基本原则，是你给予我生命，是你……

秋天，是收获的季节，也是播种的季节。人们都在秋天播下希望的种子，等待着明年丰硕的成果。
在母校度过了数年的岁月。数年后，站在又一个希望的门前回首张望，不禁感慨，那一路的荆棘竟然都变成了盛放的蔷薇。假如回忆是酒，我真的愿一醉方休。回首来时路，我们走得辛苦而快乐，我们走得沉重却又激昂。我们踏着荆棘，却嗅得万里花香。我们冒着风雨，却迎来了万丈阳光。
在数年前，母校包容了我们的懵懂无知，母校孕育了我们的睿智武断，母校给了我们优越的学*环境和展示自我的辽阔舞台。母校为我们奠定了人生基石，为我们鼓胀了远航的风帆。教室里留下了我们刻苦学*的身影，球场上留下了我们拼搏进取的执着精神，在学*中我们变换角色体味人生。我们思考着，我们追求着。我们学会了沉着与凝练，学会了合作与竞争，学会了继承与创新，我们丰盛着头脑，开阔着视野，学会了知识，理解了道理。

那天晚上，我和姐姐因为几句话吵了起来，为一件微不足道的小事，我和姐姐吵得很凶。姐姐就在那个晚上狠狠地打了我一顿，从小到大，第一次打我··· ···可是我没有哭，倔强的我紧咬着嘴唇，就是不让自己的泪流出来！我不服输，我觉得我没有错！渐渐地，周围静了下来，没有声音，我和姐姐都在沉默着。过了很久，姐姐开口说话了：“从我一回家，我就发现你的脾气很不好，看不惯你对爸妈的态度。也许你认为父母都是清贫的农民，清贫得让你不愿在众人面前提起，因为他们没有给你提供可炫耀的资本！可就是这样的两个清贫的农民给予了我们生命，给予了我们一个温暖的家，给了我们最宝贵的爱！为了供我们上学，他们省吃俭用，连新衣服都不舍得买。在这个家里，你是最小的，是最受疼爱的一个，可是你有什么资格对父母发脾气！父母对我们的爱我们无以为报，然而你又有什么权利去过分的要求些什么？！”终于，我的泪还是忍不住的流了下来，是因为姐姐的`所说的一番话,我紧紧地抱着腿，将头深深地埋在腿里，我不敢看姐姐的脸，因为我听到姐姐说话时的声音变得颤抖，我知道姐姐也哭了，而我不敢抬头。姐姐看我一直沉默，又继续说：“今天是我第一次打你，也是我最后一次打你，我知道我打你是我的不对，但就是想给你一个教训，其实我也难受，我也心疼，我向你道歉··· ···”"姐姐，你不要说了！我错了，是我做的不对··· ···“我终于忍不住，一头扑进姐姐怀里，大哭起来。姐姐轻抚着我的头，声音有些嘶哑：“希望你今天真的知道错了，也应该好好想想今后应该怎样做··· ···”
那个晚上，姐姐对我说了好多好多，而我也深深的明白了我的错。妈妈在生活上对我的悉心照顾，我从来就不以为然，爸爸对我的包容和教诲我也觉得理所当然，我看到了自己的自私，和曾经忽略掉的那些无微不至的爱。更过分的是，我竟然还向父母发脾气··· ···
其实我是很爱爸爸妈妈的，每当我不经意的瞟过父亲母亲那被岁月染上风霜的银发，我都不敢再看第二眼，亲情的呼唤使我忍不住感到心酸··· ···我感谢姐姐让我明白爱与被爱，让我深深的感受到我曾忽略的幸福。
如果说母亲是航船，载着我们从物质走向成熟，那么，父爱就是爱，包容我们的过错又给了我们一个幸福的港湾。
那个让我永生难忘的夜晚，使我明白，要用真心与实际行动学会爱，与感恩！

大家早上好！
今天**下讲话的题目是《浓情五月，感恩母亲》。
母亲节，作为一个感谢母亲的节日，最早出现在古希腊，在*、美国、加拿大和一些其他国家，把每年5月的第二个星期天作为母亲节，母亲们在这一天通常会收到礼物。康乃馨被视为献给母亲的花。而我国的母亲花是萱草花，又叫忘忧草。
昨天是母亲节，是我们心中最难以忘却的日子。这个节日，是对母亲的赞美和颂扬，是提醒我们时刻记住：感恩我们的母亲。
母亲给予我们生命的体验，我们感激；母亲使我们茁壮成长，我们感激；母亲给予我们的教育和开导，使我们获取知识和力量，我们感激；在我们的生命里，总会有困难和曲折，是母亲给予我们关怀和帮助，我们更应感激。
感恩是一个人爱心、良心、善心、责任心以及忠心的综合表现。很难想象，一个对含辛茹苦抚养自己长大的父母没有孝心，不知报答，对老师、同学没有爱心，不知敬重的人，将来能对他的'公司，对*家负起什么责任？一个不爱国，不爱家，不爱他人的人，又怎么能够尽心尽力去建设祖国的明天呢？
记得，有一则电视广告给我留下了深刻的印象，广告中曾写到小男孩为自己母亲洗脚的感人片断。可在现实生活中，又是否是每个儿女都能够做得到的呢？“滴水之恩当以涌泉相报”我们或许有时会对一个生疏人的一点关怀念念不忘，却对母亲的大爱熟视无睹，嫌她唠叨，或因一些小事就大发雷霆……然而，母亲却永远在一旁默默地支持我们，耐心的开导教育我们，给予我们支持和鼓励。
母亲如玉般纯洁、象牙雕刻般精致，受母爱浇灌的生命酝酿着纯美和芬芳。我们应该怀着一颗感恩的心去聆听母亲的唠叨，诚恳面对母亲的严厉，感悟母亲阳光般的心灵世界……
同学们，让我们从今天开始，从孝顺母亲开始，学会感恩吧！让我们记住天下母*同的生日，为母亲洗一次脚，为她捶一捶辛劳的脊背，给母亲一个暖暖的拥抱，一句温馨的祝福，一脸感恩的笑脸吧！
在这温馨的日子里，祝全天下所有的母亲——母亲节快乐！一束康乃馨，一句“妈妈，您辛劳了！”就能让母亲的脸颊重绽灿烂的笑脸！让我们多给母亲一点体贴与关怀，让母亲和我们的家充盈着幸福与和谐，那么我们就迎来了真正的长大！
在此，我想引用一首诗来结束我的演讲：孩儿的成长，是母亲再生的希望；孩儿的失败，是母亲酸楚的泪水；孩儿的成功，是母亲幸福的微笑。同学们，为了母亲的微笑，为了明天的收获，就让我们为中华民族的伟大复兴而努力读书吧！
我们从哪里来？听到这个问题，是父母把我们带到世界上来的。是啊，十多年前的某一天，我们的父母用泪水和幸福的笑容迎接了我们的到来。但当我们来到世上的那一刻起，父母们却多了一项繁重的工作——照顾我们。尽管这是一种学生的负担，但父母们却毫无怨言地抚养我们长大。为了给我们一个舒适的生活环境，他们总是那么辛苦，那么努力。小的时候，我们总把这当作天经地义，因为我们不了解，也不知道父母的辛苦。现在，长大了，我们知道该怀毒害一颗感恩的心去体谅父母，应该担当起，照顾、孝敬父母的责任。
回眸我们的.人生，我们就会发现我们永远沐浴在父母的爱河里。因为有了父母才有了我们，才使我们有机会在这五彩缤纷的世界里体味人生的冷暖，享受生活的快乐与幸福，是他们给了我们生命，给了我们无微不至的关怀。儿女有了快乐，最为之开心的是父母，儿女有了苦闷，最为之牵挂的也是父母。舔犊情深，父母之爱，深如大海。因此，不管父母的社会地位、知识水*以及其它素养如何，他们都是我们今生最大的恩人，是值得我们永远去爱的人。
你读过那写在老人赡养院墙壁中的那段话吗？“孩子！当你还很小的时候，我花了很多时间，教你慢慢用汤匙、筷子、吃东西；教你耐心系鞋带、扣纽扣；教你梳头发、拧鼻涕……这些和你在一起的点点滴滴，是多么的让我怀念不己。孩子！你忘记我们练*了好几百回才会的第一首儿歌吗？还记得每天总是要我绞尽脑汁去回答你不知道从哪里冒出来的问题吗？只要和你在一起，就会有许多温暖涌上忙着，陪着我，慢慢地。就像当年一样，我带着你一步一步地走。”每当我读着这段感人至深的话，我就不由得汗涔涔而泪潸潸，催我去感恩父母。
然而，你们是否扪心自问过：我对父母的挂念又有多少呢？你是否留意过父母的生日呢？民间有谚语：儿生日，娘苦日。当你在为自己庆贺时，你是否想到过用死亡般的羟基，让你降生的母亲呢？是否曾真诚地给孕育你生命的母亲一声祝福呢？我们*是一个文明古国，自古讲求孝道，孔子言：“父母之年，不可不知也，一则以喜，一则以惧。”也就是讲，父母的身体健康，儿女应时刻挂念在心。但据报道，今年北京某中学的抽样调查却显示：有*50%的学生竟不知道自己父母的生日，更谈不上对父母的生日祝福。同学们，或许一声祝福对自己算不了什么，但对父母来说，这声祝福却比什么都美好，都难忘，都足以使他们热泪盈眶！孝，其为人之本也，一个只有懂得感恩父母的人，才能算是一个完整的人。同学们，让我们学会感恩父母吧！用一颗感恩的心去对待父母，用一颗真诚的心去与父母交流，不要再认为父母是理所当然帮我们做任何事情的，他们把我们带到这美丽的世界，已经是足够的伟人，且将我们养育**，不求回报，默默的为我们付出，我们就别再一味地索求他们的付出，感恩吧，感谢父母给予的一点一滴。

我是中坪小学五年级（1）班的范培。今天我演讲的主题是《心存感恩》鲜花感恩雨露，因为雨露滋润它成长；雄鹰感恩长空，因为长空让它飞翔；高山感恩大地，因为大地让它高耸；我要感恩太多太多的人，首先我感谢今天让我能站在这里参加演讲的所有人。
请允许我为大家讲一个真实的故事。
20xx年10月10日一个不幸而又很幸运的女孩来到了这个美丽、多彩的世界。按理来说，一个新生命的诞生，对于一个家庭来说是件很幸福，很快乐的事情。可是，对于这个小女孩来说，她的到来不但没能给这个家庭带来快乐和幸福，反而成为爸爸妈妈整天吵闹和斗气的原因。在这样的家庭环境中，可怜的小女孩一天天长大，一次次地呼唤着自己快点长大，快些让爸爸妈妈过上幸福快乐的生活，快些让这个不和谐的家庭和睦相处，其乐融融。可是，这个美丽的梦想被现实的生活给打破了——爸爸妈妈离婚了。这一噩耗让这个无辜的小女孩哭了，她哭得很伤心、很伤心……
为了生计，她的妈妈只能出去找工作。她便有了多个身份——留守儿童、单亲女孩。于是在小女孩的记忆里就只剩下外婆，外婆每天很早就出门，很晚才回来。每到日落时分，小女孩就开始站在家门口，充满期待地望着门前那条路。因为外婆的到来是她心中最美，最亮丽的风景。在她的眼里幸福是什么？幸福就是嘴里含着糖果，依偎在外婆温暖的怀抱里；幸福是外婆不辞辛劳，早出晚归的无私奉献和默默的付出。
小女孩就这样在外婆的呵护下一天天的长大。小女孩是长大了，可是外婆却一天天的老去，为了照顾小女孩，外婆也落下了许多伤玻
当听到这个故事时，相信大家会这样想，这个小女孩是谁？她的表现又怎样？她能体会到长辈的良苦用心吗？
是呀，她应该好好学*，遵守纪律，懂得感恩。她的表现也得到了全校师生的认可。她是学校的播音员、是优秀学生干部、是班级的三好学生。她又是谁呢？她就是我。
十二年的春夏秋冬，让我懂得了感恩。我应该感恩父母，是他们给了我生命，让我来到这个精彩的世界。更应该感谢的是我的外婆，从我呱呱坠地，发出第一声啼哭，是她含辛茹苦，抚养我长大，教育我做人。我想大声地对外婆说：
外婆，您是我人生道路上的铺路石，我每走一步，都有您细心的叮嘱，无尽的关怀和殷切的牵挂。我成功了，您不图什么回报，只有发自内心的欣慰和自豪；失败了，您没有责怪，只有默默地支持和悉心的宽慰。
其次，我还要感谢老师。老师，是您教给了我们的知识；是您教会了我们如何做人；感谢您的辛勤教育，感谢您的谆谆教诲。同时我还要感谢伟大的祖国，是您的`繁荣富强，让我们农村孩子吃上营养餐而不再肌肠膔膔，是您的精心呵护，让我们这些留守儿童不用愁。
亲爱的同学们，此时此刻，我们都无法用言语来形容我们的心情，但都应该懂得感恩。应该懂得：“滴水之恩当以涌泉相报”。在生活中，我们本就应该“心存感恩，知足惜福”。因为只有心存感恩的人，才能收获更多的快乐和幸福，才会朝气蓬勃。因为只有心存感恩的人，才能摒弃没有意义的怨天尤人，远离烦恼。所以，我们要感恩所有关爱过我们的人，我们要怀着一颗感恩的心，
应该时时、天天、年年直至永远；把感恩作为一种*惯，一种美德，让感恩在我们的心中深深扎根吧！

父母儿女心，天下第一情。
家庭是一个人一生中最重要的课堂，父母是这个课堂中从始至终的老师。我们在这个课堂里迈出了人生的第一步。从此，我们在父母爱的教育下一天天长大。是父母的爱给我们力量和勇气，父母的爱是每个人一生中所经历的最伟大，最无私的爱。
回忆起我小时后常常生病，我记得有一次我晚上发高烧，那天晚上我妈妈不停地用酒精帮我降温、量体温、喂药，由于那时已经是十二点多了医院都关门了，妈妈就一直看着我，直到我退下烧去。
爸爸妈妈对我的关心无微不至。他们为了让我多读书，不管这么辛苦都不怕，我爸爸经常写文件，常加班、常开会，而且，有时在睡觉的时候还在写文件，让他不能好好睡觉。我妈妈更辛苦了，每天早晨六点多钟起床，又要卖菜、做早餐给我吃、然后煮好我午餐饭，她还要上班又不能迟到，晚上下班一回家就做饭给我们吃，有时一边冼菜一边给我听写。看我妈妈多辛苦呀，但她不怕苦，还把家庭卫生搞的很好整齐等等。
每到星期六、日，爸爸、妈妈都会带我去公园走一走，本来星期六、日是他们的休息时间，但他们几乎每周末并没有好好地休息，而是用这些时间来带我出去玩呢。
我和父母之间的爱是默契的，明朗的。我知道父母这样做全是为了我，希望我读好书，长大**后有文化、有知识、有才能成为一个有用的人。我不会辜负父母的期望，一定要好好努力学*，长大报答父母养育之恩。因为他们永远是我心灵中的一盏最明亮的启明灯。
父母，是上苍赐予我们不需要任何修饰的心灵的寄托。当我们遇到困难，能倾注所有一切来帮助我们的人，是父母。当我们受到委屈，能耐心听我们哭诉的人，是父母。当我们犯错误时，能毫不犹豫地原谅我们的人，是父母。当我们取得成功，会衷心为我们庆祝，与我们分享喜悦的，是父母。而现在我们远在外地学*，依然牵挂着我们还是父母。

我是来自七年级一班的 ，我演讲的题目是《感恩营养餐》。
自我校实施营养餐改善计划以来，我深深感受到党和*对我们的厚爱和关怀。
我感恩营养餐，是营养餐给了我营养，使我有充沛的精力投入到学*中来。
以前，由于我家离学校十分远，总是要早早地起床，狼吞虎咽地刨下一小碗饭，急匆匆地赶往学校上课。每到上完第二节课，肚子就饿得咕咕直叫了，到了最后一节，早已是饥肠辘辘、两眼昏花，肚皮贴着背脊了。无精打采的我哪有心思听老师讲课，一门心思想早点回家吃饭。老师见我分心走神，就抽我起来回答问题。
可想而知，我又怎能回答得起老师提的问题呢？现在，正当我的肚子唱空城计时，学校就发来了营养餐，那可真是雪中来碳，久旱逢甘霖啊！肚子填饱了，我的精神来了，接下来的课，我觉得老师讲的每一句话是那样的动听，每一个手势是那样的优美，每一个眼神是那样的亲切。即使下课铃声响起，我还沉浸在老师那精彩的讲解之中。
我感恩营养餐，是营养餐让我体会到劳动的艰辛。
为了让我们能按时吃上营养餐，我看到食堂工作人员早早地上班了。领取鸡蛋，浸泡鸡蛋，清洗鸡蛋，蒸煮鸡蛋，分发鸡蛋。脚不停
手不住，一环紧扣一环。冷时，双手冻得通红，热时，豆大的汗珠不时滚落。他们那艰辛的劳动情景时时浮现在我眼前。
我感恩营养餐，是营养餐让我体会到老师对我们的关心。
每到食用营养餐的时间，老师便来到教室里，询问我们的身体状况，耐心地指导我们食用。要我们检查牛奶的生产日期，要我们看蛋清的色泽，要我们闻鸡蛋的气味，从而使我们辨别牛奶和鸡蛋品质的优劣。还教我们插牛奶吸管的正确方法，叮嘱我们吃一小口蛋黄，吸一小口牛奶，担心我们噎着。老师的叮咛时时回响在我的耳畔。 我感恩营养餐，是营养餐培养了我们团结协作的精神。
俗话说：“天上不会掉馅饼。”我们的营养食品也不会自动跑到我们的教室里来。每天，我们都有一个服务小组为班上服务。两个同学去食堂领鸡蛋，两个同学从储藏室领牛奶，小组长将鸡蛋和牛奶分发到每个同学的课桌上，食用后还派两个同学归还装鸡蛋的桶和装牛奶的箱。从领取到搬运到分发到归还，服务小分队动作迅速，秩序井然，充分展示了团结协作精神。
我感恩营养餐，是营养餐培养了我们良好的卫生*惯。
常言道：“病从口入。”在食用之前，公寓管理老师便将自来水打开，让我们用洁净的自来水洗手。为了不拥挤，管理老师将全校学生分成两组，男生在男生公寓外洗，女生在女生公寓外洗。管理老师在维持秩序时，还不时叮嘱：“要用流水洗，要把手洗干净。”如果发现有的小朋友没洗干净，还要亲自上去帮忙搓洗。食用时，老师连拆包装膜、插吸管的方法都要指导，以免细菌通过吸管进入奶液。食用后
的蛋壳和奶盒不能乱扔，学校组织统一回收，放到指定的地方。装鸡蛋的桶、装牛奶的箱在归还之前都要清洗干净。
我们知道今天的幸福生活全来自于长辈们的无限付出与努力。今天的营养餐也是社会发展，是党对学生无限关怀的结果。我们知恩、懂恩，我们更怀着一颗感恩之心。我们作为一名学生，就应该要好好学*，用知识来武装自己，大力弘扬中华民族的传统文化。用一颗感恩的心去回报社会，做一个对社会有贡献的人。

您好!坐在静若无人的考场里，看着“感恩”两个字，脑海里就跳出您的形象您披着晨曦匆匆赶往学校，您忙着备课奋战在银色的雪夜，您不顾酷热翱翔在书海当中……您的恩情，恰似滚圆剔透的鹅卵石，静立在我记忆的小溪里，永不消失，永久闪光。
只是想起前不久发生的一件事，我至今都觉得如鲠在喉，不吐不快。那天，您带来我们班语文考试成绩不佳的消息，然后将一肚子怨气发向班上的差生，进而历数您的苦处，痛斥我们不感念您的恩情、不专心学*，并大力歌颂其他班同学的先进事迹，您乃至说您不再想教我们了。那一天，您始终冷漠地、高傲地斜视着我们，就像是一个恩赐恩惠的财主等待着乞丐叩谢一般。可是，我们不但没有跪地叩谢老师您的大恩大德，反而有很多同学心生不解，乃至怨恨。师生关系如此紧张，老师，您有责任吗?是的，学生感恩于老师，乃天经地义。这个话题已议论了千百年。可是，老师该不该感恩于学生呢?我说，该。
或许您会说，学生没有给我钱，送我物，也没有给予我生活上的帮助，何恩之有啊?是的，这些都是事实，但是，您也要看到，正是由于有了学生渴求知识的需要，才有了教师这个职业，才有了老师们进修提升的原动力。给予你们工作岗位，是否是恩情?增进你们发展，算不算恩情?帮助你们实现人生价值，有无恩情?这一切，都是我们学生给予的，怎能说学生无恩于自己的老师呢?一个老师，假如在内心里感恩于自己的学生，那他就不但是执着于教书，更应专注于育人他会俯下身子，与学生同等交换;他会布满爱心，关怀每个差生;他会不惧困难，与学生共担风雨……老师 ，这一切您也做得到!

作为一名中学生，我们可以做一些力所能及的事，帮父母分担一些家务。爸爸妈妈工作辛苦了，我们还可以递上一杯热茶，帮他们按按摩。捶捶背，轻松一下，在日常的工作和生活中，他们也会遇到这样那样困难，情绪低落的时候，我们更应该关爱他们，因为在我们受了委屈，遇到挫折时，他们总是第一个来安慰。呵护。鼓励我们，难道我们就不能有更多的'承担和责任？
感恩需要我们的实际行动来证明，生活中的点点滴滴都将我们融入到一个感恩的大家庭中，从我做起，从身边的一点一滴做起，去懂得感恩，学会感恩，在我们的成长过程中，我们的未来，我们应该拥有一颗感恩的心！
有人说，父爱如海，深厚博大;有人说，父爱如火，炽热燃烧;而我却说，父爱如山——当我遇到困难时，他给我力量;当我眼前一片迷茫时，他给我方向;当我感到失落时，他给我信心;当我成功时，他给我祝贺和警惕。父爱，是支撑我的生命的伟岸的山。父爱是一缕阳光，让你的心灵即使在寒冷的冬天也能感到温暖如春;父爱是一泓清泉，让你的情感即使蒙上岁月的风尘依然纯洁明净。父爱像一本厚重的.书，耐人寻味;父爱像一杯甘醇的酒，回味无穷。

小时侯，父亲是一种严厉的象征，父亲像一把斧头把我的恶*统统改改掉，父亲常说：“你就是一棵树，树会乱长枝干，现在就要把你的毛病统统去除，养成良好的*惯。父亲关注我的学业但更关心我的品德，父亲坚信良好的品德是所有一切的前提。就是这个信念，伴着我走到了现在。
小学六年级的时候，经过几次选拔，我获得了外国语学校的考试资格，我内心感到无比的光荣。为此，我付出了很多努力。但是，我最终还是未能考上，这个结果让我感到无比的伤痛，这也是我人生当中第一次遇到的挫折。回到家，爸爸安慰我说：“别灰心，我的子乔是最棒的!其实，人生的道路就是这样，会遇到很多坎河，这更需要你用勇敢的心去面对，社会上，竞争就是如此的残酷，不过，成功青睐有准备的人，相信自己一定能行!”听了爸爸的鼓励，我以往的信心又燃烧起来，我明白了人生总有成败，当你不去在乎成败，而想到自己曾经经历过的考验付出过的努力，那么你将更加出色。
我的父亲与别人的有点不一样，他是一名优秀的警察，在外人眼中他总是那么酷酷的，很少言语甚至让人看着会心惊胆战，但他却是我最可爱的爸爸。我的父亲在家从来都是一副小赖皮的样子，我可以叫他任何“花名”—赖皮狗、蠢材、阿才……。
父爱没有延长的柔水，没有体贴的温馨的话语，不是随时可以带在身边的一丝祝福，也不是日日夜夜陪你度过的温度，古今中外有多少人赞美父爱，每当读到这样的诗文，我就感到无比的亲切，那愉快的一刹那，感动的心情，一字一句，都打动着我的心灵，让我想到我亲爱的父亲。

大家好，今天我演讲的题目是《感恩—时代的呼唤》。
随着我国经济的发展，随着改革开放后西方意识形态的进入。 “感恩”这一词汇正从我们的视野了逐渐消失，目前从中央到地方开展“感恩教育”已被提到相当的高度来重视，尤其是在学校教育中，“感恩教育”就是要让我们每一位学生学会感恩—学会感恩教师，感恩学校，感恩父母，感恩社会。在西方有“感恩节”，而*的传统教育中有“施恩不图报”的观念。教育专家曹华这样说道：“感恩也是一种品德。”“感恩”是一种生活态度，是一种品德，是一片肺腑之言，如果人与人之间缺乏感恩之心，必然会导致人际关系的冷淡，所以，每个人都应该学会“感恩”，这对现在的孩子来说尤其重要。因为，现在的孩子都是家庭的中心，他们只知有自己，不知爱别人。所以，要让我们学会“感恩”，其实就是让我们学业会懂得尊重他人。对他人的帮助时时怀有感激之心，感恩教育让孩子们知道每个人都在享受着别人通过付出给自己带来的快乐生活。
: 教育专家郭建国教授说：“感恩之心是一种美好的感情，没有一颗感恩的心，孩子永远不能真正懂得孝敬父母，理解帮助他的人，更不会主动地帮助别人。” 没有阳光，就没有温暖;没有水源，就没有生命;没有父母，就没有我们自己;没有亲情友情，世界将会是一片孤独和黑暗。这些都是浅显的道理，没有人会不懂，但是，我们常常缺少一种感恩的思想和心理。尤其是我们的青少年一代。他们常常忘记了，无论生活还是生命，都需要感恩。他们总认为许多事情都是理所当然应该拥有的，包括父母无微不至的照顾，老师呕心沥血的教导，旁人义不容辞的帮助…… 因此，开展“感恩教育”，是对学生内心深处的洗涤，让我们在不经意间的观察中，体会到母爱似海，父爱如山;在三言两语中，感觉到师爱如灯;在与同学的交往中，体验到友谊的缕缕春风。一个人的一生，需要太多的支撑。心存感激，才能深入体会，才会加倍珍惜。
“怀抱一颗感恩的心，争做一个成功的人”。感谢他人就是从身边的小事做起，如：母亲节时做心意卡，每天回家帮做一件家务，记住父母的生日，得到他人帮助后说声谢谢等，通过这些水事来学会感恩，每天心存感恩，生活起来也快乐。这样家庭、班级、学校及至整个社会也更加和谐。同学们“感恩”并不遥远，作为新一代的'学生，应该学会感恩，使学校充满爱的生机。
父母养育我们很辛苦，我们应该对父母感恩，同学不求回报地帮助我们，我们应该对同学感恩，老师辛勤教育我们，我们应对老师感恩，愿同学们在感恩教育的熏陶下，知道在我们成长过程中，有许许多多人为我们付出，我们生来之不易，我们应该感谢这个世界，感谢父母、老师、同学，感谢爱着我们的亲人和朋友。愿“感恩”渗透到我们每个人的心灵里，使我们在这种良好的学*环境中茁壮成长。

每个人都希望自己的人生风和日丽，莺歌燕舞。但月有阴晴圆缺，人有旦夕祸福，挫折和失败总是不断地踩痛我们的心。我们是把失意的怨气撒在孩子身上，还是收起此时内心的苦楚用微笑面对纯真可爱的孩子？我想没有人愿意选择前者，因为你的心中有爱！鲁迅先生有句话“教育是植根与爱的”。是的，爱是教育的源泉，教师有了爱，才会用伯乐的眼光去发现孩子们的闪光点，才会对自己的教育对象充满了信心和爱心，才会有追求卓越的精神和创新的精神。

So I began to cautiously employ the new way of thinking. By choosing to change my outlook on life, I developed the confidence to make a difference and finally I found a totally new world.

这一天下雨了，放学后同学们都一窝蜂的跑出教室，他们的'爸爸妈妈都打着伞来接，当我走出校门的时候我突然看见了一个女人一只手打一把伞，另一只手那一把伞，抬起头一看，原来是我的妈妈，同学们也看见了，就在一旁说：“他的妈妈是个单眼龙。”当时我非常生气，没有理会妈妈，我就直冲家里跑去，妈妈在后面一个劲的追，我不是的听到妈妈在雨里摔跤，回到家后，我生气的对妈妈说：“我都说了，你不要到学校来接我，你怎么还来呀！”妈妈一句话也没有说，豆大的泪珠从她的眼眶里流了出来。
十几年过去了，有一天，姑姑告诉我说你妈妈去世了，于是我赶紧跑回了家，家里成了白色的屋子，我看见了，妈妈临走时写的信，上面写着：孩子，我告诉你我为什么只有一只眼睛，因为在你三岁的时候，你和爸爸就出了车祸，当时你的一个眼睛没有了，我就把我的眼睛给了你。现在我才明白，妈妈为什么只有一只眼睛，当时我真是后悔死了。
老师在讲得过程中，同学们感动的留下了眼泪。

敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学们，大家上午好!我是来自。首先我要感谢老师、感谢同学们，给我这么好的机会来锻炼我自己，来挑战我自己。
我今天演讲的主题是“感恩”。我的演讲，与其说是演讲，不如说是我个人对人对事的一点心灵体会和看一些相关书籍的感想感悟吧。
对 “感恩“这个词，我还特意去查了字典，是一个动词，意思是说对别人所给的帮助表示感激。但我觉得，随着社会的发展进步，它也应该发展来满足人们对它的需要了。我的题目是心怀感恩，这是个动宾短语，感恩是个名词，它所表示的是，不仅要感恩别人的帮助，还要感恩你的亲人，你的朋友，你的同学，你身边认识或不认识的人，甚至于你的敌人，你身边的一草一木，这世界上的一切。只有时时心怀感恩，烦恼的魔鬼才不敢向你靠*;只有时时心怀感恩，你才发现这世界如此广阔，如此可爱;只有时时心怀感恩，幸福、快乐才会永远伴你左右!以下,我分三点来谈感恩。
一、缺乏感恩，是一种罪过，更是各种悲剧的根源。
我们最熟悉不过的就是婆媳关系紧张的问题了。儿子长大了，娶媳妇了，就会嫌弃老子老了，不中用了，还碍手碍脚的，特别是多兄弟的家底更是你推我推的，都不愿去负起赡养老人的责任，轻则顶嘴，闹矛盾，郁郁寡欢;重则兄弟之间还大动干戈，气死老子。显明，这就是不孝，是罪过，是缺乏感恩之心的结果。
同学们，相信你们也有听说或看过有关拿破仑与她妻子依爱情尼·迪芭的故事吧。拿破仑曾为迪芭小姐的优雅、青春、诱惑、美丽而感到幸福;为了要取这位相貌倾国倾城，沉鱼落雁的女子为妻，而不顾群臣们的反对。本来他们拥有健康、权力、声望、美貌、爱情等，完全是人们所羡慕所嫉妒的一桩美满婚姻。但好景不长，迪芭时时为嫉妒所困扰，遭疑惧所折磨，因痛苦而咆哮;她侮慢拿破仑的命令，肆无忌惮地闯进他的办公室，捣乱他的重大会议，闯进他的书房，暴跳如雷，恶语谩骂。拿破仑身为国王的权威及爱情的力量却无法制止她对他无理的喋喋不休;他有许多富丽的宫殿却找不到一间能使他安静的小屋子。迪芭的吵闹，不但没得到她想要的，而她日夜担心的事终于发生了——“拿破仑时常在晚间从宫殿的一扇小门潜出，用软帽遮住眼，由一个亲信侍从陪他去与正期待着他的一个美丽女人幽会。”
我们不得不叹息——悲剧啊!试想，如果迪芭能怀有一颗感恩的心，感激丈夫对自己的宠爱，对自己的赞美，感谢上帝赐她拥有国王权威的丈夫，美满的家庭，而好好珍惜，对内做个温柔体贴的贤妻良母，对外做一个受万民爱戴的皇后，就不会出现这样的悲剧了。
二、善于感恩，化干戈为玉帛。(敌人)
我们知道，当我们去埋怨，去指责，去挑剔，甚至去仇恨，去诋毁一个人的时候，也许当时你会很痛快，但过后你再次遇见他时，你是那么地不自在，那么地尴尬，或许你又发现这样做根本消除不了你心头上的怒火，反而越来越火，进而妨碍我们的睡眠，我们的胃口，我们的血压，我们的健康和我们的快乐。要知道高血压，心脏病的祸源就是愤怒呀。相反，如果仇人知道我们如何担心，如何苦恼，肯定会高兴得跞起舞来。我们的恨意根本伤害不到他们，却使我们的生活地狱一般。 莎士比亚说：“不要因为你的敌人而燃起一把火，热得烧伤自己。”
耶稣说：“爱你们的仇人，善待恨你们的人，诅咒你的，要为他祝福，你的，要为他祷告。”如果说做一件事对你有非常非常大的好处，而又起码不会伤害到别人，我想我们都会义不容辞地去做吧。而面对我们的仇人时，我们是否也应该去宽恕他呢?我们不必去指望他也来感恩和道歉，但是我们至少能够善待自己，保护自己不受到伤害吧。因为善待仇敌也能使我们在逆境中学*宽恕的品质! 所以我们应该怀着感恩的心去“感激斥责你的人，因为他助长了你的智慧;感激绊倒你的人，因为他强化了你的能力;感激遗弃你的人，因为他教导了你应该自立;感激欺骗你的人，因为他增进了你的见识;感激伤害你的人，因为他磨炼了你的心志”
三、学会感恩，拥抱幸福与快乐。
学会感恩，感恩我们的亲人，朋友，老师，同学，感恩所有爱你的和你爱的`人，没有了他们的关爱，支持，鼓励与帮助，失去了亲情，友情，爱情的呵护与滋润，你会变得如此孤单，寂寞，无助，软弱。所以因着这份感恩之情,我们要学会赞美我们身边一切锁事;曾有一个小故事是这样说的:有一天牡丹说，玫瑰的香让人销魂断肠;玫瑰说，康乃馨的香可以慰抚心伤;康乃馨说，腊梅的香让人意志坚强;腊梅说，菊花的香可以使人神清气爽;菊花说，莲花的香让人不禁吟诵：出淤泥而不染，濯清莲而不妖;莲花却认为：牡丹的香让人无畏艰难。
同学们，连花儿，连植物都会感恩，都会赞美，难道我们人类连植物都比不上吗?其实我们每一个人都有别人不可比及的独特的优点，都有很多值得学*的地方。只要我们善于用美的眼光去发现它，去赞赏它，去学*它，来弥补自己的瑕疵， 我们就会变得更加完善，更好美好，更加快乐，更加幸福。
所以,学会赞美,不要吝啬你的掌声和鲜花;学会关爱，常常奉献自己的一份爱心;学会感恩，化解矛盾，驱赶烦恼，充满喜乐，还生命一个笑脸。
心怀感恩，无需高调宣扬，心怀感恩，无需山盟海誓，心怀感恩，无需甜言蜜语;有时一个真诚的微笑，一句简单的问候，一次举手之劳......都会给人带来温暖，给人带来希望。那就是感恩，我们在感恩别人的同时，也要学会感恩自己，感恩自己给别人带来了快乐，给自己带来了幸福。
同学们，可见，感恩是一种积极的人生态度，它能使我们增长智慧，实现梦想;感恩是一种心灵良知，它彰显了我们心灵的*;感恩是一种营养液，能滋润我们的生命，升华我们的灵魂。啊——感恩是我们的精神食粮，是我们的感情依托，是我们心中的玫瑰!让我们细心去栽培，用心去呵护!让我们时时心怀感恩，感恩生活的赠予，感恩生命的多彩，感恩自然的恩赐，感恩一切的一切，让幸福和快乐赶快过来把我们拥抱!

萌发做为幼儿教师的选择缘于小学老师送我的一张祝福的卡片；走进局二幼的天地则是无心插柳的缘分，面对走过的风雨五年的幼教工作，我仍有感于心，历历在目。
当我接到来局二幼的通知时，寻找到这个幼儿园并没有花上多少工夫，尽管不熟路，却好象有莫名的力量指引我来到这。当真正开始在局二幼的工作，我的角色并不是我引以为傲的教师，而是烦琐的保育工作。然而进入新的环境的我并没有以教师姿态自居，而是认真的`做着本职该做的工作，也正是我的踏实、认真很快赢得了其他老师的尊重和认同。
事后，我还半开玩笑半认真的对我的同事、朋友说：这短短的一个月的保育工作让我真正理解什么是对孩子的关心和照顾，在这我学会了怎样给孩子洗澡，怎么有序照顾他们的衣食住行，怎么给孩子檫汗，怎么教孩子独立自主……而这些做为教师是忽视的，它让我更亲*了孩子，了解了孩子的需要。
而接下来的考验才真正的开始，就如园长对我说的一样：天将降大任于斯人也。在临危授命下我接手了小小班。一个我从来没有碰触过的领域，一个新的考验严酷的摆在了我的前面。因为在此之前，不管是实*还是参加工作，我一直带的都是大班，对于大班孩子的行为、教育、特点我都有了一些经验，驾驭起来也较熟门熟路，而面对呀呀学语、刚离开妈妈怀抱的小小班孩子，我简直束手无策。当我走进小小班的教师，望着一大堆稚嫩的小面孔，迷茫的小眼睛，我除了蹲下来抱抱他们，真不知道该从什么地方着手。好在同事给予了帮助，园长给予了指导，我开始摸索着前进，学*着怎么处理孩子初入园的焦虑；怎么对待孩子之间的争抢玩具；怎么哄孩子不哭不闹；怎么安排他们的学*和教育……
在这期间，我也曾一度找到方向，也曾一度迷惑，在园长的一句“要让孩子既亲你也敬你的”看似简单的指导思想下摸索中摔跤了继续站起来，终于我看到了，也让同事们看到了成绩：一学期下来，没有孩子哭闹，都很愿意且主动上幼儿园；每一天家长都能坚持送孩子入园；一学期下来，孩子在语言表达、动手操作、绘画、大胆表现上都有了一定的进步……
在我取得的这一些小小的成绩上，我的认真和努力是个小的前提，而真正给予力量的站在我身旁的同事，顶在我背后的以园长为领导的幼儿园班底，没有园本思想的指导，没有同事的关心和帮助，以一己之力要想团队活动中取得成绩几乎是不太可能，正是他们在旁协助，无私的奉献才有了小我价值的体现。
其实，在我们的工作中，我们遇到过很多不大不小的难题：新入园的孩子哭闹不止；家长不理解教师行为，有事没事总找策；上课时，孩子对开展的活动没有兴趣参与，很多很多，举不胜举。而这些问题中，有些我们可以自己解决，有些需要同事的帮助，有些需要园领导的指引，甚至有些我们无法解决，这时站在我们前面挺身而出的是幼儿园。就拿我们班杨丹来说：这个学期我新接手这班孩子，对于杨丹我感觉她是个挺可爱有点小调皮的姑娘，而真正让我有所认识的是他的爸爸。丹丹身体弱，容易出汗，容易感冒，而做为家长，将孩子往幼儿园一放，对我们的工作没有理解，只有一味的指责，总认为他的孩子在幼儿园生病了就是幼儿园的责任，从不究其原因，且态度凶蛮。
老师的工作僵持不下，面对孩子生病的事情，连打电话的勇气都失去了，这时候，园长说：我来处理吧，你们做好丹丹的护理工作就好了。面对依然“顽固”的家长，园长微笑的解释和调侃，终于换来了家长的理解和认同，态度也有了转变，在这其中，邓园长的果断处理及事情轻缓重急的把握为我们争取了很多的主动空间，也正是以园长为领导的幼儿园力量让我们重拾了家长的理解和尊重，更有信心开展自己的本职工作。
然而在会议上园长的一*话让我陷入了深深的思考：什么样的人性化管理能取得好的成绩？做为管理，我不敢妄加评断什么，做为被管理者我有着一些深深的体会。幼儿园的工作烦琐而且精细，虽然每天面对的是同样的家长、同样的孩子、同样的工作，却有些不一样的问题总不时的出现：刚搞完卫生大扫除第二天有检查又得忙里忙外在打扫一遍；一星期下来各种各样的活动压得没有时间写教案、家园联系册，可却是必须完成的工作；尽力在做好孩子的护理、教育，孩子不接受，家长不理解……
在这些问题的处理上，规章制度让我们了解自己该做什么、怎么做、如何做好，如果没有这些管理上的制度限制，依着每个人不同的性格、处理方法，岂不天下大乱，分不清轻重缓急，弄不明前因后果，工作将只能疲惫不前。那有人问了：制度是人定的，法外还有情，遇到特殊问题怎么办？
我想个性是做为每个人最大的特色不同，是值得称赞的，小情小性也是理所当然的，只是在碰到工作问题时，最基本的一点是问题可以细纠，却要保证原则不改变，了解每个人的个性开展工作，如同面对不同的孩子采取不同的教育方式一样，问题也就迎刃而解。

大家好！今天我演讲的题目是感恩父母。
同学们，我们从哪里来？听到这个问题，大家肯定都会说，是父母把我们带到世界上来的。
是啊，我们的父母用泪水和幸福的笑容迎接了我们的到来。
但当我们来到世上的那一刻起，父母们却多了一项繁重的工作——照顾我们。
尽管这是一种沉重的负担，但父母们却毫无怨言地抚养我长大。

因此，不管父母的社会地位、知识水*以及其它素养如何，他们都是我们今生最大的恩人，是值得我们永远去爱的人。

大家好，我演讲的题目是《珍惜当下，学会感恩》。
今年暑假，有一则名为“悲伤雪糕”的视频在网络上走红。视频中，一位非洲小哥一边吃着从未品尝过的雪糕，一边流着泪说：“这是上帝创造出来的最好的食物，真是太凉太冰爽了，如果我的爸爸妈妈能早点吃到这么好的食物，就不会被热死了，感激上帝。”
很多网友被非洲小哥的话打动。与这位非洲小哥相比，我们是幸福的，然而谁又能像他那样，即使生活在苦难之中也依旧感恩生活呢？
相比之下，我们拥有很多：我们有完整幸福的家庭，我们在炎炎夏日里可任意吹空调，吃雪糕，品妈妈做的美食，躺在沙发上看电视……对于这些“理所当然”的事物，你是否怀着一颗感恩的心呢？

面对着即将到来的感恩节，所以我更是通过这样的方式来向大家传达感恩的重要性，更是要努力地去学*感恩，让感恩尽可能的围绕在我们的身边，让周围的人都可以感受到我们的感恩之情。

感恩更多的是一种情感，是我们在接受了别人的帮助，他人的付出之后，在心中对于对方的感谢，更是想要为这份付出而付出的冲动。心中有感恩是我们都应该要做到的，更是应该要去培养的，有些人或许会觉得我们还是学生就是理应接受他人的帮助，是孩子就理应接受家人的关心与照料，但是这一切也都只是对方的甘愿付出，更是对方的一种感恩的心的传递。在这个世界上没有任何的东西是理所应当，就连父母对我们的照顾也是他们对我们的关心与爱护，是爱的传递，所以我们必须要学会爱，学会感恩，学会将自己的感恩传递向周围，传递向全社会。
如今已经是高中生的我们，更是应该对父母投放出更多的关心与感恩，他们每天都在为我们而忙绿，所以在*时简单的问候，帮助他们做一点力所能及事情，更是直接的表达自己的感情，都会让他们感受到我们的感恩。当然对于老师也是需要我们去做出感恩的个体，老师对于我们辛勤的付出，每天努力的备课，对我们的'关心，都是在为我们的成长而艰苦奋斗，这样的他们更是需要我们去为他们付出，向他们献出自己的感恩。在老师需要我们的时候献出自己的帮助，更是以自己不懈的努力去考取优秀的成绩来感恩老师的这些辛苦付出。

感谢老爸，让我知道是守信一个人的美德。在我的记忆中，老爸一直是守信的人，从记事起，他从来没有哄骗过我。老爸的工作很忙，但是承诺过的事情从来不会食言，即便是寒冷的冬夜。记得有一天爸爸去xx出差，答应顺便给我买套有关xx的卡通书，下午七点多爸爸一脸疲惫地回到家，一见到我，马上就又出门了，一直到晚上十点才回来，手里提着我要的卡通书。他把书递给我的同时，抱歉地对我说，由于事情太多，忙完后就匆匆往回赶，结果把答应你的事给遗忘了。这是我到市里跑了好多地方才找到的。当然这都是我的过错，儿子，对不起了……
