Written in the first chapter of the book Pride and Prejudice is an extraordinary sentence of which even a person who has had only a brief look upon the book will not fail to receive a deep impression-It is a truth universally acknowledged that a single man in possession of a good fortune must be in want of a wife. In terms of Sherlock Holmes, we’d better alter the sentence into “It is a fact universally accepted by readers throughout the world that an excellent book in possession of our famous detective Sherlock Holmes is undoubtedly a masterpiece of all times.” Perhaps this is one of the most obvious explanations for the unrivaled popularity of “Holmes series” in the field of detective stories. Overwhelmed by the recommendations provided by my friends, I decided to take a look on this Sherlock Holmes and the Duke’s Son originally published by Oxford University Press.
As a whole, this book is about a case concerning the Duke’s missing son. Arthur, the Duke’s son, was found out in a certain morning to have disappeared, accompanied with which was also the disappearance of the German teacher. The school master Dr. Huxtable then turned to the famous detective of the time Sherlock Holmes for help. Realizing how tough and important the case is, Holmes immediately made up his mind to accept the case and followed Dr. Huxtable back to Mackleton by train. Having formed a rough idea about the whole matter, Holmes probed into the case immediately and had a careful investigation of the entire area shortly after the arrival, during the process of which he discovered the body of the German teacher Heidegger. Finally, primarily due to his prominent ability as a detective, he managed to unravel the mystery and obtained the twelve thousand pounds promised by the Duke.
Having once started reading this fiction, I was completely immersed in the mysterious story presented by the book. As the saying goes, “Well begun, half done”. At the beginning of the story, just like many other detective stories, the author gives us a brief description of the condition by the words of a client. However, unlike other ones, this story first delineates the client’s strange behavior at length to indicate the severity of the incident in order to attract the readers to continue reading it. As is known to all, vivid depiction is essential to detective stories since it can help the readers understand each figure’s characteristics and visualize the scenes, thus making the story more authentic and attractive. Therefore, trying to present a “real world” to his readership, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, author of the original “Holmes series”, has skillfully arranged the plots of the whole story from the perspective of Dr. Watson, a character not so specialized in discovering the truth hidden behind the enigmatic happenings as Holmes but so loyal to Sherlock Homes as a friend that he always accompanies Holmes wherever he goes. In this way, he elaborately depicted every scene and character in the book, Apart from the special start, the ending of the whole story, being dramatic but reasonable, is certainly an outstanding one. After all, except the author himself, who knows that the Duke’s seemingly ordinary secretary is in fact the Duke’s bastard? In addition, who knows that the Duke actually has already been acquainted with the whole thing before Holmes solves this complicated problem? Yet, surprising as it is, this ending seems so natural that it fits all the plots of the story perfectly well. While enjoying this wonderful story, I could do nothing but admire the wonderful design of this masterpiece as well as the author’s gorgeous writing skill. Closing my eyes, I can even “see” the story happening just like watching a film. Not until then did I understand why the Japanese cartoon film Detective Conan used this “Conan” as the name of its hero.
As far as I am concerned, nothing is more admirable and surprising in the hero Sherlock Homes than his profound knowledge which has certainly assisted him a lot when he was studying the case. Take the bicycle tyres for instance, Holmes actually is capable of recognizing 42 different varieties of bicycle tyres. What’s more, according to his other stories, Holmes has studied different kinds of newspapers, cigarettes, people’s footprints and other special things as well. Therefore, he seems to have the mastery of anything relevant to the cases he deals with. Except for his illimitable knowledge, Holmes also specializes in arranging the facts in order and then finding the fact leading him to a GREat discovery or even the truth itself. From his speaking “Every mystery has an answer”, we can readily shape the impression of a man with great intelligence and inflexible will. In this case, after getting rid of unrelated facts, Sherlock Homes eventually grasped the clue and discovered the amazing fact.

暑期里，我静静得打开了曹文轩的《火印》一书，这部书让人陶醉也让人沉迷。合上书本时，我久久地回味着，眼眶已然湿润。
一个名叫坡娃的男孩从狼嘴里救下了一匹良马，取名“雪儿”，然而可耻的日本鬼子看中抢走了它。长官河野企图驯服雪儿，但雪儿没被驯服，好几次差点要了河野的命，最终“雪儿”沦落成拉炮车的马。在那个马的地狱里，雪儿遭受了母子分离，种种欺凌，到最后日本鬼子被消灭，雪儿重新回到了坡娃身边。
就是这样的一只有思想、有人格的马深深地触动了我的神经。雪儿有思想，有喜怒哀乐，在被河野强行夺走孩子的时候，它哀鸣着；在被河野用各种手段制服时，它发怒了； 当黑狗死了的时候，它流泪了；在坡娃和它玩耍时，它快乐的奔跑、欢叫。雪儿已经不是一匹马了，它通人性、有感情、有智慧、简直和人一样具有灵性，不，它胜过人，在那个兵荒马乱的年代，又有多少人禁不住诱惑，或苦难当了汉奸。可是，雪儿知道，它的主人只有野狐峪的坡娃，无论河野怎么训练，它都不愿意被驯服，我被它这种精神深深折服。可雪儿却因为骨肉分离而性情大变。
雪儿有魄力，河野让它做一连串“悬崖勒马”的高难度动作时，雪儿一直不肯配合，河野不断催促，雪儿竟然向悬崖跑去，看到这儿，我的心都不禁提到了嗓子口，马上就要冲出悬崖了，难道雪儿要和河野同归于尽！河野不得不紧急跳下了马，雪儿也停下了脚步！雪儿宁死也不被河野制服，我深深地佩服着。
一个个跌宕起伏的情节让我沉醉其中，曹文轩老师写的《火印》首先让我明白，我们每一个人都应该善待所有生灵，只有真心对待它们，我们才会收获每一个生灵真心的回报，真心对待动物。同时它让我想起了当年处在水深火热中的*人民，面对日寇的欺凌、虐待、烧杀抢掠，，“火印”，是烙刻在雪儿身上的耻辱，他们更是承受着巨大的耻辱，但他们最终像雪儿一样高昂着头，赢回了尊严！可是，如今我们有些*的学生，在国外留学，学*完了就把父母带去国外不肯回来，有的甚至连父母都不要，独自在国外生活，这些人连雪儿都比不上，雪儿爱自己的主人，知道野狐裕才是自己的家，所以无论河野如何威逼利诱都没有屈服，但我们现在的人呢？但愿我们每一个*人都能不忘历史，爱我们的祖*亲，爱我们的家园。
天边的红霞包裹着孤鹰翔飞的翼，刺目的夕阳光给青草镀了层厚重金，羊群洁白的绒毛变幻着深深浅浅的红，茫茫一片，有如流淌在草野上的霞海。夕阳垂下，山头仅剩了残缺的半个圆盘，在那放羊娃高声的吆喝，和羊儿的绵软叫声中，回响着那渐渐远去，而越发分明的马蹄铮铮。
自翻开《火印》第一页，我为其堪称壮烈的景物所震撼，薄暮朦胧中，炽热的光线仿佛化作了箭矢，对着广袤的草野“万箭齐发”。从此我走上了那座山头，亲眼目睹了那场恶战，听到了那“咴咴”的嘶鸣。那晚，牧羊娃抽断了羊鞭，满身伤痕，趴在父亲的肩头回望那匹雪白的马，他幼小稚嫩的眼神里满是骄傲，而他即将成长，在杀伐与刀光中成长，浸浴血且饱览泪光。
那一天云翳阴沉了，炮声响起了，静谧安详的桃源被轰出了一个豁口，拦不住的日军洪流汩汩涌入，淹过了村庄。在字里行间，通过真诚、真切的文字，我仿佛听到雪儿离开后，坡娃的哀哭。丰富的心理描写，也让一个爱马如命、霸道专横的日本军官形象展现在我的眼前，他的征服欲，他军官的威严，燃烧，升腾，飘摇在他战胜、战败、死亡的路上。而在日军粗暴血腥的行为里，在他们肮脏的精神堆里，却有稻叶的天真无暇，这是令我欣赏《火印》的一点。*人民眼中无恶不作、万恶不赦的日本鬼子中，也有人性的美好，有稻叶对马儿的无微不至，有河野不让稻叶上前线的对于纯真的保留，正是这些，让小说的情感趋于完整，使“人”的样子展现得更为完美。
我忘不了那个瘦腿伤的小哥。我爱他的斗志，我爱他的热情，他流血的伤口也喷薄着上战场的豪情。也许，他决斗的信念来自于他看到那个拄着拐杖、独腿的娃，和他牵着的那匹良驹，他有军人的诚信，军人的执着，说活着回来，就活着回来，说胜利，就没有失败。
“火印”，是烙刻在雪儿身上的耻辱，是耀目的`对坡娃精神的折磨，却也是磨砺中成长的见证，是复仇后永存的战利品。在坡娃与雪儿身上，我仿佛看到了中华民族无限的光辉，从苏醒到饱受折磨，到顽强拼搏，至今的伟大复兴。雪儿的抬首，是民族的觉醒;冲破云霄的嘶鸣，是人们不屈的呐喊;坡娃的十七岁，是新*的成立。
在《火印》中，我读到了抗战民族的英勇无畏，看见了觉醒人民的壮志豪情，那泼洒的鲜血灌满了满地的炮坑，残损的骨架支起了倒塌的房屋，那是无数人类用骨血铺出的*坦大道，四处弥漫的、照耀的，是崇高的灵魂，是人性的光芒。“多一个人读奥威尔，就多了一分自由的保证”，多一个人读曹文轩，就多了一份生命的敬仰!
夕阳落下，那远方升起的燃着白焰的火球，投射下皎洁的光，覆盖在暗色的草原上，羊群离去，牧羊娃的歌声戛然而止，他立在山头，眺望着，聆听着，那远处至高山峰上燃烧的黑影，仰首抬蹄，以悬崖勒马的绝美姿态，发出了“咴咴”的嘶鸣。
“太阳已经落山，从山峰背面喷射到天空的万道光芒，像无数支金箭齐发，在一天结束之前，上演着最后的辉煌。”一开头，我就被这场面感染了，仿佛身临其境。随着这段话，我“走入”了坡娃和雪儿的生活??

雪儿是一匹马，坡娃历尽了千辛万苦，斗智斗勇战胜了狼群，救出了雪儿，雪儿依偎在坡娃怀里，认定了坡娃就是它要一辈子效忠的主人。坡娃把还是个小马驹的它带回家，一家人待雪儿如亲人一般。这一切都十分美好，可是，又有谁能料到，这样的好日子，在野狐裕的时间已经不长了。有一次，日本人到野狐峪来“征用”马匹，雪儿也不例外，坡娃死死的抓住缰绳，即使日本人的刺刀离自己的喉咙越来越*，他依然没有放手的意思，坡娃的爸爸简情况不妙，赶紧跑过去，把坡娃一下抱走，雪儿**本人牵上了运输车，雪儿几次想挣脱缰绳，却又被锋利的刺刀挡了回去，雪儿每一步走的都十分艰难，眼里全是不舍，雪儿“咴——咴”的嘶鸣，像是在哀嚎，又像在呼唤着坡娃。从此，雪儿**本人占为己有了。作者运用了许多环境描写和细节描写，从字里行间中，能体会到坡娃对雪儿的十分不舍，却又不得不分开的纠结和痛苦。日本军官河野家是养马世家，他看到雪儿突然两眼放光，一眼就认定了它是匹良驹，“虽然是一匹母马，但它比任何一匹公马都适合上战场”。在这期间，炮火仍未停歇，草灵、坡娃的父母死了，而坡娃也失去了一条腿，整个野狐峪成了一片废墟。十几天过去了，瓜灯和坡娃到村外散心，无意中看到一个场子，里面有许多匹马，他们便想走进去瞧一瞧，然而，他们却意外的发现了雪儿，雪儿已经受的皮包肉骨，皮毛也没有了往日的光泽。自从身上烙上了日本军营的印记之后，在野狐峪就再也没有抬起头过。然而，一次偶然的机会，雪儿成了*战马，在战场上过五关斩六将，回到家乡后与河野斗智斗勇，最终将河野打败，不再是个耻辱，成了野狐峪的英雄。冬天来了，下了场大雪，霎时间，大地铺上了一层洁白的厚地毯，雪是那么洁白无瑕，这让坡娃想到了雪儿。他拄着棍来到马厩，推开门一看，只见马厩里“空无一马”，这才知道，雪儿已经离开了。
战争年代，生离死别，已是家常便饭，雪儿身在日本军营，身上还被烙下了永久的印记，但它不肯受了屈辱依然仰人鼻息，不敢反抗，而是勇敢和敌人较量，及时遍体鳞伤也在所不惜，洗刷了耻辱，不留遗憾。
在生活中也是，没有人愿意白白受了屈辱而不去反击，谁不希望自己能获得没有遗憾？古时候，苏武宁死不屈服于匈奴，受了各种屈辱也不愿投降。最后，他仍然回到了自己的祖国。现在，就算被人欺负，最好的方法就是让自己变得更强大，不让别人有机可乘。
坡娃他一直很喜欢雪儿，也不舍得离开雪儿，雪儿终于回到自己身边，并且立下了大功，可是，雪儿却不辞而别，留下的只有一串串即将被雪填没的马蹄印。这一次，坡娃没有想去追它，可能是因为不想再限制它的自由，也可能是因为坡娃觉得他去找他的孩子了。总之，随它去吧。
现在社会上的人，大都喜欢自食其力，自己能靠自己的实力养活自己，养活家人，不喜欢父母在自己背后做太大的付出，也不喜欢依靠父母的名义找工作、混社会。孩子就像雪儿那样，自身有很大的潜力，也有自己的梦想，我认为，父母就应该撒手，不能用“缰绳”困住了“马儿”的自由。

To me, it’s somewhat like a fairy tale that begins with ‘long long ago’ and ends with ‘ever after’， in which the prince and princess, though having suffered much in the process of getting together, would always end up in a harmonious marriage and enjoy all the best life has to offer. Being an obscure girl herself, the author Charlotte Bronte was so generous as to have provided our dear Jane a Mr. Rochester who loves her just the way she is, appreciates her unique character and a kindhearted family （later proved to be her relatives） that took her in when she was helpless and offered her a job to support herself. In reality, not every Jane Eyre can meet the proper people at the right time, just as not every ugly duckling can turn into a graceful swan——it may depend on a matter of luck. If you are too obsessed with fairy tales, you are very likely to feel disappointed and deceived by the not-so-perfect everyday life. But what are fairy tales for? We love to read them and we tend to believe in them even though we know they are not real. Sometimes we do need a little romantic daydream as seasonings in the routine of life, and we also need an ideal to believe in, a creed to live by, and a northern star to show us directions on the long journey.
That’s maybe what Jane Eyre is for——it gives numerous common girls a possibility to look forward to, a life to reach for, and above all, a positive attitude to face all odds to encounter. Perhaps we can’t all have her luck, but we can have her independence, confidence, persistence, the courage of standing up to fight for ourselves against those seemingly taller than us, and the faith that we can finally win because WE ARE EQUAL.
Today, I finished reading the bronze sunflower.
Bronze is a good and obedient boy. He listens to the words of his mother and father, and the family says a bronze is afraid to say two, in order to make the home good;He did not go to school, he dug a basket of wild vegetables outside, he beat a wild bird, he helped his family to see the fields, he watched the animals, and he read the words in 100 words.It's a good helper for mom and dad.
But he was a silent child who was better off than he was, and not only could he speak and go to school, but he could not.Father and mother say one, we dare to say two, do not think for the family to buy this buy that, this bad that person is not good.Computers, cell phones play a sharp decline in one eye, game consoles, fallen on mom and dad said, have no use, more is said to be a good helper for mom and dad, is mom and dad trouble, ok!
We also want to be like bronze, when the father mother's good helper, the family's three handles, come on!
Notice: This was the companion piece of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, and also the continuation.
Although it could be said that this book was the continuation, still， it started a whole new story of Huck.
Basic Information:
Huck: A real friend of Tom Sawyer
Jim: A nigger (forgive me, though the word was offensive, it was the word which went through the whole book) who felt discontent of the Widow, and ran away to seek freedom.
The King: A swindler who claimed to be a king, and went along with Huck and Jim to cheat money.
The duke: Also a cheater, who went alongside with the king.
Mr. and Mrs. Phelps: Tom Sawyer’s relatives.
While Huck was being raised by the Widow, Miss Watson, he found his father sitting in his room, and he was being brought away. There, the true adventures began…
While Huck’s father left Huck for three days, he ran away, and got to the island of Jacksonville, which he was familiar to. However, the second night, he met Jim! While he found out, Jim was sound asleep. Jim was being shocked to death when he found out that Huck was there too (you know, Jim was also a run-away, so he was also scared that someone would find him). Then they were together, and got elsewhere.
They slept at day, and took actions at night. One day, they evidently met the king and the duke. Actually, I have been foolish enough to believe that they were actually a king and a duke! To tell the truth, they were just a couple of cheaters. But then, they went along with Huck and Jim, and while they claimed that they were the royals, they were being treated in a good way (which I hated).
On the way, the king and the duke cheated a pretty lot of money. I could say that they nearly gained a thousand dollars. Then they pretended to be the brothers in a family who had a large amount of money. However, they were being discovered, and they ran away as soon as they could.
While the days went by, Huck was beginning to show detesting in the duke and the king, and he ran away from them when he sought a chance. However, he found out that Jim was gone! Soon, the two caught up, and the duke told him where to go. And this was the last time ever that Huck should see these two fellows.
What was the most amusing thing was that, in the end, he met Tom again in Tom’s uncle’s house! Mr. and Mrs. Phelps were waiting for Tom for a very long time, and when they found a boy standing over their (Huck, of course), they were so overexcited that they thought Huck was Tom! Huck found himself in a real depressed situation: if Tom came, how was he ever going to explain it all? He decided to go looking for Tom.
When Tom found out that Huck was in front of him, he was surprised that Huck was still alive (because when Huck was lost, all of the people in town thought that Huck was already killed)! Tom was naturally a smart boy, and he came up with a way. He made himself Sid, the brother of Tom, and was also greeted by the Phelps.
Of course, Jim was locked up, and Tom promised Huck to save him. They let Jim do a lot of things, such as taking a rattlesnake as a pet, and also watering a tiny plant with his tears (trust me, I never had no idea what it was about). Finally when, they made all of the efforts to save Jim, they found that in Miss Watson (she was Jim’s hostess)’s will, she already set free to Jim!
As a fact, I found out that this book, the Code Talker was rather easy for me to read, either about the comprehensions, or about the vocabularies. I suggest that people, who had lower English skills, were able to read this book. Overall, although I seemed to show passion in it, I found that there were no clear stories, and most of them seemed a bit even boring to me.
On the background of World War II, the author used the first person pronoun to write this book. The major plot was about the Navajos, a large tribe of Indians in America, chosen to join the Marines, to defeat the Japanese. The protagonist, Kii Yazhi (pretty strange name, isn’t it?), was born in an ordinary Navajo family. At the year of seven, Yazhi began to realize that his parents were determined to send him to school. At that time, Navajos were being despised by the Americans, and the Americans believed that the Navajos were taking lower levels than they did. Later on, the Americans could not stand the uneducated Navajos, so they set up schools for them. Most of the Navajos were finishing their courses at the end of the elementary school. Then they were already graduated, however, because Yazhi did well in the courses, and he was always the best in every way, he was allowed to enter the middle school.
You know, as I said above, few of the Navajos were permitted to go on after elementary school, and because Yazhi was entering middle school, that meant he could do something different…
Before, when Yazhi was in the elementary school, he showed affection in geography, and he kept doing very well in the exams. When he was in the middle school, he was also the best. Although it was my own opinion, I suggested that this helped Yazhi to enter the Marines, and affected him totally.
A matter of time passed, and Yazhi know that the school was recruiting members for the Marines. However, he was only in the year of fifteen, and the deadline was seventeen. Still, at that time, none of the Navajos had any Birth Certificates, and the only proves were from the parents’ mouth (maybe the policy was unsuccessful). So then, Yazhi went for his parents, and asked if they could say he was seventeen years old, when the committee came and asked for his age. Beyond the expectations of Yazhi, his parents refused to do so, and asking him to wait till another year came. They claimed that he was still too young to fight for his country.
Finally, the day came for Yazhi to depart. Of course, his parents were unwilling to do so, but they agreed with Yazhi. There was a ceremony, and it started from the morning, and ended in midnight. Yazhi was excited, but also a bit fearful about his future.
(I chose to abbreviate the fights, mainly because of that I found it not appealing, and I hope you can forgive me).
When finally Yazhi arrived back home, he found out that he was still being treated the same as years before- being despised by white people. However, he met with his relatives again, and he was happy.

前几天，我读了一本书叫做《丑小鸭》，我读完这本书后，我觉得很惭愧。
主人公丑小鸭出生在一个*凡得再不能*凡的鸭子家庭里，丑小鸭的妈妈生了五个蛋，过了不久，丑小鸭的哥哥姐姐争先恐后“破蛋而出”惟独只有一个蛋里的小鸭没有出来，再过了几天丑小鸭才出来，丑小鸭一出生就被鸭群排斥，被公鸡啄，被农民赶。最后它在一个湖里一直游，春天来了，丑小鸭变成了美丽的白头鹅。读完这篇文章后，我觉得无地自容。
在三年级的暑假时，我看见许许多多的小伙伴在骑自行车，看到那完美的动作我都要羡慕死了，所以，我决定向我班同学柯天锡学*骑自行车。
第二天，我到了柯天锡家，我们就开始了，一开始柯天锡就扶着车尾，后来，我慢慢可以自己骑了，柯天锡就放手了，我刚到一个小水沟前就一往如前的冲动，但车却倒了下来。要不是我脚长，刚好站在地上，我早掉进水沟里。我转头一看柯天锡根本没扶着我，于是我便大怒地扬长而去。至今想起这件事，我还很后悔。
假如我有丑小鸭坚持不懈的精神，相信我一定学会骑自行车，丑小鸭永远是我们学*的榜样。

一只天鹅在水上迈动着轻盈的舞步，*静的湖面映着它美丽的身影。这时，没有一个人会想到它曾经是一只丑陋的，自卑的，走投无路的丑小鸭。说起《丑小鸭》的故事，我想大家都不陌生。它是讲一个无助的小鸭，因相貌丑陋而处处被人排挤，在逆境中顽强生存下来，最终变成了美丽的白天鹅。
文中的丑小鸭“被鸭子咬，被鸡群啄，被看管养鸡场的那个女佣人踢，在冬天里受苦。”可是，他还是始终怀着一颗感恩的心：“啊，谢谢老天爷！我丑得连猎狗也不要咬我了！”；而且，他始终是充满着希望的：“我想我还是走到广大的世界上去好。”“我要飞向他们，飞向这些高贵的鸟儿！”所以，在他遭受了无数次的挫折后，他终于从丑小鸭变成了天鹅：“他不再是一只粗笨的、深灰色的、又丑又令人讨厌的鸭子，而是一只天鹅！”
这个故事启示我们，每个人的生活道路都不会是一帆风顺的，每个人都会有陷入困境的时候。困难是可以让人成长的，而人生的道路就是由一次次困难的积累所搭建的。在遇到困难时不要灰心，不要气馁，要相信自己，要相信光明总有到来的一天。我们要勇敢的.迎接人生给我们的每一次挑战。我们要打倒困难，向光辉的明天迈进。这是正面意义。但我要说却是丑小鸭身边那些形形色色的“评论家”们。比小鸭还丑陋的“小鸭”，所有的同伴们都不喜欢它，所有小动物都嘲笑它，排挤它，原因就仅仅是因为它长得不象小鸭，长得“不伦不类”，所以在这些“评论家”的眼里，因为它“太丑”了，所以一文不值，连猎狗都不屑于吃它。可当捱过寒冬，丑小鸭终于长成了一只漂亮的白天鹅时，所有的曾经嘲笑、排挤、讨厌过它的那些“评论家”们却纷纷发出赞美声，用一切美好的词语形容它，竟没有想到这其实就是那只被大家抛弃的没人理睬的“丑八怪”！是丑小鸭变了吗？就本质上来说，没有！它就是他。变化的只是外表，然而，这正说明，那些“评论家”们，只注重外表美与不美，根本就没有想过，其实，天鹅的可爱和美丽正源自当初的“丑”，源自当初的“被人遗弃时的
坚强”！所以，我想，在现实生活中，我们有时尽管口口声声的说外表是其次，重在内心。只有心灵美的人才是真正的美。但大家往往在意的都只是表面，难道一个人的美与丑代表他的一切吗？美就是好，而丑就要被一票否决吗？赞美属于漂亮，自尊单单是对美丽的人而言的。而丑的人就注定应该没有自尊？就应该承受着嘲笑和排挤吗？大家都向往美丽，而丑只能被丢在黑暗的角落。丑，有错吗？它真的这么十恶不赦吗？世人往往重视外表，以貌取人。他们忽略了美丽的人最珍贵的东西——心灵。
当我们面对正在遭受挫折的人，无论是我们的同事，我们的学生，还是任何人，我们不应该像“鸭子”一样去咬丑小鸭，不应该像“鸡”那样去啄丑小鸭，不应该像“养鸡场的女佣人”一样去踢丑小鸭，而是应该相信，他也有一天会像自己那样“那么年轻，那么好看！”

在我的印象中，妈妈暖暖的母爱总在我病时流淌。
那天，我躺在床上，感觉整个人好像来到了燃烧的土堆旁边，汗不断地流下来，后背都湿透了。我感觉很累，很累，一动也不想动。妈妈来到我房间替我盖上被子，一眼就瞧出我不对劲，赶紧用手摸我的额头，“呀！这么烫”！妈妈不管三七二十一，抱起我就往附*的医院跑。
我已经昏昏沉沉的了，不知道自己到了哪里，只是迷迷糊糊地感觉，妈妈抱着我走了很多的路，我听到她怦怦的心跳声，感到她黏乎乎的后背。经过量体温、验血、做皮试后，我终于挂上了盐水，这时，医院里渐渐安静下来，我已挡不住睡意。可妈妈还是那么不安，不停地问我：“好点了吗？是不是很难受？”每隔十几分钟，妈妈就用手摸我的额头。有护士过来，就马上拉着她问我的情况。一晚上过去了，我的体温慢慢降下来了，我终于看到妈妈的脸上洋溢出了微笑。
我情不自禁地吟诵起《游子吟》：慈母手中线，游子身上衣。临行密密缝，意恐迟迟归，谁言寸草心，报得三春晖。
我的孩提时代没有图书为伴，有的只是无拘无束的嬉戏打闹。现在竟也回到了童年，捧起了一本本儿童读物，重温哪些经典所带给我的感动。
《时代广场的蟋蟀》讲述了一只蟋蟀、一只老鼠和一只猫咪不寻常的友谊。在它们的友谊中，我重温了朋友间最宝贵的品质。
一、友谊中的信任
书中那只音乐家蟋蟀——柴斯特，在梦中嚼着一片香甜的柳叶。梦醒了，柴斯特低头看着两只前腿，心里巴望着那片柳树叶还在那里。可是它赫然发现，嚼碎的不是一片树叶，而是一张两块钱的钞票，而且它已经把其中的一半吃掉了。偏偏这两块钱正是玛利欧家的血汗钱呀！塔克老鼠建议柴斯特逃到加利福尼亚州去，或是干脆全部吃掉，就当从没发生过。它们想了
很多逃脱的办法，但都被柴斯特一一否决，它就留在这里担当。当妈妈发现血汗钱被柴斯特吃掉后，大发雷霆。但是玛利欧却坚信柴斯特是无辜的，并决定用自己的劳动挣够两块钱。最终塔克老鼠用自己一生积蓄还上了那笔钱。这就是友谊，当遇到问题时，它们之间没有相互的猜忌和推诿，只有真诚的信任。
二、友谊中的尊重
蟋蟀柴斯特竟一夜之间成了地铁车站里的演奏明星！可就是在蟋蟀音乐事业达到巅峰时，却突然做出决定，要从此“挂弦”隐退，回归康涅狄格州的乡下老家，要过从前那种虽然不知名却十分*静的生活。此时，它的朋友——亨利猫、塔克老鼠都在万般不舍的情况下支持它，并为它的离去做着各种准备。当玛利欧知道蟋蟀不见后，竟然说：“我很高兴是这样的。”这些就是它们之间的友谊，它们有着很多的不舍，但是却能够尊重彼此的决定。也许来年的夏天，亨利和塔克会一起去康涅狄格州的乡下去，它们会度过一个愉快的夏天！
高尔基曾说过“书籍是人类进步的阶梯”，我一直有一个温馨的朋友——《小学生时代》，它伴随着我健康成长。
新的一期《小学生时代》发来时，我心里会情不自禁地涌出一阵阵喜悦，当我翻开新的一页，我就知道这是梦开始的出发点。我认真地阅读起《小学生时代》当中的内容，慢慢地读着，我渐渐被带进梦的世界，我逐渐变成一只小鸟，展开翅膀，寻找着一片属于自己的天空。
《小学生时代》这本牵动人心的书，有时使我们开怀大笑，有时让我们痛哭流涕。这本书中有笑声、有哭声、有希望。这本书中让我了解到有付出就有回报，时间一去不复返。

最*读了安徒生爷爷的《丑小鸭》，读完之后我获得的不仅仅是感人的故事，而是丑小鸭那坚持不懈的品质，与努力就是成功的哲理。
丑小鸭，一生下来，就长得特别丑陋，它一点儿都不像别的小鸭，那么可爱，那么活泼！所有的朋友都嘲笑它、排挤它，最后连自己的兄弟、姐妹也欺侮它、看不起它。在巨大的压力面前，这只可怜的小鸭被迫离家流浪，几经风险！在寒冷的冬天里，丑小鸭受尽了折磨。可是后来它却靠着自己的不懈努力，历经千辛万苦，终于成功飞上蓝天，成了一只美丽的、与众不同的能够在蓝蓝的天空中自由遨翔的白天鹅！
读完《丑小鸭》的故事，我终于明白，原来逆境是可以让人成长的！只要不被挫折击倒，自信自强，最后就一定能走向成功！我不禁感叹道，如果每一个人都想丑小鸭这样那该多好！
以前，我老是被学*上的问题所压垮，经过几次小小的挫折我就气馁。记得有一次，在数学测验中，我竟然得了八十几分，这是有史以来的最低分，那天晚上，我不禁地哭了。但自从读了丑小鸭之后，我不会因为一点点挫折就气馁，反而更加努力，坚持。
虽然现在生活中有很多不如意，但我们就把它当作是在磨砺我的心志，培育我的斗志吧！越是在这样的逆境中越是要把握好自己的人生方向，定位好自己的人生目标。无论做什么事情，都不要放弃，不要被挫折而击倒！只要努力拼搏，坚强自信，终有一天，我一定会像“丑小鸭”一样，飞上蓝天，成为一只高贵美丽的白天鹅！
今天我又读了安徒生爷爷写的童话《丑小鸭》，尽管读过好多遍，每一次看过的感觉都是不一样的，我非常佩服丑小鸭的精神和勇气。
丑小鸭一生下来就被别的鸭子嘲笑，因为它长得不同于其他的鸭子，声音古怪，形体肥大，所以没有人喜欢它。看到这我感到和丑小鸭的处境非常相似，在学校里经常有同学嘲笑我，说我的坏话，我总是在心中偷偷的哭，这是为什么！我希望我的同学不要那样对我，我喜欢和你们在一起 。当丑小鸭离家出走后，被一个好心的婆婆收留，又被婆婆家的猫和鸡赶了出来，寒冷的季节来到了，它好可怜呀！但是是丑小鸭没有被困难吓倒，它决心要自己生活下去，这种精神我很佩服。孤独的丑小鸭在河水里游啊游，无情的河水慢慢的 结冰了，它游泳的范围越来越小，一旦封住冰面，丑小鸭就面临着被冻死的可能。为了不让河面结冰它拼命地划动双脚，一圈又一圈，不知疲倦的划着，这种精神不是一般人能有的，在我们当中缺少的就是这种精神，为了生存，丑小鸭用它自己微薄的力量战胜大自然。
春天悄悄来到了，丑小鸭终于从冬天熬出来了，透过河面它看见了自己的倒影,噢！一只漂亮的`白天鹅，它感到无比的欣慰，这让它感到幸福终于来了。
我觉得，丑小鸭是我的榜样，我应该向它学*，学*它坚定地信念，十足的勇气和特殊的精神。如果有了这些我会多一份信念，多一份勇气和特殊的精神。做到最好，翻身做一只美丽的白天鹅！丑小鸭的精神将永远激励我的成长。
