我们在听的时候要注意一下几个规律：
1.顺序规律：注意题目和文章的考点有先后顺序对应的关系。所以我们可以边听边看选项，注意在相关选项后面作上笔记以供参考。

4.开头规律：开头往往会引出话题，或是交代文章要论述的内容，这些句子需要仔细听并联系我们*时已有的相关话题信息进行推测文章发生的场景或是文章接下来要谈论的要点，这样有利于提高我们对下面听力文章吸收和理解的效度。此外，开头容易设考点，询问文章主题。
5.结尾规律：在文章到最后的时刻和问题开始读的时刻中间会有一定时间的.停顿。这个停顿相当重要，使得我们明确文章结束以及最后说的什么。结尾也容易设置考点，询问事情的最终结果。
6.人名规律：无论是不是名人，都要关注人物的身份以及地位、贡献。
7.时间规律：如果选项中出现时间，那么听力过程中出现时间时需要做好相关具体信息的记录。
三、听音后的决断
放音结束之后要迅速做出判断，选定答案。如果不确定也不要太过纠结，应该放下这道题把精力转移到下一道题的解答上。重要的事情说三遍：快。快。快。
一般来说，听力不过关的病因：
一、语音不过关。
建议大家在记忆单词时就把音发正确，同时，现在很多单词书都是有配套光盘的，建议跟读。
二、不适应听力的语境

一、两个短对话间隔约10秒，尽快结束上一题目，以快速进入下一题目。
这个问题实际上讲的是小对话间隔时间的问题。两个小对话之间的做题时间有多久呢？大概是10秒钟左右，10秒钟左右的含义是，大家需要用2到5秒钟的时间，或者说小于一半的时间，先将上一题进行一个很快的结束。上一题不结束的话，就会带着上一题的的阴影，来做下一道题目，必然会对下一道题产生影响。
