餐桌上摆满了各式各样的美味菜肴：那黄澄澄、热腾腾的炒蛋，红得冒油的大闸蟹，红绿相映的胡萝卜炒芹菜，酸甜可口的糖醋排骨，美味的红烧肉……那润滑可口的炖鸭煲冒着热气，鸭肉是那么软糯，香味飘逸的鸭汤里漂着笋干、香菇，使人馋涎欲滴。
“开饭了！”妈妈突然喊道，筷子在餐桌上飞舞，爸爸夹了一块糖醋排骨放在我的碗里。我立刻狼吞虎咽地吃了起来，吃得满嘴是油，大家见了哈哈大笑。
我举起盛满可乐的杯子，眉开眼笑地说：“爸爸，妈妈，祝您在龙年办事处处顺，生活步步高，好运天天交，越长越健康。”爸爸妈妈也举起杯子，说：“女儿，祝你在新的一年里好好学*，天天向上，学*更上一层楼。”我又来到爷爷奶奶面前，笑着说：“爷爷，奶奶，祝您福如东海，寿比南山！”紧接着大家互相祝福，一句句祝福语在餐厅回荡，一阵阵暖流流进心窝。

神气十足地上台领奖了，不久后，姐姐了中奖了，两人拿下来的都是耀达美食卡，里面有100元，我还听说二等奖里面有300元，一等奖里有500元。三等奖里没我，二等奖里还是没我。我想：我得的一定是一等奖。可是，一等奖里还是没我。我的心好像一下子掉下了万丈深渊。虽然爸爸的员工表现的不是很好，但给我们留下了一个美好的夜晚。爸爸厂举办的年夜饭晚会真好。
春节到了，家家都要吃年夜饭，放鞭炮，贴春联，我家也不例外。
今天，我们全家来到饭店吃夜饭。到包间时冷盘已经放好了，我一眼就看到了我最喜欢吃的南瓜块，连忙夹起一块就吃起来了，真甜！接着，我又看见腌制得绿油油的芹菜，真是认人垂涎欲滴，我狠狠地夹起一大块来放在嘴里猛吃起来，真是太香了。吃了很多的冷盘，觉得该吃热菜了，和服务员说了一下，不一会儿就上来了，热腾腾的西芹炒虾仁，三下五除二，我就把一大堆虾仁吃完了，后上的鸡汤又是我最喜欢的，一个大锅，里面放着一只煮熟的黄澄澄的鸡，闻闻那鸡可以太香了，汤里还有一大堆又细又嫩的粉丝，还有许多的调料，我夹起粉丝就往嘴里放，它很快便从我的舌头上溜到喉咙里了，这感觉太好了。我又咬了一块鸡皮，嗯，肥肥的好吃极了，鸡汤也是非常鲜美的，我喝了一大碗都欲罢不能。这个饭店的特色点心绿茶饼也是我最喜欢的，它甜而不腻，中间还有红豆沙，好吃极了，最后上的水果有西瓜等，我也很喜欢。
今年的年夜饭真是好吃，我明年还想来。

晚上,我们一家人围坐在一起看春节联欢晚会,演员们嘹亮的歌喉,优美的声音,滑稽的动作,刺激的杂技表演,引人入胜的情节吸引我目不转睛地观看着。

皇天不负苦心人，我的烤鸡还算满受欢迎的，几乎快销售一空，但是最受大家欢迎的，还是我们家的阿基师——大姑丈，他的拿手绝活红烧鱼，总是刚上桌就被众人**光，还有他那香气扑鼻的樱花虾米糕，油亮油亮的外表，令人唾涏三尺，不想吃都难。

我赶紧又拿了两个饺子皮把两边盖住，然后再捏，总算都捏上了，不再露馅了。可这是饺子吗?怎么长成这样呀？真难看呀。我都不想包了，这也太难了。妈妈看着我难为情的样子，笑呵呵地对我说：“没关系的，第一次能包成这样，已经不错了。你再试试，一回生，两回熟，下一个肯定比这个强。”在妈妈的鼓励下，我又拿起了第二个饺子皮，第三个妈妈包的很麻利，不一会儿工夫，已经包完了。妈妈包的饺子象一个个元宝似的，很漂亮的立在案板上。我包的饺子，一个个东倒西歪的，没精打采的，我有点难为情。妈妈却在一边夸我说：“你看看，你后包的要比先包的强多了。下次肯定比这次还要强。一会儿把你包的单煮一锅，让大家享受一下你的劳动果实。”
煮饺子的时候，妈妈告诉我，需要先烧开水，饺子要顺着锅边溜下去。不能从上面扔下去，那样的话，溅起的水会烫到你的。我在一旁想，这可到处都是学问呀。说话间，饺子煮好了。妈妈开始往上端饺子和其它事先准备好的菜，我帮着摆碗筷。然后迫不及待地尝了一个我包的，哇!味道好极了，回味无穷呀。我急着对妈妈说：“妈妈，快尝一个我包的。”妈妈夹了一个我包的饺子，放进了嘴里，慢慢地嚼着，很享受的样子！
我要感谢妈妈教我学会了包饺子，让我学到了一门本领，从中我知道做事不能粗心，要细心，也懂得了妈妈每天帮我做了那么多事。谢谢妈妈!

一年只有一次，最热闹的也就是那个晚上，我盼望着那个晚上的到来，迎接着那个迷人的夜晚。
那个晚上的到来，给我带来了许多的快乐和乐趣。为了今年的“年夜大餐”，母亲和奶奶在除夕的前两天就开始“动工”了。因为母亲眼中的年夜饭是团圆饭，预示着新一年的开始，一切都要十全十美，不能有半点马虎。每到这时候，我便会言语谨慎，生怕不经意间说出什么不中听的或是不吉利的话，招来母亲的责骂。对我家而言，这一年一度的年夜饭已经不只是一顿简单的晚餐，更是全家都要参与的仪式。所以在物质生活极大丰富的今天，我们仍然保留了在家中吃年夜饭的*惯。
我家的年夜饭讲究分工合作，各司其责。母亲是总设计师，负责人员调度。为了年夜饭，母亲会把消毒柜里的淡蓝色的精美餐具拿出来用。父亲帮母亲打小工，负责买配菜，买调料，拿油盐酱醋、锅碗瓢盆;奶奶是总设计师的得力助手;爷爷则是烹饪几个他的拿手菜;我嘛，就负责“偷吃”，在有菜做好了后，我总以尝尝菜的咸淡，来偷吃做好的菜，唉——谁叫我属老鼠呢?
母亲做年夜饭有讲究，菜的数量必须是双数，有冷有热，有荤有素，各自成双，讨一个“好事成双”的彩头。每年年夜饭母亲都会亮出她新学得几个好菜让我们品评，但有几个菜是母亲的保留曲目，每年必不可少，像“蒸蛋卷”、“清炖鸡”、“炸肉丸”、“红烧鱼”。母亲认为有了这些菜预示着来年生活富足，衣食无忧。
在母亲的指挥和操持下，晚上七点整，我们的午夜大餐正式开始，一盘盘色香味俱全、香喷喷的饭菜端上桌来，我看得眼花缭乱。开饭喽!我狼吞虎咽的把这美味佳肴往嘴里塞。妈妈把果汁和红酒拿出来，倒在高脚杯里。这是我们每年必备的一个节目——新年祝愿(每年的年夜饭前我们都要把自己认为最好的祝愿送给家人)。
今年还是我第一个上场，我端起酒杯祝愿爸爸和妈妈——身体健康，笑口常开，工作顺利;祝愿爷爷奶奶——福如东海，寿比南山。爸爸妈妈爷爷奶奶也把他们的祝愿送给了我，爸爸妈妈祝我身体健康，天天好心情;爷爷奶奶祝我学*进步。然后我们端起酒杯，“干杯”!我们的家真是一个温馨和睦的家庭，我爱我家。我家不仅年夜大餐丰盛，

正在大家都吃得高兴的时候，爷爷突然提出了一个问题问我说：“我们为什么要吃年夜饭呢？”我听了后，目瞪口呆，不知如何回答。奶奶见我回答不出来，就笑着说了一个传说：“传说高阳氏有三个儿子，死后都变成了疫鬼。两个居住在江边，一个却住在人家屋内的角落里，专门在除夕夜里出来吓唬小孩子。由于火可以驱邪，人们便在除夕夜里燃烧炉火，再加上家人团聚，疫鬼就不敢出来惊扰小孩子了。还有，一家人一面吃年夜饭，一面闲话家常，每人都谈谈自己在外面所遇到的难忘的事情，让家人共同分享。“哦，原来吃年夜饭还有这种说法呢。”我高兴的拍手叫好。
我家的年夜饭一直吃到晚上八点钟，奶奶说：“中央电视台开始播放春节联欢晚会了，我祝大家兔年交好运，健康又快乐，下面大家一起去看春节联欢晚会。”
今年除夕，我们一家在温馨的气氛中，吃了一顿非常开心的年夜饭。
过春节，自然少不了压轴大戏—吃年夜饭。说起年夜饭，用“丰盛”这个词都远远不够形容。今年的年夜饭也是如此。菜一盘接着一盘端了上来，桌子上的菜琳琅满目：有水煮鱼片、白切鸡、清蒸鲈鱼、东坡肉、酱鸭、蒸香肠、上汤菠菜、油焖笋、大对虾……色香味俱全，水里游的，地上跑的，有机蔬菜，开胃点心，应有尽有，让人不知道该吃哪个好！
品着美食，我们一家人边喝着边聊着。我好奇地问奶奶：“奶奶，以前的年夜饭是什么样子的？”“以前啊，”奶奶一边回忆一边说，“我像你这么大的时候，连**都吃不上，大盘大盘的红烧肉更是想都别想，那会子啊，能吃上萝卜白菜就已经很好了，过年自家做上一盘豆腐就是加餐了。”我想，能吃上青菜萝卜就是过年的经济条件得有多不好啊？我正想着，奶奶又说：“那时的年夜饭，最多只有煎豆腐、煮鸡蛋、青菜萝卜，这哪能和现在比啊！现在的每一个日子都是以前的过年！”说着奶奶又给我碗里夹了好几块红烧肉。

放寒假了，新年的脚步也*了。这次去老家过年我很高兴，因为可以拿到压岁钱、看春晚。还可以亲手尝到外婆做的年夜饭。
进了外婆家，就看见外婆在做饭，听见那菜刀熟练的声音，像是在做我最喜欢吃的饺子。洗完手，就进了厨房，看见了许多东西，有刚刚和好的面，没切的韭菜，桌上还有肉丁，刚上锅热腾腾的菜肴……
我们分工合作：外婆做饭，妈妈包饺子的肉馅，外公爸爸去收拾桌子或洗碗筷，我来指挥。
只听到很熟练的刀工在厨房挥舞，香气飘溢出来，不一会桌上摆着各色各样的年夜小吃，热腾腾的菜搬到了餐桌上。可把我乐坏了！哇，好丰盛啊！密密麻麻的菜映入了我的眼帘；有醇香多汁的牛肉，也有热气腾腾的羊肉汤，有象征着家人团团圆圆的年糕，也有香喷喷肥美的鲑鱼。春卷在灯光的照耀下油光闪闪，一口咬下去顿时鲜美的味道直奔喉咙，散发着浓浓的春的气息。我看得垂涎三尺。爸爸和外公干了一杯酒，然后用酒杯遮住脸，豪爽地喝干了酒。再抬起头来时脸已红彤彤的了。每一个人的眼里洋溢起了幸福的光芒。脸上都泛起了灿烂的笑容。虽然没有饭店里美味的鲍鱼，没有昂贵的东星斑，我们都仍吃得心满意足。
吃完饭后，大家来到院子紧挨着坐着，月亮出来了，月光照在每一处阴暗的地方，照在树枝上树爷爷笑了，照在狗窝旁小狗暖暖的睡了，照在池塘边青蛙欢快地唱着，我们一家人则在欣赏月亮看那美丽的夜空无数星星对我眨着眼像一个个可爱天真的孩子。
到放礼花的时间了，我兴奋的点燃礼花在爸爸的陪伴下一个个缤纷多彩的炮弹一个个射出那么美的景象大的围着小的发出绚丽的光彩！你也一定羡慕吧！这个年夜饭我吃出了它本身的意义！
