[设计意图] 学*方式的宣布让学生对本节课充满了兴趣，激起了他们的斗志和为本组争星的表现欲。“每课一句”是我在六年级开始每堂课上设置的一个必备环节。这个环节主要教学生一些妙言警句。这些句子既丰富了学生的词汇量，提高了他们的表达能力，同时也让他们学到了地道的英语表达方式。从而为学*英语创设一个良好的氛围。
2.以旧带新 [lead in ]
提供话题Birthday，师生自由交流，然后用“How do you spend your birthday?”引出本课的新句型“What do you do on your birthday?” 进而再导入“ Did you … last birthday? ”及回答。然后用Colour 话题引出句型My favourite …
[设计意图] 通过旧知识滚出新知识，是我常用的教学方法之一。以旧带新，学生可以比较轻松地掌握本课的句型。同时把新的句型和老话题融合一起。有助于培养学生的语言思维能力的开放性。
3.呈现、操练(Presentation, Practice)
承接Colour话题，引出第一个节日：National Day。利用课件呈现***。教师引导的话如下：
T:My favourite is red . Because Chinese flag is red . The main colour in China is red on important days. I love China , so I like red. I like red , because I'm from china. Do you like China? Do you like red now?
S: Yes…
T： Do you know my country's birthday?
S: The first of October.
T: What holiday is on that day?

[设计意图] 找到话题与所授新知的契合点，让学生很自然地从一个话题向另一个话题过渡，从而开始了本节课Holiday的话题。同时英语并不是仅仅是一种工具，它是能够表现出情感的。在此由红色引出*，由*引出它的生日，简单的几句带有感染力的话就能激发学生的爱国热情。
接着用在谈论生日时所学的句型让学生谈论一下国庆节，使所学知识处于不断的滚动复*巩固之中。用Guess 猜下一个节日Halloween.猜出来之后，利用谜面锻炼学生听与说的能力。
[设计意图]因为Halloween节日在5A的书上有专门的一单元的介绍，所以虽然它是一个外国的节日，可是学生对它并不陌生。利用谜面，让学生读一读，说一说，谈一谈。在此环节充分锻炼学生的口语表达能力。
圣诞节的出示用一首轻快明了的CHANT作为引入，同时让学生看一段配上音乐的介绍资料，然后用今天要掌握的句型来问一问。之后，出现了一个有关圣诞节的小故事，让学生自由的阅读，然后完成后面的题目。
[设计意图] 在课中关注学生的注意力的放松。高输入量的.学*会让学生很快有疲劳的感觉，从而降低学*效率。在此环节，设计了CHANT 和一段了解性文字的阅读，就是给学生创设了一段休息的时间。然后再根据高年级学生的英语阅读能力的培养需要，适时进行一篇短文阅读。
圣诞节后进行春节的教学。用一封来自外国朋友的信引出春节。这是一个美国的朋友，她先介绍了一下人们如何过圣诞的情况，然后向*的朋友问了三个有关春节的问题：What holiday is the popular holiday in China? When is it ? What do people do on that day? 教师让学生四人一组讨论后再反馈回答。
[设计意图] 在这儿出现了一封的书写方式，同时很好地导出了下面的内容，教师给学生提供了广阔的自由想像和发挥的空间，让学生运用所学的语言进行扩展性的练*。
4. 拓展、巩固(Extension , Consolidation)

将一些没有学过的节日收集在一起，让学生猜测出意思，并能说出时间。

[设计意图] 检查一节课的教学效果，课外知识的拓展，丰富学生的知识面。选做题的设置，再次调动起学生的积极性。本来无望获胜的小组，此时又有了一次机会，不甘失败的心理会让他们充分发挥潜能;而本来胜利在望的小组，此时又有了危机感，让他们不敢掉以轻心。于是一场比拼实力的竞争又在无形之中展开了。他们不断调动出潜能，能于同学互帮互助，一种为本组争光的主人翁意识也在不断膨胀中。从而形成了一个积极的参与氛围。

一、 说课标
新课程标准的三维教学观，具体到英语学科就是要整合发展学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学*策略和文化意识五个方面的素养，培养学生综合运用语言的能力。指出：“教师在教学才过程中应与学生积极互动、共同发展。教师应尊重学生的人格，关注个体差异，满足不同学生的学*需要，创设能引导学生主动参与的教育环境，激发学生的学*积极性，培养学生掌握和运用知识的态度和能力，使每个学生都能得到充分的发展。因此，本课的设计重点是：帮助学生形成自主、合作、探究的学*模式，掌握阅读的一些基本技巧，让每个学生在原有的基础上都学有所得。
二、说教材
（一） 教材地位和教学内容分析 本课是高一必修模块1第4单元的阅读课型，这单元围绕earthquakes这一主题开展听、说、读、写多种教学活动。Reading设计为本单元的第2课时。本课型是单元整体教学的重要环节，为学生的语言学*、语法学*提供了载体，并且是学生获取信息的主要来源。“Reading――― A NIGHT THE EARTH DIDN’T SLEEP” 具体描写1976年唐山大地震的震前、震中和震后。本篇文章词汇量大，运用了大量的动词、复杂的数字，出现许多定语从句，篇幅较长，并且采用一些修辞手法，对学生的语言阅读能力提出了更高的要求。但文章的结构较明显，较容易归纳出各部分的中心词。
（二）教学目标
1. 语言知识目标：
a)使学生了解自然灾害的相关词汇，并掌握复杂数字的表达法。
b)学*掌握与地震相关的词汇，如：shake,well,rise,smelly,pond,pipe,burst,c***,steam,ruin,injure,destroy,brick,dam,useless,steel,shock,quake,rescue,electricity,disaster,army,organize,bury,coal,mine,shelter,fresh,percent等，以及 right away, at an end, dig out, give out, thousands of以及一些优美句子的赏析。
2. 语言技能目标：
a)阅读技能的训练：让学生学会克服生词障碍，通过略读，归纳出文章的大意；通过细读，理清文章的总体框架与脉络，归纳出各部分的中心词；通过查读，捕捉文章的重要细节，培养学生获取、处理信息的能力。
b) 让学生复述课文，分析、感悟作者的写作意图。
c) 让学生运用本节课所学词汇、知识，通过采访唐山大地震幸存者的形式进行小组活动，提高学生用英语进行创造**流的能力。

a.文章段落中心词把握能力。
b.根据主题快速捕捉文章重点细节的能力。
c.总结归纳能力。
3）重点掌握有关地震的词汇，特别是shake, burst, ruin, injure, destroy, shock, quake, rescue, disaster, army, organize, bury, shelter。 4）欣赏并理解课文中优美句子，让学生掌握一些英语修辞用法。
2．难点
1) 如何使学生养成科学的阅读*惯，提高阅读理解能力和语言水*。
2) 如何使学生学会提取、筛选和重组文章中的信息，并灵活运用于语言实践中，达到语言实践能力的扩展与提高。
三、 教学方法
1、任务型语言教学法 任务型语言教学认为：人们使用语言的过程就是一个完成各种各样任务的过程。任务型学*强调通过“做中学”、“学中做”，使学生在完成任务的过程中*得语言。本课组织学生四至五人组成一个学*小组，进行一次就地震后幸存者的访问。该设计基于课文内容，但又不局限于课文的范畴，旨在贯彻“做中学”、“学中做”策略，吸引和组织他们积极参与，并通过讨论、交流和合作等方式，在自然、真实的情境中，完成任务，体会、掌握语言的应用，达到学以致用的目的。
2．直观法（视听教学法） 充分利用多媒体教学手段，通过播放影视剪辑，与课文主题相关的图片、图表等直观手段，在充分调动学生学*兴趣的同时，降低学*难度，突破重难点。
3．合作学*教学法 合作学*教学法是以小组活动为主体的一种教学活动，一种同伴之间的合作互动活动。合作学*教学法有利于改善课堂心理气氛、大面积提高学生的学业成绩、促进学生良好非智力品质的发展，调整学生的语言焦虑感。因此，本课打破传统的教师单向灌输，采用“四至五人组成一个学*小组”的课堂教学结构，来组织教学，旨在营造轻松的学*氛围，为积极学*提供有利的条件，让学生在完成任务的过程中通过互相交流，降低语言焦虑感，获得愉快的学*经历，从而对学*本身和所学内容产生兴趣感。
四、教学过程
STEP1 导入 lead-in 在课堂开始，我会给学生播放一段有冯小刚导演拍的电影《唐山大地震》的片段节选，让学生能通过电影能理解和体会到自然灾害给人类带来的.巨大灾难。让后直接导入今天的课题。这个能激发学生去了解这篇文章的兴趣，积极加入课堂。
Step2 pre-reading 读前 在这个环节我会在学生在读这篇文章之前给出几个问题。但是并不要求学生马上给出答案。而是要求在下一环节的阅读中找出答案。
Step3 while reading 在这个环节当中我设计了3个活动 第一个活动 activity1 fast reading 给学生几分钟的时间，让后让学生快速阅读这篇文章，并找出在读前所给题的答案，在读完文章之后，让几个同学来进行回答。 第二个活动 activity2 scanning 放录音，让学生跟随录音快速阅读，并要求学生找出每一段落的中心句，并在读完之后，要求得出这篇文章的整体大意。并让学生起来进行回答 第三个答案：acrtivity3 task 在这一环节当中我会设计一个任务。任务类型为知识的抢答。 首先我会将整个班级分为若干个小组，每组有七到八个人。并选出小组长。这一环节中我设计了十个对错题，（true or false）,要求学生以小组的形式进行抢答。并作出得分记录，最后还要评选出第一名。在抢答过程当中，我并不只单单是以游戏的形式来完成这一任务，只是简单的完成对错题，我会要求每组在抢答的过程当中，要对他们所选的答案进行解释说明为什么。让学生在这个过程当中真正玩有所得。
Step 4 post-reading 这一环节我会把我们所读的这篇文章设计成一篇阅读题的模式，设计五道选择题，用幻灯片展示出来，并让学生进行选择。题目的设计会以文章的主旨大意和一些细节作为试题。这让学生能在这一环节当中对刚刚已经学*知识进行巩固。
Step5 summary 在这一环节中我会整堂课做一个简短的总结，并再一次强调本次课的重难点。让学生明确本课的重点，再一次明确课堂目标。和引导学生对这篇文章的情感态度进行升华。
Step6 homework 作业
1、要求学生背诵本次课的重点词汇和短语
2、要求完成相应联系。
3、要求学生课后通过各种途径查到关于地震的常识，并去了解一些
一．说教材：
《birthdays》是译林英语五下的`最后一个单元。本课时主要讲授的是第一板块Story time的内容。主要围绕“过生日”这一话题，通过问询和讨论在生日里所做的事情展开对话。
教学大纲对Story time的要求是通过对话、短文、故事等，帮助学生掌握基本的英语语言知识，发展基本的英语听、说、读、写技能，初步形成用英语与他人交流的能力，进一步促进思维能力的发展，同时提高学生的综合人文素质。所以本课的主要目标是培养学生灵活运用所学知识进行语言表达的能力。
二．说教学目标：
针对这些要求，我设定了本课时的教学目标是：
1. 学生能流利朗读并理解story time。
2. 学生能听懂、会读句型" When's your birthday? It's on the eleventh of May. It's on the eighth of April."
3. 学生能运用句型"What do you do on your birthday? I usually..."正确问答生日活动。
而本课有比较明显的中西文化区别，所以针对这一特征，设定情感和文化目标为：
1. 能理解中西方生日文化的去别和融合。

3. 精读法：细读课文，找出细节内容。在这一部分，学生需要对课文进行分析，并找出正确的答案。锻炼学生对文本的分析运用能力。

复述课文是比较有效的检验学生是否掌握课文内容的方法，所以在本部分设计了逐层递进的复述方法。

六、你的生日
让学生正式运用本节课所学的知识，进行丰富的讨论活动。

文化渗透：随着时代的发展，*的生日文化已经吸纳了很多西方元素，中西方生日文化的差异已经不是很明显了。

帮助学生学会感恩父母并且对本课的内容进行书写训练。

五：说板书
本课的板书采用了和课文相关的蛋糕和面条，并在上面贴上对用人物的活动词组，辅以头像帮助理解。非常的生动，让学生对本课的内容有比较直观的理解。
说教材：

本节教材重点围绕节日展开，围绕人们经常如何度过节日展开话题。本课时要求学生能掌握四个节日National Day, Halloween, Christmas, Spring Festival 及句型What do people usually do at …? I… .并能自由交流如何度过假日。在本课中did引导的一般疑问句及回答也是新知之一。因为在前面第三单元己出现了be 动词的过去式，所以学生在学*的时候这方面比较容易掌握。
2.教材的地位
本节课所选的教学内容是牛津小学英语6A Unit 6。本单元教学围绕节日儿展开的。在询问节日这部分，学生已有了前面第三单元的知识铺垫，比较易于深入与扩展。这样的安排，既体现了教材循序渐进、由难到易的编排意思，又符合学生的知识水*和认知水*。关于人们如何度过节日这一话题，特别是西方的节日，。则需要学生课后及时收集资料。在实际教学中，本课采用旧话题先教新句型，再用句型引新知的方式展开，这样既便于学生接受掌握，也体现了教学内容之间的连贯性。
说目标：

Part 1 Teaching Material:
This unit is about science and scientists. By studying of this unit, we’ll Enable the students to know the serious attitude towards science and develop the interest in science. At the same time ,Let the students learn how to give instructions. this lesson plays an important part in the English teaching in this unit.This is an important lesson in Book One. From this lesson, it starts asking the Ss to grasp contents of each passage.
Therefore, this lesson is in the important position of the teaching material. If the Ss can learn it well, it will be helpful to make the Ss learn the rest of this unit.As we all know ,reading belongs to the input during the process of the language learning. The input has great effect on output , such as speaking and writing . As is known to us all,The modern teaching demands the teacher should improve the students’ ability. A good teaching method requires that the teacher should have the leading effects. According to the ***ysis of the teaching material and the students’learning background ,I will use the following methods .
Part 2 Teaching Methods:
In my opinion,the main instructional aims of learning English in the Middle School is to develop the students’ abilities of listening, speaking, reading, writing and their good sense of the English language. So in this lesson I’ll mainly use "Communicative" Approach（交际教学法）， "Whole language teaching" （整体语言教学法）and "Task-based" language teaching That is to say, I’ll let the Ss to get a better understanding of the key structure of the dialogue. According to the modern social communication teaching theories（现代社会交际教学理论）， I adopt the TSA method（情景教学） and TBLT method （语言任务教学）in my teaching, namely Total Situational Action and Task-based Language Teaching.The former is a "scene — activity" teaching method .It establishes a real scene and the interaction between the teacher and the Ss . The latter offers the Ss an opportunity to complete the tasks in which Ss use language to achieve a specific outcome. Part 3 Studying Methods:
Our students are almost from the countryside. They are lack of geography knowledge and the cultural background of those foreign countries.As senior students ,they have a certain ability to read . And the beautiful places are most attractive and easily arouse students learning emotion.As for the learning methods, they are poor in cooperative learning skills.Some students are not active in the class ,and some students don’t like English.therefore, I ’ll have Ss study in a relaxed atmosphere. Step 1 Lead-in.
As we all know ,Benjamin Franklin is a famous politician and writer.But today, we will read a passage about him as a scientist. His serious attitude to science .Let’s see how Franklin made his famous electricity experiment by flying a kite.

In the 18th and 19th century, scientists all over the world made many important discoveries and inventions in different fields of physics, chemistry, medicine, biology and so on. Divide the whole class into four groups to name some of them.

Purpose of my design:To get to know something about the story of famous scientists.
To have a better understanding about the importance of experiments in science.It is really difficult for the scientists to achieve their goal , and only after tens of thousands of attempts, experiments, thinking and failure can they be successful in their research. Today, we are going to learn one example of them: Franklin’s famous kite experiment.

新课程标准的三维教学观，具体到英语学科就是要整合发展学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学*策略和文化意识五个方面的素养，培养学生综合运用语言的能力。指出：“教师在教学才过程中应与学生积极互动、共同发展。教师应尊重学生的人格，关注个体差异，满足不同学生的学*需要，创设能引导学生主动参与的教育环境，激发学生的学*积极性，培养学生掌握和运用知识的态度和能力，使每个学生都能得到充分的发展。因此，本课的设计重点是：帮助学生形成自主、合作、探究的学*模式，掌握阅读的一些基本技巧，让每个学生在原有的基础上都学有所得。
二、说教材
（一） 教材地位和教学内容分析 本课是高一必修模块1第4单元的阅读课型，这单元围绕earthquakes这一主题开展听、说、读、写多种教学活动。Reading设计为本单元的第2课时。本课型是单元整体教学的重要环节，为学生的语言学*、语法学*提供了载体，并且是学生获取信息的主要来源。“Reading――― A NIGHT THE EARTH DIDN’T SLEEP” 具体描写1976年唐山大地震的震前、震中和震后。本篇文章词汇量大，运用了大量的动词、复杂的数字，出现许多定语从句，篇幅较长，并且采用一些修辞手法，对学生的语言阅读能力提出了更高的要求。但文章的结构较明显，较容易归纳出各部分的中心词。
（二）教学目标
1. 语言知识目标：
a)使学生了解自然灾害的相关词汇，并掌握复杂数字的表达法。
b)学*掌握与地震相关的词汇，如：shake,well,rise,smelly,pond,pipe,burst,c***,steam,ruin,injure,destroy,brick,dam,useless,steel,shock,quake,rescue,electricity,disaster,army,organize,bury,coal,mine,shelter,fresh,percent等，以及 right away, at an end, dig out, give out, thousands of以及一些优美句子的赏析。
2. 语言技能目标：
a)阅读技能的训练：让学生学会克服生词障碍，通过略读，归纳出文章的大意；通过细读，理清文章的总体框架与脉络，归纳出各部分的中心词；通过查读，捕捉文章的重要细节，培养学生获取、处理信息的能力。
b) 让学生复述课文，分析、感悟作者的写作意图。
c) 让学生运用本节课所学词汇、知识，通过采访唐山大地震幸存者的形式进行小组活动，提高学生用英语进行创造**流的能力。
a）学会有关地震的知识，并能通过学*讨论懂得地震时的应急逃生，地震后如何科学救人和有关地震的形成和减少地震所造成的损失等一般知识。
b）懂得地震无情人有情，即使发生了多么可怕的灾难，国家和*官兵都会不顾自身安危，奋力抢救，培养学生一方有难、八方支援的互助友爱精神。
c）了解自然灾害会给人类带来严重的破坏性后果，让学生进一步感悟、领会到人类应与自然界和谐共处。
d）培养学生的合作意识和“合作学*”的*惯。
e）欣赏课文中优美句子，了解一些英语修辞手法，使学生在学*完课文之后得到一次美的享受，一次心灵的愉悦和升华。
（三）教学重点和难点：
1． 重点
1）让学生了解唐山大地震，了解地震的成因、预兆、地震造成的损失，地震时的应急救生以及震后的救援。
2）训练学生的阅读技巧，提高阅读能力。侧重培养学生对文章的整体性结构的把握和挖掘作者写作的意图，突出培养学生以下3个方面的能力：
a.文章段落中心词把握能力。
b.根据主题快速捕捉文章重点细节的能力。
c.总结归纳能力。
3）重点掌握有关地震的词汇，特别是shake, burst, ruin, injure, destroy, shock, quake, rescue, disaster, army, organize, bury, shelter。 4）欣赏并理解课文中优美句子，让学生掌握一些英语修辞用法。
2．难点
1) 如何使学生养成科学的阅读*惯，提高阅读理解能力和语言水*。
2) 如何使学生学会提取、筛选和重组文章中的信息，并灵活运用于语言实践中，达到语言实践能力的扩展与提高。
三、 教学方法
1、任务型语言教学法 任务型语言教学认为：人们使用语言的过程就是一个完成各种各样任务的过程。任务型学*强调通过“做中学”、“学中做”，使学生在完成任务的过程中*得语言。本课组织学生四至五人组成一个学*小组，进行一次就地震后幸存者的访问。该设计基于课文内容，但又不局限于课文的范畴，旨在贯彻“做中学”、“学中做”策略，吸引和组织他们积极参与，并通过讨论、交流和合作等方式，在自然、真实的情境中，完成任务，体会、掌握语言的应用，达到学以致用的目的。
2．直观法（视听教学法） 充分利用多媒体教学手段，通过播放影视剪辑，与课文主题相关的图片、图表等直观手段，在充分调动学生学*兴趣的同时，降低学*难度，突破重难点。
3．合作学*教学法 合作学*教学法是以小组活动为主体的一种教学活动，一种同伴之间的合作互动活动。合作学*教学法有利于改善课堂心理气氛、大面积提高学生的学业成绩、促进学生良好非智力品质的发展，调整学生的语言焦虑感。因此，本课打破传统的教师单向灌输，采用“四至五人组成一个学*小组”的课堂教学结构，来组织教学，旨在营造轻松的学*氛围，为积极学*提供有利的条件，让学生在完成任务的过程中通过互相交流，降低语言焦虑感，获得愉快的学*经历，从而对学*本身和所学内容产生兴趣感。
四、教学过程
STEP1 导入 lead-in 在课堂开始，我会给学生播放一段有冯小刚导演拍的电影《唐山大地震》的片段节选，让学生能通过电影能理解和体会到自然灾害给人类带来的巨大灾难。让后直接导入今天的.课题。这个能激发学生去了解这篇文章的兴趣，积极加入课堂。
Step2 pre-reading 读前 在这个环节我会在学生在读这篇文章之前给出几个问题。但是并不要求学生马上给出答案。而是要求在下一环节的阅读中找出答案。
Step3 while reading 在这个环节当中我设计了3个活动 第一个活动 activity1 fast reading 给学生几分钟的时间，让后让学生快速阅读这篇文章，并找出在读前所给题的答案，在读完文章之后，让几个同学来进行回答。 第二个活动 activity2 scanning 放录音，让学生跟随录音快速阅读，并要求学生找出每一段落的中心句，并在读完之后，要求得出这篇文章的整体大意。并让学生起来进行回答 第三个答案：acrtivity3 task 在这一环节当中我会设计一个任务。任务类型为知识的抢答。 首先我会将整个班级分为若干个小组，每组有七到八个人。并选出小组长。这一环节中我设计了十个对错题，（true or false）,要求学生以小组的形式进行抢答。并作出得分记录，最后还要评选出第一名。在抢答过程当中，我并不只单单是以游戏的形式来完成这一任务，只是简单的完成对错题，我会要求每组在抢答的过程当中，要对他们所选的答案进行解释说明为什么。让学生在这个过程当中真正玩有所得。
Step 4 post-reading 这一环节我会把我们所读的这篇文章设计成一篇阅读题的模式，设计五道选择题，用幻灯片展示出来，并让学生进行选择。题目的设计会以文章的主旨大意和一些细节作为试题。这让学生能在这一环节当中对刚刚已经学*知识进行巩固。
Step5 summary 在这一环节中我会整堂课做一个简短的总结，并再一次强调本次课的重难点。让学生明确本课的重点，再一次明确课堂目标。和引导学生对这篇文章的情感态度进行升华。
Step6 homework 作业
1、要求学生背诵本次课的重点词汇和短语
2、要求完成相应联系。
3、要求学生课后通过各种途径查到关于地震的常识，并去了解一些

(一) 教材地位、作用
本课内容是本单元的核心教学内容是 “现在进行时”，主要学*句子What are you doing ?I’m … .What is he/she doing? He/She is …. 本单元出现了八个单词，都是动词的现在进行时态今天这一课是第一课时。所以今天的内容主要是呈现并操练八个单词，顺便结合句型进行交际活动。
(二) 教学目标
教学目标是教学活动的出发点和归宿，根据新课标以及大纲要求，结合以上分析，我确定本课的教学目标如下：
1、 认知目标：
(1) 能正确听、说、读、写词汇playing shopping studying painting eating runningsleeping writing
(2)正确听、说、读、句型 What are you doing ?I’m … .What is he/she doing? He/She is ….
2、 能力目标：
(1)培养学生的观察力，分析能力。

(2)激发学生的参与意识，综合运用语言知识的意识，团结合作的意识。

二、说教法、学法
爱因斯坦曾说过：“兴趣是最好的老师”.因此，英语教学一开始，就应当注意培养学生对这门学科的兴趣，保持强烈的好奇心和旺盛的求知欲。这就要求我们教师采用灵活多样的教学法，激发学生的学*兴趣，充分调动他们学*的积极性。所以，我采用情景法、多媒体辅助教学法、交际法等进行教学。

2、 情景法强调语言在情景中的应用，让学生身临其境地学*英语，使教学在生动活泼的情景中进行。学生在轻松的情景下，容易学到知识与运用知识。
3、 多媒体辅助教学法
多媒体辅助教学集图象、声音、文字于一体，使教学内容更生
4、 动、形象，吸引学生的注意力，使其在轻松、愉快的氛围中接受新的知识。
5、交际法
学*英语，目的在于用英语进行交际。英语要作为交际工具来教，也要作为交际工具来学，做到学用统一。在教学中，我遵循这一原则，提供较真实的情景。如：在引入新课时教师和一学生正在打篮球，让学生体会现在进行时，活学或用所学知识。这样，激发了学生的学*兴趣，活跃了课堂气氛，又培养了学生的语言交际能力。
本堂课主要以现代化电教手段—多媒体辅助教学，贯穿整个教学过程。增加了直观性和趣味性，加大了课堂密度，提高了教学效果。我根据本堂课的教学目标、要求看图说出他/她/我在做什么，设计了生活化的情景，让学生在实际情景中运用所学知识。同时通过多媒体的运用，设计各种小游戏，记忆看等多种形式的演练，让学生在玩中学，乐中学。
三、说教学程序
Step1 Free talk
师生交流，既复*旧知，又很好地拉*了师生间的距离，为下面的合作学*打下基础。
Step 2 Lead in
首先教师和一学生在打篮球。
设计思路： 每一堂课的开头很重要，要在上课一开始就吸引学生的注意力，调动他们的兴趣，这样便容易开展下面的内容。学生都喜欢玩，看到老师在课堂上打篮球立刻会吸引学生的注意力，学唱歌曲迎合了儿童的心理需求，从而促使他们在轻松自如的情况下，主动地学*。所以课前的预备活动，既活跃了课堂气氛，又缓解了学生的紧张情绪。
Step3、 Presentation
结合单词句型操练时，设计几个有竞赛的游戏，学生在玩游戏中既开心又可以巩固所学的单词和句型。根据多媒体音、形、色、像图文并茂的优势，提供不同的时间，给 学生创设了学*练说的机会，这样的练*，既保持了学生的学*积极性，又使学生体验到了知识收获后的满足。
Step 4、sing a song and finish activity
这一环节，根据儿童认知特点，学唱歌曲迎合了儿童的心理需求，从而促使他们在轻松自如的情况下，主动地学*。歌词正好与所学的句型一致。这一环节让学生在听、说、读方面得到练*、巩固. 培养学生良好的语音，语调和语感。
Step 5、播放FLASH动画
这一活动的设计，是对本课教学的有利巩固，学生都非常喜欢Gogo这个淘气的小生物和他的朋友们，学生学过的句型都在动画里出现，大部分学生都能看懂，学生见老师提出的问题自己能回答，使学生体验到了知识收获后的满足。
五、说板书设计
设计思路：
板书要求清晰、明了，体现教学的重点与难点，这里将本课的主要内容呈现在黑板上，同时这也有利于学生学*与运用对话。
（一）教材的地位及作用
本课是初一新教材第5单元的第一部分，教材内容围绕着描述人现在的活动展开，让学生学会谈论人人们正在干什么。本课的教学内容与学生的实际生活密切相关，易于引发学生运用简单的英语进行交际和交流。在学*活动中，学生能通过交换对不同人物活动的描述，促进学生之间和师生之间的情感交流，增进情谊。
（二）教学目标
1、知识目标：What are u ding？ I a watching。What is he ding？ He is ding hewr。Is she reading？ N， she is ding her hewr。
2、能力目标：
（1）、能抓住人物的主要特征来描述人物的外貌，并根据描述画出人像。
（2）、能概括人物的外貌特征并根据人物特征推理出某一人物。
3、情感目标：通过描述同学、教师或自己的偶像的外貌，表达自己的看法，使学生在人际交往中学会尊重和理解别人，学会交换不同的看法，了解他人的爱好，增进情谊。
（三）教学重点及难点

（四）．教法设计
对本课我主要采取了如下几种教法：
1．听录音。
听音是英语学*的重要方法，也是课堂教学的重要步骤。在听中可以感知，可以模仿。
2．重点解释，个别操练。
在每一堂教学中，学生总会遇到一些难以理解的词、句型、短语、句子或某一语法现象。如本课出现的一般过去时的用法等都需要教师个别解释甚至创设语言情境进行操练和举例，以扫除自由交际过程中的“拦路虎”，为语言的进一步学*奠定基础。
3．指导学生展开情景对话。
在第一部分和第二部分的教学过程中，要想办法使人人开口，使人人都有成功感。通过对话逐步达到对教材内容的全部操练。。第三部分问答游戏时，猜中的同学老师给予鼓励，激励更多的同学参与进来
4．学生独立操作。
首先要求学生根据师生示范独立对话，随后叫几组分别站起来表演。这是深化课堂教学的重要举措。
5． 我在教学过程中设计了填表和动词填空的练*，以检查学生对本课的掌握情况。在整个教学活动中，我还采用了幻灯片，对顺利开展教学活动起到了很好的 辅助作用。
（五）．学法指导：
我所采用的教法有助于学生掌握如下学法：
1．养成听的*惯。
学生要经常听录音，听教师讲英语，听同学们讲英语，这对学好英语大有好处。
2．科学储备大量知识。
学生不掌握丰富的知识就不可能进行很好的语言交流。所以学生必须了解语言规律，掌握丰富的词汇，熟知语法规则，会熟练表达由各个话题而展开的交际内容。要学会在实践中学，在应用中学，这样学来的知识记忆深刻、灵活度大。
3．及时巩固，反复记忆。
凡教师在课堂上所讲到的语言难点，学生应及时整理，再次认识并积极使用。对前面已学过的课文，学生要有安排地经常复*，否则常常是学了新的，忘了旧的。
4．积极操练，重在口头。
在课堂上，学生要积极参与教师设计的每个教学活动，要大胆开口，创造性地说自己想说的话。课后和其他同学及时进行英语交流。只有这样，才能将书本知识变成自己的知识和语言能力；也只有这样，才能实现脱口说英语的.目的。（六）教学设计在上新课之前先复*动词的ing形式，和上节课的重点句型。通过对重点句型的变形导入新课。安排猜谜游戏帮助学生巩固新知之新知识。然后翻开课本学*2c，这样可以降低学生学*难度，有利于学生更好的掌握新知识。接下来再讲2a和2b，之后是3a和3b。讲解4时，难度再次加大，因为需要学生用自己的语言讲解图片。于是我利用教材所给的图片和问题进行引导，先让学生观察图片，在就图片回答问题。问题有答案之后，要求他们讲述图片，这个难度就大大降低了。最后我在就学生的讲述进行适当的引导和补充。下课前布置作业，结束课堂。在整个教学过程当中，我有意识的降低教学难度，为学生更好的学*创造良好条件。
本课以素质教育为目的，结合教材重点、难点及英语学科特点，利用多媒体辅助教学，以任务性教学为主，从视、听、说等方面使学生得到锻炼，在愉快、轻松的氛围中温故而知新，达到初步运用英语交际的能力。由于缺少经验，在教学过程中难免会出现不足，敬请各位专家老师不吝赐教，谢谢大家！

Part I Analysis of ss
My students are from Grade One in vocational schools.
No.1 They have a poor vocabulary, little motivation to learn initially and no confidence in expressing themselves.
No.2 There are distinct individual among them.
No.3 They are quick in thinking and long for victory. They may raise interest in the topic because of its familiarity, and are eager to know these differences.
No.4 In my class, ss will be given a preview plan to understand the reading, progressive tasks in competition to ensure overall participation.
Part II Analysis of the teaching material
Our textbook is taken from English Book I for vocational schools. It emphasizes on interest and utility.
Since some information about cultural differences has been mentioned in previous units, this unit will focus on introducing individual differences and building the sense of cross-cultural communication.
Reading II will demonstrate cultural differences further and occupies an important position. It will take up two periods, and I’ll deal with the second period for reading comprehension, and concentrate on ss’ abilities of reading and using English fluently.
Part III Teaching aims
No.1 Teaching aims
After studying the teaching material and ***yzing ss’ present situations, I think the teaching aims are the followings:
1. Knowledge aims
1) To master some key words and expressions: awkward, courtesy, direct, misunderstand, as soon as, keep doing sth, etc..
2) To understand the gist of the reading, work out the writer’s opinions after reading, and complete relevant tasks.
3) To retell the reading and try to talk with partners about differences in table manners with the purpose of using the language fluently.
2. Ability aims
1) To better reading strategies to promote reading ability with the help of skimming, scanning and other reading techniques.
2) To improve ability of using English fluently as well as logical thinking after dealing with tasks.
3) To foster the ability of cooperation in group activities.
3. Emotion aims
1) To have a general knowledge of differences in table manners, esp. between Chinese and American cultures, and foster the sense of cross-cultural communication.

Part IV Teaching &Learning methods
A good method requires that the teacher act as a guide while ss as the real masters in class. In my class, ss are mainly guided by tasks progressively.
1. So according to the ***ysis of the teaching material and the students’ learning background, I will use the following teaching methods.
1) Task-based language teaching

3) Delamination teaching
4) Question-and-Answer activity teaching

Part VI Teaching procedures.
No.1 As for the concrete procedures, it includes 5 parts.
Task II:checking words & answering questions. Ss will have a matching for words and meanings to check words and then they may pose any questions they met in preview. Ss finish it before class and present keys on the blackboard. Some music will be played to calm ss down and create a situation to learn English.
Purposes: The easy item may help them build confidence.
Task II: Lead-in. Ss may watch a video about cultural differences, and then finish the sentence with brainstorming. This item is open to answers. As far as students get to the point, their group may get marks.
Purposes: Brainstorming may activate ss and catch their attention quickly. At the same time, it may act as a foreshadowing for the reading.
Task III: Presentation with tasks. It includes two items.
Item I: (skimming) Ss look through the reading in 2 minutes, and then finish the multiple choices on their own.
Purposes: This task will train ss to get quick information and foster a good reading habit.
Item II: (careful reading) In order to cope with the reading clearly, there are three portions. Portion A is for Para1. It is about the writer’s experience in China, and then there are some questions. Portion B is for Para2. It is about a Chinese staying in America, and then there are some multiple choices. Portion C is for Para3. It is about solutions, and then ss rectify the table. Similarly, they read individually, and then discuss in groups to get an agreed answer. Representatives will be sent to the bb to present keys.
Purposes: The three portions will help ss work out the writer’s opinions clearly. Cooperative learning will help them overcome difficult words or sentences and find the feeling of success when they can get keys without too much guide from the teacher. And praise goes first no matter how they do. Till now, ss may realize cultural differences further.
Task IV: Consolidation in time. It includes 3 items: Five statements for ss to check their understanding about the reading, a dialogue to check how they can transfer input to output and a short passage to tell them whether they have made progress in reading. Similarly, ss do them on their own, and then discuss problems in groups.
Purposes: The three items will give a clear reflection to ss.
Last task, I will make a conclusion of this period, encourage ss to build the sense of cross-cultural communication, and then do some extension: Watch another video about differences between China and the West, and discuss whether the points from the video are reasonable or not. The item is also open to keys. Ss are encouraged to write down notes.
Purposes: This task will help ss dare to speak because of the good input about cultural differences from the reading. Each one may have a chance to express them, and experience the feeling of success. In the process of communicating, they help and encourage each other, and use the language gradually. It will help ss transfer passive learning into active acquisition and see the meaning of learning.
No.2 Design of writing on the blackboard

No.3 After class, to ss, they have two assignments:
1. Ss finish the table to evaluate themselves.
2. Ss surf the Internet for more information about cultural differences, such as sending and accepting gifts, introducing people, etc., and then write down answers.
Purposes: The first one may help ss to reflect themselves, and the latter one may help ss extend their learning of cross cultures. Writing actually is necessary for all steps. After class, they may do it more relaxed. When finishing it, they may pay more attention to the written language and then improve their English.
No.4 Reflection after teaching.
On the one hand, ss can be guided by tasks progressively, and act well. They also have foster cooperation in group activities. On the other hand, the teacher needs to pay more attention to individual differences and ensure overall participation. The teacher also needs to improve the ability of monitoring the class efficiently.

As we all know: the main instructional aims of learning English in the Middle School is to cultivate students’ abilities of listening, speaking, reading, writing and their good sense of the English language. To use these methods are helpful to develop the students’ abilities.

2、港式英文简历
香港出版的简历书写技巧书籍中都要求年龄、婚否、报纸的招聘广告中还要求求职者写上工资现状及预期工资，这些都属于隐私问题，美式简历则不要求提供这些信息。
3、英式英文简历
很接*港式，但个人资料没有港式说得那么多，篇幅长但不详细，我们这里不做过多评论。

1、招聘人员怎样鉴别简历？
