This July I graduated from primary school. I was enrolled to a good middle school. Therefore I had a happy and leisure summer holiday. In the middle of July I attended to a summer camp. It’s about English. There were twenty five students in the camp.
We all like English very much. Together we studied and played. There were many activities team work or single performance. We tried our best to put ourselves into this big family. Most of the time we talked to each other in English. If we really don’t know how to express in English we could ask for help. Our teachers were so great that they could help us a lot.
They were so active that make us acted as they did. I am happy to attend this activity.
I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and we had great fun. Then the next day, we went to the mountains. There were many trees and I really enjoyed them. On the last day, we had a great party. We sang and danced happily. We didn’t want to leave(离开) the friends and the teachers. I hope I can go to summer camp again next year.

But some of the boys were so noisy we couldn＇t fall alseep. I only slept for three hours. the next morning, everybody woke up very early. After exercising in the morning, we all went to see the small pigs. On the way there, we saw a lot of geese. At 10:00, we went back to eat ice cream. It was so cold. then, we all played games together. We ate lunch at 12:00. In the afternoon, we played musical instruments and sang. After that, camp was over. We had a lot of fun at the summer camp. I am looking forward o going to another summer camp soon.

When the summer holiday came，my cousin and I went to Huamei International Schooland joined the English and Art Camp. The camp lasted for three weeks. We had many interesting activities. I enjoyed them so much，and I was always happy. I made more new friends there too. I like studying and playing with them very much and I think they were very friendly.
Our classroom，bedroom and canteen were all very comfortable. They are not only bright，but also tidy and clean. The food in the canteen was also very delicious and healthy. I enjoyed the school food a lot. The teachers loved us very much and they took good care of us. I like the life in Huamei International School.

英语夏令营开营的第一天，我到教学楼四楼那儿去英语面试。面试结束我和伙伴们都分到了一班。
面试的结果令我满意，我和伙伴们开开心心地玩了起来。6：00，开始了晚上有趣的户外活动。晚上，美国老师给我们定下了规则，一共有四个游戏，每个班玩两个游戏，15分钟一个游戏，生日快乐歌是集合铃，15分钟集合一次。于是我们玩起了第一个游戏——找字母。规则是：一共有三个沙坑，每一个坑都有26个字母，每个字母都要放在相应的拼板上。美国老师喊到：“3、2、1、go！”
听到了口令，大家蜂拥而上、扑入杀坑、奋力挖掘，一下子就挖到了几块字母。只用了不到一分钟的时间里，大家就找到了四块字母，就连几个*时十分懒惰的同学，在这个游戏里表现十分勤快。我在一个地方一下子发现了两块字母，美国老师十分的高兴。大于过了十分钟大家已经筹集了十九块字母，字母越来越稀少，
字母也越来越难找了我们大家奋力挖掘，最后，经过了大家的努力，我们一共挖到了二十二块字母，这个游戏真是有趣。
我们又来到了另外一个游戏场地，在这个排球场旁边居然放着一个蓝色的巨球，没有错，这个游戏就是打巨球。游戏规则是：在规定的时间里，双方要把这个蓝色的巨球扔到对方的地区，就可得到一分，出界，对方就可得到一分。开始比赛，我们发球，只见，我们的一个队员把球一扔，重重地扣到了对方的场地，好的！发球得分，我们的队员高兴地唱起了歌。后面的比赛越来越精彩，越来越激烈。例如这个球：我们把球扔了过去，他们几个居然抢了起来，几个人抢到了篮筐下，真是有趣。
今天的户外活动真是有趣。
前年，我去英语夏令营：上海，刚到上海，就感到热得不行，唉，管不了那么多了，做了那么长时间的飞机，肚子已经饿的咕咕叫了。夏令营的老师们带着我们去了食堂，吃了一顿饱餐，已经五点多了，我们都喊道：“累死了！累死了。”老师带我们去了宿舍，准确来说是一座大公寓，老是和我们睡在一起，男生们住一楼，而我们女生住二楼。
第二天，我们六点起床，洗漱、吃饭完了。老师就带我们去参观“掌上明珠”。
清晨，一切都雾蒙蒙的，而掌上明珠在晨曦中显得更加美丽。
雾气环绕在掌上明珠周围，下面是海，上面是蓝天，而中间就是高耸入云的掌上明珠。我们无不赞叹掌上明珠的美丽。都说上海的夜景是美丽的。
一次，我们吃完饭，天就差不多黑了，我们坐车回到宿舍，而上海的夜景把我们迷住了，老师催我们赶快上车，于是，我们坐到车上，车子缓缓开动，我们就坐在车上看夜景。上海的夜晚非常凉爽，到处灯火透明，就像在白天一样。微风吹拂到我的脸上，竟感觉到亦真亦幻的感觉。很快就到宿舍了，我脑子里仍然想着上海的夜景。
我爱上海，但更爱它美丽的夜晚。
This summer, i had some special days. i joined dongzhou international educational exchange summer camp.
first, i will tell you about our foreign teachers, they are shrina and rebecca. they are friendly and beautiful. they are students at oxford university.
we talked about many things: famous people, subjects in england, different jobs, our deal days, western star signs, what can we say in a restaurant and so on.
we know lots of things, like what the difference is between “chef” and “cook”, all the parts of the body…
we tried to write a letter to principal zhang. we made a play and we drew our own comics and tried to sell it. we gave some other students english lessons, we taught them about chinese dragon, chinese martial arts and the olympics.
every afternoon, we played exciting games: chinese whispers, tongue twisters, wheelbarrow, egg and spoon, three legs…
on the last day, we had a good time. we made black tea. we put tea bags, some milk and lots of water in to a big bowl, and then we stirred the tea until it became red and dark. oh, it tasted good! later, we used eggs, flour and milk to make many pancakes. to cook them is very interesting. when we finished it, the pancakes looked round and nice. we put some jam on it. how delicious! i won’t ever forget it.
the summer camp is a really good chance for me. i know the local things in england. i learned a lot and like english more. i also know better ways to learn english well.
i hope one day i can see you in england.

在草原一年之中最美好的季节，埃塞克幸福微梦想“走进xx六中”暑期夏令营就要正式开始了。我代表学校全体员工对本次夏令营的开幕表示最衷心的祝贺，对到来的国内外志愿者表示最热烈的欢迎!
我校所在的城市叫做xx，是蒙古语，翻译成汉语的意思是“高原上的城市”，有“草原明珠”之称，位于*的正北方。这里地域辽阔、资源富集、文化特色鲜明。一代天骄成吉思汗就曾经从这里出发，走向世界。
xx六中创建于1993年。学校现占地18万*米，各类建筑面积10万*米。今年秋季在校生将达到6300人。学校环境优雅，文化氛围浓郁，教学设施先进，师资力量雄厚，在二十载的办学历程中，培养了数以万计的优秀学子，积淀了深厚的人文底蕴，铸就了团结奋斗争创一流的精神品质，为锡林郭勒草原的教育事业做出了贡献。
今天，与埃塞克南开分会合作的夏令营是我校对于教育的一次新的尝试，也是埃塞克组织第一次走进*的内蒙古草原。

大家早上好!
今天，我们相聚在文中和*堂，共同庆祝中华大乐园—文莱夏令营开幕。我在此向**、惠州外事侨务局，以及文莱中华中学表示热烈的祝贺!
文化交流是沟通心灵的桥梁。这几年，国*多次组织文莱学生赴广西、云南等地参加夏令营，受到学生和家长的欢迎。为增进互动，并让更多的文莱学生有机会了解中华文化，国*今年特别选拔了12位老师来到文莱，他们在音乐、舞蹈、绘画、武术等领域各具造诣，是中华文化的优秀传播者。一支歌，一段舞，一招一式，都将展示*的古老文明和现代风情。
文中是文莱最大的华校，多年来在汉语教学、传播中华文化方面做了大量工作。文中培养的人才在文莱各个行业发挥着重要作用，也为中文友好事业作出了积极贡献。
前几天，中文“海上丝绸之路”联合展览在文莱海洋博物馆成功开幕，同学们有时间可以去看一看。大量展品表明，*和文莱之间的友好往来源远流长，古代两国关系之密切，超出很多人的想像。
在经济全球化的今天，各国之间的联系更加紧密，共同利益更加广泛。我们更应该作出不懈努力，进一步促进中文之间的友好交流与合作，实现互利共赢。
从今天开始，惠州的老师将和文中师生共同度过十天的欢乐时光。我相信，这次活动将成为中文两国促进了解、增进友谊的又一个好机会。

从这次夏令营来看，各位营员打坐都很有基础，双跏趺都坐得蛮好。打坐的姿势大体上都还可以。这次夏令营的天气很热，原来计划有几次打坐，但天气太热了，所以原来的计划有所改变。
生活禅，顾名思义就是希望在生活中能够落实禅的精神。那么禅究竟是一种什么精神呢？实际上这是说不出来的，说出来了早不是那件事了。精神的东西是要从一个人的心态上、做人做事上去体现、去展示，所以实在是讲不出来的，讲出来了已经不是那回事情。比如说，我们要形容下雪天，我们尽管可以用很多的形容词，说雪是如何的洁净，如何的白，如何的寒冷。但不管怎么说，我们除了有那个概念以外，并没有那种实际的感受。这种实际的感受只有真正到雪地里去滚一身雪，才能有那种感受。禅也是如此。所以古来的人说禅是不立文字、教外别传，那也就是说，文字有它的局限性，言教有它的局限性。言教也好，文字也好，都只能够在那里描述，它不可能真正把那件事物具体地展现在你的面前，或者说使你有一个真正的感受。这几天各位法师在讲课的时候也说到这件事。但是语言文字也有它的作用，它始终是一种方便，引导我们进入那种境界，所以语言文字也是不可偏废的。同时一定要认识到语言文字始终是一种方便。
我们真正要体会禅，只有通过自己的实际修行。这个实际的修行应该分为两个部分：一部分就是所谓在动中修；一部分就是静中来修。动中来修，可以说就是我们在活动中去运用，静中修，就是说我们可以选择一定
的时间来打坐、来观心。应该说，静中修是基础，只有在静中修打下一个基础了，你在动中去运用，在动中再来修，才有可能。这就是我们每一个学佛的人或者说每一个寺院要安排一些课程作为专修就是这个道理。作为居士每天早晚最少不能少于半个小时，有一小时那就更好。这是我讲我们那些年轻人工作比较忙，学*比较忙。这种集中的修行就等于我们每一天要充一次电。把电充好了，在你*常的生活当中，就能够很好地去发挥运用，这是讲*常的静中修。
还有一种定期的专修活动，即指寺院里打禅七、打净七，各地的居士来参加，这是一种定期的修行。定期的目的就是使我们能够在动中、在*常的生活当中修行有一个基础，有足够的力量能够应付各种各样的情况，能够在各种各样的情况之下来制服、克服自己的烦恼，使自己能够保持一种安祥宁静的心态，所以说修行一定要重视静中修。如果说仅仅在静中能够把握，到了动中就不能把握了，那又不行，也是有所偏废的，因为我们的生活在动中的时候比较多。这就是在初步修行的时候，在初步进入佛法的时候要注意的两个方面。当然，修行的时间久了，那也就无所谓动静了，即动静不二，那是后话。在我们开始进入佛法的时候，一定要一就是一，二就是二；一不能等于二，二也不能等于一。这就是说我们不能在口头上耍嘴皮子，如果在口头上耍皮子，实际上就耽误了自己的前程。说的好听，自己在生活当中做不得主，那么你在重要的关键的时刻就会迷失；要在重要关键时刻不迷失，那就要靠我们*常不迷失。只有在*常点点滴滴当中来积累，我们在重要关键时刻才能够突破无明烦恼的障碍。所以各位在学*佛法的过程当中既要知道知性的一面，更应该注重实际的体验。
在实际的体验当中，既要在动中来体验，更要在静中来体验。静中的体验、静中的专修是动中把握的基础。
修行是一件很艰苦的事，决不是那么轻松的。修行很艰苦，做人呢，也很艰苦，做事业也是一样的艰苦。一个人在年轻的时候想要在学问上、在事业上、在做人上有所成就的话，就一定严格要求自己，一定要先从最艰苦的事情做起。比如说双跏趺坐是很累的，但是大家可以放心，盘腿不管怎么疼，决不会对身体有什么影响，绝不会因此而练成了残废。练腿实际上是锻炼自己的意志，锻炼自己的毅力，锻炼自己吃苦的精神、忍耐的精神。佛陀说我们这个世界是个堪忍的世界。在堪忍的世界里，我们要忍受种种的痛苦。我们盘腿在开始的时候会不*惯，时间久了就好了。我们这里有的人一来腿子也是这么高，现在双盘也能盘了，他的办法就是用石头来压。把这一关过了，你才会感受到它的妙用，不管你有多累，只要腿一盘，眼睛闭上，一会儿什么疲劳都消失了。你用打坐的方法来休息是高质量的休息。所以如果你打算要修行，想要拥有吃苦耐劳的精神，首先就应该从这一点做起。黄天不负苦心人，吃了这点苦换来的是一辈子的享受。所以过盘腿这一关十分重要。这一关不仅直接和修行有关系，和你以后的做人、做事都有关。年轻人往往意志力不够，一疼就放下来了，这是不行了，一旦想要放腿你便下一次决心，这样又可以多盘一、两分钟。在一次盘腿当中，你下五十次这样的决心便会有很大的提高，这样你很快就能把腿盘好，希望大家记住这一点。大家通过盘腿有了意志，将来在学*当中、在工作当中、在生活当中碰到困难，想打退堂鼓的时候就忍受，忍耐、忍耐、再忍耐，这就是成功。

期盼已久的暑假终于到来了。今年的暑假与往年略有不同，因为今年的暑假我参加了学校举办的暑假夏令营活动，开始了一段丰富多彩的假期生活。
7月28号这天我的心情多么高兴啊。一大早我们就来到了学校，然后坐上了去安徽的车子。来到徽州，转过头看车外，只见外面到处都是山，一座连着一座，蜿蜒起伏，在山的周围云雾缭绕，似人间仙境。
到了徽州，我们游览了棠越牌坊群，看到了古朴典雅的古代建筑，也知道了封建社会忠、孝、节、义伦理的概貌。在牌坊群我们一边参观一边听故事，真让我受益匪浅。离开牌坊群，我们又来到了鲍家花园，在那里我认识了许多价格昂贵的而又非常奇特的植物，这些植物的寿命十分长，真令人惊叹。
第二天，我们坐上车子来到了徽州的一所乡村小学。一到小学门口，我便惊呆了，这里的校园很小，房子没有我们那里的漂亮，再看看操场，全是沙子和石头，压根儿就没有草地，更别说什么塑胶了。进入教室，只见一个小小的讲台，课桌有双人的有单人的，虽然破旧，但排列很整齐。条件这么艰苦，可这里的学生仍然很开心，学*也很刻苦。想想我们那里的学*的条件，我们还有什么资格不认真学*呢？
中午，我来到了与我结对的小女孩家里，我们一边聊天一边吃饭，非常开心。下午那个小女孩的爸爸带着我们来到了他们家田地里，绿油油的田地周围有清澈的小溪，各种美丽的花儿，在这里劳动简直是一种享受。在田地里，我认识了许多有趣的农作物，如：玉米、花生、南瓜；这些都是我们*时难以看见的，让我收获很大。
傍晚，我们离开了农家，汽车虽然开远了，但那小女孩美丽的笑容，却深深留在了我的脑海里。
第三天，我们去了障山大峡谷，一路上，我看见有一座特别高大的山，它的四周云雾缠绕，那云雾好像是它的白丝巾，哦，这就是著名的黄山。我们一边登山一边欣赏美丽的峡谷风景，不一会就来到了我们的目的地——翡翠谷。这里的瀑布雄伟壮观，泉水冰凉清爽，我被眼前的景色迷住了，仿佛来到了人间仙境。
通过今年的暑假夏令营活动，我学到了很多东西。它不仅锻炼了我独立的能力，也让我欣赏到了大自然的美丽。
暑假的一天，大队辅导老师带我们到浏河营地开展一次有趣的夏令营活动，我们全班同学都感到非常兴奋。
一大早我们就出发了，我们首先来到了浏河边，欣赏河边美丽的景色。只见朝阳已经从东方缓缓升起，所有的景物都笼罩上了一层金色，显得生气勃勃，我感到自己的身体一点点地温暖起来。接着，我们来到了“勇敢者道路”。我们要先过一道铁索桥，别看它只是一座小桥，要想安全经过可是一件很艰难的事情。只见前面的几位同学纷纷从桥上掉了下去，还好高度不高，下面的水也很浅，大家笑哈哈地站起来慢慢地向前走。小英还闹了一个笑话，因为太紧张，她在过桥的时候一把将走在她前面的小明推下了桥。小明非常生气地说：“你干嘛推我呀？”小英连连道歉：“对不起，我太害怕了，我不是故意的，请你原谅。”
休息了一会儿，我们来到了庄稼地挖番薯。每位同学都发到了一把小小的锄头。番薯长在地下，挖得太轻就找不出，挖得太重又会把下面的番薯挖烂。我小心翼翼地开始挖，可是费了半天劲也没挖到一个像样的。换了一个地方，我又继续埋头苦干，满头大汗，最后终于找挖到了一个大番薯。大家七嘴八舌，大展身手，有用锄头的，有用小树枝的，有用手的，弄得满脸满手的泥巴都不在乎，把挖出来的大大小小的番薯用塑料袋装了起来，还有一些番薯因为挖的时候不小心，都被我们弄烂了。
晚上，我们在老师们的指导下，自己动手包了美味的菜肉馄饨，大家活动了一天，都饥肠辘辘，虽然馄饨的样子五花八门，但是统统进了我们的肚子。晚上，我们来到宿舍休息，可是大家都很兴奋，怎么也睡不着，几个男孩子还抓了几只萤火虫当灯笼，举行“萤火晚会”，女孩子们则叽叽喳喳地聊天。检查的老师批评了我们，大家才安静下来，大概是白天活动的太累了，在老师的监督下，不一会儿，我们就都睡着了。
这次夏令营活动，既有趣又惊险，还欣赏到了美丽的自然风光，收获很大！
在我们全体夏令营学员的依依不舍下，夏令营还是结束了。在这个充满紧张、刺激、艰苦、欢乐和友情的夏令营中，最有趣的非“真人CS”莫属了。
随着教官的一声令下，早已摩拳擦掌的我们一溜烟就到了高地，没想到敌军领先一步占领了有利地形，猛攻我们，可是我们也不是吃素的，一直在突击他们的阵法。而我别出心裁偷偷潜入他们的大本营，想给他们杀一个回马枪，但是理想很丰满，现实很骨感，我竟然碰到了敌方的“巡逻兵”，这可打乱了我原来的计划。现在眼前只有两条路横在我的面前：1 死磕到底，2 立刻逃跑。我觉得三十六计，走为上计。之后我冲出巡逻兵的.包围，狂奔到高地的我方阵营里，参加突击堡垒小组，我不顾自己的安危，在里面一阵狂射，敌人见状赶快逃跑。就这样，我不费吹灰之力赶走敌人，队友看见堡垒空空如也，前来为我助阵，与我并肩作战。在堡垒外，我把枪口对准敌人的头部一阵扫射，他们一个个“倒地而死”。这时，一个敌方小女孩想要歼灭我这个“头号功臣”，她没想到我居然跳出堡垒，腾空而起，在空中来了一个完美的爆头，落地时，我一直狂扫她的头部，一分钟后，在我和我的队友的努力下，她也“命丧黄泉”。
可见，我的技术可是到了出神入化的地步。不过，人心齐，泰山移。有一帮给力的队友也是胜利的关键，比如，想杀我的那个敌人如果不是队友拔刀相助，命丧黄泉的就不是她，而是我了！
我从这次打CS的经历发现，给力的队友+出神入化的技术+所有人的团结+高超的战略=必胜，这就是我的心得。
盼星星，盼月亮，终于盼到了这一天。知道我为什么这么激动吗？因为我参加了梅州日报组织的黄埔军校夏令营活动。7月17日，我怀着愉快的心情，坐上了大巴车，一路欢歌来到了黄埔军校。
到了军校， 我们先回宿舍换好军装。教官给我们介绍了军校的规定和这次夏令营活动的内容。听起来好有趣啊，我心中充满了期盼。
在七天的夏令营活动中，有许多有趣的活动。我们参加了集训，坐了*，参观了黄埔军校……其中我最喜欢的是CS野战。野战开始前，教官先向我们介绍了游戏规则。游戏开始了，我听到枪声，心里很害怕，躲在草丛中瑟瑟发抖。我看见姐姐们都玩得很开心，我想到了夏令营活动里老师讲的《翱鹰的故事》，我告诉自己：虽然我年龄最小，但是，只要相信自己，就一定行的。我变得勇敢了起来，扛起枪，对准敌人射了几枪，射中了几个人。原来CS野战这么有趣，就在我得意忘形的时候，被别人射了一枪，我气得火冒三丈，我拿起枪对准敌人一阵狂射，终于被我射中了几个敌人，可惜我的子弹也用完了。更惨的是，这是我被我的队友误射死了，队友还幸灾乐祸地冲着我笑。游戏结束了，这次游戏真有趣。更重要的是让我明白了只要有信心就一定能克服困难的道理。
一个星期过去了，夏令营活动结束了，我们恋恋不舍地离开了黄埔军校。这次夏令营活动真好玩，不仅让我学到了课本以外的知识，还让我明白了许多道理。
炎热的七月，我们小记者相约去山东开展了“采风齐鲁”夏令营活动。
到了济南，第二天一大早，我们就坐车赶往趵突泉，一进大门就看见池子四边长满了青苔，中间自然冒出来三个水花，像三朵白色的荷花一样在水面摇动，周围雾气腾腾，像人间仙境。
“真神了，不愧为泉城呀！”我禁不住赞叹道。
中午，我们到了水泊梁山风景区，那美丽的景色深深地吸引了我，郁郁葱葱的树木、争奇斗艳的花朵、苍翠欲滴的小草，真是美不胜收！这里有108位梁山好汉的腊像，那栩栩如生的人物形象，让我联想起他们的传奇故事。天色渐渐地暗了下去，我们依依不舍地回到了驻地。
第三天，我们又起了一个大早，兴高采烈地赶往泰安。大约走了8个小时左右，这时，远远望去，气势雄伟、叠翠峰林的泰山映入眼帘，真让人惊叹！
我们先坐游览车来到了中天门，然后开始向山顶进发。我和赵培杰小记者结伴同行,费了九牛二虎之力，才爬到了十八盘。
我已是筋疲力尽，腿部像灌了铅一样怎么也不想多迈一步了，这时多亏赵培杰鼓励了我。他说：“世上无难事，只要肯登攀，只有坚持才能到达终点。”
听了他的话，我鼓起了勇气，继续奋力向上攀登。终于爬上了最高峰玉皇顶，我高兴得拉住赵培杰的双手不放：好哥们！感谢你，是你一路上的鼓励和帮助，让我克服了重重困难，征服了这座雄伟的大山！
到达了山顶，到处是云雾缭绕，就像到了人间仙境一般，那景色美丽极了，我马上用相机记录下了这美丽的瞬间。
旅程的最后一天，我们还去了青岛最大的海水浴场——石老人海水浴场，我们在海边尽情地戏水，扬起了欢乐的浪花。
八天的旅程很快就结束了，怀着峦峦不舍的感情，我们离开了山东。
去年暑假，我有幸参加了夏令营活动。第一天，第一个项目，就令我兴奋不已。
这个项目叫“水上木桩”。教练帮我们分好组，第一组先上。几个男生像猴子一样，轻轻松松地过去了，可有一个胖女生，险些摔倒水里，吓得脸都发白了。
我被吓坏了，倒抽了一口凉气，虽然是夏天，我却出了一声冷汗。于是，为了逃过闯关，我便悄悄地溜到了已经闯关成功的队伍里。
但最后，还是被“揪”了出来。站在“水上木桩”前，我似乎要窒息了，吓得手脚冰凉，面如土色。那都是因为我表哥，有一次，我们去游泳池玩，忽然，我被表哥按在了水里，吓了个半死。现在，一看见水，往事历历在目，我的心好像揣了一只小兔子，跳个不停，可没办法……豁出去了！我硬着头皮上。
我小心翼翼地用左脚踩在了第一根木桩上，接着右脚也跟着踩上去，紧接着，再把左脚移到前一根上……忽然，我一脚踩空了，于是立即把另一只脚踩到旁边的安全保护网上，双手死死抓住绳子，好不容易才回到木桩上。终于，可以继续闯关了。眼看就到成功了，可是，“福无双至，祸不单行。”因为几个捣蛋鬼搞恶作剧，有一根木桩居然被错位了，固定在了旁边。我只好咬紧牙关，使出九牛二虎之力抓住绳子，把一只脚慢慢伸过去，再放上另一脚。耶！闯关成功了！我兴奋得一蹦三尺高。心中的那块大石头终于落了地。
这次激动人心的闯关，虽然只有一瞬间，可在我心中留下了深深的烙印，不经过亲身体验，是无法体会到其中的酸甜苦辣。

“时光如水，生命如歌。”在白驹过隙间，我们送走了紧张的一学期，迎来了又一个快乐的暑假，在暑假中，我最难忘、最快乐的事是去夏令营。
到了夏令营，有两件令我快乐的事，第一件是我在夏令营过了生日，第二件是我演讲拿了第三名，让我来讲一讲我军训的生活。
晚上，我经过紧张的演讲，回到了宿舍，当我换鞋时，灯突然被关了，我心想一定是有人要搞恶作剧，但让我吃惊的是，我眼前的桌子上，有一个插着10根蜡烛的大蛋糕，我心想今天是谁的生日呢！这时灯打开了，教官和同学们异口同声地说：“生日快乐！钟良彪。”
我又惊又喜，我说：“你们怎么知道，今天是我的生日。”教官说：“是你爸爸妈妈告诉我的'，你爸妈说今天是你的生日，因为不能在家过，所以把蛋糕寄过来了，让我们给你过一个生日。”听了教官的话，我心里满满的感动，后来，我们吃了蛋糕就睡觉了。
第二天早上，我知道了一个比天还大的事，因为我的演讲，拿了第三名。我听说只要拿了前三名就有奖，我到了领奖的地方，教官告诉我们，过两三分钟，你们要说获奖感言，我心里自信满满。
这就是我快乐的暑假，我相信明年的暑假一定会更美好。
下了车，同学们来到了梅李聚沙公园内，一开始，老师带我们参观了“法云堂”，里面有许多古代的文物，我对其中的大钟最感兴趣。那是一个陈旧的大钟，我看见上面有一个小洞，那时敲出来的。这正应了那句歇后语，“老和尚敲钟——一个点儿”。接着，我们又去方塔里看了一下，那塔很小，楼梯也很窄，我特别想上去看看，可惜一楼封住了，没办法，走吧。
休息了一会儿，老师让我们自由活动，我们乐得一蹦三尺高，我首先冲向了儿童乐园。玩起了滑滑梯，接着我又玩了“翻山越岭”，就是顺着钢梯爬上去，再爬下来，坡度挺大的。我爬了一会就怕了，但看到同学们都敢，便鼓起勇气，终于爬完了全程。此时我已是精疲力尽了，再加上烈日的照射，我不得到凉亭下休息。过了一会儿，我又继续出发。我看见了一棵巨大的古树，给它拍了一张照。我又到了一个名叫“别有洞天”的地方，真美，河面上都是荷叶，几朵粉红的荷花在荷叶的映衬下显得分外美丽、娇艳。
我回到原地，吃了午餐，便回到了家中。
今天我玩得真开心啊！
暑假到了，妈妈给我和弟弟报了两夜三天的夏令营——木扎岭风景区。想想明天就可以出发去玩了，我和弟弟激动地睡不着觉，妈妈又来给我们收拾行李，还一遍又一遍的不停叮嘱我们，真是爱操心的妈妈！
第二天妹妹和妈妈送我们到集合点，告别了妈妈，开启短途旅游计划，一路上教练带着我们在车上说说笑笑的，还特意教我们唱了一首歌---“团结就是力量！那力量是铁，那力量是钢，比铁还硬。比钢还强，向着*帝开火，让一切不民主的制度死亡，向着太阳，向着自由，向着新*发出万丈光芒……“一曲高歌，经历了两个小时的路程终于到达目的地，教练安排我们住宿，由于弟弟小的原因，我还担任着照顾弟弟的重担，看来这趟研学还是相当地辛苦！接下来我们一起吃午饭，休息两个小事后我们接下来下一轮的游戏——水枪之弹。
教练先把我们分成两组，红蓝两队，我和弟弟各分一对，教练先让我们四个人架起大水枪，就是利用三根棍子支起来的一个杠杆枪，后面有一个人负责放水弹，由前面的四个人一起用劲发射，直到击中对方算赢，击中不了的失败，我们连胜三局，对方开始按捺不住了，越是急他们约赢不了我们。我们队还在沾沾自喜，不一会他们可落后了，然后对方教练告诉他们的队员，失败了不重要，重要的不能气馁，不能放弃，遇事要不慌不急。红队向我们发起挑战，再来一局，这下我们的队员开始漂浮了，只见他们红队一打一个准，我方一看不对劲，也开始手忙脚乱了，在我们趁其不备的情况下红队来了个反败为胜。
从这次游戏中我学到了，虚心使人进步，骄傲使人落后！
前几天，我和我的调皮鬼妹妹们参加了一个酷孩夏令营，我很不喜欢，因为那里的游戏名称非常非常的好听，可实际非常非常的不好玩，那里也就除了饭好吃，没别的好尤其是，那里的住宿条件比较差，连卫生都要查，连衣服都要自己洗，连早晚加餐都比较难吃，我非常非常讨厌这个夏令营。
在这个宿舍里能住四个人，我和赵赵（赵一寒），李博（李博武）欧MyBaby(欧阳学成)这三个人住在一起。
令我记忆最深的有两个，一个是最好的一个是最差的。
在那里最好的，令我记忆最深的是跳Disco（其实是让我们在屋里面随便跳）在那里面我过的很快乐，我们在里面又唱又跳，很高兴，只是我不知道，他那里面，可能是用一种特殊的等，来照，产生了让人感觉动作好像变慢了似的，想机器人一样，做一个动作，停一下，的错觉。
在那里最差的，令我记忆最深是学军歌，是让我们在外面站着学军歌，一站就是俩小时，还不带休息的我非常非常的烦非常非常的讨厌学军歌，而且军歌也没什么好听的。
这个酷孩夏令营没什么好玩的，我觉得这个夏令营一般般。
暑假才刚刚开始，我就去了上海，参加了一个令我难忘的夏令营。原来我以为这次的夏令营会没有一个我认识的人，可是后来才知道，这次的夏令营我们学校有8个同学去，但除了我以外都是大队委，有 一个还是我们班的董浩哲呢，就连带队老师都是我们的数学老师！所以我就怀着高兴的心情参加了这次夏令营。
这次是我第二次参加夏令营，也是我第一次一个人出省；去的最远的一次。我们去机场坐了东方航空公司的MU5801号航班，刚下航班我就感觉到了上海的闷热天气，即使有风吹过来，也是热风。坐在车 上，我从窗户中看到了上海和昆明的不同，上海到处都是高楼大厦，让人感觉到了上海的繁华。
我们回到旅馆后休息了一下就去参观打上海了。我们去了好多地方：城隍庙、科技馆、博物馆、东方明珠······但让我最着迷的是东方明珠塔和上海科技馆。在东方明珠塔，我们看到的景物都非 常小，车都只有一只蚂蚁大。而科技馆就是让你长见识的地方了，有好多好玩的东西，有许多神奇的东西，比如：悬空的水龙头还会喷水、一个“鬼屋”，进去之后你的脚就不听使唤了······
最后，我们怀着留恋的心情乘坐东方航空公司的MU5816号航班回到了昆明。还有，能参加这次夏令营我很高兴也很开心，高兴是我长了见识，开心我有了更多的朋友，如果还有这样的机会，是我一定会 再去的！
在歌声与微笑中，在焦急的盼望中，我们来到了夏令营基地，快乐的夏令营。虽然只有短短的一天半时间，却给我留下了深深的映象，因为它不仅有趣，而且也是我在一元路小学的最后一次夏令营！
进 餐
那是我们到达目的地后的第一次进餐。天气十分炎热，知了不停地在树上叫着，我们经过活动后，又累又饿，进餐的要求已经迫不及待了。好不容易排队进了餐厅，我们在老师的安排下坐好，立刻刷刷地吃起来。那天的菜远远没有在家里吃得好，可是我们都吃得特别多、特别香。老师笑着说：“看来，治疗偏食的方法还是‘饥饿’法！”我看见老师笑了，她们的一串串汗珠也随着笑声朝下落！记不起哪位同学说了声“老师还没吃饭呢！”。
睡 觉
这次的夏令营，我们的住宿条件相当好，住在高级的宾馆里，我们四个女孩住一起。到了晚上，我们在房间里捉迷藏，表演节目，说笑话。最后，我们把各自带来的零食进行分享。你看，黄子文的嘴上还留着一点巧克力，林绮梦在我们几个女孩中最大，她在负责为我们冲快餐面，田雅坤把薯片的带子拍的“蓬蓬”地响，我正忙个不停地为她们分饮料，寝室里热闹得不得了！老师来查房了，我们才不情愿地熄了灯，各做各的美梦了。
游 泳

This August I went to a two-week long English camp which was held by English Beacon in Yantai city Shandong Province. There were over a hundred middle school students from all over the country and thirty experts in English teaching participating in this exciting camp. While we were there it was required that we speak only English to our teachers and with each other. In July 11th, the English summer camp officially opened camp.
