星期四，我格外兴奋，因为下午我们要去进行英语话剧比赛。
中午，我迅速吃完饭，和同学们一起去老师的办公室化妆。1：30我们乘坐大巴士出发了，我有一丝紧张，但又有一丝兴奋。终于到南化四小了，我们先到会议室准备。到我们了，我们走进比赛场地，不知怎么了，我突然有一句台词忘记了，刚准备问刘安桐，可就在这时，音乐却响起来了。怎么办，这次英语话剧可是由储老师和王老师排练了一个月的啊！不能因为我一个人……此时我的是心情十分焦急，眼看就要到那一句了，我站在台上仿佛马上就要晕倒一样，我多么希望时间能停留下来，让我重新看看稿子……What about you，Kate？到我了，台下所有人都看着我，不知怎么了，我又行云流水地把那句话说了出来。此时，我的心情如吃了槐花蜜一样香甜，心里的那块大石头终于放了下来，我的好心情又回来了！表演完了，台下的掌声经久不息。那天，站在台上，我笑得十分灿烂！
每个人只能看到别人成功的喜悦，却永远也体会不到成功背后的辛酸！
在我们学的各个学科中，英语是我很喜欢的一门，而且我也很擅长学*英语，所以对于我来说，学*英语就是我的拿手好戏。记得在一次英语比赛中，初赛的试卷对我来说不是很难，轻而易举我就完成了，但是我发现大家在绞尽脑汁的思考，有的同学看着一道道英语题，茫然不知所措，有的同学盯着白花花的卷子，瞄着一个个黑色的字母，始终不知其所以然，还有的同学望了几眼卷子，还没看几道题就心灰意冷，一筹莫展。当然这都是少数同学。剩下的同学则非常自信，成竹在胸，好像是很有把握能考高分。寂静的教室里只有翻页的声音和写字沙沙的声音，老师就算是在教室里小声说话，隔壁教室也一定能听得见。考试的结果出来了，我不仅晋级了，而且还获得了一等奖，我开心极了。可是下午就是英语决赛了，我心里好似一个玻璃花瓶，马上就从桌上掉下来了，就差一厘米，甚至是一毫米，真的是如履薄冰啊！比赛开始了，十几个选手站在一个个抢答器前，望着大屏幕，每个人都十分紧张，我看到台下一张张陌生的脸颊，一副副冷冰冰的面孔，心里真的是七上八下。看到大屏幕上的一道道英语题，虽然我都会，但是心里还是不由得打了个哆嗦，生怕答错了。
但我一直坚信我可以的，这时我慢慢调整情绪，想起临比赛妈妈对我的'鼓励，要我相信自己，不要紧张就当是参加一次比赛增加一次经验，想到这我把出汗的手在衣角处抹了一抹，扶了扶眼镜，深呼吸一口，准备迎接这场狂烈而刺激的暴雨。第一题在紧张的气氛中迎来了，虽然题很简单，都是学过的，但是大家都没有轻视，所有人打起了十分精神准备开始答题。这时抢答广播突然响了起来，三二一开始抢答，大家几乎同时按下抢答器，这时最令人激动的一刻，悄然无声地，不知能降临到哪个幸运儿头上，我是八号台我在心中默默祈祷：让我来！让我来！这是主持人高声宣布：“恭喜八号台抢答成功！”听到是我，我激动得差点跳起来，我*复一下激动的心情，弯下身子，小心翼翼的扶着麦克风，说出了这道题的答案。“八号台回答……”我的心砰砰的跳着！“正确！”听到主持人宣布我立刻放松了下来。
后面的比赛我也是沉着应对，经过激烈的角逐比赛结束了，我这时彻底放松了下来。支持人最后宣布结果，我竟然获得了特等奖！真是对我最好的肯定啊！颁奖后妈妈高兴地拥抱了我，夸我真的是太棒了！我用我自己的努力获得了成功，也用这个奖励肯定了我英语这个拿手好戏的事实。
迎着冬日暖暖的阳光，12月30日学校举办了“五年级英语演讲比赛”，我们几个参赛者迫不及待地冲进了多媒体教室准备比赛。
教室中，评委们早已坐成一排，表情是那么严肃认真，等待着同学们的到来。同学们陆陆续续，怀着兴奋的心情奔进教室，大家的表现各不相同：有的在闭目养神，似乎在为接下来的比赛储备力量；有的摆好架势，跃跃欲试，巴不得直接冲上讲台；也有的趴在座位上，微微发抖，直嚷：“上帝保佑！”我们班级在第四个上台，每个人都紧张极了，手忙脚乱：郑源的衣服关键时刻掉链子，怎么都解不开，我所有的“装备”都戴上了，却忘记了穿演出服装，桐画搓搓手，跺跺脚，小声地说：“紧张死了！紧张死了！”虽然有了一段小插曲，但是大家对比赛的热情、激情还是丝毫未减。
终于，在大家热烈的掌声中，李老师宣布：“比赛开始！”她与我们一样，眼神中流露着期盼，等待大家的精彩表现。
好不容易，在热烈的掌声、同学们与老师的期盼中，我们自信满满地上了场。我们在台上尽情地表演着，也不时看看身边的同学，瞧，郑源似乎被评委老师吓怕了，往日的幽默削减了不少；桐画状况百出，总是说错台词。再看看台下的同学们，说着、笑着，不时对我们的表演指指点点，有几个同学，一边吃零食一边观看比赛，点点头，拍拍手，似乎把这当成了电影院。杨婕和乐薇是我们忠实的观众，她们一会儿目不转睛地盯着我们表演，一会儿低头窃窃私语，一会儿点头称赞，一会儿为我们竖起大拇指，又让我信心倍增。而我们的林老师正站在台下，对我们微笑着投来赞许的目光，还不时拿手机为我们拍照。看到这一切，我更加自豪了，语调也更加兴奋了！
演出完毕，大家你看看我，我看看你，不由长嘘了一口气，坐在台下一起观看接下来的比赛。瞧！台上的同学正表演拔萝卜呢，个个拔得“面红耳赤”十分有趣；三个表演“小红帽”的班级撞上了，个个都表演得惟妙惟肖，不分伯仲，大家都拍手叫好；《皇帝的新装》中的皇帝“大腹便便”，让人不禁开怀大笑……大家在台下也不闲着，一会儿问问老师我们刚才的表现，一会儿悄悄地来到评委们身后探头探脑，想知道自己的分数……
精彩的故事总是飞快流过，大家还意犹未尽，沉浸其中，老师便宣布比赛到此结束。在*室的路上，我的头脑中还回放着比赛时的点点滴滴……
1. Say ‘No’ to Junk Food
Junk food is not good for people's health. Last week ,I ask forty students in our school "how do you think of the junk food?" . Many people think the junk food is not good for their health , but they eat them every day! 4. An interesting thing
It is impossible to recall all the past, but I can assure you that my childhood is a pleasant one to me.
When I was in kinder garden, I was very popular with my playmates because of my naughtiness. Once I made an arrow, with which I hurt one of my playmates and received scolding from my mother afterwards.
When I grew up, my father and mother dare not allow me to play outside. But sometimes when we had time they would bring me to the parks, movies and went swimming.
I like swimming very much. Thank them for teaching me swimming. I like to play with my friends because I was only a girl. My mother often scolded me when I didn't get home after school but never too severely.
I love my parents. I do think it is one of the best years in my whole life.
5. My best friend
Lily is my close friend who I came to know in No.2 Middle School.
She is a teacher. She gave me a sharp impression when we met at the first time. Through chatting, we found that we have many common favorites, and finally we came to be friends.
Lily is tall and slender with white skin, long-black hair and a blue-frame glasses. She looks beautiful and graceful. She has good characters of considerate and gentle. So she is easy to get along with.
Lily is good at singing and dancing. She also has many other favorites, such as swimming outdoors, reading, surfing and so on. So she is a modern and intellectual young girl with diverse abilities and knowledge.
Lily is not only a good friend but also a teacher. I often told her the story when I was in trouble. And she always does her best to help me and encourage me to face up to the difficulties of life, till I am successful.
Time flies, we have been good friends for several years, and the friendship between us becomes more sweet and solid.

比赛开始了。妈妈先做裁判。妈妈问爸爸：“苹果英语怎么说?”“苹果，苹果……”爸爸答不出来，急得抓耳挠腮。第二个问题：“library图书馆怎么拼？”“嗯，l-i-b-r-a-r-y！对吧。”“答对了，加一分。下一题，自行车怎么说？”“啊，这个我知道，bike。”“嗯，再加一分。”现在轮到我了，我十分自信，有十分认真。“地铁怎么拼？”“s-u-b-w-a-y。”“对，加一分。”……时间过去了很久，我做完裁判了，接下来，该爸爸做裁判了。爸爸一直对着我们笑，感觉不怀好意，似乎会出很难的题。“电影院怎么拼1、2、3.”我飞快地举起了手：“c-i-n-e-m-a。”“对了，加一分。第二题，国家怎么拼？”我想了一会，举起了手，而一旁的`妈妈早就举手了，这次只能失去机会了。
十分钟过去了，二十分钟过去了，半个小时过去后，我们的比赛结束了，我、妈妈、爸爸的比分是20：19：13。“我赢啦！”我高兴地一蹦三尺高。咦，爸爸呢？奥，原来他正拿着英语书补*呢：“下周我们再来吧！”“好啊！”我和妈妈齐声说。
瞧！我们在一起多开心，我有一个幸福温暖的大家庭！
准备了好久，终于到了英语比赛的日子了。妈妈带我去化妆店把我打扮得像个小公主。我约了万诗琪去给我打气，我们还接了夏老师一起去看我的表演。
到了杭州，我们在赛场内看了许多小朋友的表演，他们都很棒，我相信我一定能像他们那样棒的。在那里等了好长的时间，终于轮到我了。当主持人叫到我的名字时，我的心情一下子紧张起来了。走到台上我想到了妈妈的话：“把下面的评委当成是班里的同学，他们在听我领读英语呢！”想到这儿，我的心情一下子就*静了下来，顺利的表演完了准备好的节目。听到观众的掌声，别提我心里有多高兴了。夏老师还夸我的表演很不错，妈妈也说我的表演非常棒。我克服了我胆小的毛病，以后我会对自己更加有信心。

五一劳动节那天，我到重庆去参加舞蹈比赛。
正在候场区，正准备进行比赛时，觉得十分的愉快，还可以和那些素不相识的.比赛对手玩一些小游戏。而且不用担心上补*班了，所有的事儿都可以忘到九霄云外去。
可没玩多久就进入到比赛场内了，一股寒风疯狂的向我奔了过来。我突然心头一震，冒出了颗颗冷汗。我的头也不由自主的摆动了起来，上下两排牙齿在互相打着架，仿佛被人拧紧了脖子，想挣扎掉。再看看我的竞争对手些，个个都在那儿跺脚小碎步，很有可能是在热身，把紧张的心情给*静下来。我也不知怎的了，也跺了起来，而且还张着嘴。
上场比赛了，突然心跳加速了，有一种想上厕所的感觉。即使老师在观众台上给我加油打气，我那紧张的心还是*静不下来。“音乐师请点音乐”时，我的心更加恐惧了，仿佛世界上谁都阻挡不了我。于是我一直念叨着：“小陈，加油！小陈，加油！你是最棒的，一定能行。”
我便进入了状态，全心投入到了每一个动作上，后来赢得了季军。
“投中了！投中了！”投中什么了，在打篮球吗？我寻着声音走*一看，原来他们在玩扔废纸游戏呢。于是，我也跟着加入了游戏的行列中。
游戏前，我们先定好了游戏规则：将全部人分为两组，每人有一次机会将球投入垃圾桶中，投入一球得一分，分数最多的胜利。比赛开始了，我们队先上。我们队的队长首当其冲，先上了场。只见队长两眼紧瞪着垃圾桶，好像在说：“你最好老实点，别乱动，投不中就是你在捣鬼。”接着，队长用力将纸团一扔，结果用力过度，纸团从垃圾桶上面飞了过去。队长下台了，另一个队员快速地跑了过去，将纸团扔向垃圾桶。可是他用力太小，也没有中。到我了，我慢慢地走上去，拿起一个纸团，用力一扔，也没中。我们队的队员急得不停地蹦着，可又无计可施，就在这时“救星”出现了。只见她将纸团握得很硬，将纸团举得高过头顶，轻轻地一扔，纸团就被扔到了桶中。我们见了大声地欢呼起来：“投中了！投中了！”紧接着，最后一个也上了。只见他紧皱眉头，将纸团轻轻一投，中了！我们又欢呼起来。我们为一共得了两分。接着，另一队开始了。只见他们队长第一个上场，他严肃地瞄准了一下，便扔了出去。“咚”，纸团掉到了地上。队长下去了，第二个队员自信满满地上去了。果然，只见他简单一扔，中了！他们队的队员都在为他加油：“加油，加油！”比赛继续，他们队另外三个队员一个也没投中。比赛结束，我们赢了。
扔废纸游戏结束了，我也懂得了团结就是力量，只有团结一心才能取得成功。
你知道吗？在昨天下午我们锦绣小学主场迎战中心小学。在这场比赛中，我懂得一个踢足球很重要的品质——主动！
“开球！”中心小学开球，一开球就传给后卫，然后自己跑到空档上。后卫一个转空，前锋接到了，自己想射门，可是被周瑞锋挡到了，然后给了罗元泰。罗元泰自己带球，带过了中场，传给了“黑鞋”。“黑鞋”一个远射，也是被们将扑了出来。欧煜杰再一个补射，球进了！他射进了一个死角啊。
中心小学发球。这次防守线变紧张了，中心小学开始猛攻了，发球以后他们开始拉开边路，两个人都抢不过一个人。中心小学的球从底线勾了回来，本来还想头锤的，可是接不到被欧树兵大脚轰了出来。对方从天而降，本想用头顶给门将的，可是球顶高了守门员接不中，一个乌龙进了！锦绣小学的人都异常兴奋，搞我们这些吃瓜群众都兴奋得呲呵呲呵的。
很快他们就发球了。由于发球的力度太小了，所以被蔡美曼抢断了。她高速带盘，上漫了一场关公赴会——单刀直入的一场好戏。她到了大禁区后，一个弧线又打死角。3：0！这场比赛赢定了！刚进球不久下半场就结束了！上半场比分3：0，看看下半场情况如何。
十五分钟后，下半场开始了，蔡美曼换上了李嘉建。李嘉建是个左脚灵敏的.人，所以他适合在前锋。很快就发球了，这次的战略有所不同了，李嘉建发球后就传给门将，门将一起脚大脚轰上去，打偏了。不过唐彬接到了，他转给李嘉建，不过他把球给带跑了。
下半场很快就结束了，全场比分3：0胜利了。
这场比赛真是又紧张又好看啊！
主动果然就是主场啊！气势就是不同啊，中心小学真是曹操下江南——来得凶，回得惨啊！
今天是星期五。虽然天阴沉沉的，但我的心情却是激动的。今天学校组织了一场别开生面的队列比赛，同学们为了赢得这次比赛的胜利，可是精心准备了一个半月呢!
一大早，同学们穿着干净整洁的校服，戴着鲜艳的红领巾，兴高采烈的走入学校的大门。操场上摆满了秩序井然的小板凳。集合音乐响起，我们排着整齐的队伍走到操场上，坐在指定的位置上等待比赛开始。校长在*台上宣布：“光荣巷小学队列比赛正式开始!首先有请二(1)中队上场。”
二(1)中队的小同学们踏着稳健的步伐走到场地，开始表演。这次比赛，我在班里担任解说员。此时我的心里七上八下的，不停地背着解说的台词，生怕上台时忘词给班里丢脸。很快就该二(10)班表演，下一个就是我们班了!我快步走上*台候场，双手紧握，为自己鼓劲：“加油，王依凡!” “下面有请四(1)班上场” 音乐响起，我深深地吸了一口气，开始朗诵：“现在向我们走来的是四(1)中队……”在我的朗诵声中班长张菁淼高举班牌，带领着我们班的同学们迈着整齐划一的步伐走入场地。张菁淼大声地喊出我们班的口号“团结友爱、奋勇拼搏、挑战极限、展现自我!”同学们也跟着高喊口号，声音响彻云霄。看着台下班里小伙伴们淋漓尽致的展现着我们四(1)班的风采，我心里非常自豪!
通过这次比赛，让我明白，只要我们团结在一起，大家一起努力，把最好的自己展现出来，就能赢得比赛!
春光明媚的早晨，社区公园里有许多人。
公园中间的空地上，有一张乒乓球桌子。桌子两旁站着两老两少，正准备开始乒乓球比赛，双方选手注视着对方。
比赛开始了。年轻人先发起进攻，他用乒乓球拍把乒乓球打向老人，只见乒乓球桌上划过了一条美丽的弧线，老人也不甘示弱，把乒乓球挡了回来。年轻人又把球推了过去，这时推得太高，给了老人一次扣杀的机会。只见老人跳起来，用全身的力量，把球向年轻人压去，年轻人看到一个快如闪电的球向自己飞来，心有余而力不足，怎么也击不中，球落到了地上。年轻人败下阵来，姜还是老的辣呀！
第二局开始。换人，这回老人先发球，打出的是一个回旋球，年轻人用球拍向下接，防住了老人的球。老人弯下身子，向年轻人的桌子上斜打一球，年轻人用了吃奶的力气，他的队友在不断地鼓励他。年轻人挺了挺身子，全身又充满了活力。只见老人一个快球袭来，年轻人跳起来，一个扣杀，向老人打过去，老人防不胜防，输了。
老人微笑着跟年轻人说：“我看好你，下次有空，再来跟我切磋。”年轻人答应了他。一场精彩的乒乓球赛结束了，它充满了竞争，又包含着友谊。
今天是12月9日，一年一度的一二九长跑在今天举行。
比赛的序幕拉开了，我们班的第一棒刘权增同学如同一刻颗速燃烧的子弹，快速的奔跑。风儿在耳边呼啸而过，面前的景物快速的在观众眼前倒流着，当刘权增跑到观众面前，同学们的掌声使刘权增信心倍增。两圈跑完了，刘权增脸上露出了胜利的笑容。
到了我们班的金鹏同学出场了，由于前面的失误，金鹏从第四名的位置起跑，他想一道闪电，划过了观众的眼球。当他第二次跑到观众眼前已是第一名了，排山倒海班的掌声和欢呼声覆盖了一切，观众们呼喊着，挥舞着手中的一切。我们的心随着金鹏的脚步一点点在加快。

20xx年4月27日晚七点，成都理工大学能源学院E龙部于6A102举办了“成都理工大学第二届石油文化节之英语演讲比赛决赛”。 本次比赛请到了成都理工大学的专业英语老师当评委，他们分别是：刘伊梅、程艳和甘咏老师，且有能源学院*张聪、范瑞峰，部长汤曼、温仁均等十余位嘉宾出*了本次演讲。参赛选手为初赛晋级的十二位来自能源学院和外国语学院的同学。E龙部部长杨强、李辉、范典以及所有干事全权负责本次演讲，且由范典和来自外国语的一位学姐担任主持。
比赛开始，主持人介绍到场评委及嘉宾，宣读比赛规则。每位选手有三分钟演讲时间，一分钟评委提问环节，评委老师将根据演讲者的演讲内容、语言表达和综合印象给选手打分。中场穿插有奖猜单词动环节，比赛结束后英文歌演唱活跃了现场气氛。
经过紧张而又有序演讲，比赛最后一二三等奖和优胜奖，来自能源学院的姬牧野同学和外国语学院的朱芯苇同学用他们标准的发音，激励人心的演讲分别荣获了各自学院的一等奖。二三等奖均为能源学院和外国语学院各一名，评委和嘉宾为获奖选手颁发了荣誉证书及奖品以资鼓励。
本次比赛不仅显示了参赛选手优异的英语水*，锻炼了胆量，同时也让观众收获颇多，对英语有了更加浓厚的兴趣，这样的比赛应该多举行。
The Importance of confidence
Whatever one does，one should do it with confidence。 If one has no confidence，there is little possibility that one would ever achieve anything，especially when one is faced with drawbacks or hardships。 This truth seems to be evident。 However，in reality we do see a lot of people who complain that they like the ability to do something or that their difficulties are too great to be overcome。 For someone，this might be true。 But for many others，this only shows that they have lost heart。
Why do people often feel frustrated even though they are capable of doing something？There are，among others，two main reasons。 First，these people do have a correct estimate of themselves。 Second，they overestimate the difficulties。
It is possible to build up faith in oneself by having the right attitude towards one’s abilities。 We should never underestimate one’s abilities。 But believe in the proverb：“Where there is a will，there is a way。” Confidence is the promise for fulfilling a task successfully。

whether there's afterlife，the answer has never been the same。 the atheists deny after life，believing that our life is no more than from the cradle to the grave。 they may care about their illustrious names after death；they may feel attached to the affection of their offspring，but they never lay their hopes on their afterlife。 they may also say that good will be rewarded with good，and evil with evil，but they don't really believe any retribution in their after life。
however，in the religious world or among the superstitious people，the belief in afterlife is very popular。 they do not only believe in afterlife，but thousands of reincarnations as well。 in the mysterious world，there are the paradise and the hell，the celestial beings and the gods，the buddha and the bodhisattvas。
maybe they really believed it，or maybe they just wanted to make use of people's veneration，the ancient emperors always declared that they were the real dragons，the sons of god，while the royal ministers claimed to be the reincarnations of various constellations。 but can the stars reincarnate？
many people burn incense and kowtow，do good deeds and strive for virtues，not just for the present，but mainly to let god see their sincerity so as to be reborn into a better afterlife，or to achieve the highest enlightenment after several lives of practice。 they do believe in afterlife。 but i can't help asking：suppose there were no afterlife，would you still do good deeds and strive for virtues？and if god does not see what you are doing，would you still be so upright and selfless？if you work，not for serving the public and liberating the others，but just for a better afterlife of your own，isn't it a little too selfish？comparing with this kind of believers，those who don't believe in afterlife，but still keep doing good deeds，are the most sincere and honest philanthropists，because they do them not for themselves but for other。
you may wonder if i believe in afterlife。 my answer is：i know nothing about my previous life，so i dare not make improper comments on afterlife。 but i do hope there's afterlife！because our present life is so short that so many things slip away before our proper understanding。 i have so many dreams，so many wishes，so many ambitions，as well as so many regrets and concerns。 if there were no afterlife，all of them will remain unrealized！

为营造我院英语学*气氛，丰富校园文化。10月12日晚，我院学生会学*部主办的英语命题演讲比赛在三教a座201教室举办，23位来自我院20xx级与20xx级的同学参加此次比赛。

今天我们班举行了一场跑步比赛，参赛的是一些男生，而我们观众拿着小红旗喝彩。
队员们已经整齐地做好起跑姿势，从他们的表情看来，个个都信心百倍。“嘭”枪声响了，有三位同学遥遥领先，只见他们奋力的跑着，皱着眉头呲着牙，一副认真严肃的表情在他们脸上浮现，瞧他们身体向前倾斜，双臂有力地前后交替着，双腿也飞快的像个车轱辘，后面的人也奋力向前跑，“加油你是最棒的”！我们观众有的举起拳头加油助力，有的手握小旗喝彩，“刘东岳，你上次比赛还拿第一呢，加油加油，超过他们几个。”
他们一个比一个快了，加速了，因为他们想：我的朋友们在为我加油呢，我要吸收足够的力量，为班级争光，后面的.也要赶前来了，前面的更快了，外加我们的喝彩胜利不远了。
可是快要成功的时候他们累了，是的，他们跑这么长时间是累了。我们的嗓子也喊哑了，但是不能放弃，我们要坚持到最后，像学*一样要坚持不懈的跑，加油！他们身上直冒汗，简直是汗流侠背，可他们听到同学们的鼓励，变的意气风发，重新振作精神啊！终于，刘东岳超过了所有人到达了终点。
我就猜你是最好的，你最棒，大家都冲过去对自己朋友安慰庆幸。最后大家把第1名捧的高高的，我们把班中手工最好的同学做成的黄金奖牌颁发给了他，红扑扑的脸笑得像花一样，我们也笑了。
喝彩是同学之间的友谊是不可以淹没的，那些简单的话也是一种关心和鼓励！
学*也像比赛，要奋力向前跑还要有坚持不懈的决心，加油吧同学们！
在一个人的成长过程中，会经历许许多多令你难忘的事，我也不例外，但是，让我最难忘的事要数那次跑步比赛了。
随着体育老师一枪令下，我们就像一只只离弦的箭，飞奔了出去。
前一圈，大家的'差距都不大，我跟随着大溜跑，这时候可得攒着点，太快了跑到后面可怎么办！
到了第三圈，大家的差异就大多了，最快的和最慢的两者之间隔着差不多半圈哩！我仍处在中间。
第四圈，大家就都气喘吁吁的了，甚至有人已经开始走了。
第五圈，走的人越来越多，我也想走，可是有一个声音在对我说：坚持就是胜利。
第六圈，已经没几个人不走了，我累的已经抬不起头了，我多么想放弃啊，可
是，我又是多么想取得名次啊！
第七圈，我不得不闭上眼睛，好来减轻一些疲惫。
五十米，四十米，三十米，二十米------此时的每一分，每一秒对于我来说都是那么的漫长，可是，当我看到渐渐逼*我的终点线时，我的心中又充满了力量。
我胜利了！我胜利了！到我的脚踩到终点线的时候，我在心里高呼。
最后，我取得了第二名的好成绩。
是的，坚持就是胜利！我相信，这句话会在我的人生道路上一直陪伴着我，直到永远。
星期二下午，我们学校举行了冬季运动会跑步比赛。我们班的运动员是：王钟翊、钟冠熙、任宇飞。
比赛时间到了，所有运动员都来到了操场集合，大家先做了运动准备，等待比赛的开始。“预备——跑！”只听到裁判员余老师的喊声后，运动员们像离弦的箭一样飞奔的出去。“加油！三《四》班加油！！”我大声的喊道，为我们班的运动员们鼓劲，加油。只见运动员们你追我赶，互不相让。一圈、两圈过去了，我们班的王钟翊渐渐落到了第二了，旁边有其他班的运动员超过去了，就在这时，他突然加速又冲到了第一的位置。
只剩下最后50米，在第二的胖子也突然加速跟王钟翊并驾齐驱，王钟翊使出全身力气冲向终点！最激动人心的时刻到了，大家都屏住了呼吸，“好！到了，冲刺！赢啦！”我们班的王钟翊第一个冲过终点，获得了三年级组男子比赛第一名，钟冠熙和任宇飞也进入了前六名。
王钟翊不仅获得的第一名，还为邹老师争了光。这次跑步比赛十分精彩，让我终身难忘！
今天是学校一年一度的运动会，我们怀着无比激动的心情，很早就来到学校。运动会有很多比赛项目，有跑步，有跳绳，还有亲子运动……真是精彩纷呈！
跑步比赛马上就要开始了，我参加了200米预决赛。我当时很激动，因为能代表班级去参赛是一件很光荣的事。但是我又有一点担心，因为听到一些刚跑完100米的同学说跑得很累，而且对手都很强大。看着他们一个个汗流浃背的，我想跑200米那一定更累了，我能战胜对手吗？当我走到起跑线时，我想打退堂鼓了，因为跑道比我预想的长很多。我当时想，我可能跑不过别人了，但想到要为班级争光，不能让同学失望，我一定要坚持，一定要跑赢。可是现实是残酷的，当我要进入最后的冲刺时，我没力气了，速度不由的慢了下来。我只觉得腿越来越沉，眼看一位位同学超过了我，我心里很不甘心。可不知道为什么我想往前冲，我的脚却不听话，反而慢了下来，怎么也跑不快了。就在最后一位同学快要超过我时，我听见了同学们的加油声，我顿时又有了力量和信心，奋力跑了起来，终于甩开了追上来的同学，冲过了终点。
最终，我取得了200米跑步比赛的季军，我很开心能为班级争光。我想，我以后还得努力，争取下一次能站上冠军的领奖台。
“请参加男子400米跑步比赛的同学上来检录，请参加男子400米跑步比赛的同学上来检录……”我们班的“中长跑小子”廖斌、王一帆和吴向阳来到了检录处，廖斌、王一帆被分到了甲组，吴向阳独守乙组。
不一会儿，枪声再次响起，我们个个都喊道：“廖斌、王一帆保存体力！不要开始跑太快！”廖斌可能是不*惯慢跑，以飞快的速度领首了队伍，一圈过后，廖斌慢慢地减了速。“没体力了！”我对着一旁的钱钰说道。“啊！糟糕！”她不敢相信。“廖斌！你一定要坚持，哪怕是最后也要跑完啊！”但是，他却已经没了力气，第一的位置被四年级同学夺走了，我们班的王一帆排在第三。“王一帆、廖斌你们可以的！保持这个名次就行！能超越就超越！”我扯着已经嘶哑的嗓子喊道。
事实没我们想的那么简单，王一帆和廖斌俩人都不是我们班“跑步三结义”的成员，跑步水*时好时坏，先是王一帆落到第五，再是廖斌落到第三，使我们几个唉声叹气，虽然我们对他俩失去的信心，但是嘴里依然喊着“王一帆和廖斌你们可以！你们一定行”的话，奇迹出现了，廖斌上升到了第二，王一帆上升到了第三！“好样的！最后一圈！”只见冲过去的他俩股足了劲儿，憋着气，脸涨得通红，正在努力跑着，眼看拿小组第一的梦想越来越*，我们眼里直冒光，可惜，他俩没有顶住最后的10米，分别获得了第二和第三。
接下来的吴向阳，随着响起的枪声和我们的呐喊声，他又一次冲了出去，400米相当于三圈操场，我跑到两圈就累得很难再跑下去，但他做到了！他一度在离终点40米的距离保持着第一，嘴里不停喘气，第一又被夺走了，是金涛，又是他！为什么？为什么？就那不到1米的距离！我们纷纷送上水杯。“没关系，你比赛虽然结束了，但你依然是我们班最快的‘张培萌’！”
“加油，加油，”一个欢呼的声音传来。你知道是什么吗，告诉你我们班的男生在跑步。
今天下午的第二节课是体育课。我们班的男生在体育老师的指导下跑步。比赛前老师把我们男生分成两组，我分到第一组，是第一次跑。为了取得好成绩，学生们开始热身。他们有压腿动作，一些人举手，另一些人转头。

我学钢琴有几年了，可比赛还是头一次，第一次比赛也算得上是一个使人现在回想起来，还紧张得头皮发麻的经历了。
早晨，天上还蒙着层薄雾，我还在享受着美梦，忽然，妈妈的声音在我耳边响起，打断了我的美梦。我有些生气，嘟起了嘴，身子不受控制的向下蹭了蹭，想躲进被子里再睡一会儿，可妈妈显然有些不开心了，竟二话不说就把我的被子掀开，硬是把我和床分开了，我一脸无奈地穿上花裙子，整理好后，拖着沉重的脚步，跟着爸爸妈妈上了车。
我在车上无聊地看着窗外，两只眼睛的眼皮不由自主地打了起来，缓缓地合在一起。过了许久，车的一下振动又把我惊醒了，看着一个并不华丽的入口，我开始有些紧张了。
我张大了眼睛盯着四周，颤颤巍巍地像只怕生的小鸟似的.跟在妈妈身后，到了比赛区域的后台。一个个化妆师出现在我的眼前，我不喜欢打扮得太过妖娆，看到那些打扮得花枝招展的其他演奏者，我的眉头皱了皱，自己去了台下。我坐到化妆师面前，弱弱地哀求道：“化妆师姐姐，请你别给我画的太花！”化妆师笑了笑，开始这刷刷，那点点。不一会儿，就完工了。我站起来，稀里糊涂地跟着一位指导师来到帘幕后排队。时间过得飞快，不一会儿，我们这一组就都比完了，只剩下我了。我紧张得手脚发麻，脚步轻飘飘地上了台，开始我的演奏。演奏时间并不长，可我却感觉过了几个世纪。

一进万象城，就知道了万象城有多么的豪华，装饰的富丽堂皇，风格也很时尚，里面几乎都是名牌高档商品，一进门就是一个大厅，上面有一个巨大的屏幕，一共有5层吧，屏幕上滚动式播放着大广告，钢琴比赛就在大厅中间，因为时间还早，我跟爸爸填写好资料后，发现大厅的'右手边有一个很宽敞的ipad体验店，于是我就很开心去那玩了。
比赛时间到了，我和其他参赛选手在布置好的长椅上等待着主持人上场，大家有吃东西的、玩手机的、说话的等等。等主持人一上场讲话，大家立刻就安静了有精神了，因为那个主持人大哥哥幽默极了，正式比赛就算开始了。那可真是漫长的等待啊！因为选手很多，命苦啊！等了两个小时之后，激动人心的一刻终于来了，轮到我上台表演了，我放松地跟主持人对着话，那个主持人大哥哥还给我加油，然后我就准备开始弹琴了。40秒左右，我弹完了，下来后主持人让我听听评委老师的意见，评委老师给我的建议是：多弹点曲子。然后我领取了奖品就下台了。
后来才知道我没有进入周赛，不过没关系，这只是第一次。爸爸妈妈说贵在参与嘛！
今年12月8日，我来到宏泰音乐厅参加20xx肖邦青少年钢琴比赛，这次我弹的是《奇特的故事》，又是一首快板。
时间回到去年的一个周末，我和妈妈来到钢琴比赛现场——宏泰音乐厅，经过几个月的准备我已自我感觉良好。我来到候场区，想：哎呀，都弹了这么多遍了，肯定没问题，怎么会有错呢？
很快，轮到我上台了。因为那时候是冬天，我的手被冻得冷冰冰的。而我那首曲子是快板，手很冷的时候不灵活，那首曲子是弹不好的。
“嘭”“哦，不！”我弹错了。又是“咚”“哦！又错了！”我非常紧张，吓得一身冷汗，过了好一会儿才接下去，不知道怎么了，我也不清楚。又过了一会儿，好不容易弹到了中间，我的脑门忽然一片空白，什么也想不起来，只好勉强弹过去。
好不容易到了下台的时候，我回到了候场区，我的满头满脸都是汗珠。我真为自己捏了把冷汗。要好好总结了，为什么会弹成这样？不够熟练、太紧张、比赛经验不足……真不想再弹琴了。
第二天，我回到我学琴的地方，正想：杨老师该批评我了，可是没想到，杨老师说：“你这次弹得还可以，我在你这么大的年纪弹得比你差多了，但是遇到困难不能放弃，放弃了就一定不能成功！加油！”我若有所思地点点头。
有了去年的经验，比赛前我自己多次进行了模拟，并时不时把双手搓热，比赛时我镇定多了，果然功夫不负有心人，我一气呵成，弹得越来越好，最后我获得了这次钢琴比赛的一等奖。
在钢琴的学*道路上，我一直努力前行，因为我学会了坚持！
今天，是一个最重要的日子——钢琴比赛初赛。
我还没有出门，就已经很紧张了，我在家里，又是紧张，又是激动，两种情绪互相打架，搞得我难受极了。
出发了，一路上，我又是看谱，有是练指法，嘴里还不停地念着：“doremi……。”离目的地还有十分钟时，我紧张极了，下意识的，我脑子一片空白，什么也想不起来了。到目的地了。
一下车，一阵凉风吹来，紧张的情绪似乎减少了许多，我的心*静了许多。

轮到我了，我进去一看发现只有一个评委老师，我紧张的心就慢慢地放下了，心里暗暗高兴，我从容地坐到钢琴的凳子上，开始认真而有感情地演奏起来，演奏完后，评委老师给了我一个赞，和蔼可亲地给了我两张晋级证书，我兴奋极了，差一点儿就跳起来了。就像一位士兵打了胜仗一样。特别开心，我带着无比美好的心情走出大门。
这真是一次充满紧张、激动、兴奋、幸运的钢琴比赛。
今天是对我来说非常重要的日子，因为下午有钢琴比赛。
中午午觉睡到3:00，起来弹琴，一直弹到3:30，我们便出发了。比赛的地方离我们家很远，走了四十多分钟才到地方，迎面进入了一所名叫〝河南省交通技术学院〞的地方。上了二楼，登记了一下名字，从管理处知道可以提前比赛，就进去。
比赛的屋子很大，木地板，钢琴在左边，评委在右边坐着，我战战兢兢地走了上去，鞠躬了个躬，就坐在钢琴凳子上开始弹。在第二行的一个小节弹错了，接 着又在第二段弹错了一点，我紧张极了，不由的害怕起来，会不会得不到金奖，自己拼命的安慰，*静了一下，收尾的时候没有弹错音。
出来后等了十几分钟，妈妈给我看了当时的录像，知道自己错哪了。这时，成绩出来了，我对自己的成绩不太满意，9.88。老师对我说，这次比赛只是个试练，考级才是重要的。
离考级只剩下不到一个月的`时间了，一定要努力，把十级过了!
午后的阳光轻浅地照耀在黑白琴键上，给原本端庄的钢琴添上了些许活力，“叮叮，咚咚”伴随着轻柔地风，手指在琴键上来回按动着，如山泉般轻灵的琴声，从指间流出，不断地在耳畔回荡，回荡……
耳畔的琴声加上旁边到处的小桥流水是多么的诗情画意啊，可是我却不能欣赏。我眼前棱角分明的三角钢琴，还有一位位穿着光鲜亮丽服装的竞争对手，回过神来，我才发现，我在苏州参加第二届全国伯牙杯钢琴大赛。
虽然琴谱背的滚瓜烂熟，黑白键子的位置也烂熟于心，可是我的心依旧紧张，手心不断冒着冷汗，双手忍不住地颤抖。我害怕，害怕忘谱，害怕卡壳，害怕弹错……我用余光瞟向母亲的'方向，她给了我一个鼓励的眼神，心情渐渐*静了。
随着一声又一声的“下一个”就轮到我上场了，我站直抖一抖我的长裙，坚定的向那黑色的三角钢琴走去，现在的我不能慌，不能乱，更不能紧张。我走上舞台，向评委鞠了一躬，就坐在凳子上，深吸一口气，调整一下刚才紧张的情绪，双手放在琴键上，准备开始弹奏。开始弹的时候，手指好像在跳舞，弹出来的美妙声音就像山上的瀑布流到清泉，我陶醉在音乐里，渐渐地忘记了紧张，我一气呵成，演奏完毕。
我刚弹完，观众*上便传来了震耳欲聋的掌声，我的心里别提有多开心了。我给评委深深地鞠了一躬，缓缓地下台了。我在人群中找到妈妈，妈妈高兴地说：“宝贝儿，真不错！”

Ladies and Gentlemen:
How well are we in tune with the rhythm of lifeIn our busy day to day existence, we don’t often stop to ask ourselves this question. At least I don’t. And it wasn’t until I joined a competitive sporting event that I learned a most important lesson – we must place our mind in harmony with the natural order of things to be successful.
Let me tell you what happened.
I decided to take part in an International Marathon in my hometown last year. Being an ambitious person, I hoped to finish it within 5 hours, accompanied by my friend with whom I had trained.
The big day finally arrived. "Ready...set...bang" And we were off.
At first, we kept a rapid pace and ran nonstop. At this pace, we finished the first 20 kilometers in 2 hours and I thought running a marathon was a piece of cake. Then my running mate began to slow down. I urged him to keep running at the same pace but he said no, he wanted to conserve his energy. I felt I had partnered with the wrong person; therefore, I sprinted on and left him behind in the dust.
A few kilometers later, I began to understand his strategy as my pace slowed to a jog then a walk. After that I was incapable of moving another step. I was humiliated as more and more people ran passed me. More than once I thought "Maybe I should quit." I started to doubt my ability to finish this race.
At this moment, my running mate caught up with me and slapped me on the back. “Follow me,” he shouted. He had balanced his marathon pace and was encouraged me to do the same. For the rest of this grueling contest, we walked, jogged, ran a few miles, and walked again. Slowly, painfully but hopefully this time, we established the most suitable pace within the natural flow of our physical capabilities.
Eventually we accomplished our first Marathon of 42 kilometers in 4 and half hours. I asked myself, what did this marathon mean to meMy Marathon experience became an influential metaphor for my life about how we must learn to pace ourselves in everything, by being in tune with the rhythm of life.
Like the tide that ebbs and flows, we must listen to advice but make our own decisions. Like the show at dawn and dusk, we must learn to balance pride and modesty. And from the way the wind can both shout and whisper, we must learn when to be strong and when to be gentle, for everything moves in its own rhythm and its own yin and yang elements. It is the interaction of these complementary extremes that produces harmony, as Laozi said, extremes meet. Since the marathon, this notion of two opposite forces working together has been my running partner, so to speak. Yin and yang exist everywhere, constantly interacting, and never existing in an absolute condition.
Ladies and Gentlemen, life is like running a marathon, let us discover, define and develop a natural rhythm of life, in order to achieve both harmony and success.

Since I was small, I like to play basketball, because I was effected by my father, he likes to watch basketball game so much, I will watch the basketball game with him. So when I went to school, I joined the basketball team in my class, we made up of a basketball team. Last week, we had our first match.
I was asked to play in the first time, I felt so nervous, I am so afraid that I could not cooperate with my team well. When the match started, I watched the basketball and moved as the ball flied, I forgot my job, I was asked to cover the team leader. I recognized my mistake, I changed my move, at last, I covered our captain successfully, our team won the game.
I learned so much from this match, team work comes first.
Last Friday afternoon, there was a football match between Class One and Class Two.
It was a close match. Almost all the students went to the playground to cheer for them. Suddenly it began to rain, but no one left. At last Class One did better and won the game. The score was 2 to 1.
The students of Class One were so excited that they sang songs happily for their team.

本次活动，六年级共有180名学生参加了比赛，50名同学进入了决赛，最后30名同学获奖。经过充分的赛前准备，在学校领导的大力支持下，英语研修组进行了精心的组织和安排，无论是从试题的命制，还是监考，到最后的阅卷，总分，奖品的书写方面，各个工作人员都能够认真负责，使活动有条不紊得进行。可以说，这次活动举行得很成功，通过作文比赛，使学生和教师共同了解了目前学生学*的状况，通过寻找差距，激发了学生学*的兴趣，也带动了一大批英语学*爱好者迎头赶上。
通过本次活动，我们认识到，在今后的日常教学中要一如既往，持之以恒的对学生进行训练，培养学生良好的学**惯，争取在考试的书面表达题中提高得分率，取得好成绩。
听说学校要在四,五,六年级各选一名同学去参加英语演讲比赛,四年级选了我,五年级是申紫涵,六年级是马流畅，我们三个每天都在政教处背稿子,迎接“战斗”。
可是跟比赛仅一天时间,马流畅很难把稿子读的既流利又有感情,还加上动作,老师不得不把马流畅去掉。
现在只剩我和申紫涵,好害怕呀!
终于到了比赛的一天,我们的“战地”是市二中。到了那里,我更加紧张了,可当我看到三位评委和蔼可亲的微笑时,却放松了很多。
“二号选手,麻雨露”“啊,轮到我了”我心里更慌了 ,这时,坐在我一旁的英语老师鼓励我,说:“别怕,相信自己,你最棒!”
我鼓起勇气,走上台开始演讲。因为我是二号选手,后面还有很多同学,所以我们等了很长时间才结束,出来时我的腿都发软了,可老师却说,这次比赛不是为了拿奖,而是为了锻炼我们的勇气,当然,拿奖最好,但那些都是次要的!
谁也没有想到,我竟然晋级了,老师又给我一篇稿子,我现在正在认认真真的背稿子。我相信通过我的努力我还会再晋级的!
星期四，那个下着蒙蒙细雨的早晨，怀着紧张和激动的心情，我来到了磐安教育局参加一场郑重的比赛:英语口语电视大赛。
我们经过一个小时的路程，我们来到了比赛场地。我看见几百个选手在侯场区等待，天哪！真是高手如云啊！！看到这个场面，连参加过多个比赛的我也让紧张和沉重的心情朝我涌来。我拿到了63这个号码，多少给了我一点安慰，还好不是在很前面。
让我没想到的是，前面的人一下就比好了，很快便轮到了我。我拿着我制作的道具走进了赛场。看见四个评委亲切的笑容，我又不紧张了，其中一个评委还是来自加拿大的国际友人。我面带笑容，十分流利地讲完了我的稿子，对评委说了一句：Goodbye！我高兴地走出了赛场。心里一块沉重的石头落了下来。
比赛后的没几天，我便知道了我的名次，我拿了一等奖里的第六名。太不可思议了，我竟然拿了一等奖！可是我与决赛擦肩而过了。我觉得太可惜了，但我还是为进决赛的人高兴，希望他们能在决赛中取得好成绩。
每一次比赛，都是一次成长的过程，这场比赛，让我多了一个美好的回忆，一次成长的历练。
今天晚上，霄霄哥哥一进家门就提议道：“我们举行一场英语比赛吧！”我和洋洋哥哥也不甘落后，异口同声的说：“比就比。”
妈妈为我们设定了比赛规则：比赛分为笔试和口试。第一名三元钱，第二名二元钱，第三名一元钱。霄霄哥哥兴致高涨，迫不及待地想看看题目。我胸有成竹地坐在沙发上看书。洋洋哥哥听了心里直打鼓。比赛开始了，霄霄哥哥侧着身子，把“卷子”放在桌子底下，以免被洋洋哥哥偷看。
洋洋哥哥在一旁抓耳挠腮，眼睛不时地瞟一眼霄霄的“卷子”。我躲在一个房间里飞快的做完了自己的题目。我忐忑不安地拿给妈妈改分，心像小兔子一样“碰碰”直跳。我的分数出来了，是九十五分，这是因为粗心的我把Tuesday写成Tuseday了。虽然如此，我还是松了口气。因为两个哥哥成绩都没我好。口试的时候所有的题目都很简单，大家全得了满分。于是我得了第一名。我高兴得眉开眼笑，身体里的“小白兔”好像也在为我高兴呢！
啊！这真是一场充满紧张和快乐的英语比赛。
上周四，经过充分的准备，我终于迎来了英语书法比赛。
下午第二节课后，我就和辛如意向图书馆飞奔而去，虽然自己一边跑一边哼着歌，但心里却十五个吊桶打水—七上八下。
拿到比赛试卷后，我用颤抖着手拿起了笔，慢慢地开始抄写，心都提到了嗓子眼儿，生怕自己写错一个单词。
时间一分一秒地过去了，很快就轮到了写英语作文的时间，看着来回转圈的英语老师们，我的汗毛都快竖起来了，可偏偏就在这时，我写错了一个字母！我急得像铁锅上的蚂蚁团团转，比赛可是一个细节都不能错啊！
忽然，对面的小男孩递给了我一支字笔，小声说：“你用用吧！”我点点头，满怀感激地望了望我的“救星”，又开始了写作。将笔归还给主人后，邓老师突然说道：“收卷！”大家纷纷上交了试卷。在上交的那一瞬间，我如释重负，感到十分轻松。
半个小时后，评委老师们打出了分数，开始分发奖状。我怀里像揣了只兔子：我排在第几名？获得了怎样的名次？而消息却令我大失所望—我获得了二等奖，而辛如意得到了一等奖，我祝贺她。以后我也要继续努力，为班级争光。
