今年2月下旬，我以一名学生的身份，随学校的访问团在美国参观交流了两个星期。在此期间，我领略了美国的繁华，参加了不少有意义的活动，并有幸同美国学生一起度过了数天愉快的学校生活。其中，有这么一堂外语课给我留下的印象最深。
那是在美国Lakeside School所上的第一堂课，它无疑是一堂地道的英语课，但同时也是一堂奇特的英语课。
教室的模样很特别，乍一看，实在不像个教室，反而像一个小会议厅。十多个学生围坐在圆桌旁，各做各的一份儿事，有聊天的，有看书的，还有吃“早点”的。不时地看一下教室上方的大挂钟，还有两分钟就要上课了。趁着这段时间，我环视了教室的.四壁，上边贴满了彩图。自己画的吧!不太漂亮，，大都是抽象的。这样的情景似乎十几年前在幼儿园中见到过，这个教室确实使我感到自由、愉快和奇特。

蜗牛抱歉地尽力爬着，可每次总是挪那么一点点。主人开始懊恼，生拉硬扯着蜗牛，嘴里还嘟囔着：“上帝真奇怪，为什么要叫我牵一只蜗牛散步啊？这家伙实在磨蹭。”最后,他终于没了耐心，放手不管了任着蜗牛往前爬，他在后面生闷。咦？他竟然听到了鸟语，闻到了花香，而且还看到了满天星斗……怪了，以前怎么没这些体会？莫非……上帝是叫蜗牛牵我去散步！
我笑了笑便合上了书，这不过是个笑话。疏不知这书背后所要诠释的真谛是什么。
坐在窗口，一桌子的复*资料，满脑子的摸底考试。偶尔有凉风来访，我也无心理会它，却在脑海中蹦出一行字：风是从高压区流向低压区的吧。哎，我是否已经走火入魔了？突然想要静一静（尽管周围已经很安静了），于是我呆呆的看着窗外，似要寻觅什么。
伴着声声虫鸣，目光不觉被月色所牵引。那如水的月光倾泻下来，多少带些凄冷。想必是嫦娥寂寞的泪水在流淌吧。风再一次匆匆走过，窗前的紫薇花被吹得扬扬洒洒，白的、紫的、粉红的花瓣在黑夜中尽情舞蹈。它们该是幸福的，因为有一个信念一直陪伴着它们——“落红不是无情物，化作春泥更护花。”若说疯狂，谁也比不上这些小草了。瞧他们在风中扭腰、点头，或是不约而同地朝同一个方向扑倒。难道这里也会有哈利波特的魔法校园吗？一股翠绿色的草香在空气中弥漫开来……我的心从未如此贴*过大自然，深呼吸一下，感觉像是进行了一次美妙的旅行，是如此的心旷神怡。
视线无意间又转到了那本书上——《偶尔可以牵着蜗牛散步》。猛然间想起一句经典的话：人生就像一场旅行，在乎的不是目的地，而是沿途的风景以及一颗看风景的心。确实，总说做学生很累，那么到底累在那里？是作业？是压力?还是……不，都不是！应该是我们在为理想努力的同时,忘了学*和生活的乐趣。应该是我们不懂得如何真正放松自己，不懂得要带着心灵去旅行。我想，这书应该告诉了我们许多许多。我们需要去做自己的主人，在该前行的时候前行，在该停歇的时候停歇。千万不能吝啬一个可以放松自己的机会，因为有的时候，“停”也是为了更好的“走”，不是吗？
看到了吗？蜗牛的微笑。“主人，走，我带你去散步！”
人们总在太多的时候说，作人真的很累。从生命降临的那一天开始，就注定要接受很多苦与累，仿佛有时人生就在于经历不同的事情里，一天天长大又一点点的成熟。
当我们放开父母的双手，从此一个人独自的行走，执著的寻找属于自己的每一个梦想，点燃每一盏希望的灯火，我们才发现行走之中，并不是一帆风顺或者阳光明媚的。要生存，就得要通过自己的双手去创造；要幸福，就得需要自己去获取；要快乐，就得学会珍惜开心点滴！
日日的奔波忙碌，我们或许为自己的事业、家庭、梦想而不停的追逐着。心情太多时间里总融入在紧张与匆忙之中，不曾给予自己作一次短暂的放松与憩息。一路奔波不停里，我们从此发现，原来我们曾经失落过很多身边闪过的风景，视野所及之处，过多的是单调与灰色的云。当我们独自*沉思的刹那间，才真正感受到原来我们的躯体曾经如此的困乏与疲惫。
于是，我们渴望寻找一个机会与空间，给予自己心情放一个假，让一颗心静静的享受没有压力与喧嚣的空间，作自己喜欢作的事，从而得到放松与释放，抛却一切杂念与烦恼，回归一个最真实与自然的自己。我们渴望找一种方式与途径，卸下负重的包袱，让心灵洒脱去旅行，看一路风景如画、蓝天白云飘；聆听花开的声音、潮落又潮起……
我们无须时时出行，非要用一次远途的旅行给予自己身与心放松与调整。就算我们足不出户，依然可以让心灵插上一双轻盈的翅膀，飞到任何地方停留，给予自己作一次心灵的旅行的，从而悄然的褪去我们身与心那份无形的劳累与疲惫。
一杯清茶，静观茶叶舒展飘浮沉落，我们可以闻着那缕清香，感受那份香中的舒爽；点一支烟，看烟雾由浓变淡，体验那份飘逸；给自己一次简洁的装饰，对镜而照里，享受那份内心深处的微笑与满足；书写下几行喜欢的心情文字，让文字勾勒的风景里呈现一片恬静的美……
一花一世界，一树一菩提。我们行走的空间，随时都有地方可以作为我们心灵憩息与放松的时候，只是我们过多的时候，用一种漠然与不屑的态度对待生活，于是总感觉我们整日太累太疲倦，生命的轨迹里过多的是忙碌与奔波，无暇让我们给予自己作一次心灵的旅行。
花瓶中一枝花，用心欣赏也可以感受到整个自然的宁静；一缕扑鼻的清新空气，也可以感受到自然的气息；打开墙上的那扇窗子，你依然可以体验到尘世绚丽风景；一曲喜欢的旋律，亦让心灵得到陶醉无限；聆听寺院飘过的梵音，心灵同样被其净化洗涤……
现代生活节奏的加快，总追赶着我们那双行走的双脚。走得太久难免疲倦，行得太远难免迷惑。无数次行走人生历程里，我们或多或少感觉身累了心也倦了。
当我们用有形的远行权且作为一次旅行放松后，原来在印象里只不过是一次匆匆的走马观花，一景一物来得匆匆去也匆匆，而真正的心灵深处，却在回归后感受到困乏与疲倦。旅行的目的，不是有形的放松，应该是一次心灵的轻松与自由，让自己真切的体验忘却自我的那份惬意与痛快。
给心情放个假，捎上一颗心，让心灵去旅行
读余秋雨的文章，历史俨然是一位神情肃穆仪态庄重栉风沐雨的老者。这便一下子让人心生敬畏。而手中的笔在触及历史时也都不敢再冒然下笔，那种深厚和沉重仿佛一下子就能够在笔尖积淀。而我明白，真正垒砌历史厚重感的地方在心里。
这是一次深刻的熨烫，文化和历史成了难以割舍的彼此组成，每一处的废墟、残垣、大漠、水乡……都是一枚铜镜，映照着所有蹒跚的过去，映照着所有残破没落的文化，映照着每个人的脸，映照着一条蜿蜒的并仍将蜿蜒的路。他的话让人深省，却也是对人心，对人性的一种挖掘。他要的不仅仅是表达自己的感情和见识，而更是希望以笔墨去唤醒一代人的心灵，去铭记历史，让文化深刻。

不知道自己什么时候开始恋上公车之旅的，确切地说是恋上那种独自一人靠在最后一排座位上看沿途风景，除了司机，就只有我一个人的感觉吧！

远处几个黑点在慢慢蠕动，我不用想也知道是他们——蓬头垢面、衣衫不整、露宿街头的流浪者。他们如同南归的燕儿再也找不到暖巢一样流浪，他们亦如被生活压碎房子的蜗牛那般步履蹒跚，他们更像丛林里的开荒者，在这片肥沃的土地上细细寻找“爱”的甘泉。只是炎热的空气使得汗味儿四处弥漫，路过的人们则绕出一条“美丽”的弧线。或许也只有这股臭味能证明他们的存在吧！但他们似乎又无视这些冷漠，依旧悠闲自得地走着，而我呢？衣食无忧，无需四处流浪，但我好像缺少某种东西，大概就是他们身上那种豁达、知足和顺其自然的态度吧！

当成功时，我会让心灵在风雨中旅行：看看风吹雨打，花仍俏，草仍翠，树仍屹的坚强不屈的精神。看看风雨后，花随露珠，草享阳光，树傲挺立胜不骄的伟大。可谓的精神。看看雨过天晴后的天空，依旧美丽，蔚蓝。当彩虹悬挂时，那瞬间美丽的回忆。让心灵去旅行，让我知道成功来之不易，成功更应该不骄傲的作为!
当失败时，我会让心灵在珠穆朗玛峰上攀登。攀登不免会滑下，但只要咬着牙，一步一步往上爬，积少步为大距离，终究会爬上山顶的!攀登，难为会有死亡的迫*。但是，只要咬着牙，坚强的心不破碎，让心灵敢于在世界之最上享受困难。成功之路上，必将会有大困难，小困难，但只要咬紧牙，一挺而过，回头看看，你已经爬上了很多困难，山那边的上啊!便是海!
当无聊时，我也会让心灵去旅行。游山玩水，倾听水流的声音。静听鸟的鸣叫。看着祖国长城，领悟秦始王当年的霸气!祖国的好山好水，不失于美人啊!

每一次读《关心下一代周报》，都会让我有一种心灵去旅行之感，都会使人觉得心灵得到了一次洗礼。她就像是我的知己，我的良师，我的益友，更像一位慈祥的智者，向我们讲述知识，教给我们许多生活的常识，使我们的生活和学*更加丰富。
《关心下一代周报》一共有八个版面，如：校园新闻、校园文化、学前教育、家庭教育等。这些板块如同一盘盘大餐搅动我们的胃口。
最*我有幸拜读其中了的一篇文章《她是爸爸的眼睛》一文，让我感触颇深。让我看到了一个懂事、独立的孩子――蒋寒梅，感受到她对爸爸的爱。她家是一个特殊的家庭，妈妈双腿残疾，爸爸是个盲人。爸爸靠做“盲人推拿”维持家庭的生活。她四五岁时就自己穿衣服、叠被、梳头、洗衣，上小学时她学会了买菜、做饭等家务。现在，她要做爸爸的眼睛，因为在爸爸心中，女儿就是自己的眼睛，一定要好好呵护。
读了这篇文章后，让我明白了任何孩子都是可爱的，每个孩子身上都有自己的闪光点，不应该用有色的眼睛去看待孩子。同时也提高了自己的认识，使自己的心灵得到一次净化，好像经历了一次全新的心灵旅行。
蜗牛抱歉地尽力爬着，可每次总是挪那么一点点。主人开始懊恼，生拉硬扯着蜗牛，嘴里还嘟囔着：“上帝真奇怪，为什么要叫我牵一只蜗牛散步啊？这家伙实在磨蹭。”最后,他终于没了耐心，放手不管了任着蜗牛往前爬，他在后面生闷。咦？他竟然听到了鸟语，闻到了花香，而且还看到了满天星斗……怪了，以前怎么没这些体会？莫非……上帝是叫蜗牛牵我去散步！
我笑了笑便合上了书，这不过是个笑话。疏不知这书背后所要诠释的真谛是什么。
坐在窗口，一桌子的复*资料，满脑子的摸底考试。偶尔有凉风来访，我也无心理会它，却在脑海中蹦出一行字：风是从高压区流向低压区的吧。哎，我是否已经走火入魔了？突然想要静一静（尽管周围已经很安静了），于是我呆呆的看着窗外，似要寻觅什么。
伴着声声虫鸣，目光不觉被月色所牵引。那如水的月光倾泻下来，多少带些凄冷。想必是嫦娥寂寞的泪水在流淌吧。风再一次匆匆走过，窗前的紫薇花被吹得扬扬洒洒，白的、紫的、粉红的花瓣在黑夜中尽情舞蹈。它们该是幸福的，因为有一个信念一直陪伴着它们――“落红不是无情物，化作春泥更护花。”若说疯狂，谁也比不上这些小草了。瞧他们在风中扭腰、点头，或是不约而同地朝同一个方向扑倒。难道这里也会有哈利波特的魔法校园吗？一股翠绿色的草香在空气中弥漫开来……我的心从未如此贴*过大自然，深呼吸一下，感觉像是进行了一次美妙的旅行，是如此的心旷神怡。
视线无意间又转到了那本书上――《偶尔可以牵着蜗牛散步》。猛然间想起一句经典的话：人生就像一场旅行，在乎的不是目的地，而是沿途的风景以及一颗看风景的心。确实，总说做学生很累，那么到底累在那里？是作业？是压力?还是……不，都不是！应该是我们在为理想努力的同时,忘了学*和生活的乐趣。应该是我们不懂得如何真正放松自己，不懂得要带着心灵去旅行。我想，这书应该告诉了我们许多许多。我们需要去做自己的主人，在该前行的时候前行，在该停歇的时候停歇。千万不能吝啬一个可以放松自己的机会，因为有的时候，“停”也是为了更好的“走”，不是吗？
看到了吗？蜗牛的微笑。“主人，走，我带你去散步！”
有时候，让人感怀的记忆不是震憾天地的口号和壮举，而是生活中那点点滴滴的美好与温馨。――题记
驾一叶扁舟，徜徉在时间的海洋里，那些*淡无奇甚至是无趣的东西都可以是打捞收藏的目标。一路拾来，待到船儿靠岸时，把这满仓的收获串起，挂在记忆的窗台上，徐徐来风，把这串风铃吹得叮当作响，听的人就醉了，醉在那丝丝缕缕的往事里。
人生旅途，我们常常孤独无依，纵使在热闹的人群中大声喧哗，恣意欢笑，心却依然在孤独中流浪。心与心的相拥是怎样的至美景象?我曾无数次地憧憬过。那紧紧的相拥，升腾起生命中最美的幸福华光。
总是埋怨别人的冷漠，却忽视自己的傲慢;总想让他人用关怀将自己围绕，但自己又付出多少真心?点亮心灯，释放关爱不求回报。
生活并不是那么一帆风顺，总是会出现许多的岔路，向左走，是一种生活;向右走，是另一种生活，没有什么对与错，只是一种选择。
心灵，在道路上徘徊着，盲目的张望着，渴望找到自己的方向。
那个美丽的滨海城市厦门在心底萦绕，天风海涛，青山绿水，奇卉异木，鸟语花香，天地玄妙造化，构成了独特的风景。八闽大地上，鹭鸟徜徉，写下的是一个时代的篇章，而那质朴神秘的鼓浪屿，最是动人。
登上鼓浪屿眺望，阳光下，那个充满现代设计感的厦门与眼前古老而美丽的鼓浪屿，仿佛是两个完全不同的世界。
晨雾中的它宛若一卷泛黄的画轴，在这个夏日的清晨，就在我的眼前慢慢铺展开来。踏着*直的石板路，我们前行着，雀跃着。这是一个宁静而祥和的世界。无论你是谁，无论你是什么样的背景，你都只能用心灵去旅行，用心灵去体会鼓浪屿，然后你才可以看见它所有的美丽。
在我的印象里，鼓浪屿应该有两样最美，钢琴和老别墅，我喜欢那种有很多故事，却又不会招摇自己的地方。
鼓浪屿，便是这种地方。
轻柔的钢琴声流淌在岛上的每一个角落，充满着艺术的气息，连鼓浪屿的码头也塑造成钢琴状，石板间飞扬着灵魂的音符，仿佛用音乐来述说着鼓浪屿动人的故事，心开始悸动，那种抛开了羁旅的劳累和初到异地的新鲜，有的只是相见恨晚的期待。手指从那些黑白键上滑过，洒落一地的优雅。这种音乐的陶冶仿佛从来也不曾停过……
鼓浪屿的每幢老别墅写满过往，却又永远无声无息……除了繁华的龙头街，随便你往哪个小巷深处走去，总是仿佛回到某个曾经的时代，述说着一个时代背景下最动人的故事。老宅就在巷子的两边，很像老去的淑媛。眼神里藏着岁月的牵引，娴静而古朴。这里没有汽车，甚至连自行车也不太能见到。所以这里拥有一种别处都不可能会有的绝对安宁。往僻静的小巷走，突如其来的花香和藤蔓爬满的老房子肯定会给你带来惊喜，每幢老房子里故事都是不一样的，因为它们也像世界上所有的生命一样有灵性，而在不同人的眼里它们更是不一样的，那亦或是因为某一个人或某一件事。当时间的荒野里世事无情地带走一切，改变一切的时候，唯有凭借它们可以还原当初的风清月白。窗下走过的阿婆眼底露着微笑，岁月的痕迹在这片神韵的岛上轻轻浅藏又静静穿梭，人来人往中，多少个春秋过去了……
拾级而上，满目的翠绿嫣红中，抵达日光岩，日光岩位于鼓浪屿中部偏南的龙头山顶端，本叫晃岩，相传1641年郑成功来到晃岩，见这里景色远胜于日本日光山，便把晃字拆开叫日光岩。日光岩位于鼓浪屿最高峰，岩顶筑有一围铁杆的水泥圆台，站在峰巅，凭栏远眺，厦鼓风光尽收眼底，心里油然而生“一览众山小”之感。随着凉爽的海风荡漾开来，从鼓浪屿码头出去，就是这样一个繁华的世界，只有一条细细的海。跨出去，远远**诠释着两种截然不同的生活。
错落的老别墅在阳光下熠熠夺目，构成一幅绝美的风景画。在这林木中，掩着当年郑成功屯兵鼓浪屿时的建筑“水操台”和“龙头寨”等遗址，以及后来新辟的郑成功纪念馆等。在一件件雕塑、船只和兵器模型与文字陈列中，在一块块巨石堆砌与一道道苍劲有力的石刻中。不由得想起蔡元培先生的一首七律：“叱咤天风镇海涛，指挥若定惊云涛。虫沙猿鹤有时尽，正气觥觥不可淘。”曾经的将相早已不在，而他们的精神将永垂不朽！
比起景观，“生活”这个词汇显然更适合厦门，无论是鼓浪屿还是厦门市区，它永远是那么安静、干净，从不急功*利。温和又从容地接纳每一个来这里的人，唱响着和谐社会的新乐章。
这是一场绝美的“我最喜欢的风景名胜”之旅，这是一次难得的心灵的陶冶与享受，这是一种放归自然的清新与舒畅，放慢匆匆的脚步，细细读懂缓慢的美好，让心灵来一次旅行。厦门鼓浪屿，那旖旎的山水之色，那心灵的震憾，让我静静地回味……回味……
