充满机遇与挑战的2021年已经过去，我们迎来了满怀希望的2021年，回顾过去，有与员工协同工作的喜悦，也有遇到困难和挫折时的惆怅，付出了汗水、由享受了成功，在这辞旧迎新的时刻我就本年度工作情况总结如下：
过去的一年，生鲜柜在部门领导的正确领导下，整个柜台全年工作开展比较顺利，无重大安全事故及顾客投诉，因为生鲜柜是个特殊的柜台，不仅体现在人员的组成和商品的结构上，而且它还承担了整个超市最重要的职责——拉动人气，加上生鲜柜商品是有关民生的必需品，因此，这里是顾客长期关注的一个区域，为了最大限度的满足消费者的需求，确保商品的新鲜、健康，我主要从以下几个方面着手：
（一）严把商品质量关。降低商品质量投诉，根据天气、周末、节假日等外部环境因素的影响，每天认真审核商品的订货计划，在满足销售及周转需要的前提下，合理控制库存。
（二）准确掌握市场信息，对于生鲜柜来说，市场的动态千变万化，能否准确的掌握市场的价格，尤其是鲜肉、鱼的价格最为关键，目前，我们采用了每周一次的市调，能合理调整柜台商品价格，争取做到商品物美价廉。
（三）做好人员的有效管理，协调好员工与员工之间的关系，全体员工在2021年的确付出了辛勤的劳动，但是仍旧存在着一些问题，柜台现在有正式工三名，其余的均为厂家及部门特聘和专柜联营员工。在思想行为上很难做到统一，针对这种现象，通过调整，进行协同工作制，即要求责任到人，不互相依赖，又不自私自利，形成了员工和导购员之间既分工又合作。

转眼间，20xx年像个淘气的孩子溜走了，崭新的20xx年在我面前探出了脑袋。呵呵！新年到了，新的一年我有新的计划！
在我们家，我是一个不折不扣的小吃货。刚刚过去的一年里，我总是管不住自己的嘴巴，还总找借口：说自己正处于长身体长个子的关键时期，多吃点没关系。唉！这不，我的个子是长到了1.55米，可横向也变壮了，体重已达到了90斤，害得我连运动会都没参加上。新的一年里，我可要管住自己的小嘴巴了，可不能对任何美食都来者不拒了，要保证自己健康的情况下，多锻炼身体，多长长个子，少横向发展。
我看书写作业有个坏*惯，离得太*，姿势不端正，因为这我的眼睛承受不了了，我也光荣地成为了“四眼一族”。医生告诉我，我现在度数还低，属于假性*视，如果端正姿势，注意用眼的话，还是可以摘掉眼镜的。呵呵，有希望就好，新年里我要改掉坐姿不端正的.坏*惯，眼镜，你等着吧，我很快就会与你拜拜的。
我家离学校大约步行半个小时的路程，以前妈妈不放心，又怕耽误时间，都是骑电瓶车接送我，既费电又不环保。新年里，我打算上学、放学都自己走，因为这段上学的路早都熟悉了，况且路上还能碰到同学一起，没什么可担心的；而且我在家里做了许多小卡片，上面写上英语单词，走在路上可以背一背，时间就不会浪费了。妈妈看到我这既环保又健康的计划，点头同意了。
新年新计划，新年新希望，加油！
时间有如白驹过隙，我们挥挥手告别了20xx年，崭新的20xx年已经走来。时间老人打开一页新的篇章，等待着我们去书写、去创造。新年又来了，“新年”的意义，代表着热闹、欣喜、新的开始和新的希望。
就在这时，超市里有琳琅满目的食物，可以任我大包小包地购买；大街小巷有熙熙攘攘的人群和沸沸扬扬的吆喝声；家家户户都是张灯结彩。大人们会买来过年用的年货；家里会不断地有客人来往，并提来好多好吃的东西；让我最爱的环节，就是长辈们还会给我发压岁钱哦！
我一收到压岁钱，就先取出150元，在网上买几本书看。再取出150元为爸爸妈妈、我、弟弟买好生日礼物，（提前买嘛！也加上我自己O(∩_∩)O哈哈~！）
新的一年，有新的学期、新的知识、新的目标、更有新的`任务在等待着我，我一定会在新的一年里，取得一个新的好成绩。（我现在是小孩子，没钱，只能用成绩来报答爸爸妈妈对我养育之恩啦！）在新的一年里，我更希望老师能一视同仁；父母可以有空陪陪我们，我们也能好好孝顺一下她们嘛！
