其次，有关作业批改问题。教师不能不批改作业，但也不能疲于批改作业。英语科作业往往是翻译题或书面表达题，教师要批改这类作业，要花大量的时间，甚至达到几乎帮学生重做作业程度，而且作业发下去，学生不一定会去认真对教老师的付出，这样收效甚微。我认为作业收上来改五次可能不如走下去利用活动课或自主自*每人面批作业一次。一则能更有效地落实作业，二则能有针对性地对学生进行补缺补漏，三则可以通过谈话增强学生学业信心。英语作文批改常成为教学中盲点，但它也可能成为教学质量提高的突破点。

针对以上比较突出的问题，我们主要采取了以下切实的复*安排：
一、加强研究，提高复*备考工作的针对性。
要想搞好高三英语教学，没有合理的教学和复*计划是不行的。在开学初，我们就制定了全年的教学和复*计划，并在教学的过程中不断改进和完善计划。立足教材，夯实基础知识才是我们这样的学生的唯一途径。教学和复*都应该注重实效，实实在在地为学生服务。
认真学*并分析了高考题的类型，从历年高考试题的整体研究中找共性，目的是总结规律寻找突破口。07年高考新增加的题型为任务型阅读，考查考生在有限的时间内根据需要捕捉有效信息的能力。阅读试题的考查全面，对中学英语教学起到了很好的导向作用。在常规教学及复*备考中，我们始终抓住加大阅读量，开展泛读教学，加强阅读技巧的指导，形成有效的阅读策略，从根本上培养学生的良好的阅读*惯和逻辑思维能力。
二、制定计划，加强复*的目标性。
我们根据学生的具体情况，制定出切实可行的复*计划，把复*分为三个阶段。
1、夯实基础，发展能力。
*年来高考英语逐渐侧重于语言能力的考查，对语言知识的直接考查相对地减少了。因此，在复*过程中，首先组织学生巩固各项基础知识，同时通过不断的语言练*，掌握一定的技巧。在此基础上，再通过科学系统的训练，发展能力。
2、降低难度，回归基础，强化专题训练。
进入后半学期，根据学生的具体情况把握中档、低档题，这对学生取得高分是非常有利的。学生普遍都有这样的感觉：很多题目“一看就会，一做就错”。造成这种现象的根本原因在于对基础知识的掌握不牢固。这时，复*的重点要放在查漏补缺上，进行强化记忆和训练。
3、整理基础知识，适当做一些高考题。
要在高考前夕找到良好的语言知识感觉和运用能力感觉就必须回归基础，整理巩固基础知识，用最充实、最满意的感觉来增强自己的自信心。同时，利用这段时间试着做*几年的高考题，学会找出每道题的切入点，从中总结命题利益和命题手法。
三、加强阅读和完型训练，以语篇为基础，扩大学生词汇量。
高考中阅读理解、完型填空是重头戏，也是学生英语成绩提高的重要突破口。教学中光靠教材所提供的量是远远不够的，所以我们备课组全体成员精心地挑选了一些切合我们学生实际的阅读材料并收集打印了许多完型材料，用以弥补教材的不足。在教学过程中遵循精泛结合，精少泛多，精泛有序的原则。选择的精读材料要能够在教学中发挥最大效益，启发学生的思维，促进学生知识的掌握和能力的形成。
在教材的基础上，精选泛读材料，以巩固和拓宽语言知识，培养独立阅读能力。坚持每天讲练一篇完型填空练*，以训练学生综合运用知识、通篇阅读理解和整体把握短文的综合能力，力争在完型填空这个试题的考试上有所提高。在*时教学新词汇的过程中，不失时机地由新翻旧，以旧带新，通过形*，义*，同义，反义，固定搭配等手段串联起大量有用的词汇，让学生从纵向，横向及各个方面扩大词汇量。对于所有精泛读材料中碰到的生词，要求学生摘录下来，老师要采取必要的手段，如听写或再现认读的方式进行检查，以扩大学生的词汇量。
四、加强听力，写作训练，合理安排综合训练。
加强听力和写作指导和训练，是我们高考取得成绩的重要保证。只有多听多练才可能有好的成绩。但只是听和练还不能取得好成绩，一定要加强对学生的集中训练和对听力方法的指导。
听力在高考试卷中占的比分是五分之一，其比分之大使得考生不敢对其有半点的马虎。因此，掌握一定的听力技巧在高考时甚为重要。影响学生听力理解的因素通常有两方面：
一是知识性障碍，如：对语音、语法知识掌握的不够，对词汇不熟悉，跟不上语法，对英语国家的文化背景不了解等；
二是非知识性障碍，如：教学设备等人为和客观因素。
针对这一重点，我主要从以下几个方面加强对学生的听力训练：
1、首先要告诉学生保持良好的心态，稳定情绪，集中精力倾听录音，整体把握所听内容。利用听录音前的时间，迅速地捕捉每个小题题干和选项所提供的信息，预测短文或对话可能涉及到的内容，预测的目的是提高判断的准确性，有所侧重，提高做题的正确率。从而做到心中有数，提前做好心理准备，变被动为主动。
2、注意重复的词语，这些词通常会给你一些线索，还会帮你回忆起你在题目中听过的人名和事物等名称。
3、注意各选项中的主要区别。你可能会看到一些不同的名字或地点或不同的动词，这些不同之处将会帮你确定这道题中哪些是你要听的关键，即关键词。
4、克服犹豫不决的毛病，对自己有把握的试题应快速作答，对无把握的试题也要在所听信息的基础上排除错误选项，进行优化处理。不会作答的，立即暂时搁置，准备听新的题目。
5、目前高考听力测试中短文理解大部分是记叙文或讲话稿，所以听录音时重在听懂每句话的意思和内涵，注意捕捉文中所涉及的人物（who）、事件（what）、时间（when）、地点（where）、原因（why）、方式（how）、程度（howlong，howsoon，howmuch）、数字（howmany/howmuch）、选择（which……）等，以便检查答案。
6、注意听短文的首句和首段，文章的开首和开首段，往往是对短文内容的概括，如讲话目的、主要内容、作者、论点、故事发生的时间、地点及事由等。
7、不管听什么材料，注意力一定要集中在整体内容的理解上，千万不能只停留在个别单词或单句上，听不清时马上放弃，不要强迫听清每一个词，要把重点放在听关键词即实词上，一边听一边把要点及回答问题的关键词记下来。
8、合理利用时间：如拿到试卷后，在试音阶段抓紧时间将前五道小题看完，并在旁边做相应的提示，以便到那道题目是立即能反映出这道题目所考查的信息点。当一道题目已结束，如果早已完成答案，就可以将时间挪到下一个题目；如果迟迟不能作答就不要再纠缠此题，赶紧专心听下一个。
在做听力第二部分时，当录音带读题目要求时就要赶紧投入到题干和选项的预览，如果可以的话尽可能多看几段材料所对应的题干和选项，因为这部分每段材料所对应的题目都在两到四个题目，无论是浏览题干还是作答的时间都显得很紧张，所以要将每段材料所对应的题目尽可能在听完两边后就完成。这样就可以将所给的作答时间尽可能的余到下一组题干的理解和预测上，这样在听的过程中就不会慌张，有利于提高作答的准确度。我们选用的听力材料的语速中等，音质清晰，比较符合学生的实际，通过训练提高了学生的听力水*。
对于写作，在写的过程中，给予学生合理的指导，对学生有明确的要求:
1)繁简适度；
2)有闪光点，要有较高级词汇和较复杂语言结构；
3)层次分明，承上启下；
4)细读提示，写全要点；
5)书面干净，整齐，规范。同时让学生背诵范文，做好语言积累。
五、狠抓教学环节，优化课堂教学促进备考。
注意复*课的针对性。我们把复*重点放在学生的难点、弱点上以及常易出错或失误的内容方面上，努力做到有的放矢。课堂上坚持精讲多练，做到举一反三。复*课上我们注意加强学生的操练活动，让学生多动脑筋思考问题，让他们尽可能多地举些例句，使他们能训练掌握语法的用法。
另外，在课堂上及时有效地获取学情反馈，有效地进行课前回顾，课堂小结等环节的落实。坚持对学生的听课、作业、自*等方面进行跟踪，及时了解学生的学*、复*状态与状况，以便在课堂教学过程中做出针对性的调整。
六、培养学生的自学能力，激发学生学*英语的兴趣。
只有通过辅导学生掌握一套科学的学*方法，并培养学生的自学能力，才能使学生的学*积极性和主动性得以发挥。具体包括：培养学生的预*能力，各种方法掌握英语基本知识的能力，学生自己整理所学知识的能力。另外，自学能力的提高还得益于大量的独立阅读，于是新学期开始就要要求学生人人必备一本英汉词典作为工具书，让学生勤查字典。
回顾一学期的高三教学工作，有得也有失，让我从中感悟到并学到了很多，这将为我以后的教学指明方向，让我将更加努力地研究高中英语教学，在日后的教学中明确目标，有的放矢，更加出色地完成各个阶段的教学任务。

因此在*时的学*中，我们要让学生注意扩大阅读的量、面和度，各种体裁和题材的文章都要去尝试。要积累语言经验，培养判断能力和逻辑思维能力，增强语感。还要注意或有意识地去涉猎那些语言地道纯正、内容新颖、文化意味浓厚的英文原版书籍、报刊杂志、网络媒体。“怎样练也不为过”(you can never read enough.)。总之，学生要努力提高阅读速度和理解精确度及养成限时阅读的*惯，为高考阅读要求的“准”与“快”做好铺垫。
在对学生进行阅读训练时，本人有很深的几点感受，拿来与大家共同切磋:
一、通过听力材料训练学生的推断能力。
听力情境对话中的材料，如“你以为他们双方是什么关系?(what’s relationship between a and b?)”，让学生从双方(a和b)简短对话中作出推断。以及“你认为他们在哪里?(where do you think they are?)”这在训练学生阅读能力方面不失为一个好办法。
二、阅读训练题中推理题的设置。
让学生去续写短文最后一句话。学生做题时，总想让老师或书本给他们一个标准。当他们发现自己不大可能给出一个标准时，他就不敢轻易下笔，他也不轻易表达自己的见解。让学生自己写几个可能的句子，达到一定的思考，然后再让学生看一看真正的答案。(先让学生去思考，后给几个选项去选择)。这种对比的学*，效果非常好。如果学生没有去想，没有看到自己的答案和正确的答案是什么，也永远不会知道自己的思维在哪一个环节上出错了。如果自己真正写完之后，对比一下所选之项，这种对差距的潜意识的思考，有利于锻炼培养学生的思考能力。
三、在阅读训练中，学生先看后忘，怎么办?
在*时的阅读训练中，我们要给学生渗透这么一点：只要是在做阅读理解题，就应全神贯注。读完每一段时，必须要做到：集中精力，全神贯注。从第一段到最后一段，内容在脑子里要非常连贯。这需要做大量的练*，越早越好。最好从高一开始就训练学生好的阅读*惯。要达到这种状态：快速(高速)而集中精力。这种*惯要慢慢养成，而且是高考必备的一种能力：快速或高速地阅读时，精力是最集中的。*时我们可以通过多种方法进行训练。比如：在规定的时间里读完某一段，让学生概况段落大意；让学生简单出一、两道有关某一段或某一短文的阅读理解题等。
四、阅读中不能忽视的训练——集中5篇的应试训练。
教师在*时指导训练不到位时，学生5篇连做会出现以下的情况：
①前2篇准确率较高，后3篇准确率较底。
②前4篇正确率较高，最后一篇错4个，一下子错误率又上来了。所以在*时的训练中，尤其在高三复*准备阶段，要给学生这样一个意识：按高考要求去练。高考卷中，5篇阅读(这两年新高考将最后一篇改成了任务型阅读)连做，那么我们*时就连做。甚至在高考的最后几天，一、两周内，要求学生在下午2：00--3：00以后去做5篇阅读。这样可以让学生熟悉考试时间和气氛，并对他们考场发挥也有很大的帮助。
五、提高阅读成绩的秘诀：反复精读已经读过的文章。
在高三迎考阶段很多同学做了大量的阅读题，但是自己的能力并没有得到提升。其根源就在于他的做题方式：先阅读文章做题目，然后对答案；对了很高兴，错了把答案改过来就完事。他从来没有想过：对的是你已经掌握了阅读技巧的，你即使不进行练*碰到了肯定还是能正确解出来；而错的题仅仅把c改成a是远远不够的。
之所以做了很多阅读没有提高，原因就在于没有充分重视错题。做错了的题正是知识的薄弱点，是急需提高的地方。匆匆放过如何能使自己快速进步?做阅读时如果多用脑子，多思考，多总结，定会有突飞猛进的提高。因此，提高阅读考试成绩的秘诀就在于“反复精读已经读过的文章”。只有耐下性子来回头再看已经读过的文章，分析错误之处，才能看到更多的上下文之间的关系。而这些上下文的关系是提高阅读速度和理解率的关键，也就是帮助我们理解文章的关键。
六、重视真实语言材料的输入：反复阅读教材。
高三泛读的材料有很多，第一推荐的就是我们的教材，我们的高中课本。很多同学认为上课时老师把每一课都掰开了揉烂了讲得不能再仔细了，还有什么看头。但是老师讲过不代表你就能掌握，表面掌握不代表你认识到课本的价值。例如我们的选修教材，把所有学过的语法点在主课文中有机地串了起来；把课本中出现的语法都认真摸清搞透，也就能达到教学大纲和考试说明的要求了。同时在语言上进行了“潜移默化”的吸收并获得了语感。
所以说精心编写的课本是高三复*泛读的最好材料。重视课本是一种省时省力的修炼途径。如果高三时能够从头到尾把所有的高中课本(必修1-选修8)大声读过三、五遍，阅读能力一定会有很大程度地的提高。告诉他们，凡是每天坚持朗读的学生，语感一定没有问题。尤其是对那些成绩不是很理想(70-80分以下的)的同学，重视课本反复朗读，提高二、三十分应该问题不大。
七、适当进行限时强化训练：增强语感和阅读速度
学生每周除英语课外，绝少有机会接触和使用英语。尤其是理科班的学生，他们又不十分重视英语这一学科的学*。因此有必要进行强化练*。我的做法是：“每天五分钟，天天跟我学。”可以利用每天上课的前5-10分钟对学生进行阅读强化训练。每次一篇，后附几个问题；做完后统一给出正确答案，解决疑难问题，不留后遗症。限时阅读的好处有以下几点：
1、语言学*必须要提高复现率，持之以恒，才能进步与提高。
2、有利于培养学生集中注意力，并将自己置身于语言环境中以增强语感和阅读速度。
3、教师可随时纠正学生错误的阅读*惯，利于良好*惯的养成。
4、利于教师有计划、有目的、循序渐进地进行教学。
总之，英语阅读训练在高三复*中占有很重要的位置。而正确的阅读教学方法有利于学生提高阅读技能；高效的阅读能力需要不断地培养和训练。我们一定要研究《新课程标准》的要求和新高考考试说明，研究*年来高考试题中阅读部分试题的趋势，要善于总结积累更好更有效的方法指导学生，以激发学生的阅读兴趣，培养学生的独立阅读能力。从而使学生的英语成绩在高三复*过程中上一个新台阶，并在高考中取得优异的成绩。
一、反思教学以发展学生综合运用语言的能力为出发点
《全日制普通高级中学英语教学大纲》明确指出全日制高级中学英语教学要在义务教育初中英语教学的基础上，巩固扩大学生的基础知识，发展听、说、读、写的基本技能，培养在口头上和书面上初步运用英语进行交际的能力，侧重培养阅读能力，并使学生获得一定的自学能力，为继续学*和运用英语打下基础，使学生在学*过程中受到思想品德等教育，增进对外国，特别是英语国家的了解；激发学生的学*兴趣；发展学生的智力，提高他们的观察、注意、记忆、思维、想象、联想等能力。因此，高三英语教学要很好把握这一出发点。
二、反思教学以把握高三教学复*的基本思想为切入点
高三英语教学要出成绩，要让每个学生都学有所获，就要把握好教学复*的基本思想，并以此为切入点组织开展一系列教学复*活动。如何把握这一切入点，我们的做法有两点。即，着眼整体性，立足个体性（或叫主体性）。
（一）着眼整体性
着眼整体性就是要着眼学生以听、说、读、写技能为教学内容这个整体和面向全体学生这个教学对象整体。这也是素质教育的本质特征之一。高三英语教学复*过程中，我们特别重视这两个整体性的*衡发展，在教学内容整体发展上，尤其注重根据实际语境进行交际能力的培养，侧重阅读，加强写作，克服了以往学生只喜欢做基础知识单项选择题而不喜欢做完形题、阅读理解题和书面表达题的坏*惯。我们的措施是对于基础语言知识网络的复*，统一由年级精选一种资料，不可图多。要求学生以这一种资料上的基础知识为主要复*内容，同时增加阅读与写作输入量，攻阅读与写作难关。在着眼面向全体学生这个整体发展上，我们采用了“只只蚂蚁捉上树”的办法，坚决克服教学上只重精品（尖子生），不重后进的做法。
（二）立足个体性
立足个体性或称主体性就是注重学生个体的发展，学生主体性作用的发挥。学生每一个个体是有差异的，产生这些差异的原因也很多，特别是中下层的学生，受各种非智力因素的影响。因此，教学复*上，要立足改善这些学生的个体心理，开发其非智力因素，激发其主观能动性的发挥，尊重其个体意识，增强其自信心。
1、我想多媒体在高三复*中的运用必须恰当
1)必须有利于发展学生的英语学*兴趣；
2)必须有利于生生互动；
3)必须有利于学生思维的发展；
务必不能影响到:学生的自主学*；不能华而不实；
高三的英语复*时间紧，必须精心备课，在学生自主学*，英语创造性思维发展和课堂的实践量上多下功夫.对每一个教学步骤都必须认真推敲，坚决删除低效的教与学的行为，努力向精讲要质量，向训练要质量，追求实效与高效!
2、如何提高学生书面表达与改错的能力
我的观点：应把学生的作**为教学资源来开发。通过对学生作文的分析处理，就会形成经典的语言知识教学资源：批阅，选出典型的结构性错误与学生共同剖析，来自学生中的错误能有效地激发学生的思考兴趣，从面大幅度地提高了教学的效益；范文，借助范文把学生的普遍错误融入其中，变成改错题，我认为这样的改错题才做得有价值，因为我们改是的的确确来自于我们同学中的错误，这完全不同于纯应试的改错练*；帮助学生积累优秀的表达方式，批阅时指出学生作文中经典表达式，长此以往，学生自然会找到写作的感觉，也会提高写作的兴趣，作文水*慢慢就会得到提高。
3、我的阅读观
英语语篇阅读不应囿于解决几条单选题，而应引导学生把注意力放在吸收知识，交流思想之上，所谓文以载道也就是这个道理，我认为只有这样的阅读过程才是有血有肉的，情理交融的生活过程，其实，在吸收知识交流思想的过程中学生也就在学*语言了。我们的英语学*不可以为语言而语言！
4、功在*时，水到渠成
英语学*成功与否重在于良好的语言学**惯，*时的点滴积累。老师的任务在于让学生爱学*，会学*，帮助学生积累语言知识，天长日久，学生自然会进入良好的英语学*状态，至于学*成绩的提高固然是指日可待的事情了。
5、关于语言技能
技能是经过训练所能达成的。无论是听，说，读或写，都要进行目标明确，阶段侧重，有策略的训练。我们坚信，语言技能是任何知识讲授所难以达成的。因此，这一阶段，老师的任务在于如何使得枯燥的技能训练变成引人入胜的思维体验。我们应当考虑以下关键词：选材，策略，兴趣，图式，成就。
6、满分意识
这种意识应在学*英语的一开始就给学生明确地提出，使得学生在英语学*的起步阶段就有着明确的前进目标，没有目标的学*最终会陷入低效与无序之中，我想这不利于学生学*潜能的发挥。
英语教学改革的突破口在课堂教学。就目前高中英语课堂教学实际状况来看，还存在着许多不尽如人意的地方。例如，“讲风”太盛仍然是一个十分突出的问题。总的看来，老师讲得辛苦，学生听得太累，教学效果不佳。作为教师有必要反思一下教学，以期更好的进行教育教学。
我从以下几方面进行教学改进：
1、下大力气，加强基础训练，尽可能在授课过程中帮助学生拟补英语基础上的不足。
2、强调课前预*，坚持每堂课上课之前设计几个相关的问题来提问学生，否则，宁愿用上10分钟的时间让学生进行弥补预*。
3、课堂上尽可能地采取“就文提问的方针”，让学生觉得有话可说、有文可依，不怕答错，帮助学生树立自信心，同时迫使学生多读、多看、多理解、多感受课文中的语言文字，并且慢慢地趋向敢说、想说、爱说。
4、坚持每堂课后都布置作业并及时做好检查、讲评的工作，在迫使学生学会按照教师的要求完成作业的同时不断地掌握知识。
5、写作从“仿写”入手，从长句到语段到短文，采取逐步推进的办法，帮助学生不断提高自己的语言表达能力。
6、让学生明确认识：英语是其它学科的工具学科，也是以后步入社会必不可少的交际、交流思想的工具学科，没有学好英语，今后的生活工作将出现一定的困境。
7、要求、监督学生从描摹入手到仿写到会写到想写到爱写的书法练*过程，并让学生认识到：“写一手好字正如穿一件漂亮的衣服一样，给人以美好的第一印象”的道理。要求学生养成坚持练*书法的*惯。
这样可以取得的成绩如下：
1、学生养成能够按照教师的要求和书写格式*惯按时完成作业。
2、学生的良好的书写*惯在一定程度有了好转。
3、“就文提问”的学*方式，让学生有话可说，有文可依，有情可言，帮助学生树立了学*英语的自信心，也增强了学生的阅读、分析、理解和口头表述的能力。
5、从仿写入手的作文训练，降低写作要求，再加上教师在批改学生文章时都采取面批的作文批改方式，促使学生能写且及时明白错误。
6、学生养成记课堂笔记的*惯，由于要求教师把语基知识贯穿于每一堂课的学*之中，促使学生在日积月累的学*中，进一步强化对英语基础知识的掌握。
至于今后的教学措施，我想以下几点是必须要关注到的：
首先，课堂教学中摆正“读”、“讲”、“问”的关系。应以“读”为本。“读”是学生获得知识的基本途径。高中英语课堂教学要培养和提高学生读、听、说、写的能力，它同样离不开“读”这个根。读、听是语言的吸收和理解；说、写是语言的表达和运用。读中包括朗读，朗读实际上含有听和说。读、听、说、写这四项中，领头的一项是读，高中英语课堂教学在力量和时间上不能“四分天下”，首要的是要培好“读”这个根。
“读”的形式多种多样，在课堂教学中要会正确运用。默读，是学生获得知识的主要手段；朗读，在语文教学中是最常用和最基本的方法；背诵，是我国传统的阅读教学方法，它在默读和朗读的基础上，要求学生强化记忆，积累语言材料。
其次，对于作文教学，我认为应该做到以下几点：
1写作练*分步骤进行达标训练，要求学生逐渐达标，形成基本的语言修辞意识。
2．提高学生考场作文的完成速度，在20分钟内能根据要求写出100字左右的文章。
3．调动学生参与作文批改与点评，提高批改实效。
4．作文教学重讲评，通过讲评明得失，知方法。要引导学生自批自改。
5．鼓励学生写作文后记，做自我总结。
总之，在课堂教学方面，彻底摒弃传统的“满堂灌”式的教学方式，要敢于采用灵活多样的教学方式，激励诱导学生学*。面对作文教学无专门教材，学生写作水*不高的现状，摸索总结出了一套行之有效的作文教学系列方法，并编写出专门的讲义，教学效果将会十分明显。
其次、经常性地与学生沟通，了解他们的学*动态，适时改进教师教学方式；多指导学生的学*方法。教学内容方面，既要落实英语基础知识的学*，又要紧跟高考英语改革形式，努力提高学生的应用于能力，提高学生英语整体素养。要多运用激励式、诱导式教学，提高学生学*兴趣，最重要的是提高学生学*的主动性和积极性，提高自我调控能力；教学方式要灵活多变，促进学生生发性学*潜能，并努力提高学生的创造性意识和创新能力，提高研究性学*能力。
第三、提倡英语教学观，将英语知识学*与育人功能结合起来。先做人，再成材，边做人，边成材。在英语教学和社会实践活动中，让学生养成良好的生活、学**惯，让学生学会生存，学会学*，学会竞争。
只有通过这样严谨的教学，才能造就优秀的学生。所以，我认为得大力提倡新型英语教学制度，提高英语教学质量。

Every Tuesday and Friday evening sees Miss Li，my neighbor and a secretary in a company rush home after a hard day’s work，gulp down her meals and then hurry out to catch the bus for her English class. Miss Li’s case is not unique，and now more and more city adults spend their leisure time trying to improve themselves at school or college.
