  初入学堂,我遇见了爱笑的她,和她成为了好朋友,她很阳光,也很漂亮,她白皙的皮肤看上去如同鸡蛋膜一样,好像吹一口气,脸上就能出现一道轻轻的裂纹,白暂的脸庞在阳光的照射下显得异常迷人,长长的睫毛像两把小刷子,随着呼吸轻轻的拂过肌肤,黑玉般的眼睛散发着浓浓的暖意,一块淡淡的褐色胎记点缀在额头旁,如樱花般怒放的双唇勾出半月形的弧度。她笑时,一抹红晕会在脸上均匀的铺开,我们笑着,走过了五个春秋。

  中学时,我们分到了一班,接着遇见了肉嘟嘟的她,那个有着熊猫一般身材的她。黄色的大镜框加上250度的镜片放在了那个要细细搜索才能看到的眼睛前,她很可爱,也很活泼,我们的友情迅速升温,由原先的“合二为一”变成了一个结结实实的“铁三角”。

  我们经常在一起打闹,肉肉的她学*很好,经常帮助我和她,她对我们毫无保留,只要她会,她必定细细告诉我们,慢慢的,我们的成绩有了明显的提升。我们形影不离,即使上个厕所都要互相等待。我们互相倾诉,互相调侃,从不奉承对方。肉肉的她经常忘记带水,我和她便贡献出自己的水杯解她“燃嗓之渴”。我们互相惦记,经常从家里带点零食一人一份,即使是一个苹果,我们也要一人一口的把它吃光。

  我们相互撒娇,相互捉弄,虽然有时也会争得面红而赤,但不出半分,也会像什么事都没发生过一样在一起打闹。我们一起笑,一起哭,一起闹,我们就是一个整体,“合三为一”。她们使我的生活没有孤单,而是绚丽多彩。

  小学时,我曾以为我不会有一个知心好友,但,我遇见了她。初中时,我以为我只有她,但上天又让我有了她。她们让我明白了什么是友谊,给我人生的白纸绘上了绚丽的色彩,她们让我以后有个美好的回忆。有她们,真好。

  过了一会儿,我的胃越来越痛了,我就忍不住了一下子哭了出来,这时,我的好朋友们就来安慰我了,其实在我哭的时候,我也听到了她们在对我旁边的人说:“你们走开,不要打扰她”,在此时我也听到了有些男生在我旁边说:“真娇气!”但我其实觉得他们男生不懂因为他们从来都没有体验过你不舒服了,而你的好朋友也安慰你的感觉,我其实中午哭的主要原因不是因为胃痛,只是觉得有她们在真好!

  过了一会儿,她们看我还在哭还没停下来就决定去找老师,我本来也准备和她们一起下去找老师的,但没想到她们竟然让我在上面休息一会儿,就在此时我想到了我以前把她们惹伤心的事了,现在再想到我对她们的愧疚感一下涌了上来,我就在心里想着:“我决定了,我以后一定要对她们更好!”看见她们为了我而跑过去跑过来的身影,我的眼角掉下了一滴清泪并默默的说了一句:“有你们在真好啊!”

  其实在这以前,我还以她们经常忽略我的理由生气,现在想来,我以前真可笑,我现在最大的心愿就是和她们做一辈子的好朋友!

  一、学生整体情况

  期中考试结束了,我所任教的班级考试成绩并不十分理想。99班共有35人参加考试,*均分66.7分,优秀率为14.3,及格率为40。100班共有48人参加考试,*均分65分,优秀率仅为16.7,及格率45.8。

  二、存在的问题

  本次初一英语期中考试,主要考查学生基础知识和基本技能。包含了听力部分,题目比较灵活,涉及的知识面较广。我们年级学生基础偏差,甚至有7个同学到现在为止还不能正确的默写26个字母的大小写。

  七年级两个班共性的问题很明显,成绩好的学生分不够高,两极分化较为严重,尤其在阅读理解能力和书面表达能力方面较弱,具体来说:

  1、基础知识是我们*时教的重点,但是学生掌握不扎实,不能灵活运用。可能我只让学生死记硬背一些单词和词组,由于学生能力的限制也忽视了将基础知识反复变化默写,举一反三。

  2、学生的应变能力有待提高,不能正确写出单词的正确形式;每一单元都让学生背诵过一篇作文,一旦遇到考试时的类似作文,学生只会照搬照套,不能根据作文要求灵活变通。

  3、理解能力不强,阅读理解失分较多,不能理解通篇大意,原因是词汇量少,即使是*时默写过的单词一到考试时又不认识了。

  4、另一方面,由于过多的强调了基础知识,忽略了对学生综合能力的训练。学生拿到综合性强的试卷做起来很不顺手,综合能力欠缺。还有,对句子的训

  三、原因分析:

  造成这种结果的原因是多方面的,从我这方面来看,主要是:

  1.在日常的教学当中,过多地重视教师的“教”,而忽视了学生的自主学*。

  2.对于个别英语底子薄的学生没有降低要求。

  学生方面:

  1、学生懒。不愿背单词,词组和句型,不愿做题。部分学生遗忘知识快,过去滚瓜烂熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。

  2、底子薄弱,对学*英语没有兴趣,上课注意力不集中。

  3、个别成绩好的学生眼高手低,做题时不认真。四、采取的措施:

  1、进行趣味性,娱乐的教学,结合图片或实物讲解,提高学生的参与意识和学*兴趣,激发学生的好奇心,求知欲。

  2、树立信心,多与学生交流,了解他们的.精神世界,接*彼此间的距离,用自己的关心引发他们对这门课程的喜爱。

  教学就是教与学,两者是相互联系,不可分割的,有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此,了解和分析学生情况,有针对地教对教学成功与否至关重要。最初接触教学的时候,我还不懂得了解学生对教学的重要性,只是专心研究书本,教材,想方设法令课堂生动,学生易接受。但一开始我就碰了钉子。在讲授第一课的时候,我按照自己的教学设计,上了一堂自认为明白易懂而又不死板的课,认为教学效果如期理想,怎知小测出来才知道不如人意。后来听同学们反应,才知道我讲的口语大部分同学听不懂,而教学的部分内容同学们以前从来未接触过。从而可知,我在上课前根本没有了解清楚学生的实际情况:

  一方面,农村的学生英语听,说的能力相对较弱,授课采用较深的全英教学,同学们还不能适应。教学中要充分了解及分析学生实际情况,实事求是,具体问题具体分析,做到因材施教,对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。

  教学中,备课是一个必不可少,十分重要的环节,备学生,又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好,会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性,曾有一位前辈对我说:“备课备不好,倒不如不上课,否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性,因此,每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上,认认真真钻研教材和教法,不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦,但事实证明是值得的。

  一堂准备充分的课,会令学生和老师都获益不浅。认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。

  备课充分,能调动学生的积极性,上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力,因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入,不让其分心,这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富,现实。教态自然,讲课生动,难易适中照顾全部,就自然能够吸引住学生。所以,老师每天都要有充足的精神,让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样,授课就事半功倍。回看自己的授课,我感到有点愧疚,因为有时我并不能很好地做到这点。当学生在课堂上无心向学,违反纪律时,我的情绪就受到影响,并且把这带到教学中,让原本正常的讲课受到冲击,发挥不到应有的水*,以致影响教学效果。我以后必须努力克服,研究方法,采取有利方法解决当中困难。英语是一门外语,对学生而言,既生疏又困难,在这样一种大环境之下,要教好英语,就要让学生喜爱英语,让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪,不原学,也无法学下去。为此,我采取了一些方法,尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化,生活故事,*来更帮部分同学交上了”penfriendinamerica”,让他们更了解英语,更喜欢学*英语。因为只有英语水*提高,他们才能达到交异国笔友的目的,同时也可以提高同学们的英语写作能力,对成绩优秀的同学很有好处。

  因为英语的特殊情况,学生在不断学*中,会出现好差分化现象,差生面扩大,会严重影响班内的学*风气。因此,绝对不能忽视。为此,我制定了具体的计划和目标。对这部分同学进行有计划的辅导。例如在五班,我把这批同学分为三个组。第一组是有能力提高,但*时懒动脑筋不学的同学,对这些同学,我采取集体辅导,给他们分配固定任务,不让他们有偷懒的机会,让他们发挥应有水*;第二组是肯学,但由于能力不强的同学。对这部分同学要适当引导,耐心教导,慢慢提高他们的成绩,不能操之过急,且要多鼓励。只要他们肯努力,成绩有望搞提高;第三组是纪律松散,学*不认真,基础又不好的同学。对这部分人要进行课余时间个别辅导。因为这部分同学需要一个安静而又不受干扰的环境,才会立下心来学*。只要坚持辅导,这些同学基础重新建立起来,以后授课的效果就会更好。

  英语是语言。困此,除了课堂效果之外,还需要让学生多读,多讲,多练。为此,在早读时,我坚持下班了解早读情况,发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决,及时讲清楚,让学生即时消化。另外,对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式,提高他们的能力。

  四次月考是考察每位同学在阶段性的学*成果,因此应该予以重视。考试前进行有系统的复*,考试后进行学科总结。

  经过一个学期的努力,期末考就是一种考验。无论成绩高低,都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的,重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高,如何共同提高两班的英语水*。因此,无论怎样辛苦,我都会继续努力,多问,多想,多向前辈学*,争取进步。

  转眼一学期的教学工作即将结束,一学期来,我时刻从严要求自己,积极向老教师请教,结合本校的实际条件和学生的实际情况,勤勤恳恳,兢兢业业,使教学工作有计划,有组织,有步骤地开展。为使今后的工作取得更大的进步,现对本学期以来的教学教育工作做以下总结,希望能发扬优点,克服不足,总结检验教训,促进教训工作更上一层楼。

  一、严守纪律,努力学*强素质

  在工作中,本人能够严格要求自己,时时处处以一个优秀教师的标准来要求自己,模范遵守学校的各项规章制度,做到不迟到、不早退。认真学*教师职业道德规范,不断提高自己的道德修养和政治理论水*;认真学*新课改理论,努力提高业务能力,通过学*,使我对新课改理念有了更全面的、深入的理解,为本人改进教学方法打好了基础。

  二、制定计划,教学有序地进行。

  在参加学校组织的课改和教学理念的培训之后,依照学校工作计划、课标、教材、学生实际和教育教学规律,制定了学期教学计划,规划好阶段计划,课时计划。在此基础上,设计好每一堂课。

  三、精心备课,打造魅力新课堂。

  作为一名教师,我的体会是,上好一堂课很难,但备好一堂课更难。在备课之前,必须对所有内容进行熟悉,参考多方面的资料,认真深入钻研教材,确定重点难点,同时,备课不仅要备教材,而且要备教法,备教学手段,因此,本人在自身努力钻研教材和教法的基础上,积极配合搞好小组集体备课。

  四、组织教学,优化课堂提质量。

  一堂课的`四十分钟,就是一个教师表演技能的阶段。上课时,本着“传道、授业、解惑”的原则,努力提高教学质量,使讲解有条理、清晰、准确、生动。使每堂课学生有所获,努力使学生打好基础,培养能力,发展智慧,培养学生的正确思维方式,养成良好的学**惯。坚持做到以学生为主体,教师为主导,训练为主线。在课堂上,特别注意调动学生的积极性,加强师生交流,充分体现学生的主体作用,让学生学得容易,学得轻松,学得愉快。在课堂上,根据不同学生设计不同层次的问题,树立学生的自信心,让各层次的学生都得到提高。

  五、批改作业,精选巧练补缺漏。

  坚持布置适量的作业,使学生所学知识得到巩固和提高。布置作业时,坚持做到有针对性,有层次性,形式多样化。以此同时,提倡学生做值日报告,坚持每天检查一次。每天布置听写任务,对所学新单词、新短语、好句子进行听写。认真及时地批改作业和听写。并针对学生的作业情况,认真透彻地进行讲评,根据其情况不断改进教法。

  六、反思教学,探索教育新途径。

  教学这一活动,没有反思的伴随就不会有进步。坚持授课后,认真回想,进行反思。记录其教法、做法及操作不大理想的地方,及时做改进。并根据班级情况,分组教学,使组与组之间进行竞争学*。正所谓“有竞争才有动力”,坚持长期性评价原则,使学生在组中相互帮助,相互学*,培养团结互助的学*精神。

  1、进一步加强对新课改的认识,在推广先进教学方法、利用多媒体调动学生学*积极性的同时,努力提高课堂教学的效率。

  2、狠抓检查,落实对知识点的掌握。将差生时时放在心上,抓在手上;

  3、采取措施,加强训练,落实知识点。

  4、加强对学生的管理教育,努力教学提高成绩。

  总之,一学起来,在各位老师的帮助和同学们的共同努力下,取得了一定成绩但与领导的要求还有一定差距,还有一些不尽人意的地方。在以后的教学工作中,我将不断总结经验,发扬优点,改进缺点,不断探索新的教学方法和教学手段,激发学生的学*兴趣和积极性,提高教学质量,争取更好成绩,让领导满意、让家长满意、让学生满意。
